When I am uncertain of the exact specifications that we need to provide them, they are always willing to walk me through the process. They also are great about meeting our quick turnaround deadlines and have helped us out to deliver items many times without affecting the quality of the product.

Nikki Sirianni: Amazing service, fantastic work! Alexander called me back at 6 pm on a Friday as I was frantically calling trying to find alternatives for my wedding invitations after a disastrous first attempt at another print shop. The quote was well below what I expected, and Alexander kept checking in every step of the way, offering to help in any way possible as we were working through the first printer holding part of the project hostage. Their store front is currently closed due to the pandemic but they had a free courier service come and pick up the part from the first printer, and 36 hours later another free courier dropped off the completed project. Hands down best customer service I have received in a very long time, and outstanding quality to back it up. Thank you for saving my invitations!!!
Marci McMahon: Rush Hour printing saved the day when Fed Ex lost our poster!! Alex did a tremendous job to push our order through under a tight deadline, while also delivering to hotel and letting me know who at the front desk he left poster with. Phenomenal customer service! Mike J.: Raj uses Ricky the squatter outside cvs the one who blast his music and annoy the whole community of 17. He used Ricky for cheap labor. Makes that old man lift heavy boxes for him and uses him for cheap labor. It’s disgusting the way raj uses that homeless man to help him like that in return for little tip. In return Ricky like a leach has hold on to staying on that block play his loud music as raj let him steal electricity from his store so if anyone who was asking why Ricky always is there is because of this quote on quote special Bond between Ricky and raj of base camp. The city council member have been alerted on this ad they are trying to find a way to stop Ricky from playing his music and staying in that area. Raj of base camp is responsible for the first quality of 17 street going downhill

Corey Simon: Eclipses all other printing companies I’ve worked with, including the national companies. Was traveling from out of town and had a research poster to print last minute. Not only did they print my poster in time and add a lower cost, The poster was of insanely good quality. Moreover, they delivered the poster to my hotel before I even landed. Whenever I am in DC, this is the company I will use.

Abby Archer: I had a great experience using this service. Our meeting was held in the DC area and while we shipped all our meeting materials printed ahead of time, by the time we arrived much of the details on our agenda had changed. We felt it would be best to update the materials and Michael was able to get the updated file printed and delivered within a 2 hour turn around. I will definitely use in the future and will consider sending all materials to him to be printed for our meeting next year! Thank you!
Alejandro: The best! I was in a serious bind and this was the only printing service I found that was open late. I reached out to eDiscovery Solutions and they were more than happy to help me out. I was able to get my last-minute documents printed out that same evening. This place also has absolutely amazing customer service! Michael is incredibly friendly and positive. Andrea Zinn: I cannot tell you how much I LOVE the staff of Press Express. I have been using them for years now and there have been countless times that I have asked for last minute changes, rushed orders, or step-by-step guidance on paper selection - and Press Express has always taken care of me. I ordered another last minute job last night (Monday) for close of business Wednesday, and I think Ellen could tell I was was stressed by my e-mails, preparing for a conference, so she had it finished by Tuesday morning and delivered to my office. Donald Provencher: Needed small printing job for family book I had written with 180 pages. I had never done this before. Vic and his team were very accommodating in various revisions as I kept finding spelling and content errors. Great help in helping with layout and font for back and front covers. I had shopped this around and found their pricing to be the best for what I was looking for, and given the end result I found this to be a great value. Also appreciated the personal attention. Happy to recommend them.
Steve Cooper: I am in town from Wenatchee, Wa attending to a family emergency and needed a printing job done. As good fortune would have it the first and last call i made was to this store. Now this was a small job and I know from past experiences most printers would turn their nose up at this and typically charge a very high price. Vick answered the phone and listen to what i needed and expertly guided me thru some options and in less than 10 minutes we had a solution. Within a couple hours I had a proof which was spot on and i had the job in hand in less than two days it was perfect. Oh and the price was the best i have ever gotten having done like similar jobs before. Even thou I live on the other side of the country I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Jena Coen: I was in DC for a work trip and used this location for a big, complicated print order. After submitting my order online, I received a phone call from a really friendly team member (Michael) to make sure my special instructions were processed correctly. My order was ready ahead of schedule and was perfect! When I picked up my order, Michael was there to help me, and he was just as pleasant in person. I have used FedEx Office for the same project in numerous cities around the county and always end up having some sort of issue. This was by far the best service I have ever received and I highly recommend this location.
