Roy Hopson: I ordered the fish taco's. They tasted pretty good. The waitress wasn't attentive to our table at all. We were required to give her a 18% tip, per Covid-19 surcharges added to our bill. I didn't agree with that considering she was not a good server. Note: I didn't complain but I will not return. Peace,

B Ives: Had the most bizarre experience here today- asked an employee to unlock the dressing room so I could try on clothes, and they told me the employee who handles the dressing rooms wasn’t there, might show up at some point if I wanted to wait. That they weren’t “staffed” to “do” dressing rooms despite having multiple staff members standing around the door chatting, and that no one could try on clothes. Went down a couple stores to the Nike, which had a much better selection, very helpful staff, and ample dressing rooms.

Curtis Watts: Nice sale but the only thing left in men's sizes were medium and small. The only XXL sizes weren't on sale

Mark Cowman: I came all the way out here to get some stuff but they didn't have it in my size so I didn't want to buy it without trying them it on and the dressing rooms are closed. I realize it's Covid and the store can just say that it's customer safety but if the other places in the mall can do it? Can we get some consistency on the issue? As a bigger guy it's tough to buy something without getting to try it on so it was kind of a wasted hour on the metro and bus.

Fox: Good brand, awful store. Not allowed to use the dressing room because they “are understaffed.” Seriously?!

Tina: Closed the fitting rooms because “many people are on break”. Told us to just buy without trying the pants on. Sounded like a bad joke.

Wow but they knocked it out of the park when it came to shopping for the perfect birthday presents! Awesome store and even more exceptional staff! We will be back!

Tino M-Ze: Great customer service. Found exactly what I have been looking for a backpack that opens like a suitcase. It was a Project Rock backpack but the employee was honest and told me that given my petite height that the backpack was too big for me and did not look good. Usually some associates will have you buy whatever just to make a sale but he was honest. I felt bad to just leave empty handed so I ended buying a water bottle and an under amour mask. However, I was not happy with being followed by a tall African American male employee throughout the store and I am African female and I was willing to pay $130 for a backpack so I knew I could afford it.

Bri “The Mezzo Maven” Cooper: The sales reps could not be nicer and more respectful! I went to the store with my teen daughter to look for sports bras. She was embarrassed because we had a question about the bras and the only reps available were guys! They were such gentlemen and they made it seem like it was no big deal! After 20 minutes in the store my daughter asked one if they had a selection she liked in her size. They said let me see if it is in another section. He found it! To all the parents raising such nice respectful young men THANK YOU!

Robert Steven Silverstein: I went to this store at 6pm. There were two sales clerks and four customers in the store. The two employees were both on their cell phones totally ignoring the customers. Horrible experience. Will never go back.

Sharath Pendyala: Good selection of athletic wear made of premium fabric. Their summer and winter sweatshirts are excellent. While stuff here is slightly expensive, the quality is excellent, and so is the functionality. The staff is generally very helpful, and try their best to find what you're looking for.

Erik M Hicks: The UA Brand House in Montgomery Mall is a nice place to pick up what you need when you are looking for UA gear. This location is my second location when I'm on this side of town. They always have the up to date releases and have a lot to chose from throughout the store. My visit was during the Christmas rush and they had extra staff to help you with your purchase. The manager on duty this day was seen working the crowd and offering her assistance with your shopping. The store was full of product and had all the new gear shown online and commercials ready for purchase. Being a UA fan it's nice to have a secondary location to grab your gear.

Carren Chisholm: Great experience as always... this is my GO TO store... I wear nothing but Under Armour for my workout gear, especially PROJECT ROCK line. Ms. Devaughhi(Dee) is exceptional and is my favorite sales person, great personality.

Shay Jay: My son like the clothing in this store, unfortunately for myself every time I visit I have the hardest time finding things he would like in his size (small) and that fits his color scheme (black or grey). I found him one tshirt in his size today.

Dori Bundy: I was in a desired need of active wear and knew exactly what I wanted. I went to this location and before I entered the store I checked the time. As soon as I hit the lease line the employee looked at me and my friend and said we close at 7 and then proceeded to continue her conversation with the security guard. I currently work in the mall and never had that experience before at Underarmour. Even if it's 10 minutes before closing they at least say hi how are you just to let you know we close in 10 minutes but that is not the interaction that I received today. It really made me not want to spend money at this location and to take my business to the next closet location.

Carlos Taylor: Nice store. Organized. They had my shoe size, but volunteered to go in the back if I did not see my size.Some sale items and they give a 10% military and first responders, so that's nice

Brytne Rogers: Horrible customer service. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted I came in about 10 minutes before 7. I walked in and the first thing that was said to me was “we close at seven” with an attitude. She didn’t even say hello how are you. I’m not giving my money to service like that.

UC H: 6 employees standing around or working in slow motion. None of them are approaching you even if you are obviously trying to find something. Also there is no changing room.

Fred theflo Oliver: So over priced. When Under Armour first started out they were hungry and reasonable. Now they are fat, full, satiated and out of their minds. It is an Outlet Mall not a boutique.

Brooke Powell: My family and I came in the store today. The shopping experience was fine. My children picked out their clothes and we went up to the register. The black gentleman working the left register sighed as we walked up to his register. Never made eye contact and was very unfriendly. The two shirts I bought my son were suppose to be 2/20 when I got home I realized one rang up full price where as the other one rang up just half off. So that's annoying. On top of the bad customer service. Very disappointing.

B B: Came here to find some workout clothes for my son. They had great sales as they usually do, the store was well kept and the employees were actually working as opposed to talking or on their phones. Steve helped us at the register and gladly gave us our military discount. He was really friendly and welcoming. He shared where he is from originally and that he is new to this store location. Will definitely be back to this location.

Steve Capo: Every so often, you can get really good deal at the under Armour outlet. However, when shopping their check Amazon for the item you're buying. I found a jacket that was 120 down to 33. Great price but it's because under armor was discontinuing it. Amazon has the same for 30. So, it's good marketing but not always the cheapest.

John L: Really love visiting this place a couple times a year. Really great products and the racks are always full. Generally, the majority of racks have in house discount markings, plus they honor both Tanger coupons and military on top of the already fair price. .yes, they stack the discounts at the register. Great for back to school, golf, exercise, our just plain comfortable lounge-about-wear. I would suggest that this be the only place for one to buy UA products as these clothing items carry a very high markup everywhere else.

MIKIE CASTILLANO: Customer Service is Phenomenal !!!! I would like to give a huge Mahalo (thank you in Hawaiian) to the Store Manager Colleen and one of her Team Leads Jervin. They went above and beyond for me on the 25th of July in their store. UA is currently holding a BOGO 1/2 off on second pair of shoes. My size wasn’t available in the shoe I wanted in the store and Jervin was very helpful to tell me that it could be ordered for the sameprice online and shipped to me. I don’t live in PA and was visiting the state for a competition that weekend and needed it to be shipped to Hawaii because I was leaving the next day. After grabbing all my items we went to the front where Jervin was inputting my info onto their point of sale equipment when their equipment failed to purchase my item not once but twice. This is where colleen comes in and calls customer service. After an hour wait we finally got the item purchased and Colleen was so nice and awesome she offered to apply a store discount for my time and waiting. Everytime I come to Pittsburgh I always go into this store but now its more special and I’ll be back because the Customer Service is phenomenal!!! Erin Cochran: It was my first time there, and was hoping to try on the shoes pictured below. I did try on some that were similar and they felt good. And the guy that helped me was very informative and helpful about the shoe I was wanting. He had me try on the same type of shoe that was a bit different. Unfortunately for me, when I did receive my shoes as much as I love them they really hurt the heels of my feet. Hopefully they will stretch out eventually or I can just wear a few pairs of socks.

When I paid for my things, as I was already out of line and walking away, another sales clerck told the fellow, who was taking care of another customer, the tops were on a special sale. They both looked my way then started to debate. Neither one offered to help fix my purchase or the same shirt. The lines were horrible and I did not want to argue over prices. Still one of them could have offered some type of words : maybe you item is or is not on that sale, let us see if you item was for sale. Something! I'm disappointed 😞

Rebecca Soltas: Disappointed in the "one" rack you have for plus size in store vs the entire layout of your store. I was extremely disappointed when the associate pointed to the rack in the middle of the store when I asked what section was your plus size in. My sizing is different no matter what store I go too so going into the store to shop is really my only option. I left the store uncomfortable and with nothing. If your store can't cater to plus side within the store with more options/a bigger section then I'll find somewhere else to shop.

Grandad's life hacks: Really good experience. I believe Under Armour has the best apparel of any other sportswear company. The store is well organized and everything is folded neatly. It was so easy to get a dressing room; I did not have to track someone down to open a dressing room. Plenty of cashiers open, so checking out was quick. Seeing the 2020 Olympics, it appears that all of the top runners wore Nike shoes; I hope that Under Armour is able to get shoes on more top runners.

Awesim 7: Worst UA store, the cashier (Shaun) is shouting on customers, and chooses who to serve and who to ignor! extremely rude and unprofessional! Moreover, there is no signs or arrows to identify the path for the line, its simply chaos. Don't be surprised if you're waiting but they choose to serve someone who came after you instead of you.

Melanie Pageler: Our female cashier in the Under Armour Outlet store in Leesburg was unfriendly and seemed listless. We asked for discount because the prices in this outlet store were higher than on the official Under Armour website. She told us that she can't give us any discount because of the offer "buy one get 50% of the second". But this was only for 2 packs of 6" Tech BoxerJock, which were declared with 35,00 $ for the first and 26,97 $ (13,49 $ after 50% discount) for the second. Both are the same. So why is one more expensive than the other one? We only saw the different prices on the invoice. Otherwise we didn't bought them. Nevertheless if we had purchased all items online through the Under Armour Website we had saved 34,48 $. That's a shame for an outlet store and it was my first and last visit here! I took the trouble and compared all the items, which we bought, in store and online. 1. UA Tech 6" 2 Pack black in store: 35,00 $ online: 20,00 $ 2. UA Tech 6" 2 Pack black in store: 13,48 $ (after 50 % off) online: 20,00 $ 3. UA Links Shorty 4" black in store: 59,99 $ online: 41,99 $ 4.UA Stretch Train Camo in store: 31,99 $ online: 23,99 $ My conclusion: Compare prices everywhere, no matter how good the offer seems!

Mona Sebahi: Walked in the store & was greeted by a young man, he was very kind & made sure we knew the promotion for the store. This store is pretty big & has its own youth section. As I was buying for my kids an employee checked up on me & I was sort of confused on the sizes. She explained it to me very clearly with a lot of patience. She was very professional and clearly knew how to talk to customers & her knowledge of the product was noticeable. I was so pleased by her and how she helped me as she did with other customers in her section. I just had to ask for her name & I made sure to tell her manager. Nicole you ROCK! Stella Nhambio: They always have great offers. The staff is...well some of them talk without a break on the registry which makes them miss that they scan stuff wrong, so you kinda have to pay even more attention to the registry than usual. It's kinda annoying. Also they price the same item different. It happened to me - they gave me the lower price but as I went there few days later I looked at the shirts and still - 4 shirts of the same design - 4 different prices. I mean come on guys....

Runit 4me: I was there to shop sneakers for my kid. We found her size but seemed a bit worn out so I asked a floor representative to please get me a brand new pair from the back because the one they had on the shelves were worn by many. So he went in the back after about to minutes came back and handed me the same exact one stating "here you go, new ones". I asked him, oh you got us new pair? He said "yes". My point is, he didn't have to lie, he could've simply said, I looked in the back but seems these are the only pair in this size. I would have been perfectly fine with that. I didn't like the fact that I was deceived. Bad business practice!

Alexander Pierce: All these companies are all about selling you merchandise just the other day I ordered a big order and of course they promises quick delivery just so you will complete the order as I did .. So this morning I checked the status dates Surprise all the dates have changed.. so I called customer service what a joke there respond was that the delivery company has a glitch in their software coursing a delay .. Never did he say that they would try to get my order delivered faster.. We are at the mercy of these people expert tease witch is your stuff will be delivered when it hits your door steps.. End of story

Stephanie Mccarty: Ordered a pair of shoes for women they advertised on their website for $34.99. I should have know that price was to good to be true. I waited over a week to get them and when I did they were the wrong color and they were a size 9 and a half in men's. So they were mens shoes, not womens. For the first time buying from under armour they should not have disappointed or get the order wrong all together. Thanks to zappos I got the right shoes the first time and I'm a new customer.

Jane L: This is kind of a boutique-sized version of an Under Armour store. The only reason I go here is to find Baltimore branded stuff that's only available at this store. Otherwise everything is regular price which is pretty expensive. I find the sizing kind of strange--sometimes an XS is too small and sometimes it's too large... It's never quite perfect for me, but I like to support them bc they are a Maryland based brand.

S B: My experience at this location was horrible condescending, fraudulent offensive and discriminatory. I made an online purchase Monday August 9, 2021. I went into The store Wednesday, August 11, 2021 to return or exchange my merchandise. I was first asked who made the purchases Even though I presented a receipt. The female sale representative looked at two merchandise throughout the store. & then proceeded to tell me there’s nothing in my size. Therefore I was forced to find my own merchandise. After my transaction was completed. I noticed the price of my merchandise were increased. The sales representative and the store manager both conspired to charge me extra on an even exchange. When I brought the transaction to the manager attention he wasn’t apologetic. Contrary to that, the Manager gave me a furious look while refunding me for the additional charges. When I asked for the manager name, no one was forthcoming with the information. I guess this location is for the bourgeoisie , or maybe this is a common practice used on customers.This doesn’t look good for under armor, especially during a racial climate.

William Stokes: Located on Baltimore's Harbor East, this Headquarter's store is an standout! They have the most tempting window display along the promenade and the customer service experience inside outdoes this display. Be prepared to become overwhelmed by the selection and quality of the sporting goods on display. A must see and you will likely leave with more than you expect and pay much less than you expect as well.

Dereck hall: Nice place, better prices than I anticipated. The armed swat team members hanging out as security were a little odd but otherwise good.

Diana Needle: I just love this brand to wear in my workouts and this store at Annapolis mall has a wonderful staff, always trying to help me! Another thing that I love to buy at UA is the fact they also has 20% OFF FOR MILITARY, FIRST RESPONDERS, HEALTHCARE WORKERS & TEACHERS! For sure need to show your ID! UA really honors those who served this country! I was looking for a sports bras, and I found! I was very happy with my purchase!

Ernest Freeland: From our initial phone call to leaving a great all around experience! The phone call was welcoming and cheerful. Eric was very helpful and the Manager was great to talk to and answered all our questions. Loved the show of support of the local high schools, Navy, UMD and the other pro teams Under Armour supports. Overall a great vibe in the store.

May Sefik: Snarky staff. It was my first visit to this mall, and unfamiliar with how early this Under Armour closes, I walked in thinking they weren’t near closing because the security gates hadn’t been slightly pulled down yet, which usually signifies a soon-too-close store. The staff constantly monitored me, made passive aggressive comments, and immediately turned down any opportunity to assist me even though I was kind the whole time. It wasn’t until I asked why a gadget they had in-store didn’t work to which they taunted me with “it only works when we’re not closed.” So when I finally found out, I immediately made my purchase. And right before I left, I noticed a staff member itching by the exit, and sure enough— the millisecond I walked out, they pulled the gate down and ignored me. Staff needs to learn to announce 5-10 minutes before closing that customers need to make their final selections instead of immaturely “hinting.”

Jordan Lawson: Very poor quality of employees, I was looking at there shoe selection and had to hunt down an employee that would help me. Once I found an employee to help I asked about a pair of shoes and they went and looked to see if they had it and came back and informed me they did not have it and then immediately walked away. They didn’t bother to ask if I had any other questions or if I was interested in any other shoes. Very bad service

Wez So_N_So: A good store, but they don’t really have all that much of a selection anymore, they used to have way more.

James Rocca: Good store, good employees. Just don’t use the customs design machine it messes up completely. Didn’t get my name or the colors right in the system and got stuck with a mask that was way off from what the tablet said it would look like. At least I got a decent discount tho....
