YNJ Consulting: Came for my birthday and what an amazing experience. Had a hot stone massage with my boyfriend and it was AMAZING! Customer service was also great. We were asked questions pertaining to sensitive points our bodies and I overall appreciated the calm and relaxing massage. Can’t wait to come back.
A. Rachel: I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Eric, and it was the best massage I’ve had in years. The whole experience felt restorative holistically. The ambiance inside is classy but subdued, and the staff is friendly and Covid-conscious. My massage therapist, Eric, is the perfect combination of skill, kindness, and conscientiousness. I explained how I struggle with posture and carry so much stress in my neck and upper shoulders. I got a huge amount of pain relief out of the session, and my muscle knots felt like they were melting away like butter on toast. If you need especially heavy pressure, I highly recommend Eric. Also: as a woman, I greatly appreciated his emphasis on ensuring I felt safe and comfortable. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
jenb: I booked a 60 min sports massage with Jason. I lift 3x wk and run 2-3x wk. I was having lower back soreness. Apparently I am/was unbalanced. This was definitely one of the best sports massages that I have had to date. The space is tranquil. Overall experience - wonderful and I have already booked my next appointment with Jason.

Erika H.: Unwind is my happy place. I love this place. You can smell the calmness from just outside the door. Yes smell! Just as you open the door you are greeted with the faintly pleasant smell of the relaxing essential oils they have coming from the diffuser. You are greeted by helpful and professional staff member at the front desk that prepare you for your appointment. The inside is gorgeous!As you wait for you appointment, you are sat on the beautiful and comfy couches, to take in all the calming ambiance. The place has the softest warm lighting from the gorgeous chandeliers, to compliment all the calming creamy tones of the various furniture and decor. It has such a relaxing opulence about it, that makes you feel as though you are truly getting in your “me time” the we all need. The bathrooms are also gorgeous and always very, very clean. This place also makes for a really good gift. I’ve purchased gift certificates for a massage for friends to as as a bridal and baby shower gifts, birthdays or just give to a friend who could use some relaxation and self care. When my BFF’s fly into I always book a girls day appointment for a day at the spa here! Now down to the actual massage. The therapists here are so very good at what they do and are very professional. They always ask where you are carrying stress at, and do a really good job of addressing the area. At a minimum I come twice a month. The massage and overall experience I have here is so amazing that on my most stressful of days, I often just call and take whatever therapist that is available and I have always had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I always come out feeling like a new woman. After my massage I am always asked if I would like any water, which I appreciate. This place is an integral part of my self care routine. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and calmly recharged. It’s really worth it to take time out of the chaotic and busy lives most of us live now a days, to just Unwind.
RichhTube: Still one of my favorite places to get a massage! I’ve been here a few times and haven’t been disappointed. I recently visited on a Friday morning for a massage and to kickoff my bday weekend and I couldn’t have thought of a better way to do so! We had a couples aroma therapy massage and it was all that I needed. 90min flew by very quickly and I wish o could have done 120min lol. The essential oils are placed just in front of your face as you lay on your stomach which set the mood for me. However, after inhaling the oils for a moment, my partner & I became a bit stuffy. I thought maybe it was just me, but after my partner confirmed she was feeling stuffy as well, we noticed that it may have been the oils affecting us. I’ve had massages before without aromatherapy, and wanted to try this. I would stick to regular massages, but I don’t regret trying this one bit. I was still relaxed and plan to come back again. The parlor took note that this was how we decided to kick off our celebrations and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated and good vibes were in the air. They have def set a standard for my expectations. You can’t go wrong here. The people are friendly, management attentive, and thoughtful. Hope everyone can have a lovely experience like we did.

The moment you walk in the door, the environment wraps you in a blanket of relaxation. Low lighting, and some really elegant and beautiful decor. You are greeted immediately, and offered water. Nancy and Flor where amazing! After we left, my fiancé and I discussed that they some how managed to find our problem areas without us saying a word, and proceeded to work them out and now we both walked out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. I can say with confidence I would recommend this place to my family and friends Thank you!!!

Mikela did great, it was like her hands has sensors that she can really determine the right spots where pressure is needed. My body ache was lightened after she perfectly hit on the frozen shoulders, back, buttocks and legs. It’s a bit pricey but worth it though.

Emily: Great experience! Came to DC for a work event and decided to try this place out just based on reviews.
Emily Adamson: Maru was just wonderful - I explained it was my first time and so she was very kind to give me basic rundowns as she led me through the appointment. I felt secure and safe - not embarrassed at all. It was so easy to book through the website and the people directing me in were very kind. The place is clean and comfortable. Maru clearly had lots of experience and I was grateful for her help. I work with backpacks and lots of standing, and I left feeling put back together, in a sense. The only issue I had was finding the place, but that was solved when I realized the business had helpfully posted a photo of the outside as a direction assistant. The man inside was able to further point me to where I needed to go. I would recommend this business and wish I had the time to go again next week.

atophardie: I found Touch online, close to my office, so decided to try it. I was diagnosed sometime back with old muscle trauma in my neck and shoulders, a source of chronic discomfort. I usually seek out physiotherapists when the discomfort is unbearable, but the wait for an appointment was too long. Iris was my deep tissue technician, and she found the trouble spots and worked them over while attending to my entire spine and legs. She clearly was experienced, and her actions felt similar to that of sports physiotherapists I have used in the past. I could feel the loosening while on the table, and by the next morning my range of neck and shoulder muscle motion was normal. Iris checked in with me about my tolerance for pressure, and with consent did the job. I will be going back.

I have been going here for about two years and every massage is better than the last. I feel like they really care about me and my health. benz: Amazing services. Great Father’s Day from my wife. I received a 1 hour massage which included the back scrubs and hot stones. My masseuse, Yordonas was AMAZING. She did such a wonderful job in targeting the areas which I needed some relief. Did not feel rushed. She was super attentive and always checking if the pressure was good and how I was feeling. One of the best massages that I have received. Definitely going back for another massage with her.
Elizabeth Hoke: I received a 1.5 hr trigger point massage at Bluebell spa to treat debilitating sudden back pain and muscle spasms. I threw out my back on Wednesday, with symptoms peaking on Thursday evening. I booked an appointment for Friday morning and walked out a changed woman. I literally went from experiencing extreme lower back pain every time I walked, turned, or stood up to being comfortably mobile after the massage. I am so grateful for the work they did and will be returning. I did book the appointment with a female masseuse, but they gave me a male masseuse. I’m not sure why the switch happened, but it didn’t end up being a problem at all. The male masseuse I had was incredibly professional and tailored the appointment to my requests.
L Britton: Had my first prenatal massage with Ms. Almaz. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was so lovely. They have an adapter of sorts for the top of the table to accommodate your belly, and you stay on your front side the entire time. She did a fabulous job - would highly recommend!

Sandy Ovalle: Amaaz is a great therapist! She made sure to address my concerns and took her time. You can tip by venmo or cash, which I prefer so therapists can get their money right away. The sign was not very visible so I first tipped on my debit card and then when i saw it I asked them to cancel since it seems like the payment was still processing. The receptionist assured me she cancelled the transaction. I requested a receipt for that, but she could not give it to me. I paid again since she assure me the transaction was indeed cancelled. When I reviewed my bank transactions the next day I realized I was accidentally charged twice. It took a while to get a hold of someone who could reverse that charge. But once I did, they reversed it without a problem.
Samantha Smith: Today was my second visit to Bluebell Spa and it was absolute serenity. Staff are kind and welcoming, the spa is clean, and you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated without a doubt. Carlos is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced and I don’t plan to go anywhere else.

Courtney Codina: I had a great overall experience with Revive Massage and I will definitely be returning. Scheduling my appointment was easy and I was able to get in for an appointment that same day. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Tamara was my massage therapist and I thought she did an excellent job. She was skilled and professional and I would happily see her again. The facility is clean and crisp, without a lot of clutter, and their rates are competitive. Two thumbs up!
Brandon Hankey: I cannot say enough good things about Revive. I’m a busy hairstylist which means I’m on my feet for 10-12 hours a day. I have been experiencing back and shoulder problems for years. I started getting regular massages. After trying several places, I found Peter at Revive. He knows exactly what he is doing and is very professional. I highly recommend him and the 90 minute massage. Stef Van Rensburg: I’m so glad that I decided to go to Ivo for massages. I’m addicted to massages, and am a massage therapist myself, so I have had hundreds of massages in my life. But in the last couple of months I started to go to Ivo for massages, mostly for my constant lower back pain, and I can tell you he is one of the best - if not the best massage therapists I ever had. After getting my massage from Ivo, my back felt so much better - I could not even believe how much better I felt and I could move like normal. I definitely can tell you you will not make a mistake going to him.

Griffin Anderson: Great shop in a convenient location. I broke my collar bone and was in an incredible amount of discomfort due to accompanying muscle tightness and swelling. Ivo was very careful to not irritate my broken bone and did a thorough job to make sure all the kinks were properly worked out. Needless to say I feel like a new man and will definitely be coming back for treatment throughout my recovery!
John Bekeny: I have been a Revive client almost from their opening. I have lower back/spine issues as well as frequent tightness in my shoulders, and whenever I start getting twinges or tightness, I make an appointment with Ivo and always come out feeling relaxed and centered again, with the twinges and discomfort gone. I have also had two massages there with Petar, and he is also an excellent masseur. He resolved in one visit some neck issues I experienced a couple of years ago. I highly recommend Revive.

Ryan Jin: This is an amazing spa! I work out a lot and have been to many spas before but I found my favorite spa in DC area. The masseuse is really professional and released most of my very tensed muscles in the first visit. The environment is extremely clean, calm, and friendly. It is definitely worth the money. The receptionist is super friendly and sweet. My services are always a joy and I tell all friends to try it out! After sustaining an injury, the very helpful massage therapists at Georgetown Massage and Bodyworks helped me to recovery and manage my pain. I currently visit about once a month because bodywork has become an integral part of my wellness routine, thanks to the specialized and effective care I consistently receive here!
N H: All the therapists focus on more therapeutic work and will listen to your requests and complaints. Most of them have worked there for years and the owner Alison has been in the area more then 10! Edit: New location, same great service! Right across Wisconsin from the old location, still upstairs but quite the upgrade! There are a lot of regulars so it can be hard to get an appointment sometimes but if you put yourself on the wait list you might get lucky!

Jamila Jenkins: Tried out TuSuva instead of going to another massage place and I was pleasantly surprised. My facial with Negin was lovely. I wish as long but my face felt amazing afterwards. I had a massage with Megan and she will put you to sleep! Overall amazing experience. The only thing I would say is the waiting area can be very noisy and not as calming as I would have liked. But I definitely will be coming back for my techs!

Vy H.: Great massage experience here! Came here last Friday for a massage—their online booking is pretty straight forward and luckily they were open Christmas Eve! Was running a few mins late so I called them and the front desk was understanding but noted that they were booked back to back. When we arrived, they didn’t make us feel rushed and was very friendly. My massage therapist was great—she adjusted appropriately and overall the massage was excellent, I felt very relaxed. The room vibe was good too, dim lit with soothing music playing—there’s also a couch to put your clothes and belongings. An added bonus is they give first time clients $10 off and you get free hot stone with your massage!

They checked me and my friend in very quickly and we got started on the massage. Also, I was still given a full hour even though I was late. The facility was very clean and calming. Will definitely be back!

Kelly Blackwell: Great experience. I called to book and was provided great customer service and very flexible availability. I arrived early (30 mins not on purpose but traffic was less than I expected). I was greeted and server immediately, even after telling them there was no rush I was happy to wait. The room and whole business is extremely clean, def a must for this type of service. My therapist was so nice, he asked a few questions to make sure he fully understand my needs, then he gave me some simple instructions to get ready. He returned in the appropriate amount of time and was sure to knock before coming in. He provided the most amazing 1 hour hot stone massage. Literally head to toe bliss. He used the appropriate amount of pressure, heat, and oil. After I was done, I was given plenty of time to get dressed, use the bathroom, and get myself together. At checkout the lady was super nice and offered me snacks. I was surprised with a first time discount. I will 10000% return. I am so happy I found this gem in my backyard. Highly recommend 10/10.

Francheska Loza: This place somehow manages to consistently hire the most excellent, effective, and caring massage therapists. They clearly know what they’re doing and care about their clients. I’ve had massages with Shuichi, Margaret, Tim, Theresa and Shalicia and all of them were fantastic. They all have different styles and strengths but I would not hesitate to book an apt with any of them.
Marcella Labellarte: Lunar Massage has changed my life! I’ve lived in DC for 4 years and will soon be leaving, and I don’t know if I’ll ever find a massage comparable to Shuichi’s. I have seen him multiple times and tell everyone I know that he is a massage saint and a muscle whisperer - he has performed true miracles for me. I live with chronic illness, so I always have a lot of stress, which manifests in my body in painful ways. Shuichi is able to relieve so much pain and discomfort for me, and I’m so incredibly grateful. My only regret is that I never purchased the membership, but I’ve been telling everyone I know to go get one ASAP. Thank you Shuichi and thank you Lunar Massage!

Byron Swift: I had an excellent deep tissue massage here. I had hurt my shoulder trying to write on a long airplane flight and the massage worked wonders. The physical plant consists of a couple large rooms with curtains dividing the massage tables, but nice music and peaceful.

Tara Fries: This spa experience was unreal, in the best way possible. Arguably the best massage of my life! My husband and I went in for a couples massage for my birthday and it was a lovely experience. The spa itself is really nice but also the people working there and the massage therapists were both professional and nice. The massage therapists gave us a run down of the experience and asked us if we had any specific preferences prior to starting. We also got champagne following our massage experience! highly recommend

Morgan Williams: The reason I gave this spa a 4 rather than a 5 is for lack of communication. I was a new customer at this spa and signed up for a Fab Facial. I knew that a consultation came with the facial and that they may make some recommendations. The issue that I had was the technician (I think it was Valyntena) did not clarify what portion of the actual treatment was included in the package and what would be extra. I felt misled when I got to the counter and my bill had DOUBLED due to the extra treatments she had done. I didn’t feel like I had the option to choose what I was comfortable paying for versus what I would have left out. The treatment itself was amazing. My face felt and looked great afterward. I just wish my technician had been clearer. My only advice is before they start on the facial would be to clarify what is included in your package and what will cost extra. Not all the technicians will tell you if you do not ask.

My boyfriend booked a reservation for a mani pedi, massage and customized facial for my birthday this past year in July. Upon arriving, they already knew my name and address me as upon arrival. I was taken to a small room to prepare. There filled out a form, had a small glass of water and was given shoes and a robe then directed to a locker area to store my things. The massage was everything! She massuse took her time. I even feel asleep! This was my first spa experience and my only regret, is that I didn’t arrive earlier to utilize the other amenities of the spa. I plan to return pretty soon and take my mom.

Kate Kay: Ms. Kwon is THE BEST! I’ve had hundreds of massages around the world and she has hands of an angel. Don’t let her small demeanor fool you, she is incredible strong and always finds the spots that need the most attention. If you like deep massage and a mix of stretching, this is your place. I constantly have tension headaches and immediately go to Ms. Kwon and she helps release the tension quickly. I feel loose, relaxed and healed by the time I leave. I enjoy the ginger tea she gives you when you leave. In addition, you can buy massage packages that are a great value. Also, it’s super convenient you can text to make an appointment.
