Kitty Adair: My boyfriend and I came in last week and bought two pairs of sunglasses. The associate (Lexi I think) and the manager were great and suggested great options that we didn’t even see on our own. I work in retail as well and really appreciate great customer service

Larissa dos Santos Silverman: I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses for my husband 2 months ago and the screws of the lenses came off. We came to the store and we talked to the manager - who had never mentioned his name. Besides, he treated us bad and he never apologized for the “inconvenience”. It was $300 pair and we definitely shouldn’t be treated like the way he did. He also gave us a phone number to call the customer service and it was wrong. They have the worst service at this store ever. Trust me.
Ronnie Reyez: Got 2 pairs in the price of 2. I was lucky to come when they had that special sale, and suggest you all check if planning to buy glasses when they have a special sell. They have a policy of only selling the case of the company you purchased the glasses from. The problem was that the case was ugly. I purchased a new case through E bay. Nice store and prices are very good.
Julina Hauser: I was convinced by the store manager to buy a $245 pair of Maui Jim sunglasses because the warranty covers breaks and scratches. This was Absolutely incorrect! I just called to have the lens fixed due to a nasty scratch and Maui Jim informed me that they notified "Sunglass Hut Corporate years ago that the warranty policy has changed to only cover factory defects." This is extremely frustrating that a company could make such a lazy effort to stay informed of the products they sell and continue to falsely advertise those product in order to increase their sales. Of course no one will own up to their error and insist I have no other option than to pay $88 to replace the lenses. I will never shop at Sunglass Hut again!
Sahed Khan: The Rayban sunglass that I was looking for was out from many location. Since I was travelling to DC, I called and Cory inform me that she is holding it for me. When I got there I was pleased to meet Cory and her service was beyond my expectation. She is courteous and friendly. She made sure we were happy with our purchase. Everyone seemed nice in this location and want to help you. They all greeted coming in and leaving. So we left with very good impression. CORY you were wonderful and most of all you were soo patience with us. Your store is wonderful and you keep it very well. Thank you.
J Courtney: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, not pushy at all. A friend and I went in to have a pair of my Diors fixed and ended up buying new glasses as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and personable I strongly recommend this location.

Juan H: Upon entering the main level store we were not greeted by a salesperson. Instead, the gentleman just stared at us and never engaged along with the security guard. My friend realized there were additional styles in the drawer so he opened the drawer to try on other glasses. The security guard aggressively shoved the drawer shut as if we were children. I strongly believe we were being racially profiled. We are all VERY successful with the financial means to purchase WHATEVER we want in that mall and I mean WHATEVER! It is ridiculous for innocent people to be treated as criminals. Our only intention was to make an honest purchase. It’s disgraceful and I don’t recommend people of color ESPECIALLY BLACK MEN.. SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! (This happened 12/18/2021 @ approx 6:40)
