Pat Palazzolo: I enjoy this Pizza Hut, but on this recent visit, the pan pizzas were undercooked. This was the second time this happened -- but the first time was quite a while ago, so it is not as if they always undercook them. There is usually no problem. However, I thought it important to mention since it was easy to see the problem as soon as we opened the boxes; the pizza crusts on our pan pizzas were basically white and we ended up having to crisp them up on our stove. So, it would have been easy for the cook to have seen that ahead of time and just kept them in the oven until golden. (It is that lovely chewy-but-crispy texture we look forward to when we order "pan." :-)

kelly hughes: I am not going to leave an overly negative review because I have had good food from them in the past. However, this visit was not great. I ordered delivery. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and the it lacked the seasoning on the crust I ordered. I’m assuming they are extremely short staffed (as are so many places) because they now have reduced hours so I thought the quality might be lacking. This review is to just let it be known that I’d exercise caution and not be overly judgmental or expect great food at this time. They probably have mostly new staff members that don’t have much training.

Abel Coffee: The woman working brought my pizza out to my car even though they no longer offer curbside pick up. I had 2 babies in the car with me and she made it so much easier for me by doing that.
John Simpson: Pizza ready promptly, and service outstanding, congenial atmosphere, as usual. There has been no change of the above review, however as of June 2022 the hours of business have been reduced and the store closes at 9:00PM, and for me I find this to be an inconvenience, and may go to an alternative pizza 🍕 shop.
Kalie Ofciarcik: The whole thing was great. Once I placed the order online it said it would take 35-40 minutes and it was there well before that time. The driver was super nice and polite. The only issue I ever have with my ordering is the app itself which seems to take forever. But the lincoln ave store is always great, quick service, great food and everyone we have dealt with is always really nice and helpful.
Cory Stepp: Walked in to put in an order and it was ready in a timely manner. Pizza hut is unfortunately one of my least favorite pizzas as far as taste goes. However, if you do enjoy the hut this one should meet or exceed your needs.
Andrew Tempalski: This particular restaurant is not at fault. The food was delivered hot and very quickly. The issue is with the quality of the ingredients. Pizza hut was so good in the past, but this pizza has suffered very much in the last few decades. I am in the mood for pizza hut a few times a year but the product I receive is always a reminder that the ingredients seem so cheap now. The cheese is tasteless and lacks structure. The meats are equally tasteless and have little texture and it all just seems like plastic food created in a chemistry lab.

Tabitha Brown: Great cooks better than years ago. Friendly and helpful staff. They need to get rid of the random people who take orders on the phone. They jacked my order all the way up. Jim McNeill: My first time at this location. I ordered a Large Pan Pepperoni pizza with light sauce online for pickup. I am always leary about trying a new Pizza Hut location (some locations are terrible at making pizza) but my order here was perfect. It was cooked just right with light sauce as requested, slightly crisp Pepperoni and the crust was perfect. It was ready in 15 minutes. Good Job!! Yum!😉

Maureen and Ryan Wiggins: My daughter wanted to try Pizza Hut pasta & of course we got the veggie pizza and a plain( for my picky ones🤩). She loved the pasta and they actually give a lot , she couldn’t finish it! The veggie pizza is so good too! Oh we always get pan pizza. But to me that’s trying to lose weight ( I only eat one piece) the crust is too greasy. I mean it’s beyond good but I’m going to try the hand tossed next. May b a bit healthier. Mongo's Garage: One of the only Pizza Hut sit down restaurants left. Typical fain and fast courteous service! No longer the best Pizza place in town, this is probably why they are all closing.

However, the overall product has declined over the years, regardless of the Pizza Hut location. Compared with most neighborhood pizza shops, Pizza Hut pizza typically depends on a lot of sauce rather than toppings. As always, there was too much sauce and little cheese. Also, 2 of the toppings (chicken, mushroom), had no spice/very little taste.

kaitlyn mccarrison: Do NOT listen to what people put on here! First: Employees are NOT required to wear gloves when preparing food/pizzas. Second: Employees are always seen washing their hands. Third: Come order pizza :-) New management. New franchise. Always on time! Store is VERY clean! Service is always exceptional. Don’t believe everything you see from these “bad” reviews. Norma Hufnagel: Pizza was luke warm and had burnt areas. There was an over all burnt taste to the pizza. (Like some thing burned in the oven and the smell was left in there) It also took to long to come. We love pizza hut but the last couple time we have been some what disappointed. I understand how hard it is to get people to work and I do like to support our local stores but when you pay $30.00 for an order you do expect to to be good.

Gwen Barone: We ALWAYS get great service and product from this Pizza Hut, our only issue is that this site does not deliver to our home address so we always have to pick it up. We prefer Pizza Hut over all pizzas but often times we order from other pizza stores because they deliver. Also, I should note that other pizza stores are on the same road as this pizza hut in Moon Township that do deliver to our home in Moon. I can say that if this Pizza Hut delivered to us we would always order and would strongly agree on our satisfaction!
Sagar Hajela: Review update (9/11) - Ordered the same Ultimate Cheese Lover extra cheese on a different crust (stuffed crust) and it wasn’t good. It was like having a single cheese margherita pizza. Not loaded with cheese at all as before 😕 Order date: 8/14 - One of the best cheese pizzas I’ve had in a long time. I wish they delivered to my place which is 5 miles/10 min away (Coraopolis) but they don’t and I have to get a takeout. They only deliver if it’s 8 min away. Cajun fries and this pizza are the best!!!

Desiree Mccombs: Recently had a quick family dinner at the Nobles-town location, after our sons football practice. It was empty and just made for a care-free zone for us to talk & laugh loud while the kids ate at their own table and played a bit. However, we did some reminiscing on how back in the day Pizza Hut was the go to place for family-time instead of always Eat N Park. Such a shame cause we miss their salad bar too!
William Keag, Junior: Pick up ready, at appointed time. Fresh and hot enough to still be hot when I arrived. Delicious, ordered 2 different pies. Enjoyed both. Only got 4 of 5 because I have NEVER seen toppings sliced so thin! Especially the green peppers, almost transparent. Nice and friendly staff, with a store that seemed very well cleaned far as I saw.
