Michelle Morehead: It was my first time using iQ Cleaning today. I needed a thorough cleaning before a friend stays in our apartment next week to dog-sit. The cleaners did a great job. Two cleaners arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled time. It took them a little over an hour to clean my 1-bedroom apartment. When they were done, it was clear that they had moved light furniture and objects to clean thoroughly. I will definitely use again in the future. I booked online on Friday evening for 1030am Saturday morning. Within an hour, I was notified the time I selected was over-booked, but they were available to come at 830am on Saturday. I was very impressed with the speediness of their email responses, and that they could book with such short notice. Very convenient.

After a few misstarts, Maki was able to get the house on the schedule and get the house back to it almost original condition. Ashley Taylor: Maidwell was great! I try to clean daily but I’ve been busy lately so I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I’d seen them around my apartment building and decided to give them a try. They were fantastic! They did in four hours (less time than quoted!) what would’ve taken me a week! I have a cat and when we returned you wouldn’t know any animal lived there! She even seemed surprised that she couldn’t smell herself lol. A.D. Steiner: I worked for Mister Kleen for 4 years, and they were a great company to work for. The company is the best of a small, family owned business and a larger corporation. The owners and management are passionate about the business, their customers and employees. They have the agility of a small business and everyone pitches in to get the work done. They also have processes and procedures in place like a large business so there is no guessing about the rules everyone has to follow. They were fair and communicated well. And, if there was an issue, they did their best to make it right. I recommend it as a place to work and would work there again.
