Anita Brown: When I first met Dr. Kominsky, I instantly felt comfortable with him. He takes care to describe the procedure and why he approaches such procedure the way he does. He performed a bunionectomy. Any surgery is serious and can be worrisome and he has a wonderful bedside manner and is patience with addressing your questions and concerns. The procedure went as he described and the outrcome was amazing. He is a very talented and progressive professional in his field.

Dr. Kominsky performed the procedure and I fell in love with how quick and simple everything was. I really like the doctor and the staff. Amy Shaw: I found The Podiatry Center through Google reviews. I booked an appointment and was assigned to Dr. Ross, and he was great! Dr. Ross is extremely nice as well as knowledgeable. The office staff and medical assistant were professional. Very pleased with the care I received.

Donna Brooks: Dr. Said was AMAZING! It felt so good to be heard. She did not rush my appointment and she really heard my concerns. Dr. Said was so knowledgeable on how to help me in my day-to-day activities as well. Dr. Said provided a plan that include the best course of action, how long it would take and what to do to get relief now. She also provided tons of encouragement for me. The staff was also so personal and caring. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service from any other doctor. If you have foot or ankle problems, this is the place to go. You will not regret it. I was able to get in fast and was seen immediately. Thank you for a great experience. I am very grateful!
Ray Hacker: My experience at Fairfax Foot & Ankle was amazing. I had ankle issues for years and it finally bothered me enough to schedule an appointment. Dr. Said was patient and took the time to figure out what the problem was. After only a few visits she was able to address the issue and I now can golf, run, and leap over large buildings (assuming, still need to verify) with no pain!! I could not recommend Dr. Said more. Thank you so much!!
Dale Sykes: I went to another doctor before I saw Dr. Said and I was not impressed. So I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Said and she went right to work to isolate the area of pain and provide treatment. She was great and I hope to start playing tennis again next week.
Sodaba Spanta: Where do I begin?! The staff is amazing! I was unable to walk, I was not sure whether I broke my foot or had an infection. Thankfully, I was able to get scheduled right away with Dr. Said! She is so caring and informative. She makes you feel comfortable and she listens to everything you say! I had an infection, the swelling was down and was able to walk in a day after seeing her! She has the best and cutest assistant, little furry guy named Rocco! Who doesn’t love that comfort?! All in all, the best podiatrist in the area! Highly recommend Dr. Said is you are in search for a podiatrist! You won’t regret going to her!
Cyndy Robinson: One of the best podiatrists in Fairfax Corner. I visited the office twice and both times I was pleased. I had some pain at the ball of my foot. Dr. Said shaved down the callous and gave me instructions to prevent it from reoccurring. Dr. Said is caring and compassionate and the office staff is polite and efficient.
Dan Campbell: After suffering from planter fasciitis pain for years under the care of another podiatrist in the area, I saw Dr. Said. She gave me better guidance, including stretching exercises, that resolved the problem and I have been pain free for over three years.

Susan G: First off all of the staff members was very nice and professional from the beginning when I made the appointment. I brought my 4 year old son here to see Dr. Gilmore and I was nervous about how my toddler would act since he does not like people touching his feet. The doctor had some jokes that helped my son get more comfortable. The medical assistants was amazing they was nice, knowledgeable, and handled my toddler wiggling and moving with out getting frustrated and had tricks to help him keep still. Of course after the doctor leaves is when you have all your questions and the medical assistant was able to answer those questions for me. I even saw the office manager come from her desk to help a patient check out when the administrative assistant stepped away for a moment. This office was just amazing and I would recommend them to any age group. My son loved this office so much he said “we had to bring the Doctor and his friends cake because they was nice.”

They helped my daughter, made her feel so comfortable and clearly stated what she needed and what treatment would be. Once again, he found a fracture that the ER had missed. We are so grateful for his attention to detail. His staff is just the best !
Chris Wixtrom: Dr. Gilmore is an educator as well as an outstanding doctor. He clearly explained the most current evidence-based treatment options for my misaligned toes. The problems with my toes had been increasing over the years, causing so much pain that I could barely walk. Just four days after my surgery, once the swelling had subsided, I realized with joy that I had no pain! Wearing the protective boot, I was able to walk with no difficulty. At my follow-up appointment, when Dr. Gilmore unwrapped my bandages, I was delighted to see my straightened toes! I am so thankful to Dr. Gilmore and his wonderful staff. Everyone was kind, respectful, and highly professional. I strongly recommend Dr. Gilmore and Capital Podiatry Associates.

From a bad toe nail to performing surgery that was needed from a car accident I had. He is definitely among the best when it comes to podiatrist. He takes his time to explain what needs to happen in order to maintain a quality lifestyle. And is very patient with you while on the road to recovery. The facility is always clean, and the environment very relaxing. He employs a very professional staff that helps make up this great practice. And the front desk receptionist (can’t remember her full name) “O.A.” rocks!

S Siddiqui: I highly recommend this practice. From the polite team behind the registration desk, to the short wait to see the provider, to the courteous, amazing and very knowledgeable Dr.Armstrong this place is a seven star! Making an appointment was easy but the best part was my doctor. Dr.Armstrong had an impeccable demeanor, she knew how to make a nervous mommy to be calm and had detailed answers to all my queries. Absolutely LOVED that she took the time to listen and talk. Did not feel rushed at all unlike many of the service providers these days. I wish she could be my PCP 🙂

David Giordano: I have been a patient of Doctor Cohen for too many years to remember when. I have never had anything but a positive experience. His staff is highly competent and always professional. He always takes time to explain how he will proceed. My entire family sees him for footcare unparalleled. Simply the best!
Ed Novak: Prompt and courteous: I did not have to wait past my appointment time which is very refreshing in a medical office. The staff and Dr. Cohen were very friendly and accomodating. My visit was a good experience. I would definitely recommend.
Glenton Queen: Dr Cohen has been treating me for well over 15 years or more ,he thorough, very concern about the patient needs and health issues, he is patient friendly, and his staff complements what he gives to his patients ,they are very friendly and well mannered.
Klaus Fischer: Dr. Cohen is not only a great healer, but a great human being. He is actually my second opinion choice, and therefore saved me having my leg being amputated below the knee. Diabetes caused me to have the right big toe amputated and also a big heel wound that was not responding well to the treatment I was receiving at the hospital wound center. After one month the toe is 99% healed, and the heel is now 1/3 of the size it was after 6 months of treatment before. I recommend him highly and thank God each day that he led me to him, it was truly a blessing.
Jessica “Love” Tatum: Everyone here has a wonderful energy and was very nice and polite. The facility was clean, and they went over everything before confirming that you understand what is going on and what will be done. The best thing for me, and is good for others to know, i that Dr Cohen is familiar with treating patients with fibromyalgia. Not many are, and this experience and knowledge is appreciated for someone early in their diagnosis.
Paul Galey: Office personnel are courteous, friendly and appear to be concerned with the patient. Doctor Cohen takes the time and effort to make you feel as an individual, explaining in detail his concern regarding your well being. I would not hesitate to recommend The Foot & Ankle Center of Maryland as a first choice when the need arises.

Julia DiAngelo: I went to Dr. Cohen to treat my ingrown toenails, he did an excellent job, quick and painless, plus he has great "bedside manner", very funny and nice to talk to. Everyone was helpful and pleasant, from the front desk staff to his assistant who prepped me. If I ever have any other foot issues I will definitely be coming back! P.S. follow the directions they give you when driving to the location, Google Maps was going to get me lost, but their directions were spot on!

Maria Retana: We love Dinosaur PT! Ms. Rebecca is the best. She is super talented, professional, committed and responsive. Our son Diego loves her and has significantly increased his gross motor skills. She is very patient and knows how to deal with children and parents as well, from turning a frown in to a smile to multiple recommendations, she is always willing to help. Her play-based therapy is fun and entertaining and there has never been a boring session in the past 3 years we have been attending. The studio is super clean and organized and even the waiting room is a beautiful space.
Vanessa Knecht: Rebecca is a superstar and working with her for the last year has been game changing for our daughter - and the entire family! Rebecca is very experienced, competent and has such an amazing way with kids. She clearly cares so much about the families she works with. Every week, she pinpoints small tweaks and incremental changes to keep our daughter improving and sends detailed plans for us to follow at home. Her studio is gorgeous, very well stocked and super clean. We HIGHLY recommend Dinosaur PT!
Gibbs Rehlen: Dinosaur Physical Therapy has been a wonderful, reassuring resource for our family of five over the last six years. The physical space is gorgeous and fun for kids, and Dr Talmud is an extremely competent and knowledgeable pediatric PT. We have found her to be engaging and energetic with children of all ages. Dr Talmud exudes positive energy, and she is available to families - she goes beyond your appointment, answering questions via email in a timely and detailed manner. If you’re in need of a consult or ongoing PT, it doesn’t get much better than this thoughtful, caring provider!

Our son was not a huge fan of physical therapy until we discovered Dino PT. Now he’s laughing throughout sessions and doesn’t even realize how much hard work he is doing! We get specific recommendations and strategies of what to work on at home complete with photos. Rebecca truly has a gift and benefits so many with her talents.
