National Christmas Tree: what do users think?

Elizabeth Valdes: A lot of history and places to visit at Christmas it was beautiful they had the big National Christmas Tree and a smaller Christmas Tree for each state or territory very nice organized.

Jenna DeFosse: A festive outing, this year (2019) the state trees were not arranged in a circle like they have been in the past I think, so that was a little odd as some trees were off on separate pathways. The trees are nice if you take the time to look at the ornaments on each tree. Might be nice if there were outdoor heaters here.

Rachel Rachel: Really nice to see at night, but also not bad to see during the day! It’s certainly not as crowded if you visit during the day, although you won’t see the nice lights. Also- very cute trains running around the main tree. There are smaller Christmas trees for each state in the U.S., each of which is decorated by ornaments made by children from a particular school in the applicable state.

Suman Adhikari: Recently visited this place and was really impressed by this Christmas tree just in front of the White House in the South Park. The decoration was very good from top to bottom and there were also miniature of few small localities with small running metro trains through those localities. I could not taste the food they had there but the smell was good ..lol

Mustapha Amazouz: This is my first ever TripAdvisor review and after visiting this lovely restaurant I felt compelled to do so!!! The whole experience from our pre-dinner drinks to the end of the evening was first class. The staff are all welcoming and helpful and the service was very relaxed and we weren’t rushed at all even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was superb and I had the Belly Pork with crackling which was divine!!! We will definitely be back again for sure and I can highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Andrew Griffiths: Not as fanciful as it used to be. All ornaments are the same style spheres that everyone fills up (or rarely, paints) with things from thier state. The lights and stars are all the same. I remember years ago the trees were very unique and there was a giant Yule log that was burning which offered great warmth to the visitors.

J P: Very nice display of the Christmas tree and all states/ territories! However, it’s not very well designed. It does not accommodate the large volume of spectators, due to its poor traffic design.

USA Guided Tours: what do users think?

Rebekah Diaz: Did the night tour with Mr Map! It was great to stop at so many places and take photos. I do wish that the tour guide would have come off the bus to tell us about the different landmarks instead of staying on the bus. It was beautiful to see all the monuments lit up—different than the daytime sights. We chose the closed climate controlled instead of open top because it was rather cold at night (in late April!)! Would recommend.

Vanessa Losey: Thanks for making my dad bday that much more memorable! My dad a senior citizen and the pace was perfect for him, including all the bathroom breaks and patience. Thank you Terry for a tour to remember and for signing to my dad happy birthday!!! Memories to last a lifetime. His service dog loved it too!!!

Teresa Simmons: We took the DC tour on Sunday. Nick was our guide. The tour was a great way to see the sights and learn interesting facts. Nick loves his job and it shows! He was funny and informative! Highly recommend Nick and the 6 hour DC day tour. We had and amazing time!!

Suzanne: We took the dusk to dark, open top bus tour, and it was well worth it! The small group allowed for a much more personalized experience. It was obvious to us that our guide, Nick, truly enjoys his job, and that adds to the experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, all of which added up to a very comfortable, enjoyable tour! He made it feel like we had a long time friend showing us the many sites. Definitely recommend this tour!

Bianca Moskaitis: Nick the @tourgod was one of the most amazing tour guides I’ve ever experienced! His knowledge and charisma made us feel so comfortable. He kept us laughing and on time! He was just a delightful and I’m so glad we got to experience him today! The Mercedes’ sprinter is a beautiful site to see while traveling down Constitution ave and Pennsylvania ave. Such a luxurious site to see🎉🎊 I’m so excited to take another tour with them in the spring! Here are come Loudoun VA wine country 🍷

Tricia Barr: We had a fabulous experience with Alicia as our tour guide and Thomas as our driver. We enjoyed a very informative 6-hour tour with Potomac River cruise. The best compliment was given by my ten year old daughter who is often reluctant to join historical and sight-seeing tours and would far prefer a spring break at a theme park. She said, “I learned so much about my country and I loved learning about all of the hidden meanings of the monuments.” As a parent, I was so happy that she loved the symbolism and significance of all that DC had to offer! Thank you to Alicia for your positive energy and sharing your extensive knowledge of our Nation’s capital!

Shari S: Nick and our driver were awesome. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I took borh the day and the night tour with this company. I highly recommend using this tour company. Parking can be a little difficult and further away then the tour can get you. I am so glad I signed up for these tours. I will make sure to let everyone I know going to any city they service to use them.

Joseph McIntyre: Originally scheduled the daytime tour with the riverboat cruise. Had to change due to flight delays and a mix up with rental cars. They were very accommodating and allowed us to switch the tour last minute to the night tour. Our tour guide, Nick was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Thanks so much for the memories!

Lisa Hayes: Great tour that I would highly recommend. Curtis was our driver and nick was our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and had plenty of time at all the stops. They had just taken down the fences at the capitol so we were able to go on the lawn. We did the night tour and they picked us up at our hotel which was perfect since I had just had some foot surgery and walking was difficult. Would recommend this tour to everyone and Great price.

DC Insider Tours: what do users think?

Andrew Studenic: Bo did an Incredible job doing a bike tour of our first time in DC! He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made it fun. He was reliable and worth every dollar!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! This is THE tour to take in DC

Det Ansinn: Bo has amazing historical knowledge of DC and is really entertaining. They use electric bicycles made by Pedego — well maintained, zippy, and the brakes give you confidence. Added bonus? on a hot DC summer day, the breeze on an electric bike keeps you cool.

Pakeezha: The night tour on the electrical bikes was a blast!!! The tour guide was very clear with instructions and never a dull moment! The views were the best. I’ve lived here all my life and learned and saw things I had never before! The best part were the bikes! Anyone can do it! And hardly any man power needed. Wrap up though because it can get chilly when you are going 30 mph!!!

Tisha Ooppapan: A “Wheelie” Extraordinary Tour The DC After Hours Electric Bike Tour with Bo and Becca is a MUST GO! The electric bikes are a quick, safe, and fun way to visit all the attractive sites as well as the hidden gems of DC. I have loved adventuring DC for the past 7 years, yet Bo and Becca were still able to share a ton of new fun facts and an admirable amount of knowledge with me. If you need an exhilarating and educational trip, book with DC Insider Tours.

Troy Rippere: We did the DC After Hours electric bike tour and this was by far the absolutely best way to see all of the major sites at night. In this 2 hour tour, we were able to visit the White House, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, MLK Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, the Supreme Court, and the Capitol with enough time at each spot for pictures. The electric bikes were also a blast to ride (up to 20-25 mph) and are actually fully electric, instead of just pedal-assist like other tours. On our tour, there were just 6 guests plus the tour guide. The small group was intimate and made it really easy to hear everything the tour guide said. Our particular guide was Matt and he was super friendly and seemed really knowledgeable about the different sites. All in all I had a great time and look forward to trying their other tours on subsequent trips to DC.

Enchant Christmas DC: what do users think?

Yvonne Marbury: This was my first time seeing Enchant at Christmas. I loved it, I took my daughter as part of her sweet 16 celebration. We had so many beautiful light displays to see and take pictures in front of. The first thing we did was get some hot chocolate ($6). They had a booth selling drinks, spiked ones and regular ones. The regular hot chocolate was perfect for a cold night walking around with family. The spiked one also included a cup you can keep that lit up and was shaped like an ornament. Very cute keepsake. When you first walk in someone hands you a map that gives you a list of secret displays that you want to search and find in the maze. This is a cute adventure for families with children. They also had a skating rink you can skate on too. So much fun! I highly recommend this for families or anyone wanting some fun family activity to enjoy holiday decorations.

Olga Graves: Though it was pretty, I’d say it’s a great one time event, wouldn’t be a holiday tradition for us. We hoped it would be more than what it was, being very crowded didn’t help, which of course it was. If you can, take some other form of transportation there, parking was no picnic even with reserved parking

J Passaro: This was our second time experiencing and we enjoyed it so much more on a weeknight. Thurs night, no crowds, no lines- beautiful to take it all in and not be pushed and shoved to do so. Yes expensive and there are plenty of upgrades and charges for much of everything but all we paid extra for was the drinks and some food and we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We went on a event special day called the Feast of the Night or something and there was literally no feast nor much food at all. Last time there were a lot more unique food options so it’s a shame that we lost out to the food offerings just bc it was a weeknight and they failed on the advertised event. Ben’s Chili Bowl wasn’t open as weren’t many others. Easily found parking on the street. Lots of security/police outside of the stadium so felt safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No issues at all- oh and we didn’t see a Santa despite a sign saying he was there. The setting was beautiful and the maze was fun. We spend just as much for a baseball game outing so this was no different in cost and the kids really enjoyed it, so that’s what matters.

Jessica Long: This was a really nice experience with shops and food. The main attractions are down on the field. The ice skating loop is not very long—takes about 30 secs to skate. So, it gets crowded quick. The maze is very cool. It had a open concept. I would definitely go back in the future! Bring friends! Bring small children—they’ll have a blast!

Alita brown: My first visit to the Enchanted Christmas was a success. It was very clear the time and effort put into putting up the beautiful lighting, preparing the food, and the staff service was excellent. Everyone had such a positive attitude and went above and beyond to answer questions and just provide excellent customer service. This is perfect for all types of visitors, families , couples and singles.

Sonya Williams (Wildflowers and Hooyahs): We had such a great time. Do not recommend for folks with strollers or wheelchairs because even though they had accessibility, it was horrible for folks to maneuver with sooooo many people there stopping every few feet for a photo. Granted it was pretty and something we haven’t done before, I still Don’t think we will do it again. The price was okay but still, not worth a repeat in my book. The light up floor was cool and I liked how every corner had something different to look at. Also liked that they had a Santa that our son was able to meet. Def an experience, but not worth a repeat.

Vy H.: Love how pretty the decorations and lights are here! There’s so many picture worthy spots but at the same time there’s tons of people so you end up having to wait to get some good shots. Once you get inside, you can stay as long as you want. They serve cute drinks too, but it’s overpriced—$17 for a lightbulb drink that tastes more like juice and barely any liquor.

Tiber Creek Private Tours: what do users think?

Roger Pettingell: We had a fantastic tour with Richard. My boys 15 and 17 and their 15 year old friend and I signed up for a 4-hour private tour. Richard kept the tour fast-paced, humorous, educational and FUN. Our boys were skeptical at first, having come to Washington to see a hockey game. My younger son said the highlight of his trip to Washington was Arlington Cemetery which Richard and driver Gabrielle took us to. I highly recommend Tiber Creek Tours, and was very appreciative of their ability to create such a special tour for us with very little notice.

Josh Youngblood: A++ all the way. Christopher was wonderful and planned our itinerary. Jane was out tour guide and it was a history lesson and tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot imagine visiting DC without doing a tour like this. Joseph was our driver and he was wonderful as well. You really could not ask for a better group of people. I look forward to booking another tour when we return to DC. I booked this trip was a Christmas gift for my father who had never been to DC. He said it was the trip of a lifetime and loved the tour.

Rabdem Leon: We stayed in Washington DC four days and toured two days with Tiber Creek Private Tours. Our guide Jana was the best. She provided more information and history than we were able to retain. 😂😂😂. It is amazing to have someone so knowledgeable right next to you explaining and providing historical background as you are seeing the memorials, exhibits, or museums. They picked us up at the hotel and drive us around to the selected tours. The driver would drop us off at the memorials and our guide will get off with us. Then the driver would wait for us to pick us up and take us to the next place. They had water and candy for us to take at all times. Our guide would provide us with details that makes the tour a lot more interesting and fun. Christopher was able to make reservation to the best restaurants in the DC area. They also were able to get us tickets to go to the Library of Congress. I would highly recommend everyone to book tours with them. The experience was one that I am sure my girls will never forget. I am thankful for their time and dedication to make sure we have a great experience. Thank you.

Dave Ring: I highly recommend using Tiber Creek Tours. We are a family of four and we wanted something that was flexible and classy. That’s exactly what we got. It makes a huge difference to have both a driver and a tour guide — we got to see so much in such a short period of time. We did one 4-hour tour one day and another 4-hour tour the next day. Everything went smoothly. The tour guide Jane knew her stuff. The owner Chris is very responsive and tailored the tour to our needs. He even has great restaurant recommendations ! Great time, highly recommend them.

Leanne Neely: I took my 94 year old mom on this private tour. She can walk but I rented a portable wheelchair. She was able to do the tour without any issues. Joseph helped me get the chair in and out. He was the driver and was very accommodating. Jana and her Knowledge of everything plus her stories was excellent. She is a delight! I will definitely book with them the next time I bring a newcomer to DC. Highly recommend this private tour. Bottled water was plentiful also.

Lynne Shepard: My husband and I spent a week in Washington, DC. We are both super busy with our jobs and didn’t have a whole lot of time for making plans. I contacted Chris with Tiber Creek Private Tours. He arranged three tours for us. The first was a three hour tour of DC at night. Our driver was Amaury and he navigated his way around DC like a pro! He was kind and so polite. A real asset to Tiber Creek. Our personal tour guide was Felix. As an architect, he was able to point out so many interesting details on the buildings and monuments that we would have otherwise missed. But more than that, we felt like we were riding around town with a friend. He really did a great job of starting our week out (and one year wedding anniversary) on a good note. Thanks Felix! A few days later we had the pleasure of meeting Jane, our tour guide for Arlington and Mt Vernon. I learned so much about our history that I had never known. She amazed me with her ability to find particular graves at Arlington that we had an interest in! That place was huge! But she knew it well. She was thoughtful and kind and it was a pleasure to spend two days with her!! Our driver those two days was Joseph. He, too, was a pleasure and we felt completely safe with him as he navigated DC. I can’t stop without commending Chris on all of the help he gave us. He shared ideas for our “on our own days” and helped me keep focused so that we actually saw every single museum and monument on our bucket list. He called daily to check on us. I would recommend Timber Creek Private tours to anyone visiting Washington, DC. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service!!

Leo CW: Matt was a brilliant guide who knew an exceptional amount about everything from the universities and the key landmarks, all the way to the best place to get a takeaway lunch. Chris was helpful and flexible in arranging the tour with us and worked around our other plans and timetable seamlessly. The driver Joseph also had a great knowledge of the whole city and surrounding areas, allowing us to add different locations on the fly. Would highly recommend!

Frisky Warfare: Chris and the staff of Tiber Creek are amazing. I don’t even know what to say besides the experience, service, and attention to detail of all their staff is second to none. Have never been treated better. We scheduled last minute, had numerous demands upon their schedule and were still given the best service anyone could imagine. They responded to emails quickly, followed up with phone calls, and made sure we enjoyed ourselves the entire time. Our kids were able to see and do things that would have been impossible to do without a proper guide and so much was accomplished in such a short amount of time. I understand that reviews are a dime a dozen, but I cant thank everyone enough for the time we had in DC.

William Reynolds: First let me say that I rarely write a review. So when I do it is usually due to something that is out of the ordinary. This is my second time using Tiber Creek in DC. Both times Chris and his team have exceeded my expectations. My most recent trip (March 2022) Chris arranged for Betsy to be our guide and Gonzolo our driver. They were both wonderful. Betsy was able to get us in to see the amazing Anderson House before it was open to the public. She was able to tie in historical information from Mount Vernon and the National Cathedral as well as we viewed this stunning home. The wealth of knowledge she possessed was fantastic. Gonzolo was also friendly and great. His SUV was clean, had plenty of chargers, water bottles, mints and he also had good insights to point out as we drove around. I enjoyed the conversations with him about DC, the sites, as well as about life and family. Also the whole team was super easy to work with, friendly, accommodating and flexible. They worked to set up last moment a tour, and then let me cancel it shortly thereafter due to the weather being a little to chilly for our personal tastes. So I would highly recommend Chris and his team at Tiber Creek to anyone. I will use them again on my next trip!!

United States Botanic Garden: what do users think?

ThePinkfreak805: A really beautiful and enjoyable place! They’ve got some really awesome plant species here! The tropical room is especially great! Not only is it beautiful, but with the humidity you’ll really feel like you’re in the rainforest! Also very cool to see the endangered plants you aren’t likely to see anywhere else.

Alex Navarro: Always lovely. The inside and outside gardens are full of flowers. Great place to take kids. They even have a children’s garden where kids can plant something and water it. So cute! You can spend a lot of time here if you like, but you can also easily see everything in about an hour.

Richa Rashmi: This is such a delightful retreat for an afternoon lunch or just a date in the different ecotones of the world. You could walk into a completely tropical climate full of tropical trees that have terrace views, or walk into a desert of cactus. There’s a section on medicinal plants followed by rare and endangered species which is mind blowing. I absolutely loved my shortest trip to Hawaii and then to a garden of orchids and roses. Be sure to checkout the inner and outer gardens. There are interesting wall murals of tea from China and other such use. But the most amazing part was the TOILET. Yes, you heard it right. It’s full of ornamental plants that smells amazing and the sound of water and birds will make you feel you’re in the cleanest part of the world, unlike what public restrooms are known for.

Jeremy Andra: The botanical gardens are a beautiful hideaway from the normal everyday views of the world. An amazing display of some of the wonderful offerings this world has to offer in the way of beautiful plants and miscellaneous greenery. We were shocked to find there is no charge to see any of this and would highly suggest you stop in and check it out.

Hyo Jin Moon: Beautiful garden that is open to the public for free. There are spots where you can sit and enjoy the weather and also the indoor green house that has so much to see (and learn. Lots of educational components). I highly recommend visiting here with kids of all ages.

Ben Matthews: If you’ve spent the day walking up the mall and around the museums, then this is a fantastic place to unwind. The glasshouse is beautiful in its own right, and features plants from many different climates. And the outdoor gardens are equally lovely. Definitely worth a stop if you’re near the Capital Building.

Six Flags America: what do users think?

Joshua Russell: We started coming here in the Fall of 2021 and decided to purchase season pass, they are very affordable. We have come a few times and I have been really impressed. They have different themes through the year which is nice to see how they decorate and celebrate. We have been to Halloween, Christmas and just went to the Fiesta theme. The wait times were really fast or nonexistent for all the rides. They had water sprinklers going which was good because it was so hot! Our family enjoyed all the rides throughout the day. There is always a staff member nearby ready to help which was really great to see and we saw a lot of people cleaning the park throughout the day. I do wish there was more mobile food ordering available though, when we were looking only one location was offering mobile orders, so hopefully that will grow. Overall great park for the family!

Tim Bergstrom: Great place to take kids in DC for a break from museums and tours. I enjoy museums and tours quite a bit, but let’s be honest, for kids, they can be little bit like a church service. Six Flags gave my kids and me a break from the usual and gave them a chance to blow off steam. Our favorite rides were Superman, Bat Wing, Joker’s Jinx and the Firebird. Have fun.

Rittik Bhowmik: Great experience. Strong suggestion is to get the tickets online before visiting, there is almost always a long queue for tickets. Most of the rides were usually not that busy, so everyone can finish all the rides at-least ones, and can even go for seconds if interested.

Jeremiah Gore: Needs another solid coaster as Superman Ride of Steel is great but where is the number 2 coaster? Some good rides throughout the park including a fun coaster built in 1917...The Wild One. By far this Six Flags has the friendliest staff of any Six Flags park... including multiple manager level employees we met while walking around the park.

pam wright: Rides were barley open, lazy river, the pool with the purple slide, the purple & green slide, renegade rapids, penguin blizzard, shipwreck falls, & more ALL we’re NOT OPEN! I don’t understand why these rides are not open. You pay your money to come here, but it’s not worth it because more than half of there rides are not operating. What a shame Not to mention I have diamond elite membership, I pay 20$ extra per month for what idk? Need to cancel that! Update 6/28/2022 im going to change my rating from 1 star ⭐️ to four stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I came back here again to give them another chance. Can you believe it after maybe 1-2 years the finally opened the lazy river.. Wow renegade rapids, penguin blizzard, shipwreck falls, was opened today. It’s good to arrive early get a good spot, we ordered food it was ready and condiments was available. 🤩 However, the staff there are really young and the don’t know how to talk to people & families. They all act like they don’t want to work.

Terri Young: If you want to be able to ride the rides without a long wait go early during the week.. We were able to ride the rides several time without a long wait park is not that crowded when u go early it was a nice experience 😉. By the time we were ready to go the park was getting a bit crowded....

Shah Md Mayen Uddin Chistee: This a great family fun place. There are so many rides that you will never get bored. I enjoyed most of the rides I took. You can take your kids there and they will love it. I recommend buying online entry ticket and parking pass. This will save some time for you.

Dyker Heights Christmas Lights: what do users think?

Stephanie Geffrard: I didn’t pay for a tour. I thought it was a SCAM. Me and my partner personally planned it and went to see the Dyker Heights Christmas Lights together. It was lost of fun and the lights were just.. Out of this world. It was BEAUTIFUL! This was my first experience since I moved to NY. And I plan on making this an every year thing. It’s so worth it and I recommend everyone to go and check it out. It is gorgeous.

Mark Salerno: Came here with a friend because I heard it was worth the trip. Definitely would recommend! Beautifully lit houses and there were trucks with hot chocolate and popcorn throughout. It was really nice to see people all over the neighborhood enjoying the season and the lights!

Irina Roskina: Beautifully decorated houses. Festival of lights and Holiday spirit. It is amazing how much effort and money people put in to make the whole area into place that attracts locals and tourists. Each house have something unique. You dont get tired to walk around. Also you could buy lighted roys for kids, baloons etc.

Theresa L: Lovely neighborhood display. Very intricate and committed for majority of the homes. Only concern is trying to avoid crowds. Not too bad one night before New Year:s Eve.

The St. Regis Washington, D.C.: what do users think?

Lisa: You will hear the food and beverage director before you see him. During our trip, he raised his voice multiple times quite angrily - it was quite concerning to hear him speak to guest service staff in such a way and that he was comfortable enough to do it in front of guests, too. Otherwise, my husband and I had an absolutely lovely stay. Our room was amazing and there were lots of friendly faces. I also especially enjoyed the pillows, and I wish I had thought to ask what type they were as they were super comfy.

Squirrely: Five stars all around. The rooms are elegant, updated, clean, and comfortable. Each staff member I dealt with went above and beyond to help. I was especially pleased with the front desk employee who grabbed me a cup of coffee in the middle of the night when I had to catch an early flight. The location is excellent and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Joe J.: Amazing tea experience in DC, probably the best in terms of service, flavor, presentation and selection of teas. The cherry blossom touch is a nice and pleasant surprise. Although it is on the pricey end, definitely recommend!

Washington D.C. Temple: what do users think?

ThePinkfreak805: A very beautiful and special place. There’s such a great feeling here. I was able to visit during the limited open house and to explore the inside. It’s beautifully decorated and very tranquil. The grounds are also lovely. You are free to walk around pretty much anytime. A great place!

Chris Anthony: We were so greatful that we had the opportunity to join so many (we heard 14,000 people were expected) visiting this beautiful Mormon Temple on Memorial Day. The tour was fantastic and well organized. They accommodated the handicap visitors, making it easy for us to navigate a wheelchair with a fast lane, elevators, and upfront parking. Definitely a 5 star experience ✨️

Reema Srivastava: Nestled in lush green surroundings The DC Temple is beautiful inside out! The parking was well organized and the tour was flawlessly managed by volunteers. There was a 15 min queue to enter the temple today as it closes on June 11th. Elevators were running for those who couldn’t climb the 5 levels. Please reserve an online free parking admission in advance, it is checked upon arrival.

E Jones: Open house to the public started yesterday! Such a stunning building. Just immerse yourself in this recently remodeled building. Such an special experience. Every detail from inside and landscape are worth the trip! See the light through its marble walls and soaring stained glass windows. The feeling of raising building is pretty amazing

Mother Tucker: I went to the public viewing of the temple. I am not a member of this organization. The temple was beautiful. People were very pleasant. Landscaping is completely amazing. They have so many plants and flowers. Gorgeous.

Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/U.S. Capitol: what do users think?

Siobhan Walker: My stay was amazing. My room was spacious and so clean. The front desk was polite, helpful and very professional. Octavia was awesome. She was most helpful because the hotel I had a current reservation for had canceled my reservation and I had to make a reservation here last minute. She provided me the most outstanding customer service possible even with my frustration from the other hotel. Any questions I had was answered and my stay was relaxing. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

g watson: Customer service here is EXCELLENT. Very friendly staff - extra praise to the office manager, Reina Munoz and guest agent Janay! Hilton - you should recognize this location and their staff, they go above and beyond their call to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. All hotel/hospitality should take this location as the example for service. The rooms are clean, and quite comfortable and roomy - this hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from Union Station. I was here for business and I was delightfully surprised for the work space and seating area. I was also happy to learn their fitness center is open 24hrs...with my stay being business in nature - it is difficult for me to get a work out in at most places, due to the limited hours fitness centers are available. 100% recommend the US CAPITOL location. If you want to feel welcomed and comfortable, stay here!

Geoffrey D: Parking valet lane is terribly short. Stains on the comforter. Breakfast included not properly advertised on elevator or through hotel. Laid out of first floor is very awkward, why have steps instead of escalator to second floor. Front desk staff were superb. All throughout the stay they were informative, helpful, positive and available! Wait for valet was not long at all, which was surprising. Minor issues, overall decent stay.

David: Very nice hotel - staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The Manager greeted us as we were leaving and just make the stay complete. Nice pool and restaurant - special call out Kevon our waiter for one of our evening meals. Great place to stay - close to a metro stop as well.

Sassy Sauce: The hotel is pretty decent. It met all of our basic needs. It was as clean as I think it should be but the rest of my party felt it was ok. Parking can be a little challenging in the area but we managed. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would go back if I needed to.
