Genesis Psychiatric Solutions: Ifeanyi Olele, DO, MBA, MS: what do users think?

James Kim: Dr. Olele was very thorough during my evaluation with him. He also made me feel very comfortable to speak freely and I am confident in his treatment plan.I would highly recommend him.

Alicia: I have nothing but gratitude and praise for Dr. Olele. At my initial consultation, I was at a very low point in my life. However, I was hesitant about seeking support due to the stigma associated with mental illness. Dr. Olele was patient; he actively listened, assessed, then addressed my concerns. He not only recommended medication management, but suggested strategies to improve my health and well being. Over the last month, I have made gains both physically and psychologically with marked improvements noted by those close to me. Dr. Olele is supported by a respectful and highly responsive team. Saying Dr. Olele positively impacted my life is an understatement. A 5-star rating is definitely in order for Dr. Olele and his team.

Ann Frolova: Dr. Olele was recommended to me. He has exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgable and his kind manner led me to develop an immediate bond that I have not previously experienced. He is always available to answer questions. He has reached out to other care providers to obtain a complete understanding of my needs. I highly recommend him as he has been tremendously helpful.

Lillian E: Dr. Olele is very kind and easy to talk to. He listens to your concerns and makes professional suggestions. He is also timely in his responses and makes necessary accommodations to his clients. I would recommend to my friend and others looking for help. This was my first time visiting a psychiatrist and I felt so comfortable.

Ashley T.: Dr. Olele has been my psychiatrist since July of last year, and this review is long overdue. He is hands down the best psychiatrist I’ve had. He’s a Dr. who listens to his patients concerns and takes your past medical and/or psychiatric history into consideration when figuring out what may work best for you and your circumstances, even on the spot, so there’s no game plan that he has, it’s clear he wants to listen and find the most effective solution possible. He even responds to emails promptly and will go the extra mile to advocate for his patients to insurance companies. Overall he’s a great Psychiatrist who despite the chaos of last year and this, has helped me feel the most levelheaded and calm since I was a child. I wish I had known about Dr. Olele sooner but better late than never in this case.

Corinne M.: I have been talking to Dr. Olele for a few months now and each session feels like a breath of oxygen and another step closer towards healing. Dr. Olele is not only caring and compassionate but he is also a knowledgeable professional who provides you with the tools you need to take back control of your life. He is non-judgmental and is able to adapt himself to where you are and will lend a hand to get you back on track. Most of all, he never stops giving you hope and positive energy. Finding a psychiatrist you can trust is no easy task (I have called many offices and actually called his office twice) but his office, and his assistant in particular, really took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I could not be happier with the choice I made and select him as my psychiatrist. Highly recommend.

Rare Find2015: Why claim to offer free introductory consultations with the Doctor, allow people to pick and choose the date/time they are available, then completely disregard the request? I requested an appointment time of 1600 on September the 17. Someone called like 25 mins later wanting to complete the consultation? Umm, no. I requested a specific time for a reason. I am still waiting for them to call me back.

Ljm 9691: Dr. Olele is the first psychiatrist to take his time to listen and offer me solutions for my mental health. He is very caring and a fantastic doctor. Ill be forever grateful for his professionalism and ability to help me during a challenging time.

Psychiatric Institute of Washington: what do users think?

Andrea: Grateful for this place to exist. I came in as a walk in off the street because I needed help that minute. It was experience here that the vast majority of the staff went above and beyond in every way they could think of to make myself as a patient comfortable and cared for. The minute I walked into admissions I felt cared for and that I did not have to handle it alone any more. Shout out to Hazel for seeing what I needed and giving me her own water bottle when I had not had anything to eat or drink till I walked in. Margo who did my intake interview was so amazingly sympathetic to what I had been going through. It felt so good to be validated. Then I went up to unit 7 and met Gary who I would later see be a phenomenal caretaker for all my fellow patients on the unit. From keeping calm when someone displayed extreme behavior to joking and finding ways to give us a therapeutic experience. The taker for me was when my roommate had a panic attack and I asked for ice to help calm her. He could not give me the packs they had for safety reasons but he came up with a wonderful solution. Showing again that true passion and care for our wellbeing. Thank you all for the work you do everyday.

Aliyah Boyce: I will never send my loved one to this facility ever again. Please do not send your loved ones here. Worst than prison. Staff is rude and disrespectful even management of the program. This place is terrible. Violates every protocol because they can get away with it. The state should shut this place down immediately! If I can rate 0 stars I would. This is a inhumane treatment center. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!

Kyrah Ford: Zero stars don’t recommend, this place was very unhelpful and mad things worst. Some of the male staff was just creeps and was doing inappropriate things! I highly encourage you to never send anyone to this hospital. worst experience ever!

Sandra Jacinto: If your loved one is admitted here, you won’t be able to communicate with them. My brother was admitted three days ago and I’ve yet to hear anything. In the times that I’ve called I’ve experienced the following: - straight to voicemail - operator says they don’t know the unit number and won’t be able to figure it out - being transferred to a dead end - person says they’ll take my number then immediately hangs up on me - first time I called they told me that his sister already called that morning. False. I’m his only sister and I never called before. I was successful in giving my name and number once and ANOTHER PATIENT CALLED ME BACK. They gave my number to the wrong patient. This is a psychiatric institute. You’d think they’d be careful with who they give messages to for obvious reasons. Clearly they didn’t vet if that patient knows me. I know that there are some good staff members there but the majority of them don’t care and shouldn’t be in this job. There are horror stories about this place how they let patients freely walk around and get in fights. It’s scary that he’s in there and can’t be reached. I don’t trust this place at all.

Mason Mailloux: If I could rate this institution 0 stars I would. Some of the staff are genuine good people but about 80% of them don’t seem to care at all about the “patients” when it’s really just a scam for insurance and Medicaid. There is no security however there are physical fights every day. They hardly feed you and when they do it’s worse than jail food, The group therapy is a joke 45min out of the 24 sleepless hours in a day. No one in their right mind would ever want to get admitted here.

Jessica Fullington: If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction and/or mental health, this is an EXCELLENT place to receive help. The staff is truly exceptional and very compassionate! I was in TERRIBLE condition when I was brought to the facility. The expert level care that I received made it possible for me to return to my normal life in just one week. They even made sure that I had a solid plan to continue my care once I was discharged. I would urge ANYONE who is looking for this type of assistance to go to this wonderful place. Hopefully, I will never need them again. God bless

Cam N: This place needs to be shut down immediately, no care or respect for patients. Disregard for health and sanity. Food is terrible, showers are ice cold. Employees force religious beliefs. Not profesional what so ever

Mary Moaney: If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would staff does not communicate with parents of children patients. Patients are fighting no security no control no organization etc. My daughter had a panic attack and no one found her. No organization with medications etc. Absolutely worst place to send your children. If you actually care about your children do NOT send them here.

Washington Interventional Psychiatry (Ketamine and TMS center): what do users think?

Carolyn Smith: I have not had an infusion yet. This rating is based solely on the consultation with Dr. Raczynski. The doctor answered my questions completely and honestly. He explained when there was no scientific evidence currently available to answer some of the questions. Dr. Raczynski was as personable as he was professional. His questions to me were pertinent and helpful as well. I am looking forward to working with this doctor and Veritas Health.

K Murray: Dr. Rokoske always takes the time to listen to me, to answer my questions, and to explain things to me. She’s the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had.

David Sloane: Dr Reddy is an exceptional psychiatrist, and has done an excellent job of assessing my challenges and responding to them effectively, where other providers have failed.

Susan Anderson: Dr. Raczynski has treated a family member for a few years. He is responsive, compassionate, and up to date with latest therapies, and medications. I would highly recommend him to work with your teen.

Gina Mann: I receive kind and informative care from Dr. Raczynski. The Registered Nurses, Andre and Sam, are also kind with a genuinely warm touch. I feel I am in good hands and am very pleased with my experience at Veritas. I continue to receive care from Dr. Raczynski and the registered nurse- all excellent experiences and my health is continuing to improve.I highly recommend Veritas Health, PLLC.

The Ross Center: what do users think?

Robert Scott: How can you get good adolescent care virtually when everyone can go to the movies, hair salons and all the other activities, but a simple in- person program or seeing a psychologist is off limits because of the excuse of a pandemic. Is the psychologist and therapist too good to not meet in-person when all of us are working back at work? We all need to be loud and tell our mental health professionals that we are not going to take virtual as an option anymore. This company just cares for the ole mighty dollar and they think that they can give adolescent mental health effectively virtually as our children keep falling apart. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Rachel Wise: When my teenage daughter was experiencing some anxiety, I called the Ross Center and she was scheduled the next day for an evaluation. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The professionals on staff worked with us to figure out the best treatment options. My daughter had an extremely positive experience at The Ross Center. I highly recommend the Ross Center.

Jill Jacobs: Unprofessional, discriminatory, argumentative, and poorly informed. I tried to make an appointment here, and made it very clear that I am willing to pay cash -not use insurance at all - but was told that because my insurance is Tricare, they will not see me. Repeatedly I explained that I have no intention of using insurance nor filing with insurance after the fact, I simply want to get therapy and pay for it myself. In fact, I explained I would be willing to sign a document to that effect or write a letter and have it notarized declaring this. Regardless, I was told that they will NOT see any person who has Tricare, Medicaid, or Medicare, period... This place does not file or accept any kind of insurance at all; they only accept out of pocket payments. Yet they will not take my money, will not even tell me their fees because... Why...? I happen to have a past association association with the military...? This is not only discriminatory, but bad business practice, in general. I would give zero stars if I could.

Laura Webb: The Ross Center has been an extraordinary resource for me. Because of them, I’ve found exactly the right treatment to manage my anxiety, and I’m so grateful.

Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry DC: what do users think?

LETICIA DE CASSIA LOPEZ FARIA: I had the pleasure to have Alexis Harris as my supervisor for the last couple of years. She is a phenomenal clinician! She is an empathetic and thoughtful listener. She always emphasized the client-centered care and helped people discovering their strengths in life. Her attentiveness and professionalism are noticeable.

Jeffrey Rascoe: My counselor Alexis H. was BEYOND excellent!!! See really took the time to listen to not only my current issues/concerns but also this that I have experienced in the past. She worked with me on my goal planning and the steps to attain those goals. I am so glad that I came in contact with her. I feel renewed and refocused!!!

Morganne Brownlee: Alexis have a a GREAT therapist. She is attentive and very skilled in her clinical approach. She is able to use her skills to engage her clients in a way that makes them feel most comfortable and most valued. I highly recommend her for her expertise.

Theo Beckles: Excellent Excellence! Alexis is an amazing, attentive and patient therapist who makes you feel safe when getting to the heart of whats really going on in life..

Tiara Fennell: If it were possible, I would give 10 stars! Ieisha Dale is a phenomenal therapist and a great addition to the Thriveworks team. As a former colleague, her strengths lie in her ability to assess and track sequences, her open and non-judgemental approach with her clients and overall investment in her clients improvement. Anyone who works with her, as a client or colleague, will have the opportunity to see these strengths and more at Thriveworks.

Taylor Pettway: I’m so excited that Ieisha Dale will be joining the team at Thriveworks! As a former co-therapist and colleague, Ieisha brings her curiosity, authenticity, and systemic lens to every team and to every client. Her attention to cultural concerns and her ability to build resources and relationships provides a holistic support for individuals, children, and families. With her thoroughness and professionalism at the helm, she provides tangible opportunities for change and a validating experience for all in her sphere of influence.

Tanya Vasunia: I give five stars to Nitika Gupta, a highly skilled therapist. I know her in the capacity of colleague and have found her knowledge and insight invaluable to my practice. Nitika is a dedicated and well-informed therapist who brings compassion and mindfulness into each of her sessions. Her eclectic approach allows her to expertly navigate therapy session while being sensitive and informative. Nitika has the ability to navigate cultural nuances and complex issues such as race and gender with the compassion and patience it deserves. I highly recommend seeking her expertise.

Romanus07: Just wanted to leave this review for Brandan Vazquez. He’s good at what he does and an easy person to talk to. I’ve been through 3 therapists in the past 2 years (mostly due to the pandemic) and I can finally say I’ ve found one that really understand my situation and background , highly recommend!! Especially any black males looking for someone who looks like them and can relate.

Columbia Associates in Psychiatry: what do users think?

Skylar Robinson: I’ve been a patient here for about 3-4 years now, and I’ve let my frustrations go far too long with this company. Their psychiatrists are very sweet, but the receptionists BARELY answer phone calls. I once called ten times in one day at different times- no answer. This is the flakiest company I’ve ever seen, and I do not recommend going here for help if you want your medications filled when needed.

Tiffany Yeckel: Great place. Have been working with NP Cody Eccard for about a year through the Perinatal Project. She is absolutely wonderful and although she is no longer seeing patient I know I am in good hands with NP Felicia! Tean, the admin has been so helpful when I have questions. Highly recommend this practice!

Pilar Rial: The front desk and billing dept. (Nick) was very helpful and responsive. Nick was able to set me up with an affordable payment plan and was very professional and attentive in answering all my questions and resolving my billing issues. The front desk was very accommodating to my requests.

luis lozano: The billing team (Nick) was great to work with when dealing with my insurance. They pro-actively took care of my issues vs. just telling me to deal with it.

Leah Stribling: Completely life changing. I am receiving TMS therapy and everything about this experience has been exceptional. Half way through my sessions now and I already feel better than I have in my entire life. I had lost hope after years and years of unsuccessful treatment through medication and therapy. I was ready to give up on trying to get better until I was referred by my psychiatrist to have a consultation for TMS. Tean has gone above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule because I would, otherwise, not be able to do my treatments and keep my job. I told her on the phone while scheduling my first appointment that I couldn’t believe someone who doesn’t even know me would go the extra mile like she had already done. She told me she was happy to do whatever she could to help me get better. Since then, I’ve spent a lot of time with her while she administers my treatments 5 days a week. The words of encouragement she gives, and even the cheerful “good morning” and smile when I walk in the door every day has touched me more than she knows. I would 100% recommend Columbia Associates in Psychiatry to anyone looking. They are life savers and I am so thankful for each person involved in my care.

Emily Forster: I had a very poor experience with this practice. First, they did not record my phone number correctly. Then, at my appointment time, they couldn’t reach me, so they called my emergency contact about my phone number. I found this very inappropriate. I expect my emergency contact to only be contacted during a real emergency. They didn’t even try emailing me. And finally they reached me and I tried to confirm that they updated my number correctly. Then, my second appointment came and of course they still did not have the correct phone number. Second, the medication that was prescribed could not be filled by my pharmacy because the doctor had to speak with my insurance company. Both the pharmacy and myself tried reaching the practice and I left multiple messages and no one ever contacted me. I was not able to get my medication. Third, I had scheduled a follow-up appointment and they just never called. I did not receive any help and I strongly recommend against using this practice. There may be some potential fraud considering they were not able to authorize my prescription and they just stopped contacting me once I realized this.

Potomac Psychiatry: what do users think?

Frank Murray: My experience with Potomac Psychiatry was excellent. Dr. John Carr has been great taking care of me over the past few years. His staff is always there to schedule my appointments and to answer my questions.

Donna Mutryn: When I leave a message for Dr Portillo I know I’ll hear from him in a timely manner. He’s been supportive and has really gotten to know me well. I would recommend Dr Portillo to my family and friends.

Jason Schiller: Dr. Portillo is a first class Psychopharmacologist. He understands the biology of how medications interact with the body; sometimes down to the particular receptor. He will take the time to explain it to you if you are interested. Dr. Portillo is thoughtful and particular about selecting which medication is likely to be the most effective, which has beneficial side effects, or at least lacks the most undesirable side effects. He has been beneficial in managing medication not only for psychological treatment, but also for interactions with medical conditions such as POTS.

Laura Laura: The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. They follow through on sending requested receipts and medical records quickly and correctly. We are very pleased with our doctor. Dr. John Carr, who we followed from a previous practice. He is friendly, understanding, compassionate and up to date on treatment modalities. We have and would recommend to anyone. He has a great ability to connect with teens and young adults, we saw him with our son and others when he was in an inpatient setting. But, he also relates well to me, a 61 yo female..

Chris R: I’ve been with this practice now for about 5-1/2 years and I must say I’m not only doing great with everything do to their doctors the staff is great and friendly as well! I have to also say that my doctor I see has gone well above to help whenever I’ve been in a bind. Thanks to you all at Potomac Phycitry, Christopher R

Christine McKIttrick: Dr. Lyerly is amazing. He literally saved my life and continues to keep me stable 8 years later. He’s kind, compassionate and extremely smart. My problems have always been difficult but he figured it out and got me on the correct medications. He continues to come up with new things when needed. He always knows what to ask even when I don’t feel like talking and responds with excellent suggestions. He’s made an overwhelming illness not so overwhelming. I always feel much better after speaking with him. He’s always been very quick to respond no matter what I have needed from him or if I’ve needed to speak to him outside a scheduled appointment. The office staff is always extremely helpful and kind. Very organized and well run. Best practice I’ve ever been a part of! Would give a 10 star review if I could.

Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness: what do users think?

Amy Waldron: I am writing this experience as one who refers to Gladstone as I have no experience receiving their services. As a private practitioner, I continually receive feedback from my patients that their appointments are canceled. It seems appointments are booked so far in advance, there is no guarantee the physician will be present on the appointment day. One patient was finally scheduled for a telehealth visit but could not log into the portal. She called the number on file for help but no one answered and she was left on hold for 20 minutes. I know there are some wonderful providers here and I hope they can offer more consistency with their administrative support.

Charmaine Nokuri: I left a message in the portal to schedule an appointment and waited, apparently my provider is no longer there but I only found out by looking at the site. Tried several times to call, was on hold for 20 mins each time and selected call back. I cant have my phone on me 24/7 so it was playing phone tag. Very disappointed with the customer service to say the least. People struggling with debilitating mental health issues shouldnt have to good through this. and calling the ER and spending thousands for a an issue that can be handled with a call to your provider isnt really viable or sustainable.

Lindsay Harris: I was referred to Gladstone by my PCP. I tried several times to contact them for an appointment but no one ever answered the phone. I also left voicemails and sent emails, but received no response. You would think a mental health facility would be better about connecting with persons seeking help. I warn anyone seeking urgent care to go elsewhere. Do better Gladstone.

Megan Dickerson: I scheduled an appointment weeks ago and after getting a reminder for it, my appointment got cancelled. Morgan claims I called and cancelled it myself when I never called. Quite concerning that these people are allowing others to cancel their patients appointments. Either that- or they’re lying to their patients. Extremely rude staff. Will not be rescheduling with them and would absolutely not recommend.

A K: Gladstone office provides cutting edge care and experts in the field like Anthony Massey and Vonetta Davis to the Baltimore area. Vonetta Davis is the absolute. Her multiple specialties allow her to treat at a very, very personalized medication level but also allows care for large groups looking for a solution. She actually THINKS and PROCESSES what you are saying. First doctor I have ever truly been honest with about everything. She advocates and goes above and beyond where others are not willing to do so or take longer than the government to get an answer. Her treatment is honest, proven, tailored and works. She’s fearless in her passion for providing hope and care to help people function even under extreme circumstances. Basically what we all want in our doctors but seems to be more an exception than standard these days. Dr. Massey is legendary as well. Highly recommend any Gladstone office. Not just for the coffee, tea, candy and snacks. I could write about my other experiences here but the bottom line is no matter your illness, the way healthcare is today, we are our own advocates . It’s especially hard as a psych patient, but no harder than someone fighting cancer I suppose. Just because you have cancer doesn’t mean you automatically get a caring doctor. It sucks but it’s the truth. It’s even infuriating. Let the anger go and ask for recommendations on providers. Hell, they say Hopkins is #1 right? Well why am I still undiagnosed and getting worse every day? She hooked me and now I’m being let down so I have to find other options If you’re losing all hope, check in at Sheppard Pratt crisis for the day program. Short term res: st. Joes is good but Franklin square has chx waffles on the menu and real soda at night.put it on your ceiling “I will find a good provider and things will get better” God Bless

Amanda Segal: horrible. called 4 times. first time they said they would call me back by the end of the day. no one did. I left 4 messages no one returned them. finally called one last time and someone answered and said they never received them. i called the only number i have. if the people who answer the phone don not direct me to the correct place that is not my fault. however not receiving calls back and being lied to before even making an appointment is terrible and an awful inclination of what would come next. awful that a place like this does this especially when they are needed the most. so sad and very disappointing.

DC Department of Behavioral Health: what do users think?

Jmelle Harris: Plenty of areas of opportunity for improvement; especially in offering free, fair advocacy to assist with in-depth grievance and appeal processes.

J king: The Pharmacy is the worst place. The waiting time is over an hour to get your meds. The staff are unprofessional and rude.

American University Student Health Center: what do users think?

Lily Coleman: Was not going to post a review until the second inconvenience occurred. First issue is when I arrived for an appointment, scheduled days in advance, for a literal infection and was told I could not be seen. Why? Because the N.P. was busy, even though I was the first appointment of the day as stated by the receptionist. I went to a clinic day after as HC is closed on weekends, and was immediately put on antibiotics as my condition was only worsening. More recently, I went for a fever of over 100 that had last for over three days (tested neg. for both Cov/Flu), and was prescribed cough medicine. 5 days later I am seriously unwell, again go to clinic and find I have a sinus infection that had likely started upwards of two weeks prior. Not sure how it could have been missed, and am now playing catch-up with antibiotics after missing 1 week of class. Just go... idk anywhere else?

Melaninluxx: Had an incredibly rude and off putting experience on the phone with be constantly cut off while speaking, having my questions dismissed and an overall disregard for anything I was saying. It’s actually sad we’re in a pandemic and clearly customer service skills aren’t needed to do customer service at AU. It’s a health center, endless students are getting sick but don’t want to deal with poor attitudes. Note to self: never get sick on campus because that was actually ridiculous

Caroline Butler: Worst admin staff, some are rude and overtly aggressive with students. Horrible response rate to inquiries. Put my health at risk by not filling prescriptions timely. Scheduling an appointment takes weeks because no one answers the phone, no one calls back. I have had to go to Deans to get the health center to respond to my calls. All I can say is don’t got here, it’s not worth it.

Yareni Murillo: fine experience. lovely staff. Adore Dr. white!

Ian W: Just wait until you die it would be quicker

Jacob Naim: Professional and good listeners

Cody Rogers: Very nice!

Howard University Hospital: what do users think?

Zina Jones: I was there this month. May 2022. The ER staff was efficient, patient and kind. The emergency room was clean, even the bathrooms were clean. Security was alert and understanding. My brother was a little loud and vocal and the security guard was very understanding. He said my brother is just worried about me. That was awesome. The staff that checked me in was ok. The triage staff was excellent.. Thanks so much for a job well done. The Doctor techs and nurses were professional and comforting.. Thank you so much

Evan Glassman: Not gonna lie when I was sitting in the waiting room with my head leaking from a huge gash I got from slipping on my own pee, I decided to check the reviews on google. After seeing the measly 2.4 stars, I was scared they were gonna make my cut worse or even forget about me. I was completely wrong. Service was efficient. The nurse was really kind and she stitched me up effortlessly. Would definitely come back if I slip on my own pee again. Thanks guys.

bria bailey: I don’t even know how this hospital is still open. My grandfather was having a heart attack and when they told him that they were taking him to Howard hospital he stayed home. This place has no empathy at all. The staff is rude. Lazy. Disrespectful. The emergency room acts as if you are an inconvenience by actually going there. Nobody has phone etiquette and manners. Whoever the man is running the emergency room has no business dealing with people. I legit hate this hospital and only go if I feel like Im dying. If you read this PLEASE GO TO SIBLEY HOSPITAL THEY ACTUALLY CARE.

Lamaria Washington: I go to this hospital cafe a lot and it is normally a pleasant experience but yesterday (5/15/22) I came and brought some grapes. After eating a few, I realized that some of the grapes had mold in them. I checked the label to see that these grapes were 10 days expired. I returned the next day and checked the other grapes and saw that the label had been removed so customers could no longer see the expiration date.

Shaunta Gilchrist: On March 13th 2021 I was scheduled to give birth to my daughter and we arrived on time and there wasn’t no doctor on the floor until the next morning. Following that they continued to want me to have a c-section which I refused. The bed I was on was broken and the feet rest didn’t work. Well during pushing my daughter out two days later the foot rest broke completely and my legs dropped while I was pushing which caused the epidural to turn and almost fall out. I know have severe nerve damage to my right leg and can’t feel it from the knee to the inner thigh. I have a lawyer involved and plan on going all the way. I had to stop breast feeding because of the medications they had me on. Absolutely horrible

jose Navarro: Do Not go here if you’re pregnant and planning on giving birth here!!!! I’ve been to L&D like 3 times for emergency due to pregnancy every time I go there they never find anything wrong I feel like they are just being lazy when I arrived to the L&D section all the nurses were in their phone didn’t even want to see me because they didn’t want to work at all. If anything goes wrong in your labor and delivery they won’t be able to find it. I ended going to Medstar hospital after going here an boom there was a Problem in my pregnancy like I suspected. So don’t trust this hospital at all they don’t care

Carolina Psychiatry: what do users think?

John Puntel: Carolina Psychiatry is a very well put together psychiatry practice with a very calming yet private atmosphere. I drive 90 minutes each way for the appointments and it is worth every minute. I didn’t have any private psychiatrist near me, but will gladly travel here to attend my psychiatry appointment face to face. I am a busy professional, but the psychiatry practice always figures out a way to work with me on scheduling, so that I can be seen without prolonged intervals between appointments. They have one of the best psychiatrist, I have ever seen. I would highly recommend any of the doctors available at Carolina Psychiatry treating the various types of mental illnesses

Rebecca Kaye: Carolina Psychiatry has been especially professional and helpful in recent times of need. The option of having a private psychiatrist near me for anxiety has been a life saver. The practice has wonderful and compassionate physicians who truly understands what a patient’s needs are. I have been able to get ‘next day appointments,’ on several occasions and have never felt rushed. I am grateful to have them as a resource. The psychiatric care has been excellent

Rebecca Smith: “I highly recommend Dr. Bridge to anyone looking for a local psychiatrist with a great approach to treatment. He is truly concerned about improving his patients’ well-being and considers the overall picture of health. At the same time, he is very professional and knowledgeable and I felt like I was in extremely capable hands. The private office location and weekend availability for appointments adds to the outstanding patient care experience“

Sarah Benson: I had been living chronically with Social Anxiety Disorder and Situational Anxiety for many years. It was such a relief get a psychiatric evaluation near me along with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Finding a psychiatrist that you really click with is hard and just a matter of luck. I was really fortunate to have found Carolina Psychiatry in a time of need. I find myself looking forward to each appointment.

Ahmad Badr: I highly recommend Dr. Bridge. He is a well-trained and highly knowledgeable psychiatrist. I have referred my friends and family to him.

Tatum Haselden: I would highly recommend Dr. Bridge. My experiences have been extremely positive and I leave the visit with renewed hope. He is easy to talk to and very professional.

Paige Hawkins: I was going days without sleep and didn’t know what was wrong with me. After a few discussions at Carolina Psychiatry I am now on a much healthier routine. Very thankful.

BRENDA COWAND: DR BRIDGE IS VERY KNOWGEBLE IN HIS FIELD. VERY INSIGHTFUL. EASY TO TALK TO.
