Vee Campbell: My tenant had a major stoppage which backed up into the basement bathroom and outer room. I needed the bathroom cleaned and ready for an inspection and appraisal. After a few misstarts, Maki was able to get the house on the schedule and get the house back to it almost original condition. Certainly, the job was done spectacularly enough that the folks coming through had no idea my tenant had stopped up the main line to the street. I will use eMaids again. Absolutely.

Anna Porteus: A recent unfortunate plumbing mishap left me in dire need of a thorough deep clean throughout my entire house. Let me just say, if you’ve never lived through having portions of your concrete foundation jack-hammered up to reach pipes underneath, you have definitely missed a once in a lifetime adventure – and NOT of the good kind! There was dust and dirt everywhere. Cleaning it all up was not a task I cared to take on by myself. After doing some online research, I reached out to eMaids of DC. I explained exactly what I needed and why to Jasmine. She assured me eMaids could handle job, and they did! The team arrived right on time and went straight to work. It took a while because every surface had to be dealt with. But, when they were done, my house once again looked tidy and clean. Cheryal Stokes: I contacted Bio one DC to come clean my elderly father’s house due to an infestation of mice. I first met with Tony. He is very personable and professional. Today 5/12/22, Lawrence & Jermain came to do the job. They arrived at the designated time. They were fantastic! Very professional. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They even did the dishes. They cleaned and moved furniture. I am very satisfied and thrilled that they came and took care of the house. I absolutely recommend Bio One DC.

I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. Garrett Randall: The team was on time, smart, caring, compassionate, efficient, experts at cleaning and disinfecting everything. I had become a hoarder and three months severe back pain prevented me from keeping my place up. It was awful but I felt no shame with the way they handled things. They restored my apartment to being spotless and clean for a healthy living environment as I recover from my spinal fusion surgery. They even found my missing Apple Pencil. I have a new life thanks to them. I cannot recommend them more.
Ada Martin: I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.

Two cleaners arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled time. It took them a little over an hour to clean my 1-bedroom apartment. When they were done, it was clear that they had moved light furniture and objects to clean thoroughly. I will definitely use again in the future. I booked online on Friday evening for 1030am Saturday morning. Within an hour, I was notified the time I selected was over-booked, but they were available to come at 830am on Saturday. Gina: I’ve been using Elite Cleaning Service for about 4 years or so. I found them through a friends recommendation. They use to service my apartment, and now still service me at my townhouse. They’re very prompt and do an excellent job cleaning my home. I’ve used other services in the past but they are the best one I’ve ever used. I highly recommend them.
Soloshootsfirst: We changed services and pay more for Elite than our last cleaning service, but we find its worth it. Their service is great and they send you an email prior to cleaning as a reminder. I find they show great attention to detail. With previous services I would see quality of cleaning change from cleaning to cleaning, but not with Elite. We always come home to a clean house. We were so impressed than we have more cleanings per month as we see more value in their cleaning. We changed services based on the recommendation from a neighbor and are glad we did.

The crew is reliable, efficient, thorough, pleasant, and trustworthy. The price is reasonable and the experience is superior to other cleaning services I have used in the past. When I have needed to make occasional adjustments to the schedule, the team has been accommodating. I also hired them for two move-out deep cleans and was very happy with the results. I asked for a quote, and I was contacted right away by the owner of the business. Their price was very reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. The cleaning professionals arrived on time and equipped with everything they needed for the job. The cleaning person did an excellent job of cleaning, scrubbing, and sanitizing our home. The owners and management are passionate about the business, their customers and employees. They have the agility of a small business and everyone pitches in to get the work done.
