Last fall, I had to pick up a project needing completion by 12/31/22, and reached out to this team. Kavoos came by with samples and an amazing attitude. He worked with my stakeholders on a bit of designing and meeting their objectives and the professionalism was exceptional. During installation, the team was very professional and worked quite hard, delivering an amazing new look to our Class A NWDC office boardroom. Not only are my stakeholders thrilled with how well the design blends to our office, but the quality has been exceptional as well. Christian Bailey: The Best Flooring Company in the DMV Area!!! As an interior designer, I have worked with a lot of companies but there’s something different about them. My clients and I came couple weeks ago for a one bedroom installation. Philly warmly welcomed us. She was professional and very sweet to work with. I told her to give us a ring and keep us on the loop throughout the carpeting as we travel a lot. Our carpet was backlogged due to Covid but she made sure somehow with the factory to get it sooner. She also kept messaging and updating me along the process. Our floors were beautifully done by Freddie. I appreciate the great work Will be uploading pictures on Yelp as well! A J: I received carpet installation today. The contractors arrived within the time promised. They did an excellent job and I’m very well pleased with my new carpet. They were professional and focused on getting the job done. I had expected them to at least stop and take a lunch break but they kept working so thumbs up to being dedicated. I will update my review within 6 months to let everyone know how my carpet is holding up. However, as of now it looks good. I’m confident the carpet will continue to look good. Their measurer/estimator(Hamed) came to my house same day, emailed a written quote and within 10 days(special order carpet) the installer(Freddie) laid BEAUTIFUL Mohawk carpet throughout my home! The entire staff was pleasant from beginning to end and although there were some hiccups due to Covid related matters(vendor supply chain delays/labor shortage) Felia, Hamed, Freddie and the Owner were always pleasant. They noted a few problem areas in the floor before installing the LVT throughout the first level and suggested repairs. The added repairs to the total cost was reasonable. chunghsiang wang: I’m impressed by Floors on 14th for 2 main reasons: 1. Customer services. For anyone who had been through home renovations, you know how many surprises and delays along the way. I had to re-schedule my floor installation with Kevah (the owner of store) so many times! Kevah was always a phone call away and very nice to accommodate with my schedule changes. I won’t get this kind of attention and services from Home Depot or Lowes. 2. They did a wonderful job to install the hardwood. Kevah’s crew didn’t rush to install and move on to other projects. They paid attention to the detail and made sure the floor was done right. It looked great and spotless after they finished. Overall, I’m very pleased with my decision to use Kevah and his company to install floors for my condo. I highly recommend them to everyone, including my friends.

I dealt with David Isfahany who was a pleasure to work with. Pad was expertly cut. Overall a great experience. Website gives good images of the rugs. Great price.
Randi Spivak: I just purchased beautiful rugs at Pasargad. I had a great experience. The owner really knows rugs and his prices were fair. I bought a few antique carpets and the owner will have them washed and repaired. Muhammed and Pedro, who work at Pasargad were also very helpful and nice, they showed me several carpets while I decided which ones I wanted to purchase. I highly recommend this store, they have gorgeous carpets, old and new and they were very accommodating.

We called several carpet companies asking if they would cut and rebind the rug to fit the space. Because we had not purchased the rug from them, they were nit interested in the work. Ayoub was happy to do it and they did an excellent job. Their workmen moved heavy pieces of furniture to remove the rug and to put it back down. They were extremely careful and conscientious. We had hard tile in our lower level and our baby recently took a rough fall on it, so we were looking for a solution to give the coverage and cushion of wall to wall carpet without the commitment of ruining the tile underneath. I was so surprised how many options were available for cut to size carpet remnants! Made my selection and was given a delivery date just 3 days later! Delivery was seamless and they were pros at moving heavy furniture. Will definitely be using Carpet Palace for any future needs!

I will start off by saying that after a failed attempt at getting carpet installed with another local company, I contacted Cardinal Distributors the day before Thanksgiving 2020 asking the craziest question... which was...Do you have carpet available that can be installed today? Robert Bodrick: Please read the update at the bottom. Almost one year later still have ripples in the carpet. Installers do not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. Customer service is very good. They have come out and reworked the carpet when called. Would not purchase from them again. Update: A little over two years after installation I reached out to inquire what I could do to remove the ripples in my carpet. To my surprise Chris sent a team out to rectify the issue. There has been no recurrence thus far. Cardinal Distributors stands behind the products as well as workmanship. The tireless efforts of Chirs, the manager, makes me reverse my original one star rating to a five star because if there is an issue it will be fixed

She came to our house to measure each room and help us with decisions about the layout of the floor. The price of flooring and installation was reasonable. Installer Mehdi and his colleague took up our old carpet and artfully laid down our new floor. It was a pleasure to work with this company and we would recommend it to anyone.

Eugenia explained about the installation while she took measurements and was very courteous and professional in addition to being most patient with all my questions/concerns. They cleaned up, vacuumed, and I was pleased at how well done and quickly the installation was performed. I would highly recommend Carpet One, Eugenia in sales and the contracted installers. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that there was a period of time between when I ordered the carpet and had it installed that I had no communication from them for several days. I had to call a couple of times to connect with someone to get an update. Like a key person was on vacation or something like that. Karolyn Tontarski: We are thrilled with the job Alexandria Carpet One Floor & Home did replacing carpet in three rooms of our townhome with beautiful hardwood! Every step of the process was easy, and we truly appreciated everyone we interacted with throughout the process taking steps to ensure our safety (and theirs) during this pandemic. Jim Collins came out to take the necessary measurements and walk us through what hardwood flooring options were available to us, enabling us to proceed with the project without having to go to the showroom. The two men who delivered the wood prior to installation so it could acclimate to our home environment were excellent and managed to get the 27 boxes of very heavy wood up to our third floor, in what appeared to be record time! The three man installation team was extraordinary. We quickly reviewed the parameters of the project with the team leader and then left them to it. While the company had allowed two days to complete the project, the installation team worked nonstop for 7 hours to get the job done rapidly. The installation team had to coordinate moving our larger pieces of furniture as they worked (as per our contract), which they clearly did with ease and great care. When the installation team left, all work areas were spotless!! We are already dreaming up another project for Alexandria Carpet One Floor & Home to help us with - we cannot thank them enough for being so sensitive to our COVID concerns throughout the process and for doing such an amazing job with the installation of the hardwood floors. They are perfect:-) Oh, and I would be remiss if I did not mention how friendly and polite everyone we dealt with was.

Jonathan Levering: Spectacular local rug shop. They have a wonderful selection of well priced, very high quality rugs, and their service is everything I look for in a local retailer. I hope they stay in business for a long time, and will definitely return next time I need a new high quality rug. I could not recommend them more highly.

Last chance to find precious rugs from lifetime of collecting. Friendly family staff made me feel at home. Parking right out front.
Bich-Thuy Sault: We have bought several beautiful rugs from Manoukian Bros. and absolutely love them all. Today we bought a Tabriz rug for our kitchen and again are so happy with it. Paul, Dona, and Mikael were very patient and helped us with our selection. We absolutely love the rug.

E M E: I love the care that Manoukian Brothers takes, even with small textiles. Many years ago, when they were in Adams Morgan (DC), they carefully sewed a sleeve onto a wall hanging I bought in Peru. 17 years later, moths got to it, and I brought the piece to them again in their present location on Columbia Pike. This time, they (again, carefully) cleaned it, removed the sleeve, hand-sewed a backing onto it, hand-sewed around the holes to secure the weaving to the backing in those places, and put the sleeve on again. It looks beautiful. They do thoughtful, detail-oriented work, and they take time to tell you what they can and cannot do beforehand. I recommend them highly.
Carolyn Brooks: I would highly recommend this company for all of your carpet cleaning. I had two carpets cleaned and was very happy with the results. They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their representative. He was very straight forward, knowledgeable about carpets and ready to share useful information. This company does not require payment until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. This impressed me right away as I just dealt with another carpet cleaning company which required payment in advance.
Cecile Heatley: I bought a beautiful Persian rug from Manoukian Brothers Oriental Rugs in October 2018. When I saw it in the store, I just fell in love with the colors: coral red and turquoise blue on a dark blue background. It is a Melayer rug and has stylized flower motifs – very cheerful. The price was very reasonable so I bought it on the spot. It is now adorning my bedroom floor and it is the first thing I see when I get up in the morning. A beautiful way to start the day!

Kimberley Jordan-Adams: Called and made an appointment with another company only for them to cancel twice on the day of service. At last minute I called USA clean and they were able to assist in what I needed done. They were very helpful in helping clean my carpets before our out of town guests show up, Walfred called me 45 mins in advance to let me know he was on the way. He showed up exactly in 45 mins, was polite, professional and fast. He did an impeccable job and I plan on using this company again in a few months since we have 2 dogs. Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.
Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.
Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! I’ve used him for both wall-to-wall bedroom carpets and custom area rugs. You get much better deals and designs working with him than you do from buying pre-made rugs. I never leave reviews but his service and products are worth it!
