Bball Boy: My wife and I have been with Dr. Aksentijevich for many years and we swear by this man. His knowledge and demeanor are everything we could ask for. He is a calming, totally empathetic, and just plainly the kind of person you would wish for should you need an oncologist to guide you through, and with a great attitude to boot. Do not hesitate to work with him.

cornelia george: Dr Ivan Aksentijevich is a terrific hematologist. He was extremely thorough when diagnosing my blood disorder and also prepared appropriate action plan. He collaborated with Jessica, the Nurse Practitioner, nurses, office staff and other medical professionals who executed their duties efficiently. I would recommend Dr A and his entire staff to anyone who has a blood disorder.

Joshua “Joshua” Josh: Being treated by Dr. Patel ever since diagnosed with Leukemia 2011. Chris Wells: Dr. Patel-Donnelly is a five-star cancer specialist who is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but maintains a friendly attitude that fosters comfort. I have had several cancer scares, proven unfounded thanks to her careful monitoring. At the same time she diagnosed a dangerous Deep Vein Thrombosis in my right leg and guided me through successful treatment. Professionally and personally, she is a star in her field.

Brandi Beach: I have a very rare cancer with survival rate of 5%. I went to many cancer specialist of well known hospitals prior to meeting with dr Cannon with just running around waiting with different tests and was informed that I have 9-18 months left. First appointment I met with dr Cannon, he immediately admitted me into the hospital and started me with chemotherapy. After one year of chemotherapy and radiation, I’m now in remission for 4 years. Dr Cannon saved my life.
Holly Hurd: As a family member of a patient of Dr Cannon, I can’t say enough good things about him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and treats cancer aggressively without losing sight of the individual. The entire experience at Schar is superior and we’re grateful for Dr Cannon’s expertise.

Obianuju Efobi: The nurses are very nice but the pharmacy takes so much time to get the infusion bag ready. You need to include 3hrs in addition to infusion time.
Larry Howard: Some of the finest clinicians and nurses in the country. Works with in house and remote specialists from around the country to tailor care for the individual patient. Inpatient facility shows it’s age but the chemotherapy ward has attracted and maintains a staff second to none. When your oncologist calls you on the weekend to discuss your latest test results, you know it’s not just a job and you aren’t just a number. Complaints? Slow WiFi and inpatient food is not the best. Billing never seems to sort out secondary insurance until the second try.
M Reaves: Old facility that I hope I never have to visit as a patient. Typical big city hospital that deals more with volume than high quality care. Doctors have too many patients to efficiently manage.
