australia humphries: So let me just start by saying that before I even came there I called to see if there was stock on a certain shoe and Allen answer he was so patience and professional with me, which made me come into the Foot Locker in Pentagon City Mall. So when I got there I ask who was Allen and he walked up greeted me and then he let me know what he had and gave me another option as well. Once I finished trying them on, Then I walked to the register and young lady name Yasmeen made sure that I was ok and I didn't need any more assistance before checking me out. Right before checking out her customer service was so excellent with selling shoes that I brought another pair aside from the ones that Allen help me with. If you want great customer service go to this location. I will be returning very soon to purchase more shoes.

J Foodgeek: This is a tough one because I would give it five stars if it wasn't for what happened with the first employee even though I was later able to get a better salesperson to help us out. The first employee didn't want to help us or physically show us anything he just kept pointing where he wanted us to go on the other side of the store. When I asked for actual suggestions for sneakers with arch support his only suggestion was the most expensive secret he could find which wasn't even the best for Arch support. He plain old just didn't know. So we left and came back with the intention of trying to get another salesperson because I fought sneakers here before and generally the salespeople are very good. I was able to get Jasmeen to help us and she was personable and very knowledgeable about the sneakers, so I bought a pair. She also had a lot of patience.

We sat for 5mins with the shoe we wanted to try on just to see how long we would sit before asked if we needed any assistance. Sorry for your store Pentagon City we can spend our money elsewhere because even as I am writing this review we have still yet to be asked if we needed anything. I can say I will never be purchasing from this location again. Not sure who the Manager is but this is not the Footlocker I know.

Chrissy “Tina”: I would like to say thank you to Rell that helped me figure out which shoes I wanted. I haven’t shopped for brand names shoes in years. I would normally go to a Walmart. Rell have put up with my indecisiveness, answered all my questions, and really made sure I was getting my money’s worth. He deserves a raise, because I know I was making him sweat with my 99 questions and lack of style when it came to shoes. I would most definitely come back to the store when he is available.

Joshua Morris: The store closed 30 minutes before their posted hours today. The website says they close at 7. However, they closed at 6:30. I called multiple times a few hours before they closed. Nobody picked up. The phone just rang. Don't expect professionalism here. Don't trust the posted hours.

Jonathan Kimble: Horrendously Rude staff. Workers act as if their superior to the customers and aren’t willing to help when making a purchase. During a hype release, I asked for a certain size of a shoe and I was told that size is gone so my only option was to buy a bigger size and when I was making my purchase the same worker gave the customer next in line the size I wanted. One other staff member asked if I was a Footlocker VIP member and I said yes and she put no and said she can’t change it when she can. Staff are liars. Never shopping here again.

Jonathan Brunson: Zero stars actually. Foot Locker has a 45-day return window for damaged or defective products - son's shoes fall apart after four days riding the bus to school (not even walking); ask store for refund; rotten manager just rudely says no; customer support says all stores must honor the refund policy; Silver Spring store manager obviously has no honor.

Gilberto Rosales: I placed an order last week and the item was received yesterday but you guys send us the wrong sized 6W when I order 6. In the box it even mark as 6 not 6W. This was an error of the person who put the shoes on the box. Yesterday I went to a store to try to exchange it but the store said they don't caring that shoes in the store so I left and called customer service. Customer services said i could of have them return and had the money refunded but the manager of the store didn't even gave me that option. I decided to go again and went to the store located in downtown silver spring MD 8661 Ellsworth Dr Silver Spring MD, 20910. His name is Antwon I think he was not helpful and awful customer service. A person being place in charge with such poor management skill is just bring horrible Reputation to the brand name and shouldn't be in charge. Person was disrespectful and did not take the shoes to be returned and give me a refund back. This shoes were a Christmas gift and now the person would not get the shoes on time. First the error was made once sent to my house the person who pack the shoes on the box and now not getting them returned or exchanged from the store I went too. I called the store to confirm the manager name but Antwon "the manager" answer but didn't want to provide me with his full name and just hanged up the phone on me. This is one of the horrible experience I had dealt with Foot Locker. Now I would think twice to go in or order items from you guys. At the end I though it was about customer comes first but where was that in here.

Kay Foster: VETERANS STAY AWAY from this store!!!! Boycott Footlocker!!!! Just one week from Veterans Day and I was humiliated at this store at the cash register. This is the first in all my years of both having served in the military and as a Veteran (DAV). The MOD Margaret was insensitive, rude and spoke things which were a lie. Foot Locker has this Sheer ID system. They will NOT give Military or Veterans a discount unless you are in their system. She told me I DO NOT have to shop there and so we didn't. Luckily I rarely shop at Foot Locker. I told her I bought a pair of kicks one month ago in Hagerstown at Champs which she claims also has this same Sheer ID system. I gladly received my military discount and have my receipt to show it. MOD Margaret stated " I don't know what discount you got but it wasn't a military discount." She went too far. She didn't serve our country. Everytime I shop there are many merchants who honour Active Duty members and Veterans. Just last weekend I received special Veterans Day discount at UA outlet ( they give 15% on Veterans Day and 10% regularly). This MOD Margaret showed now respect and if Foot Locker want people in managerial positions representing their stores, then I encourage ALL who served to NOT shop there until they change their practices on their verification of military and veteran personnels. We gave the ultimate sacrifice of our lives for our country and then must be disrespected in this manner for a discount on merchandises from Foot Locker!!!!

1800HUDSON: Great selection of kicks and clothes with nice, knowledgeable staff to help you out. While I was here I was informed of sales on the type of footwear I was interested in. I found a pair I liked that happened to be out if stock, so the staff helped look up online stock and offered to order it for me. I will definitely be returning for more business in the future.

Rah Green: Montgomery Mall in the Rockville, MD is everything plus more anyway... The Foot Locker Store is one of the best in the area. The staff recommended huarache keep in mind I know nothing about what is a good shoe for these playing basketball so I trusted the staff to help in that department since he is employed at a shoe store. I went home and to my surprise my son told me that was the worse shoe to get for my daughter and it wouldn't protect her ankle when playing. My son went to return the shoe and bought the appropriate shoe for my daughter. I say this to say please educate your staff.

Hilary Coakley: My son bought clothes here today and the sales clerk left the security tag on. He went back in to get the tag removed and for 15 minutes they harassed him saying he stole the clothes!! Even after showing the receipt. They said it was fake. They finally looked at the video footage and took the tag off. Ridiculous lack of customer service!!!

Later on I wanted to pay with my card and she yelled at me in front of the other customers in the footlocker and she publicly embarrassed me. I was young and I have been waiting to go back to school shopping for months and she ruined my day and my experience. Her customer service was absolutely unacceptable and it got to the point where I had to call my mother into the store to talk to her about how she treated me. I ended up going to another shoe store downstairs on another level because they treated me with respect and they didn’t yell at me.

laura martinez: I didn't like this place. The employers talk through their walkie-talkies making fun of people on top of that they charged me twice for the same purchase and told them what I can do to get my money back and they just told me to call a 1800 number that had nothing to do with what I needed help with. I called the store 5 time and no answer. There customer service is really bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Prince Boateng: I went there (06-17-2019) to look and buy some puma rs-x toys which no footlocker was selling in stores but i went anyways and asked. Was told they were all sold out but i could buy them online at the counter with free shipping. So i did and one day later today 06-18-2019 i already got them to my door! I was not expecting shipping that fast! it was better than going to their website. The staff were great and helped alot!

teri sok: Went to the FL @ PG plaza for my brother to try on shoes, and the people working there were phenomenal. Customer service was top notch! We were warmly greeted when we came in and soon after JOHN came up to us letting us know he was an earshot away if we needed assistance. When we requested a few sneakers to try on he brought them over promptly, loosened the laces and positioned the shoe for my brother to try on without a struggle. He gave us some feedback on which shoe was most appropriate for the type of comfort and stability we were looking for. JOHN even looked online for other stores that might have a bigger size for a better fit and told us about shipping options. Overall a five star experience at this store with people who know how to do their job well. I'm definitely coming back here soon!

It says the transaction was done with a cashier name Monique H. I’ve called the store 6 times within the past hour and have yet to get an answer! This is identity theft. Y’all need to check I.D. Superstar Kels: Usually at all the footlockers I go to they speak as soon as you hit the entrance. I guess this one they too good. I walked around trying to ask a question about some shoes I was going to return this guy said I didn't get the shoes from footlocker maybe I got them from champs. I'm like wow. Even with the receipt he still denied I got them from here. No worries I wont step foot back there. Its definitely not worth it

AJ S: I had previously ordered a pair of shoes online and had them shipped to store at another location however, when I tried the shoes on they were too small. I returned them and decided to buy them in a store so I could try them on first this time around. The only store that had the shoes in stock was The Mall at Prices Georges location. Upon entering the store, a sales person greeted me and told me where I could find the shoe I was looking for. I walked over and shortly afterwards someone asked me if I needed help. I give her the shoe and told her the size I wanted. She came back and provided me with one shoe and took the box with the other shoe and walked away, very strange. I guess she assumed I was going to steal the shoes. As I proceeded to the cash register to pay for the shoes, I told them I would be using my Army veterans discount. The shoes were priced at $129.99 however, I noticed the register price showed up at $150+. I then asked why are the shoes showing $150+. The manager over heard me ask and he said that I have to pay the higher price in order to get the Army veteran discount and that if he sold me the shoes for the advertised price and applied the discount he would be fired. I then told him that this was not a new purchase for me that in fact I recently purchased the same shoes for the same price and received my discount no problem. He then told me I should go and buy the shoes in the same method I did before to get them for that price and that it was against store policy to do that. I left and I did just that and got the shoes for the lower price and discount. I did have to wait an additional week to get the shoes and wasted energy, effort and gas to travel to the store for nothing and I will never be returning to this location again. It’s just too many other options with better results.

Kate Smith: Foot locker is more convenient than ordering shoes online. I got my Air Force ones, the first time I tried getting them. The only reason for the 4-star review is because they never answer their phone to make sure that they have the shoes I want ahead of time. Besides that, they didn’t assist us too much, but it was ok.

Oscar M: I won a raffle reservation from this store for a pair of Dunks that released on the FLX app and I drop over an hour to the store for them to tell me that there was a “shipping delay” for the dunks. They told me they would call me when they arrived but never got a call I’m pretty sure they backdoored like 12 sneakers and I was one of the unlucky ones. They are full of unhonest workers they couldn’t even look at my face to tell me the shoes weren’t there and they kept stalling so I could tell there some shady stuff going on.

Simon Urbietis: I had to give them a fake email. They literally would not let me leave until I gave them an email for a receipt. I asked for a physical one and they said they can’t do that. So I said I don’t need one but they said I have to give them my email or phone. I’ve never been to a store where it is not optional.

Jazmin Bibb: Love aurally going into the store vs online. I wasent looking to find anything, just to look around. Then, in the back of the store where the Jordan's and some newer releases are... there was the Nike Airs!! The black and white pairs. I've been looking for those specific shoes for almost 2 yrs in my size. 8.5 in men's. I am so happy I found these😁 to make matters better, I had a store credit of $105.00 (from returning a pair of shoes) all I had to pay was $65. The shoes were $160.

Jacky Phan: The store has a wide variety of shoes, but there is very little on sale and the employees there often hound you immediately for your size when you just pick up a shoe and steer you into buying it. I mean... I appreciate the gesture and know you're trying to meet the quota, but I know when I want to try on a shoe and when I just want a closer look at a shoe.

Benjamin Hawkins: Associate Zuria turned a simple exchange into an issue. She either didn't know the return policy or lied to my face, then proceeded to make me jump through hoops to prove that footlocker takes returns from footaction as well. Started as a good experience that quickly soured. Didn't even get an apology.

Poor customer service and the management by Timothy the store manager is JUST as deplorable. Service was so trash I swore to myself I will go to ANY other shoe store other then any FootLocker. Lucidania Victoriano: Store Hrs say they are supposed to close at 8PM. Store is closed by 7PM, gate half open/ closed and they say they’re closed.

DEATH 2 YOU: This is the second time I visited Kids Footlocker on 181st. This store is big and spacious. Two floors of sneakers and clothing. This location has a vast variety of children clothing(even for toddlers)

Jessica: Great staff working the floor, take quick care of customers 👍👍 I loved it. I didn't have to wait forever for someone to check available sneakers sizes in specific styles for me.

Natacha Paulino: I always buy here the sneakers for me and my children. They always have something really good on sale and always end up buying more than I planned to.

Jessica Tapia: I'm a Washington Heights born and raised resident and today was the first time I saw quality customer service in an uptown business. Daury made his presence known in Footlocker, not only was he helpful to me but to those walking in. He acknowledges customers and assures them he will assist them shortly. He was polite, he spoke spanish to customers who needed billingual help, which sounds medicore but some asscoiates in establishments despite knowing spanish will make it almost impossible for a non-english speaking customer. He was enthusiastic, projected his voice, and made it clear he was and is an asset to this particular store. I am a fight attendant and have seen an array of customer service around the world good and bad, it was a delight to experience good service in a place close to home.

One employee rolled her eyes several times when i asked for the first shoe size and when i received it the shoe was creased and the box all messed up, then the employee runs away literally... it seems like she didn't want to help anybody. avoid it at all cost.

Mirko Obradovic: Nice place with great service. The choice of sneakers is not that big but this is not just shoe store, the other sports gear is there too. There are no cheap sneakers as the models are pretty new. I've bought fantastic Nike's. Again, not cheap but top quality ! I am taking away one star because there are no 50$ models! Everything else is excellent !

Mary Windham: I went to Kids Foot Locker in Columbia Mall today to buy the kids new shoes and the staff seemed to purposely avoid us. They had no customer service skills whatsoever. Nobody ever asked us if we needed any help. As we were looking at the Jordans a random girl commented on the ones my daughter picked out. Then this random girl began to help us look for shoes. The girl let us know that she did not work at the Kids Foot Locker. Customer service came natural to the girl. She even measured both my kids feet. I told the girl she definitely has a bright future anytime she goes out of her way to help strangers. Then she let me know she worked several doors down at Foot Action and had just got off work and as she walked by Foot Locker she saw us not getting any help and decided to step in. So tomorrow I am going back to the mall and into Foot Action to purchase the shoes and make sure I speak to that girls manager to let them know how awesome she is. I am also leaving a negative review online for Kids Foot Locker.

n.1 c: As soon as I walked in this young cat named "Collin" (not sure how to spell it) assisted me. This employee was patient and everything. Crazy thing is he recommended the Prince George shoes, and it was his very first recommendation. He knew a great deal about Bball shoes and the knowledge with it. I give this place 5 stars. I hope the manager sees this on behalf of young cat Collin. Thx for being awesome

JEFFREY KOHL: Worst shoe store EVER..I walked around for 10 minutes and watched everyone who came after me being asked if they needed help. No one even aknowledged my presence. This place is a joke. When I finally asked to be helped I was told to go to Champs upstairs as they have a better selection. I can not believe an employee of Foot Locker would tell anyone to go to the competition to shop. I was also informed that the prices were better upstairs. The young lady that works there should not be selling shoes. I have always bought my shoes at foot locker but from now on I will NOT. I will now shop at Champs since Foot Locker in Fairoaks Mall is more expensive and has less to choose from. when I walked into Champs I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed any assistance I could not believe how quickly I was helped and how different it was from the treatment I received at Foot Locker. Sales persons at the Champs upstairs we're amazing sales people they were very knowledgeable and they told me that they got several customers from the Foot Locker downstairs because somebody kept sending customers to them they did not know who it was but they were not complaining. The bottom line if you're looking for a nice pair of tennis shoes Nikes reeboks or whatever go to Champs don't even waste your time at Foot Locker.

X2 Moqii: My son bought over $400 shoes & one pair of $85 shoes for a 6 yr girl because when got home she said they were too tight. My son had charged the shoes & didn't have that card when he returned the shoes. A salesman looked at him like he was crazy & just said they couldn't return those shoes. So I took the shoes the next day, had the receipt, had the right credit card & a woman who acted like she thought she was a manager, (the way how she kept demanding people to do & this by talking in an ear/microphone) trying to avoid looking at me. She never smiled, never said hello; nothing. So rude. Since we buy fall, summer, spring & winter shoes, boots, etc for 5 family members I will never shop at the Foot Locker in Fair City Mall, Fairfax VA. ps I have never made comments on businesses before this was unbelievable bad service.

Bovert “Lamez13” Cheeto: Customer service was cool. More clothes than kicks for guys. They are local so that's why I gave them five star but really they kicks selection is small & not that great for guys

Antionette Johnson: Today, I went into this store and received the worst customer service from the front line manager, Eubriso. We made eye contact, and not once did he ask me if I needed help. I had to ask him was he working because another employee was assisting someone else. He failed as a manager, and he also lost the company money because I refused to purchase anything. I will never return. The expectation to provide good customer service should be a top priority for managers, and if he does not like his job, he should quit. No greeting, no apology or any empathy exhibited. Don't shop here!

Picked out 5 different shoes from their huge selection and bought the first paid I tried. Got some socks too and wore them both out of the store. Miesha Terry: When I walked in the store I was NOT greeted by anyone, so I continued to look around. After being inside the store for over 30 minutes I decided to leave. The associates inside the store continued to walk past me and did not offer to assist me AT ALL!!!!! I am not giving my hard earned money to a company who could careless if I spend my money in their store. The location I am speaking of is in Washington Square Mall.. Very disappointed 😞

Christen Shannon: Walked in today to spend $140 for some shoes and there were two workers. One guy was trying to get a guy to buy a pair of shoes but he was just looking after we saw him drop someone off at the staffing agency. He didn't even go get the shoe, he sent someone else to get it. Dude then just handed us the shoe and walked away. We just looked at each other and said forget it and went to finish line and got the shoes. I've been a manager at a shoe store before and he would've been in my back stock room not on my floor. If you want your commission you work for it. This store will not get any business from me. Work on your employees.

Saqib Majeed: Very poor customer service at the store, the sales associate refused to give paper receipt of my purchase and was insisting that if I don’t give him my email he will not give me any paper receipt. He was very rude to us and I ended up cancelling my purchase and he never bothered at all. He also was already creating an account for me which I did not want to create. I would rather buy shoes online or another, i am never coming back to foot locker. I even tried to register my complaint with the customer service and it was even worst, the guy from customer service asked for my address phone number and email before filing my complaint. I don’t blame the store associate now the whole company has horrible customer service.

victor washington: I was greeted promptly upon entering the store and immediately helped with my return. The sales associate was patient and informative and took care of my return in a timely manner. While there was nothing that really caught my eye at the moment, the customer service was A1 and I definitely recommend this store for your holiday shopping.

I just needed a pair of shoes but nobody would acknowledge my presence, and if I asked something they would straight up ignoring me (my friend said it was because of my accent, but I hope not). I mean.. I love shoes and I bought one pair anyway because I wanted to, but there was a point were I was ready to give up because of the frustration. I hope it was just a busy day but I have to give one star and I wish that maybe something has changed now.

The guy that helped us was great, had no problem going back n forth to get our sneakers. I just wish they had more of a selection for women, the plus is we fit in kids sizes lol. 2 Alien 4 Earth 2 Human 4 Space: Went into to buy a pair of tims. Person was very helpful is grabbing what I needed. Get half across the map to find out they gave me the wrong size. Went back and they exchanged it with no problem for the right size and apologized. Best to have them email you the receipt so you don't lose paper. Employees were chill and the music is always bumpin which I like.

Paulette Copeland: This foot locker never has the latest shoes available AF1 are always sold out it's like they calls their friends first before placing the hot shoes on display! Customer service really sucks can't ask them anything without an issue even from so called management 🙄 they need to update staffs and management at this location 😑 😒 nothing but excuses. B. B.: This is a good place to go if you are looking for beautiful, upscale shoes, sneakers and canvas for fashion purposes, especially of you haven't got a big feet. They don't seem to to quite carry high intensity work out shoe for running or very big sizes. Most importantly the staffs, are super duper nice and relatable, honestly one of the best I have related with.

Mariana Velasquez: I’ve visited the store more often these past months and I keep coming back because of the customer service in particular. Everyone is welcoming and eager to help. A special shout-out to MARISSA. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help from the beginning. Although the store did not have my size in stock, she offered to help me order online and have them delivered to my address. I appreciate her and the team for delivering top-notch customer service; especially during these difficult times.

Mr.E: Went to the store to pick up a pair of Nike AirMax Vapor plus “$200 before tax” for work/running. I decided to order an additional pair in different color and asked if there was any deals and the sales rep told me that there was no current deals. When I got home and decided to check the online store I find a $20 off with any purchase more than $120. After waiting for an hour to talk to a rep on the phone. I was told that because they already put the order in place less than 45 mins that there was no cancellation. Now I have to wait to get my other pair of shoes to then return it to the store. Not cool

Daniel Christy: Very small selection of performance oriented basketball shoes. Most of their stock are variations on colorways of the main models and various street shoes. Also, most of the staff are typical high school kid mall staff who don't know the product lines very well.

VIDAL GONZALEZ: Went and lined up for a FCFS shoe release. The manager comes out and tells the line that it was changed to a raffle at the last minute after he and his staff had already told numerous customers it was first come first served. In their defense they said it was the mall management/security encouraging the change. However, they should have addressed that as soon as they were aware of the release. Unprofessional.
