Best Victoria Secret Stores Washington Near Me

Ashley Esibe: This Victoria Secret location is constantly disorganized and poorly stocked. The employees consistently provide terrible customer service and management sets the tone for unprofessionalism. It is because of this location that I closed my Victoria Secret store card and no longer purchase merchandise from this brand. This location either needs to be closed or staffed with competent workers capable of providing decent customer service.

Veronica Abiodun: I needed to get my measurement and get some underwear and this was the closest VS to me. Upon entering the store I was greeted and was offered help by a young lady. She took all my measurement and also helped me find my right bra size. Best time to go is early morning during the weekday.

Miss Williams: I love that someone is always within eyesight wherever I need assistance. They genuinely seem as if they love working at the store as well as helping customers. Store is always neat and easy to find your sizes.

Ambriah Jenkins: Wonderful service! One lady offered me a bag when I was carrying my items and kind of struggling. Another lady was very fun with helping me find the things and the sizes that I wanted. Another lady traveled with me back and forth across the store to help me find the size and type that I needed.

I was also very pleased with the customer service I received from a sales clerk who assisted me and doing a self bra measurement being that the employees and sales clerk are unable to do so right now during this pandemic. I was truly at ease being able to do an exchange and the assistance that I received from the employees along with finding the perfect right bra on this shopping trip.

keva bates: The staff is very professional. Also following Covid-19 guidelines of having one entrance and one exit. There is always someone at the entrance to greet you with hand sanitizer. I was able to order an item that I wanted that was not carried in the store. Great service. Limited selections.

Kely Loreans: Awesome place , they have the most beautiful women’s lingerie, plus pajamas. I love when I walk in and they greet me with the DAY SPECIALS AND double points reward card days are my favorite.

Diana Hiles: So there are many things wrong with this VS location: The bras are jammed in the drawers contorting them making the drawers difficult to close again. There are very few labels for bra sizes so its pretty impossible to find your size and if there are labels they are wearing off or peeling. There are only a few bras on display laying down so it looks sparse and sizes are missing. I was never asked if I needed help. I took my business elsewhere.

Sarah Fitzgerald: One of the employees (an older woman with brown hair) made an extremely rude comment to me and my partner while I was shopping here yesterday. I was looking at the maternity bras as I am a mother with a 4 month old child at home. The prices were all ripped off of every item I picked up which was very confusing. As I was reading the sign that said “Maternity Bras” on it hoping a price would be on it the employee came up to me and said “Wireless bras are over there. Unless… you need maternity?” She had a very odd tone which felt snarky. When I informed her that yes, I was in fact looking for maternity bras and just couldn’t find the price she looked at me very confused and shocked, scoffed, then walked away. I’m a very short person and I understand the masks don’t help with showing my age. I’m in my early 20s. Judging “young” mothers is quite rude, isn’t it? I would’ve expected a response like “Oh I’m so sorry, I’ll check the price for you” not.. judgement. Also if you’re going in for the 50% sale don’t bother unless you’re size DD and up, they don’t have but 3 bras in the bin for all the smaller sizes.

Minelle Desilva: My sister had visited this store as their was a mistake with the bill. She had been given the free panty coupon and was charged for it. After 2 weeks we came back to the store as customer service had spoken to us on the phone to go back to the store and request a refund. However, one lady at the counter was really disrespectful on the matter and didn’t take the time to resolve it. Why are these coupons given ? If in the end we are been charged for it. This is very disappointing for the company and the worker in the store.

Meia Harris: The sweetest staff! All the girls are absolutely lovely. The store is organized despite them having a huge selection of products. The absolute only reason I docked a star is because they forgot to take a sensor off my pajama shorts. It was pretty humiliating going into another store only to set the security alarm off and them ask for my bag. I had to go back down to VS and get the sensor removed. It was so embarrassing going back into the store whose alarm I had set off. I felt like a thief.

It was a little busy but I didn’t feel rushed at all when it came to suggestions. When I was shopping on my own I still was able to ask questions and either one of them would help immediately! She nailed my true cup size just by looking at me and they are different sizes. She helped me figure out the best bras for my pandemic body and got me out of sports bras.
