Tiffany Balmer: Dr. Ravick is the nicest person and doctor ever! His personality is so awesome and easy to get along with. He is such a down to earth person. I wish he could be my doctor for everything. He explains what your foot issue is and takes all the worry away. His team is also nice and very professional. Donald Hirsch: Best Doctor. Ever! Dr. Osterman is amazing. He is thoughtful and kind. He knows his patients. He comes up with several solutions and discusses the best option for you. He acts quickly to resolve issues on a temporary basis and then does a long term plan. He really is one of my favorite doctors

Courtney Menard: I picked Dr Ahmad because of the times that were available. I’m very lucky that the staff and Dr Ahmad were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient! I had originally went to urgent care to get an X-ray and they told me nothing was wrong. I thankfully got a second opinion and Dr Ahmad had a X-ray machine there and was able to see the fracture right away! I didn’t have to go to another hospital for an X-ray and in dc I know you all know how annoying that is. I’ll definitely use him as my primary foot doctor.

Hannah Wilk: I had an appointment with Dr. Vieweger this week and was absolutely thrilled with the experience. He was kind, attentive, and answered to every single question I had. My appointment was incredibly informative and efficient! I only waited about three minutes before I was seen and I love that the office has the flexibility of appointments early in the morning. I will definitely be using this office in the future!
Laura Schaefer: Dr. Firestone is amazing! He is very caring and experienced. He explained every step of my foot surgery thoroughly and did a great job repairing my severe hammer toes and bunion. His office staff is very kind and helpful. Sheryl, his surgery scheduler, is extremely helpful, caring and kind. She was always there to answer any questions that I had and is an excellent resource. I would highly recommend Dr. Firestone and his staff!
William Dakin: I could not have been more pleased with the way Dr. Firestone and Max treated me. Dr. Firestone is very sharp and knows his practice specialty. He was patient and thorough in explaining what he found. He distinguished between what could and should be treated and what should be left alone. He gave me a useful referral for therapy on my foot. His "beds manner" is great.
David Aron: Doctor Vieweger and the X-ray tech both were so cool, helpful, informative and friendly. I was able to make an appt next day and was in and out quickly. I was very happy with the boot received, which immediately eased my pain I couldn’t be more pleased. One of the receptionists could have been friendlier (she was all biz), but whatever - it WAS 7:30 am after all!
Michael Watson: I have moved around the country and therefore have visited several different podiatrists; Lee Firestone is without question the best of them. I have pretty bad feet …have had three separate issues with them, and he has come up with solutions for all the issues. He is methodical and well trained. In addition, his bedside manner is superb. Furthermore, he makes sure that you completely understand what he is trying to do. He will recommend that you run through all non-invasive alternatives before surgery is attempted, which further increases my trust that he is always acting in the best interest of his patients.
Emily Deanne: This is an amazing office with wonderful staff. Doctor David Vieweger is kind, personable, informative, intelligent, and overall a great doctor. He always takes the time to explain in detail the problem and potential treatments. I went to see him 2 years apart and he recalled in detail my original visit and all the relevant facts about me which is impressive! The woman who works at the front reception desk is patient and helpful. I really appreciated her friendly attitude. I think that means so much, especially since there are so many doctors offices where the front desk staff can be rude or dismissive - so having a really positive experience makes such a huge difference. The nurse in the office is also very funny and polite. He will joke with you and make you feel comfortable. Pretty easy to get an appointment and they are good with the COVID protocol. Overall a great choice!

He explained all the treatment options and the risks and benefits associated with each, so I was able to make an informed decision. I especially appreciated that he himself is a runner and could identify with my condition and concerns.

Jane Hardin: The office staff are always helpful and friendly. They are also organized and move quickly. I especially appreciate their efficiency in setting up next appointments. This medical assistants are also efficient and friendly. This time I did not need any special assistance, but Crystal like all the medical assistants I have met in this office, was ready If I needed help in taking off my shoes or getting in the chair. She also remembered me from an earlier visit. Dr Schwartz was her usual outstanding self - friendly and business-like. She has provided excellent care through the years and I have complete confidence in her judgment.

Mikini Williams: From the first day I met Dr. Polun, I knew we would have a great patient/doctor relationship! He is kind and wants the best for his patients. I have had surgery on both feet to correct my bunions. 3D Lapiplasty was the method we decided on. I had the first surgery December 5th, 2019 and the second on March 5th, 2020. I’m beyond pleased with my results. Dr. Polun, has great bedside manner, great follow-up and his staff is always helpful. I would recommend him one thousand times if I could!

Zidi Berger: Dr. Polun is a compassionate and caring Podiatrist, highly knowledgeable with excellent surgical skills. I had an issue with my feet for over 10 years. It was only getting worse. Dr. Polun recommended a Lapiplasty with PRP. The surgery at Sibley hospital went very well and the nerve block on my foot help to control the postoperative pain for over 24hours. My recovery is steady. His office in Potomac Park is state of the art. I highly recommend Dr. Polun to anybody with similar conditions.

Kate Riley: I was able to get an appointment quickly, the front office and medical staff was friendly and efficient. The office was running on time and Dr. Beiser was engaged and thoughtful. He provided helpful information to help me understand the diagnosis and a good plan for moving forward. Overall a pretty ideal Dr. office experience!
RS Hunt: I have seen Doctor Beiser for 5 years now, and he is very good at what he does. I had some foot surgery to correct some earlier surgeries and what he proposed did resolve the issue. Now I see him for ordinary foot care and he is good at that too. The office is well run, and I usually see Dr. Beiser within about 15 minutes of the appt. time. I am very pleased with him.

D Robinson: My experience with Foot and Ankle Wellness has been great from the Initial call to make an appointment to the visit. Making the transfer from one physician to another with no prior notice can be a nerving experience, however, the reception was polite and cheerful which helped me to feel the experience of changing to another care could be an okay option! The office at Providence Hospital is very bright and cheerful with the added bonus of fresh fruit for your taking! The staff at Foot and Ankle Wellness is very friendly and attentive! I was able to see Dr. Nwuju on time, while not feeling rushed during the visit! I especially enjoyed the gift bag with a candle and pen inside! ♥️

Lisa Paquette: I just saw Dr. Laps this morning and I was very pleased with his services. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and when I arrived 15 minutes early he still saw me right away. They have you fill out new patient forms at home (print from their website) which was great and saved a lot of time. He was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough consultation and examination of my feet and problems. He came up with what seems like a good path towards fixing my problems. Overall very happy! Will report back if anything changes in the future.

Dean Hashmall: What a great practice. The location is nice, the building is inviting and clean. The staff are welcoming, helpful, kind, and thoughtful. I spoke with Jodi and she was able to fit me in. Very nice to speak with someone willing to help! Dr Morse is awesome. The interaction with me as a patient was great. I’m not a fan of needles and getting shots, much less in a sensitive area of the foot. He took my mind off of what was going on and with a little humor injected (literally and figuratively) my heel and it was barely noticeable. Dr Morse explained in great detail everything he was doing as well as next steps. I highly recommend this practice. It’s a fantastic bunch of individuals making up a great team

Mary Kopper: My experience was outstanding. From my first connection with Wanda to the post surgical visit With Dr. Schwartz, I felt the highest level of confidence one would want. The surgery manager, Sheryl Firestone, is outstanding. Warm and efficient; thorough and patient. When a problem arose due to negligence on the part of my internist, Sheryl immediately took over and became the best problem-solver. Much to my relief! Dr. Schwartz takes time to explain and reassure. A-plus!

Marcia Bhorjee: If you are looking for an experienced, capable and personable podiatrist, then Dr. Polun is for you. He treated a torn Achilles with stem cell repair and fungal toes with laser, meds and topical. I am symptom free. His entire staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with
Jim Whitmire: In early April, I had two surgical procedures done by Dr.Polun at the same time: A Teno-Tac procedure to straighten out a hammertoe, and an osteotomy to shorten an overlong second metatarsal (the source of many problems). The post-op X-Ray showed a perfectly straight ended and aligned second toe. I am very optimistic that this will relieve my forefoot pain and allow me to walk again. Dr Polun has been attentive and informative throughout the process. He is a superb surgeon— up to date on state-of-the-art procedures such as Teno-Tac — and he’s a great person. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone suffering from foot pain.
Seth Kahan: Dr Polun is 1 in a million! The best! He is expert, professional, proactive, caring, responsive and really, really good at what he does. He diagnosed me correctly immediately, showed me my x-rays & carefully explained. He provided alternatives and a recommendation. For me it meant surgery; so, I had concerns. I travel & work out. He gave me workable options for both. His staff handled everything professionally and proactively. My surgery went great & recovery has been speedy. I accidentally dumped water on my cast after surgery and he came into the office on his own time to replace my cast, which I greatly appreciated. I count myself fortunate to have found him!

Earl James Lewis: This was my first time visiting. I had a nice conversation with the nurse and the Dr. Was personable. He was encouraging and straight forward and also provided me with a few options. It was also a bit busy but I guess if you’re good at something your office isn’t going to be a ghost town. I do want to follow up with a more detailed visit but it was great considering I thought I was in worse shape than I am. So good news while my efforts will hopefully make the next visit a great one. Hope to be a patient long term but see him as little as possible in a positive way.
Danielle Ofori: Dr. Shabazz was amazing with my son. He took his time explaining to my teenager what needed to be adhered to for an excellent outcome. He is an excellent podiatrist and sports medicine physician. This site only allows a five star rating but if I could I would assign this physician more.

My Sister, Sylvia will always say , as high as my blood pressure is, anytime he comes to my room, I get the lowest BP. Very , very extraordinary Dr and very professional. I greatly recommend him.
Alexis Ikhinmwin: Dr. Zakee Shabazz answered our many questions and carefully explained what we had to do. He worked on my son’s feet and was respectful and kind through it all. We also got a generous amount of the sample product needed.. This was our first visit to a Podiatrist; we definitely will continue seeing Dr. Zakee and will recommend him to our friends. If something we tried didn’t bring relief, he had a plan and if that didn’t work, there was another plan already in place. He planned ahead for my treatment and to ensure relief, he did not dismiss me or my concerns. Not every doctor treats their patients with that level of respect and detail and I’m so appreciative of him!
Gloria Gordon: When I first met him, I was at my darkest hour. I had a blood clot that had busted and left a hole in my ankle the size of 2 silver dollars. Fortunately for me the infection had not reached down to the bone. Dr. Shabazz was confident that he could fix it with skin grafts (cadaver) instead of using my skin. He instructed no one to touch it for 48 hours and for me to stay off my feet but I could get up if I could stand to put any weight bearing on it. I did exactly as instructed and by Monday I was able to put weight on my ankle. We took pictures. The would looked excellent compared to what it was. I was extremely pleased at Dr. Shabazz’s work.

Fiona Beagle: I have been having the problem with my foot for years. I went to another doctor, he told that there are no options. The first visit with Dr. Polun, he offered me a solution and fixed my toe two days later. He even collaborated with the physical therapist on the phone. This doctor is absolutely awesome. His bedside manner is always great. Would recommend him 100%.
Yvonne Williams: Dr. Polun is an excellent podiatrist! Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and is an excellent doctor. As a long distance runner, my first visit was for a injury that he repaired. I put in a lot more miles since, but running does take a toll on your body, especially as you age. As much as I want Dr. Polun to give me the okay to start running again, he will not as long as it is not in my best interest. He is a doctor you can trust!
Willard Oplinger: Dr Polun impressed me as being extremely skilled in his field of medicine. He stays informed of current medical findings and procedures, and works well to help patients fully understand the possible options of treatment available to them. He explains thing clearly and interacts well with patients.
david wynn: Dr. Polun really made lapiplasty a wonderful experience. He was totally present with me and my wife at every appointment and surgery event. I have not met another medical doctor so caring. Between those times he was always available too. It gave me great confidence thst he hss performed so many procedures too. Results were astonishing! It is ashame that so many are still not familiar with the procedure. With both feet the nerve block lasted about 24 hours after surgery. Once you can move your toes just take the medications for another 12 hours while watching some good movies. After the nerve block wore off I felt minor pain pain and then no pain while watching movies with my feet propped up. I had a cast on for two weeks with the first leg and then wore a boot for a few weeks. Physical theraply lasted for 4 weeks. Six laser IR treatments made a big difference and I got a I-Walk device which made walking in a cast not difficult at all. Basically after surgery I was fully mobile within 2 months, where with normal bunyon surgery I would be just taking off the cast! With the second foot I was using the I-Walk right away and was allowed to skip the cast, just jumped directly into the boot. Get this, with my right foot in a medical sandle I am driving a car 4 days after surgery! Cant say enough good about Dr. Polun though.

Kennedy Elliott: All of the staff I interacted with were absolutely fantastic (x-ray technician, front desk, doctor, nurses). Doctor and staff were very prompt and attentive. They gave me ample time to ask questions and reviewed my injury in great detail.

The staff is just terrific, very helpful and always friendly. And when I did have an minor issue they scheduled me back in the office the very next day. Jay Bbj: Dr Thomas Senders is really an amazing doctor. I had a foot surgery on 01/06/2022. When, I saw my foot the first time, I really panicked cause I thought no more sandals for summer. I had a big marks. After less then 2 months, my foot looks really very normal. You can barely see the marks. Dr Sanders is the best. He did a great job to fix the problem with my foot. I really think, he should be a plastic surgeon as well. Also, the stuff works in that office are very friendly and always helpful. Thank Doctor Sanders for all you do.
Joe Segal: I have been very pleased with all of the care, for my surgery on my Achilles tendon. They are very attendant, and I routinely see the same staff member(s), Which enhances the patient experience. Dr. Cuttica did a wonderful job on the surgery, and the follow up visits. I look forward to starting PT soon at the same facility. Since I wrote this review, I have been taking quite a few sessions of PT at the location, and have just seen Dr. Cuttica today, for my four month check up. Everything is going as expected, as I try to be a patient patient, knowing that My Achilles tendon will take quite a few months to recover from the surgery. Progress is incremental but steadily good.
Fran Klein: I broke my fibula and Dr. Neufeld performed the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Neufeld and his staff. I also received PT there. Everyone I interacted with was kind, competent, encouraging and helpful in my recovery. I’d give them a 10!

Jennifer Caine: I’m so pleased with the results of my Achilles Tendon and bone spur removal surgery with Dr. Cuttica. He has a great personality and is easy to talk to. He explains everything clearly. I was apprehensive as I’ve not had a surgery like this before and expected a lot of pain. I’m not known for having a high pain tolerance. I read up a lot and was very prepared. I took my meds on time, iced behind my knee regularly and kept my foot raised for a solid week. I literally had almost zero pain! The boot caused what little niggle of pain I had. I’m on a Facebook page for Haglund’s Deformity and the results are a little scary for some. The right doctor, the right preparation, the procedure itself and after care make such a difference. This procedure couldn’t have gone better. I started physical therapy a week ago and now at 8 weeks I’m out of my boot, in a wrap, and driving again. I’m so happy I had this surgery and yes it will get worse before I’m done with PT, but that’s expected. I suffered for 5 years, in so much pain at the end of my work day, getting less active and gaining weight. I really wish I had this surgery sooner.

Matt Cohen: Dr Pearl has provided great care for my teenage son over the years. My son plays competitive travel soccer and has had several foot issues - callouses, blisters, and ingrown nails. Dr Pearl has been able to treat him on short notice and in a way that is sensitive to his desire to get back on the pitch as soon as possible. He listens and is very patient, and also counsels him on preventive care and gear, which has been really valuable. His office staff is great too - very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend for your athlete
Mogater Flux: Foot surgery can be a daunting experience. But if you are considering it, then consider Dr. Pearl. He and the staff are very informal, and I was relaxed from the first moment I stepped in his offices. Dr. Pearl went through all the options, especially avoiding surgery altogether. We ended up deciding on a less intrusive surgery, which suited my age and the relatively short expected time-to-recover. We ran into a couple of challenges during post-op, but he and the staff were very responsive. We also laughed a lot with every visit. Kudos to the team and thanks.

He has spent a great deal of time with me discussing different treatment options. I really appreciate his conservative approach to my treatment plan. He has been very honest, direct and thorough each visit. He suggested trying Shockwave therapy (EPAT) and after the first treatment I felt remarkably better! I have had several subsequent shockwave treatments and am now able to perform normal daily activities and get back to walking and yoga. Thank you Dr Pearl and team!

After years of having mild issues with my ankle and arch, I finally decided to have it looked at after a recent hike induced significant discomfort. I’m very glad I decided to go. Dr. Ahmad and his staff thoroughly examined my foot and provided a comprehensive explanation on what the best plan of care would be. He also asked me what my goals are and provided options to help me meet those goals. I decided to get custom orthotics made for my feet, which I’ll get in a couple of weeks. Until then, Dr. Ahmad provided a ankle/arch support that I can use. Again, very happy I went and I’m optimistic about the plan of care.

The office waiting area and patient rooms are safe and clean as one would expect. Currently I have been seeing Dr. Haseeb Ihmad for treating a toenail fungus. Dr. Ihmad is extremely warm and friendly, and most importantly, he explains the treatment plan that is easily the best and most understandable. Lawrence Obern: Had a mysterious wound on my leg. Dr Yoo looked at it, and gave me a course of treatment for the wound, and while it did clear up. More of them showed up and recommendation to visit a dermatologist. Overall, Dr Yoo and Lisa, and Tammy are very professional and friendly. My only complaint is the Patient Portal not showing invoices. Aetna please fix this.

Their techs that also work on your feet are not rushed and take the time to do a thorough job and touch up any additional areas that I ask for.
