Gave me some tips and I was in business. I went to the counter and the clerk gave me the last parts I needed and verified with my old set that the new stuff would fit. I highly recommend them as they have helpful knowledgeable staff and the customers are friendly and helpful also.

Harold Brenner: I was redoing my daughters vanity drain after she bought a new one. After extensive research and measuring, I thought I knew what I needed. I failed to find the required pieces at a generic hardware, so I went to Eastern Plumbing Supply. The person there looked at my pictures and suggested a much better alternative for much less money. Their prices were great. It worked out exactly as they suggested!!

mikki freidkin: Excellent experience. I’ve been working on building a home and I have found Ferguson to have an exceptional selection at fair prices. Their entire staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had Andrew Thompson helping me most frequently. He has the patience of a saint and works hard to get me the best item for my lifestyle. He also has never forgotten to take advantage of promotions that can save me money. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Selena Belluscio: I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tayler Bordes. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only is she pleasant, courteous and professional but she knows her stuff and we appreciated her input on selections for our new home. Meredith Cross: Keni Jones has helped me on two visits, and she is remarkable. The first time a couple weeks ago I went in to look at new refrigerators because mine (purchased by my builder at another dealer about 8 months ago) was requiring too many repairs. She offered to help me find out how to get it replaced by the dealer for free. That is now happening. Saving $12,000. She didn’t need to help me. She just seems to want to help. Today I went to replace some lights. They have a beautiful selection. I bought a lot of light fixtures with help from Tayler Bordes at the same store in the Fall of 2018. She was fantastically helpful and the lights are great. Today I was there shortly before closing with no appointment. Keni Jones helped me order what I wanted and gave me great advice. I’m a huge fan of Ferguson’s and so glad they opened near DC Chevy Chase!

Hanna chakarji: Better prices than you would expect, I was looking for a light for my bathroom, one thatgoes on the wall. Found some beautiful chrome polished triple light. Was the same price as the junk on eBay. They did not have it in stock at Bethesda but they did have it in Richmond, I paid for it at around 3 PM and it was at my home the next day. Awesome place very high-quality items.

Maya Weil: I purchased door hardware for a complete house remodel a few years ago. The experience in the showroom was excellent. The products are high end and service is great. A few weeks ago a door knob came off and I took it to the hardware store to replace the screw. They could not figure out what I needed so I reached out to Mike and Selena Weaver. She was really helpful and sympathetic. She had the screw shipped to me and then Mike Weaver made a video actually taking apart a knob in his own home to demonstrate how to install it. Now that’s service!
Sarah Olson: Wonderful staff who are an amazing resource for the specialized product lines they carry! We purchased a home with sigma fixtures and after several years developed a small leak. Mike Weaver helped us identify the parts of these fixtures that fail over time (like any product), how to locate replacement parts, and even tried to help us find a plumber who is familiar with sigma fixtures! I cannot speak more highly of Mike and the whole operation. We are so grateful for all their their time and assistance.

There teally IS a difference -- a good one -- dealing with a multi-generational family business! Prompt, neat, polite and above all 100% competent. I have read that some think they are more expensive that others. I do not know about that. I DO know that to attract and retain a team of experienced, well-trained and skilled technicians, they have to be paid properly....and that the result is consistently high service. Sam C: This is a great hardware store. Staff is helpful, selection quite decent, and right in my neighborhood. Could I save a little bit of cash by driving out to the deep burbs for the Home Despot or similar? Sure, but would I? Absolutely not. Icing on this cake: they always accept my Ace coupons, even if past their expiration date. Now that is ace in my book.
MAC Cover: I am rating Glover Park Ace location a 4 because the gentleman who assisted me was very nice in spite of this mean nasty new world we live in. The only issue I have was I placed my order for curbside but the store was unable to locate the order which caused me to go inside the store which I loathe. Love my Ace Hardware!

K R: Wonderful local hardware store that carries anything you need for the home. Cleaning supplies, paint, tools, key cutting, balloons, flowers, plants and everything in between. The staff is always nice and during COVID they were my go to spot for supplies. Some amazing clearance deals as well.
Meghan Griffin: The folks at this Ace hardware are fantastic! I have brought many home improvement ideas to them since I moved to the neighborhood, and it’s always with earnestness and a pleasant demeanor that the staff help me work out solutions. On a recent visit, May and Louie helped me to unstick a really stuck bolt on the hinge from my refrigerator door. I was trying to flip the door so that it opened the right way for my kitchen layout, and they were both so invested in my success. (May, Louie, if you read this, it worked!!) Truly above and beyond. I will always come back to this store for hardware needs.

Megan Tebbenhoff: Everyone at this Ace Hardware is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I went in seeking a screw that would fit a warped sleeve in a new piece of furniture, and Chris went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He asked me to bring in my furniture, offered me a dolly to wheel it in from my car, and used some tools free of charge at the store to help get the screw properly threaded so I could finish building my furniture. It was so kind of him to offer his assistance, I likely would have had to exchange the furniture if I didn’t have his help. I have come to this location a few times and I have always been incredibly impressed by the service. Huge thank you to Chris!

This location is about 30 min away from me but worth the drive and I will be using this location for my needs from now on. Keep up the great customer service !!

james mink: Visited this place last Saturday one of the only places I could find that was open with the part I needed very knowledgeable people even got to meet the owner surprised he was in there on a Saturday definitely found that good to be part of your store like that would definitely recommend this place prices were acceptable actually surprising I figured most people would charge more being available for Saturday
