Biff Corning: The CertaPro crew did an excellent job in doing staining and carpentry work on our pergola, screened in porch, and deck floor. They were incredibly precise in their work, extremely clean and neat and they took the quality of the service and work they did very seriously. With weather delays and all, they kept in communication with us regarding their thoughts on what made sense for schedule to insure that the work was done properly and looked the best it could. Danielle Clifford: This September we hired CertaPro Painters to paint the exterior of our house. Like many people, we are home more right now and are reminded constantly that we were unhappy with the color of our house since we purchased it 3 years ago. I cannot express how much we love the finished product. When we pull into the driveway, it is a different house. When we sit outside, we face the house now because it is beautiful. Their team is responsive, professional, highly skilled and we found their prices reasonable. During a pandemic, it can be uneasy to have people come to your home. Their team followed social distancing protocol and wore masks the entire time and we felt comfortable and safe. The process was easy, and the product is fantastic. Before sending the final invoice, I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the job. However, with all the positives one stands out above all of them. Their team provides excellent customer service. I often reach out to different vendors for our home repair estimates and once the sales team or contractor meets my husband, I am disregarded. It is highly offensive, and I have not selected vendors because of this. I did not experience this with CertaPro Painters. Hiram and I had initial contact and arranged the estimate, I was unable to be home during the scheduled time, so my husband met with him instead. Even though he met with my husband during the estimate, he continued to communicate with me and direct questions to me. This mattered a lot to me. I will continue to share my recommendation to everyone we know. The work that was done was high quality and their team incredibly customer focused. Hiram first completed an estimate based off of pictures, but scheduled an in person consultation as well, so he could provide the most accurate estimates. They told us upfront which rooms they thought may need an extra coat, and kept us informed if anything else came up during the job. Percy and his team were punctual both days and left our house in great condition. The estimates and final totals are extremely detailed and leave nothing to the imagination, which is supremely helpful in choosing a service provider. You can't go wrong with Hiram and CertaPro! Michael Moss: These guys were amazing! They were RIGHT on time daily, almost to the minute they told us they would arrive. They were careful with the house, and meticulous in their painting. What STUNNED me, was how incredible their drywall repairs were! I had a number of lighting fixture holes, and even a large gap where we’d removed a medicine cabinet. By the time they were done, I couldn’t even tell there had ever been a hole! And, some fireplace molding and baseboards in the great room: as good as new. It was a big job, every single room, three floors, including painting kitchen cabinets, and every single aspect of the job was done great. I could go on about the team, but I’ll simply say: the CertaPro team was professional, capable, polite and diligent, and the painting job they did was EXACTLY what we needed - top to bottom. My wife was so impressed, she made them lunch one day. From our initial consult with their Residential Sale Consultant, to the exterior work they did, to the interior work including the patching, CertaPro Painters of Baltimore Washington was simply outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
K Cunningham: CertaPro completed an interior paint job at my house in Sep. 2018. First of all, Hiram provided an exceptional quote. It was by far the best, not cheapest, quote that I received. We expected the job to take two days as wallpaper removal was needed. The team that did the work arrived on time, went right to work and stayed late to finish the job in one day. I had a small issue a few months later with some paint starting to peel, called Hiram and in a couple of days, the painter returned and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend CertaPro for painting needs.

Marina Z: We hired Rent Painters in fall 2021 to paint a house we recently purchased and do some drywall repair which I believe was subcontracted. Cost was a bit higher than others but they came highly recommended. There were some initial issues about cleaning up that were mostly resolved. I then reached out to the owner several times as I noticed some problems in the paint (cracking, peeling) and I have since noticed that some of the drywall may not have been taped correctly. Regardless of the general expectation of quality work, this work was guaranteed for a year in the contract. The owner did not respond to my multiple attempts to contact him and resolve the issues, which is why I am (belatedly) leaving this review. Varinia Ballali: HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!! They were supposed to show up Monday at 8a for interior paint in 3 upstairs bedrooms before we move in. I have the carpet people coming after the painting was supposed to be done. So this is incredibly inconvenient. The owner Chris was so unresponsive and RUDE. I don't live at the property ,I live 15 min away. First he was going to give me a quote he said that day, he didn't contact me back for more than a week. Then he would me text and I would try to schedule the job. And that was really difficult. He was extremely unresponsive. All communications were through text messages, so I should of known this was not a legitimate business!!! 5 days out I texted about how much paint do I need to purchase for the job...NOTHING! So finally on Saturday I texted about maybe painting the kitchen cabinets...nothing. Sunday afternoon I texted again ....again nothing.!!!!!!!Finally at 745p I texted and said can you confirm to me the time. Since i had been getting silence from Chris, he, the business owner who wants my business and I am the client, BERATES me over text message saying that NO they won't show up because I asked to confirm the appointment. Seriously?!? I had not gotten a text back about how much paint I needed or to extend the job to my kitchen so of course I'm going to text to confirm the appointment time. Normally businesses send emails and appointment reminders. I understand you may be busy than don't take a job you cannot handle or hire someone to do your scheduling. And a grown man and business owner should not talk to anyone in the manner that you did to me! I have a 14 month old son I cannot just pack him up in the car at 730 in the morning and mess up our schedule. This company is SHADY!!!!!!!! I have all the text messages to prove it and I can post it if he wants to respond. I don't just write negative reviews for a business but I have never delt with someone so rude. Chris I don't know how you think you can run a company and treat people this way! Take your business elsewhere like I did. And I so much happier I did!!!!!!!!!!!! Shady! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL! Natalie Young: Rent Painters We needed to repaint the entire interior of our new home. We had three painting companies come out and give us quotes and Rent Painters came in at a competitive rate. We were also impressed by Chris’ knowledge and professionalism at the time of the quote, so ended up hiring them for the job. They did a great job painting the house. What we really, really appreciated was that Chris advised us against the color we had initially chosen for the trim in our hallways and living/dining room area. We are SO glad he talked us into a different color for the trim, which worked out so much better. Chris also asked his team to hold off on painting certain areas so that we could see the colors in real life before moving forward. That was a big help and led us to make some changes to our plan. We did have some small bubbles emerge in the paint on one wall after the job was completed, but Chris did eventually send someone to fix them. Would recommend them! Service: Interior painting
Scott Murphy: Chris and his crew from Rent Painters were outstanding. They painted the entire exterior of our three-story, 2600 square foot home. Chris offered us the best price, and then went the extra mile to ensure our home got the highest quality paint job. The work involved extensive prep (power washing, scraping, caulking), different surfaces (wood trim, stucco, and cedar siding) and use of high ladders to reach soffits and fascia that were over 20 feet off the ground. Chris predicted how much our paint would cost with amazing accuracy, matched our colors perfectly and even found us a special primer to fix a paint peeling problem we had been experiencing for years. He also let us use our own carpenter to fix some rotting wood that his team found during the job. And his crew are all courteous, skilled, and incredibly hard working. From start to finish, Rent Painters was everything we'd hoped for and more. Now we feel almost like we live in a brand new house! Emily Cunningham: We hired Williams to paint our bathroom, as well as the living room wall that continues up our stairs. While I could probably have tackled the bathroom, the stairwell wall would require both equipment and skill I don't have. The crew did an amazing job and was very timely. The two person team showed up early, and they brought all drop cloths and equipment. (We elected to purchase the paint ourselves with volume estimates they gave.) I was impressed with the prep work covering our stairs and living room furniture - we had painters before that didn't cover, and there were tiny specks everywhere. Very happy with Williams work! Fairfax Oral Surgery: Williams Professional Painting exceeded expectations... again! This is the third time we have used them for work in our offices and two office remodeling jobs. We just completed remodeling our Woodbridge office where they framed new door openings, new counter openings, demolition, repaired entire walls from equipment being removed. Their team was in there with halogen lights to make sure their drywall finishing had no imperfections. They worked through the weekend, evenings and early mornings to make sure we hit our target opening date, which was only a two (2) week window. Before the renovation began, the owner brought the carpenter to my home to review the project and make sure there was a clear understanding of what I wanted. The scheduler, Natalie (who is delightful and organized), followed up with me to give me a start date. Gustavo, the lead carpenter, and Christian began the work and were extremely careful during the demolition process to protect my existing hardwood floors and painted walls. Their work is superior, and I am very pleased with the final result. Quinn Hatoff: I serve on the Board of a 75-unit condominium in Washington, DC which was in need of modernization. The building, approaching 20 years old, had dark lighting, dated furniture, and damaged walls throughout. We secured a number of quotes from firms that promised to provide an attractive refresh of the property's common areas, but ultimately selected Williams Professional Painting for their excellent communication and pledge to work within our budget limitations. Throughout the multi-month renovation, Rick and his team provided regular status updates and went above and beyond to share updates with the community so they knew when certain areas would close. Gretchen Hurda: Williams Professional Painting is great! The staff are all very nice and communicative from the scheduling to the painting to the followup. I needed drywall repair for several old anchor holes and a couple brackets that had punched through the wall. They sent one of their foremen, Bryan. First, he was so courteous, wearing a mask and putting on his shoe covers. He of course covered my floor/furniture and taped off my hanging items that I didn’t want to remove. He did a great job! The wall looks brand new and he even worked with the paint that I had. I unfortunately didn’t have enough, but he quickly went and purchased more of the same, no problem. I tend to be a little wary of people working on my house, but Bryan was so friendly and made sure I understood how he was going complete the project. Natalie was also great with scheduling. All around a positive experience! I’ll definitely be choosing them for my next project.

peter knecht: Earlier this week, Antonio and his painting crew finished painting our rambling 130-year- old farmhouse—two coats. I don’t think I need to say that painting and repairing problem areas on such a place presented challenges. Some parts were bad, up high, down low, and in between. In our 56 years together, we’ve had a lot of jobs done on various properties. And we’ve had our disappointments, things not done as well as we’d hoped, things costing more or taking longer than we thought appropriate—everyone knows the frustrations. So, we didn’t know what to expect. But the Williams Professional Painting Company staff were efficient and knowledgeable, and were also quick to get back to us on various questions before the painting started. Well, turns out we saved our best big project for last. I watched the process carefully throughout and communicated with Antonio at every stage. The results exceeded our expectations. This old place, always handsome and interesting, has probably never looked so good. I’ve gone around examining all the problem areas—several times. We could not be more pleased. Matthew Halligan: I would NEVER recommend this painting service to anyone. I recently hired them to paint my apartment after a recommendation of a friend. Twice they did not show up when agreed upon. When they finally showed up they painted things the wrong color. Who paints a ceiling blue? They did not use painters tape and also apparently doors were not included in the price of painting the apartment. There is still areas that were not finished in my apartment. Now I have to spend a weekend fixing their substandard work. DO NOT BOOK THESE PAINTERS!!!!!!!!

Ramona Killings: Ken and his crew were outstanding! Ken responded quickly and come out to provide me with a quote the painting of the exterior of my home. His estimate was fair and they were able to start the job the same week. Andres was the point man in charge, and he gave me constant updates about the progress and also when we would need to unlock the windows and doors. The first day was all about power wash cleaning the wood on the outside. Once that was done they were able to complete the actual paint working just 3 days. I was impressed and I appreciate their hard work!
Joel Spangler: As a Realtor, I spend a lot of my days dealing with various contractors. I'm most cases, I'm usually a me to determine whether I'm dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and reliable. Davinci's Museum Painting is both of those. One of my clients needed their ceilings repainted for a new home they had purchased in Herndon. After calling at least five different painting contractors, I found that Ken's explanation about the process was the most informative and complete. His availability was in point, and his price was the lowest of any of the licensed contractors who I spoke with. Based on our calls about the details of the work, his responsiveness, and the actual price, it was an easy decision. Scheduling was easy, and painting all of the ceiling of a 3 level house was completed in one day. I would recommend giving them a call, and I will definitely use them again for future work.
Mariane Jensen: I had the entire upper level of my home painted by Ken and his crew and the outcome was great! They arrived at 8am and immediately started to cover the furniture and floors. We didn't have a lot of furniture in the house because we had just moved in a few weeks ago. The team worked diligently throughout the day, and by 6pm they had put everything back the way it was when they arrived. I noticed that they used lights to inspect the walls for any imperfections and by the time the walls were painted thy looked like glass! It was really flawless, and I could tell that Ken has been doing this work for a long time. He and his team take pride in their work and I will definitely hire them in the future!
Max Harper: Purchased an old home in Arlington. We used Davinci's 3 times as we found more and more which needed painting. This included drywall, plaster, ceilings, cabinets, etc. They already had another project going on, but they squeezed ours in around that and worked late to make our timeline work. Michelle E.: We had just closed on our new home in McLean last Wednesday, and we needed to have the inside of the house painted before our movers arrived. I contacted several painting companies and Ken was one of the first to respond. Ken was the only painter out of five who was able to completely describe the different painting options. We went in thinking that we needed to paint all of the ceilings, but in actuality he pointed out that the ceilings were clean and had recently been painted. Not painting the ceilings saved us a lot of money in the end. We ended up just painting the walls, doors, and trim. Ken was also able to start the job the day after we hired him which was important because our move-in date was so close. He had 7 painters working from 8am until 7pm, and they were able to finish everything in just 2 days! Our new place looks absolutely awesome! I will definitely be calling these guys again when it's time to paint the exterior.
Alan Salisbury: An outstanding experience from start to finish. My home in McLean needed a complete exterior trim painting (3-story brick house with extensive trim and some siding)12 years after original construction and painting. (Touchup only had been done prior). Ken gave us an estimate with a more than fair price. After positive reference checks we gave him the job which he decided to do personally. It stretched out over three weeks with some weather delays, but mostly because Ken was meticulous. He first removed the screens power washed the entire house, then did a full two coats with great attention to detail. He power washed the screens and reinstalled them. If you want a quality paint job, Ken is right for you. Service: Exterior painting
Justin Markesic: I contacted this company because if their expertise in dealing with extensive exterior painting projects. I had seen their trucks downtown in the city and I wanted to reach out to see if they could provide me with an estimate for the painting of our 3 story single family home that was mainly stucco. Herbert came out on a weekend and he was able to see the scope of our work. We have been dealing with sections of the stucco falling apart. He told me about a special type of Sherwin Williams primer that was part of their marine division. He advised me that this would be the most durable primer that I should use for my exterior stucco. We also talked about some peeling issues that we were having with the wood trim. He spent a good half hour discussing the various options. He then printed out the estimate, and the price seemed very reasonable compared with some of the other quotes that I had received over the summer. I did my research and gave Herbert a call to schedule the job. They were able to start the power wash the very same week,and the preparation and priming took place a few days later. It took them about six days to finish everything, and now our house is looking fantastic. You can't even see the previous stucco damage!
Loretta Whitacre: Ken and his team are amazing! I had old popcorn ceilings and outdated wall colors in a condo I just bought. I contacted him and in his quiet, humble way, his team got it all taken care of on a great schedule and for a super competitive price. It looks incredible. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t have quality work at a reasonable cost in a reasonable time frame - it’s just not true because these guys did it and were friendly, patient, and flexible while they did it. I highly recommend DaVinci’s!!
Patrick Fernandez: Davinci's did a fantastic job on several rooms in my condo and Ken was very accommodating to working within my schedule and with a very quick turnaround time. Davinci's provided a thorough inspection of areas I was requesting to have painted beforehand and provided very reasonable estimates for the project. During the job, Ken was even willing to do a last minute touch-up to an area of some peeling paint in a hallway that I had forgot to point out during the initial walk-through. Ken took care of the area no problem, even though it wasn't part of the rooms I had originally noted for the estimate. I definitely recommend Davinci's for anyone looking for painters who are responsive to customers and who do high quality work for fair and reasonable prices.
Marcin Lira: We had purchased a new home in South Arlington a few weeks ago, and the place needed some serious rennovation work. I called these guys because they specialize in both drywall and painting. We had installed new track lighting in several of the ceilings, so there were a lot of holes that needed to be fixed and painted. We also needed to repaint most of the walls. Ken was able to come out right away to give us ab estimate, and he also helped us pick out colors. We hired this company because it was apparent that they had more experience than the other companies we spoke to. They were also able to begin the job in a matter of days, which was important because we had new hardwood floors installed soon after they were finished. Ken walked thru the job at the very end, and there were only a few minor touch-ups that they addressed the same day. Their drywall work was flawless, and the new colors look great!

Color Alchemist Company of Painters: what do users think?
Bruce Mazurek: Beware of cost overruns. Never was able to give us an estimate. His contract said "3 weeks plus/minus". After 3 weeks, I requested multiple times to give us a cost estimate and a time frame going forward and he refused. All he would do is give us a weekly invoice for cost of his work/supplies and his helper. After 6 weeks( $6000 above nearest estimate), I terminated his contract. He left our house in Georgetown a mess. New contractor now looking over the job deciding what all needs to be done including the need for a carpenter to replace all of the molding/trim work that he took out. Talks incessantly about what he was going to do and how the work should be done. Stay away!!
A. McCullough: He does not have a license. He only takes checks or cash. He makes oral agreements, but writes something different in his contract offers. He also doesn't disclose in advance that he expects the customer to pay seperately for his helper, and pay the inexperienced helper who broke at least 2 things in my home, the same rate that he commands. He took my down payment, though I declined his 1st contract offer, and paid his personal bills with it, though he had not earned it, and he refuses to pay it back, work it off, or pick up his tools which he left at my home. He just disappeared. He also stops working to talk incessently while the helper does all of the heavy duty work, and thinks it's ok to conduct his personal business during the customer's paid time. So, now I have to take him to small claims court because he won't communicate with me, nor return the money he spent.
cintya arnold: The color alchemist is a perfectionist and an expert at taking original wood and historic houses to a higher level. If you want to achieve the ‘look’ that you see in Architectural Digest or even Estate Homes (e.g. Marseille) then you must engage this company. This is a labor intensive process that can not be automated, but the tools used definitely reduce the time it takes to achieve high gloss, smooth, beautiful results.
John Hills: They have worked on my house not only do they know what they are doing they are decently priced and work very hard my house is 70 years old and the work done has made my windows look almost brand new with the historic look

Blake Kinari: I called many wallpaper hangers around the city to get quotes and ask questions. But after talking to Ben from Shotcount, I was persuaded that I have found the quality installer I was looking for. Ben asked all the right questions, quoted me and even scheduled me for the after because they had a cancellation. The technicians arrived on time and were very polite. They expertly installed Wallpaper on my accent wall in no more than 3 hours and cleaned after themselves. The whole operation from quote to installation was so drama-free. I have already recommended Shotcount to my sister who just moved in a new house.
Garth Brooks: A friend of mine recommended Shotcount Wallpaper for hanging a mural in my living room. I called them and they scheduled me right away. They scheduled me for the weekend after because I work during the week. It took them half of a Saturday to finish the job. They were patient with me during the installation and explained the process because I was worried about my expensive mural. The result was awesome. Can not recommend Shotcount enough. Emily Graham: Ben is the owner of Shotcount and my interactions with him have been completely unprofessional and nearly harassing. He called me out of my name, accusing me of writing like a “second grader.” He made a gross error in his invoice to me and I overpaid by nearly $700, and although it was brought to his attention by me before the order was placed, he insisted on ordering anyway. He ordered 399 inches for a powder room wall and blamed me and my penmanship (it was 39.9 inches). What about checking your work as a business owner? Then being accountable for your mistake? Ben continues to deny any responsibility. After denying me a refund or return of items in a text exchange, I had to send a screen shot to him where he had previously promised a refund to me if he ordered too much. Then, his contractor had to call and reason with him. Only then did he agree to refund me, and then still didn’t do it immediately. I had to ask repeatedly. Note: he did all of his business with me by text (unprofessional) so, I do have a record of all interactions (thankfully). In my experience with him as a client, he has been chauvinistic, arrogant and misogynistic. It is my opinion, informed by my interactions, that he showed gender bias. I wouldn’t advise women to work with him. Further, based on my assessments during my job, I believe he chooses to outsource cheaper labor, pay them pennies on the dollar and call it good business. Who can blame him for being smart, right? Wrong. I believe he is taking advantage of these kind people and they are REALLY good. Hire them directly - do yourself a favor. With me, Ben has been obstinate, unable to admit fault and completely disrespectful. I had to block him on my phone and get my attorney involved. I know all wall paper companies are booked in the DMV, he is not worth the disrespect or your time. I wish I had never hired him and will tell everyone I know not to work with him. Response: Ms Graham, prides herself for being a self righteous person who champions many great causes. She is the Chief Equity Officer of Omnicom. An organization that champions and advances diversity and inclusion. She is also a board of trustees in the Institute for Public Relations (IPR). However, the professional image of truth and equality that Ms. Graham portrays is anything but that. She is slanderous and heinous to such a degree that she abondons her integrity and resorts to lies to feed her heinous nature. Below, I will dissect the review she submitted to Google and I will prove to the readers point by point the degree she is willing to go to advance her lies. * Ms. Graham wrote that "I called her out of my name". And "second grader" penmanship. I did not call Ms. Graham any name. There was no penmanship that I received from her as her own personal penmanship that I could qualify as second grade penmanship. I was referring to the numbers and letters jotted by hand on a handheld device, which do no reflect a person's penmanship. Because jotting on a tablet or phone is by its own nature the way it is. And it is those jots that caused the error in calculating the number of rolls. And I yes I referred to those jots as second grade. I did not say or mean that Ms. Graham writes like a second grader because I never saw her own writing with pen and paper. * Despite the error that could have been shared, as soon as it became obvious that I ordered more wallpaper than needed. On the same day of the install I agreed to take that extra wallpaper back at my own cost And my chief project manager can attest to that fact. So this is completely slanderous. * Ms Graham wrote: "This is my main point- mostly for women- he is chauvinistic, arrogant, and misogynistic". How does Ms. Graham knows how I deal with women. She says 'mostly for women', that means that she has seen my interactions with many women and many men and has concluded that I am a chauvinist, a misogynist and that I act differently with men and women. Although I never even met Ms Graham in person, or in a group setting to draw these conclusions. So this is slander too. * Ms Graham said: "He chooses to outsource cheap labor, pay them pennie's on the dollar and call it good business". This statement means that Ms Graham has a deep insight in the salaries of my employee, and she knows that my employees are 'cheap labor'. So this slander too. * Ms Graham wrote that: "He is taking advantage of these kind of people and they are REALLY good". How does Ms Graham know and what type of measure she uses to access that I am 'taking advantage' of my employees. What does taking advantage mean from a wage standpoint. Does she know that wages of construction labor varies by supply and demand and also skills. Does she know the hourly wage I pay them, does she know how much I pay my employees compared to the minimum state and federal rate., does she know how much I pay the person who manages my employees. Or does she know my company's hierarchy. So this is slanderous too. * Ms. Graham wrote: "Hire them directly - do yourself a favor". How does She know if I hire or contract or do both at the same time. How can Ms Graham make that decision for employees who prefer to stay independent or direct hire. How could she know that employees would make more money as direct hire. Most workers prefer to stay independent contractors because the rate for contractors are higher and it is hard to estimate future demand and what companies have enough projects. That way, they can choose to transfer constantly between construction companies and make the most money as opposed to stay attached to one single company and run the risk to be furloughed if business is slow. * Ms Graham wrote: "If it had been in person I would have called the police". At best this not even admissible because it is "speculation" and if it had actually happened in reality, it could have resulted in 'making false statements to a police officer'
Ted Phillips: Very professional and prompt service. Wallpaper looks excellent. They covered an accent wall in less than 2 hours. I planned to DIY but ended up hiring Shotcount, which I don't regret at all. Francisco was very friendly and did excellent work. I also inquired about removing some old wallpaper trim in another room, and they suggested that I would be able to do it myself and even gave me some tips. Really appreciate their honesty and helpfulness.

Although the installers were a little tardy, the installer (Roberto) worked proficiently and was professional. Apparently the wallpaper I purchased from Wayfair had some slight discoloration where the lines weren’t blending. Roberto noticed this immediately and did everything he could to work with the less than perfect product. He went above and beyond to match up the paper and make everything seamless. Lea M: I contacted Shotcount to hang peel and stick wallpaper. I was initially quite impressed with their speedy response and ability to quickly schedule me for the next day. I was told their employee would arrive between 1-2pm. At 2:30 I contacted them stating I hadn't heard anything and no one had arrived. I received a text from the employee stating he had car trouble and could arrive by 3:40. I contacted the manager to find out what had happened and the reason for the lack of communication and was told "we're all late sometimes." The unprofessionalism of this response made me question if the job would be done well. Also, we have young children, we eat early, and I didn't want a worker in the house while we were eating due to COVID concerns. I expressed that and was asked what our stop time was, which I stated was 4:45pm. I then expressed that I was concerned about the experience and was told "you can cancel" and then abruptly received a message saying "sorry we wasted your time" and "we have to pass on your project". I'm attaching screenshots of this text interchange and strongly recommend that anyone considering Shotcount find an alternative company.
