Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery: what do users think?

mikki freidkin: Excellent experience. I’ve been working on building a home and I have found Ferguson to have an exceptional selection at fair prices. Their entire staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had Andrew Thompson helping me most frequently. He has the patience of a saint and works hard to get me the best item for my lifestyle. He also has never forgotten to take advantage of promotions that can save me money. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Response: Mikki, thank you for the 5-star review of our Washington Showroom. We are pleased to hear Andrew and the entire staff provided you with helpful and knowledgeable customer service throughout the process of building a home. While we agree 10-stars would be great, Google won't let us go that far beyond, but we'll continue providing 10-star service. Until next time.

Charrese Edwards: I took the time to go into the Fergusons over on Wisconsin where I met with one of the sales people named Tempe. I spent a couple of hours in there looking for several items and making selections, Tempe said she would get back to me by the next day at the latest with some quotes. I did not hear from her so I followed up a few days later with an email, she didn’t respond so I called and left a message, she didn’t respond so I called and spoke to somebody else and she said that she would get Tempe to respond and she still never did. Not exactly what I call good customer service. I drove all the way out to the Rockville store and met with the sales person there, Dixon, and had a fantastic experience. Ferguson should be happy that I just didn’t decide to go somewhere else completely based on the extremely poor service that I got from the Wisconsin Ave store.
Response: Charrese, thank you for sharing your experience with us, and thank you for your dedication to Ferguson. We apologize that your first experience didn't accurately display our commitment to customer service. It is always our hopes that each and every person entering the showroom has a positive experience and leaves feeling satisfied, with no questions left unanswered. I'd like the opportunity to discuss your experience with us at the Wisconsin Ave showroom and rectify it. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience at (202)-567-5656 or Megan.Gillis@ferguson.com - Megan Gillis, Showroom Manager

Selena Belluscio: I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tayler Bordes. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only is she pleasant, courteous and professional but she knows her stuff and we appreciated her input on selections for our new home. We will not hesitate to contact Tayler Bordes for anything we can purchase through Ferguson. I look forward to working with her again.
Response: Thank you for writing a positive review of our Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Washington, D.C. We're glad to hear Tayler provided you with excellent customer service that was above and beyond expectations. Thank you for your business and we hope to see you in-store again soon.

Meredith Cross: Keni Jones has helped me on two visits, and she is remarkable. The first time a couple weeks ago I went in to look at new refrigerators because mine (purchased by my builder at another dealer about 8 months ago) was requiring too many repairs. She offered to help me find out how to get it replaced by the dealer for free. That is now happening. Saving $12,000. She didn’t need to help me. She just seems to want to help. Today I went to replace some lights. They have a beautiful selection. I bought a lot of light fixtures with help from Tayler Bordes at the same store in the Fall of 2018. She was fantastically helpful and the lights are great. Today I was there shortly before closing with no appointment. Keni Jones helped me order what I wanted and gave me great advice. I’m a huge fan of Ferguson’s and so glad they opened near DC Chevy Chase!
Response: Hi Meredith - Thank you for sharing your world-class experience when working with our Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in D.C. We're glad to hear that Keni was able to get your refrigerator replaced by the dealer at no cost to you. We also enjoyed hearing how Tayler helped you select new light fixtures. We'll be sure to share your positive feedback with Keni, Tayler and the team in D.C. Thank you for your business!

Tamar Khachaturian: Tayler Bordes is the ultimate professional! She is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of products and is also very helpful, for example with researching items specific to her clients’ needs. She is professional and courteous and prompt and pleasant and anyone would be so lucky to have the privilege of working with her!
Response: We appreciate your positive comments, Tamar! Thank you for your business and we will recognize Tayler and the team in Washington D.C. who contributed to your wonderful experience.

Jennifer Golden: EDIT/UPDATE: Upped stars to 3 from 1 but can't go higher until I actually experience their services. After the store replied to my review on here and asked that I email them, I did. The manager of the store showed great concern over my experience and seemed quite sincere. Also, many, many, many neighbors on nextdoor dot com voiced their opinions that what I experienced was absolutely not the norm for them. Given most people love to complain and less to praise...having so many take the time to voice praise - I suspect this experience was a fluke. Beautiful showroom, limited refrigerators to look at Totally ignored. I'm in the market for high end refrigerators. Spent a lot of time hovering around the subzero and Gaggenau appliances and was completely ignored. Even asked the front reception when I arrived where the refrigerators are. No even said hi, we'll be right with you. I'll spend my $30k elsewhere, they clearly don't need my business and I'm certainly not going to beg to give it to them.
Response: Jennifer, thank you for providing us with your review and for complimenting our beautiful Showroom. We’re sorry to hear that you felt you were ignored though, customer service is at the forefront of our business and we strive for all our customers to have a 5-star experience. I would like to speak with you directly at your earliest opportunity to discuss how we could earn your business back. Megan Gillis, Branch Manager – Megan.Gillis@ferguson.com

Allyson Raabe: As far as I could tell, they have a limited selection, mostly priced at full retail, offer little if any valuable design advice, and do not install. I went primarily to look for a bathtub, as I'd really like to see a bathtub before buying it and assumed that a kitchen and bath "Gallery" would have many options, but I was wrong. My bathtub space is probably the most common size there is, but they had only a single option for that size. I have a clear idea of the design I want so really wasn't interested in design "advice," but what I overhead was pretty terrible. A couple was advised to choose a bathroom sink faucet first and then to pick everything else to match. Umm, so forget what kind of shower head you want and need (type, pressure, ahem, legal flow restrictions) and just pick it to match the vanity faucet? That seems crazy, backwards, and potentially code noncompliant. Plus, "matchy matchy" is not design in my opinion. They do have a number of faucet options and a trip there before buying something online would probably help you avoid some annoying online returns, but I think you could find most if not all of what they sell for less through a simple Google search. If you have no idea how to do a Google search or compare prices, then you are probably their ideal customer.
Response: Allyson, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's our hope that every customer has a positive experience in our showroom. That being said, I'd like the opportunity to rectify your experience. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience at (202)-567-5656 or Megan.Gillis@ferguson.com - Megan Gillis, Showroom Manager

mt mtm: Brienna Sawyer has very naturally become our main contact at Ferguson (Friendship Hgts, DC), and we consider ourselves most fortunate. Being in the midst of renovations, Brienna has been patient in listening to our needs and offering constructive solutions, including researching items that may work for us. She has not only been enthusiastic with helping us in the showroom but over the phone and via email as well. We are so appreciative of all of her kind and thorough assistance!
Response: Thank you for the great review of Brienna and our Washington DC location. We're happy to hear that you've enjoyed working with Brienna during your renovation. We look forward to continuing to assist you.

Hanna chakarji: Better prices than you would expect, I was looking for a light for my bathroom, one thatgoes on the wall. Found some beautiful chrome polished triple light. Was the same price as the junk on eBay. They did not have it in stock at Bethesda but they did have it in Richmond, I paid for it at around 3 PM and it was at my home the next day. Awesome place very high-quality items.
Response: Hanna, thank you for the 5-star review. We take pride in providing our customers with helpful, friendly, and accommodating service. We’re happy to hear that our team was able to track down the light you needed and get it to you promptly. We look forward to seeing you again.

S Wright: Our representative Keni Jones has provided us with outstanding customer service. She returns our calls immediately. She is always willing to research any product on our wish list, answers all questions and solve any problems we may have. Keni is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and has helped us reach important decisions regarding our extensive home renovation.
Response: Thanks for sharing about your world-class experience when visiting our Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in D.C. We love hearing that our product expert, Keni, assisted you in making important decisions related to your home renovation and provided outstanding customer service. We'll be sure to share your glowing review with Keni and the team in D.C. Thank you for your business!

KOHLER Signature Store by GROF USA: what do users think?

K.C Group: Great products, professionalism, attention to details and client. They are behind they products and you can count with the great technician to resolve any possible problem. We working with they products from long time ago and we highly recommend them to our clients.

David Pohly: Great service . Online delivery tracking was amazing arrived exactly when predicted! Driver loaned me a heavy duty hand truck.
Response: Thank you for your review and feedback, David. Our staff is always willing to lend a hand. How has your experience been with our products? We hope to see you again soon!

Elizabeth Chabra: When we initially contracted with the store and availed of their design team to design our bathroom all was well. The design was approved and the tiles ordered - the tiles took a while to arrive, which we were prepared for. On delivery, we noticed that all the tiles were not delivered and had the remainder delivered. Following the design we had the tiling completed, but found that almost half the tiles were left over. Sharing pictures of the bathroom with the Manager, we questioned as to why we had 10 boxes of tiles left over and why so much was ordered in the first place. They have no answers for us. The company continues to ignore our emails. We asked that the tiles be returned since we had no need for them and they were ordered by the store and not directly by us. No answer. Highly unprofessional.
Response: Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience with the wastage of the tiles ordered. (Industry recommended standards) We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our Designer. Nevertheless, I take this opportunity to clarify that in our terms and conditions it's specified that tiles are considered Special Order, hence they can't be returned, mainly special order tiles, like the ones ordered in this outstanding renovation project. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we apologize for any misunderstanding regarding your order. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Please, feel free to contact me to discuss any additional details of your project and provide all the support needed. Jose Ruiz Business Development Director

S AICH: My whole house has all Kohler products. One bathroom has have a purist shower system. The trim push-button diverter, which smoothly transitions water from the showerhead to a bath spout keeps falling down. I had a plumber fix it twice(cost me several $$) but it keeps falling off. This is a very expensive set but disappointed that the product performance is not up to par. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
Response: Hello, We would love to know more about your case. Could you please, contact us directly to 240-5342688 or info@grofusa.com. Please inform us where and when did you acquire the product and we kindly ask you to send us a short photo of the video. We will certainly be able to offer our support and expertise. Thanks for contacting The Bethesda Kohler Signature Store.

Socorrito Baez-Page: All calls are transferred to a black hole where you hear nothing but heavy breathing
Response: Dear Socorrito, We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are bothered when we don’t meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will take a look into this immediately and hope to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback, we will use this to make your future experience with us better.

Angelica Suarez: The showroom is amazing, especially due to their excellent staff, and many unique product's.It's also great to have everything in one location. I received everything on time!
Response: Thank you, Angelica! We loved having you and your family in our showroom!

José Francisco Ruiz Roscigno: GROF has highly trained Design Consultants willing to support you seven days a week, they have Design Programs for Homeowners and Trade partners and a very interesting rewards program. I particularly love the one stop shop concept that you find when visiting their store, where you will literally find the best products on the market in terms of design and quality with full guarantee. Excellent option for homeowners looking for a luxury experience and for designers, architects, builders and remodelers looking for positive and sustainable alliances.

Ingrid Jalali: Bethesda, Maryland location: The showroom is amazing, especially due to their excellent staff. Design Consultant: Amber Nelson has been wonderful. She has been very helpful, talented, and knowledgeable. Ms. Nelson has answered my questions even before I know what I need or want to know. She is very patient and understanding. It's also great to have everything in one location. I appreciate and love the Kohler/Grof approach.
Response: Hello Ingrid, Thank you for your review. We are happy that you are happy with your remodeling. We hope to see you soon. Best Regards, Kohler by GROF Team

Arthur James: What a pleasure to visit your shop for the first time and be helped by Alyssa Flores. She was great at explaining the delivery process for our small purchase because she checked the company inventory to let us know that one of the items won't be available until July. Her style of assistance is just not available from the 'big box' stores or from the other higher line stores like Ferg**. Sincerely, JAH

Victor Priego: All staff specially Alyssa Flores have been very helpful and respond promptly to questions. I highly recommend this team to anyone doing any remodeling at home or a new project. High quality products and high quality staff
Response: Hello Victor, Thank you for doing business with us. Hope to see you soon. Best Regards, Kohler by GROF Team

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?

Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.

Stuart Miles-McLean: I don't like all the self check out lines which are killing jobs. They did have things I was looking for in the wild bird and critter section, but it appears they need more employees -- all over the store -- to keep the inventory organized and properly shelved and labeled. The employees I did encounter were very helpful and friendly; it just looked like they need more of them.

Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! Marla was very helpful as well along with the young man who answered some of my questions about my plans. All around a wonderful experience!

goklt: Lots of materials here. Check out was fast. However good luck asking for assistance. Lots of associates are walking around but not helping customers. I tracked an employee down for assistance in moving materials from a high shelf to store level in the door section. He called two times for assistance to my aisle but no one came and he advised going to customer service. They called and still no help. Had to track somone down in a different department altogether. Crazy.

Chase Johnson: The employees here are courteous. But the wood cutting service they claim to offer is not available when needed. The store should just be candid that wood cutting won’t be available (or at the very least won’t be available at any specific time). I am a local DIYer (not a contractor). Before I bought wood I asked about cutting and was told it was no problem—buy it and then request a cut. I did. I was then told the lumber associate wasn’t available for an hour. I couldn’t get the wood (a single sheet of plywood I needed to cut in half) into my car, so I waited. After an hour, there was still no lumber associate, so the wood was never cut.

N R: Terrible customer service. Returning an item took 3 months of repeated calls to schedule a pickup and even when Lowe's had the item back multiple calls were needed to secure the refund. Such a hassle, so worth avoiding! The third party delivery service that they use doesn't turn up in the agreed time slots so it's very easy to miss them and then get stuck in the web of calls that are required to reschedule.

Annie Signorelli: I ordered a dishwasher with professional installation and the process from start to finish was completely nontransparent and unprofessional. The installation had to be rescheduled because the dishwasher wasn’t pulled down for pick up in time, and then when it was installed it was the incorrect dishwasher — not even the right brand. After several hours on the phone with the Lowes installation line, including being told multiple times that they couldn’t advance the process because they couldn’t get in touch with anyone at their own Lowes store, I called the store directly and was able to sort it out and get the installation rescheduled. A Lowes associate later told me that they don’t have the “luxury” of waiting on hold with the store which is what I had to do in order to ensure my order was completed. Finally the correct dishwasher was installed on the third attempt and I was told I could contact the installation line again to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Again it took multiple attempts to even get an update on where my case stood, despite being told every time that I should expect a call back “by end of business” every day I called. When I finally got offered compensation it was for less than half of the amount I requested (I requested the installation service be refunded seeing as it took 3 attempts and I was the one having to set everything up because Lowes did not follow through). While I am satisfied with the product I am in disbelief at how difficult and unprofessional the process was with Lowes. I do not recommend purchasing appliances from installation from this store or using the Lowes installation services.

Conchita Coney: Excellent but one of the employees didn't know what he was talking about whereas getting parts for a 2019 torro self-repellent lawn mower. He told my husband and I to go to store name Grainger on MD 202 they are either closed or permanently shut down.

Elizabeth Ramming: Assistance was top notch!! The gentlemen working there were very polite and helped me a lot with specific questions. HOWEVER-- However, I needed lumber, a 1X6 piece. What they had in stock was WET. But oh! I found 2 dry pieces at the bottom. But alas, don't be happy for me. Those pieces were warped in both directions - both along the length and width. That's it. So, shut up and buy it, or fight DC traffic to go someplace else. Both of those options were the absolute WORST. Why was the wood wet amd warped?? ... Duhhh. How utterly stupid.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Sassy Sauce: I missed all of the after Christmas saw items. This location had a few products left over from Christmas but nothing I really wanted. Overall the store was neat and organized. I didn’t need any additional items for this trip, just preparing for next years holiday decorations.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Great shops for home goods, this is very big shop i have been going that HomeDepot for many years i was there very first day when they opened, biggest problem is coustmer service is very bad here i stud for help for more than 20 minutes before someone showed up.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Home Depot is very convenient if you’re in the Rhode Island/Brentwood NE DC Area. They offer a verity of products that can help you with your Lawn, Garden, Appliances, Painting, Outdoor Patio, Home Improvement, Cleaning Products, Tools/Equipment Rentals and many many more. I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Jeff Rueckgauer: Needed a red 10 cup Brita pitcher. App says there is 1 in stock. Not on the shelf. 4 associates said they couldn't help but would page someone for the aisle. 10 minutes is more than enough time for someone to at least arrive, even if they have to look further. This HD had been really good for many years. The pandemic is no excuse for just unhelpful people and plainly unconcerned, inept management.

Rickey Anderson: I went to the Rhode Island Avenue store it was good. What would made it excellent if their stock was current with the website. They didn't have it even though the computer said they did have it. The item was Sphagnum moss. Happy that I was able to find a few other items

Bailey Cage: Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I had spent hours online trying to research the best products / methods for tiling my second-story concrete subfloor with no definitive answers, so I decided to head to the store and find someone to help me. Normally Home Depot workers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but whoever they sent back to flooring to help me seemed to know nothing. He was able to show me where items were on the aisle, but he couldn’t answer a single question about how to tile my floor or what the differences and pros/cons in products were. It was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars of products I later had to return. What truly upset me is that I did some more research once I got home just to find out the answer I was looking for is common knowledge in construction, but as someone doing a DIY project, I just didn’t know what terms I had to search for. For a Home Depot employee - the flooring specialist - to not know this is astounding.

jamesbowdenjr: This is the worst Home Depot is in the entire country. I am trying to get a door, but the store is unresponsive, the management is inept and provides no additional assistance, the associates are extremely slow, unknowledgeable of the products. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this store. Please go to another Home Depot location.

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

DAVID GILL: paint dept vert slow. When paint was done I was not told it was done. I came up to the counter and stood there waiting while emotes helped others. After 10 minutes he pointed at can. I said is that mine he looked at me like Duh.

Chanpen Tee: I came here for the kitchen cabinets project. The lady is so helpful and friendly. She takes her time explaining all the questions we have.

Logan Hardware: what do users think?

Emily Shaw: I love this place--such a friendly neighborhood vibe. I get all my plants here, and this one guy who works there (sorry don't remember the name) is my plant guru. They will repot your plants for a small fee if you bring them in, which is so helpful when you live in an apartment. Also--their plants are so reasonably priced!! I bought a gorgeous 7-foot fiddle leaf fig on a whim because the price was literally a quarter of what you'd pay at [unnamed nearby plant shop]. Thank you for everything you do!!
Response: Emily, thanks so much for the kind words! We love knowing that Logan Ace Hardware is able to provide you with great customer service, products, and more! We truly value your input and look forward to seeing you again soon. And so do our plants!

Paul Durbin: If you want service and quick check out go to True Value on 17th. Completely different experience with knowledgeable staff ready for you at the door who will help you and then check you out right away. 100% of the true value staff knows their stuff. Here it’s mainly people who will just check you out and don’t know hardware. This place has equally good inventory and later hours, but it’s not a hardware store experience. And for what it’s worth this is an Ace Hardware, which advertises on Fox News, should you want to avoid supporting Fox.

Baba Harsh: This place is great, I understand it's a mom and pop shop but man the prices are super high. The people are somewhat helpful but got a lot of short answers. Ended up at Home Depot.

Jim Parrett: Went there to get glass cut and paint matched. l was pleasantly surprised how helpful and courteous the whole staff were. They were able to take care of what I needed so I could finish my project. Thank you!!!
Response: We’re so glad to hear this Jim- thank you for trusting our team with your DIY needs. And thank you for shopping and supporting our employee owned store!

Aja Navat: Friendly staff and large selection of things. It is two floors.
Response: Aja, thanks for the great review! We love that your Logan Ace Hardware experience is a good one! Thanks for sharing, shopping local, and spreading the word about all that our employee-owned store has to offer. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Jacob Goo: So this is super weird but they sell the best cream soda at the counter. I love ace for being small hardware with a little bit of everything. Thx!
Response: Dear Jacob, we're delighted to hear about your experience at Logan Hardware and so glad you love our cream soda! Thanks for shopping local and we look forward to seeing you soon!

John Trissel: Good hardware store! parking may be challenging. They have a good selection for most small projects and gardening needs
Response: Dear John, thanks for the kind words! We are glad that you find what you need at Logan Ace Hardware. We know you have choices when you shop, and we truly value your business. Thanks for shopping local at our employee-owned store! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Greg Amiker: Multiple Floors, with a little bit of everything that you need for yout home or Project. Whether it's Plants, Plumbing, or Electrical its a one stop shop with knowledgeable staff.
Response: Hi Greg. Thanks for the wonderful review! We promise to continue being your trusted ally for everything home.

Mark Frank: They probably have what you need, and there's nice people there to help you find it! A bit pricey but that's to be expected in this area.
Response: Thanks Mark! Love to hear we can get you the products you need with the convenience of being in the neighborhood. We hope you'll stop by and see us again soon.

Robert Bolen: This store is full of caring people and fantastic tools. On two separate occasions, Jorje has gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect solution. It is wonderful to have a local place where experts provide guidance in a kind, nonjudgmental manner.
Response: This is the best review we can hope for - it means a lot when our customers reach out about our staff and store. Thank you for shopping and supporting local at our store, have a wonderful holiday season!

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery: what do users think?

Shawna Gann: Not a bad showroom, but I wished that the tags were marked with the brands/manufacturers. While there were lots of chandeliers, we were on the hunt for single sconces for our home bar and only found lights for bathroom vanities and a handful of outdoor sconces. Prices didn’t seem astronomical, so that’s good, but we didn’t find what we were looking for, unfortunately. If you use Google maps to arrive, make sure you drive around to the front, especially if you’re coming off of I-395. Google led us to the back of the building.
Response: Shawna, thank you for sharing your feedback, we will take this back to the team to ensure we are providing all customers with a 5-star experience from start to finish. We hope to see you again in the future.

Carrie Tucker: Bernie Koehle is a super sleuth. He took the time and energy necessary to track down a solution to my minor (but major to me) plumbing need. Excellent customer service from the time I stepped into the door and spoke to the lovely woman at the front desk to the time Bernie found a solution and ordered the part that I needed. I highly recommend and will be back for any future plumbing or remodeling needs that I may have. Thank you.
Response: Carrie, thank you for the 5-star review and recommendation. We are happy to hear that Bernie provided you with excellent service in finding a solution to your plumbing needs. See you next time.

Marybeth Evans: I am extremely disappointed with Ferguson. Your scheduling is horrendous. I’m an Interior Designer and I’ve tried to make an appointment several times to bring a client in. I have purchased a lot from Ferguson. No one calls me back and the scheduler has not been available the FOUR times I’ve called.. Customer service is not acceptable. I need an appointment and have been unable to schedule . Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Your product is excellent but I cannot sell it if it’s impossible to make an appointment .
Response: Thank you, Marybeth, for taking the time to share your review and feedback with us. We look to provide the best experience to all of our customers, and we clearly missed the mark during your appointment scheduling experience. I would like the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can make this right and get your appointment finalized. Please contact me, Danielle Stockton, Branch Manager - Danielle.Stockton@Ferguson.com

Melissa Mattis: Save your gas and just look online, then buy elsewhere. They are overpriced compared to competitors (sometimes $100+ dollar difference). Their website is pretty handy. In person, I’ve never had such non-existent customer service. Went on a Friday at 11am, and they weren’t busy. No one couldn’t be bothered to even say hello to me and I stayed almost an hour.
Response: Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Melissa. Providing excellent customer service is our priority and it’s clear in this instance we missed the mark. Please accept our apologies. We'd like to help resolve this and maintain our relationship. To make things right, could you please send your contact information and any further details to our Showroom Manager at Danielle.Stockton@Ferguson.com? We want to look into this ASAP. Thank you.

Valerie DeThomas: No customer service. Not interested in your business. Recommend you go elsewhere. Went to check out TOTO built-in toilet/bidets. Explained that I had questions about different features, etc (some of those toilets are in the thousands of dollars, so yes, I have questions). After some time, the front desk associate printed stuff from their website (at least she recognised my presence!) although I have access to internet and can read things on their website. Two other people (supposedly sales personnel - they were sitting at desks, reading stuff) were not interested in me at all. Didn’t even make eye contact when I approached them. One of them reluctantly tried answering my questions but was completely disinterested in engaging with me, and ultimately did not provide ANY helpful information. I guess I’ll be going to W.T.Weaver & Sons.
Response: Thank you for sharing your recent experience, Valerie. We understand your frustration with the lack of customer service that you have received. We aim for every customer to receive helpful and friendly service during their visit, and we appreciate you letting us know this occurred so that we can ensure it does not happen again. I would like the opportunity to apologize directly, as well as to discuss anything we can do to earn your business back in the future. Please contact me, Danielle Stockton, Showroom Manager, at Danielle.Stockton@Ferguson.com.

Daniel L Williams: The show room was impressive. The receptionist was wonderful and pleasant. We did find what we wanted on this trip with my Design Consultant. Remember to make an appointment!
Response: Thank you, Daniel, for the 5-star review. We love to hear that you had a great experience during your appointment, and we look forward to assisting with your future design projects.

Dan McKenrick: They did not have in stock the part I needed but they wrote down the part number to help me locate it elsewhere. A+ service, Friendly Courteous service.
Response: Dan, thank you for the 5-star review. We are happy to hear that you received the information you needed along with great customer service. We look forward to seeing you again soon here.

Tanisha Taylor (TaniTay): Tyler was extremely helpful and efficient. We came in with a picture of an item we needed and he helped us find it and order more.
Response: We love to hear about when our customers receive helpful and efficient service, Tanisha. Thank you for sharing your 5-star review with us. We will be sure to recognize Tyler for his amazing service, and we look forward to seeing you next time.

Scott Ableman: Great resource for figuring out what you want, and the people are very knowledgeable. If you need custom cabinetry, they are experts.

Gloria E: I have bought a lot of things from Ferguson over the past year. For the most part I did not encounter any issues with the items that I purchased. The issue that I encountered recently involved a bathtub that was delivered on April 5th and was to be moved from the garage to my bathroom on May 4th. I did not notice when the tub arrived that they was a crack in the tub. From the way that the tub was wrapped I would not have noticed it. I called and emailed Ferguson Rep to let them know that the tub was cracked and she checked to see what could be done. The final response was that I still needed to pay $1334 for a new tub. Very difficult to pay for a new tub when I did not damage the one that is in my garage. All who are buying from Ferguson, check everything on arrival because either at 30-days you will still be required to pay for whatever was damaged in shipping.
Response: Hi Gloria - thank you for sharing your review and feedback with us here. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with our team further regarding your tub, as we strive for every customer to have a 5-star experience from selection to installation. We strongly recommend every guest inspects all delivered items within 48-hours so that we can identify any possible damage and work with our vendors to get a replacement at no cost, but with the amount of time that passed with no damage recorded, we are not able to file a claim to cover a replacement. Please contact me directly if you have any questions, or if you need any assistance, Ken Ferro, Branch Manager - Ken.Ferro@Ferguson.com

Waterworks: what do users think?

E Callahan: This was installed in a home I purchased but a faulty washer / seat meant that the faucet dripped onto a wood counter, staining it. After numerous attempts to contact support to try to obtain a new seat & washer as well as to obtain simple information about the seat wrench size needed to properly install (every single hardware store and plumbing supply store in the DMV area did not have the necessary tool), I was told to purchase an entirely new faucet. For appx $2000-$4000. Aside from the leak, the faucet finish was also fading in part (no harsh cleaners were used). I originally loved the look of the faucet, but ended up replacing with a Kingston Brass after even my trusted plumber could do nothing about the leak. 3 months later and no leaks and no issues with the KB finish. For the expense of these, I would have expected much better performance and much better customer service. Never again.

Yasmin Yatzkan: I'm renovating my bathroom and was looking around the shop, when a glass door swung out and hit me. I cried out and two employees who were sitting at a table upstairs glared at me. A simple "are you OK" would have sufficed, but the look of disapproval that I received from these employees made me feel very uncomfortable that I walked out. I will not be shopping here again.

Christa Forgue: The store is beautiful. The selection was endless. Karen was very helpful and really helped us narrow down to what would go great in our kitchen. The only fallback was price. I would recommend to anyone :)

Mallory Tablantino: Fabulous

Glover Park Ace Hardware: what do users think?

Sam C: This is a great hardware store. Staff is helpful, selection quite decent, and right in my neighborhood. Could I save a little bit of cash by driving out to the deep burbs for the Home Despot or similar? Sure, but would I? Absolutely not. Icing on this cake: they always accept my Ace coupons, even if past their expiration date. Now that is ace in my book.
Response: We are so glad to have loyal customers like you who understand the value of shopping and supporting local businesses in our community. Looking forward to seeing you in store again soon! Thanks for shopping with us.

MAC Cover: I am rating Glover Park Ace location a 4 because the gentleman who assisted me was very nice in spite of this mean nasty new world we live in. The only issue I have was I placed my order for curbside but the store was unable to locate the order which caused me to go inside the store which I loathe. Love my Ace Hardware!
Response: Dear MAC, thanks so much for taking the time to share your positive experience! We're thrilled that we can be of service at Glover Park Ace Hardware. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Thanks for shopping local and supporting our employee-owned store.

Campbell F: I love this place! The staff is usually super knowledgeable and helpful and you start to feel so collaborative that you want to come back and show them the results!
Response: Thank you Campbell! We are glad to have customers like you who shop and support our store and staff. We look forward to helping you with your next project!

Matthew Berning: Good use of a small space, reliable place to pick up supplies for small home projects and interesting plants -though sometimes a bit disorganized
Response: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Glad we're your reliable neighborhood place for your home improvement and maintenance needs.

Rozan Cater: Although I requested curbside pickup, I had to go in the store. I was the only customer, tired of waiting I got the item from the shelf, showed the cashier and left. I seem to have interrupted break time. Not worth it!
Response: We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience Rozan - this is not a common occurrence at our stores and unfortunately we were a little short staffed over the holidays due to health concerns. Since we're in basement level, it can be challenging to step off the floor during certain times of the day when staffing is limited. We do have free validated parking in the lot behind our store if you find you need to pop in for a minute. Your comment was passed along to our manager who will review with his team. We value you as a customer, thanks for shopping and supporting our employee owned business.

John Thompson: The store staff was very helpful in locating some small clips that I needed to create a display
Response: Glad to hear our staff could help! Thanks for shopping local at our store.

Jennifer B: I was surprised to see what a huge store was hiding here! Super helpful employees, too.
Response: So glad you found us Jennifer! We have a Greta team. Thanks for shopping with us- we’re always for you anytime you need help!

Hugo Toledo: Not gonna lie: one of the best places to go when I was in DC helping loved ones move in to a new place. Look: big box stores have their place but the number of folks available to answer questions and the depth of attention and knowledgeable service we consistently received on our 3…4 trips there make it a favorite. Check them out!
Response: We are so glad to hear from you Hugo, we appreciate your business and kind comments. We look forward to helping you with your home improvement needs again soon!

Rachel Max: So glad to have this ACE in the neighborhood. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. You can find pretty much everything you are looking for and if they don't have it, you can order it for pickup. Love the parking in the back too.
Response: We're so glad to have amazing customers and neighbors in Glover Park! Thanks for shopping and supporting local Rachel. We appreciate your patronage.

20TH Century Archivist: Disbelieve all positive reviews for the ACE Hardware in Glover Park. The staff there is rude, unhelpful, incompetent and pay absolutely no attention to customer safety. This explains why today was my last shopping trip to the ACE Hardware in Glover Park. I was walking through one of the aisles in the ACE Hardware in Glover Park and was looking at items on a shelf when I suddenly was tripped and fell to the floor: the staff left several thick and heavy sealed cardboard boxes scattered right on the floor. A store employee came to see what had happened and when she saw me rising from the floor she then promptly lost all interest. The employee "apologized" in an insincere manner and was offended when I criticized her and the store for leaving boxes scattered on the floor for customers to trip on, claiming that she was not the employee responsible. Although I haven't encountered scattered boxes previously in the in the ACE Hardware in Glover Park, the staff there does place too much merchandise in the aisles: they are totally incompetent and rude and cannot properly run the store. Placing heavy sealed cardboard boxes on the store floor for customers to trip on is absolutely the dumbest thing store employees can do: Washington, DC store employees can be among the worst, but I have never encountered such flagrant incompetence in a store in this city before today. The Yelp reviewers posting here leaving all of those five-star reviews probably have never shopped often in the ACE Hardware in Glover Park or spent much time in the store when shopping there. All of the Washington, DC area ACE Hardware stores are poorly staffed and managed, but the Glover Park location is the very worst and has been getting worse since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic: they are unable to deal with more customer demand. For your own safety and sanity, please avoid the ACE Hardware in Glover Park! You will find Lowe’s or the Home Depot to be a safer, saner, and more courteous environment!

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: One of the best store in Woodley park area Ace Hardware shop manager May she try to help as much she can all the customer She is very knowledgeable, and her teammate Jessica she is wonderful person also always Looking after all the customers, I visit Ace Hardware shop at least once in a week because it is very close to my work place.

K R: Wonderful local hardware store that carries anything you need for the home. Cleaning supplies, paint, tools, key cutting, balloons, flowers, plants and everything in between. The staff is always nice and during COVID they were my go to spot for supplies. Some amazing clearance deals as well.
Response: Thank you K! We are glad to have customers like you who shop and support our store and staff.

Meghan Griffin: The folks at this Ace hardware are fantastic! I have brought many home improvement ideas to them since I moved to the neighborhood, and it’s always with earnestness and a pleasant demeanor that the staff help me work out solutions. On a recent visit, May and Louie helped me to unstick a really stuck bolt on the hinge from my refrigerator door. I was trying to flip the door so that it opened the right way for my kitchen layout, and they were both so invested in my success. (May, Louie, if you read this, it worked!!) Truly above and beyond. I will always come back to this store for hardware needs.
Response: Hi Meghan Thank you for the glowing review! We are so glad to have you as a customer. We will make sure Louie and May know that the project was a success. These are the kinds of stories are why we are in business. Hope to see you again soon!

L A G D M R: Super friendly and professional team. We can find everything we need to do some repair at home. Great shop.
Response: Dear LAGDMR, we're delighted to hear about your experience at Woodley Park Ace Hardware! We'll be sure to share your experience with the rest of our team members as inspiration! Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Kevin Russell: Is a pretty small Ace, but they make up for it by their friendliness. If you need perry basic stuff, you will likely find it here. Maybe check there website first before to make sure they carry what you need.
Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our store, Kevin! If you can’t find what you need on our shelves, you can ask one of our associates to check our warehouse, which has thousands of products we don’t have room to stock in store. Hope to see you again soon!

Paul Behin: Great customer service you don't get at big box places like Home Depot. The associate (I wish I'd gotten his name) took the time to help us find the exact screws we needed that we'd never have been able to find on our own.
Response: So glad our team could help you get the hardware you needed- thanks for stopping by and supporting local!

Shawn Domagal-Goldman: This place is wonderful! Super friendly staff and managers that helped our girl scout troop set up a cookie sales booth!!!! Love them!
Response: Shawn, we are grateful and appreciate the time you took to leave your review! We're thrilled that managers and staff at Woodley Park Ace Hardware could help with your Girl Scout fundraiser! We really value our local community and are here for you anytime!

Response: Jeff, we appreciate the time you took to give Woodley Park Ace such a great rating! We're always happy to help, so don't hesitate to contact us if you ever need anything. Hope you visit us again soon!

Don Malnati: This is a great local hardware store, that has just about everything a homeowner could need. Plants, screws, tools. They have helpful staff as well, one of them actually called me when my wife accidentally locked her keys in the car so I could come help.

eric hoffa: This is a real small town neighborhood hardware store. Whenever I see a hardware store like this I can't resist going in and having a look around. I always make a purchase from these small hardware stores. They are so much better than the corporate do it yourself hardware stores!
Response: We love this! Always enjoy checking out the small mom and pop shops around town - we're glad you made a stop at ours. Thanks for shopping local!

Adams Morgan Ace Hardware: what do users think?

Megan Tebbenhoff: Everyone at this Ace Hardware is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I went in seeking a screw that would fit a warped sleeve in a new piece of furniture, and Chris went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He asked me to bring in my furniture, offered me a dolly to wheel it in from my car, and used some tools free of charge at the store to help get the screw properly threaded so I could finish building my furniture. It was so kind of him to offer his assistance, I likely would have had to exchange the furniture if I didn’t have his help. I have come to this location a few times and I have always been incredibly impressed by the service. Huge thank you to Chris!
Response: These are the kinds of stories we love to hear from our customers- so glad our team was able to help you and go the extra mile! We love helping our customers problem solve - thanks for trusting our expertise! Have a wonderful week.

Sarah Parker: Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful! Someone very nicely greeted me as I walked in, and then Chris was super friendly and efficient in making some keys for me, and Lawrence was really friendly too! This is a super competent, customer service centered team, and they made my day with how nice they were!!
Response: So glad you took the time to leave a review Sarah, thank you for sharing your great shopping experience! We'll pass your comments along to our manager (Lawrence!) so they can give kudos to the staff. Thank you for choosing to shop and support our employee-owned store!

Jessa L: This is one of my favorite Ace Hardwares I've ever been too! The staff is truly amazing. They are great at asking what you need, guiding you thru the store and offering advice. It's impressive how much useful stuff they pack into that store. Great place to go
Response: Jessa, we appreciate the time you took to leave your great review for Adams Morgan Ace Hardware and our staff! We love creating raving fans and will work to continue going above and beyond for you! Thanks again, and we look forward to seeing you again soon at our employee-owned store.

Jessica C: I take my dog here twice a week while I browse their new plant selections. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I love that they shower my dog with attention. My dog loves it too. She always tries to drag me in for treats. They have a great plant selection. They change things up but you can usually find a good array of basics and less common plants. They often have small hoyas, peperomias, aglaonemas, and other stuff I’m looking for. I always look forward to checking out the new stock on Wednesday and Friday. Thanks, Ace
Response: Jessica, we're delighted to hear about your 5-star experience at Adams Morgan Ace Hardware! Our goal is always be to provide the best customer experience possible at our employee-owned stores, and we love dogs and plants, that's for sure! Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Daniel Commins: Always friendly and helpful. You are approached as soon as you enter by someone ready to help. Even if you don’t know exactly what you need, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Response: Thanks for shopping with us Daniel!

Suriya Jayanti: I like this store and its people so much that sometimes I just come to hang out. And I definitely go out of my way to buy things here instead of Home Depot or Amazon. Viva la Hardware!
Response: Browsing and hanging out are encouraged! Hardware stores are so much fun, we are glad to hear you enjoy being at our store. We are proud to be your local helpful place; thank you for your patronage!

Emily Norton: Thank you so much to Lily who helped repair our desk. She was SO attentive and creative, and really gave us some extra time and aid. We could not be more grateful, and we are so happy to have our beautiful desk repaired!
Response: It's so great to hear from you Emily, Lily is the BEST - so glad she could help! Thanks for shopping and supporting our locally owned store.

Mattie Solomon: Every time I go to this Ace Hardware EVERYONE on the staff is so incredibly helpful and nice! I came in to get help on a piece of furniture with a striped nail, and Chris at the store was THE BEST!! We tried to get this screw out on our own and weren't successful, and we wouldn't have been able to do it without Chris' help!
Response: These are the stories we love to hear- thanks for supporting our employee owned store, and for the staff shoutout!

Jessica Goodman: Lilly was fantastic in helping me with all my needs. I was redoing my bathroom and ran into some plumbing issues. Lilly was patient and really sat down to help me solve my problems. Would highly recommend this store!
Response: Lily is a wealth of knowledge - we're so glad to have her on our team. Thank you for shopping with us for DIY supplies and expertise!

Kyle A: All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. Every time I’ve been they’ve greeted us with a smile and were always personable.
Response: Thanks for the compliment Kyle! We're really proud of the great staff we have at our store. So glad to hear they give you consistent and excellent service. Looking forward to helping you again soon with your DIY projects!

The Home Depot: what do users think?

john ho: The inventory is great. The store is a bit not clean. The store is not really well organized. The most important is the staff is not very friendly at. You are on your own when you visit this store.

harriet Portillo: Great prices on plants Brown doors I fixed it up my backyard like the Oasis so it looks great the plants that I got I haven't planted them yet.

Anthony Scott: My experience was painful to say the least! I want with a colleague of mine to get some keys made. The young lady could not get the machine to properly read the keys, so all four keys were cut incorrectly! We then asked about desk locks and she sent us to the pad lock area. Finally two gentlemen took us to the correct area (which was low on stock, of course!). This was not what I would expect from Home Depot! Very disappointed! Of course this store is on my banned list. I can't recommend a place with poor customer service to anyone who reads my reviews. If you do decide to venture here, don't expect the best of help! Look elsewhere!!!

Rony Acevedo: Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Being honest!!! Someone call Miriam! With a piercing on her nose. He had me waiting for 15 minutes. She only came because someone else call her. I told her I was there before the other person (she saw me all the time) and she said. I don’t care!!!! Tried to speak with someone else but no one help

Mena Ebiasah: When it was time to show my ID to pick up my online order, I realized ink had leaked all in my purse and license and obstructed the photo view. The rep June patiently took her time to wipe down my ink blotched ID until it was visible and gave me some extra Clorox wipes to wipe down my purse. Extra mile. Everyone else in the store were helpful and helped me find everything I needed. Will return

Rich B: Well stocked. Great attendants. Order pickup was confusing and didn't work from the car but easy to get from the desk directly at the entrance. Ignore the signs and exit the same way you entered since pickup parking is at the entrance.

mydogRoscoe88: Much improved: parking is still crazy but once inside, store was in better shape. Cashier was helpful, polite, and efficient. I did find what I wanted to purchase and was done very quickly.

Elian Hauling: TIFFANY AT THE OXON HILL, MARYLAND LOCATION SHOULD NOT SERVICE CUSTOMERS IF SHE DOES NOT LIKE TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS. I came into the HomeDepot wanting to purchase a tool but noticed that no one was around to help with removing the tool and also the orange apron associates were busy with customers. I decided to go to “CUSTOMER SERVICE” to see if anyone can help me with taking the tool out of the cage. Once I walked over to customer service I politely asked an associate if there was anyone that can help with taking a tool out? She then asked me in what aisle was the tool in? While I was going to look and see what isle, there was another associate named TIFFANY who was next to the associate who I spoke with TIFFANY SAID THAT I PASSED 5 ORANGE APRONS BEFORE COMING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHY COULDN’T I ASK ONE OF THE OTHER PEOPLE WITH APRONS. I mentioned that I came to customer service because that is the purpose of customer service, to service the customer. I left and serviced myself in trying to find someone who can actually help me. TIFFANY SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SHE IS NOT WILLING TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Tony Johnson: The check out lines are a tad perplexing. No designated demarcation only an arbitrary queue forming on the right so potential confusion is created but relatively easily resolved. Aka. They use a lot of self checkout.

Joan Melendez: After a terrible online purchase experience the team at my local Home Depot was outstanding!!! I'm so thankful that my new neighborhood HD was helpful in resolving my appliance purchase issues.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

beyondTabu: The customer service here is horrendous! The staff would rather watch paint dry than help you. I’ve been here on several occasions and their customer service is consistently non existent.

D Prince: Home Depot in Alexandria you have the BEST employees! I’ve been back and forth to this store for the past few weeks gathering supplies for my remodel. Lillian in the paint department was very helpful in assisting me with my paint colors. She made sure I bought the CORRECT base paint to mix with the colors I picked out for my home. Lawrence (gentleman in the pictures) assisted me EVERY time (and I mean EVERY TIME) I purchased items that needed to be put in my vehicle. And EVERY TIME he serviced with a smile (just look at the pictures). Lawrence is so attentive, respectful and helpful. He made sure the items I purchased were put safely in my vehicle to be transported! THANK YOU LAWRENCE!! And thank you Home Depot Alexandria for hiring such great employees who know the meaning of customer service!

Brian Copes: This is my main Home Depot I go to the Northern Virginia area. It usually has any home improvement or household item that I need for my place. My only issue is sometimes the staff is busy handling other customers questions to answer my personal question. Definitely one of top stores in the area in my opinion. I would recommend you come experience this store yourself.

John Dayton: UPDATE: After several months I was finally able to get this issue resolved!! Thank you. Updated to 3 stars. It took way to long and too much work to finally get connected with someone in customer service who was empowered to resolve my issue, but it finally happened, thank you!! Original Post: Bought a shower door last fall, Home Depot lost it before I picked it up… now I’m out $575 dollars. Managers won’t work with me. Told me I’d have better luck disputing with my credit card company than with Home Depot…then they fought me again there. And this is all after I reordered a second new door of the exact same model. Too bad no one is empowered to help their customers. I wish I’d never taken my business here!!

David Lawrence: I paid $160 for dishwasher installation, cleared my morning to wait for them to come, then the installers refused to do the plumbing. Nothing fancy, just straightforward install. I’ve heard of this happening to others. This is a racket! Stay away from appliance purchases at Home Depot!!

Amre Kebaish: Tread carefully when asking an idle associate about in item that is supposedly in stock according to the website/app, but isn’t available in the stated location. They will angrily glare at you for daring to interrupt their phone scrolling. If you persist, they will eventually sigh and put the phone down. However, they will say whatever it takes to get you out of the store without being helpful.

Russ Colbourne: How do you have half the isles closed on a Saturday morning???? All I needed was a adjustable wrench and they refused to allow me to get it. Totally would understand if there was heavy equipment or something like that in motion. I asked when the isle would be open again and the employee just shrugged her shoulders. I absolutely hate this location but unfortunately it the most convenient. I will be going out of my way to lowes from this point on.

Katherine Matsuo: Came in about 45 minutes before closing looking to buy a power drill. They were all locked up and spent about 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me. They then made the announcement that the store was closing and to bring your items up to the register. Again, no one to help me get the drill I needed. There were about 4 other people in the aisle with me. Decided to just buy one off Amazon as I left the store.

Nathan Winborne: I had a very disappointing experience at this Home Depo location today. I went there to return something and decided to walk around the gardening section afterwards. I walked in and saw a beautiful 6' tall money tree that had no price tag, so I stood in line at the cashier and asked him for a price check. The barcode that was on the planter was not reading when he scanned it so he then sent me to customer service where 2 employees tried to look on the computer at homedepo.com for the price but still couldn't find it. The girl that was helping me at customer service had to go find someone else who also didn't know how to find the price and suggested I talk to a manager. I was about to walk out but decide to find one more person to help so I walked a random cashier that informed me that the managers were all on a meeting on Mondays bit pointed out another employee who she said was more knowledgeable. I went to over to the 5th employee at this point and explained that I was interested in purchasing something in the garden center, but it had no price or barcode. So, we walked back over to the garden center where she confirmed that there was no price or barcode and went and found someone else that worked in the garden center (the 7th employee now). The lady that she found came over and looked at the barcode sticker, peeled it off and was able to type in the sku# where the price finally came up and finally, I was able to purchase the tree. I think that it is highly inexcusable and embarrassing that I had to go through several employees to buy this tree when in reality the first cashier that I spoke to (as a matter of fact every employee that I spoke to) should if been able to solve the problem in a fraction of the time that it took. The manager at this location really needs to train his employees on basic function such as typing in the sku# when the barcode doesn't scan.

Fernando Espana: I shop at home depot around the country (I tour 11 months a year with an Entertainment industry) and always the best customer service & friendly home depot associate ayesha, very helpful and on point in every project planning when I need purchasing materials & tools. Thank you ayesha, great job!

KOHLER Signature Store by GROF USA: what do users think?

Shawna Gann: It was nice to check out the showroom. There were fancy shower heads that require their own closet of valves - too much for us but cool to see. Yisa was great getting us started on fixtures and finishes.

S N: Drove an hour to find a sign on the door that the associate (apparently just one) would be back at 3pm on Sunday. Waited about 45 minutes, which is fine since we visited a nearby tile shop, but that meant all of us had questions at the same time because although the showroom is pretty, it is completely useless for people actually researching products for a remodel. I don’t blame the solo employee since he was outnumbered by customers, but 90% of everyone’s questions could have easily been answered with adequate signage. My visit was a complete waste of time since I spent most of the time trying to figure out what I was looking at on the website…which also allowed me to see the negative reviews on the overpriced products.
Response: Thank you for your feedback, SN. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience when visiting our store. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone who visits, and it sounds like we missed the mark on this visit. I'll pass along your suggestions for additional signage to our team, and we'll make sure that our associate is better prepared to handle a high volume of customers during future visits. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you'll give us another chance in the future. You can also contact us through our official websites, which are www.grofusa.com and www.vivesbygrof.com, to request an appointment where we will dedicate the time exclusively for you!

Doris Leadbetter: Very nice displays. Great customer service see pictures of showroom. They also sell Italian cabinetry. Nice variety of vanities, tile, countertops and Kohler fixtures. Who knew Kohler has towels.

Adelaida Pifano: Beautiful Showroom, gorgeous pieces displayed for our delights. It was a real pleasure to walk it through.

Maria Kozloski: No labels on any products and sales staff also did not know product names readily, what a frustrating visit and honestly waste of time.
Response: Maria, I'm sorry to hear that you had a frustrating visit to our Signature Store. Our team strives to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge, so I apologize that we failed to meet your expectations. We will work to correct the situation and ensure that our next visit is more satisfying for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Bed Bath & Beyond: what do users think?

Mia K Arakaki: Good customer service. But the drug store stuff is very limited. I live in ny and compared it's not the same experience. There are no holiday meat /cheese / fruit baskets from what I saw. I wanted just one working hands... But no i had to get a lip feet combo... Limited variety of popular deodorant scents

Jack Scott: First visit to this location got what I was looking for plus purchased a few more items staff was very helpful on the phone and in the store inside was clean and well stock 👍 really enjoyed my visit

Carlos Angel-Luciano-Harris: The staff is incredibly helpful and they get you through the checkout pretty quickly. Great sales and great smells. Check them out.

Matthias Galan: Customer care at this location is super unhelpful. Brought in a broken item got yelled at and was refused to replace the item today.

Margot Igland Skarpeteig: Nice selection, decent prices and - last but not least - superb service from all staff we encountered. In particular, I wish to thank Carl Dunking who went out of his way to help us. We carried several bags and asked him if it was hard to get a taxi from there. He put all our our bags in a shopping cart, brought it out in the street and stopped a taxi for us. All with a friendly smile. Thank you so much, Mr. Carl Dunkin! (I hope I got your name right.) You made our shopping experience a breeze!

Bobby Kushington: If the line at Target is too long you should come to this store if you aren't buying clothes or electronics. Saves you plenty of time.

Martin Gross: Love Beyond the Bed and Bath. Great products, that foes with any mood or feelings that is felt for the day and night.

CgScor G: Well organized and you can find different things that you won't find anywhere else.

Matt Jepsen: Whatever you do, don't order online. BBB uses UPS Sure Post where UPS delivers to your local/regional post office who in turn delivers it with your mail. I'm a big proponent of the US Mail and I have no beef with UPS. But, they often don’t work well together and the handoff makes for significant delays. If you're going big box for online shopping, stick with Walmart/Target/Amazon or better yet, support a local business.

Patrick: The people working do not wear the masks appropriately - mouth covered, nose not. One employee was kind enough to put more disinfectant wipes for the carts after asked him to. Cool products and great place to get small sized items for travel.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

beyondTabu: The customer service is hit or miss. If you find a friendly CSR, they’ll show you where the item is, on the opposite end of the spectrum, they just point and mumble which is the majority of them. It has everything you need as usual. They just need to insist all staff are consistent with their service.

Zora Domain: My rating isn't based on this part, but I think new people should know - The parking lot is terrible. There isn't much that can be done about the location but I think what makes it worse is that everyone moves without regard for one another. Cars, pedestrians, everyone. I have no idea why no one looks left and right and left again in such a tricky, dangerous spot. I was a little stressed before even stepping inside. Go slowly and carefully! My rating IS based on this part. I usually love coming to Home Depot, but after this first visit here I'm going to go to Lowe's instead from here on out. I came to pick up a few items and left with a lamp and some shelves. I understand that this is a hardware/home improvement store so things are bound to sit around for a while and get a little dusty but this was wild - they were so dirty. I wanted 4 of these command strip shelves and despite them being in this condition, I paid for them. Cleaned when I got them home. They don't work as well as the product ratings online would suggest, which makes me wonder if it's user error or because of how dusty they got. I'm not sure if stores like this are supposed to rotate stock regularly but if they are, then this is a pretty good sign that it's being neglected in some spots. Secondly, I overheard an employee being rude to an elderly gentleman who was having a difficult time finding a hardware product for his door. He explained very clearly where he had already looked and what he was looking for, but the woman argued with him and resorted to a very catty, "Well okay, we aren't looking in the right spot." Good customer service and common sense is to bring the customer to the product location. He was having a hard time, it made no sense to make it that much more difficult for him. I almost stepped in to say I'd just help him look if she didn't want to, but she finally, FINALLY took him down the aisle to look with him. Lastly, the checkout lines are a disaster and the employees didn't have a system to direct traffic. Tons of finger-pointing and yelling. All of the customers were confused on what aisle to go to. It was not a fun trip. I really hope that this Home Depot can turn around but given the parking lot situation, I value my car and my life too much to return lol.

trey cyr: I bought a new refrigerator and paid for home depot to haul away the old one after installation. When they delivered the new refrigerator, they noticed an issue with the plumbing connect and offered to haul away the old refrigerator but I told them to leave it so we'd have a working fridge until we could have a plumber come out. Fast forward to the plumber coming out and installing the new fridge, I called home depot once again to have them come and haul away the old one and they rescheduled a new pick up. One week later, the haul away company home depot contracts out to said the fridge is "too big" for them to haul away. It is the same size as the new fridge AND is lighter than the new fridge. When I called home depot the helpline associate said there was nothing they could do, nor could they tell me what was considered "too large" to haul away. They could not recommend another hauling service either to remove the old fridge. When I asked if there was anything else she could do, the line cut off and she transferred me to the home depot after call survey. She basically hung up on me. When they originally delivered the new fridge they were more than willing to haul away the old one, but when I had them come back after the new fridge was installed properly they refused to haul it away, and home depot's "help line" was absolutely no help at all, and the associate hung up on me after asking what we were supposed to do with the old fridge left in our kitchen. If you ever use home depot's delivery and haul away service I highly recommend you ask them specifically what size appliance they will not haul away, because this information was never explained to us. I'm honestly not sure if we are even getting our haul away service fee refunded after the call because the associate hung up on us. I've never experience such poor customer service from such a large company.

Daming Yu: Terrible. Customer service really needs improvement. Bought two items online. Didn’t work. Brought them to store to return and was told all good. Didn’t check the receipt until I got home and then I saw the refund is only for one item. I returned the next weekend and was told I am too late. No apology. It seems the company’s service has been steadily declining in the past few years.

Christian Adams: Yenifer is an outstanding employee and helped me to understand the current active duty benefits Home Depot has. She was simple outstanding and helped me out so much. I’m shocked she isn’t a supervisor or manager knowing two languages and so much about the store.

Syed Haider: Customer service is possibly the worst I have ever encountered. We had the terrible experience of speaking to a CSR by the name of Fabian. We had a simple question regarding some items at the Patio section, to which Fabian replied “are you kidding me? I’m not a carpenter”. We stated we weren’t mistaking him for a carpenter, rather seeking help regarding installation of the items as we were new to this. Fabian subsequently started reading prices off the rack as if my wife and I were mentally challenged. He kept uttering nonsense as we walked away. He was highly disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. I would definitely give this location a miss based on their unforgivable attitude. Thankfully there’s Lowe’s at Jermantown road which is a far superior choice for your needs and much better customer service.

stephanie wade: This is a horrible home depot store - the customer service has been terrible across every single employee I have interacted with over many visits. I keep going because it is close but no more. In my last interaction I spent 50 min trying to buy a grill with someone who told me they knew what they were doing and then after all that time did not and lied about what they could do, then when I tried to cancel my order they hung up on me and did not cancel it.

Denise Nguyen: My daughter and I were looking for a wood stain for a piece of trim to match our LVP floor. The staff were super helpful, but unable to find a match, until Kofi came to the rescue. Kofi was very knowledgeable and patiently opened and tested several cans until we were satisfied with the match. Home Depot Seven Corners, 6/9/22

Hua Huang: We met Ahmad, and he talked to us like our friend. We discussed flooring options for basement and We purchased traffic master vinyl flooring from Home Depot because we got the best service from Ahmad.

Ernesto Roubert: Great location and selections. Love the curbside pickup service. Have the app on your phone.

Ferguson Plumbing Supply: what do users think?

Florence Auld: I had the complete pleasure of having Pam Neughborshelp me locate a product for our shower door that Ferguson didn’t even sell!! What excellent customer service. Thank you Pam.
Response: Thank you, Florence, for sharing about the excellent customer service Pam provided you during your visit. We are glad to hear you were able to find everything you needed for your shower door, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Robert Jacklow: Always have a good experience here.
Response: We love to hear about when our customers receive friendly and helpful service, Robert. Thank you for sharing your experience with us here, and we look forward to assisting you again soon.

Tarik Smith: Went in and the clerk directed me to the aisle that I needed. While standing there another customer came up and saw what I was looking for but directed me to more modern parts. Gave me some tips and I was in business. I went to the counter and the clerk gave me the last parts I needed and verified with my old set that the new stuff would fit. I highly recommend them as they have helpful knowledgeable staff and the customers are friendly and helpful also.
Response: Thank you, Tarik, for the 5-star review. We strive to provide the same level of service you received to all our customers. We are glad you were able to find all the parts you needed with the help of our knowledgeable staff. Until next time.

Christopher B: One of the better Ferguson's in the area, in my experience. Staff are pretty helpful and they usually have what I'm looking for. The one thing they don't carry that is important is 20' lengths of pipe. So may not always be the best choice if you're on a big commercial job working with cast iron.

Patrick Smith: Every time I'm in here, no matter how busy it is, everything runs smooth, everyone is very helpful and patient if you have questions.

Omroy: Nice and quick service. The gentlemen who assisted me was polite and pleasant. He answered my questions thoroughly and he helped me get my hot water heater into my truck.
Response: That's what we like to hear, Omroy!. We will be sure to recognize the team in Washington, D.C. for your positive review. Thank you for your business and we look forward to seeing you again soon at our plumbing supply location in Washington, D.C.

Jim B.: I came looking for a custom part. Sonny was able to find the part in a parts book. We have to order them but at least they are available. Thanks Sonny.
Response: That's what we like to hear. We're glad Sonny found the part you needed from our wide selection of merchandise. If you have tips for how we could have made your experience a five out of five stars, you can contact Mike Cataldo, Director of Branch Management, at mike.cataldo@ferguson.com to share your recommendations. Thank you for your business, Jim.

Perri Redd: After searching over 3-4 stores, my 1st visit to Ferguson I found EXACTLY what I'd been looking for (and a little more) for a great price, might I add!!!

Konstantin Shutikov: Under staffed. One person working the coner???. People treat the place as a social club watching TV and and talk football so it takes 30 min to get through the line. Is that a way to do business?

A.: Really knowledgeable and sweet guys. Will go here first next time. They had the right part, it was a quality part, and the price couldn't have been better!

Twins Ace Hardware - Arlington: what do users think?

Raquel Briggs: Amazing staff !! I placed a Father’s Day order online because there was a great deal. When I arrived for pick up I was helped right away and helped out to my car. This location is about 30 min away from me but worth the drive and I will be using this location for my needs from now on. Keep up the great customer service !!
Response: Thanks for the very the thoughtful words Raquel! We are glad you enjoy the store, and how well we take care of our customers, Thanks again, Jeff Smith Owner Twins Ace

Sam: Amazing staff. Very helpful. I told them my problem, and they showed my exactly what to buy to solve it!! The staff offer assistance actively but are not too overbearing. Very pleasant experience always.

Andrew Yang: This is the best hardware shop I've visited! They have decent collection of tools and stuff, very clean, and, most importantly, all the staffs are very friendly. I would just wonder around the store to see if I need anything else. Love this place

Mark Blanchard: Called ahead of going there to make sure they have a product on the shelf. The person on the phone put me on hold to check, and a few minutes later came back to confirm they have plenty in stock. So I drove over to the store, and when I got there I couldn't find the product. I asked an associate to help me find the product, and he told me that they don't have any in stock (that was 8 minutes after I made my phone call). Nice people, but quite incompetent.
Response: Afternoon Mark, It certainly seems like we dropped the ball during your visit today. Apologies, and if you don't mind me asking, what was the item you were looking for? It seems like there was a miscommunication, and we would like to resolve it for you if possible. Thank you, Jeff Smith Owner Twins Ace

Randy Moulton: I'm a life long civil libertarian and refuse to wear a mask. I was told to leave if I wouldn't wear a mask and couldn't buy if I didn't comply. Rather than escalate, the manager offered to shop for me if I waited outside. He got what I wanted and brought the receipt and purchases outside and said he would meet me outside if I needed to return anything. A+ for service
Response: Evening Randy, I very much appreciate your thoughtful review, and your experience at the store is of the utmost importance to us. We certainly did our best to take care of you, glad that our manager was able to understand your preference, and everyone was polite and accommodating. I will also say that as of this past Monday, we no longer require customers to wear masks inside the store. Vaccinated staff and customers may wear them at their discretion, but not required. Thanks again, and hope you inside the store soon! Jeff Smith Owner Twins Ace

Allison Paul: I love this store! It truly is the helpful place! Everytime I walk in, the people are happy to help, answer questions, and help me find exactly what I need!
Response: So thoughtful Allison! Thanks for the kind words! -Jeff Smith Owner Twins Ace

K G: Best service and staff I have ever experienced in a hardware store. Always have had luck in finding what I need in a pinch thanks to a helpful/friendly staff member. A true rarity in Arlington and more than just a hardware store chain. Been in the area for so long I forgot how normal people treat one another in stores/public... It's nice to have a reminder that there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful folks right next door.
Response: So thoughtful. We do really appreciate you taking the time to express yourself with such kind words. We do pride ourselves on taking care of each and every person who walks through our doors. We're here when you need us. Thanks again, and we'll see you again soon! -Jeff Smith Owner Twins Ace

Adam Stryker: I hesitate to recommend this store because then folks will know where I get all the unique things in my home. Also, my family and friends will know where I got some of their unique gifts. I don't want to give it all away. Stop in and see what I'm talking about. Their buyers are geniuses. It's like going back in time to the New York City of the past where private stores reigned. I love unique gifts you could only find in NYC before they turned it into a suburban shopping mall. TWINS ACE HARDWARE IS MORE THAN A HARDWARE STORE. IT'S EVERYTHING. ( I'm already regretting that I told you. Don't buy up all my favorites!)

Suraj Mali: Jeff and his team run this place with great customer care. Every staff member I have encountered has been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The shop is well stocked for its size and is also quick to order and get you items that are not in current store inventory.
Response: So thoughtful Suraj! We certainly do our best to make sure everyone is taken care of, and get what they need. See you again soon!

Scott Eltringham: One of three great hardware stores in Arlington--Cherrydale and Bill's True Value are the other two--Twins is more modern feeling than the other two. It has the widest selection of goods of the three stores and a lot of fun, not-really-hardware stuff. They also cut keys well. The staff is always friendly and fairly knowledgeable. Parking can be difficult.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?

milo matute: this is incredible, at 5 in the afternoon and the gate of the garden area was closed I had to buy 12 bags of mulch and 5 bags of stones, and the area according to two employees who I asked told me that this area It was already closed if I wanted to pay I had to take all that to the front gate, they didn't even offer me help on this. If that is true, please, they should update the schedule and specify that the gate closes at 5 so as not to waste time, if not, too bad for those employees who do not recognize that this type of business is due to customers.

Chris Macola: If I could give this place zero stars I would. Whatever you do, do not order any furniture from this place. Not only will they screw it up if it's a delivery, but if you try to get a hold of someone to correct the situation, you'll be transferred from this person to that person and back to the original person again (if they actually answer the phone at all) and you may be on hold for 15 minutes to a half hour and you may very well get disconnected. The only way I got anything done with my messed up delivery was I had to drive there every time and physically talk to someone. The one manager I did talk to over the phone that said he was going to take care of everything was there but no one could ever get a hold of him in the store. I got three different sections of the store that he was supposedly the manager of but no one could ever find him. The furniture itself that I ordered was not assembled very well because the bolts were loose and when it originally came it was not assembled even though we paid to have it assembled. We sent the driver's back and then we had to fight tooth and nail to get them to come out again. Ultimately I had to call their customer service phone number and speak to someone above them to get anything completed. Very bad experience and I will not be going back to this particular Lowe's ever again. It's hard for me to say this but the local Home Depot closest to me was better just about every area than this particular Lowe's. And in my opinion Home Depot is not as good as Lowe's overall. Extremely disappointed.

Denise Anderson: Great place to shop, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to return a lock, I waited on a line for30min, which did not move. The only movement was more people added to the line. Absolutely frustration! I still need to take back the lock, but do not want to spend my entire day waiting in a return line. The need to hire better staff and pay them. Give so e incentives fir coming to work and doing a awesome job. Easy to take money, but trying to return is a beast

Jonas Kibet: Cool home improvement store. I can rate them better than Home depot. I love their app. So cool you can scan for prices of items on the shelf before you check out. The staff and wonderful. The only thing I didnt like was that I checked out an item online and says I can pick it up from the store but is nolonger available in the shelves.

Tyra: Lowes has most of those house hold things you need. To repair or restore. My last experience at this location was very good. Young lady tried to help me but she got someone who had more experience in plumbing who also tried to help me and explain the piece I was looking for. Unfortunately I had to get a refund. The lady who helped me with refund was friendly and nice as well.

Jerome Harper: Set out to fine me a ridding mower this morning , stop by Lowe’s on 301 in bowie. Was able to purchase one in about 15 minutes. And the service was great!! Thanks! Want to say thanks to Ms.Carolyn cashier 10 for her help this morning.

Ssgt Allen: This Lowes - in Largo - is "average". While the location is great - They never have enough staff on the registers..during peak hours. And overall customer service is "not so great". > the customer really has to know this store has exactly what they want in stock -before- you arrive. Otherwise - you're stuck.

Jewel Jace: Customer Excellence! Thank you Dee and Denay for providing service with a smile! Thanks for being Kind! Dee you patiently matched the screws with the correct ones. Denay before Dee came along you were with another customer but you made me feel great while waiting. Dee appear and without hesitation offer to help. You both are an example of Operational Excellence! Many THANKS! I will visit and shop again.

Howard Batiste: I went here to get some grade 8 hardware for a project I have at home. It was significantly easier to find what I needed versus shopping at Home Depot and there seem to be a lot more available in terms of volume. Would definitely recommend here if you are shopping around for screws and bolts.

Sharon Harper: Eric and Johnathan was very helpful. 1 helped with the light bulbs/light fixture and the other with dimmer switches and face cover. You all need to have more than 1 register open on a Friday evening. Same on you all plus you need more associates working. People needs job.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Kev- keepingitreal: This Home Depot is near Mall at Prince George's. Home Depot offers a wide variety of House Hold Essential, Furniture, Home Good Items, Lawn Equipment, Supplies, Do it yourself project and many many more options available to choose from. Store was clean. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and friendly. The parking lot can be busy, and not many parking spaces available.

Tanya Ramey: The prices were good; however, with an older home, the doors are irregular in size, therefore, the prices I got excited about didn't apply. They were much higher! Moved on to another company. In the end, still paid more, but better quality doors overall. Better service.

Sarah Marie Gerrity: We love this Home Depot! Recently moved to the area so we find ourselves at THD multiple times a weekend — and every time we’ve needed help, we just happened to get Jonathan! He recognized us right away and has made our shopping trips extra warm, and even went out of his way to help us sort out our military discount. Great customer service and it keeps us coming back!

Nsoseh Quistoran: Recommended to go shopping. Lots of people visit this store and it has a wide range of stuff

Polka Art: A late Saturday morning in May - by all accounts, as busy as the store gets. So why, then, is this the time that they decide to run the machine to wash the floors and do restock?! I counted at least 6 aisles completely closed during this time, and only one of these had a lift accessing higher shelves. All of the other aisles were closed during that time with no one in them doing anything, and closed for the entirety of my 30 minute visit. At one point, I was in an aisle actively looking at garden tools I was going to buy, and the employees came to shut down the aisle I was in. I was rudely asked if "I wasn't going to cooperate" by dropping what I was shopping for and immediately leaving. Beyond rude and I don't understand the logic of doing these things at the busiest time and not before store opening or early in the morning. I left the store with only about 1/4 of the items I came to shop for and will be visiting a different store to purchase the rest.

Reg Templeton: Convenient, Well-stocked, Nice Helpful Employees BUT... Filthy bathroom! During early morning visits two consecutive days this week, ladies room floor was smeared with what seemed to be fecal matter... Difficult to find a parking space where your vehicle will be safe from the scores of abandoned carts rolling around, regardless of time of day. Also, have twice seen rude clientele verbally abusing staff with vile, humiliating profanity (in Pro Dept), while other staff cowered in the background. In other settings this would be criminal behavior, but no one came to help the employee. For shame!

Jessica Vazquez: Picked out balusters for a stair project. Employee approached saying the aisle was being closed to bring an item down. We needed maybe 30-60 additional seconds and informed the employee we understood and were grabbing our last items and would quickly vacate. She stood there and repeated very rudely that the aisle was being closed. Maybe wait for the customer to finish their purchase? Especially when their hands were already full with product? Not as if we were just hanging out on purpose.

Chit Sayar: Customer service is very poor. I ordered online and they just delivered some of my order and one item was missed. So I called them and they hold up my phone for several minutes. And the employee said she will refund and hang up the phone immediately and no apology and no say thank you or anything. Just hang up the phone.

Chanpen Tee: This location always has a lot of indoor plants. The price is reasonable. Staff is helpful.

Ryan McKeon: Hands down, the worst HD in America, and that's saying something. Stock is never accurate. Store is never packed out. Need lumber for framing? Good luck getting a straight 2x4. Need a fitting for some plumbing work? It's like digging for treasure through bins filled with other stuff. Need a clamp or a tape or a bit? That's cute. Today's mess was trying to find a router bit the store inventory says is in stock... right...

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Henok Garedew (Henny breezy): There is always problems in this specific Walmart all the timeI don’t recommend it

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?
