Linda Moninger: Had placed a big order and none of it was edible! The pizza was burnt...breadsticks were brown and burnt and unedible and a double order ...and stromboli had nothong inside of it! Paid over 20 some dollars for unedible food. We are not a wealthy family and we order obce a mlnth and its supposed to be special...never again. I wanted a refund and couldnt even get that! I took pics of every item as well and they wouldnt even see them!
jeffrey patts: Toppings on my pizzas were pretty much non existent. Not enough sauce, cheese, or pepperoni. Quality of pizza has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. The staff at my store were great and so was the building, just skimpy pizza

Mary Jane Vozel: Ordering online was difficult. I wanted to pay online and have contactless curbside pickup. My name is Mary Jane (first name) S (middle Initial) Vozel (Last name). I typed it in exactly as it is on my credit card ie Mary Jane S Vozel and it kept telling me that it was wrong!! After several tries I just changed my method of payment to having to go into the store to pay. I had a gift card with a balance on it of $8.35 and it would not process, so I just paid cash. The entire process was very annoying. The pizza was very good and done to my preference. Staff very nice.

Thomas Trautman: Ordered for a 630 pick up arrived 1hr after ordering and still had to wait 5 min. Also this is how they prepared a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. Not even cut properly.

Zach Kaempf: ordered pan crust pizzas, what I recieved was hand tossed and seemed like either the dough they used was old and barely cooked in some spots and burnt on the outside. called to try and get them replaced, both people I talked to did not believe me and seemed genuinely upset that I had a complaint and where very rude about everything. they told me I would have to drive all the way back to "prove I wasnt lying" which was their words. my family eat pizza hut almost weekly and everytime I order the same thing so I know how it should come out. probably the reason this place has such odd hours of operation. terrible customer service and grumpy employees in a dingy old shop

Ryan Schoenberger: My pizza never came!! I called after it was already 45 minutes late, and they said they were backed up 2hrs and my food is on its way. When I called two hours later, they said they don’t have my order and the delivery person stopped ay 8pm. I never got my money back

James Fink: Ordered at 6pm. Email said 720pm delivery. Arrived cold at 8:15pm. Also on multiple occasions I order the pizza go thru the entire process and go to check out. Sue Petritis: Placed an order online. Received an email it was received except the location was closed. Upon further review, it was sent to a location far from us. Called store and they were aware the store was closed. They were less than helpful too... My husband was very upset at the closed store and having to drive to other one. Why would the order go through that appeared to go the original store? Very unhappy and last Pizza Hut purchase!!!

Pamela Brickner: Food never shows up and when you try to call, you get routed to a call center. The call center tried 4 times to transfer me to the store. All failed. After an hour and a half, I loaded up my kids to drive there. When I arrived I was treated like it was unreasonable to expect 1) that the food would arrive in the 25-35 minutes quoted, or 2) less than 50 minutes after receiving the “your pizza is on the way with the driver” text.
Debbie Schoenberger: We placed a delivery order online. After about an hour I tracked the order and it still said “order received”. We tried calling numerous times only for it to ring and ring and then disconnect us each time. So being frustrated we actually drove to the store to find our order was still there. There were others there as well going through the same issues. They still charged us the $3.99 delivery charge and tip! Then we ordered a pizza with half meat and half veggies (I don’t eat meat). There were only two pieces of pizza I could eat, as there was pepperoni on most of it. So disappointed!

Tira Wallace: My order was "lost" and when I called, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called back, at which time I was greeted and not asked to hold. The interaction was more accusatory of me having the wrong store and a lot of yelling back and forth between the man on the phone and the woman, who later delivered my order and told us that she is call taking, making the orders, and doing the deliveries. It took me reading off my confirmation # for them to find the order and I was assured itnwould be delivered in 15 minutes. When it arrived, both pizzas were cold, the driver was so flustered she stepped on my new concrete step after being asked to not slide past the orange code blocking the stairs and again on the way down. This is twice now that I have had a terrible experience with this location and no offer to make it right by management.

Saunya: Never again... this location is horrible. Not only are they ridiculously slow but my husband is gluten free and there are no options for him. I can order from other places that we get a variety of options for the entire household. I long since stopped ordering from here but my granddaughter is visiting and asked specifically for pizza hut. Order confirmation received at 7:05pm ON A WEDNESDAY (not Friday or Saturday, not raining, or snowing... just a regular night). At 8:20 I realized it was taking a long time and called to check the status of the order. I get a message stating they are CLOSED and the call is disconnected. Sure enough Google confirms they close at 8pm. My husband calls back and speaks to someone who says they are very busy and should arrive about 10 or 15 min--odd because we live less than 10min away. Order arrives at 8:37 (an hour and a half after order) for two basic medium pizzas. How is the order delivered 40min after closing? My thought is (judging by the stiff pizza and the severely greasy box) that the food sat in the car while several deliveries were made. Understood, but did the driver wait until closing to make the deliveries on his way home? It was not good and not worth the money. $9 delivery including tip for two pizzas delivered 40min after closing. Hard pass.

Sara Jordan: I have been craving pizza hut for about a month now. A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza from grub hub and about an hour later pizza hut cancelled the order. Fine, next time I ordered from the store. My order was placed on a Tuesday at 7:30 pm. About 10 minutes later someone from the store called to say they were canceling my order because they close at 8pm. Umm, ok, last I checked 30 minutes was enough time to bake a pizza and deliver it 1.6 miles away. I ordered today (Saturday) around noon, and at 12:30 got a call that they again had to cancel my order. What is even going on at this place?

Miranda Startare: We ordered the Detroit style pizzas, and both were just medium hand tossed looking round pizzas, just with the sauce on top. They were not the square as advertised. Also, the breadsticks are always plain, with hardly any parmesan topping, just dry and plain. Not like they used to be.

I called back and Brennan was AWESOME and re-made it; then I was informed the 28th would be his last day, which is sad because he is the reason I keep going back; his excellent customer service on multiple occasions are the only reason I keep coming back and now I learn he is leaving because he is underpaid. GET THIS MAN A RAISE!

Andrew Krugh: The pizza was not consistent with previous pizzas received from this store or other Pizza huts. There seems to be a substitution in the quality of the ingredients or method of preparation. The pizza looked and tasted different. This was confirmed by 3 healthy adults. Is the recipe changing. This was for a round large cheese.

Larry Schmitt: Better staffed store. I arrived on time to pick up my pizza. Again,NO one at the counter. No staff acknowledged my presence by saying "I will be with you soon." I only saw one staff person, in the back, making or checking on pizzas. She came up in about two-three minutes to get my pizza, which was ready in the warming oven. I had ordered and paid on line, then accepted the pizza. The staff person was cordial but obviously very busy!
Pat Palazzolo: I enjoy this Pizza Hut, but on this recent visit, the pan pizzas were undercooked. This was the second time this happened -- but the first time was quite a while ago, so it is not as if they always undercook them. There is usually no problem. However, I thought it important to mention since it was easy to see the problem as soon as we opened the boxes; the pizza crusts on our pan pizzas were basically white and we ended up having to crisp them up on our stove. So, it would have been easy for the cook to have seen that ahead of time and just kept them in the oven until golden. (It is that lovely chewy-but-crispy texture we look forward to when we order "pan." :-)

. BurningTrap: Ordered delivery online. Hour and a half wait, which I didnt mind. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and dozen wings. When it got here, the food was cold and the container for wings was crushed with hot sauce spilling out of it. Ordered 2 sides of dipping ranch and didnt get either. Delivery driver was nice, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Highly disappointed with the food overall. Definitely not worth the $50 I paid for the order

Tony Marghella: Curbside pickup seems to take longer and longer. I scheduled a delivery over an hour in advance and when I arrived at my pickup time I still had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. The quality of pizza the Pizza Hut serves just gone downhill, I would put it on the same level as a frozen pizza at this point. The price point is still attractive but these long waits are unacceptable.

Shawn Miller: Difficult to navigate website. Also, due to la k of employees, hours change daily. They also are not very timely. For a mid afternoon in store pickup, should take an extra 35 min after being told to be there in 20. Waiting an additional 30 min afyer already waiting to pick up is ridiculous.

kelly hughes: I am not going to leave an overly negative review because I have had good food from them in the past. However, this visit was not great. I ordered delivery. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and the it lacked the seasoning on the crust I ordered. I’m assuming they are extremely short staffed (as are so many places) because they now have reduced hours so I thought the quality might be lacking. This review is to just let it be known that I’d exercise caution and not be overly judgmental or expect great food at this time. They probably have mostly new staff members that don’t have much training.

Muranda Mundane: I ordered from here on 2 separate occasions and both were mediocre at best. I got a dinner box and the pizza had WAY too much sauce on it. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were under cooked, and tasted like dough. I also ordered my pizza with sausage and pepperoni but only had pepperoni. I decided to give this Pizza Hut one more try and ordered 2 meat lovers with light sauce. My pizza had NO SAUCE AT ALL. So I went from having pizza with too much sauce, to paying for pizza with no sauce at all. I wont be ordering from this location anymore.

Abel Coffee: The woman working brought my pizza out to my car even though they no longer offer curbside pick up. I had 2 babies in the car with me and she made it so much easier for me by doing that.

John Simpson: Pizza ready promptly, and service outstanding, congenial atmosphere, as usual. There has been no change of the above review, however as of June 2022 the hours of business have been reduced and the store closes at 9:00PM, and for me I find this to be an inconvenience, and may go to an alternative pizza 🍕 shop.

Kalie Ofciarcik: The whole thing was great. Once I placed the order online it said it would take 35-40 minutes and it was there well before that time. The driver was super nice and polite. The only issue I ever have with my ordering is the app itself which seems to take forever. But the lincoln ave store is always great, quick service, great food and everyone we have dealt with is always really nice and helpful.

Andrew Tempalski: This particular restaurant is not at fault. The food was delivered hot and very quickly. The issue is with the quality of the ingredients. Pizza hut was so good in the past, but this pizza has suffered very much in the last few decades. I am in the mood for pizza hut a few times a year but the product I receive is always a reminder that the ingredients seem so cheap now. The cheese is tasteless and lacks structure. The meats are equally tasteless and have little texture and it all just seems like plastic food created in a chemistry lab.

Tabitha Brown: Great cooks better than years ago. Friendly and helpful staff. They need to get rid of the random people who take orders on the phone. They jacked my order all the way up. Jim McNeill: My first time at this location. I ordered a Large Pan Pepperoni pizza with light sauce online for pickup. I am always leary about trying a new Pizza Hut location (some locations are terrible at making pizza) but my order here was perfect. It was cooked just right with light sauce as requested, slightly crisp Pepperoni and the crust was perfect. It was ready in 15 minutes. Good Job!! Yum!😉

Maureen and Ryan Wiggins: My daughter wanted to try Pizza Hut pasta & of course we got the veggie pizza and a plain( for my picky ones🤩). Jake State farm: It has been a fairly significant period of time since I had Pizza Hut. Two things I noticed was first the pizza size seemed smaller. I ordered a large stuffed crust. The pizza quality wasn’t up to par either. It seemed like there was less cheese in the crust and the pizza also tasted as if it sat waiting to be delivered for longer than normal. It was actually a little cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave.

Mongo's Garage: One of the only Pizza Hut sit down restaurants left. Typical fain and fast courteous service! No longer the best Pizza place in town, this is probably why they are all closing.

After waiting almost 2 hours for the delivery we called to inquire, and were told the order was delivered and signed for, but not by us!!! We were placed on hold multiple times, each time upwards of 20 minutes. When I asked to speak with a manager, the person answering the call communicated to her manager by swearing while I was still on the call. To remedy, I was told my card would be refunded in 5 days. We were not offered to have a meal delivered. Unacceptable!! I also expressed concern for my name being signed and credit card information being given someone that was NOT in my household. The manager continued to argue that it was signed by the address given! We have proof on our home camera, that the delivery was not at our home, which was communicated to the manager, who continued to argue! Totally RUDE and unprofessional ! BEWARE! If I could give this place a zero rating, I would!

Tom Lester: To be 100% clear, MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PIZZA HUT LOCATION ITSELF WAS EXCELLENT. Ordering was very easy, the order was prepared accurately and was ready when I arrived and the staff was very nice. Portion size was fine as well. However, the overall product has declined over the years, regardless of the Pizza Hut location. Compared with most neighborhood pizza shops, Pizza Hut pizza typically depends on a lot of sauce rather than toppings. As always, there was too much sauce and little cheese. Also, 2 of the toppings (chicken, mushroom), had no spice/very little taste.

Jessy Lynne: I typically only go to this pizza hut because they get my order correct! I have always gotten exactly what I ordered right down to the extra toppings and extra sauces. And have never gotten cold food or waited longer then my expected time for pick up. This time and once before I had ordered the double bread sticks and 4 dipping sauces. I got exactly this and they were hot. However they were under cooked. Not crispy at all, more dough like. Usually the top and bottom are a golden crispy brown. And the center is nice and soft. These were all soft. It was like eating slightly toasted bread. Not very good at all.

So we ordered on the road, we arrive on time but the restaurant was closed. So I ended up paying and not getting my food. Unfortunately missing out on some PH we settled at the local Pizzaria.

Gwen Barone: We ALWAYS get great service and product from this Pizza Hut, our only issue is that this site does not deliver to our home address so we always have to pick it up. We prefer Pizza Hut over all pizzas but often times we order from other pizza stores because they deliver. Also, I should note that other pizza stores are on the same road as this pizza hut in Moon Township that do deliver to our home in Moon. sarah: I picked up food today my kids asked for LITE sauce. The pizza was for my daughter whose sick and stomach was hurting they gave extra sauce. Then the personal pan pizza came with hair on it. I had to call to ask them to remake it so she could eat. While we waited I noticed the police sitting in the parking lot like they called them on us! I was scared for her to eat the pizza incase they intentionally did something being mad about having to make another one. They never asked for the original back.

Sagar Hajela: Review update (9/11) - Ordered the same Ultimate Cheese Lover extra cheese on a different crust (stuffed crust) and it wasn’t good. It was like having a single cheese margherita pizza. Not loaded with cheese at all as before 😕 Order date: 8/14 - One of the best cheese pizzas I’ve had in a long time. I wish they delivered to my place which is 5 miles/10 min away (Coraopolis) but they don’t and I have to get a takeout. They only deliver if it’s 8 min away. Cajun fries and this pizza are the best!!!

Michael Taylor: I ordered a double order of cheese sticks, and they were both packed in the same small box. This resulted in confusion thinking the order was incorrect, and then while inspecting the order, the box opened resulting in the cheese sticks spilling in the interior of my new car. The parking lot of this location is also in great disrepair, I can see someone walking to the restaurant twisting an ankle tripping into one of the many potholes.

Desiree Mccombs: Recently had a quick family dinner at the Nobles-town location, after our sons football practice. William Keag, Junior: Pick up ready, at appointed time. Fresh and hot enough to still be hot when I arrived. Delicious, ordered 2 different pies. Enjoyed both. Only got 4 of 5 because I have NEVER seen toppings sliced so thin! Especially the green peppers, almost transparent. Nice and friendly staff, with a store that seemed very well cleaned far as I saw.

David Regal: I’ve ordered twice from this place since I’ve moved to the area and can only say that it’s been terrible. I have put in orders twice to have an estimate of 40-50 minutes for delivery to only have it delivered 1:45 and 2 hours after I’ve placed the order. Every time I call….I’m told it had to be pushed back. If you can deliver your food to your customers on a Tuesday evening within the time that is estimated, or it’s inconvenient for you to make it to this location, you should probably not offer the service. It’s now been 30 minutes since it “went out for delivery” which can gaurantee the food will once again be cold upon arrival. For those looking for chain pizza places to eat…stay away from this one.
Charles Johns: This order while projected to deliver in 55 to 65 minutes, took almost 2 hours. The extra money spent for "specialty" pizza was a joke. The Pepperoni Lovers Pizza had precisely 3 more slices of pepperoni than was on the meat lovers pizza. The Christmas meal box deal was a joke. The Cheesy bread sticks were burnt. The meat lovers pizza was ok, but not the quality it has been in the past.

Jeremiah Reid: The wife and I did something we haven’t done in ages.. dined in at a Pizza Hut. The waiter (not sure his name, but had some really cool tattoos) was really nice. The food was good. I’d come back to this location.

Kenneth Calloway: I was extremely disappointed yesterday when my mother went to pick up The Stuffed Crust Pizza and some guy on the front counter spoke to my mother very disrespectfully and we did not appreciate the service at all and that gentleman needs to learn how to show some respect for other people while they are placing orders from their phones instead of being irritated and getting an attitude with the people who are showing them how they ordered the food. Please show some respect for my mother and that attitude will not be tolerated through me or anyone else at all. We will not come back to this location ever again.

Jean Renner-Givner: I ordered 2 pizzas an 12 Lemon pepper wings. I am SO DISAPPOINTED. The wings had no seasoning on them. I ordered the butter garlic for the pizza crust. The crust was dry and flavorless and the toppings were skimpy on both pizzas. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is due to the delivery drive was excellent.

Justin Scates: I ordered a pan pizza with 3 toppings and paid almost double but there was like 2 pieces of pepperoni no mushrooms and maybe a little extra cheese. I took it back and the girl and people up front looked and were so apologetic and totally understood and took care of it… The girl was awesome. I saw genuine concern in her. I see why she’s the manager

Jamie Landman: I didn’t realize the wintry ice mix had started when we made our order until I went outside to meet our delivery driver. I kept apologizing to the poor young lady who was so sweet. I pray she was safe.

Brett Filer: Went to pick up my pizza. Called the store 5 times to let them know I was outside for curb side pick up. Got hung up on 5 times. Then saw employee dropping off pizza to another curb side customer. I honked my horn till I got his attention. In the meanwhile I had called the store a 6th time. I explained my situation with the employee. He stated he would get right on it. In the meanwhile my 6th call got answered. I asked to speak to manager. Explained situation. He apologized indicating they were short staffed. I stated that was not enough and I would not be back unless he made it right. He asked what he could do. I told him a free pizza was in order. He agree to credit my account for a free pizza next time. However when I got home the pizza I finally got was cold and apparently had been baked too long. The crust was hard and not very tasteful. This was not a good experience.

mik jag: This pizza hit does not have a driver 90% of the time and if you order at 8:30 pm on a Friday night they will wait until 8:55 and then call you and tell you they close in 5 minutes they are also very rude and mess up orders almost every time and they never send sauces that cost money... And what pizza place closes at 9 on a Friday? Good thing dominos open until 12 because I frequently have to end up calling them after pizza hit screws me over.
