CoworkCafe Clarendon: what do users think?

Easy Eats: 8 of us needed a space to work on a project but they had dance night which is very loud and noisy. They informed us before we purchase oyr coffee. Other than that great customer service and coffee.Would return

K K: The barista told me I can’t sit inside after I ordered my coffee and set up my work laptop. She said it’s for members or something! She literally brought my coffee to the table and waited until I settled to let me know I wasn’t welcomed!!! I felt so uncomfortable so I left without even drinking the coffee I ordered. It might be something to do with my skin color or not but It’s so disappointing! Anyways Kaldis cafe is 1 min away they are much friendly so go there if you want somewhere to study and work while drinking the best coffee!

Mark Roepke: Great gelato served by a helpful and happy staffer and a comfortable and inviting workspace in which to enjoy it. Staff offered many samples and gave an ample serving of the delicious gelato. They were attentive, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their work. The restaurant has ample seating in many diverse styles to cater to nearly every seating desire. The workspace is open and airy and well lit with natural light. It was an enjoyable experience from the minute I entered until I left. I never felt anything but welcome and wanted while there. Highly recommend and will most definitely return.

Tom Kise: I just signed up as a member so far so good. Food is solid, was able to park, atmosphere is good. It definitely has a work in progress feel but that does not bother me at all. If your looking to get out of the house to work and want to be able to print and have a few amenities it is worth it.

Ree A: Disappointed First the place has bad smell. Then I surprised that woman who prepaid the coffee didn’t wear gloves and took of her mask under her jaw and breathed inside the milk pitcher to check the status of milk 🤢🤮. After that she gave me cold coffee and she didn’t fill the cup 3/4 , which I can prepare at home better than what she made

Isabelle Harman: This is worth the xost of membership. Great location. The co-work area is spacious and has a bohemian vibe. The phone rooms are small but I have used it to meet with a client and it was adequate. I have had hot tea there and the last time I was there I ordered Jamaican Jerk Beef Empanada - fantastic! There is gelato available but I have never had it. My colleague, who I have met there several times, claims that it is the best.

Allison Crowers: Awesome place to work. Love the neat furniture and ample plugs. Downside is the wifi is S L O W. Streaming videos, and music is very hard. Mostly plays relaxing music/smooth jazz which is occasionally too loud.

Sarah Crump: One of my favorite places to get work done in Arlington. There is a lot of space, comfy seating and outlets. However, it is a little dark, and the wifi requires periodical reconnection. The coffee is decent, the baked goods and gelato are excellent.

WH Seo: First off, I was surprised that the space has been divided even inside the cafe according to whether you have a membership or not. Segregating people by the money seems to me just another way of greedily getting more money with poor tactics. Furthermore, the cup that I use was not completely cleaned. I ordered a tea. Where did this coffee spot come from? This is going to be my last visit to this cafe. Bye.

Mindspace Washington DC: what do users think?

Clara May: This was my first coworking space experience and Mindspace was absolutely perfect! The space was clean and organized, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the vibes were just immaculate. I definitely recommend this place for fellow remote workers passing through DC, or if you live in DC and need a change of scenery. Mindspace was too legit to quit!

Jonathan Faull: Beautifully appointed, spectacularly well-run, and brilliantly located, Mindspace is undoubtedly the best co-working space in DC. The staff offer excellent and responsive service with a personal touch. Oh, and the internet speed is orders of magnitude faster than most office spaces.

Genesislevel Mail: I have an office here and I love the staff. They have been very accommodating to my needs. The lounge space is very open, friendly, and inviting. The area is always decorated with fresh flowers, and there is always something going on event-wise. This is a great space for a small business to network as well since everyone is very kind.

Lisa Stafford: Initially I thought was the space to build upon a great work at our company. Overtime, my feelings have changed. The front desk staff come are hit or miss on being friendly and helpful. I feel like I’m bothering them when raising an issue or asking a question. I just let it go and moved on; however, today, I never have felt so disrespected in the workplace ever. In celebration of black history month they decided to play trivia and have some snacks. They often do happy hours around a theme. Today’s theme seemed friendly and innocent enough until I looked at the snacks and how they were displayed and packaged. Although it may seem minor to some, I immediately connected the imagery to cotton in a bag like when slaves picked cotton. I questioned whether I should say something because the imagery although “innocent” did not sit well with me so I said something to the front desk staff, Katie. She immediately caught an attitude and was like don’t make this a big deal. It is just popcorn and if you don’t like it I’ll eat it to remove it....wow. I’m hurt that she one would talk to a client that way and secondly my experience and how I feel about imagery shouldn’t bother me. The workplace should be sensitive and aware and open to different cultures and if someone of that racial make up is telling you the imagery doesn’t sit well, LISTEN.

Keaton Ray: Our company, MovementX, had the opportunity to spend the day at Mindspace during our annual strategic planning meeting. We were blown away by the welcoming staff, the inspiring architecture and design, the accomodations, and the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship. Would highly recommend this location for both individuals and larger companies!

Industrious Mt. Vernon Triangle: what do users think?

Grace Jimenez: I rented a conference room here for a week while visiting family in the area. I needed a place that would be quiet and distraction free. The space was beautiful and conducive to productivity every single day. Julie and Mary were awesome with getting me set up and answered any questions I had, and were just all around super accommodating, warm, and welcoming. They made me feel like I was a part of the community of teams and individuals that have office space there - not just visiting/renting for a week. They go above and beyond to make it a fun but productive space with delicious snacks, coffee, and even puzzles for a nice mid-day break. I truly can’t recommend Industrious enough. If you are looking for an office space - look no further!

Alejandro Martinez: Unbeatable staff, all super friendly and helpful. The amenities are out of this world. Breakfast provided every morning and always delicious. My first recommendation for anyone looking for an office in DC.

Melanie Ogleton: Highly recommend...the staff are amazing, thoughtful, and so attentive. The overall space is beautiful and the amenities, snacks, and planned activities are nice added touches that help build community with other Industrious members.

Alex Blance: A beautiful, well-maintained, co-working space. The best bit though? The staff. Nothing is too much effort for the ever-thoughtful Julie, and Mary is always on hand with a big smile and the ability to solve a problem. Thanks!

Joseph Caruso: I’ve only been with Industrious for a couple weeks but really like the environment and community. The presence and subtle humor of Julie and Mary just make the day that much more enjoyable to come into the office.

George Horiatis: Industrious has been the best office space I have worked in, the staff is fantastic, the complementary services such as their breakfast in the mornings are great, and the space itself is both professional and functional.

Sam Teigen: Julie and Mary are great managers. Friendly, responsive and always going the extra step to make you feel well taken care of

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?

Yigit Erkut: I feel lucky to be working in a WeWork location in DC, especially here at K Street. Michelle and her team are excellent and very friendly. They always find an engaging and exciting way to increase the interaction between community members - often in the most delicious way! Regardless of how busy they might be, they are always there to help and ready to solve your issues. The smile on every team member is a much-needed impetus for setting the mood and creating a productive working environment. All in all, I am glad that my colleagues are members of WeWork K Street and we appreciate all the extracurricular activities the staff is creating for us in the office!

Jen G: The K Street WeWork has the friendliest staff committed to workplace happiness. The building itself is well-equipped and I found everyone at this WeWork to be very friendly. Lots of great snacks, a rooftop, and plenty of spaces for quiet work and collaboration. Highly recommended!

Marjorie G Sexton: WeWork K Street is a tremendously positive work environment, that emphasizes and supports business and social interaction among the members. Energy from sponsoring member events, "lunch and learns" promoting cross-pollination between members, and member-appreciation events infuses each week. You will never get bored. Well-run and appointed, the space is a far cry from typical, buttoned-down corporate offices, and the staff is always looking for ways to improve your day!

Liliana Germosen: Love working here! I have been a wework member for 3 years, but at this location for 1. By far my fave! This team is so professional and have kept their wework upbeat personalities that other locations lose rather quickly. They always keep their members engaged and genuinely have your best interest in mind. Always greeting your visitors with pleasant energy. Location is in the heart of everything. Great for business meetings, transportation and a ton of options for lunch meetings. I would highly recommend!

Joshua Radbod: WeWork K Street is a great place to work, hold meetings, events, anything. The main reason for that is the staff. I would like to give a shout out to Michele Goldberg (Community Manager), Daniel Stark (Community Management), and Thomas Staton (Community Lead). These three are first in the office, last to leave type of people. They go above and beyond for everyone here at WeWork K Street. They are the true reason for the 5 stars above, thanks.

Industrious Thomas Circle: what do users think?

Joshua Lamel: I have worked in multiple co-working facilities, and this has been my favorite, by far. Industrious has a wonderful team of employees who go above and beyond for their members. From Emily and Jarrod to Joyce, I can not speak high enough about them. In addition, the amenities far outpace other co-working spaces with daily breakfast and afternoon snacks, free Lacroixs and sodas, and high end loose leaf tea included. The actual co-workers are all friendly and respectful. They clean up after themselves and I have mad friends while working there. It is truly a community.

Petula Alicia Fraser: Industrious in Washington DC had a promotion where they allowed you to host an event in their space for free. I hosted 2 free workshops, the professionalism and hospitality industrious offered was incredible. Emily K. was my contact person and she was amazing. I was even able to provide my workshop participants with refreshments which included wine and prepared by Emily K. The refreshments were all complements of Industrious. I can’t thank Industrious and Emily K. enough for allowing me to host my workshop at their beautiful venue. I have such positive, pleasant and enjoyabl memories from my experience there and from my workshop.

Jennifer B: Love this spot, Emily, Jarrod, Ethan have been fabulous for last 18 months. Very flexible and helpful. Love the quiet professionalism of the office space and companies here. View, location, perks and support services as reliable as a permanent office space.

Leah Weintrub: We spent a day at industrious to be able to work remotely in DC. The space was great- tons of natural light, cute decorating, and a super inviting staff! We will definitely be back!

Romona Foster: Great new work space on Thomas Circle. There are lots of events going on here. They offer breakfast and snacks, which is an added bonus. 😄

Jameson Cunningham: The Industrious team has always been professional, kind and helpful. A great place to work!

Scott Proper: Professional, responsive staff. Great amenities. A great facility to office out of.

Benjamin Friedman: Have worked there 2 years without compliant. Great, friendly service..

WeWork: what do users think?

Joshua Hone: The 1701 Rhode Island location is the best WeWork in the DC area. Many floors, lots of natural light, is seldom busy, and the staff are—to a person—welcoming & kind. The rooftop, if open, is also an excellent space for receptions and meetings.

footclan2k2: The staff is great, but the corporate office be out here trying to gentrify you out every year by making you sign new contracts with raised prices. I had to move to Regus Office spaces.

Michael Flores: Plenty of open desk spaces. Could probably use a few more phone booths. Standard WeWork overall.

Willie Hicks: Never been inside, I was driving by and stopped at a red light and I just thought the building was absolutely gorgeous...

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?

Shayla Wilson: This place is amazing, I love when we have meeting here.

Elysa Neumann: The best place to work. The space is beautiful and the staff is incredible. They truly care about all of us who work there and show it every day, from remembering little details of our lives to surprising you with your favorite type of tea when you are having a long day to going above and beyond to help you get the resources you need, the staff here is incredible. The staff also does an amazing job facilitating connections and community. I find myself working at tables with folks from other companies that I have gotten to know through a wework event, and I have developed business relationships with several other members. Overall a really special place to work.

Tiptunya Kampim: This is a good place for working and meeting. I love it.

Jacob Westerfield: I work her. Love this place. Best place I’ve ever worked. Only thing better than this is probably one of those google or tech company headquarters. Maybe a start up. But yea free cappuccinos, and tea, they’ve downsized the glasses to reduce over consumption. Also nothing else. This place is great. Free gym, a cafeteria, I always bring my friends who come to town a visit to impress them. Lol. Yea I’m lame I know.

Jacob Janofsky: My company and I thoroughly working out of this WeWork office. The staff is extremely approachable, helpful, and resourceful. The space itself is immaculate and wonderful for networking and socializing , while getting work done, of course. Highly recommend this location to work out of- I could not be more pleased with this office space.

Daniel Wright: Great vibes, great place, great people = GOOD. My company has been with WeWork for about 7 months now and we have received the upmost professionalism and service from this work place. We originally had an office at the White House location then opened up another in Navy Yard location. The Navy Yard location is very low-key, however still in an awesome enough location where you can hit the bar after work, hop right on the metro, go to the store, or catch a Nats game. Would highly recommend joining this new location!

Spaces - District of Columbia, Washington - Spaces - NoMa: what do users think?

Emma Dillon: Worked here for a year. The common spaces are nice and there’s a gym which is a huge plus. It’s in the same building with REI, a spinning studio, barre studio and it’s close to Union Market. A new brewery is opening in the same building soon too. Cons: There is only one tiny water spout for drinking water for the entire office that is slow and frequently has a line. My firm opted to pay for water delivery - an expense we shouldn’t have had. They do not clean the INSIDE of offices (just the common spaces). This is a pretty basic service an office should provide and over a year without vacuuming etc offices do get very dirty. Also, the conference rooms are confusing to reserve and expensive. You get one free hour a day in a conference room, and then have to pay for any additional time over an hour, which adds up. Other shared work spaces have water coolers, clean your offices after hours, and provide monthly credits conference rooms — because frankly these should be basic services.

Scott Royster: This company is a sham. Be warned that when you exit your lease they say on their website you will get your security deposit back in 30 days then they tell you 30-45 days and for me it has been going on two months with no reimbursement. I believe it’s possible they are suffering from a serious cash flow deficiencies and may not be able to make good on their obligations. I plan to sue them once the courts re-open post-Covid. Be very careful dealing with this company. Hopefully the pandemic shuts down horrible companies like this once and for all.

Ebony Lea: SPACES NoMa has a vibe that you just have to experience. It has a welcoming and open environment that fosters creativity. The events are fun but not over the top. Since I moved here in July 2017, my clients have given me positive feedback about the space.

Loo Joao: A new, cool co working office in the NoMa part of DC. This is in the Uline Arena building next to REI. The place is huge, and has everything you need for a modern workplace: multiple co-working options, free wifi, gym, parking, coffee, happy hours and a patio.

William Shield: A really, COOL, spot to work and a great building

Eddie Smith: I deliver their mail

Tiffany Ginyard: My phone get no service in this place.

Wayne Evans: Great work space

Elizabeth Bandy: Lovely

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?

Anita Issagholyan: This community staff is very friendly and always helpful. I have been in this space for three plus months and have had no problems throughout that time period. Community staff is very supportive of the members while helping to provide a very bright and enjoyable experience in the We Work community. Wonderful rooftop view that always impresses guests and clients!

Charise Van Liew: Lovely space. Great location and amenities. Amazingly helpful staff.

Warren David: I have been in business for many years and recently "discovered" WeWork in Washington DC. WeWork is one of the most creative and innovative concepts of shared office space to hit this planet in recent times. Unlike other office share concepts, WeWork is an actual "community" of corporations, and entrepreneurs working together in a positive and energetic environment. The associates at WeWork are genuinely interested in building your business--offering networking opportunities with other associates, and informing community members of opportunities to help their businesses grow. I strongly recommend WeWork if you are looking for a location where your business can flourish and prosper.

Shivani K: This place is like a maze! Amazing space for events, conference rooms, work / study areas. Cool looking furniture and very well decorated / planned space. We rented a space for an event, this place can accommodate multiple events at the same time. The folks were easy to work with!

Bruce Degn: My new office! This place is kinda surprising… you’d think that this place, teaming with young professionals, would feel crowded and confined—it doesn’t. I’m digging my WeWork digs.

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?

Stephanie Eche: WeWork Apollo has been a great place to work out of AND host our workshops. We love this community and the staff is excellent.

Jeremy Green Eche: Wonderful space. I have a two-desk office here for my small trademark law firm and I love coming to work every day. I highly recommend this place for freelancers as well as mid-sized companies.

Brent Cohen: I loved working at WeWork Apollo. The staff was awesome and the environment was way better than coffee shop hopping or working exclusively from home, which is what I had been doing. The team went out of their way to make my 3 year-old son feel welcomed when we showed up together for pizza parties or other community building events. I would definitely recommend WeWork Apollo to anyone who is looking for a flexible office space – or anyone who (like I was) is starting their own business.

Sasha Palmquist: Making the decision to join We Work Apollo was the best professional move I have made this year. The members are all high energy and engaged in doing great work. Whether meeting over lunch, at tea time, or during a community sponsored evening event like yoga or terrarium making, I have expanded my personal and professional network significantly in a very short period of time. The space itself has allowed me to plan and host successful client meetings, while the on site staff do an amazing job of making me feel welcome each day as well as scheduling events, trouble shooting printers, managing package deliveries, and generally attending to the care and feeding of the community.

Daveed Silva: Great workspace. Faithful to the wework experiencie. Friendly staff. Good space to work and meet. Coffee and beer. Will definitely come back.

They were dressed very professional. The internet worked great. No issues at all. I would highly recommend this place!! I could have not asked for a better place. I think I got the job!

Carr Workplaces The Willard - Coworking & Office Space: what do users think?

Lawrence Mirel: I have had my law office in the Willard Office Space for more than ten years, first as a full office when I was the Washington office of a Philadelphia firm and then, when I left that firm, in a "virtual" office of my own. I have been very happy with both arrangements. The location is superb and the facilities are fine for their purposes. But best of all is the service provided by the Carr Workplaces staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been highly professional, courteous, responsible and friendly. They have always been responsive to my clients and others who call or visit me and cheerfully ready to help me with anything I need done. I think the fees Carr charges are reasonable, in particular for the "virtual" arrangement, especially since the District of Columbia is such a hot real estate market.

Carr Workplaces City Center - Coworking & Office Space: what do users think?

austin flajser: This is a great co-working and executive suite location right between the White House and Metro Center. The building just finished a great renovation to the lobby and common areas which coupled with the newer buildout and design of the center makes for a great image of your business. The Carr Workplaces platform also offers a lot more services than any other co-working option.

Carr Workplaces Capitol Hill - Coworking & Office Space: what do users think?

Barrett Karr: The office space feels professional - and yet still very warm and friendly. The cafe in the middle of the suite is a nice gathering spot when you want to socialize a little. They provide fresh-ground coffee, snacks, and occasion social events. The staff are super helpful. They help with everything from IT, to proof-reading and printing, to receiving packages. Highly recommend.
