Like many people, we are home more right now and are reminded constantly that we were unhappy with the color of our house since we purchased it 3 years ago. I cannot express how much we love the finished product. When we pull into the driveway, it is a different house. When we sit outside, we face the house now because it is beautiful. Their team is responsive, professional, highly skilled and we found their prices reasonable. During a pandemic, it can be uneasy to have people come to your home. Their team followed social distancing protocol and wore masks the entire time and we felt comfortable and safe. The process was easy, and the product is fantastic. Before sending the final invoice, I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the job. However, with all the positives one stands out above all of them. Their team provides excellent customer service. I often reach out to different vendors for our home repair estimates and once the sales team or contractor meets my husband, I am disregarded. Hiram and I had initial contact and arranged the estimate, I was unable to be home during the scheduled time, so my husband met with him instead. Michael Moss: These guys were amazing! They were RIGHT on time daily, almost to the minute they told us they would arrive. They were careful with the house, and meticulous in their painting. What STUNNED me, was how incredible their drywall repairs were! I had a number of lighting fixture holes, and even a large gap where we’d removed a medicine cabinet. By the time they were done, I couldn’t even tell there had ever been a hole! And, some fireplace molding and baseboards in the great room: as good as new. It was a big job, every single room, three floors, including painting kitchen cabinets, and every single aspect of the job was done great. I could go on about the team, but I’ll simply say: the CertaPro team was professional, capable, polite and diligent, and the painting job they did was EXACTLY what we needed - top to bottom. K Cunningham: CertaPro completed an interior paint job at my house in Sep. 2018. First of all, Hiram provided an exceptional quote. It was by far the best, not cheapest, quote that I received. We expected the job to take two days as wallpaper removal was needed. The team that did the work arrived on time, went right to work and stayed late to finish the job in one day. I had a small issue a few months later with some paint starting to peel, called Hiram and in a couple of days, the painter returned and took care of the issue. We were also impressed by Chris’ knowledge and professionalism at the time of the quote, so ended up hiring them for the job. They did a great job painting the house. What we really, really appreciated was that Chris advised us against the color we had initially chosen for the trim in our hallways and living/dining room area. We are SO glad he talked us into a different color for the trim, which worked out so much better. Chris also asked his team to hold off on painting certain areas so that we could see the colors in real life before moving forward. That was a big help and led us to make some changes to our plan. We just completed remodeling our Woodbridge office where they framed new door openings, new counter openings, demolition, repaired entire walls from equipment being removed. Their team was in there with halogen lights to make sure their drywall finishing had no imperfections. They worked through the weekend, evenings and early mornings to make sure we hit our target opening date, which was only a two (2) week window. Before the renovation began, the owner brought the carpenter to my home to review the project and make sure there was a clear understanding of what I wanted. The scheduler, Natalie (who is delightful and organized), followed up with me to give me a start date. Gustavo, the lead carpenter, and Christian began the work and were extremely careful during the demolition process to protect my existing hardwood floors and painted walls. Their work is superior, and I am very pleased with the final result. From the beginning to the very end, this company demonstrated a willingness to be available to the customer, to communicate effectively, and to render a final result that would be pleasing to the customer. The company deserves high praises!

Gretchen Hurda: Williams Professional Painting is great! The staff are all very nice and communicative from the scheduling to the painting to the followup. I needed drywall repair for several old anchor holes and a couple brackets that had punched through the wall. They sent one of their foremen, Bryan. First, he was so courteous, wearing a mask and putting on his shoe covers. He of course covered my floor/furniture and taped off my hanging items that I didn’t want to remove. He did a great job! The wall looks brand new and he even worked with the paint that I had. I unfortunately didn’t have enough, but he quickly went and purchased more of the same, no problem. I tend to be a little wary of people working on my house, but Bryan was so friendly and made sure I understood how he was going complete the project. Natalie was also great with scheduling. I don’t think I need to say that painting and repairing problem areas on such a place presented challenges. Some parts were bad, up high, down low, and in between. In our 56 years together, we’ve had a lot of jobs done on various properties. And we’ve had our disappointments, things not done as well as we’d hoped, things costing more or taking longer than we thought appropriate—everyone knows the frustrations. My home in McLean needed a complete exterior trim painting (3-story brick house with extensive trim and some siding)12 years after original construction and painting. (Touchup only had been done prior). Ken gave us an estimate with a more than fair price. After positive reference checks we gave him the job which he decided to do personally. It stretched out over three weeks with some weather delays, but mostly because Ken was meticulous. He first removed the screens power washed the entire house, then did a full two coats with great attention to detail. He power washed the screens and reinstalled them. Marcin Lira: We had purchased a new home in South Arlington a few weeks ago, and the place needed some serious rennovation work. I called these guys because they specialize in both drywall and painting. We had installed new track lighting in several of the ceilings, so there were a lot of holes that needed to be fixed and painted. We also needed to repaint most of the walls. Ken was able to come out right away to give us ab estimate, and he also helped us pick out colors. We hired this company because it was apparent that they had more experience than the other companies we spoke to. They were also able to begin the job in a matter of days, which was important because we had new hardwood floors installed soon after they were finished. Ken walked thru the job at the very end, and there were only a few minor touch-ups that they addressed the same day. Their drywall work was flawless, and the new colors look great!
