Tri-State Funeral Services: what do users think?

Barnetta Brawner: Mr. Milton Tellington the owner of Tri-state Funeral services and his staff are the epitome of Excellent! They are compassionate and caring as well. I have used other funeral homes in the past, but not any more. This funeral home is a blessing to anyone they provide service to. We really appreciate how this company helped us during our time of bereavement. Thank you so much!

Patricia Santos: My family and I just want to say thank you again for your compassion during this difficult time in our lives. As a Hispanic American family we were very happy with the professionalism and caring attitude for our culture showed to us by Tri-State Funeral Services. The pricing was affordable and well within budget. My sister looked so natural and peaceful. By far they are the best in the Washington DC area if you are of limited funds.Thank you again for all of your guidance with the final arrangements. Just very pleased with how everything came together. -Patricia & Family - (Patricia Santos)

J & A: Mr. Tellington was able to provide us with a beautiful cremation ceremony for an affordable cost.

Allie Cat: I appreciate the affordable costs of cremation and live-stream ceremony. I do wish Mr. Milton wouldn’t always sound so grumpy though. At the end, overall I am happy with his help during this hard time, although there were some rocky moments but we got through them. Thank you.

Siobhan Pereira: Tri-State Funeral Services were very good. They let me know exactly what I needed to do, arranged paperwork and processed everything quickly, enabling us to organise my father’s body to be cremated in time to bring his ashes home with me, ensuring that his ashes were packaged in a way that flying with them and airport security wouldn’t be a problem. I would recommend them, they were compassionate, helpful and communicative, which is just what I needed at such a difficult time.

m cole: Our family used Tri-State Funeral Services 3 times this year for my Mom, Uncle, and Pastor. We were treated royally with service and compassion. Every detail was taken care of. When we were unsure of the next steps in the process, Mr. Tellington and staff were right there to assist. The staff did not pressure us and provided several alternatives. Every one of our deadlines were met. They were kind, knowlegeable, and professional. God bless you and thank you for making such a difficult time a peaceful experience. Families of Barbara Ballou, Clarence Hicks, and Pastor Donald Cole

Joseph Gawler’s Sons, LLC: what do users think?

Diana Lach: I cannot say enough about how amazing Kennedi, the funeral director, is at Gawlers. She is so great at her job. She is reliable, does what she says she is going to do, when she says she is going to do it. Thorough and detail oriented. I haven’t received this level of customer service from anyone in any industry, in some time. Glad to know great customer care isn’t a thing of the past!
Response: Diana, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review with us. It was an honor to provide you with the thorough and detailed service needed during this time and we are so touched by your recognition for Kennedi. Thank you for placing your trust in us and know that your kind words will be shared with the team. We are always here for you and your family and I hope that reach out whenever you need us. -Joshua Carter, Executive Director

Alan Coker: This week my husband and I had the opportunity to tour Gawlers. Kevin Barnett, Senior Funeral Director was our guide. Right away you could see how passionate Kevin is about his work and proud of the history of Gawlers. This passion is on display at ever point in the Gawler facility. The building exuded warmth and comfort for grieving families from start to finish. Gawlers is a DC institution and we hope it stays that way. I highly recommend Gawlers families when the need arises.
Response: Alan, thank you for sharing your kind words for Kevin and our staff's service. We would be honored to attend to anything else you may need and I hope you will not hesitate to reach out for anything. -Joshua Carter, Executive Director

Hackett's Funeral Chapeling: what do users think?

Geanett Giron: Had the most wonderful experience with Hackett’s Funeral Chapel. The entire team showed us so much respect and compassion. Our loved one was treated with so much respect and had a dignified funeral. In particular, Ms. Michelle was extremely kind and accommodating. It was not business, it felt so personal. Thank you so much Ms. Michelle, we are so heartbroken, but you offered kind words and gestures especially to his daughter. May God bless you and your entire staff!

Raveen H: Mr. Hackett and his team did an amazing job. From that very first phone call he explained to me how things were going to be. He was always kind and patient answering questions. My brother looked so nice, calm and peaceful, just like he was sleeping. The obituaries came out beautifully and he even recommended a great musician. I would without a doubt recommend Hackett funeral home for your loved one.

Cynthia Barnes: Outstanding service!

Tracey McKinney Williams: Marshall-March Funeral Home is still a community-based entity and a household name. So far, I have had 2 relatives received by this establishment. Their #1 goal is to meet all of the grieving family needs. Very impressive. I was referred by my long-time friend who lost her mom July 2010. Her mom service was beautiful and so was she. I now suggest this funeral home to anyone who needs final arrangements. Thank You for all your hard work. Thank you and your team for helping me and my family bury my mom. She really would have appreciated it. This was my first and hardest burial and you made it extremely special. Thank you so very much!

Sabrina Stewart: Your Funeral Home was utilized for a service that I just attended. The person that passed looked absolutely beautiful. I was impressed by the level of your work. She looked so natural that it really appeared as if she were asleep. The funeral service was of superior taste and professionalism. I had not heard of your company before then, but after attending this service I will definitely contact your business when the need arises.

Hunt Funeral Home: what do users think?

Firstclassladyi Queen: The services we received were decent. However, I paid for three death certificates for my deceased son and never received them. They basically stole the money. Mr. Agee lied and told me he would get them to me but never did. My texts or calls were not returned. They should really be ashamed of how they treat families in mourning. It’s been almost FOUR years and they still won’t respond to me. If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would!

Earline Clark-Ackles: If I could give 0 stars I would! my father service was DISRESPECTFUL!!!! His remains was not properly preserved and he smelled rotten and had maggots coming from his nose at THE FUNERAL while we all were grieving!!! their solution to that was to spray my father with some type of cologne and wipe his nose in front of everybody. I have reported them to the Board of Funeral directors in dc but have yet to receive a call back from them about my complaint! save yourself the heartache and go with a more respectful funeral home...........!!

s bree: Basic Services The preparation of the deceased was professional. The employees did a good job in having the deceased presentable. The interior and exterior of the building could definitely use some updating and renovation. Everything thing just looks old and tired.

Linda Williams: I’m truly amazed by the great professionalism of Taylor Funeral Home! They took excellent care of us during our time of need. My aunt was beautiful, the flowers set the tone, the programs were customized to fit her personality, and the owner and his traffic control unit got us to the cemetery safely. We were able to get a little bit of footage of the celebration of life. My family and I are eternally grateful!

We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and I would highly recommend them.

Gloria Wells: The Taylor Funeral Home had great professionalism, class, and dignity while handling my husband’s service. They laid him to rest honorably. I am now making arrangements for my own funeral to be handled by Henry S. Washington and Sons. My loved ones looked exactly how they looked when their were alive. Annette Ivey: Thank you Johnson and Jenkins. Ms. Jenkins is a blessing and wonderful. We were treated with dignity and respect. The Johnson and Jenkins team did an absolute great job ensuring that all our needs were taken of. I appreciate you all. At a time when families are already dealing with the pain and sorrow of a love one passing. Johnson and Jenkins makes that time a lot easier to deal with. God Bless Ms. Jenkins and her team. The Spells, Woodland-Ivey family Amen.

Tyshea Burrows: I want to say thanks so much Lavonna and the entire Johnson and Jenkins staff. Throughout the entire process from the first day we spoke was very comforting. Everything was professional, resourceful, flexible and understanding. I’m so happy and proud to rate my experience with Lavonna Jenkins especially. An amazing amazing person and truly a blessing.
Response: We are honored you choose us to help you and your family during this time. Our continue prayers are with you and please let us know if we can do anything else.

Francine Smith: Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are to Miss Belva Jenkins and the Johnson and Jenkins Funeral Home! Our beloved family matriarch went home to be with the Lord and we did not know how to start, or plan anything. She took out her own time to guide us through the process. On the day of services, everything was just so beautiful: from our beloved grandmother, the great loving caring compassionate staff, to the memorial blanket, custom programs, the flowers, and she even provided professional funeral escorts to get us safely and efficiently to the cemetery! All I can say is thank you! I am so grateful to the Johnson and Jenkins Funeral Home and Miss Belva Jenkins.

Dresia Vaughn: Recently, my life time good loyal faithful protective super hero friend from teenage years passed away Oct 5th. Johnson & Jenkins did an excellent job preparing him for viewing. He looked so much younger and peaceful. Thx you for a wonderful job done Jenkins.

PRINCESS JADA: This is a HORRIBLE Funeral Home. My son funeral was held at this dump, one of the Employees was very unprofessional, they did not allow the Pallbearers to walk my son out and place him into the hearse. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The Guy didn’t take his time for the family to have a final glance at my son before he quickly wrapped him up and closed the casket. And even at the end of the service, all of the Pallbearers walked up to help assist and the Guy responded, “no, we’ll take care of the body, y’all can just go to your vehicles.” What a nice way to make a family feel somewhat at ease during a loss, Please avoid this place, they don’t deserve not 1 star.
Response: I do apologize for your experience. As there is no excuse for this, our company is no longer allowed to process your loved one through the front of our building because of DOT. It has been communicated that where we have practiced the ceremonial processing to the hearse, we are no longer allowed to conveniently park in front of our building. We try our best to make sure that everyone's experience is as smooth as it can possibly be during this difficult time. So, I personally apologize that the rule was not communicated to you. We are trying to come up with a better solutions to honor this tradition. If you are the next of kin of the deceased, and are willing to contact me directly @ (202) 882-8800, I will be more than willing to discuss this further with you. Sincerely, Ms. Belva J. Jenkins Owner/Operator of Johnson & Jenkins Funeral Home

Donovan Turner: I went to a funeral in 2016 the mortician asked me to take my loved one out of the hearse and he took them into the sanctuary and had the paper towels and cottons balls on their face still! The funeral procession was terrible and everything
Response: Mr. Turner, we apologize for your experience. We generally ask immediate families for pallbearers for assistance into the church, if there are steps. We often are told that other members of the family appointed by the next of kin arranging the services will help. On location, when we are preparing for the public service, we generally ask the family or those who helped us in, to step out as we make final touches to the deceased. However, some families insist on staying in the chapel as we prepare. We do assure our families the utmost professionalism by putting protective cloths in place to ensure your loved one and the casket look as pristine as possible for the service. This includes protecting the makeup applied. This is standard practice for all quality funeral homes. However, because we are not aware specifically of the name of your loved one, we can’t fully comment on your experience. However you can reach out to us directly if there is any further concern.

Ophelia Crawford: My family and I would like to thank you for your professionalism and compassion! You have truly become a part of our family. God bless you, The Crawford Family

Bianchi Funeral Service: what do users think?

TANYA RHAMES: I have been using Bianchi Funeral Services 1998.Lynn Armstrong Patterson and her team do such amazing work.I recently worked with her she prepared my husband. She has so much compassionunderstanding and patience when she’s working with you. Awesome work!!!!

Kim: I have to say that Bianchi Funeral Service is the best Ms Lynn Patterson is so very attentive. She handled my Ma Pat like a queen that she was. I called around to different Funeral Services and Bianchi was reasonably priced. I would like to say the details and all the extras that they provided was excellent. Her assistant Ms Octavia was also a great. They went above and beyond if I could give more stars I would. Have A Blessed Day Highly recommended

Dee Dee: Excellent job on my Grandma. Thank you Tyra and Octavia for all you have done to make this easy . Tyra you went above and beyond and thank your son aswell. I saw a picture of the blanket with my grandma on it and that is different and special.

Rosalyn Irving: I would like to thank Octavia Waugh and Tatum Jamison for the exemplary job they did with assisting me and my brother Sterling Metz with the memorial service for his deceased wife Ulrike Metz on September 9, 2017. Our needs and questions were met beyond our expectations. Every detail was handled professionally with style, class, compassion and understanding. We will definitely give our support and recommendations to friends and family for years to come. Sincerely, Rosalyn Irving and Sterling B. Metz

Lori Fowler: This Funeral home is the worse ever, especially the Funeral Director Ms. Octavia Waugh. I buried my dad this year and I was hung up on, lied to and disrespected by Ms Waugh. It all started, when I told Mr. Ronald Owens-part owner, that I did not think my dad was legally married to the lady and what does the funeral home do in situations like this? Now, this is were it goes down hill and people start to take things personal. Mr. Owens said, “why do you think that” and I said, “why do you believe that”. Then he said, we would check the marriage certificate in situations like that. I told him did you see a marriage certificate? He said no but they been together for so long. Wow, so no legal documentation. Well, I need to see a marriage certificate. So of course Mr. Owens passed it along to Ms Waugh. Then, I called Ms Waugh and she told me that it was public record and they were married in DC, yelling and then hung up. Come to find out it is public record but they were never married in DC. So, Ms Waugh lied and then tried to cover it up when she actually received the marriage certificate from Virginia. Ms Waugh called me back to act like, she done her job but what she fail to realize the marriage certificate was null and void, due to my Dad was still legally married to my mom. So, now the Funeral home was aware and had legal documentation that I was next of kin in one day and they still put the lady, who was not legally married to my dad on the Death Certificate. This Funeral home is very unprofessional and they go by word of mouth and if your a friend of theirs. They need to run a professional business.

Patricia Akinyombo: Vera poor service on my cousin. Run far from this place. They subcontract out their work and bear no responsibility for the poor service done by their contractors. Do not use this place

Cory B. Flowers: Love the blanket and customer service

Ernest DC: This should be your last choice in funeral home selectionCompletely unprofessional

Snead Funeral Home & Cremation: what do users think?

Zaraider Stiney: Both Mr. Snead, Jr. and Sr. treated my granddad’s body will dignity and grace. From our first call until the final cremation was more then the words I have. They expressed their dedication by doing all of the paperwork and keeping me updated during the process. They were kind and patient. This was an emotional time for me and my first time ever dealing with funeral arrangements. All I can say, is they are the best!

ASK Dee Fair: I have attempted to locate some property that Larry Snead was responsible for however he refused to give me a location of my property. He referred me to his attorney. I personally do not recommend using any service that Larry Snead Senior is involved with based on the loss of my property. Larry Snead is the Devil dressed as a SHEEP..BEWARE..

Amanda McDowell: Would not recommend. Horrible customer service. The owner told me "We are busy and good bye!"

Pame Jonhson: Very kind people who try to help you and understand the pain the families are going through

dia johnson: Very professional, exceptional service!

Stewart Funeral Home, Inc.: what do users think?

Brooke Day: Mr. Stewart’s legacy lives on. His staff handled my family and I with tact and care! They exceeded all my expectations. They actually showed me that they cared. I am so pleased. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because their projector system is completely outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Outside of that, everything else was perfect. Thank you for making this trying time a little easier with your warmth and care!

Arlena Ferrandiz-Myers: To Staff and Director, It is with deep gratitude that I write this thank you review to Steward Funeral Home. My family lost beloved stepfather family patriarch on September 8, 2019. We have never experienced a family death and funeral before in the United States. We are originally from Cuba where funeral customs are different. Steward Funeral Home is in my father and mother’s neighborhood, and I decided to use its services mostly for the geographic convenience. Little did I know that this place would be such a boon in a time of great sorrow. My stepfather was always fortunate in finding good places and good people. So, it was quite fitting and as though he had chosen this place himself for his viewing and funeral. The initial interview with the funeral director was scheduled expeditiously. It was candid and straightforward, but at the same time courteous and caring. Interestingly enough, we found out that the Director had been in Cuba recently and had loved the experience. We made a quick, informed decision based on the information provided. We decided to do embalming and services with cremation. We chose flowers and rented a casket for the event. The staff was very attentive to our needs through every step of the process. My family is blended and multigenerational. The interview to sign the contract was done by my mother and me. However, my 18-year-old niece had come to see her grandfather’s body. She was on her way to see him before his condition changed and never made it. Therefore, she felt she needed to see him for her own peace of mind. The funeral director was contacted immediately and ask if she could see the body that day. It was a busy time for the funeral home, but the Director made sure to schedule an appointment later the same day to satisfy the request. We also had made an appointment to view the body before everyone else arrived. My stepfather was prepared superbly in his cowboy hat, his long sleeve shirt, black jacket, leather belt and Western Bolo tie. The embalming was done so well that it appeared almost as if he was still alive. His skin looked great and he was carefully positioned in the casket with a spectacular flower arrangement. I do not even recall selecting such a beautiful floral arrangement. On the day of the funeral we received a very courteous call from Mr. Bowman to give us the parking details. Mr. Bowman and the staff assisted us in any possible way they could. I really want to thank him for his respect to our culture, for the attentiveness to our needs, and his caring and professional demeanor. He was absolutely a great host and a God-send on this day that provided succor to our anguish and anxiety. Thanks to him we had a beautiful bilingual service in English and Spanish for the ceremony. It was just how my stepfather would have wanted. We read his bio, had a ceremonial biblical speech, and closed the program with his family and friends saying their last goodbyes. My family and myself really want to thank Steward Funeral Home for being patient, professional and caring; and for providing excellent services in their facilitation of the funeral process. Gracias!
Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed and heartfelt review. We appreciate your family giving us the opportunity to serve you. If there is anything we can do to assist you further, please don't hesitate to let us know. Again....Thank you so much!!

Dunn & Sons Funeral Services: what do users think?

Tiffany Wylie: When God Says be obedient you must. Obedience it’s better than sacrifice. The Dunn Family is a very powerful family who is sent from God. Mr. William Dunn your family served our family “Harrison-family” with incredible service. On time people who truly cares. I was nervous to use the Dunn’s because we had a family set funeral home but when I met the director I felt comfortable and felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Our new family funeral is Dunn and we will always be loyal to you guys. Thank you ms Dunn. The facility is beautiful and very clean Makes you feel right at home. The staff beautiful inside and out. The body looked amazing like he was sleeping. Prices were reasonable. Dunn takes funeral services to another level we love the Dunn’s

Kayla Brown: The doors were locked and we had to wait for the chapel to be opened after the start time of the viewing/service. The chapel was still being set up during the viewing. There was never anyone at the door passing out obituaries really. The employees are free to smoke right in front of building. There was no stand to place the address book so it was tossed in the window seal halfway through the viewing. The “Pastor” was late and very lax. I had to constantly call and ask for updates. Was told to come on the day of 15 minutes before the service to view the body and make changes. I had to pretty much demand to see my mother the day before the funeral to make sure there weren’t any changes that needed to be made. There was no one working the zoom meet which cause problems because it kept timing out in addition to the phone dying. I have been blatantly lied to on numerous occasions. I’ve never received copies or receipts for services. I didn’t even need to verify my relationship to the deceased. Very traumatic experience wouldn’t recommend them to do a service for a dead dog.
Response: Hi, Ms. Brown Thank you for your review. Our key mission is to serve families with impeccable service at all times. We would love to know who your loved one was because our firm doesn’t recognize your name at the moment. This breaks our hearts to know you feel this way. Answers to some of your concerns 1) Our doors are always open for guest! We will never start a service unless the LEGAL next of kin is present or have permission to allow other guest in the chapel area. 2) The family always gives direct instructions to the director. Our firm doesn’t have any ushers during covid. So the family is responsible for the distribution of obituaries keepsakes. Our greeting staff will always provide information on the obituaries location so guest can obtain a precious keepsake. 3) Our employees/ guest can smoke appropriate smoking tobacco or cigars in our smoking sections which is located outside on left hand side of the building. 4) the register book stand is located at the entrance of the chapel. Maybe a guest put it in the incorrect spot after signing the book. 5) families are always allowed to spend time with their loved one the day before service to approve your loved one appearance. The only time you will not be able to view your loved one is if your clothing was late or you missed your 1 hour 30 min time widow slot time. 5) we offer professional live streaming from a professional company. So zoom probably was from a guest that attended the service. 6) we can not give out legal documents to anyone but the LEGAL next of kin. 6) verification comes from the District of Columbia medical or hospital. 7) The family also picks the pastor of their choice. On behalf of our entire staff we apologize for experience you’ve experienced with you. We apologize and we value your feedback. Thank you for sharing your experience. If you have any others questions or concerns please give our office a call and we will assist you. We love you and truly hope we can fix this situation.

Zaria Tyler: I guess you can say you get what you pay for. This service is extremely unprofessional, I’m all for a welcoming business where the owner is involved and you get those friend/family vibes. But at the end of the day this is a business transaction & if I pay you I expect you to complete the agreed upon service in it’s entirety. I had a funeral service on 01/06/22 for my deceased mother. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks for them to have her body reviewed before they could cremate her. On 01/21/22 I called and got confirmation from someone by the name of Brianna that she had already been cremated and to send another email confirming my address (since I live out of state) & she’d be shipped immediately. I waited until the 02/06/22 before sending another email in regards to this situation and 02/07/23 before calling again because I never received any response. On 02/07/22 via phone conversation I was told they would ship out the cremains on 02/09/22 and that they could not do it any sooner. On the 9th I called inquiring about the tracking number and was told she was already shipped. They took down my email saying they’ll email the confirmation which I found suspect. After constant questioning and insisting that the confirmation be given over the phone is only when she switched and said they were waiting on FedEx to pick it up. 02/10/22 I called and talked with Ms.Dunn in regards to the same thing and was told “we can’t drop everything and resolve the problem in the same day”. I expressed how displeased I was about being blatantly lied to, feeling robbed of something that is irreplaceable and was told my feelings were void. 02/11/22 and I still haven’t received any confirmation that mother’s cremains were shipped. Thinking that because (me as a customer) I’m expressing that fact that I’ve been deceived in many ways & I’m extremely unhappy that the cremains would indeed be shipped expeditiously but it STILL hasn’t. This leads me to believe that they may have “misplaced” my mother’s cremains because I don’t see any reason to hold onto someone’s remains. This is the first time I’ve had to make funeral arrangements which is hard alone but using these services has been extremely traumatic.

Kim Simms: Gm, I want to Thank the Family of Dunn & Sons Funeral Home on an Outstanding Job that they did for my Family. The Family of Sarah Jackson -Thomas, was more than Satisfied with the Service that was Provided. I recommend anyone & their Family that is in need of Service to look them up. The Hospitality was great. (Family) is what it was. I love the whole staff. May God continue to bless them greatly.
Response: Our Family wants to thank your family for entrusting our firm in making your loved one final wishes come true, we love you all and are always here for you guys! -The Dunn’s

Tony Thomas: Thank You thank you, thank You!!! We cannot express our gratitude. We love ya , and thank you again for making sure “Home Going “ of our Mother, Grandma Ella was a success 🙏🏾🙏🏾💐.

William Perkins: Everything was beautiful at Anthony Thomas funeral. This funeral home served and gave their best. This funeral home gives nothing but five star service. From presentation- to the body everything was excellent. Thanks Dunn Staff

Quanda Shuler: Two beautiful services. My aunt was buried March 2017 and she did not wear any make up and they were very respectful of that and she looked very natural and sleep. My great uncle funeral was in November and it was a military service with full honors. They funeral was at their venue small and perfect for our private affair. They worked with us and Quantico to make sure both the funeral and internment was done on the same day. I would definitely recommend them.
Response: Thank you so much for your kind words

Morris Funerals and Cremation Services, L.L.C: what do users think?

Courtney Byrd: The entire staff at Morris Funerals & cremation services were amazing. I entrusted the care of my mother to them. As soon as I reached out and started the paperwork, they had my mom within 2 hours. The owner was so loving, and made sure that mother was beautiful and I was pleased. The all African American team showed so much love and sympathy during my time. And the cost was very affordable. Morris Funerals & cremation are amazing and I am forever grateful to them for helping me cope with the loss of my mother.

Elaina Allen: Morris Funeral and Cremation Services provided exceptional services to my family and I during the the passing of my uncle, back in December. While my uncle’s sudden death was hard for my family, Ms Morris, and her staff made everything so much easier for us while making his cremation arrangements. Every question was answered in a timely manner, and we were treated like family the day of my uncle’s cremation. For that, I’ll forever be grateful of their services.

karissa williams: I had the best experience with Morris Funerals and Cremation Services. The staff was professional, caring, fun, and made this difficult time a breeze. They showed compassion and was there for all of our needs. They communicated with us through the entire process. And did I mention my grandpa looked GOOD. He looked just like himself which was important and they nailed it. I would definitely recommend them.

TERENCE KING: Morris Funerals and Cremation Services provided my Family 5 star service for my Mom services. They were compassionate and comforting doing this entire process. My family and I were so happy with there services and competing rates.🙏🙏🙏
Response: Thank you for your support. Continued prayers for you and your family. It was an honor to serve your family during your time of need.

Tonya Borden: On yesterday we held my auntie funeral at Morris funeral home. I was running very late due to traffic and they would be closing her casket at 6:00 pm, So to my shock they left the casket open the whole time during the funeral. Ms. Morris Is a God sent very very professionally and her team is the best. They allowed me to sit with them and we all talked like we had been old friends, my auntie look so good she looked like her self not to much make- up at all. They stream the funeral on YouTube for family and friends that couldn’t make it. The funeral home was very clean and smelled good. Ms. Morris Made me and my other family feel like she was part of the family. I personally recommend this funeral home because of the compassion and professionalism they give to the clients.
Response: I'm so humble by your kind words god bless you. 🙌🏾

Shanice M: Great staff! Excellent service! Reasonable prices. What stood out the most was after the funeral, they still were very responsive and went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Erica Marat: Wonderful, empathetic staff, sensitive to our needs and helping in every step of the process. Always easy to reach, night and day. We are glad we chose them, grateful for their kind support.

alvoid hamilton: I can’t say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, and how above and beyond Ms. Morris went when it came to the services for my brother. From the minute I sat down with her I could tell she was one of the few that really had compassion for myself and my family. To see the reaction on my mother’s face when she saw my brother looking as if he was sleep because of the wonderful job Ms Morris had done gave her the closure she needed. In our darkness she was our light. If you want someone that truly cares look no further. Her work speaks for itself.
Response: Thank you, for your feedback. We are honored and appreciate your kind words.
