Molly Adamson Gilbane: Gentle Giant Moving Company did an outstanding job with our recent move. They were responsive, quick to schedule and book, and communicative during the weeks leading up to the move. They arrived right on time, both for packing and moving. All of the gentlemen were friendly and professional. They completely our entire move in less than 12 hours and took extraordinary care of our previous belongings. Journet Shaw: This is the 3rd time I have used Gentle Giant to move, but the first time using their storage services. I have used storage before so I was nervous, but the crew who arrived was excellent. I actually saw a familiar face with Ian who had helped to move me in my last place a few years earlier. I was impressed by how organized Dex, Dakarai, and Ian were. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dex took pictures of everything going into storage and I received an inventory with those pictures for my records. I felt confident that my furniture would be carefully packed and stored. The moving and storage prices are extremely fair for the great service you get. Great company that I highly recommend.

Elise Moore: The entire experience with this company has been phenomenal from start to finish. The coordination was good, the packing crew was on time, very courteous and very careful with our goods, and the loading crew was also super careful. We had white walls in our condo and they were freshly painted, and there was not one mar or scratch! Amazing! I also loved the way the inventory is bar coded and tracked. High value items are photographed and tracked separately. I have moved many times and this was by far the best and least stressful experience I have ever had. Great job! Highly recommend!

Danielle Saroyan Ashbahian: We recently hired Gentle Giant Moving Company more than three years after our last move with them in 2018 and they were just as wonderful as we remembered. Elmer, P, Ricardo, and Amal were professional and efficient, and took especially good care of our fragile items. The movers wrapped everything up and were thoughtful in how they were stacking the large objects in the truck. They worked with our schedule, and showed up right on time to get the job done. They successfully hauled a heavy china cabinet with glass and mirrors over the deck outside from the second floor since it did not fit down our townhouse stairs. They came prepared with extra material to wrap the china cabinet, extra strong ropes, and tools. They also helped set up the china cabinet and tested the lights to make sure it was working properly. Overall, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied at the end of the job. We hired them twice, and would hire them again in the future. We highly recommend Gentle Giant Moving Company for any future moves.

Darith Klibanow: I had such a fantastic experience with the Gentle Giant moving company! My partner and I moved in together, and our moving team was so fast and efficient at each location they went to for our move. Our movers, Dex, Dakarai, Carlos, and Ricky were friendly, flexible when parking was difficult, very careful with our furniture, and SO FAST! I’ve had bad experiences with moving companies in the past, but our move coordinator Dominique was responsive and reassured me throughout the whole process. Absolutely going to give these guys a call when my next move comes around :)

Hilary Hansen: I used Gentle Giant for my move and storage while I renovated my house. The guys are amazing! Very prompt, courteous and quick/efficient! Dex, Ian, Pernell and Amal helped me move back and they couldn’t have been better. They found solutions to any issues and even put together a bed that had been shipped to my house (that is to say, they didn’t move). Can’t recommend enough! And with their own storage unit, they made it so easy to move out during my renovation.

Naomi: The best moving company. I had to put my things Into storage because of an issue with an apartment. Gentle giant made sure all of my things were wrapped carefully and cared for. When I got my things out of storage nothing was broken. The move out and in process was also pretty smooth. The only thing I would say to take note of, is that if you want to retrieve a few things from your storage unit with them, be prepared to pay a small fee. Gentle giant was definitely on the more expensive side, but they got the job done! I really appreciate this company for helping me out and I would recommend them to others.

Skyler Fordjour: I had an exceptional experience working with Gentle Giant! From my initial phone call with Matt, I knew they were the company I wanted to work with. We had a last minute local move with two toddlers so we knew we had to get help packing in addition to moving everything. Matt was very thorough! He had me walk through every room of my home to take inventory and give me an accurate quote. He was so responsive, even on the weekend, which we appreciated since we didn’t have much time to prepare. Javier, Otelindo, Ricardo, and Andrei took an already great experience to the next level. They arrived to pack early, worked extremely efficiently (with very little direction from me lol), and thoughtfully left things out for us to use for our last night in our old home. On moving day, they worked just as seamlessly while I was in and out running errands. They even executed a very impressive moving strategy when they couldn’t fit one of our sofas through the front door. The team finished earlier than Matt quoted me both days which is a big nod to their integrity and work ethic. Most of all, they were so warm and kind. My husband was working so I was at home alone managing the move and I felt so safe and comfortable with this Gentle Giant team. That alone is worth every penny spent!

Danielle Cotter: I would give them ten stars if I could. Moved with them twice — once in DC, and once from DC to NY. Both times they were communicative ahead of time and were able to provide the proof of insurance for my buildings. The day of the moves they arrived right on time, were extremely efficient and had a positive attitude, and were very careful with my belongings. Li Xiu Chen: We moved with Best movers on Sep 3. They arrived right on time and was very organized. They got right to work and was careful to wrap up our furnitures. They double wrapped my TV, which was awesome. The unloading process also went smoothly. They were so efficient and very quickly got our boxes and bags up to our new apartment. Justine Sacco: Great experience with Best Movers; they were quick to respond to my initial inquiry (which I was grateful for, as the moving company I originally booked went back on their guarantee they could service my new address), and sent two movers--Adrian and Steve--who were quick, courteous, and careful. Greg Rom: We were extremely happy with the service provided by Best Movers. A two bedroom apartment doesn’t sound like much but there were multiple pieces of antique furniture in each room and all were handled with care. The two movers took the time to thoroughly wrap all items unless specifically told not to by us. There were also a number of heavy items, including a reclining couch with electronic components that they navigated down multiple flights of stairs admirably. The price point isn’t cheap but it shouldn’t be when you are getting excellent service. With the amount of time spent carefully moving items we felt the pricing was more than fair and totally worth the help provided. Highly recommend Best Movers!

Maria Davydenko: Coronavirus-related changes at work led me to decide to not renew my lease earlier this summer and I was desperately in need of a reasonably priced moving company at the last minute. Someone recommended Best Movers as a price leader for the DMV area. That they are. But that low cost is also accompanied by great customer service. Alex and one other mover showed up at my building early the day of the move, clarified what I needed, and immediately set to work. They took great care with my paintings and other fragile items, and moved everything into my storage unit in a sensible way. When they had questions they let me know right away. Robert Gudea: These guys are AMAZING! They arrived on time, were courteous, and loaded all of our belongings in just 70 minutes with room to spare! They were even more impressive with unloading - 1 hour flat. The could have just left thing in the dining room but they insisted on placing furniture in the rooms we wanted them in. Most importantly, they took Covid-19 precautions seriously and came prepared. And as an added benefit, their price was reasonable! We had spoken to other companies and they quoted us at more then 5000 dollars to move our 2 bedroom house. Service: Interstate moving

Andrew Frampton: I used AK Movers for my one-bedroom apartment and had a great experience. The movers were friendly and incredibly helpful. My couch was too big for the elevator and they had to walk it up several flights of stairs. It was extra work for them, but they did it without question and with a great attitude. I would definitely recommend them for your next moving project and will definitely use them again in the future.
Jon Monger: I have moved with AK three times now, and each time they have provided absolutely terrific service. They are prompt and efficient, and very careful with belongings. My most recent move was out of a third-floor walk up and the movers got everything down quickly and safely, through two narrow stair cases, one of which was an outdoor fire escape. So they are very resourceful. In another instance they were forced to move the moving truck to a new parking spot twice and they did so quickly and without issue. Very professional and well-executed operation from beginning to end.

AK movers is by far the best moving company I have used and I have moved over 30 times in six states in the U.S. They handled the entire move with professionalism, showed up early, and were ready to go. K.N. Petroff: AK Movers is great! We got a quote very quickly and it was a good price. The movers showed up early and quickly got to work. They had their own truck and came with moving blankets. Little hiccups did not phase them and they worked around imperfect moving situations (car blocking space, small elevator, many doors, etc.) Would highly recommend! Especially for D.C. as moving is difficult in tight quarters. Also the movers were really nice!

Thomas Smith: Helped us load our U-Haul for about a 1,000-mile move. We weren’t certain that everything would fit in our small “15’” van/truck, but they made it happen and even after a pretty bumpy ride (at times) from DC all the way to Columbia, MO, everything looked exactly the same as it had been loaded/packed (pretty much zero noticeable shifting - see picture on arrival at our destination). Jon Verville: Incredible service, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ezra and Musa did a great job and I really enjoyed working with them. They were very careful, had the muscle we needed to lift a giant tube TV overhead with just the two of them. When there was a little discrepancy over the time, they acknowledged the different and made it right immediately. Amazing customer service. Wow!

Beth Gale Gale: I recently used Anytime Movers based on a great review. I’m now passing that along. These guys were great. From the start Daphney made scheduling easy and she was always easy to contact with questions. My crew, headed by Kevin, was great. Each person introduced themselves which I really appreciated. My furniture was wrapped very well. Best I’ve ever experienced. Kevin stayed in close touch throughout the move which was Baltimore to Washington. I would have given 5 stars at that point. But then, with all my belongings in the truck outside my new apartment I lost the keys and we could not move in that day. Very stressful as you can imagine. 😱. Staff at anytime movers were calm and Chris offered a solution of safely storing my stuff until the next day. I was not charged for the storage. We were able to complete the move the next day. I highly recommend this company. When things got tough they were there.

The guys handled it with efficiency and total organization. They were so lovely to work with, even when plans changed and they had to carry a couch up 6 flights of stairs 😅 Also, the price can’t be beat. I’ll be calling again for my next move!

Ari Hoffman: Anytime movers ended up being a great choice for my move. Scheduling the move was extremely easy. Daphney, the scheduling coordinator, answered my emails with lightning speed and got me a quote right away. She also answered my follow-up questions immediately so there were absolutely no surprises. She recommended the larger truck for my move to make sure everything would fit. Since this company does not charge extra for a larger truck, it was an easy decision and ended up working out great. The 3-man crew arrived at my apartment precisely on time at 9:30 AM and got to work right away. They were extremely fast and efficient in loading/unloading the truck. At the new apartment, they asked where I would like things placed as they brought them into the apartment. Everything arrived undamaged in one piece. The whole move (out of a 1 BR apartment) took 2.5 hours which made it really affordable. They make it really easy to pay by credit card (and do not add a surcharge to do this, like some other companies do!) No hidden fees or "extras." Just the quoted rate that was given to me upfront. All of this combined for a seamless move at an incredible value. Would definitely use them again!

They scheduled my move promptly and arrived right on time. They worked diligently during the move and were extremely careful with my belongings. Nothing was damaged during the move. Brittani Spaulding: I booked a move for my one bedroom apartment from apartment to uhaul. Chaka and Calvin were on time, personable, and professional. The move went as seamless as it possibly could’ve. All of my belongings were well wrapped to protect them in transit and my (large) plant children even made it to their new home unscathed. Megan Sheckles: Absolutely amazing service! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were professional, kind, careful with my items, worked efficiently, navigated my DC neighborhood well with a very large truck & even labeled my boxes for me for easy delivery to rooms in my new home. I’ve never had this degree of satisfaction when moving. I am referring them to everyone I know from this day forward. Don’t hesitate, just book them!
Mollie Becker: This is my second time using District Relocators for moving but my first time using their packing services. The entire moving process was stress free due to the great service before the move and from the guys who did the packing and moving. The movers we’re extremely efficient and nothing was broken or damaged. Will definitely be using District Relocators in the future.
Ashley Neubaum: This company came highly recommended from a friend... after my experience, neither one of us is recommending the company to any of our friends in the DC area. I was accurate in representing the locations we needed to move items from (a studio apartment, and a small storage unit nearby) and to (a small condo). The original quote was a fair price, however, I feel that I experienced misleading business practices. The day before our move, they called and explained we actually had to pay for an additional man to participate in our move, SIGNIFICANTLY increasing the price. Of course, we had no option but to say yes to this. If we would have received this info weeks in advance, we would have gone with a different company.

They went over pricing very thoroughly with me before hand, everything was clear and transparent. The guys were lightning-fast and packed my truck like Tetris. Moved my large 1br in 1 hour. My last move with the same amount of stuff took 3 hours. Awesome experience for what is always a stressful time, thank you!!
Kiara Palmer: I do not recommend at all! First, the team was supposed to arrive between 9-10am - they didn’t come until 11:15. No call, no update. I had to call the office to get an ETA. When I did get an update, Ilearned that they had a trucking issues, but no one called to say hey we’re running behind, but coming. When they finally arrived, Jermaine, the head/main mover was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful because they had a other move right after me and it looked like I had a lot of stuff. He point blank told me I was “getting over”. He not only spoke rudely to me but my mother who came to help. Come to find out the issue was steps and a long walk from the apartment to the truck. I felt that issue should’ve been taken up with the scheduler and not me. The only thing that saved this move was Mr. Tommy Willams. This was a hard move because of the steps, but he persevered and maintained a happy attitude. He even went out his way to help me with other things outside his requirements. LOVED HIM! Get a mover like him, but not this company.
Tiffany Payne: I moved to NYC from DC in January and the load up in DC was great. They were slightly delayed but that was understandable. They loaded the truck up quickly and arrived punctually the following morning in NYC. However, once they arrived one of the movers seemed out of it. He was extremely careless dropping my furniture repeatedly and breaking my desk. He refused to apologize and complained the entire move that he didn’t want to be doing this job. The other two movers apologized and did a great job. When I filed a damage claim they responded but have yet to provide me reimbursement. They confirmed my damage claim and the reimbursement amount on 2/1 however as of 3/7 I have not received payment yet. I assumed they are giving me the run around hoping I eventually give up and forget about the payment. Every time I respond they say to give it “2-3 business days” and then I do not hear back until I reach out again. This is extremely unprofessional and shady. I do not recommended using them.
Grace Kranstover: District Relocators were incredible and made our move so easy. They were quick, efficient, and had us moved out and into our new apartment in less than 90 minutes! They wrapped all of our valuables and took good care of our more delicate furniture. Highly recommend their services for anyone moving in the DMV.

Kevin Sheppard: Movers showed up on time but were not respectful of my things and rushed. When I gave them direction such as not rolling a marble table as it would chip, they were dismissive. Likewise when I asked that multiple people carry a table to not damage it and my walls. For some items I offered to assist in carrying as I felt two people needed to carry the item vs one. They declined and said they wound get one of the other two movers to help, then at times proceeded to move the item alone when I was out of view. The most egregious was with my tv, a mover picked up a 65 inch tv from the center lifting it overhead, cracking the frame and ruining the tv. It was aggressively dumb. To make it worse they put the tv in my basement, stacked boxes in front of it and told me they were done before I signed and they left. Immediately after I noticed and reached out the movers, who admitted to breaking the tv and put me in touch with unhelpful operations. Entire experience has left me annoyed and without a tv that was approximately twice as much as the move. FYI they do not cover TVs not in original packaging even if one of their movers hulks it overhead and cracks it.

We’ve been in contact with you since this move originally occurred back in February and even offered to provide you with a discount on a future move. That being said, our policies are clearly linked in our estimates and bookings (that we do not cover electronics, and other items are covered at $.60/lb) yet we did agree to offer you a discount off a future move as a way of reimbursement via email in February 2022. You did not respond to this email offer or reply to us again until June 2022. When we did hear back from you in June, we again said we could provide a discount but we’d need to get the specifics of your new move within our system via the online estimate form. Our online estimate form is how all moves get estimated, booked, and staffed. It would have to be filled out before the resolution discount could be applied to the total on moving day. Instead of working with us to get this resolved you left a one star review of our service. Again, we apologize for the damage but our attempts at resolution were not met in a timely fashion nor genuine manner.

And they went above and beyond by setting up one of our bed frames (which they hadn’t disassembled earlier) and carefully making sure everything was where we wanted it.

Kevin Dolloson: Petro and his team arrived on time —mind you, our closing was pushed back twice and he was very flexible with adjustments. We anticipated a 6 to 8 hour move, but they had all the furniture and boxes in our new house in only 4 hours. Other than Anton dropping a couple of boxes, Petro and Joseph were on point. There were very minor scuffs on the walls, no worries though … because the builders already said they would come through and do touch ups. This was by far, the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Todd Cheney: Our Olympia Moving crew was professional, courteous and caring of our valued personal belongings. We have extremely large and heavy solid wood furniture that was handcrafted overseas. This crew moved it with care up and down spiraling staircases. The crew chief was extremely professional and courteous when I asked for clarification on our quote versus execution. It is incredible what they were able to accomplish in a two-day period. The team members showed up on time with a positive and friendly attitude each day. They took care to drape and protect my floors, doorframes, and railings with moving blankets to ensure there was no damage. They worked efficiently to execute a well-thought-out approach to emptying the house in an organized manner that ensured we were able to quickly access our most needed items upon delivery. This team was patient and accommodated all of my requests - including requests to relocate furniture multiple times. I had several heavy and fragile items, including large decorative mirrors, and nothing was damaged - not one thing. Elaine Bellan: I have used Best Movers Falls Church three times now. I am totally satisfied at the results of the moves. Each time, no matter which crew I had been assigned, my belongs were cared for; from the tear down of large furniture, to the boxing of large pictures/mirrors, to the wrapping of the furniture in blankets and plastic. The crews were very mindful of the walls, bannisters, etc. Since the moves were all local, the move-ins have been just as successful. The crews were very patient and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the placement and reassembly of my furniture. I have one more move left, I will be calling BMFC yet again. All three gentlemen were incredibly polite, quick, professional, and super careful with our items. The reserved elevator in our building broke right before they arrived, and even with the inconvenience of waiting on and using the regular elevator they completed our move in only 3 1/2 hours!! This was roughly half the max quoted time and saved us half the money as well. This is our third time using Best Movers and each time they manage to impress and exceed my expectations even more. Jessica Samonne: After a very stressful move, I unfortunately had to deal with horrible customer service from this company. I had a few damages to my things and I brought it to their attention. I dealt with a very rude employee that did not help me at all. Instead of apologizing for the damages and telling me what the process was for getting this resolved, he had the nerve to tell me how “minor” my damages were and that it wouldn’t be worth me putting in a claim. He even started an argument with me on the phone about the situation. That’s not great customer service whatsoever. Whether he thought my damages were minor or not, that was not his place to do that. I’ve also reached out the “owner” of the business and have not heard back yet. I would have considered this company again but after the customer service I received, I will NOT use them again. We chose Zebna based on price, availability, rating, and the friendly and responsiveness of the owner to our many questions and particular needs. The movers arrived early to accommodate the freight elevator window we had in Philly. They were polite, professional and worked quickly to pack up our 1 bedroom. They actually arrived before us at the destination! And just as quickly as they packed our apartment they unpacked our furniture. They placed the items in the areas we requested, reassembled the furniture and cleaned up the area. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Akbota Karibayeva: Very professional and efficient. Disassembled/reassembled some pieces of furniture without any problems, got everything moved super fast. Fair price (half the quotes other companies gave me), no post factum surprise charges.
Grace Lykins: My experience with Nova Express Movers was positive until the day of my move. I very explicitly told the company (specifically, Anne) that the move into my new apartment building needed to occur before 4:00 PM due to building rules. Anne clearly understood this and I paid extra to have my apartment packed the night before so the team could arrive well before the 4:00 cutoff time the next day. They were scheduled to arrive at 12:30/1:00. They ended up arriving at 4:30, AFTER the specifically understood cutoff time. I begged my building to still let me move in. However, the worst part is that my building charged me a $600 fine for the late move-in and Nova has been completely unresponsive to my numerous messages asking to discuss this. At first, they told me they were sorry and would look into refunding me for this fine from my move cost. Then, they stopped responding to my emails entirely and I cannot get them to answer me. I have never written a Google review before, but they are completely unprofessional and ignore my attempts to contact them to settle this matter. Find a more professional moving company that will take responsibility for their actions and answer your messages.
S G: I always get professional movers because I have some very large and nice pieces of furniture. I rarely have an issue. However, this experience may have been my worst. This was a simple move from one unit to another unit in the same building. No loading a truck or transport. The movers were timely and efficient and pleasant. However, multiple pieces of furniture were scratched, some very badly. I suspect the movers were not as careful as they would have been with a longer move. They used dollies, and they were slipping the dollies underneath the furniture and then tilting the pieces up on their side, which I think caused many of the scratches. They did not wrap the furniture or place anything between the metal of the dollie and the wood of the furniture, which I think also caused scratches. I’ve used movers many times, and I can’t recall seeing previous companies move large pieces this way. I pay for movers to protect the furniture, and the opposite happened during this move. I was very disappointed and I do not recommend this company.

TJ Finnerty: Generally positive experience and not our first move so we have other points of reference. Rained all day so kudos to the crew for powering through a less than optimal weather day. They cared for our furniture and belongings and worked well together. They were prepared for the weather so came with booties to not mark our floors and that was greatly appreciated. The number of scuffs and dings in the walls and ceiling were more than we were used to but overall very pleasant and professional crew.

Michael Kingsley (M C K PHOTOGRAPHY): Express movers are EXCENT! A month ago during the pandemic, my son moved from an apartment to a townhouse, while entertaining 2 small children! I thought that he would have been able to pack up most things prior to moving. However, he was only able to take apart his bed and pack one or two small boxes. A few days prior, I informed Cindy that the movers should be prepared to box his whole apartment, knowing, of course, that this would also slow the move down and increase cost. The crew came with enough supplies to pack everything. They worked almost non-stop with very few breaks and were courteous, thorough and their packing was superb - nothing was damaged or broken. Cesar, the lead mover, was so efficient and helpful, directing his crew of two others to get everything done smoothly. And the final cost was only slightly increased above the quote due to the additional packing required. I understand why Express has received great ratings - they really are excellent. Jeff Barnette: I first heard of Express Moving and Storage that came highly recommended by my coworker who used their services for her move. So after reading their reviews, I decided to email this company to obtain their estimated quote among other professional moving companies. The owner, Robin, promptly replied back with a detailed list of fees for the total cost. But, see, it wasn’t his quote that was very fair and accommodating; it was his pleasant attitude and his willingness to work with you that mattered the most to me. And there is a reason this company has managed to maintain a perfect 5.0-star review. Like many of the other reviewers have said, the movers arrived precisely on time. The moving crew was friendly, polite and professional; they took their time to meticulously and carefully pack our items, and they happily listened to our instructions. As deaf individuals – and with everyone wearing masks – you can see how communication was a little challenging for us but they took the time to communicate with us using theirs and our phones. Robin was also very responsive to speak with through text messaging – he really does care about making customers happy! If you are ever in doubt as to whether to hire this moving company, don’t be. You can rest assured knowing that your items and belongings will be well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving and storage needs! Nelle G: I dislike moving and dealing with everything related to moving. But the team at AP Pro Moving LLC did a fantastic job with our move! They were very careful with everything and used blankets and wrapping for all furniture. The guys were timely, very fast, efficient, and courteous. After the move, they even placed felt pads on furniture to avoid floor scratching and easy moving around. The scheduling and communication have been clear and hassle free. Unlike other moving companies, their fee schedule is honest and disclosed up front. I will certainly use their services again and I would highly recommend them. They will NOT disappoint.

Larry Cook: These are the best movers ever!! Andrew and Steve were an amazing team. They were on time in the morning and did the entire move, with a six hour drive all in one day. They stayed until after 11PM assembling my furniture. Really just an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this company!!

Kevin Shand: I was referred to this company by name from my realtor in Howard county that serves numerous clients in the area, and had a prior client with a very positive experience. Suburban Movers wrapped, loaded, transported, unloaded, placed exactly by my request in the new home, and unwrapped over 70 boxes/bins and furniture for a 3000 sqft house (including a fragile 40-year old piano) in the summer in just over 4 hours! No items damaged and no damage to either home in the move! They also hauled away several old pieces of furniture and appliances for me, saving me a trip to the landfill. nancy Paradiso: Estimate was done online - nice and easy process. Customer support was helpful whenever I had changes or questions. They were able to work on a weekend, Sunday even, which was very helpful for timing for us. They came in one day, packed up all of the small stuff and wrapped all of the furniture. Then came back a second day and loaded the truck. The truck was at our new location states away within 3 days of packing up. They met us exactly when we wanted. They unloaded very quickly and even set up our outdoor set even though it is not a normal part of the moving process. They worked hard and fast. Overall very happy with the entire process.

Edjir Celin: Alex and his guys are very honest, nice, and courteous. I have moved 3 times in the past 5 years so I am no stranger to moving. Usually I’ve had movers pack and unpack us in under 7 hours. This crew took over 9 hours with two trips that cost us double what we usually pay. Also, they did not move everything as they had no tv boxes nor wall art boxes and those were left for us to pack on our own. They were not well equipped for the job and seemed to lack coordination as no prior assessment/inventory was done prior to the booking. They removed drawers out of dressers which made packing take way longer unnecessarily and at $240/hr that adds up quickly. I believe they are better suited for smaller jobs such as apartments and smaller homes, not for those with over 3,000 sqft of space.
