I had a negative experience with a previous immigration lawyer, which left me very apprehensive about trusting someone new. However, after contacting Natalia she immediately demonstrated that she was experienced, capable and trustworthy. I reached out to Natalia regarding a time sensitive issue. She recognized the seriousness of the situation and immediately coordinated a consultation appointment for the following day - which happened to be her day off. Pierre Messali: Amy Novick was recommended to me in 2007 by a colleague of mine at the World Bank, where I was employed under a G4 visa. At the time, I was planning to shift (with my family) to a Green Card, considering my future retirement. Amy was extremely helpful in reviewing the various options and recommended the best way to obtain a green card: through an EB-1-1 case (Extraordinary Ability). Then, she supported us to expedite an advance parole in Baltimore, an Adjustment of Status (AOS), a re-entry permit even without the appointment notice, and finally a naturalization procedure in a very timely fashion (3 months for the naturalization obtained a few days ago). Along these various and complex procedures, Amy was always proactive, responsive (she responds immediately to emails) and efficient (she provides reliable answers immediately). So you are left pleasantly surprised when things are processed quicker than expected. They helped our family with a Petition to Adjust Status, and Immigration Petition, and a Follow to Join petition for a minor family member.
