Naelis Ervin: Had a great time recording in The Miles Davis Room of Clean Cut Studio. Such a smooth process with directions for entry and for recording. The sound engineer, Harry was so dope to work with-patient, clear with technique and expectations, and not to mention considerate of everyone's talents and time! I'm looking forward to the next project!

Stefan Muirhead: The best, these guys are consummate pros, always a pleasure to work with.

Hudson Mansilla: Excellent experience

Cody Lassiter: A little off the beaten path, but friendly studio located in a News Station.

Nizar Farsakh: Newly refurbished facilities, space is a bit tight, but serves the purpose. Very conveniently located between M and Rhode Island streets at equal distances from the capital the White House the state department and various think tanks. The only drawback is that there is construction next door.

Marissa O'Neill: My organization had a great experience working with Beyond Studios. The staff were very responsive and helped us quickly book a last-minute reservation for the photo studio and even squeeze in site visit. We had to change our booking a few times and the team was very flexible with us and super understanding. The studio was a really cool space and well stocked with equipment. Will definitely use them again!

Alyssa Terwall: Beyond Studios is in a great location and Jazzlynn was very helpful in all aspects...from a tour of the space before booking to helping out during the actual shoot. We had a two hour photo shoot for a group of 10, and Jazzlynn was around to help with any needs that came up and was extremely accommodating when we wanted to add extra time. The equipment was great and the space was very functional. I recommend Beyond Studios to anyone in need of studio space for a small shoot in DC.

Laura Howd: Beyond Studios was a great location for an interview shoot. The studio is in a great location, had lots of useful additional lights/grip and working with Jazzlynn made everything super smooth. They went above and beyond to accommodate our shoot. We look forward to filming here again and would highly recommend to others in need of a studio space in downtown DC.

Aption Aesthetics: Extremely happy we found the white room studio! We were accommodated in short notice and Paris was nothing but helpful and kind. They have in-studio lights that makes the process a lot easier for photographers, not needing many extra lights to be transported to the studio. They have a laid back vibe which makes the experience a lot better for everyone and a lot easier to accomplish what you need to get done. I would definitely use the white room again and recommend using it to any photographer or videographer in the Washington D.C. area.

Tiffany Josephs: So grateful for James and the White Room Studio. They accommodated me on less than a 24 hour notice for use of the studio and they were extremely kind and helpful. My first studio session and the absolute BEST choice ( I researched a lot of them lol). Having the option to shoot studio light setup or natural light setup (my comfort zone) made me feel at ease. White Room is my hands down choice studio and I can't wait to shoot my next project there. PS. Customer Service was 5 stars. EXCELLENT!!!! Great experience. So chill. Loved it there :)

Bryon Summers: Beyond Studios is one of the best hidden studios I've had the pleasure of using. White walls and exposed brick inside and a great alley space to walk around and take pictures in. We had a great turnout for a live photo podcast and the space just made it that much better for our loyal listeners to enjoy themselves while listening to us record an episode of Shooting With Shooters (an audio show about visuals). Photo credit: Reggie Green

Chelsea Noll-McClintock: I recently filmed in Beyond Studios, and they could not have been more accommodating. Even as we had continuous snafus with gear pickups and the like, Jazzlynn and the team couldn't have been easier to work with. During both days of filming they made everything easy which is the best you can ask for! The space itself is also really well put together, clean, and charming -- great for clients!

Matthew Frazier: Jazzlynn, from Beyond Studios was extremely helpful in assisting me with my exhibition. She made sure things ran smoothly and if I had any questions or concerns she was quick to assist me. They had everything I needed from a projector, tables, speakers and stands. I definitely want to host my next exhibition here. I recommended Beyond Studios to anyone who's looking to rent an event space or photo studio.

T. R.: Great Experience here, Filmed a good portion of my Documentary in this studio. It offers many scenic settings that will make your Film work look Great. A bonus working with this studio was the Equipment that was included in studio rental. Jazlynn and Staff were Great. Recommend for anyone who's looking for a Production studio in DC.

Jalen: Beyond Studios met all of my expectations and beyond! The location is absolutely beautiful! The manager Jazzlynn was amazing! She helped us with absolutely everything we needed from directions to help with lighting equipment. I can't wait to use them again!

Listen Vision: what do users think?

William: Anybody leaving 4 or 5 star reviews for this place is either lying for money or they are a fake account made by the owner. This place is the worst studio in the entire DMV. There are people with home studios in their basements that will give you a better quality recording and experience. This place is filthy and looks nothing like the pics. I don’t know how this place is still in business. The beats in their Beat Bar are stolen from local producers!! They will listen to people’s beats and RECREATE them to sell as their own. This place exploits the Black population in the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Find a place in MD or VA even if you have to drive 20 min or catch an Uber. Again DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

G. Eddie Patten, Sr: If you are looking for a local station to launch your media/tv/podcast viewership - this is the place!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The space is adequate to host between 1-3 guest comfortably. Come for a tour - you won't be disappointed.

dj OHLOW (djOHLOW): Listen Vision has already made history by becoming DCs official home of the Hip-hop museum but they are also the place to be. Love this place, they have always treated us like family. It's a great community hub and meeting place for local musicians and artists. The radio shows and parties are always welcoming and full of great local talent. The new cannabis community forums are an awesome way to meet and great DC native cannabis enthusiasts.

joshua garnica: The oldest recording studios in dc which holds the largest collection of hiphop memorabilia in the country. Follow Rockeats Alcoreza on ig to check out more of his art @24mobrockeats

nurse honors: Buyer beware...go elsewhere. All they do is take your money and either do little or give you low quality music...All the good music engineers don't stay. And they have a no give back money policy- that one fines out about after the fact. It's really apparent they want money upfront without delivering their side of the bargain, which is produce music. Keep your money and time and go elswhere. WARNING. Don't give them a penny you'll be in the hole. The beat bar is garbage. Not much good sounds in there and even if you did find a good beat, what they can do with it is poor. This place may have been good back in the days, to bad I wasn't around then but now it's gone down hill. I cut my losses Oct 2017, tried them out 2016 thru 2017, hoping things would get better, but it never did. Sherman is nice, but the owner's policy is a BIG ISSUE. And once your money is in, you can't get it out. Shady.

DeLisa F: The hip hop museum is so small but contains alot of good stuff jamed into a small space. Lots of memorabilia is extremely overpriced but they are making it work until they move to the new location next year in Union Square.

DJ N.FAMUS: Work with several artist here when I'm in the DMV area. Unique engineers..Downstairs need an upgrade tho.Good packages for artist starting out..

Blunts Build Bonds: Found out about Listen Vision through a friend. After viewing their podcast setup I was sure that this would be the new home of my show. The studio is always full of good people and better vibes. Any issues or requests that I had were tended to in a timely fashion and the service is always top notch!

Smoke: As a former engineer there by the name of Smokeyy K. All of these reviews were made with false truths. Some of them were made by the owner himself to make this studio look good. It isn't ran properly, he doesn't look out for the engineers as far as equipment. Some equipment had to be brought in by the engineers who worked for the owner. Like recently, I had to come back to this establishment to assist one of my former co workers and they had issues due the fact that the equipment wasn't available due to the fact that it wasn't property of the studio's. So to whomever reads this review, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Jason George: I have never had a better experience broadcasting then at Listen Vision Recording Studios. I booked time for a one time radio promo show and it was great. Listen Vision had affordable rates and their gear is very advanced. The staff was extremely helpful as well. I forgot to send them my videos earlier but they were cool with it and it got done before my show started. Everything went smoothly and I am definetley going back.

Miles F: Wow! I can honestly say I found a consistent place where people can genuinely feel out the tempo and speed I’m working with! The equipment is wonderful and the final product always sounds radio ready! I can’t believe I sound like this! The lead engineer JOJO really captured what I was expecting before I could’ve expected it. I swear he can really work with any genre no matter if you’re a rookie or pro. The location is fire and the highlife staff always makes it comfortable to comeback. Make sure you catch them when they’re promoting their deals (which is quite often). You won’t make the mistake coming here!
Response: Thanks Miles! It's been an absolute pleasure working together to achieve the sound you desired.

Jacob Bennett: Ben is a fantastic engineer and producer!

Nathan Read: Ben Green's Ivakota Studio is awesome! I recorded drums there with Lauren Calve, Milo in the Doldrums, and GriefCat and every recording has sounded beyond amazing! One of the best studios in DC, hands down! Ben is very friendly and incredibly knowledgable. He also brings a lot of valuable ideas to the table to help bring your songs to life!

Mike Conner: Had a great experience tracking three acoustic demos in one day. I've tracked at a handful of recording studios here and in the Midwest. Ivakota represents a great room, a warm and low pressure environment, and Ben is a highly capable and knowledgeable proprietor.

Max B: Great space to create good sounds. Ben, the owner and operator, is super friendly and easy to work with and has great ideas he brings to each session.

Paul Gregg: Favorite studio in the DC area. Ben Green has a great modern approach to the studio that really helps you progress through your session.

Bias Studios: what do users think?

Jamal Lee: great people to work with for all recording needs.. Awesome equipment and a huge selection of mics for any type of recording session.

Blake Galayda: A true Gem in Northern Virginia! The manager Gloria is very warm and responsive, and flexible with getting you on the schedule. Rates are very reasonable for the quality and resume. The place has a very endearing 70s vibe, and the equipment selection is phenomenal (just check out the website). I worked with Tom Tyra, who is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable during my session, and got some amazing quality vocal recordings. I will certainly be back!

Zerg GM: Look out, your payment may be voided and your session cancelled with zero notice. We had a session booked for over a week including booked roundtrip travel for our artist and had our payment voided with no notice less then 24 hours before the session was slated to start due to Bias creating a new policy which requires everyone to be vaccinated (requiring 2 weeks to take effect) which they failed to apprise us of. Very unprofessional.
Response: We are sorry this impacted you. New information is coming at all of us all the time. Last week in Virginia new cases of the virus went up 14%, hospitalizations went up 23% and deaths were up 5%. Our number one priority is the safety and health of our staff and clientele.

Madyun Shahid: Recorded my Voice Over Demo at this hidden jewel. Great Staff, very good at what they do and the rates are great. Stop looking, you have found the location for your recording!

Magdalena Wor: As a professional musician, I highly recommend Bias Studios. Bob Dawson is absolutely amazing! What a great experience. Really happy with the process and the end result. He records all music genres- and understands them all- which is rare in the recording world.

Stephen JW Steele: Bias Studios, high tech sound studio with a vintage history and a wealth of jewel boxes (CD cases) displayed, as proof of the amazing sound that has come out of this production studio. Ken Barnum is the Mix Master/Producer and an expert on the latest in sound production for video, film, gaming, corporate projects, commercials, general voice overs and music. Highly recommended

Mary Rutledge: Professional and fun. Recorded my Voiceover demo at Bias Studios with Ken Barnum ay the board. It was great fun. I was completely blown away by Ken's talent! With several takes per segment the producer who had Skyped in world ask Ken to take the second take, insert the 3rd sentence from the first take and tag line B. Then BOOM! he had it! Just like that, in a minute or less. I'd use then again in a heartbeat

K F: The staff here is professional, friendly, and talented. Great environment to craft a project. I go back again and again. Incredibly responsive to diverse needs. They work with some of the biggest stars in the business.

Oheneba Quajo Asumadu: Nice studio, love the setup. Friendly and welcoming staff. Thanks Ms Gloria Dawson for taking us round and giving us all the needed info. Highly recommended.
Response: It was our pleasure, Collins! We look forward to helping with your project.

Les W: Another great job by Tom Tyra...timely, great editing, and helpful. Tom and Nick are my go to guys when recording.

Blue Room Productions: what do users think?

RJ: I met with Conrad several months ago, as a total novice in recording and mixing. He held my hand right from the beginning, starting from how to put together a simple home recording setup for my Karaoke singing, and then doing the mixing for my songs. In each session i learn some nuance from him on how to improve the mechanics of singing and recording. Thanks to him i have a YouTube channel up and running, with a small dedicated set of followers. Gives great balance to my work routine and has me re-connecting with friends. It is a pleasure to work with you in your superbly appointed studio, Conrad!

Mealony Thomas: This was my Granddaughters and I first time in a professional recording studio. She has been blessed with a vocal coach who has been with her since her journey began. When we arrived, Conrad was very inviting and warm. He explained what was going to occur and how we would go about obtaining those results. He gave Nyasia directions on how to proceed and because of Zenzi's preparation Nyasia went in and nailed it. Then we saw Conrad's mastery at work and the man is a genius. When the session ended and we were leaving, I told Zenzi how I felt about the experience, non-stressed and relaxed,, and she said "that's the way it's supposed to be"..
Response: Thank you so much for your message Mealony! You made my day! It was an absolute pleasure to host you, Nyasia, and Zenzi at the studio. And I look forward to our next session together! Have a blessed week!

Anna Ivanova: This is an absolutely superb recording studio! I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the sound, the subtle understanding of the music, the great professionalism and friendly attitude of the owner, and the patience with which Conrad was willing to correct all of the small wrinkles in my initial recording. The recordings I made with Blue Room were also done in collaboration with the BAT studio productions (Ben-Aviv Tam) and the combination of these two great professionals and really extraordinary people made it the most exciting and rewarding experience, which I will cherish for my whole life. If you need a high-quality recording with the people who really care about what they do, you have come to the right place! I do not have enough words to describe my admiration and gratitude for the work of this studio. Simply the best!

Karen Fleming: Thank you for recording my voice over demos two weeks ago. The studio is awesome, and I felt right at home. I very much appreciate your work.

Chris Wheat: Thank you so much to Blue Room Productions, all the recordings sound great. I can't wait to get them out in the world! Conrad did an amazing job and they sound just like I hoped they would. Even though this is my first professionally recorded project, I loved being in the studio and learning and recording.

Ana Galeli: Blue Room Productions offered me one of the best recording experiences I’ve had! I contacted them at the last minute and they were able to cater to my needs along with providing excellent and professional customer service. Here, you are working with the best professionals in the area and I definitely felt that I got my money’s worth. Also, the studio is gorgeous and very well equipped, truly a gem! I was 100% happy and satisfied with my recordings, Conrad is the ultimate professional! He will make sure you get the best takes and goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Huge plus for having a plethora of equipment options! Already booked my next session!

Stedfastt: Conrad is the man! Very talented and customer friendly. I had my latest single Badlands mastered by him. The master sounds excellent and he made sure it ended smoothly. I also liked how he shared details about the process. In all honesty, I highly recommend him.

Landon: I have worked with Conrad at Blue Room both on my own and others projects for several years and I can say without a doubt that he is a professional through and through. He is always on it - and willing to share feedback and creative wisdom.

Brittany Smith: Thanks to Conrad, I had the most enjoyable recording experience. I wanted to record some songs on the piano for my wedding ceremony and Googled "Recording Studios in Maryland." Blue Room Productions was on the first page and had good reviews. I called and the pricing was reasonable, so I gave it a shot. From the day I scheduled my session to the day of, Conrad called several times just to check in and confirm that the appointment was still on. When I arrived, he took me on a tour of the stunning contemporary home studio. Afterwards, we got right to work, and I warmed up on the awesome electric piano. I don't remember what kind of piano or software he used, but it was AWESOME. If I hit a wrong note, he could edit it right out from the computer. It took me less than an hour to play my songs, and after he produced the tracks and gave me a CD, I was out the door. I would definitely recommend Blue Room to anyone and plan to return myself.

Kate Eckman: I had such a wonderful experience with Conrad and his team from start to finish—from my initial conversation to the day of recording to the timely delivery of my project and overall quality—they overdelivered. I greatly appreciate their kindness, professionalism and skill! I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Big Ave: The best engineering I've come in contact with in years. Professionalism in every aspect regarding music. Timeliness and prompt with sessions. The environment is conducive to productivity on a wide scale. I'm very impressed. I will give many referrals. Thanks again!

JokkoL: Patient. Professional. Comfortable environment for all levels of artists. Here you can find the highest quality tracking, mixing, mastering, and music consultation all under one roof at an affordable price... it’s honestly a steal. Owner and lead engineer, Dustin, is dedicated to his craft and it shows. Go checkout Sound King Studio... you won’t be disappointed.

michael maye: Dustin Marshall is a great person to work with in the studio he helped me to get my project done and complete. I like rapping and writing poems. I really enjoy working on my music. I found the studio on google looking for a recording studio to do my work. I got to know Dustin and work with him, the studio equipment and wiring connection is real good the room where the customers go to record is relaxing and comfortable everything is good and correct so Dustin Marshall is a great engineer to record with at his studio. He's real good!! Shola

SQHITTA: I was Brought to Sound King Studio's to record a feature for a song, My initial reaction was wow! the studio its self looks amazing and is very welcoming. Super chill engineer, by far the best I've seen and worked with , really knows what he's doing ! I recommend this studio to any and everyone looking for great sound and quality work! I came from VA to the studio and was stocked just of pictures I seen and I can say it was and is worth the trip!

Dyron Clay: Sound King Studio is best Studio to record in the DMV!!!Dustin is Amazing from recording to mixing and mastering and all. And if you want the best sound quality and great rates, He is super cool and laid back with professional input and wisdom in the music industry.Sound King Studios is King!

This is not Bjs YouTube: Overall decent atmosphere & producing, for the price. However, my recent session was canceled on last minute by one of the Producers named Dustin, which is never ideal for a musician. So I had to find another studio the day of. I was canceled on once before by another producer in sound king studio as well a few months ago but I cant recall his name.

eliot donovan: I was referred to Sound King Studio from a friend who spoke highly of the quality to record my verse for the High School Cypher. Dustin did a amazing job. He gave me tips that really helped me get the energy across. If you care about your sound go to someone who also cares. Im saving right now to come do my first project here. I also for got to mention the studio is sick Dustin told me they are in the process of building 2 new rooms. if it looks as good as his control room i'm sure its going to be awesome.

Lexie Ma'Vonne: Best engineer I ever worked with. Dustin is very patient and he makes sure your songs sound perfect. This is the perfect studio to go to if you're in the DMV area.

STR WILD: I come all the way from Frederick MD to record here. I heard a few people in Frederick music and found out that they record at Sound King. I thought they were getting there songs mixed in New York but when I found out that the studio is only about 45 mins away I was stoked. This guy Dustin ( DJ ) IS AWESOME!!! he took my song to the next level like I knew he would from other mixes ive heard people get here!! Oh yeah and price? the quality is by far better than other studios ive been to like Listen Vision and House Studio and they charge way more.

YNC HTIK: My name is Manny of the group Y.N.C H.N.S. if you want the highest quality of sound and sick cuts done to your music then I highly recommend that you go to sound king studios. not only are you going to love the finished product you will gain knowledge of how to market and promote your music. Overall me and my group members had a great time at sound king the head engineer skully takes his time to ensure that you not only sound like the best but you can feel that he wants you to be the best. I wouldn't go to any other studio.

Mike Ryan: Dave Mallen's Innovation Station is hands down the best recording studio in the Mid-Atlantic region. Dave has put his heart and soul into creating a wonderful, state of the art facility that offers the very latest cutting edge technology without losing the warm, inviting feel of playing music with friends in an intimate setting. As a producer Dave is 100 percent committed to bringing the very best out of every artist no matter how big or how small the project. As an engineer he works tirelessly to record, mix, and master every track to the absolute highest standard. In addition to his considerable technical skills, Dave is a superb musician who can create a seemingly endless array of amazing musical textures with a wide variety of instruments. Most importantly, Dave is, at his core, a true music lover who brings an infectious enthusiasm for all things musical to everything he does. Dave has produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered a number of my tracks that have gone on to win National and International Songwriting Awards. Bottom line: if you're serious about making the very best music you can, Innovation Station is the one and only choice in this area.
Response: Thank you Mike, for sharing your experience with us and your kind words. You're a an amazing talent and great friend!

Davin Hutchins: I worked with Dave for more than a year on a full-album. What made the project successful was Dave's attention to detail and professional friendly attitude He had an ability to take my complex demo files and streamline them to a workable project, find the right sonic space for a lot of instruments and learn songs on the fly to contribute tracks. Super proud of the finished product and my sessions at Innovation. Time very well spent. Highly recommended.

Cynthia Angelica (Cynthia Gross): It can be tough to find someone who is both enjoyable to work with and who has the prowess needed to produce creative, top-notch music. Innovation Station Music has both. For the past year and a half, I've been working with Dave Mallen on an original album and business strategy, and I'm so glad I made his studio my choice. As someone with high standards, I can say, the studio has what it takes to bring your music dream to life. Beautiful space, the latest equipment, and a producer who pours his heart into each project he takes on.
Response: Hey Cynthia, thank you so much for leaving us such an amazing review. We are overwhelmed to know that you loved our work and we are really grateful that we could transform your dream into reality. Wish you all the luck!

Donnies Amys: I did my solo project with Dave years ago. Even before he had this beautiful new studio, Dave was amazing to work with! Great producer, musician, listener, and advocate for artists. Work with Dave if you can!
Response: Hey Donnie, thank you for the compliments and for the feedback. We really appreciate your kind words and recommendation!

Brian Coyne: Dave was a pleasure to work with. In 2011 Dave mixed and mastered my blues EP. He did a fantastic job. The best thing he did for me was take the time to show me what he was doing so I could learn to mix myself. I have been mixing my own music now for almost ten years and I use the techniques Dave taught me everyday. One day I hope to mix as well as Dave! Rock on! -Brian Coyne
Response: Thank you Brian, for the awesome review and appreciation. We always try our best to provide you what you want and it's been our pleasure as well, to work with you and teach you all the techniques. Good luck!

Emily Henry: The Innovation Station studio is beautiful and easy to work in! Dave is a thoughtful, experienced producer who will help you get the best out of your sound. Recording, creating, and working on career goals are rewarding and high-quality experiences at this studio. Highly recommended!
Response: Thanks, Emily! Coming from you, this means so much!

Fox Vernon: Dave shepherded me through the process of releasing my first album. And I do mean "shepherded," as my metaphorical sheep were wandering aimlessly. I never could have done it without his big ear, big heart, and kind touch!
Response: Hey Fox, thank you for the great review and appreciation. Glad to know you liked our work. Keep it up! Merry Christmas!

Relegation Books: A beautiful studio. We always enjoy working with Dave. He is a great producer, engineer, and musician.
Response: Thank you for the great feedback and appreciation. Looking forward to work with you again!

Crys Legend: Great studio that has everything you need to get quality sound. Definitely will be coming back and recommend it to anyone!

Blue House Productions: what do users think?

Freddie Dunn: One of the best places to record your project in this area! The studio is homey and comfortable. They've got a great mic locker, a tuned piano, and B3 organ. Jeff the lead engineer and owner is all the experience you need behind the board. He's been a principal in several award-winning recordings. They can also mix and master in house. Rates are reasonable. If you're in the DC Silver Spring area and looking to record most definitely give them a holler!

Matt Dorsey: Excellent facilities for recording projects of any size. Quality video production. Great place for anything from school submission videos to full band recordings and performances. Fine mic selection with the experience and know-how to use them properly. Jazz, Classical, Gospel, Rock, Pop, Bluegrass, Singer-Songwriter, a scope as wide as the DC area herself. Jeff and his team are tops. Highly recommend!

Jack Gruber: An incredible experience working with Jeff. Recorded multiple audio and visual based projects. Videos looked incredible and audio always sounds pristine. Will definitely record my next project here.

Todd Marcus: Blue House Productions is my preference for where to record in Washington, DC and Baltimore metro areas. Good quality work, facilities, and a commitment to getting it right so artists sound their best. Also have used Blue House for video work filming and recording live performances and have been very happy. Great work and pricing.

Bryan Lee: Jeff at Blue House has a wonderfully intimate studio with one of the finest Steinways I've ever played. He also is a consumate pro at live production.

Celestin Officiel: Jeff is very nice and full of energy. I appreciate his expertise and great talent.

T Burke: Really enjoying 19th St. Band! It’s nice to see the whole band and the production is great!

Bo: Really expensive for what you get. Good audio recording but not so good video quality.

Godwin okeme: It was a delight working with Jeff.....He literally unmasked my hidden potential

Jazz All-Jazz: Absolutely professional and easy to get things done!

Omega Recording Studios: what do users think?

Sean Ray: Great recording studio. They record and work your music like magic. I've had bandmates that were super nervous recording for the first time, but if you just play through, mistakes and all, the studio technician can help fix it and make it perfect. The staff is also awesome and works with you as well.

Sandy Hinden: Professional staff and amazing production. So thankful that this area has a professional studio so close by.
Response: Thank you Sandy! Your band is awesome. Please stop by anytime!

Antione “Tephlon Tione Perion” Kelly: Been here twice very nice studio best one I have been in , in the dmv area . My engineer Issac is incrediable. Can't wait to finish my album there

Klaus Michaels: Omega and Bill are unquestionably top notch. Both the facility and the attention to detail are second to none. I would be glad to place any future products I might consider in their more than capable hands. I have had the opportunity and great pleasure of interacting with Bill Mueller throughout his career. He is the real deal when it comes to anything audio, and his unwavering effort toward audio "zen" is always appreciated!! Mucho Kudos!!
Response: Thank you Klaus! We are glad you had a good experience!

Myron Bretholz: Omega Studios sets a very high standard for professionalism and quality output, and they have a justly deserved reputation in the field for that very reason. And, a big part of why that is so, is Bill Mueller, who is regarded in his field as one of the best sound engineers anywhere. The level of attention and knowledge he brings to his craft are the very embodiment of what a good sound engineer should be, and the numerous award-winning recordings that he has helped bring to fruition speak (and sing, and play) for themselves. Long life to Omega, and long life to Bill Mueller as well.
Response: Hello Myron, we really appreciate the kind words. I'll let Bill know!

Teresa Really: My initial impression of this place was dispelled within a matter of minutes. When I first arrived, I was expecting something glitzy and glamorous (blame my ignorance on watching too much Empire!). But what Omega lacked in visual accoutrements of a fictional TV show, they made up for in real-life grit, dedication, and compassion for the art. My son is student there and I could not be more proud. Don’t judge this book by it’s cover like me, the real reviews are in the many decades of success.
Response: Hello Teresa, this is awesome! Thank you for the kind words. You are correct, we are not known for our interior decorating haha

Christopher Espaillat: I attended Omega starting in January of 2018 for the AMP program. I’d say that the program is carefully put together and all engineers/producers/musicians of any level will get a lot out of the program from beginning to end. If you do attend, know that it’s an excellerated program and you are going to need to focus on studying hard like any other school, but there are always engineers and a staff that will be more than willing to answer any of your questions if that’s what it takes for you to succeed. Also, don’t just go there just to go to class and only focus on what the books and program are telling you. Pay attention to how the engineers as a whole work together in a REAL WORLD environment and why they do the things they do during mix and recording sessions. It’s a journey, but in the end it’s very rewarding.
Response: Chris, thank you very much for the review! We are glad that you had a valuable experience at our School. Best of luck as you start your new career!

miles holt: I was a student here from 2013-2014 and I loved it. Though the program is hard and takes a lot of dedication, it was worth it. I began working in the audio field not long before graduation, with the help of introductions given to me by the staff. The classes range from business to technical. The class sizes are small and allow a lot of hands on interaction. The equipment is state of the art, and the staff is fully knowledgable of how to use it. I went to college in Chicago for music, and then went to Omega, and I'd certainly say Omega gave a more fulfilling academic experience that is just as rewarding.
Response: We are glad you had a positive experience attending The Omega Studios' School!

Jordan Levy: I don't know what this lady is talking about, when I was a student there were more black kids than white. And everyone has to pass that test to get in. She is just mad about that. The admissions guy and the owner were both very nice to me and my family, and he even helped us get set up for financial aid! They probably just didn't want to take that lady's money. The program was awesome, too.
Response: Thank you Jordan for the kind words!

Mack Janice: About to finish my year hear. Absolutely loved it. Ignore the mother telling her that says that the school only accepts Albert Einsteins & Whites, the assessment test was high school level at best. A few English questions here, a few Geography questions there, some incredibly basic music terms and a handful of basic algebra. If you're unable to pass that assessment, you're not going to make it into this school. But if audio engineering is truly what you want to do, than this school is absolutely for you.
Response: Thank you Mack! We pride ourselves in regards to our student body diversity. Music is universal, after all!

Cue Recording Studios: what do users think?

Envizion Photography: I was very impressed with Questions Studios. The sound engineer was really good to work with. What they are able to do is just fantastic. It's not the most star stuck building nor are the spaces extraordinary. What sells the studio are the capability of the space as well as of the engineers. Mixing and mastering are a plus for any song that is ready for prime time and at Que they know exactly what it takes to make that happen. They are capable of taking your ideas and bringing them out in a way that it's hard to imagine. If you plan on releasing a project bring it to Que and let them put their stamp on it.
Response: Thank you!

Chris Murphy RHL Audio: As a free-lance audio engineer, I usually do my rhythm section recording at Cue. Flexible and powerful headphone system, good sounding piano, spacious control room, and a helpful staff. Fabulous collection of mics and mic pre's. Did a session there on 2/23/22, sounded great.
Response: Thanks Murf! Sorry for the late reply, very late reply... But I missed commenting on several reviews and Google just reminded me.

Saint Brown: Always an awesome time. The staff are very friendly. They explain things and help you to be at ease during the sessions . Not to mention, they have produced platinum, gold, and silver tracks for major artists!

Nick Newlin: I went to Cue Recording on 5/4/21 to record a track for a Children’s album that I had been hired for. The engineer Tyler did such a great job of professionaly, efficiently, relaxedly and good naturedly making the track shine, implementing my ideas and helping me fix issues. Great experience, great value, excellent results. Highly recommend!
Response: Thank you Nick for the terrific and appreciated Google review. We’re so glad you enjoyed working with our talented engineer Tyler here at Cue Recording Studios! Here’s to another successful project with you in the future! Jeff J.

Stacy Brooks: Awesome sauce!!
Response: Thank you Stacy for being a stellar client, and the 5 star review!

AL Daniels: Great place, great staff, the awesome Studio ManagerDusty Rose and the one and only Ken SchubertAka "The Sound Doctor"
Response: Thank you for the 5 star review AL. We’re glad you had a terrific recording session!

The Official Miracle Thomas Channel: One of my favorite places to record. I love working with Ken Schubert; he's an awesome Music Engineer. He always bring out the best in me; love his energy! Special shout out to his assistant Dusty. 😘❤️
Response: Thanks Miracle for your review and so much past business at Cue!

Delwayne Bell: Best studio in the DMV

Valerie Crawford: I only stopped by looking for another venue, however the person that helped me was kind and friendly. The studio was clean, contemporary in its style and when I need to record, I'll be back.
Response: Thanks Valerie!

Benjamin Omesiete: Professionalism at it's best. Sound engineer was also helpful. We had a lovely experience. Definitely coming back

Trilogy Sound Studio: what do users think?

Drake’s #1 fan: I wanted to give this studio a 5-star review so badly. The customer service is impeccable, and the aesthetics in this building are to die for…but…the studios are not soundproofed. As a result, my recording had discernible background noises from a group that was outside chatting (I rented the red room). It’s mind-boggling that a dedicated studio with all of the latest DAWs and premium equipment didn’t prioritize solidifying their walls first. Trilogy Sound excels in every category except for their foundation: Sound.
Response: Hi there, so sorry you've had a less than pleasant recording experience at our studio. Please contact admin+drake1fan@trilogysoundstudio.com so we may help rectify this. In the mean time, we have a plan to provide additional sound proofing measures the will be deployed in the coming months. Thank you for your feedback.

Ben Lake: State of the art studio tech, incredibly talented + well educated staff, and wonderful vibes throughout the entire place. They’ll go the extra mile for your project. You won’t find a better place to turn your vision into a masterpiece in northern VA than at Trilogy.
Response: Thank you, Ben! We loved working with you and bringing your vision to life! Come back again!

X-byte Beatbox: The studio is hand designed and engeneered by the CEO Robb Sanchez who is an incredibly smart and intelligent guy ask him anything about the studio he'll reply in detail everybody knows how to do audio engeneering and they have a Raven Z3 a limited edition audio engeneering setup.

Lunar Peter: These guys are more than just a recording studio - they are all about the musical culture. You're not just a dollar sign them - you represent a future of possibility to TSS Studios. TSS seems to have an ernest desire to grow with the local scene and not just profit off of aspiring artists. Everyone there is super nice and seems to know what they're doing.

Emily Hall: Amazing studio!! Friendly staff, quality equipment, with excellent attention to detail. I recorded a song here and it turned out really great. If you're looking for a place to record, look no further!
Response: Thank you, Emily! We love having you here!

Patri Galera Simon: I have been going to the studio as a student in the Sound Engineer program and I couldn't ask for more. The equipment it is one of the best equipment you can find, the classes are amazing because you get to practice since the very beginning, and the atmosphere there it is amazing. Everybody at the studio is awesome and without any doubt I will come back to the studio every time, for me this became more like a family.

Sarah Benrazek: This is the best studio in town. I was able to produce a full EP with the help of expert musicians and producers, and the equipment on-site is state of the art. I've never seen so many microphones before! If you're looking for a place to record, produce, mix and master, or even learn about music production, this is the place. Also, the price beats every other studio in the area. Check it out.

Devin Owens: I've been with mix master since it's inception, and there has been no other group of people I've seen who have put so much time and effort to making this a great and innovative establishment. They are flexible, fair and always willing to go above and beyond to help grow artist as well as their own brand. I'd recommend mix master to any new, established, or curious artist that looking to make waves.

Jesse Hoptiak: I had a couple of song ideas. Since I had never recorded anything I was wondering how I was going to get what is in my head to a recording. Rob helped me step by step to get the exact sound I was looking for. What a talented group of artists. The studio is nice and the prices really can't get any lower. It has a family feel. Thanks for all the help! I will keep coming back

Russ Nelson: I honestly couldn't be happier with this studio. Robbie Sanchez did an amazing job of mixing and mastering my music and gave me multiple different samples as we worked toward the final sound. Great guy to work with and he is truly dedicated to making sure you get the sound you're looking for. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Inner Ear Sound Studio: what do users think?

Darin Drake: I have recorded with Don Zientara for the last 40 years, that's both my Producer and bandmate and I will always have a special place in my heart for Inner Ear Studios.

Majestic Ways: Bad service! Especially for indie artists. Don, the manager/owner will not take you seriously if you're not signed to a label. I was frustrated because he wouldn't take my work seriously and above all, he was quick to give me the bill. Once I paid, he litterally kicked me out !! His work was really mediocre, I felt robbed when I was walking out this place. I will never ever go back there. As a matter of fact, they never treated me that way anywhere else before and after.

Rick Hanson: I have recorded at Inner Ear Studio -- laid down a few vocal tracks and a bass track -- and I found it a very comfortable and high quality professional atmosphere. Don is great to work with. You can't go wrong with Inner Ear. Check it out!

John Small: I've recorded a half dozen demos at Inner Ear Studio. I've been to 2 other studios in the metro area but like Inner Ear the best because they work with you trying to realize your vision instead of their own (unless you want them to produce). It's a very relaxed, non judgment atmosphere. I high recommend IES.

Wilfredo Morales: This place is to punk music as Abbey Roads is to British rock. Don is always awesome to work with, he lets the session take it's course. We felt comfortable and the session was productive.

Steve Hansgen: My favorite recording studio and engineer in the known Universe!

Avi Walter: Had a great time working with Cati!! Professional, efficient, and great staff 👍🏻👍🏻

Joel Shuy: Don was great, very comfortable place, very accomdating. Super fun and productive experience.

Jed Prentice: Great place to record. Don Z is the man!
