Mark Weinress: Really like this store, and all the Room & Board locations. Large and nicely laid out for easy shopping. Well priced, well made stylish furniture with a good, but not overwhelming selection. Very helpful staff. Lots of options on upholstery and other details. I've bought quite a number of pieces at the Room & Board in Chelsea, NYC.

Brandon Gaimari: Customer service is actually good but products are over priced junk. Bought a bedroom set and the design of the bed causes it to squeak every time you roll over. Customer service had Dr. Furniture come out twice - one time screws were missing in the bed, the next time installed slat pads (why were these not installed originally?). For the price you pay, the quality is not what it should be. Beware.

Anna Harrington: First, we had a guy helping us who like was non responsive at the Logan circle room and board. Then I ordered online for July 7 and the furniture store confirmed via email and when I called they told me July 7 was unavailable. Not good service for the price and wouldn’t buy here again.

Summer Logan: I was working with Lisa (who apparently is the store manager). Her behavior does not seem like she should be. My problem was passed off to Peter and I felt underappreciated as a client. Would not recommended the people that work here. Service is below expectations for the money you spend and management should do a better job. Seems like they do not care or engage with clients. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied.

Kathryn Adamcik: I ordered a couch from here in August and it was to be delivered at the start of December. It was delayed until the end of December and I waited for it to arrive. 1 day before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse I got an email saying it would be delayed for 2 more months. I waited for 2 months and days before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse after the 2 month delay I got an email saying it was delayed again. I have called customer service and they have been of no help. They have no idea when the couch will arrive or what the progress is on it. They will not give a discount for this long delay. I am stuck in a pattern where I expect the couch to arrive any day, and then it gets pushed back. This is not okay. I paid over 3k for my couch and am just getting brushed off by customer service, the managers that I have spoken with, and the associates who we spoke to in the store we shopped at. I was planning on purchasing a side table, coffee table, and lamp after the couch arrived, but I will no longer be using room and board in the future. I ask you all to be wary of purchasing from here. I paid for the couch in full and now it looks as if it will never arrive. I expect more from this company, and am highly dissapointed.

Catie Kemp: Love love love. They were a bit too pricey for me to consider when I was living in my apartment, but since buying my place last November I have become a very loyal customer. I started working with Daren to get an idea of what I wanted in my living room- just having the sounding board was so helpful. I have since outfitted my entire living room with them- probably went to the store at least ten times before making my order and never felt harassed or pushed into buying immediately. My mom bought her first house in over a decade this summer and I’ve encouraged her to buy with them too (which she has and has had an equally good experience). The biggest thing for me when I’m spending money on furniture is knowing that a) it will last and b) having confidence in my purchase. I most recently ordered a set of four dining chairs which arrived on Friday and the color just isn’t quite right in my space. I went into the store yesterday and discussed the issue with an associate (didn’t catch her name)- they are very up front about wanting to make things right if you’re not happy. She gave me a sample swatch to take home and test in my space and this morning I called customer care who was happy to facilitate an exchange for me. They are back ordered until February so they even offered me the option of keeping the current chairs (so long, of course, as they are kept in excellent condition). Even speaking to their central customer service center is a personalized experience- I don’t have the same concern with other businesses that my order or request is going to get lost in the shuffle. You can get just about anything in any color/fabric/wood stain/finish that they have and the quality is outstanding- I really wish they were in the kitchen cabinet business because their wood quality, in my opinion, is unmatched by any other business I’ve explored at their scale. Everything is made in the US (Minnesota I believe). Of course with the pandemic things (especially custom items) can take a couple or a few months to come in, but this is far from specific to R&B and well worth the wait. I’ve had three or four delivery experiences with them and each time the employees were punctual, communicative, and, most importantly, careful with my home and furniture! In summary I can’t recommend them enough. They have found a customer for life in me and I am happy to scream my unsolicited appreciation from the rooftops any time! Edited to add- forgot to mention they are dog friendly (with treats!). If this isn’t the sign of a good business I don’t know what is.

Renee Davis: Don’t get me wrong, I love this furniture store. The customer service is great. Delivery service (workers) is great. It’s the actual product, the furniture quality that deserves 1 star (none if I could) our last purchase was the Reese sectional sofa. The buttons pick you when you sit on it and the cushions are cheap. No Cush whatsoever! It’s like sitting on the floor. The entertainment center has no wire outlets in the back for cord management and it scratches easily. And even though the only rerun policy listed is for mattresses I was told (Ginny) that if it was a couple weeks past they would be able to take it back? Do not be fooled by the pretty picture. It’s not worth the price!

A Barnes and Noble is an experience for readers who loves well organized, trendy, and easy access best sellers. This is not a place for readers who love used books, who loves to try to find something old and smelly. Today I went to browse out the horror section and I get a happy feeling just looking at new, unopened novels. I discovered or rediscovered favorites and fell for intriguing covers. You also go to Barnes and No le for its fun puzzles, desk decoration, and unique board game only sold there.

Peaches and Sourcream Children’s Foundation, inc.: The Peaches and Sourcream Children’s Foundation, Inc. really loves and appreciate the staff at this location. It is because of their generosity they helped to jumpstart our new initiative allowing the organization to build libraries in ten homes for children in grades Kindergarten-3rd. Starting in September until June ( based on the school year) each child receives 1-3 books monthly. The books are bestsellers and highly engaging. We can not thank them enough— special shout out to assistant store manager Heather!❤️

Weekend Warrior: A great little cafe and book store. Everything is spaced out and I enjoyed my time here. Try to respect the 30 minute rule for everyone to sit and enjoy.

Gina Stewart: If you want books, Barnes & Noble has you covered! But Barnes & Noble also carries movie DVDs, music on CDs and albums, puzzles, toys and they have Starbucks on hand to feed your cafeine needs too! It's a clean place to include the restrooms. Several new releases are generally 20% off for non-members and 30% off for members. Enjoy!

Carla Hampton: I love Barnes N Noble and thankful that their physical stores are still open! Friendly staff always, great selection of books and easy to find titles, genres and authors you're looking for. I also like the option to sit in and enjoy the cafe.

Shaun Hill: There are so few bookstores left around these days that it’s hard to have anything to compare it too. This location is close enough for me to visit during my lunch breaks, and I enjoy just browsing l. The layout is nice and allows plenty of room to peruse.

A Mac: I can walk in this place and explore all the books for hours.

Victoria K: The pharmacist, Joe, is highly incompetent. I’m visiting from out of town and had a physician call in a nausea medication for me around 1 PM on 4/8. The physician stated he had never had such difficulty calling in a prescription before - not even for anything related to the medication, sig, or dosing - but because the pharmacist, Joe, could not understand the patient name is “Victoria” and not “Bigtoria.” Odd because Victoria is a fairly common name whereas the latter is not. It would’ve been comical, except for the fact that I went to the pharmacy approximately 24 hours after it was called in to pick up my medication and Joe told me he didn’t have it ready. He stated, “I told the physician you needed to call the pharmacy because we did not have an account for you.” But that was false, because I was with the physician when he called it in. And although it has been a while, I do have an account with Walgreens. I’m sure Joe just didn’t take the time to do the central search as it would’ve been too much work to click one extra button. Not only that, I work in a pharmacy. If a medication is called in for a new patient, you do the logical thing and create a new profile. You can update the insurance when the patient arrives. But nope. Joe said I was supposed to call ahead of time and he made no attempt to create a profile, even though he showed me he had all of my information written down accurately when I arrived. That’s definitely not a Walgreens policy since I’ve worked in a Walgreens pharmacy. That’s just Joe doing less than the bare minimum at his job. But he was so kind as to offer that I wait an additional 40 minutes to fill something that should’ve been done 24 hours ago. But I declined and remembered why I never fill my prescriptions at Walgreens.

Seifu XXV: Absolutely worst customer service. Carlos was rude from the moment I walked in the door. I don't normally post negatively but this was the one exception.

Bgt Yhn: Pharmacy staff is legitimately awesome. Best service of any retail pharmacy I’ve ever been to, they will really go out of their way to help you.

Shayna Deverman: Very clean, stocked store! Had everything I needed and more for staying at hotel across street. Cashier was very sweet. Great selection of travel products also!

Ling Chen: A big no no place. Their staff are both rude and incapable. They behaved rudely towards my family and child and yelled at a very cute three year old. They also did not know how to handle normal purchasing through credit cards. They also were not able to print out receipt because they did not know how to put that roll of paper in for printing. I have to say that the manager of this store location must be incapable, and this is the worst pharmacy I have been to in the past 20 years.

Top Riwin: Had my moderna vaccination shot here, the pharmacist (Teddy) was really helpful. He talked us through the process and gave us a vaccine shot 👍👍👍

Anna Allen: I go there occasionally, it’s good store. Good selection. Quick photo printing. However, this time I needed a picture for my European passport taken which is 1.37x1.77. They told me that they cant do it. Which is a false information. I went to another Walgreens in union station and they took it. Dear Walgreens on 22nd street: In your photo kiosk, it is set by default on US passport but if you click on it it gives you option of different dimension for different counties. You’re welcome.

Mi chael Johnson: Every time my wife prescriptions comes here it's never ready or on the time they said that supposed to be ready by.Even after they put it in and this time"Priorty Arthorization"bypass just to paid.Went to get money after asked to see" it would be ready when I come back".."YES",she said.Came back enquire at pick-up"....er(walk to check)came back and to me to have a seat and wait...WHAT???

Katie S.: Great pharmacy staff. I was visiting from SC and had forgotten a few of my prescriptions. The pharmacist on staff Saturday morning (Oct 26) was so helpful and he was very quickly able to fill my 3 orders for 2 days worth of meds to get me through the weekend. Very nice, easy process, friendly folks.

Emily Shaw: I love this place--such a friendly neighborhood vibe. I get all my plants here, and this one guy who works there (sorry don't remember the name) is my plant guru. They will repot your plants for a small fee if you bring them in, which is so helpful when you live in an apartment. Also--their plants are so reasonably priced!! I bought a gorgeous 7-foot fiddle leaf fig on a whim because the price was literally a quarter of what you'd pay at [unnamed nearby plant shop]. Thank you for everything you do!!

Paul Durbin: If you want service and quick check out go to True Value on 17th. Completely different experience with knowledgeable staff ready for you at the door who will help you and then check you out right away. 100% of the true value staff knows their stuff. Here it’s mainly people who will just check you out and don’t know hardware. This place has equally good inventory and later hours, but it’s not a hardware store experience. And for what it’s worth this is an Ace Hardware, which advertises on Fox News, should you want to avoid supporting Fox.

Baba Harsh: This place is great, I understand it's a mom and pop shop but man the prices are super high. The people are somewhat helpful but got a lot of short answers. Ended up at Home Depot.

Gabriel Sarmiento: Pretty much just a design studio, no real merchandise to view. If you already know what you want and just want to see fabric, material, or hardware samples then this place will work. Otherwise just go to the DC location that has actual furniture. Disappointment really. They should advertise this as a design studio and not a furniture store.

Sarah Griffin: This is more of a sample store. If you want the full store with all merchandise, you need to go to the DC location.

Tenny Kristiana: Large collection of fiction. Also good amount of non fiction book (history and current affairs. Register to be a member, need to pay $25 for a year and you’ll get 20% discount from your first purchase and 10% after that. Btw I love their Harry Potter corner

Kay Mcay: Not a fan of this Barnes and Noble. Nice enough building but this one is not run nearly as well as other Barnes and Noble locations. Went in several times looking for newly released books where they would have maybe one copy stashed away on the top floor somewhere. This has occurred multiple times. This latest time I had gone in looking for a newly released book that was a top release on Amazon and the old male worker at this location proceeded to tell me they only had one copy in the back because he didn’t think it was a relevant story…… when I questioned him about it, it was so clear he had not read the book nor knew what he was talking about… I don’t think Barnes and Noble employees should decided amongst themselves which books the would like to put out on display…. Needless to say if you want a better experience I would choose a different location.

Gia Bankanella: Great bookstore. Coffee shop inside. Awesome space for browsing and cozy seats to check out purchases before buying. Overall, a wonderful spot for books, games, toys, and more.

Kay David: If I could give below 1 star I absolutely would. I entered the store on a Sunday evening, and upon entering the store, I was immediately yelled at and loudly misgendered by an employee. It was embarrassing, and surely all the cashiers and customers at the cash register heard this employee. They asked (still yelling rudely) if I needed help finding anything because they closed the floor. I had to ask why, since the hours posted on Yelp via Google Maps say they close at 9pm. After reading other reviews, it seems POC are not treated well at this location. For future reference, perhaps a greeter directly at the door letting people know you are closing would be more effective in conveying this message. Terrible customer service.

Brian McGunnigle: We were having a nice walk around the old neighborhood and decided to pop into the book store. Our duaghter decided to be an unreconcilable monster when she found a stuffed animal she couldn't live without. Angela came to the rescue and showed the stuffy had an accompanying book. Angela was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us once again when it came time to check out as our daughter had discovered another impulse item she couldn't leave behind. Meia Harris: Not as large as other Barnes & Noble stores, but this one is very nice inside and new. They do have a Starbucks in the back, but I didn't realize that they don't accept Starbucks cards inside Barnes & Noble.. a little disappointed with that but not a big deal.

Lawrence Dortch: I didn't even know there was a Barnes & Noble's over here that's kind of crazy that they just popped it up and it's a nice one not one of the biggest but it's definitely a nice one. I'll be back to visit and discover new books and pick something up for my niece as she always likes to stop in to whatever book shop is nearby and read and buy new books.There's also a Starbucks inside which well everyone seems to love.

Toni Airaksinen: This definitely doesn’t have as big of a selection as most other Barnes and Nobel’s, but I was able to find what I needed (obscure new book). The downside is that the customer service is lacking due to a lack of staffing. I had to call three times in one hour to confirm that the Mosaic B&N had my book in stock, and then when we went to the register it took about 10 minutes to find an employee. Check the website to see if B&N sells the book for cheaper. Most likely, you’ll save 3-5$ per book. Bring the website up to the register and ask if they can price-match. They should.

Sticks Forks & Others: One of the most cozy BN around!!! May not have the largest selection of a BN, but one of the best for the following reasons: • clean • plenty of light from the street • extremely friendly staff • ample number of unisex bathrooms • not a Starbucks fan, but the BN Cafe serves Starbucks coffee, with a small selection of muffins, etc. • street parking, as well as a large parking lot at Target...about 200 yards away • plenty of places to eat around The only downside is very limited seating.

MannyandNatalia Rodriguez: I really enjoy this Barnes and Nobles Location. Sasha was really helpful in helping me find all the specific books I was looking for, she was patient and very friendly! Great experience.

William Gant: For those of us who are tired of Kindles, iPads, and phones, this is a great store where you can still browse the shelves for paperbacks and ask the employees for suggestions on books covering various subject matters, or if you are too cheap to get an e-reader, you can come here and read for free, just don't do what George did.

Bianca Hardy (iaeka): This is not your normal size Barnes & Noble, with that said they have compact your large store into a smaller one. It has your main selection of books and kids section, and the cafe with seating. Its very nice inside, just lacking on a bit of space.

RCS S: Shopping rush is not a problem at Barnes & Noble Tysons. They stocked up this holiday season and checking out isn’t bad. Organized shelves and clean area. There’s a Starbucks inside so if you wanna chill out a bit you can have some drinks and cookies.

A R: This is what you would expect from a Barnes and Noble but I have to add that the staff here are well-informed and friendly. It can be busy on the weekends, however, this store is very spacious and doesn’t feel crowded. Great selection of books and DVDs. Its location is near a mall entrance. It is easy to pop in quickly to have a look around or spend longer browsing! A great reason to go to the mall but also a great or a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the mall!

Antonio Tovar: It's great to had a book store at the mall. That kind of consumption is my piece of cake. Unfortunately, like what happened with this country many of the items there are made in China. The quality is good, not get me wrong, it's just sad to think that to make books cheaper we sacrifice the environment and the labor market for it. The selection is quite large and the attention warm and kind.

Scott Klempner: I ordered large format glossy prints online for a church event. My job was completed within an hour or two, and I was very happy with the quality. There is a very large price jump between standard prints (11" wide) and poster prints (anything larger), and so I would have liked to print larger than 11" but did not because of price.

Jasmine McGee: I needed a copy of something that was larger than a normal size paper. Right away the sales associate helped me get my copy. As I was waiting for my copying to be completed, I looked for other things and another sales associate asked if I needed any help. Overall the store just had a great vibe to it and everyone was so helpful.

W Jones: This place is usually pretty good. Staff are are usually pretty professional and attentive. However, this location is not able to able to offer printing (print, fax, copy,) or shipping services (scan and accept packages) 30 minutes before closing.

Theodore Wang: Store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. The office chair was not in stock. She went to her computer in the store (this was on a Friday) and had it delivered to. my door on Tuesday. Amazing!

Jose Velasquez: Came in today to find some office supplies and make some large prints. I normally use my local staples but their laminate machine was down. I tried asking the lady a print question and before I could finish my question she cut me off and sand me to the self service area. I tried to explain what I needed done and she rudely told that I ask for printing and that’s where it’s done. She than pointed at another employee and said he might be able to help as she walked away from me. Rude and just plain nasty Back staples where at least they pretend to care not at this Office Depot Do Not use them.

James Dreyer: I've had several issues with this pharmacy - more than once I've been called saying my prescriptions are ready, only to arrive and have them nowhere to be found - I've even spoken with the pharmacist directly over the phone to confirm, and then arrived to be told that they didn't have it (this happened 3 times last month). For what's supposed to be a professional service, their pharmacy counter seems startlingly disorganized, and there seems to be a lack of urgency or accountability on their end for something as important as prescription medications.

Greg Lennon: The worst experiences here even though it’s only 2 blocks from my house. I’m always waiting 20+ minutes at the pharmacy, even though there is only 1-2 people in front of me. Then they refuse to fill my daily medication because it’s been 29 days not 30 and I run out tomorrow - so i have to come back in the day I’m out and hope they have it in stock in order to do my job properly. Will never be coming back - go the CVS 2 blocks away.

Stephanie Mercedes //: If i could give this pharmacy a lower rating I would - this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. I have been here four times and called multiple times and they still managed to mix up my prescription even after calling me and telling me it was ready. I would recommend hitting your head against a wall before using this pharmacy. I have no idea why walgreens hates its costumer’s so much or why they are so dedicated to horrific customer experience. I also witnessed another woman being denied her medication. HORRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Serenity M: I usually don’t shop at Walgreens but since the closing of the local CVS I started transitioning to Walgreens. I’m kind of glad that I did so because the store is clean and beautiful. I think the long lines should be worked out a bit better but overall I had a great experience. The staff was ok and the employee Miguel was a joy, he greeted me and was very knowledgeable of the store. He made sure he took care of me and the other customers especially with the king lines. I think I will definitely be back!

Mei-Ling Campbell: The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone. I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday. I almost busted my stitches screaming at the phone when the pharmacy hung up on me the twice today. I just had surgery and can’t exactly walk up there. Their app won’t let me sign in because there’s a glitch that won’t allow the state to be entered. I’m getting my meds moved elsewhere because the level of inadequacy for a pharmacy that’s supposed to care about people’s well-being is just ridiculous.

Kareem Yakub: This post is a confirmation of my previous two-star review. First comes the good: the store is in immaculate shape, the selection is great, and products are in stock. Then there’s the bad: never waited in such a long line at the pharmacy, never been in such an inefficient line at the register where there’s one cashier and two workers up front who aren’t helping, and never given up on making a purchase cause no one arrived to unlock the shelf for me to get an item (toothpaste). Conclusion: a store is only as good as the people who work in it. Either hire more workers or train them better.

Phillip Reinhardt: For the past 5 months in a row... it's a headache getting my prescription refilled. The back and forth causes countless followups and a 2-3 week delay. I had enough and now get everything delivered, no issues, with Capsule. Sorry Walgreens... but ya won't be seeing me for a long while.

Taquila Clark: I visited Walgreens formerly known as rite aide after there grand opening and I must say the prices are a bit higher but the store is beautiful and clean. The staff are ok and the manager Miguel and Lahsen are always so nice and helpful.

Mandy Slutsker: The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone, not even when other pharmacies or doctor office’s call. The staff always look overwhelmed and the wait times are long. Please hire more staff for the pharmacy and train them better.

Sassy Sauce: I missed all of the after Christmas saw items. This location had a few products left over from Christmas but nothing I really wanted. Overall the store was neat and organized. I didn’t need any additional items for this trip, just preparing for next years holiday decorations.

Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Jeff Rueckgauer: Needed a red 10 cup Brita pitcher. App says there is 1 in stock. Not on the shelf. 4 associates said they couldn't help but would page someone for the aisle. 10 minutes is more than enough time for someone to at least arrive, even if they have to look further. This HD had been really good for many years. The pandemic is no excuse for just unhelpful people and plainly unconcerned, inept management.

Rickey Anderson: I went to the Rhode Island Avenue store it was good. What would made it excellent if their stock was current with the website. They didn't have it even though the computer said they did have it. The item was Sphagnum moss. Happy that I was able to find a few other items

Bailey Cage: Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I had spent hours online trying to research the best products / methods for tiling my second-story concrete subfloor with no definitive answers, so I decided to head to the store and find someone to help me. Normally Home Depot workers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but whoever they sent back to flooring to help me seemed to know nothing. He was able to show me where items were on the aisle, but he couldn’t answer a single question about how to tile my floor or what the differences and pros/cons in products were. It was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars of products I later had to return. What truly upset me is that I did some more research once I got home just to find out the answer I was looking for is common knowledge in construction, but as someone doing a DIY project, I just didn’t know what terms I had to search for. For a Home Depot employee - the flooring specialist - to not know this is astounding.

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

DAVID GILL: paint dept vert slow. When paint was done I was not told it was done. I came up to the counter and stood there waiting while emotes helped others. After 10 minutes he pointed at can. I said is that mine he looked at me like Duh.

Just a Countertenor: This is a great Office Depot store compared to some of the others I’ve visited. The employees are very kind and helpful, and the store is clean and organized. The store is smaller than some other locations, however seems to have the same variety of products. I usually come once a month to recycle ink cartridges. Some of their items are cheaper than Staples, such as the envelopes in the picture. At Staples a similar pack was $10. My only complaint is that their restrooms are now marked as “Employees Only” which is inconvenient.

michele Silva: Real Time review: this store needs to just close. The employees are so nasty, NO ONE smiles and the customer service seems forced. They literally treat you like your getting on their nerves just being there. Never in stock on ink they have to order it for you. Today was it after waiting 40 minutes to drop a Fed Ex package and fed ex won't let them in. This store is horrible

David Mcmillian: Office Depot had a brother printer I needed in stock. I'd been seeking this printer everywhere for over 6 months. When I saw it, I ordered it. And item was was ready for pick-up in less than 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store and notified Office Depot I was there for curbside pickup, the associate promptly brought the printer to my vehicle and loaded it up right away. It was a very pleasurable experience.

Then I left the store .They are also very slow and may need to work on customer skill and efficient communication. I will never go back their again.

M Goldfarb: I like very much that it accepts used printer cartridges in its reward program. The checkout cashier was very efficient, and quiet but friendly enough. But the store itself could benefit from some painting and modernization.

I went in seeking a screw that would fit a warped sleeve in a new piece of furniture, and Chris went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He asked me to bring in my furniture, offered me a dolly to wheel it in from my car, and used some tools free of charge at the store to help get the screw properly threaded so I could finish building my furniture. It was so kind of him to offer his assistance, I likely would have had to exchange the furniture if I didn’t have his help. She always tries to drag me in for treats. They have a great plant selection. They change things up but you can usually find a good array of basics and less common plants. Erica Willis: Horrible customer service. I called because I wanted to order a computer as a Christmas gift, that was listed on their website as "in stock." I called the store to confirm if it was actually in stock before I placed the order for curbside pick-up. After being on hold for almost 22 minutes, someone finally comes to the phone. I give her the item number and she confirms that they have the computer in store. I proceed to place the order online, only to receive an email 20 minutes later telling me that my order could not be fulfilled because it's not in stock. Like did they even try to fill it? Did they look at their current inventory? How could you tell me over the phone you have it, then decline filling the order?! I then called back to confirm AGAIN and was left on hold for 25 minutes! No one ever came back to the phone. I called back repeatedly for assistance because my card was charged and now there is a pending hold for almost $700 for a item they told me they had, but didn't.

Jennifer Thompson-Hunter: Kudos to Nathan. His knowledge, patience, and input regarding the best way to capture photo and make poster went above and beyond regular customer service. Especially helping the non-savvy and elderly, lol. He was calm and cool and went about his work efficiently. Him and the store came greatly recommended. They said this Office Depot does all there printing and goes no where else. Now my go-to ✔

To be expected I know but pricy. Found some titles I was interested in but upon checking Amazon they were all at least $5 cheaper online than at the store. Super helpful for last minute choices for commuters.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Just wanted to thank MIKE the MANAGER for his patience and kindness. I was traveling a long distance to see a niece who was admitted to the National Children's hospital in DC and I had driven over 19 hours and was awake over 26 hours... I thought I went to a Walgreens near children's hospital where I left my driver's license on the counter, well turns out I could not locate this mysterious Walgreens because it didn't exist...the Walgreens I went to was in my travels but in one of the states in my drive to Washington DC. So Mike the manager was trying his best to tell me there was no Walgreens to his knowledge "near" the hospital only a Walgreens IN the hospital. He even started to Google search for me and everything...all along it was NEVER his store at all... but he took the time to try and help me locate the Walgreens I thought I went to. I was clearly sleep deprived to not know I was in a completely different state...but Mike was completely patient, kind and helpful. I will continue to give Walgreens my business so long as they keep hiring people like Mike. I can only imagine how awesome he is in his own store with his customers and employees if I received this awesome level of service not having yet patronized his store. Next time I come through I will be sure to spend my money at this Walgreens and I hope others do also based on my review. Thanks Mike the Manager :-) *Paige*

Mary Kate Pinto: They've lost my prescriptions more times than I can count, when I call the pharmacy I'm never on hold for LESS than 15 minutes, I have to walk the pharmacy workers through how to apply my manufacturer coupon for one of my prescriptions every single month, I could go on and on. They've taken so long to fill my prescriptions that I've gone weeks without my medication and gotten really sick because of it. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Every time I go in/call, it's somehow a worse experience than the last time.

Joy Day: The first time I waited on hold for 20 min. for pharmacist. I was then disconnected. I called back. No answer for 10 min and I was disconnected again. It was not the lunch hour. It was not before or after pharmacy hours. They are clearly just choosing not to answer the phone and then picking it up and hanging up. I was calling to try and get a prescription filled. Funny, I thought that was Walgreens core business. I am now sending my husband to the CVS nearby.

SNorrisArts Sherri Norris: I am a tourist visiting DC I'm on FOOT the store advertises it closes at 10 PM I spoke to a girl on the phone who said yes we are still open we close at 10....I arrived at 9:49 and the store was closed I explained to security I just called and it's not 10 he said oh well we are CLOSED I ran 3 blocks to get there....this is HORRIBLE business for tourists....I WILL STOP USING WALGREENS NATIONWIDE because I notice this is a problem EVERYWHERE....don't tell the public you close at a specific time if you are going to close early and refuse them service!!!

William Gant: Good location for Wallgreens in Chinatown especially if you work close by and you need a quick snack or soft drink or a quick pharmacy item instead of hitting the grocery store on your way home. It does get busy at times and you do sometimes run into some interesting characters (its next to one of the largest Metro Stations in DC). It's pretty large for a Wallgreens in downtown though.

Grace Vollmar: This pharmacy is impossible to deal with lol, go to ANY other pharmacy but this one. Multiple times I’ve gotten texts saying my prescription is ready, i go and wait in the long line that they always have, just to be told it’s not ready and then be told “it’ll be ready in like a day or two” when i ask. I’ve also had to call because I got a new prescription filled at another Walgreens that was closer because I needed it asap, that Walgreens staff was lovely, but they were out so they transferred me to this one and the woman on the phone immediately said “we don’t have that here” (it was a very common prescription) and HUNG UP ON ME. I guess that experience was lucky though because any other time I’ve had to call, I never even get through or get put on hold for so long that I just hang up. Seriously, go to ANY other pharmacy. I know you have to deal with a lot as a pharmacist but don’t take it out on people who are just trying to get answers and their medications lol.

Betty Chu: Update: I went in to pick up 2 items. It took 30 minutes bc they charged me twice via the app. He was yelling at me saying I was wrong — and refused to believe me even though I showed him the TWO RECEIPTS IN THE APP. This place is understaffed, so everyone behind registers is stressed and unhelpful. After 30 min, he finally returned both purchases and I left with nothing. —- I wish I could give ZERO stars. Again & again, this store & pharmacy is a mess. Every time I visit in-person or call, something goes wrong. Tonight, I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for 30+ minutes before closing at 6 - then at 5:57, the phone just hung up on me.

Ian Cahir: Scheduled a Covid booster shot for a Sunday, then arrived to find them closed. When I tried calling on Monday, no answer. When I arrived on Monday, they would not take me.
