Trésa: Jonathan Bartlett is an extraordinary agent. Jonathan was kind, generous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to get me the best house and negotiated a financial deal that got me a bit of money back at closing. Incredible. Most importantly, inventory was low but Jonathan didn’t let me give up on my dream house specs and in the end, I got what I wanted. In fact, I wasn’t even going to look at this home until Jonathan headed to it on my behalf. He listened to me and found my dream home. He went the extra mile in every way and I could not be happier with my home or with the experience.
Michelle Friedman: Phil Di Ruggiero of GreenLine Real Estate is an exceptional real estate professional. He very quickly sold my Park View DC rowhome in August of 2020 for $100,000 over list price. Before sale, he advised on repairs to make (and, helpfully, those not necessary to make) to best position our home for sale and even tradesmen to do the work. He helped us prepare our house for marketing photos and the open house by recommending different furniture configuration and layout approaches. He is a whiz with marketing, both formally and informally through his strong network in the DC real estate community. My husband and I knew we wanted to find our new house before we listed our old one. Through a slow search and a pandemic, Phil remained patient and upbeat. When we were ready to jump, he provided strategic direction on how to successfully buy in a (very) competitive market. And then he quickly sold our house for $100,000 over list price with 9 offers in just one weekend once we had lined up our new home. A win/win all around. Phil said at the beginning he hoped we would be clients and friends and by the end of the process, our mutual respect and collegiality grew to meet that. While we had a specific situation with specific needs, I have no doubt that Phil and his colleagues at GreenLine Real Estate could handle any situation. Ian Crosby: We were expecting this to be a difficult time to sell given it being a year with a presidential election and everything that Covid had to offer. Nevertheless, having worked with Lee to buy the apartment we had no doubts around having her help us to sell. We got excellent pragmatic advice on the pricing as well as what we needed to do to the apartment to help it sell. Even given the crazy environment we were able to move from listing to an agreed offer in less than 7 days. Joey Rafidi: It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rob in purchasing our first home in the DC area. From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Due to COVID-19, there were fewer homes on the market than usual and no open houses, so he set us up with email alerts for homes that matched our criteria and arranged private showings of each one we wanted to see. When visiting each home, Rob always came with a mask and glove (following CDC guidelines) and it was clear he had years of experience in assessing the property. He walked us through each floor and made sure we knew how long the boilers, water heaters, and other home systems and appliances would last. Best of all, he never shied away from giving us the hard facts about the homes. Without his honesty, it would have been much harder to make a decision, and we really appreciated it. Chris Mays: I would highly recommend Shaun to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. Shaun helped me and my wife through every step of the home buying process to find us the perfect place. He was available to tour and meet at times and of course locations convenient to us. He was able to help us find great listings, tour and inspect and submit a competitive offer. He helped us pass on places that were quick flips. He is very knowledgeable about house maintenance and construction so he will help you know what to look for and avoid in properties. As first time home buyers we didn’t know what to look for but with Shaun we were totally comfortable with living in our house. After all, you want a good place, not to over pay for someone you won’t love! We didn’t over bid and we didn’t even have to waive contingencies. In fact, we only placed one offer and were done. I know friends who placed 5 or more and that’s just rough! The night of our closing he gave us tickets to his suite at the Nationals game. Juan Soto had a walk off hit and fireworks went off as the wining run crossed the plate. It was the perfect end to the home buying process, which is of course just the first step of home ownership. I am confident in saying that if Shaun was not our agent then we would not be living here. I would definitely work with him again

Tim Kessler: I recently sold my condo, which This D. Walsh managed for about 15 years, and I wanted to comment on my experience with the company. Walsh did a great job year after year. They always notified me of pending issues (before they became issues), provided timely and accurate documentation, did excellent and accurate accounting, and made sure that my tax info was in good order. They were always accessible by phone or email when I had questions and responded quickly. The staff is friendly and solves problems. I was very happy with Walsh´s service and I give them my highest recommendation for anyone who needs to rent out their property but doesn´t the time or expertise to do it themselves.

I have been renting a Glover Park 1 Bedroom from them for over a year now and have found them to be very professional and responsive. Just the other night, a Saturday, my heat was low and I called the emergency number. I was extremely upset about my heat and screamed when he picked up the phone. Within 30 min Keith from the office was at my apartment helping me get the heat back. It is hard to get service like that from a big company. I do, however, wish they would take Credit Cards, please guys.
