Bethany Hauck: I highly recommend Melissa - she is a very knowledgeable real estate agent as well as a fun person to be around. She spent time to answer all of my questions during the process and was available evenings into nighttime hours. She was also patient with me as I took over a year to find a house and completely changed my search area. Melissa did not pressure me to hurry up and make a decision, which made me feel like she was looking out for my best interest. When I finally found a house, she helped me through the closing process - finding a lender (worked out a bunch of math with me!), inspector, and title company. I really appreciated that I could trust her to find the best people because I was feeling overwhelmed at that point. She even helped me with some issues after closing. We still keep in touch even after the process has ended - that's the kind of relationships she makes with her clients.

Sarah Goodman: Melissa knows her stuff. She is well versed in neighborhoods and understands their ever-changing values, helping in the pricing and negotiation process. As an out of town buyer and seller, Melissa went way, way above and beyond, helping me with everything from painters and cleaners to appliance delivery. She makes you feel like you are her only client and her top priority. She has dropped everything and taken care of things for me, so I would not be inconvenienced. I could not have had smooth and successful transactions without all of her help. As someone who has completed numerous real estate transactions, no one else has gone out of their way to provide a complete service like Melissa has, all while acting like it was just part of her job. You will not just be another transaction or just paperwork to Melissa.

Tamiko Feltenberger: Melissa is EXCELLENT!! Recently I was in charge of selling a home as a part of an estate. I originally contacted another realtor to do the work since he said he specialized in this sort of thing. Unfortunately, though we had a signed agreement he tried to change the terms and was slow to implement any marketing plan. I contacted Melissa and she was on it! Within an hour I had everything I needed to get the house listed and setup a time to see everything. This was an AS IS sale and to me the house did not look all that great. After I had the house cleaned out she had the photographer come in and they took some amazing pictures! I saw the brochure that was produced and almost did not recognize the house. They caught the charm and quaintness of the home and let it shine. Within 3 days of listing, she presented a signed offer for the full asking price and in less than 30 days we went to settlement. We had some issues with a past due utility bill during the process ando Melissa was on the phone with me negotiating away all of the fees which reduced the amount due. She didn’t have to do anything, but she truly cares and will do whatever she can to make the process as simple and easy for you as possible. Hands down, I highly recommend her services. I will never call another realtor and recommend her to all my friends and family!

Corbin Dallas: This place 1000% Discriminates on Applicants who aren’t white. Inquired on two separate occasions about a listing in which they refused to submit my application for one. Asked again a month later with constant emails and calls with no regard to even reply back with information. Friend emailed and reached out got through with no issue and of course she’s white. Despite having the credentials to apply for units, I was given the cold shoulder because of my name. If you’re of any color- please stray clear.

They were super quick to respond and answer any questions we had. They were thoughtful, considerate, and only showed us homes that met our criteria. Christopher Johnson: It only took one interview for us to know that Kyle and Paul were the agents that were best for us. The initial buyers consultation and market analysis they did for us gave us all the information we needed to be ready to buy a house as soon as we got into the market. They sent us a variety of listings they thought were perfect for our needs, it was a concierge style experience, which was the total opposite of the people we had tried to use before who just sent us a million listings and then disappeared. We found a house we thought we wanted, and Kyle put us into a position to win it, but we changed our mind and Kyle made sure that we felt heard and comfortable to move on from that house. Once we did we soon found another house in an even better area that was even nicer! Steve Mayo: Caitlin & Emma were AWESOME to work with. Most brokers want to talk & talk…but Caitlin & Emma asked great questions and really listened to us. They were transparent throughout the process of what’s happening now and what to expect next. They provided introductions to exceptional team members (our inspector was very thorough; he spent several hours & even gave us a home maintenance handbook, and the lenders and title company were both excellent to work with). David Clow: Helena and the Keri Shull team were a huge assets in a crazy homebuyers market! She set custom searches based on our housing and school zone needs, provided valuable market knowledge and insight, and guided us through the process. I was also very impressed with the post closing support. I hadn't expected to hear much from the realtor after closing, but Helena and the team came through with a nice welcome basket, pizza delivery for moving day, and the use of their 14' box truck to finish out the move. Trung Truong: Jeanne and MaryKate from the Keri Shull Team were an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process of selling my condo in Washington, DC! Jeanne helped me re-arrange/stage with my existing furniture with a professional interior designer prior to taking photos/3D videos for listing my home. Bryan Van Balen: As as first-time buyers, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we set out on this journey. We spent months searching with a different realtor and it just was not working out for us. But our experience completely changed when we started working with Angela Decint and the Keri Shull Team. Angela made a stressful and confusing process feel so simple, and dare I say even fun. Angela swiftly set up a MLS search (while out of town on vacation), and did plenty of fine tuning based on conversations about our needs and wants.
