Arlington Twins Moving Co - Moving Service Arlington VA Moving Company: what do users think?

Yu Chen: First time engaging Arlington Twins Moving Co as our movers and no regrets. Pedro and his team were friendly and also very experienced in handling all items. It is not an easy job but they have done it efficiently. We were very satisfied and happy with their service. Highly recommended and will definitely engage Arlington Twins Moving Co as our movers again!

Felicity Hatfield: Quick response for each query. Their quote for the moving service is reasonable. The speed of Arlington Twins Moving Co service totally blew us out of the water (2 hours for the whole moving process of 4 room flat). They also handle the furniture and all the items with care. Strongly recommend their service!

Jason Holders: First time, Easy-to-use online ordering and quotation, prompt responses from staff, efficient and professional packers and movers who took great care of the items. Thank you Second time using Antony Movers, very professional and well-planned. Quick to respond to queries and hassle-free. David (Team lead) is very courteous and well-organised; grateful for his team's help again.

Adam Fowler: Great company! Very professional. The movers were friendly and took good care of my things! I was very pleased with their service and speed. Owner is great and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend Move That Stuff

Kylie Madren: Very professional and expert in handling furniture. Quick, reliable, and quality service. All the best to the team. Great mover! Great deal! Keep schedule punctual and smoothly done! Definitely deal again!

emersyn lisa: Not only were they punctual, professional, and efficient, but they were equally just really nice guys. They moved into our entire apartment quickly, but with amazing care. They were super fast and for comparison, another moving company moved half of what they moved in double the time. I would highly recommend them for those looking for an honest and careful, yet friendly moving experience.

Craig Moreno: Finished moving in an hour. They were punctual for both box dropping & moving and very efficient. They provide racks for clothes and it's very useful. I will definitely recommend them.

Laura Harper: They were great to work with, from start to finish. Remarkable efficient, too. The smoothest move of my adult life! I highly recommend them and wish you luck on your upcoming moving adventure. 🤞

Logan Martin: The moving team were fantastic, very professional and organized, and catered for our specific needs! Recommended.

Robert Schröder: They were great at helping me and my family moving houses. Very professional and outstanding!

Two Marines Moving & Storage: what do users think?

Eugene Brodetski: I'd like to share my experience with you so you can avoid making the same mistake. Two Marines Moving seemed very organized, exacting in their quote, and had good follow-up up before the move. Plus, I wanted to support our returned troops. But that is where professionalism ended. One item was broken while moving it around in the truck before we left for the new house. The other items were damaged in route. Broken glass, broken wood furniture, dinged walls, and scrapped floors at both locations; the damages are over $4K. It was gross negligence. Here's how they get away without financial responsibility. When you make your claims, they point to a valuation guideline put forth by the Federal Government, which is pennies ($0.60 per lb.). So, if they lose your $10,000 diamond earrings, they say they are only worth $0.60. That's all you'll get: 60 pennies. I tried to explain that they didn't take proper precautions and care to avoid unreasonable damages, but they refused to acknowledge that or negotiate reasonable compensation. Don't hire them for your move. It will cost you a lot more than you plan. My wife's sentimental, heirloom display cabinet, from her dead grandmother: gone.

Maria Hurt: We really wanted to support a veteran owned company, but DO NOT use these movers. They were prompt at first, but then moving day came and they showed up well past the time frame they gave me. I understand Saturdays are busy move days, but they were extremely, extremely late. Thankfully everything made it in one piece to our new place. My fiance, however, used this company to move into our place three weeks before I did and they smashed his microwave. Almost two months later and he has yet to get a response or money for the damage. They ignore every email. It may seem more affordable than other options, but it's really not that much of a difference. It will be worth the little bit extra to use a more reliable and professional company.

Megan Van Name: We’ve used Two Marines Moving for two moves now, both of which were between different states. We’ve been impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. Charlie was our liaison who coordinated the move, and he was super helpful and accommodating to our scheduling needs. On moving day, the guys packed our stuff and loaded the truck within 7 hours. It was incredible. I trusted the guys the entire time. They drove straight to our moving destination (most big companies offload your stuff and reload it with other people’s stuff) without unloading/reloading. Once at the destination, they unloaded the truck within 3 hours, and even helped my husband put together the bedframes. They were respectful, professional, and reliable. I’d recommend this company to anyone moving!

Nicole Charge: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI had four guys come to move my already packed house to their storage facility. All four were wonderful! Everyone was polite, friendly, and took great care of my things. They worked fast and all got along so well. I am highly impressed and would (will) recommend them to anyone!

Ryan Marks: Avoid using this company. They seem squared away upfront, are responsive and give you quote right away. Then it comes to move day, its hit or miss if they show up on time. They completely shattered my microwave on the move, made it seem like no big deal, and didn't even bring it into my new place so I could see the damage. They told me it was too damaged to move and it was "their bad". After asking, they showed it to me and told me I could make a claim if I wanted and shut the truck door quickly. So of course I did, only to not hear any response for 3 weeks. After reaching out THREE times trying to get a response, I got a generic "please send pictures", to which I couldn't since the movers hauled it away without wanting to show me the damage. After replying, I heard nothing again. After email multiple more times, I finally got a response. This generic response was "we're working on it with my manager". I don't expect to hear anything else without having to pry yet again. Again, please avoid using them if you can. They are not even cheaper than other, better options.

Dave Cooper: Damaged nearly everything they touched. Refuse to provide a portion of a refund so we can replace what they damaged. They did “allow” us to use the insurance policy I purchased. However they selected what was purchased with the policy and how it was used. We continued to seek resolution for our destroyed items. They stated they have 90 days to make it right. They have refused to speak with us and will not respond to any emails or calls for over 90 days now. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!

Faiz Rehman: We are extremely disappointed with this company, their managers, workers and their business ethics. We hired them to help marines and local business and ignored a national moving company despite their lower quote. Two Marines Moving gave us a wrong quote, tried to charge us a lot more after the job, broke walls, fixtures, furniture, leaving marks on door frames, etc. They did not set up our patio furniture, left it wrapped outside. I have sent them pictures of the damages but they never responded. The worst part is despite over 30 calls they were totally unresponsive. Manager Chris Fennel promised to come to our new $1.3 million home to assess the damage and never showed up. I still called him again several times, no response. I left messages for the owner, Nick, never got a call back. I will never ever recommend this unethical company to anyone.

L. Dabbieri: We have been building a home in Stafford since October. we were unsure of our closing date, so we’re putting off arranging a moving company. Finally, on a Monday, we were informed we were ready to go to closing on the coming Friday. We sprang into action and called Two Marines Moving. We were expecting to be told that we would have to get in line. However, we were scheduled for (Easter) Sunday. We were overjoyed with the responsiveness of the scheduler. We told her exactly what we needed and that was exactly what arrived at our Arlington address. About an hour before arrival, Gavin, the crew leader, called to verify all the details. He was both courteous Ned professional as he went over ll our details on the phone. At 9 on the dot, Gavin, Isaias and Erique arrived. They set off right away and began emptying our condo. They worked very hard through the day and filled the truck. About 3/4 of the way through the emptying process, the cavalry arrived and Deandres came to help keep everyone on time (we may have under estimated how many boxes we had to load). When it came to the unloading portion of the day, it went so fast. Things were placed where we instructed and not a single thing arrived lost or broken. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received during every stage of our move. I would recommend Two Marines Movers, and Gavin and his whole crew for any move.

andrea cooper: Highly disappointed!! We had high hopes for this veteran owned company and they were great up until the day of moving everything in to our new home. The moment they backed the first moving truck in to our drive and opened the door it went downhill. They let go of a bungee strap holding our belongings up, and everything came tumbling down like a game of dominos. They did not disassemble furniture properly and there were random pieces everywhere. They broke our boys’ bunk beds and the baby’s crib. We had no we’re for them to sleep for 2 weeks. We purchased their insurance policy which is a complete joke. They ordered “replacements” that were no where new at the quality of what we had. They broke, tore, and/or smashed multiple cabinets, couches, antique furniture, bar stools, broke nearly everything glass but said it was our fault for the way we packed it. They took chunks out of the walls of our new home. Threw their moving blankets on top of our landscaping and left trash in the garage. We attempted to contact by call, text and email for days asking for how they were going to finish replacing things and their claims associate snottily said they had 90 days to make it right per our contract. 90 days came and went and they will not return our messages. Do not use!!

Peter Forbes: 2 Marines? Try No Marines. I've used them before and while more expensive, I liked supporting the troops. On this move, they sent 3 perfectly nice young civilians, but not Marines or anyone with military service. An oversized brand new truck with 3 people when I asked for 2. Unclear what I paid for. I think they have a PR model, a lot of money and don't need my mine. Had I known all this, I would have gotten a truck and friend and done it for much less. I have many military friends including Marines: and they are not happy about this. Many ways to support our troops and retired vets...but NOT 2 Marines. When I wrote to the company, they never responded. Semper Fi??

Jake's Moving and Storage: what do users think?

Robert Moses: Jakes charged a reasonable set amount that did not vary with adjustments. We did well estimating the work at 3 hours, it took 2.5 and they stuck to their estimate. The team was quick, professional, and took very good care of my furniture, wrapping it in plastic, even the odd shaped stuff like the cat tree. They packed my storage unit very efficiently so it easily fit my entire 3 bedroom house in a 10x15 unit. Then came back 3 weeks later to unpack it and move it to my new house. I whole-heartedly recommend them for your move. You won't be disappointed!

Jani Tillery: Jake's Moving and Storage is a cut above the rest! From the moment I called I felt at ease about my move. The manager John was very friendly and helpful. The rates were also reasonable. It was easy to set up the move date. They called a couple days before the move to confirm and the day of the move, the movers arrived prompt and on time , they abided by COVID-19 mandates and had on masks. They were also friendly. The movers worked quickly. They even had to disassemble my bed frame and headboard. I was worried that might be a difficult task but they made it look easy. Once we got to my new place, they quickly got to work unpacking the truck and reassembling the bed furniture. Once we got there, we realized one of my pieces of furniture would not fit and they had no problem hauling it away. I did not have to stress at all!! It was the best experience I have had with movers. If you want a smooth and easy move that is reasonably priced, call Jake's Moving and Storage! You won't be sorry. Services: Furniture assembly , Moving-related junk removal , Local moving
Response: Thank you Jani for the positive feedback! Good luck with your new home!!

Avi Ginsberg: Jake's Moving and Storage was excellent! I was moving out of state and needed a company to pack all of my heavy/large furniture and load it into Uhaul trucks. I hired a 3 person team. They arrived on time and followed all of my instructions. They were very professional and extremely nice. They had a positive attitude and were friendly and upbeat the entire time! They wrapped and moved my extremely heavy antique wood furniture without an issue. Very impressive. They made the process stress-free. I also had them carry about 150 heavy boxes up from my basement and load them into a truck. They were quick and efficient. They followed all of my instructions about keeping certain boxes upright, not stacking things on certain boxes, etc. Upon unloading/unpacking (after driving everything 400 miles away) I was very pleased to discover nothing had broken! This company is excellent! If you want friendly and professional movers, this is the company! Services: Moving-related packing , Oversized-item moving , Local moving

Andrew Walker: U-Haul completely screwed me. “Lost” my reservation, then failed me on the replacement, meaning I had no truck and I had to cancel my movers. I had no time and no options. But Jake’s came to my rescue! I found them by looking for local moving businesses that had good reviews and same-day service. They were at my house right when they were needed and got me out of there. I cannot thank them enough. They took a heartbreaking day and gave it a glimmer of light with their timeliness and professionalism. I will use them for my next move, no question.
Response: Thank You Andrew for the 5 stars review we appreciate your business

Josie Stommel: Jake's Moving and Storage did a phenomenal job- we could not have been more pleased! The coordination prior to the move was well-planned, and our movers arrived early. Despite several flights of stairs, they operated quickly and efficiently to get us moved in to our townhouse. We cannot thank them enough for all of the work they did, and would gladly hire them again. Thank you all! Services: Furniture assembly , In-state moving , Moving-related packing , Local moving

I have passed on your feedback to both of our teams here at Jake's as well as the movers who helped you move. They'll be thrilled to hear that their hard work was appreciated and we hope it won't be too long before you contact us again!

tom rand: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueWe needed a mover who was experienced in moving antiques. Found Jake's through their website, They did a professional job and took great care in moving these items, which had both sentimental value for our family and significant monetary value. We would recommend them without qualifications.

Katie Howell: We used Jake's Moving to move from our townhouse into a single family home. The booking process was fast and easy. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. The guys showed up on time, ready to work. They were incredibly fast and efficient and went above and beyond what we expected. They took great care of our furniture and fragile belongings as well as the floors and walls of both homes. They even helped us assemble our dining table after the move. Packing tape, furniture mats and extra boxes all included. They completed the project in less time than quoted, were professional, respectful and friendly. 100% recommend and will use them again. Nation Capital Movers: what do users think?

Ron Fallon: Justin was on top the of the estimate and calculated the truck volume to the inch. The Moving crew was great and loaded the truck utilizing every inch of space. They protected the floors of the houses and packed the breakables. Not one item was broken. They matched all other quotes and provided boxes which got them the bid. I'd definitely use them again
Response: Thanks so much for sharing your feedback about our service. We’re glad to hear that our team’s performance exceeded your expectations, and we’ll make sure that Justin receives the recognition they deserve. Thank you again, , have a great day!

Paul Smith: The price was excellent for an interstate move from PA to VA. The price was up to $1000 less than other companies I contacted. The movers were great they were quick moving out of my old place and moving into to my new place. Nothing was broken and the moving crew did an excellent job with packing everything, taking apart the furniture and putting it back together quickly without any problems. If I ever have to move again, locally or to a different state I will definitely hire Nation Capital movers.
Response: Hello Paul! We can’t thank you enough for taking the time to share your feedback with us and reminding us why we do what we do.

Varun Arulmani: I used Nation Capital Movers in fall 2021 for a long distance move from DC to Dallas. Nation Capital Movers exceeded my expectation. I opted for full packing and move service. Jonathan estimated the cost very accurately and his quote was the cheapest that I received in DC area. Movers were punctual on the move day and they packed and moved our things in an organized manner. Chris and Peter communicated well with me on the estimated delivery. Driver Luka and his men delivered my things without any damage in Dallas and did not charge me a single penny over what was quoted. I am quite satisfied with their move service and I strongly recommend Nation Capital Movers for any moving needs. They have their own vans and trucks for moving!
Response: Dear Varun, Thank you for your detailed review of your move . It means a lot to us that you took the time to share your thoughts with the rest of our community and us. We look forward to the next time we’re able to serve you again. The team at Nation Capital Movers

Margaret Floyd: After researching several moving companies for a long distance move, I finally decided on Nation Capital Movers and I’m so glad I did! Chris and Vesko were very easy to work with and on the day of the move Eric and the team were amazing! They arrived exactly as scheduled for both pickup and delivery. My property was loaded quickly and efficiently and on drop off the guys were very accommodating to place furniture and boxes as instructed. Overall I had an excellent experience with this company!

Kate Ueda: My move was from Pittsburgh to Tampa, Florida. The estimate was accurate. No surprise or hidden charge was assessed. The pick up and drop off clue was efficient and polite. The move includes a Yamaha upright piano. I also have a collection of antique plates and custom made art work and diploma. No damage to the items. I cannot be happier.
Response: Dear Kate , I’m happy to hear that our team provided you with excellent service. I’ll make sure that they receive your feedback. I’m sure it will make their day! Kind Regards

Trenita McGee-Byrd: I scheduled my move with Nations Capitol a month in advance. I worked directly with Johnathan who was very professional and courteous. Johnathan explained all costs to me and also advised that due to the fact that since my move would be in the winter that there would be a price adjustment. That was an absolute plus. Also, Nations Capitol provided me with free moving boxes, packing tape and paper which cut my moving costs down as well. Furthermore, on the day of moving I worked with Eric and his team who was quick, efficient and productive. They shrink wrapped and blanket wrapped all of my big furniture and even provided tv boxes for my flat screen TVs. This is important because other movers indicated that there was an additional charge to shrink wrap furniture. They loaded their truck and arrived at the storage unit I rented in minimal time. They took care of loading all my belongings in my storage unit. I have to say it was neatly stored and they did an excellent job. What also is amazing is that when I use them again to move my belongings out of storage and into my home they will credit me the costs of the blankets towards my move to my home. My estimate was for 5.5 hours of work and they finished in 3.5 hours causing me to save tremendously. Nations Capitol, You all are the best and I WILL be using you again as well as referring you to other people who are moving. Thank you.

Elyse Coller: Great experience. I called with a very short notice move and Martin was able to work his magic and get me worked in. Kris was very helpful with updates along the way. My movers were great! Fast enough pace and we’re no damages. Would recommend and use again!
Response: Hello Elyse! We’re so grateful that you took the time to share your feedback with us. It’s our pleasure to serve customers like you. Have a wonderful day!

Thea Knight: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessVery professional company with excellent service. Administrative office is very prompt and attentive to all my requests, movers showed up on time and worked eleven hours to move a large content of items to my new house. Not one item was damaged, which is a first for me. This is my seventh house so this was amazing.
Response: Hi Thea, your comments have been shared with our entire team at Nation Capital Moving. When we hear from happy customers like you, we spread the positivity around! Thank you and we hope to serve you again soon.

Barry Wolitzky: Kris was great. Of 6 estimates i pursued only 1 other came to the apartment to actually see the job. Moved us to Florida and picked up on a Monday and delivered on a Friday!! Gave a fixed price that was $2000 less that others. Quality and fast crew!
Response: Hello Mr.Wolitzky! Thanks for sharing your positive review of our company . Feedback like yours is valued by every team member here!

Sasha Shaw: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValuePrompt. Provided extra packing supplies Incase we needed them. Professional and courteous. They took excellent care of our household goods! They carefully wrapped and padded each item of furniture and padded the floors at our new house so they wouldn’t end up damaged. We would highly recommend this company.
Response: Hello Ms.Shaw, It’s great to hear that you had a positive experience with our company . Our team will be happy to hear that their hard work has paid off! If there’s anything we can do to serve you further, please let us know!

U.S. Department of Transportation: what do users think?

Carol Macinnes: Very excited about the Tampa Heights project recently approved by USDOT. It is much needed for replacing water pipes, connecting communities divided by I275 through improved transit opportunities, inceasing the safety of intersections, creating bike lanes and Smart Streets. A wonderful investment that will help this area thrive again. Thank you all at USDOT and to the leadership of Secretary Buttigieg and his teams.

badu jabar: Roads policing laws outdated , today's laws can't dissuade anyone. Driving across America is chaotic, wreckless, agressive, dangerous, deadly & nothing is done. We're desensitized to deaths on the road. It's become a spectacle rather than a tragedy. Police cruisers make little difference. We can catch toll cheaters but we can't catch driving offenders. Technology could help, why not use it ? Better roads when unpoliced lead to more risk taking , more deaths.& poor quality of living. We fight for space rather than share it . People will do what they can get away with. DO SOMETHING

Darin James: Great to see USDOT, under the leadership of Secretary Buttigieg, effectively implementing the historic Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Laura Montes: Under Secretary Pete Buttigieg Transportation Department is now well known and has increased its profile.

Buffi Buckley: Secretary Pete Buttigieg and the entire department are getting things done for us. Infrastructure finally means something again.

Bobbie Jansen: I’m so glad there’s finally someone who understands that transportation is about people!

Emily Loats: I love Pete Buttigieg!! Best secretary of Transportation ever!!

Sydney Steinberg: Secretary Pete Buttigieg doing a great job.

Jenn Harder: Secretary Buttigieg is doing a fantastic job!

Akber Alwani: I sent complaint for the transport company and never receive the reply, the phone number they have never work, after 1 hr of being waited the line get disconnect automatically, so we have only this company who can help me for my dispute with moving company and likely they are currently helpless and hopeless.

George Washington's Mount Vernon: what do users think?

JoJo Q: We visited George Washington's Mansion last weekend at Mount Vernon, VA. We had a great time. It's a must see and good for all ages. The mansion and location itself is well preserved and maintained. I love how the tour guides are knowledgeable about the historic place, they are friendly too and answers your questions well. Don't forget to stop by the museum too, they have a lot of interesting historic items that they use back in the days. And good information about The Washington. If ever you got hungry, they have a restaurant right before the entrance that you can also try, or the food court upon exiting the museum. They also have a souvenir shop upon exiting the museum. Overall, We had a great experience.

Mark Wells: Incredible! If you can go, Go! Great for all ages. We took a family of 4, ages 10-40 and everyone enjoyed it. History and information galore that you didn't know you wanted to know, but you absolutely do! We went on George Washington's Birthday celebration which provided so much entertainment. The museum and 4D movie is a must! The mansion tour is worth the time. I'm not sure if Washington himself is there all the time, but meeting him on the estate was a fun surprise.

David Cardone: If you’re a history buff then this is a must. Great little tour of the interior of the mansion with other available tours to add on. They do offer a National Treasure tour that provides some interesting facts about the mansion and grounds in relation to the movie. This tour takes you into the basement of the mansion whereas the $2 mansion tour does not. Beautiful gift shops and there is food available. Good for kids. Check out the Inn next door to entrance for brunch, lunch, and dinner.

Rodricka Elliott: Great for a nature walk. I did some birdwatching while there and enjoyed the scenery while there. A lot of open space to have a picnic after seeing the house and grounds. Overall, it’s a great day all day activity for the family. I did go during the day on a weekday so it was not too crowded.

Green Angel: Great services, very helpful staff, good for all ages. I learned that Washington real body was transferred to the new tomb. The tomb of George Washington on the right along with his wife Martha on the left and 25 other families members are entombed there. The gift shop is huge, they are two sides for shopping. One for decoration stuffs cost up to $2k+, another one for souvenirs gift. Spending about 3hours to walk around and learning history about Father of our country.

Darwin Parker: What a great place to visit! George Washington worked hard to serve and improve life. It was amazing to see where he lived, his tomb, and his legacy. Side note- my son passed out in front of the entrance and the staff was incredibly helpful and prompt to take care of him and get an ambulance to come check him out. The staff checked on him throughout the day multiple times to make sure he was okay.

Stephens Basement: I have always wanted to visit My. Vernon but for some reason never did till yesterday. I am so glad I did. It was a very well maintained national landmark. I did think the entrance fee was a little high but they provide a free audio self tour and the tour of the house is included in the price. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have a habit of asking lots of questions and they had an answer every time. George Washington was an outstanding man and leader.

Diana Hidalgo Díaz: The location looks very well preserved and taken care of. The tour guide we had during the house tour was knowledgeable and friendly. The museum was remarkable too. The souvenir shop is big and has a wide variety of items to purchase. I had a very good experience overall!

Brian Cummings: Large and well kept. You can easily spend an entire day. There are a number of far flung attractions. The distillery requires riding the shuttle or driving. The mansion tour costs extra. On busy days, it's wise to book in advance. It is very nice, but calling it guided is a slight exaggeration. You move from room to room with experts who may offer a thirty second introduction and then are available to answer questions.

Virginia VanKeulen: Went on a Tuesday in May. Several school groups but they were easy to avoid. Otherwise not very busy. Learned a lot about George Washington. Really enjoyed the enslaved people tour, the house tour, Martha Washington, the fifer and the beautiful flowers. Rangers were plentiful, helpful and informative. Definitely worth a visit.

Embassy of Japan: what do users think?

Aaron C: Visa lady was nice and understanding. My Certificate of Eligibility didn’t come with the visa application paper in it so I was lost on what to do since I thought my packet had everything I needed. She told me I could drop off my application later today with no issues and she did just that. ありがとうございます😊

S: Woman picking up the phone dealing with english channel is very rude and looking down

Dawn Diana: Just a heads up, if you are applying for a tourist visa, make sure you have a return ticket going back to the US. I have an exit ticket going to Hong Kong and I said I will be traveling some more and I will be thinking where else I am going to go and she said I need to show a return ticket going back to the US. For me,it does not make any sense since I have a ticket exiting Japan,so I went home and booked a ticket and emailed it to them. Also, when your giving you bank statements, she is also asking for the withdrawals and others transactions.

Xuan Shao: The visa lady is a bit rude. I participated in a Japan trek organized by my school, and I showed her the letter from my school including the goal of the trek, the hotels information, the fees for the trek and participants information. The organizer of my school said the payment information and the hotels were included in the letter, so I didn't need to provide my bank statements. However, she's impatient and she even didn't look at the letter I gave her. She asked where's my bank statement? Where's hotels confirmation? She said I missed documents and I should come again. Then I asked her could you please first look at all the documents I gave you, especially the letter from my school? Then she began to look at the letter but she said I still missed some documents. In my eyes, she's rude. What she said was different from what the organizer of my school said, but the organizer told me he contacted the embassy of Japan before and had got permission of the embassy of Japan.

Kevin M: If you’re looking for the visa office, it’s the smaller building to the left with the green door. You’re going to have to find parking on the street or in the surrounding neighborhood. There isn’t visitor parking for the visa office. The person that processes visas is slow. Takes 20 minutes per person. So when application drop off is open from 9:15 am to 12:00 pm, she gets through like nine people. Get here early or try another day. They have three windows but only one is for visa, and it’ll be super frustrating that the other windows for certificates and passports are free and the people are just sitting around when there’s a long line for visas. Read the site, have the requirements, don’t hold up the line.

Leo Wang: Well, let's see. The visa lady seems to overthrow a lot of traditional view on Japanese ladies that they are very nice and patient. She did appear to be impatient and rude to me at the first time when I talk to her. While the website says they don't advise purchasing an airline ticket before approval of my visa, the lady urged me where is my ticket, I was trying to tell her what the website said about this but she cut me off rudely. However, after a while, she seems to be very happy and glad to answer a lot of question. Maybe she is an aggresive worker that strive to get work done before rambling some gibberish with the customers. Still, get used to that if you want to travel to Japan for whatever reasons, because these type of people aren't minority in Japan.

Chris Reaves (ChrisBelieves): My wife and I have had success in all interactions at this embassy. Not a complaint to be had. The rudeness of some of the reviewers below is abysmal. My wife and I have visited the embassy on a few different occasions to take care of business, not make friends, and not to judge a country and its people by its embassy. Being an American, and judging by the comments below, I could assume that we are lacking the ability to cope with foreign culture, but I'll try not to make that judgement based on this single interaction...

Benjamin Lebron: These people are crazy, the visa lady is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. We invited her to Thanksgiving dinner. Positive and professional experience from start to finish. I know I only have one embassy to chose from, bit if there were two, I'd pick this one, hands down!

Spencer Anderson: The guards and Embassy members were all so polite! If you have a Japanese member in the family you can make a parking reservation on the Ambassador's driveway which is super convenient!

赤の狼: Seems like I'm not the only one. Very rude visa lady. She's NOT helpful at all. AT. ALL. The embassy represents their own country in a foreign country. She should be fired for giving such bad impression to other people, especially when you're working in an embassy.

NACA: what do users think?

Ezekiel Abimbola: NACA is a great home buying program. which was introduced to me by a friend of mine. I am very pleased with my journey with the NACA process thus far. My counselor, Langston Wright, He is a fantastic guy and very professional and he has been helping me maneuver through the process while setting expectations. In this program, there is no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees. They help a lot of people become homeowners. I'm excited about my journey to soon becoming a homeowner.

Admassu Woldemichael: AW&RY It was around end of 2018 or January 2019 that my wife and I first heard about an amazing NACA home purchase program, so that we immediately signed and joined the NACA program. Everything went as planned, and we found a house and made an offer for that house and finally because of a finance or one of our incomes was not added, and as result, we could not move forward and suspended for some time due to Covid 19. Then we reschedule around 2021, which is certainly not an easy journey, but with the help of God and her help, our professional and helpful counselor, Ms. Diandra, tells us what is needed. With help of her, we are now very close to the re-qualification. NACA is a great home buying program and the counselors are very helpful and professional

Mustafa Sidiqi: NACA home buying program is an amazing opportunity that help you own home. The Counselors are very helpful to make sure that they help you through the process until you become a home owner. In addition to that not only help you buy a home but help after closing. My Counselor Colin is amazing person, he is helping with the process now and it has been very smooth with the documents that I need to submit. Also, he is very easy going person to make sure that pre submitting documents were easy and explanatory to make sure I understand why we need certain documents. Most importantly, he wants to make sure everything that is required are being submitted. I have recommended NACA to a lot of my friends and family to get involve and become a home owner. Lastly, I would recommend for everyone is that take your time reading the action plan and spend good amount of time understand your action plan.

Ted Hurley: The NACA counselors are very patient and helpful, especially with people who are of a certain age (like me) who are computer-challenged. With every step of the process there is an explanation of what to do and a thorough follow-up. My wife and l are well underway to our completion of the NACA program. I also have siblings who have completed their home purchases with NACA and couldn't be happier. I can't wait to be among them !

Tyana Trotz: The NACA program has been very instrumental in helping me achieve my goals of home ownership. They have simplified the process and created very easy ways to complete the steps to achieve home ownership. My counselor has answered all of my questions and has provided details about the program. They are always available and the phone answering service has been very helpful answering different questions I have as well. This is a great program for first time home buyers like me, who are just getting started and need assistance. I am so thankful for the people who have helped me so far. I am excited to continue this process and achieve my dream of home ownership.

Chauncey Dennie: I have just met with my NACA counselor Colin yesterday and he believes I will be approved relatively quickly. I might even be in a home before the end of the year. I am very pleased with my journey with the NACA process thus far. In this program, there is no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees. In addition, they provide budgeting assistance. I truly believe NACA will help me to realize my dream of becoming a homeowner sooner rather than later.

Amber Tyler: NACA has been a journey. The counselors are kind and patient with you as you try to understand the home buying process and what it'll take for you to obtain your first set of keys. The program is great for first time home buyers. Be patient, there are a lot of step and verbiage to learn which the counselors are great at explaining. The journey is worth it.

Constance Best: I joined the NACA community in 2021, thus far the process has been seamless. My counselor – Ms. Mercado, is very professional, timely, and patient. During my intake session, I was given an action plan to follow with the goal being for me to come back in 3 months ready to move to the next phase. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to completing the program and receiving my qualification letter.

Tamuno Daniels: I had my counseling session with my NACA counselor today, and she was amazing! Both personable and professional, she made me feel very comfortable during our session. While reviewing my web file she made sure I understood her review process. At the end of the call, she very sweetly congratulated me on beginning the home buying process! I look forward to working with her and feel reassured that she will help me have a pleasant home buying experience.

Lantider Bekele: I heard about NACA from different friends of mine. All in one-voice recommended NACA if I need to purchase a home without any hassle or no down payment. I enrolled and uploaded most of the required documentations in my Web-file. I am now in the process of getting approved for the loan to purchase the home. The counselor with whom I spoke to schedule my intake counseling session is so nice, helpful and very patient in explaining things. I've never been happier. I'm looking forward to purchasing my home very soon. I recommend everyone to check out this program.

Tim LaCasse - State Farm Insurance Agent: what do users think?

Harmony Campbell: Tim and his staff are very professional and great to work with. They have helped me and my clients get great homeowners policies (I'm a realtor). I highly recommend him for your insurance needs. Response and communication is important to me and he's great at it!
Response: @harmonycampbell thank you for the kind words! We appreciate you and your continued trust in our office!

Linda Stansbury: I have been a customer for many years and have always found State Farm to be helpful and considerate of its customers. Tim and his staff are the epitome of professionalism. They listen to your concerns and always look for the solution to the problem. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an office that cares about its customers.
Response: Thank you @lindastansbury! We’ve enjoyed getting to know you all these years!

Dana Tran: There are several SF agents in/near Capitol Hill, and this location was recommended in a group when I asked. From the initial quote to the execution of our policies, Kameron has been very responsive and patient with my many questions. He keeps his word -- when he says he'll call back or update something on the policy, he does. Sounds like a given, but you'd be surprised at the number of times I've had to follow-up in other cases. Additionally, Kameron knows his stuff - although he doesn't physically live in the area where I'm being serviced, he was very knowledgeable of it having travelled/worked out of there often and could speak to the uniqueness of the area. I haven't yet submitted a claim with them but if it's anything like my experience at another SF office, then I'm confident I'm in good hands. Thanks, Kameron for your time and thoroughness!
Response: @danatran thank you so much for the kind words - were big fans of Kameron too! Thank you for your business!

Lori Schramek: Tim and his team at State Farm are great. They go above and beyond and are there when it counts...when the unthinkable happens and I need help! He was even there to help us when our daughter was having issues in another state.
Response: Thank you @Lori Schramek! We love working with you and your family. Thanks for choosing State Farm Insurance and our agency!

Kati Seeman: Kameron is a pleasure to work with and explained different coverage options in a very understandable manner. It's nice to have an insurance agent I would look forward calling for help if needed!
Response: @kati thank you so much for the kind words! We think the world of Kameron and his desire to give amazing insurance insight! We appreciate your business!

Ultraomni: My ex estranged friend crashed my car and I was distraught. It was very stressful. However the great people at the Statefarm's office of Tim LaCasse made this horrific ordeal into a win win situation. With wonderful and caring customer service over the phone and in the office, I was able to file a claim and receive a settlement in a week!! I wanna give a special shoutout 😤📣 to Ms. May‼ She is one of the most informative, helpful & caring Customer Service Rep in the office. I wanna sincerely thank Tim LaCasse and his team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Response: Thanks a lot, Dante! We strive to provide the best customer service possible and I'm so glad we could help you through a such a stressful time. -Tim

Melissa Farmer: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI wanted to send a shout out to the best agent in State Farm. Thanks for all your help on my rest glass issue. Always recommend your business to friends and family members. Thanks for all that you do for me and my family. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Response: Thank you @MelissaFarmer! We’re big fans of you, Joseph and your family and appreciate you very much! Continued good health to you all…

Danielle Billingsley: I have been with Statefarm for about 6 years. I have lived in 3 different states and had 3 different agents. I was very happy with the first two. I got a DC agent when I moved to DC, but the level of disorganization at her office has become untenable. I decided I needed to change agents. After our last policy debacle, I called the LaCasse agency and explained the situation. The young lady with whom I spoke was very understanding, polite, and professional, and told me the agency would be happy to receive my business, but that I would need to ask the other agent to transfer the policy over. I had no objection to doing that, but I didn't ask for detailed instructions. At the time our new renter's policy was still being written, so I decided to wait until that process had been completed. I called back again today to find out what, exactly, I needed to do to get our auto and renters policies switched over and a different young lady told me I would not be allowed to switch because that's "not how Statefarm does business". I asked if I am entitled to choose my agent or switch agencies if my agent is incompetent. She said I would need to call the corporate office and that "that is not something we would be able to do". She could not give me a logical reason why Statefarm would prevent me from changing my agent and did not seem to care that she was turning down business. I told her the previous employee I spoke to indicated that my current agent would need to transfer the policy at my request, but that she made no mention of a prohibition on switching agents. She gave no explanation for the inconsistency and said neither my current agent nor the LaCasse agency would be able to initiate the transfer. I told her I would bring my business to an agent who actually wants it and bid her good day. Mr. LaCasse, I worked in customer service for a looong time, and I must tell you, this is not the way to run a business. Your staff should be consistent in their answers. They should be helping customers solve problems, not creating new ones. The policies should be logical and customer centered. The idea that I cannot choose which agent services my policy is nonsensical! I cannot imagine what could possibly be gained from such a policy. Do you want your staff to go out of their way to obtain and maintain business or to find a reason to turn down business? In the age of Yelp, having employees with a "no" mentality simply will not fly. I strongly encourage you to rethink your hiring and training practices.
Response: @Danielle Billingsley - I agree that there should always be a consistent message regarding transfers and we will surely review that among the team. We do try to respect our fellow agents and allow them a chance to hold on to their customers - and would welcome every State Farm customer to have a conversation with me personally. I wish you would have reached out to me directly to voice your concerns instead of lighting us up on Google. I can’t seem to find you anywhere in our universal system. Feel free to call me at 202-548-4229. All the best…

Paul Mayeur: I've used Tim for 7+ years now and have no complaints.
Response: Thanks @Paul, thank you for leaving us a review! We appreciate your business as always

Zealand Dublin: One of the most non-responsive agents I've ever encountered, either as an employee of State Farm or an outright customer. As a former 27 year State Farm employee, I worked in five different states with State Farm and never before have I dealt with an agent who just doesn't return phone calls to his customers. I've been calling Tim for over a week now leaving messages for him to call me on an urgent issue regarding my IRA/mutual funds. He's either "in a meeting" or "out to lunch." So, I took matters into my own hands and called State Farm's corporate office to have my issue resolved (something that Tim should have done as the servicing agent) AND asked to have my products moved to another agent. And as some of you have mentioned in your reviews, Tim's staff is rude and condescending and does not seem to care either. I guess as long as Tim is getting the premium from your policies/products, he's okay with not ACTUALLY SERVICING THE PRODUCTS AND WORKING WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. Check around thoroughly before you decide on a State Farm agent. Again, as a former employee I know what service to expect from a State Farm agent and Tim is not it! There are good, RESPONSIVE agents here in the D.C. area. Good Luck!! UPDATE: approximately a month later and Tim still has not returned my urgent calls. Not a problem though, I've removed most o my products from Tim and had them assigned to another agent.......still working on having everything else removed. If Tim can't return my phone calls, he doesn't deserve to pad his pocket with the premiums from my products. Take my advice and shop around before landing on this agent as your agent of record.
Response: Zealand, I apologize if you didn't get the service you should come to expect from our office, but candidly I can't even find you in my book of business to respond appropriately via email or phone. Please call the office (202) 548-4229 so that we can help get everything squared away. -Tim

Georgetown University: what do users think?

Alex Kolkena: For the record, I didn't go to school here, but I've only heard good things. From a tourist's perspective, there's plenty of neat architecture on campus. It's in one of the older sections of Washington DC, so definitely worth checking out.

Da-Wang Wu: I have several talented colleagues who graduated from Georgetown University, so I always want to visit this school. The campus is very beautiful, especially with the fall foliage. It’s a nice half-day trip to visit the university, the shopping area (mainly on M Street), the canal and the waterfront park.

Danny L: Must place to visit if you are visiting DC. Lots of things to do around the university. Great place for photography and sightseeing. Plenty of Restaurants around that area. You would love it.

David Gilbank: I fulfilled a lifelong ambition when I came to Georgetown to see where The Exorcist was filmed. I particularly wanted to throw my self down the stairs that featured in the finale. Obviously that could cause terrible damage, so I through a soft toy down instead. See photos. Its a brilliant beautiful neighbourhood. Well worth a visit.

Mj Dillenburg: Great graduation ceremonies! Except for the 95 degree heat and humidity....it was beautiful.

Adnana K: I've had my last two kids here. They met all my needs in that time. Both C-sections were done perfectly. Two and a half days hospital stay. Recovery was very successfull. Staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hospital.

Russ Watts: Excellent university, superb perspective on the political realm, mindful about the Jesuit values.

Enric Piferrer Torres: We stopped for a quick walk around the university buildings, and it was worth it! It reminded me of Harry Potter somehow. Beautiful main building. We parked outside for free in a 2 hour parking (no meter). The neighborhood is beautiful too

Justin Ahearn: So charming and beautiful. Feel like I’m going to get culture of Washington DC and the people that I meet are great

lilian gonzalez: I do not come to school here but it's a must place to visit and see in person!!! The buildings are so beautiful and massive. It's breathtaking. The surrending place to grab food is amazing and you can bring it back and either sit in the rocking chairs or picnic tables they have or bring a blanket and lay under a tree and relax!! It's so nice!!

United States Postal Service: what do users think?

Edwige Mendouga: Clerks are professional, helpful and friendly. They keep the flow going even when short especially Stevan, he's the rock star.

Chick Wallace: On Saturday morning, 11/13/2021, went to the post office to mail a package. I dreaded going because I hate that small cramped location, but I was returning a package & that was the location provided for the return. I had the pleasure of being served by the most amazing postal clerk who was working the window. His name is Eugene. This guy will turn rain into huge rays of sunshine. He was so pleasant & upbeat, he completely turned my grumpy mood around & put a smile on my face. His customer service was beyond reproach. I complain often how it seems that good customer service is a thing of the past. Well, Eugene has certainly made me eat my words. He not only had a favorable impact on my day, but today is Tuesday & I am still thinking about the experience! If you’re ever in the neighborhood & need to mail a package, stop by & see Eugene. He’s pretty Amazing! This reminds me…he asked me to complete the survey at the bottom of the receipt, I’m gonna take care of that now. Thanks Eugene! You make a difference!!

Azaline Adkison: i came in for an envelope for a flat rate shipping label i already paid for and brought in and the woman who "helped" me said she didn't know if I could use the label. Who the hell is supposed to know what envelopes I can use with a USPS label from the USPS website if not a USPS worker? I waited 15 minutes in line on my 30 minute dinner break so her to tell me she doesn't know how to do her job and didn't know if my mail could be mailed by the federal mail service she works for delivering mail.

Charlie Wood: This post office consistently provides excellent service with a friendly attitude. Thank you—the neighborhood appreciates you!

Paul Hartge: I went to this post office location to pick up a package. The teller told me that the package was not there, even though informed delivery told me otherwise. The teller did not check for the package. He gave me multiple possibilities of where my package my be. Completely unhelpful.

Doro Blasi: This postal office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady at the front desk was very rude and she was yelling at customers. Please avoid going to this postal office if you can!! The sad part is that it seems that it will never change since there was no manager that I could talk to.

Annelle Sheline: So grateful to have this as our local post office. The staff are prompt and professional, and if there's a line, it doesn't last long.

Carol Felicio: I went at 2:30pm on Wednesday October 20th, 2021 and while there was a small line, they had 3 people working quickly, with great attitudes and helpful service. Definitely recommend for your mailing needs!

FitzyLove: My neighborhood Post Office since I was old enough to mail and purchase have been great. I left DC in 1994 came back 2003 and they still have wonderful superb service. Some of the mail people that deliver the mail just need to be more focused on delivering the mail other than that I am pleased. 👏🏾👏🏾😊

Frank Rettig: My low rating has to do eight the fact that the post office is in total chaos. When packages are received, and you receive notification, then go to pick them up, they can’t find the package. This has happened repeatedly, and some packages never show up. On 11/28/2017, I went to pickup an expensive electronic package worth over $1,000, and they can’t find it. It makes me wonder how honest the staff is there.

WC Smith: what do users think?

Dawn Michelle: I love East Potomac Park aka Hains Point. I grew up in DC and this has always been one of my favorite places in the DMV. I'm here several times throughout the year

Tyler Fondren: I am a new tenant, and throughout the process of touring, applying, lease signing, and moving in, I have experienced incredible responsiveness. Despite my many questions, Tasha has consistently gotten back to me with timely guidance, and at no point have I felt alone in the process. I’ve had issues with rental companies in the past, so I greatly appreciate the peace of mind that comes with such knowledgeable, professional, and readily available support. I hope that my experience thus far is indicative of the coming year’s lease, and if so, I have good reason to be optimistic!

Nikko Reese: I called the corporate office this morning, November 16, 2021, about 8:20am, and I was greeted by a woman who was not very pleasant. I called regarding an urgent matter, and politely asked "for help." This woman was very short-tempered, unemphatic, and rude! I was surprised! at how rude she was; therefore, I asked for her name, and she hung up the phone. I called to report similar patterns of unprofessionalism where I live. Hopefully, this comment is read, and that she is reminded that her role is essential! People are calling that number for help, and she is the first person people will speak to. She should be proud to hold such a position, representing the lead office.

Tianna Jones: They don’t answer your concerns about the issues you’re having within the complex you live. But they want rent money due to them on time every month. They show no compassion nor concern for their residents. It’s the lack of care, concern, proper communication. I wish I could give them negative 100 as a rating. No one ever reaches back out. It’s ridiculous!!! You call you email and NO ONE REACHES BACK OUT! It’s disgusting!

Bei Heir: They don't care about keeping inside of the apartments clean. Will sweep but barely mop up the dirt on floors. It would be helpful if neighbors did their part to keep outside of their doorways clean... that's just not what we're dealing with these days lol

Simon Heuberger: I lived in Glover Park in DC in a shared 1-bedroom with den for the past 3 years. Overall, it was a hugely pleasant experience. The lease signing was quick and straight-forward. Replacing roommates was easy as well. The landlord was quick to make any repairs or to respond to any requests. Especially the maintenance guys (Santos and his crew) are fantastic! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the sometimes somewhat muddled up handling of rent payments. We were erroneously charged late fees, payments didn't show up in the online system; that kind of thing. Not huge by any means, it just meant we had to consistently double-check things. A little annoying, but not the end of the world. I would definitely live there again!

J P: I do not live at one of their properties. And won't, now. I applied for a studio apartment the first week of June. Their management asked for financial records which I supplied. I was very clear that my restaurant had closed due to Covid-19 and that I was receiving UI benefits and had not collected a pay check from the restaurant since back pay was issued to me in April. I supplied my UI payment record. I confirmed that I was returning to work 6.12.2020. On 6.16.2020 I was asked for a current pay stub. This is poor management, at best. How could i possibly produce a pay stub when i haven't worked for even a week after returning to work? Why would you not state up front, as soon as I produced my last checks and unemployment record that I would be ineligible? I was denied a lease, obviously. After reading the **long long long** history of poor reviews of this company I won't be surprised when they're ran up on housing discrimination charges or corruption charges of some sort or someone files a class action suit against them. Seriously awful communication by a company that manages a lot of property in DC. If you want to live in a place ran by unprofessional people this is the place for you!

Thomas Prentiss: Im at Fairway Park, the area is nice and we done had some major changes in the rental office that when you build it they will come is true harder working staff, better grounds keeping and on time call backs is a plus in my book for any place. The office staff is better but don't cross them they will have it for you. You call with a problem and it's done in a timely matter. Since this covid problem they have done the best of any property could do to make sure of safety and health to others. I have had things done to my unit that show they care. this is way i'm changing my post to 5 star, for the great change of fairway

Joaquin Goquiolay: I lived on 4020 Calvert St in early to mid 2019. It's the perfect place for students or those starting out their careers (at the time, I was starting a new job out of college). I had signed on through a roommate who had been living there. NaTasha, who's with WC Smith, was EXTREMELY helpful in clarifying the process and walking us through. I was very happy. The company is no luxus brand, but its staff are responsive to tenant needs, rents are perfectly reasonable, contracts straight forward, and no bells and whistles. I'm happy to have worked with WC Smith. Their listings are just right for us 20-somethings :)

Racquel “Scrumptuosity” Hill: Had the horrible displeasure of living in Manor Village for almost 2 years. During my time there I was broken into--TWICE. Management knows for YEARS that the A/C unit outside wire boxes combined with the ledge around every building is a welcome sign for people looking to burglarize you. There was ALWAYS a mice problem. My neighbors warned me as they lived there for almost 9 years at the time that the mouse problem was BAD. I was just thinking they were old, disgruntled residents. Not even a month after moving in did I see that the mice were the actual residents of the property. They lured me into signing the lease by assuring me that extermination was done every Friday. That was hardly true. You could be put on "the list for extermination" which was done on Fridays. Doesn't mean that your place will be exterminated weekly. Then, upon battling Rent issues with the Rental Office (who if you owe $20 will leave a BIG RED sign on your door) I felt they were entirely TOO aggressive with collecting rent. One Property Manager came to my door asking about my late rent payment while inquiring about how I had my hair done but hadn't paid the rest of my rent. This is COMPLETELY unprofessional. The Leasing Agent that assisted me, because I managed a popular urban shoe store at the time, asked me to buy him a pair of expensive New Balance shoes in exchange for "making sure I was approved". (I thought this was ludicrous) After being approved and not buying him the shoes, he was very rude to me and wouldn't speak to me when I saw him on the property. This company has been having problems for a long time. They don't hold their employees accountable for anything other than meeting "lease goals". This is unfortunate because the residents should be the priority but to this company they are a burden. Even when I was evicted (for not paying my rent because in court they said that my apt must be rid of mice or I don't have to pay, but Manor Village acted like sending one exterminator out would fix the problem so they told the court that they did their part) when applying for my current apartment the receptionist at the desk was very rude about sending over my resident history form. She was not only rude to me but to the Apartment Company trying to get the paperwork from them as well. Will NEVER live in another WCSmith property again, I don't care if it's gentrified or not. The business practices of this company at the expense of low-income individuals is disgusting!

Costco Wholesale: what do users think?

Sassy Sauce: Who doesn’t like Costco. It’s filled with stuff we really don’t need, but when we see it we justify why we want it and figure out the rest later. The tire center crew is very helpful and I have bought car batteries from here as well. The ease of rerun for items is really good and the process is very streamlined. I like the selection of items and it’s generally well staffed. I don’t have to wait too long in line before checking out. The gas prices are the best I’ve seen in the surrounding areas. It’s usually a win whenever we visit.

George Owino: Clean location, Friendly staff/employees Awesome prices 💰 🤑 💸💸💸 Lots of premium liquors/ wine ciroc, Hennessy, grey goose, tequila an etc🍾🍷🍸🍹🍺 Fresh produce apples, pears, peaches, onions, grapes, watermelon, lemon, oranges, strawberries, carrots, avocado, broccoli, cucumber🍇🍉🍊🍋🍏🍎🍑🍓 🥝🥑🥒🥦 🥔🥕🌽 🍍🍌🍋🍊 Go early...less lines...less people...less germs Lots of selections 🕢🕣 Plenty of parking🚘🚔🚖🏍🛵🏎🚐 Hot dinners ready for the table Awesome gas prices 🚘 💰 🤑 💸

Anthony Stewart: A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better! Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials. Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!

Oceanie De Silva: Love Costco and specially this DC one as it’s the only one that sells Liquor in the whole DMV area! We find some great items- coconut water from Sri Lanka, Dutch ovens for a great price! Hard Liquor and wines and beers etc amazing collection!! And great prices too! The Japanese whiskeys are a treat and also some fine wines from France and Spain! Also the service is great and efficient! Even though it’s always crowded you move fast!! Become a Member and come over to the DC one!

B. Lipkowitz: This is a great store for just about anything personal, business, and corporate. A courteous, efficient staff is ready, available to serve, offer samples, or assist along well stocked aisles of both the familiar and upscale. Libations, anyone? The A+ "adult beverage" section has an exceptional array of wines and spirits.

I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.

Jneen Pas: The lines were long but the cashier was polite. Then my reciept didn't print at the register and I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to bring me a printed reciept from the back. Made my rating less.

Hannah Solomon: I'm just reviewing so they'll read this some day on beach too sandy water to wet. It's what you expect. At one point in my life I lived on the rotisserie chicken, miracle noodles, and bell peppers. 10/10. Return policy is clutch for trying out new stuff too.

Virginia Donnelly: I love this placeThe wine and alcohol in DC are the cheapest price around. Definitely has great bargains. You just have to have the space to store it or the mouths to eat some of the good items before they spoil.

Cynthia Smith: Some staff are rude, I believe that everyone needs to take the time and rate this store, I was one of those who instead of addressing the rudeness, i thought maybe some one else can address it but if we all think this way, then we are all going to get stuck with same rude people. I finally had enough, I addressed the problem. The store need to train staff on cultural sensitivity. Some cashiers bully customers, sad part too much hatred in this store. Hope the corporate sends people from headquarters and experience the hate maybe this store can turn for the better..the store have a good seafood manager. He listened to me while i was looking for a manager to address the bad treatment i received. Costco we want to be welcomed in your store

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and other optional food and items to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. This location offers a free underground parking garage.

Nsoseh Quistoran: I went there to pick some stuff for myself. Good prizing and amazing products. Recommended to go shopping 🛒🛒

Will Kidd: I'm from Michigan this is my first time being to a Walmart set up like this and it was great basement parking and the crazy thing the escalator for your shopping cart that's wow 😲

Brittany Jeffries: It's crowded, there are never enough lines, and the place is heavily disorganized. But when you need stuff late night, it's nice to have around. I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

K A: Easy, convenient and affordable shopping. I really enjoyed shopping at this particular Walmart location. It’s big, organized and well stocked. They have different sections such as the pharmacy, bike shop, auto care, money center, entertainment and household items section to mention a few. Express Self Checkout✅ ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Entrance✅ ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Parking 🅿️ Adequate Parking Space ✅ Shopping Cart Conveyor ✅ 🚻Restroom ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Restroom

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Please consider getting some kind employees for self checkout. 04/25/22 6:00 pm

International Monetary Fund: what do users think?

Bitraven: Asked for a couple of thousand bucks to fund the nuclear project I am running in my backyard, turned down my request and said they put me on some kind of no flight list or something. Overall, 0/5, would never recommend. Better off getting those funds from Russia or Iran anyway.

Guy Ben-Zeev: Hi peoples, i would not recommended this place. I’ve been here a couple of time and each time I have been disappointed by the service. They charge wayyyyy too much—6 million dollar interest?? And for what?? I could get that money so much easier money laundering. These stingy, Eurocentric IMF-ERS are trying to scam me. do not go here, hit me up if you need help with any future plans or nuclear weapons. If you have spare organs, I can help you make the most of them. -5/10

Abdallah: [An-Nisāʼ - 161] And their taking of Riba (usury) though they were forbidden from taking it and their devouring of people's substance wrongfully (bribery, etc.). And We have prepared for the disbelievers among them a painful torment.

Nomis Chernobyl: Uhh tried to borrow what, 400 quadrillion dollars? Apparently “I can’t loan that”, and “That’s both an overwhelming large loan and a impossible loan”. Really dont like service here. 1/100,000,000

Napk: Peoples, Don't go here. When I went here I was expecting monetary gain but they only insisted on pain; they fed me rusty ahh pizza while they severed my leg and sold it on the black market whilst I watched they had these dimly lit rooms which they called the "backrooms" and told me to go inside I did and this goofy lookin' creature came up to me and drank the blood dripping out my leg. Horrible.
