Spiral Tote: This airline get’s this star rating for the fact that this lady never never put her purse or bag under her seat the entire flight and the airline attendant never said a word to her. As soon as my Louis Vuitton was from under my seat by my right leg, the airline attendant had something to stay. Take a look at the pics, and decide for yourself. Other than that my flight was fine.

Patrick Armstrong: An exceptional club given the small footprint that United has at DCA. Fantastic view of runways 01-19 & 33-15 plus the Potomac w/ Capital and Washington Monument. Phone rooms for privacy, vintage main area with rotunda configuration. If you have more than a few mins to consume then this club is certainly worth the price of admission.

Bernie Deysson: Nicest united club I've been to amoung every major U.S. airport. Food and snack section better than all IAD clubs. Why are all IAD clubs always out of food? Is it poor United club management or is Sudexo failing? EWR, ORD, LAX and others seems do keep food stocked. The last photo is of United IAD C17 club. As pictured, this is how IAD club locations look on a routine basis and I fly weekly.

G S (2harriedma): Food is meh. More so since Covid which made per-packaging necessary.But quite convenient to the gate and good place to hangout especially if your flight is delayed.

Kristi Pearce: Super clean and not crowded. Good selection for breakfast foods, comfy chairs and good wifi. And the staff was very friendly. Not a lot of mask wearers, but everyone was pretty spread out.

Perks Advisor: I normally do not review airline clubs but United’s at DCA is unique. It has a retro theme and offers sweeping views of the airport and side views of Washington DC. My visits have been a quiet respite which is not what I can say about many Clubs so this is a plus. The food is standard fare but at least they offer some healthy snacks.

Kenneth Wyllie: A fairly small lounge with limited food options. Friendly staff.

Louie Armstrong: Got 2 passes w/ my United CC. Cool LA-modern 50s-60s deco look. They had salad/veggies, spreads and crackers, and many options for mini cheescakes. Good views of the planes and Wash. Monument

Eric Rubio: Food was a little lackluster — there are Covid-safe ways to provide a bit more substance — but location was great, atmosphere was quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful

Sean McElroy: Nice United Club at DCA. Recently remodeled. Updated food service. Free wifi, newspapers and magazines. Staff can help with travel issues on United. Full service bar. Printing and private spaces for working.

Bob Erickson: Nice art deco decor. Bartenders are friendly and make strong drinks. Never crowded and there are plenty of seats. Same snacks as other United Clubs.

Justin Arvon: United Airlines flight from Athens, GR to Washington Dulles on 6/15 featured a couple of staff member on the plane with poor attitudes. I saw their interactions with others, just disinterested and annoyed. United also allowed us to carry on liquids that were purchased in the airport in Greece, however on return to United States, did not tell us we couldn’t take it back through TSA checkpoint upon arrival and so we were out $50 of olive oils and honey we purchased as gifts in Athens, GR at the airport. We were also very late on arrival and were forced to run to our next flight. They didn’t mention it was delayed until we had already sprinted to the gate. They changed the flight status 5 minutes AFTER it was supposed to leave, forcing many people to run to the gate only to find out that we had plenty of time. I honestly have had very few good experiences with United.

Miles Miller: Absolutely atrocious airline. Flight “delayed” 13 hrs by weather so they don’t have to issue hotel vouchers. No help on rescheduling. No help on rebooking. No help lost booking because of delays. DO NOT BOOK WITH UNITED AIRLINES IF YOU VALUE SERVICE. Utterly ridiculous company that does not care in the slightest about its customers. You will be sorry if you have an issue. Lost $500 out of my own pocket because of their delays and no one (2 gate agents and 3 people on the phone) cared to help. Will never book from them again. Ever.

Jeremy Weidman: During my first flight from Jacksonville,FL to Washington, DC there were no issues with the mask I wore. As soon as I boarded the plane in Washington,DC I was forced with a mask by the air line attendant. Stating my mask couldn't be worn because it's cloth mean while half the passengers on the plane are wearing a cloth mask. The male flight attendant I feel as he seeked me out personally because of the fact it was an American flag design not the fact of it being cloth. I will be pursuing this.....

Captain Barbarossa: you should replace your company name with "flying coffin airlines". Nevermind leg room, there is no breathing room. There is more room on my child's car seat than seats in your planes. You need to drug your clients up, so they can just pass out instead of trying to survive in these inhumane flying coffins. I will never fly with you again.

Travis Vest: So far we have had nothing but horrible experiences with this airline. Multiple missed flights due to their poor and slow customer service, very rude staff in the IAH in Houston at the check in stations, and missed flights due to them boarding people without covid results. On top of all of that, it's confusing getting to your proper flight, especially when they change your flight without telling you until it's close to time to board. I definitely suggest never using this service, they are cheaper for a reason.

Rich S: Fly tomorrow morning from BWI to Honolulu. I got a notification on my United APP that I could check in now and check my bags. Normally I would not do this since I live 60 miles from the airport but since I am staying in a hotel 3 minutes away I decided to check in early. Took a $15 LYFT ride to the airport only to be told by the desk clerk Unitrd does not do that. I showed her my United APP that stated, "Check in your baggage now" only to be told again, sorry, United does not do that. Then why do i get notifications in my United APP to check my luggage now?

Christina Reeder: BWI Counter service is subpar. Husband was leaving on an extended trip. We were told because we are retirees and not active duty they would not issue Family gate passes so we could see him off. They are the only airline who will not do this. Supervisor was extremely rude. Unwilling to even continue a conversation with us. The assistant supervisor refused to speak to us due to the fact that the first supervisor said no. I am completely dissatisfied with the level of care that this airport allows employees to show members of the United States military. It’s very very sad that the counter service is so subpar. Completely dissatisfied and will not be traveling via United airlines again.

Regina Alvarez: I love flying United when I have to go budget, they have bigger seats that actually recline and offer a beverage and pretzels or biscotti and the flight attendants are so much nicer than Spirit or Frontier!! I know this all sounds like small upgrades, but when you can't afford a better seat, at least United doesn't treat you like cattle on a flying Bus as the other airlines do!! A lot of us have to fly budget, and appreciate the small things that use to be standard like recliner seats! United also has WiFi for purchase and charging stations at each seat! Even the "cheap" seats!! I always choose United when they fly where I need to go! Mostly Chicago and NYC, but this was my first trip to Baltimore and I enjoyed their in flight and on the ground service! Nice people!

Sam Walters: My trip from Hawaii was awful. On both flights the air stewardess was incredibly stingy when giving me water. I don't understand this. If there's a concern you're going to run out, BRING MORE WATER! When I called United customer service in between flights I was on hold for at least an hour and while the employee I finally talked to was helpful, he barely spoke English. The plane landed twenty minutes late, which happens. But we had to wait in our seats, unable to use the bathroom for another twenty before we could get off while the luggage was being unloaded because of something about a weight imbalance. Apparently the plane was at risk for tipping back... That sounds like a serious design flaw!!! I will give it some serious thought before ever flying United again.

Isabelle: The workers here are completely disrespectful towards active military and their dependents. Absolutely awful experience. I will never travel United again and I will encourage my fellow troops to do the same. Shame on United for letting people like this work here.

Dr. G P: Went here to renew my passport. The staff were so professional, kind and considerate. I felt very comfortable in seeing how they take care of elderly ones who sought assistance in their services. Felt proud of being a Filipino and at least felt at home to be in the Philippines even for a few moment.

Kristina. Lumapas: I don’t know when they have transferred but the office is not at 1600, it’s at 1617, just across the former. Got there at 8:40 am and was 2nd in the line. The employees arrived at exactly 9 am and they opened and let us in. The process was fast and smooth as I was the first one for dual citizenship. The clerks were friendly and gave clear instructions. There were only 5 of them attending to us because of Omicron variant surge. Our oath taking was scheduled at 1:30 pm that same day but because they were waiting for us to be complete, it started 1 hour late. It was fast and all questions raised were answered. Overall it was a good experience, place was clean, masks were mandated and 6 feet apart was implemented. The only downside was scheduling, it took me 2 months to get a slot. So to everyone trying to get a dual citizenship schedule, try on the 15th day of the month, that’s when they’ll open slots.

Nixxiii S: This is my first time renewing my Phil passport in the US and I am VERY impressed. I live in Japan for years and their Phil Consulate there is extremely embarrassing. At first I was nervous because I thought it would be the same here in the US but I was wrong. The appointment system can be frustrating but after that, everything went smooth. Their very professional, humble and extremely accommodating to my SO. I really appreciate your consideration with my case and took me in even I failed to confirm my appointment. You have no idea how much you’ve helped me. Kudos to your team!! God bless y’all.

Canola F: I am so disappointed with the Global online appointment system. I tried to book my passport renewal for several weeks but it always say fully booked. Then one day morning I was able to see available slot and booked it for 2PM. I was so happy I got the appointment eventually. But then when I get to the embassy my name was not listed there. The lady in the front desk asked if I received confirmation email of the appointment but I never received one, not even in my spam email. She said that if I don't receive confirmation email I will be considered a walk-in and there is no guarantee that I can be accommodated that day. This is not explained on the website. The system allowed me to book online. If they couldn't accommodate me the system should have not allowed the booking for me. Why do I need confirmation for that? This is really frustrating. Philippine embassy please do something to improve the appointment system. Don't make it hard and confusing for Filipinos to make the appointment.

Marilyn Bradley: The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and allowed me to photocopy my documents on site for no cost. Be sure to bring a pre-paid US priority mail envelope for each passport. There are only 2-3 parking spaces on the street in front embassy annex building where processing of passport occur. Plan on 2-3 hours to complete the passport transaction. We used the spot hero app to find parking for $13 nearby.

Sheila: The services has improved, organized, and polite staff. My appointment for passport renewal was at 10am and I was done before 11am. I like how efficient they are now compared to coming in 2018 and spent the whole day.

Rian C: We usually renew our passports at LA/NYC, but since this pandemic started we have been redirected to consulates in the southeast US. For renewals, you HAVE to set up an appointment online via QLess. I won’t repeat what others said, but it really is a terrible way to get your appointment. I had to check daily (for weeks) early in the morning to see if a slot opens up or becomes available. I guess the only good thing about this is that you won’t have to wait in line for too long outside under the sun. Not sure about commuting, but we were able to walk to it since it was only a few blocks away, parking may be an issue too so plan ahead. Make sure to have all requirements ready, have originals and photocopies (they have photocopiers on site too), cash for the renewal fee etc. Weird thing was there was a renewal form online that I printed and filled up, but they still asked me to fill up a form on site. You have to at least get there an hour early just to let them know that you’re there because you won’t be able to get in, you just wait under the tree’s shade (no chairs) until you hear your name being called out. After all that, it goes on smoothly, it isn’t really crowded inside, it’s cool & clean, folks were really nice and accommodating. Estimated processing time was 4-6 weeks, we got ours in a month.

Amado Punto: Nag renew po Mrs ko at this embassy last March 2022 ng passport, smooth, easy and all staffs are Very professional.. all of them. Keep up the good work.Maybe not needed but I recommend having an ATM machine inside or accept payments with cards.

Maria Mann: It's clean and the staff here are friendly & accomodating. You can feel the Filipino vibe the moment you enter the building. Passport renewal is at 1617 not 1600.

Monique Queen Bartonico: It was a very good experience for me. Ang receptionist (Paula), was super helpful and approachable. Mabilis po transaction if complete documents mo and organize ka. Tip po, be there 30 min before your appointment para mas mabilis. First-camp-first-serve basis sila! Make sure na complete na yung fi-fill upan nyo. They will not help you with your application form since they’re busy with their job, especially po sa mga Nanay, Tatay, Lola, and Lolo natin. Bring extra copies, just in case. And bring original copies too, don’t worry they will ship it back to you. I can give 5 Star Review, yet one thing I didn’t like is maraming questions just for renewing… and some cases are controversial and personal. Again, in general it was a great experience! Keep it up 👍🏻

Katie Rogers: This post office does not even deserve 1 star for its customer service. I had a package being shipped to a friend in the area that was never delivered. I filed a claim and a representative from this post office called named, Cerita Busch. When I tried to call the post office back, no one answered the post office phone for several days. When I finally got a hold of her after calling 5 times that day. She was very unprofessional and rude on the phone. She was unable to provide me any advice on how to locate this package that was never delivered. The only advice she could give was to call the 600 Pennsylvania Ave post office to see if it is there. Again, no one from the post office is answering the phone and she could not connect me directly with anyone from this post office. I do not know how the post office can get away with the very unprofessional employees that are hired to work there and that do not seem to care at all about providing at least adequate postal service to the surrounding area. I often wonder where all these missing packages disappear too.

Tyler GeeOmi: They need to change the hours. I got here at 1:15pm and it was closed. Even on the outside of the building it says it closes at 2pm. There were at least 4 people who showed up to see if it was open. Ridiculous.

Erica Mckenney: I had a great experience with the people in the passport office when I went to get a renewal. They explained the process well and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They lady was also nice when I mailed my package.

Princess White: I don’t know what’s going on with this postal office but it’s no reason why I live in another state and still waiting on my package to be delivered. I ses a lot of people complaining about this postal office not delivering packages on time. My package was delivered a week ago. It now says that it’ was suppose to be delivered on March 28, 2022 I still have yet to receive my package. I just got a Alert that my package is being held at this Facility. People spend they hard earn money on packages to be delivered and you have people working here stealing this place needs to be reported and I will be making reports and going to the higher power about mines.

Katherine T. Bates: This location of USPS is the worst! Terrible Customer Service (there are a few exceptions when clerks are polite, knowledgeable & helpful) ...how does The Main P.O. in DC Not have a roll of stamps? I have stopped coming to this P.O. & now go out of my way to go to the P.O. on Kenilworth Avenue...the parking is hassle free..the wait in line is reasonable...the clerks are knowledgeable, friendly & always have supplies I need.. i.e. A Roll of Sttamps!! Please do better DC Main Post Office..your representation matters!

Ever Elizondo: The person who is in the passport area! does not attend well, gives the wrong information and is very rude when speaking! They should move her to another area. I have wasted my time going and not being able to get my daughter's passport because she does not do her job well!!

Kellyse Hood: I’m only leaving this review for MERCEDES! She had the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE OFFICE. I had the opposite experience with WILL. I feel that this employee makes customers feel belittled and demeaned. He isn’t very helpful and while I was there a few people in line actually waited on Mercedes to finish a customer rather than going to him. Overall, this isn’t the most efficient office, but there are peope like Mercedes that makes it a decent enough office to ship things from.

lex symone: y'all any bad reviews that you see on this page about this location IS TRUE. my package has been sitting in their facility for over 6 days now. very very sad, they sent it out, then my package came back to the facility that same day & its been sitting ever since. these workers are clearly lazy, don't do their jobs or most likely stealing packages & lying like their lost. if you order something pay more for express shipping so your things can be shipped w/ UPS or Fedex. Tucker Gallagher: I go to this branch often because it is convenient. I am always in shock when I go to another branch to see how postal service should be. It is consistently a painful experience. The staff are rude, slow and ignorant. They epitomize lazy civil servants. There is rarely more that one person on duty. They go out of their way to go as slowly as possible.

Morgan Walker: Very rude, I was cursed out by a customer service rep, was told to go to “UPS” because I had to many boxes. I been calling to speak with a manager, they don’t answer the phone. Terrible experience.

Bill Sewell: I sent a 2 day priority package to my daughter in Washington DC 8 days ago. The package is just sitting now at the Washington DC distribution center, hanging out, having a great time with all the other packages. No working phone number, so no customer service. Never making this mistake again.
