Anna McCormack: It’s been three months since our November wedding and we are still just so blown away by absolutely everything Stephanie was able to accomplish. As someone who is extremely organized and good at project management, I figured I’d easily be able to pull off planning and executing an elegant wedding. Noel Domi: IMPACT Collective was the first wedding expense we made and easily one of the best. Eddie Fam and IMPACT worked their magic right off the bat and were able to negotiate down the proposals from venues. From there, we worked with Eddie and the other IMPACT associates to finalize the other wedding details. They’re well connected in DC so finding vendors was easy and we were able to finalize our vendor contracts within a few months. Eddie and his team were in constant contact with us for over a year and we scheduled a minimum of one call per month to ensure everything was timely, which it always. IMPACT was also extremely responsive and addressed our concerns at all hours of the day even for things that were not pressing. Eddie also handled all the matters in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding weekend, so we only handled minor details ourselves – which was already stressful so I couldn’t imagine having to do any more than that. The day of the wedding, he was incredibly helpful, coordinated all communications with the venue and vendors, and ensured everything ran timely and smoothly – it did. However, we had already listed our priorities and our expected budget, and Stephanie expertly guided us to smartly spending where it had the most impact. We have continued to use her vendors for post wedding life events. The Budget The budget can be a significant source of consternation, but Stephanie made it feel easy. Part of the stress with the budget is the sudden appearance of unanticipated costs or the uncertainty of fixed costs. We started out without a line by line budget, with a range dedicated to each budget. It was updated frequently and made clear exactly what to expect. Stephanie readily rolled with our selections, and fostered a comfortable, unpressured climate during these potential high stress decisions. Stress Management Another one of Stephanie’s super powers is her kind, humble approach with her brides. She was ALWAYS there and picked up on any sign of becoming overwhelmed. My phone would ring and I would hear a supportive “Hey, how are you doing…”, and it always fizzled whatever anxiety was bubbling. She makes you laugh and brings you back to the moment of the true purpose of the day - marrying and celebrating your person. The Day Of Stephanie was a ninja genius, a ninjenius. In other words, she and her exceptional team were everywhere, yet invisible. One member of the team would scout the next 2 steps, while Stephanie would anticipate the next 4 steps while expertly handling the immediate event. There was seamless communication among the Evoke team as they worked in the shadows to facilitate every nuance of the day. One of the veteran bridesmaids of 15 weddings commented that it was the most seamless wedding they had been to. This was all due to Stephanie and Evoke’s expert direction. As a bride, I was free to be perfectly present in the moment, and engaged with all of our loved ones. We really wanted the wedding to be a thank you to all our friends and family for joining us for the occasion. Stephanie went above and beyond to make that wish a reality. Cannot find enough superlatives to recommend Evoke highly enough.

Travis LeFlore: Our Oktoberfest Birthday Celebration was nothing short of AMAZING! Stunning Soirees took care of all of the details. My wife’s favorite adult beverage is Fireball, so of course, they made sure that everyone had a shot of fireball along with a custom shot glass. They worked with some amazing vendors to create a memorable celebration for us and our guests. Our beautifully designed tablescape was filled with pumpkins, candles, and gorgeous floral centerpieces. Our guests loved the photo booth and the backdrop was perfect! What’s an Oktoberfest without beer and what is beer without beer mugs and koozies? They worked with Jace Creations to create custom koozies and beer mugs for all of our guests. The Menu consisted of some Oktoberfest classics, Bratwursts, pretzels, and a seafood boil (Kat loves crab legs)! Stunning Soirees did an amazing job planning and coordinating our party! We will surely use them again for our next event. If you are looking for an event planner, hire these ladies!

As a fellow vendor, she provided a unique timeline, specific to our couple and all plans were laid out in a super organized fashion. Joy Shap: Hired Tiffany for my son’s Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party back at the hotel after the dinner. I am from NYC and this was a destination wedding for us.The amazing Tiffany handled everything for me from afar and her attention to detail was extraordinary. She seamlessly helped create a beautiful Rehearsal Dinner attended by at least 90 people. Everything from the table scapes, signage, audio for speeches- perfect. Later that evening , an epic Welcome Party back at the hotel for close to 140 of our out of town guests. RHIANNA GREEN: Andrew and team are superb (to say the least)! We started planning our nuptials in DC but quickly found out moving it would give us more bang for our buck. Without missing a beat, Andrew planned the wedding of our dreams in Arkansas. Being their first wedding in the state, they were able to source exceptional vendors from decor to catering to hair and make-up. Wedding day is when the team shined brightness. Everything ran smoothly, vendor timeline was sent out weeks in advance, all payments had been settled, guests knew where to go, they ordered food for the bridal party for hair and make-up, and all we had to do was show up. As a bride, the comfort of being stress free weeks before the wedding because your wedding planner took care of everything was worth every cent. I have yet to hear anything negative about the day from all involved and guests were so impressed with Andrew. Even after the wedding, Andrew made sure we met all contractual agreements, equipment was returned and we didn't even have to think about it. He endured the videographer sent our teaser within 7 days, and we got it 6 days later. Oh, and I failed to mention (shame on me), that Andrew is also a wedding designer. I was never one to dream of getting married nor did I have a Pinterest board he could follow. Andrew asked us a series of questions and for general ideas of what we liked. From there is curated a wedding design and experience that was perfect - even down to a wedding scent. If you're looking for someone to plan your wedding or next event, stop scrolling! This is the person you need to hire. We can't thank you enough Andrew and team. We will be using you again!!

Morgan Elias: Another wonderful experience! This is our 2nd time working with Andrew. The first time was for our wedding and this time for our August Backyard Brunch. My husband I decided we wanted to host brunch for our family members who celebrated milestone birthdays this year. We hired Andrew to handle event planning, decorations, event set up and break down. We initially started interviewing wedding planners about two weeks after our engagement period. While interviewing, we noticed that most of the companies were offering the same packages, so we decided to ask, "What makes your company stand out than the rest?". Most companies were unable to answer this question, but, Andrew was able to respond. While we are unable to state his answer verbatim, he did state he was fun and interested in building meaningful relationships with his clients. That he sure did! Amanda Paquin: Andrew is an absolute pro! His Micro Wedding package saved our wedding and my sanity. After spending a year planning a destination wedding, postponing twice, then cancelling due to COVID-19, I was emotionally exhausted. A Google search for “elopement in DC” brought me to his Micro Wedding page. He thought of everything! All I had to do was make a few basic choices and he took care of the rest. Andrew and his team of vendors are amazing: professional, responsive, compassionate, and so, so patient.

Laura Martin: Arielle and Jill were sensational wedding planners. Both of us said we did not have a lot of time to dedicate to wedding planning, and they fully took over, only coming to us with necessary questions. We dealt with a pandemic, a wild wedding-night thunderstorm, and the bee-allergic groom getting stung by a bee for the first time in 25 years mere hours before the ceremony. Lara Mitra: We had a 10/10 experience working with Christine Godsey and two members of her team, Ana and Emily. From the start, Christine was eager to step in to take things off of my plate and give us advice on key decisions that we had to make. She was extremely responsive to emails, which I greatly appreciated, especially in the last couple weeks leading up to the day. In addition, we greatly valued her subject matter expertise in helping to bring our Indian / Western fusion wedding to life. We got so many great ideas for various elements of the wedding thanks to her (where to rent some out of the ordinary things we needed for the ceremony, creative ideas for the guestbook, etc.). On the day of, Christine and her team helped to execute everything smoothly and without hiccups, and also went above and beyond to support our families as they needed small things here and there. I knew Christine and her team had done an excellent job, but it was so incredible to hear compliments from our immediate families and guests about them too! Looking back on the wedding, I believe choosing the right planner or coordinator is one of the most important vendor-decisions -- you will not be disappointed in your choice of Christine.

Eshawn Rawlley: When we hired CG & Co, we'd hit a true low point in our wedding planning. We had a bad experience with the planner we'd hired (and had to fire her), and we were floundering. Christine and her team brought much-needed professionalism, poise, and expertise to our wedding planning, and that was reflected in the success of our events. We could instantly tell how experienced Christine was. She was fully engaged on the day of the wedding and kept things moving (she was able to keep a group of hundreds of Indians on time and where they were supposed to be, which is an amazing feat in itself).
