She treated me with dignity and was more than accommodating when it came time for me to bring in my supporting documents.     orandra cotton: It is always difficult to see your parents age and become physically unable to do the things that once came so easily yo them. Consequently when my mom and me made the decision to allow me to become her care provider it was an emotional experience for me. From the very first contact with the dc office in aging staff person Jennifer and Shelia to the receptionist team greeting you in the office it has been so smooth and compassionate. Having worked for dc govt once I know this is not always the case. I want to commend this office and especially thank publically ms. Witherspoon and Harley for their professionalism.
