Ernest Hunsicker: Their work was excellent; they arrived on time and finished on schedule. Even checked the bathroom exhaust fan, which merely needed to be cleaned, once the mess was cleaned up. This family-run emergency electrician comes highly recommended, and I will call on them again if the need arises. Thank you for the excellent service and reasonable price!
Luz Gupta: Installing an EV car charger necessitated the services of a local electrician. After receiving a phone call to set up an appointment, we were able to get an appointment arranged fast and easily. They arrived on schedule and called ahead to let us know. Both of them were highly competent, well-versed in the subject matter, and a pleasure to work with. Quick and tidy installation.

Lauren Xu: My electricity was knocked out by accident and I turned to Harris Electric. Mike Harris was responsive. It was a Friday afternoon and I was worried if he could be on time as I needed the front desk lady to help with the information of the building and it was almost the time she would leave. Mike came in a professional look with the headlight on. He quickly inspected the problem and solved it like a piece of cake. He was easy going and easy to have a conversation with. He gave me a discount even if it was an emergency call. I really appreciated he saved my weekend, or we might be in dark until Monday when the front desk is back to work. I called Harris and spoke to Max. 10 minutes before he arrived Pepco showed up on our street and confirmed it was an issue on their end. I ended up cancelling with Max despite him being about 10 minutes away. He was very understanding and incredibly responsive. If/when I do need an electrician I will be sure to call him again.
Zane Ramadan: We had a number of outlets that were not working in our home, so I called Harris Electric around 8am, and they sent someone to come by 1pm that same day and fixed all of the issues. They also charged a lower price than other companies I had contacted for a quote. I will definitely use this company for future electrical needs. Great customer service, prompt, and skilled technicians.
Xian Randall: I was referred to Harris Electric through my home warranty after multiple outlets in my home blew out and I could not fix them by simply resetting the circuit. I was contacted by Mike Harris within hours of my service request and he came out on a Sunday to service my home. He arrived within my appointment window and quickly diagnosed my issue. He did have to cut into the drywall of my home, but ensured that he would cause as minimal damage as necessary. And as promised, he repaired all my outlets with a minimal amount of damage to my wall, and all for even less than he quoted. He even followed up with a referral for someone to repair the drywall. I would definitely use them in the future and would refer their service to anyone who asked.
Nazgul Shabdan: These guys do really good work, and unlike many other contractors in our area, they are responsive. Our lead electrician was fantastic, and explained the process clearly. His assistants, were also competent, polite, diligent, and efficient. I would use these guys again.

Jessica Nomm: We reached out to Michael & Sons to have some electric run for a built-in under-cabinet wine fridge in our kitchen. Fortunately Joshua was able to come out for a same-day estimate and scheduled work for just a few days later. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and left the space tidy after he was finished. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects in our home
George Grabow: Contacted Michael and Son for general plumbing and pipe repair in a location that had very difficult access. One of their highly experienced plumbers, Eric Blackmon, called and asked to see if he could come early. I was overjoyed as our water supply had to be turned off. Erick immediately assessed the situation and briefed me on some of the complexities and how he planned to proceed with the repairs. He kept me completely informed of his progress and asked me to inspect the project when completed. He was very knowledgeable and shared some of that with me. He then asked if I needed any other repairs work and then made some expert suggestions of other potential problems that I should keep my eye on. This was a very friendly approach with no pressure applied - information only, and I appreciate that. I will certainly ask for him for any future plumbing needs. Katherine Musolino: Our technician came for a check on our air conditioning system and was very thorough in the system check and the review of the recommendations, noting was was necessary to address sooner and what we could watch and address down the line. The technician was on time, very courteous, and pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain each recommendation and to answer my many questions. Christine: Michael & Sons has done my furnace installation and electrical panel upgrade as well as regular maintenance on my A/C and heating. They are always professional and are mostly on time. They could be a little better about cleaning up after themselves but it’s not a huge complaint since they do a good job on the actual project at hand. There are small things I wish they would be more clear about such as they won’t be patching the square they cut out of my wall to work on the electrical panel so I have to find someone to do that as I’m not handy myself. They’re not the cheapest service but they’re not the most expensive and most of their services have a pretty good warranty that’s included. Hong Qiang: Our 15 year old water heater had to get replaced and I was able to get next day service through online scheduling with Michael & Son. The technician came right on time. It was a big job to be done by one person not to mention he has to go get the new unit and to haul away the old one. 5 hours later our hot water system is back in business. R and D: Michael & Son - Plumbing – Shower Repair - 2/23/2022 The technician respected my property by putting on foot covers at the door (each time) and not parking in my driveway without asking. I appreciated that the technician followed health protocols for wearing a face mask. The technician asked about the problem and listened to my concern (“The shower will not stop dripping”). The technician explained his assessment of the problem based on his inspection and he offered a solution. He offered assurance that Michael and Son could fix the problem and the price (up scale) for the service. The technician completed the repairs promptly and professionally. After he completed the repair he showed and explained what he had done. While I am very satisfied with the completed repair, my confidence in Michael & Son could have been boosted higher if the specifics of the written warranty for the services and parts I received today was highlighted on the invoice. Marlene Weiss: Jose, the plumber was extremely pleasant, well organized and very professional. If we can have him every time, I would be very happy. His Work is very clean and even answered all our questions. You truly have a great employee. Mr Ed Clark, the manager we worked with was extremely responsive. I know he only started working for your company but after over four months of calling, no responses or call backs from any of your managers, Mr Clark immediately called us back, has been nothing but awesome and saw to it that we got our bathroom done. He told my husband not to have the plumber leave until we were satisfied and Jose’s work was exemplary. With really fabulous employees on your team, my husband and I will remain loyal Mike and sons customers since we know those two are on the car. Mr Clarke, Jose, you don’t know how happy you have made us and after having a few very bad days, Jose lifted my spirit with his smile and at least add approach. We are extremely grateful!
