Quest Diagnostics: what do users think?
Zenox
Zenox: Awful experience. Staff was rude and slow. Something that should have taken 20 minutes took over an hour to get scheduled and pee in a cup. Never again.
Jackie Leeks
Jackie Leeks: I brought my son in to get a test he needed forCollege football. The staff there was very friendly and nice. It only took minutes for the test. He was told results in 24 to 48 hours I hope this is the case. If not he may not be able to try out this year.
Eva Soriano
Eva Soriano: I went today for a drug test requested for pre-employment. The ladies that were working there were really nice and helpful. Keep in mind that for the current situation they’re not taking walk-ins so you must make an appointment either online or calling their phone number. I was afraid I was gonna get a bad service according to the reviews but to my surprise my experience went smoothly. I was in and out in under 15 mins. I recommend this location!
Response: Thank you for sharing this feedback, Eva!
E mayen
E mayen: I came in to get an employer drug screen on 3/27/21 around 9:30am, this lady screamed from the back asking me if I had an appointment I answered not and she told me they don’t take walk in . It was empty at that time only one patient was there and they didn’t want to take me in . Please post online you don’t take walks in at all that way people don’t waste their time going there like I did it . The girl taking the temperature at front was helpful and calm . Thank you
Response: We apologize if this was your experience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will be forwarding this feedback to our leadership team in the region for a follow-up with our staff.
Gaby Rivas
Gaby Rivas: I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. It was extremely busy but the staff was working hard to try to get everyone seen as quickly as possible. Erica at the front desk was awesome! She was very personable, positive, and great to communicate with. She managed to keep things moving without rushing anyone. Even with the packed waiting room, I was out in less than 45 minutes. Also- they HIGHLY respect appointments so if you want to be in and out, schedule an appointment.
Response: Thank you for sharing, Gaby! We are happy to hear your visit went smoothly.
Ljoy Battle
Ljoy Battle: Fast check in, make sure you make an appointment! Great staff I just loved Tawanda and Ms. JoJo they are the BEST!!! I can honestly say this is the first time I ever actually had fun while getting blood work done.. Thanks again ladies!! Oh and other there is plenty of parking and clean waiting room.
Response: Thank you for sharing this feedback! We will be passing this along to our leadership team so we can recognize Tawanda and Ms. JoJo for their hard work.
Susan Ginsberg
Susan Ginsberg: I want to commend the person who signed me in, handled computer registration, and drew my blood. I came with a box as part of an NIH study; there were various instructions about handling the different tubes, and a Fedex pick up number had to be obtained for the specimens before the registration process could be completed in the computer. Despite the extra time and effort involved, Tawanda handled her duties patiently and verypleasantly, and we had a nice chat too!
Response: Thank you for sharing this feedback, Susan! We will be passing this along to our leadership team in the region so we can recognize Tawanda for her hard work.
Robert Wayne
Robert Wayne: they lost my sample in the mail. its really hard to contact these people. they don’t seem to care how urgent your illness is. still, its marginally better than Labcorp because at least its clean and they don’t try to gaslight you.
Response: We apologize if this was your experience, Robert, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-866-697-8378 so we may address any concerns directly.

Labcorp: what do users think?
Joseph Raysin
Joseph Raysin: Been here a few times and never had any issues. Thought more medical places would do their own tests, but maybe it’s more efficient to have everything done under one corporation. Can’t get anything done without doctor orders though. Regardless, it’s what you expect and maybe some had bad experiences, but I saw nothing wrong with this place.
Ashley Gill
Ashley Gill: Horrible customer service. I made an appointment online for a glucose test at 10:30 on a Saturday and when I showed up they were incredibly unhelpful and told me they close at 11 and didn’t honor my appointment. Will not return to this location.
Nikole Gretz
Nikole Gretz: Best Labcorp location there is! I’ve been many times and will only go to this location now, because of the super friendly and caring staff. Everyone is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and get in and out as quick as you can.
Christine Keatley
Christine Keatley: Yelled to me across the waiting room before I was to the kiosk asking what I needed. I told her an she said they are closed. Online it said they are open til 4 pm. Everyone was still sitting around at their desks. When I called the labcorp number it never stated they didn’t do drug tests past a certain time and said appointments aren’t necessary.
Anna Sternitzke
Anna Sternitzke: I was honestly very impressed with this location and the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and polite! The self-check-in was quick and easy, and I had no wait time at all for my 8:30AM appointment. The phlebotomist was very kind and did a great job on the blood draw. Usually I feel faint when my blood is taken, so she made sure I was comfortable while laying down and did the draw lightning quick so I could get it over and done with.
Cory Laws
Cory Laws: I was very pleasantly surprised. The reviews I saw were about 2 stars. My experience was different. I went in with an appointment for a blood draw, but without paperwork. My doctor assured me I was "in the system". I was. They asked me to wait, and I did, for about 30 seconds. I was taken to the partitioned area, and blood was drawn promptly. The staff was very courteous, from reception through the technician. Things were clean, and the waiting area seating was properly distanced. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Very pleased.

They wanted to place immune compromised patient prior to scheduled urgent surgery in shared room and bathroom built for one but with two beds only one foot apart with another patient with obvious gastrointestinal distress, blowing nose and not wearing mask. Administration states hospital is full yet tells dept of health they are at 76 percent capacity. Who is lying?

The Center for Sleep Disorders at The GW Medical Faculty Associates: what do users think?
Louis Gerrick
Louis Gerrick: Administrative staff was rude so I didn’t move forward with the study. Never sent me a bill for the consultation and then sent the $30 account into collections? Yikes. Should’ve taken previous reviews into consideration.
John Fletcher
John Fletcher: Like the above review stated, this has to be most incompetently run office I have ever encountered. I have never left an online review in my life but this place crossed a line. In short, I called and set up an appointment for a sleep study. A week prior I received a phone call informing me I had scheduled the wrong appointment and needed to schedule an intake appointment. When I attempted to reschedule I was left on hold/hung up on/transferred to dead extensions (several times) & condescended to. WTF over!
Kate Bucacink
Kate Bucacink: Based on the kind of hostile runaround I got even trying to schedule an appointment, I’m cutting my losses now.
Omar Abdallah
Omar Abdallah: The most unorganized faculty on earth. go anywhere but here!!!

Labcorp: what do users think?
Haley Erdman
Haley Erdman: I had an appointment at 2 and there was no one in the office so I didn’t wait at all. The woman who took my blood was very pleasant, and used an infant sized needle to take my blood painlessly. I made the mistake of not drinking any water that day so it was hard to find a vein. She was great at explaining what she was doing & it wasn’t a bad experience at all. The only thing I will say is their office seems like grimy or dirty. They’re so for a remodel soon I guess
SGK S
SGK S: The front desk lady , RUDE RUDE RUDE fogot my mask , ask for one and she replied in a very rude way , we do not provide masks. So I am a business man so let me ask you ,will rather loose a customer for 0.3cents mask and customer service behavior.Kenny Santos
Paul Roldan
Paul Roldan: I had an appointment for 2 for a drug screening and the receptionist tells me that they leave at 2. Literally makes no sense if im on a schedule it should be honored. W
catalina caraballo
catalina caraballo: The lab techs here are great with pediatric patients. The front desk staff is unapologetically rude and unhelpful. The woman there today will cut you off while explaining anything and has little knowledge of labs in general. Even if you’re there with your baby, there’s no kindness in the front. The back was great. Kindness should always be a core value in healthcare customer service.
Aperson7474
Aperson7474: If I could rate this zero stars I would. I don’t know how else to express my utter distaste for my experience here. The staff at the front desk were kind and friendly. However…..the man who collected my urine sample was extremely rude and off putting. I, being a normal and kind person, said hello to him upon arrival. He completely ignored me. Upon entering the examination room, he sat down, facing the screen, and uttered nothing but the words “ID”. I was appalled. He then instructed me to place my belongings in the white bin. Along with his nasty attitude, he had a muffled tone so I did not catch what he said at first. When I polity asked him to repeat himself, he aggressively and quite harshly told me to put my things there. He then shoved the urine cup towards me without even turning around, and rudely gave me instructions. After coming back to the room, he motioned for me to place the cup on a pad without uttering a word. He then printed out some forms and had me sign something, explaining nothing. He handed me my forms and forced himself to tell me to have a good day. I was completely and entirely dissatisfied with my experience at this location. Just nasty and unnecessary. All you can do is pray for people like that.
Dee Goldstein-Childs
Dee Goldstein-Childs: The front desk was fast and friendly but the technician I got was horrible! When I sat down I told her to use my right arm. I’m 68 years old and a nurse. I know which one is the better arm to use. She said no and used my left arm. She stuck me with a pretty good size needle and then went through the vein when she was almost done. I now have a large and painful hematoma! My husband had his drawn by another very nice tech who used a butterfly needle on him which is much less painful. I will never go back to this location!!
Sophia Doerr
Sophia Doerr: I had a great experience at this location! I came into the facility and even though I didn’t have an appt, I only had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes total before being taken back. The woman at the front and the phlebotomist at the back were friendly and did their jobs well, as well as efficiently! Will definitely be going back. It pains me to see such bad reviews at this place when you can tell that the staff are doing their best and truly care. Also the blood draw was fast and painless!
Blinkofthe Eye
Blinkofthe Eye: Maybe it’s because I went during a in the morning (during working hours), but everyone who worked there was so nice and kind. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked-in. It wasn’t busy, so I so I was in an out in about 25 minutes. However, it did start to get busy by the time I left, so can’t imagine how it’d be during the evenings.

American University Student Health Center: what do users think?
Lily Coleman
Lily Coleman: Was not going to post a review until the second inconvenience occurred. First issue is when I arrived for an appointment, scheduled days in advance, for a literal infection and was told I could not be seen. Why? Because the N.P. was busy, even though I was the first appointment of the day as stated by the receptionist. I went to a clinic day after as HC is closed on weekends, and was immediately put on antibiotics as my condition was only worsening. More recently, I went for a fever of over 100 that had last for over three days (tested neg. for both Cov/Flu), and was prescribed cough medicine. 5 days later I am seriously unwell, again go to clinic and find I have a sinus infection that had likely started upwards of two weeks prior. Not sure how it could have been missed, and am now playing catch-up with antibiotics after missing 1 week of class. Just go... idk anywhere else?
Melaninluxx
Melaninluxx: Had an incredibly rude and off putting experience on the phone with be constantly cut off while speaking, having my questions dismissed and an overall disregard for anything I was saying. It’s actually sad we’re in a pandemic and clearly customer service skills aren’t needed to do customer service at AU. It’s a health center, endless students are getting sick but don’t want to deal with poor attitudes. Note to self: never get sick on campus because that was actually ridiculous
Caroline Butler
Caroline Butler: Worst admin staff, some are rude and overtly aggressive with students. Horrible response rate to inquiries. Put my health at risk by not filling prescriptions timely. Scheduling an appointment takes weeks because no one answers the phone, no one calls back. I have had to go to Deans to get the health center to respond to my calls. All I can say is don’t got here, it’s not worth it.
Yareni Murillo

Dynamic Phlebotomy & CPR, LLC.: what do users think?
Miroslava Salas
Miroslava Salas: Ms. Amika is the best instructor I could ever ask for my Phlebotomy class. The class is not that hard, BUT you have to pay attention to details. She will help you with your questions even if you don’t understand. She keep it real and she will train you to the best of her knowledge. She will not fail you. If you fail is because you didn’t study or care about the program. Highly recommended this program if you are serious to become a phlebotomist.
Cj Harrison

If you are looking for something to do or don’t know exactly where your life is going and want to accomplish something quick and get hired in a field that is growing, this is definitely the program for you. Omnia
Omnia: If someone gives less then ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ something is wrong. This is the best resort, I mean hospital I have ever been to. Like, omg, its unreal. The staff is amazing. The doctors are exceptional. The food is on point. The facility is breathtaking. My only complaint is, its way too big f u are a patient. I love it but I got lost soooo many times but there was always someone there to put me back on track. Wish there was more governmental fynding ding for the endocrine department and Cushings research. Other then that. The only thing that would make this place better is to add Mediterranean food to the menu and put in a bowling aleey. Lol.other then that I love it.
Marie Nunez
Marie Nunez: Beautiful campus & some of the best, friendliest & smartest medical professionals I’ve encountered. They are compassionate, take their time with patients & SO punctual.
JASON TOMLIN
JASON TOMLIN: The best people you could ever meet I had cancer in 2012 and was told in January 2013 I had 6 months to live and got in with these people and still here to tell people but God CURE me these people help with loving arm waiting on people
Patrick H
Patrick H: Although there are many amazing things about this place, the clinical center op9 is a joke on Tuesdays. Be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. Appointments mean nothing.

Jemsek Specialty Clinic: what do users think?
Randy Robertson
Randy Robertson: I sure hate that Jemsek Speciality Clinic gets a 3.7 average on Google. Great clinic and staff. My wife keeps getting better. With a disease like Lyme and Co-infections, it is slow process but you have to keep at it. Dr Jemsek is so kind and caring. He understands this disease and what it does and can/will do to the body. Grateful
Brittany Anderson
Brittany Anderson: decent doctor, however, the office communication is poor. you will NEVER get a return call or email or message in the portal regarding your care despite several attempts. it made me feel like getting care there isn’t safe.
Susan Sadick
Susan Sadick: Dr. Jemsek and his PA’s are all exceptional practitioners - his team truly have saved my life and given me back my independence. I would give the practitioners 5 stars, however, the administrative team needs a bit of work. Either way, a great team of minds.
Nikki Coccio
Nikki Coccio: Dr. Jemsek needs to get his front office staff in check, with them rolling their eyes and their attitude problems! They used to be so kind, warm, welcoming, and friendly; but now they are making me second guess whether I should start seeing a different doctor. I also brought in important LEGAL documents, from my attorney, that need to be filled out, due to my disability case. It clearly stated when the documents needed to be sent in by, and the lady at the desk rolled her eyes (again) and said it would be about 30 days until they could fill it out, when it clearly states that the attorney needs it well before then! I’m also gonna stop recommending people to come to this office now. I know for a fact that they have gained new clients because of my recommendation, and Yes, I’m not tech savvy, and I have a hard time with using the portal, but that does NOT warrant for them to catch an attitude with me. They should be offering to help me figure it out and show me where I’m going wrong. This behavior is inexcusable!!! I’m spending thousands of dollars at this office, just to get treated like trash!

Medical Learning Center Inc.: what do users think?
Dee Lhadon
Dee Lhadon: So far 5 stars for the instructors. They are very passionate about teaching and it makes you want to learn more and do better. We have been doing online classes because of the Covid and it’s not that bad as I thought it would be. Love the instructors and their way of teaching. Very knowledgeable and they pay attention to their students also.
Clifton Lewis
Clifton Lewis: My experience in the LPN program at Medical Learning Center has been great. The teachers and administrators are very supportive. It is also affordable and offers flexible schedules for working professionals. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to start working in the healthcare field.
Myong
Myong: reasonable price and good instructors, I am satisfied with Medical Learning Center, would like to recommend this school for future LPN students
Joyce Tolentino
Joyce Tolentino: This is a good program if you want to become an LPN. The classes are on the weekends so it is convenient for students who are working. They also have a payment program so it is affordable. I would recommend this program.
Ashlee Bradford
Ashlee Bradford: This school is the worst school possible. They have blocked two of my sisters phone numbers and all she is trying to do is get an education with them. Send these foreigners back to their country if they can’t respect Americans. I will be calling the nursing board right now.
basharal qudrati
basharal qudrati: I am a student at Medical Learning Center. This school is equipped with great learning environment, great instructors, good simulation lab. The instructors and administration are very willing to help students. The curriculum is very challenging. Medical Learning Center is for those students who are focused, hard working, and motivated to study, study and study. Currently we are doing online classes for COVID-19 issues. It is also excellent and different way of teaching procedure. I really do enjoy through online classes. Finally, I want to say Medical Learning Center is the best nursing school in VA. They will make you sure to get what it takes to be a good nurse. I would highly recommend it to everyone who is interested to become a Licensed Practice Nurse.
regina ampofua
regina ampofua: I joined the LPN class 3 months ago and l love the school so far. They are very well organized and always keep you updated with prompt communication. They swiftly transitioned to online tuition as soon as Covid-19 hit which was very helpful. The office staff and tutors are very professional. I will recommend this school to anyone who is serious about furthering their education in the nursing profession.
