Mark Weinress: Really like this store, and all the Room & Board locations. Large and nicely laid out for easy shopping. Well priced, well made stylish furniture with a good, but not overwhelming selection. Very helpful staff. Lots of options on upholstery and other details. I've bought quite a number of pieces at the Room & Board in Chelsea, NYC.

Brandon Gaimari: Customer service is actually good but products are over priced junk. Bought a bedroom set and the design of the bed causes it to squeak every time you roll over. Customer service had Dr. Furniture come out twice - one time screws were missing in the bed, the next time installed slat pads (why were these not installed originally?). For the price you pay, the quality is not what it should be. Beware.

Anna Harrington: First, we had a guy helping us who like was non responsive at the Logan circle room and board. Then I ordered online for July 7 and the furniture store confirmed via email and when I called they told me July 7 was unavailable. Not good service for the price and wouldn’t buy here again.

Veronica Lim Almario: Staff was super helpful. Peter helped us out and would highly recommend him!! We didn't feel pressure to buy anything. Peter helped us decide on a couch that fit our home and budget.

Summer Logan: I was working with Lisa (who apparently is the store manager). Her behavior does not seem like she should be. My problem was passed off to Peter and I felt underappreciated as a client. Would not recommended the people that work here. Service is below expectations for the money you spend and management should do a better job. Seems like they do not care or engage with clients. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied.

Kathryn Adamcik: I ordered a couch from here in August and it was to be delivered at the start of December. It was delayed until the end of December and I waited for it to arrive. 1 day before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse I got an email saying it would be delayed for 2 more months. I waited for 2 months and days before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse after the 2 month delay I got an email saying it was delayed again. I have called customer service and they have been of no help. They have no idea when the couch will arrive or what the progress is on it. They will not give a discount for this long delay. I am stuck in a pattern where I expect the couch to arrive any day, and then it gets pushed back. This is not okay. I paid over 3k for my couch and am just getting brushed off by customer service, the managers that I have spoken with, and the associates who we spoke to in the store we shopped at. I was planning on purchasing a side table, coffee table, and lamp after the couch arrived, but I will no longer be using room and board in the future. I ask you all to be wary of purchasing from here. I paid for the couch in full and now it looks as if it will never arrive. I expect more from this company, and am highly dissapointed.

Catie Kemp: Love love love. They were a bit too pricey for me to consider when I was living in my apartment, but since buying my place last November I have become a very loyal customer. I started working with Daren to get an idea of what I wanted in my living room- just having the sounding board was so helpful. I have since outfitted my entire living room with them- probably went to the store at least ten times before making my order and never felt harassed or pushed into buying immediately. My mom bought her first house in over a decade this summer and I’ve encouraged her to buy with them too (which she has and has had an equally good experience). The biggest thing for me when I’m spending money on furniture is knowing that a) it will last and b) having confidence in my purchase. I most recently ordered a set of four dining chairs which arrived on Friday and the color just isn’t quite right in my space. I went into the store yesterday and discussed the issue with an associate (didn’t catch her name)- they are very up front about wanting to make things right if you’re not happy. She gave me a sample swatch to take home and test in my space and this morning I called customer care who was happy to facilitate an exchange for me. They are back ordered until February so they even offered me the option of keeping the current chairs (so long, of course, as they are kept in excellent condition). Even speaking to their central customer service center is a personalized experience- I don’t have the same concern with other businesses that my order or request is going to get lost in the shuffle. You can get just about anything in any color/fabric/wood stain/finish that they have and the quality is outstanding- I really wish they were in the kitchen cabinet business because their wood quality, in my opinion, is unmatched by any other business I’ve explored at their scale. Everything is made in the US (Minnesota I believe). Of course with the pandemic things (especially custom items) can take a couple or a few months to come in, but this is far from specific to R&B and well worth the wait. I’ve had three or four delivery experiences with them and each time the employees were punctual, communicative, and, most importantly, careful with my home and furniture! In summary I can’t recommend them enough. They have found a customer for life in me and I am happy to scream my unsolicited appreciation from the rooftops any time! Edited to add- forgot to mention they are dog friendly (with treats!). If this isn’t the sign of a good business I don’t know what is.

Renee Davis: Don’t get me wrong, I love this furniture store. The customer service is great. Delivery service (workers) is great. It’s the actual product, the furniture quality that deserves 1 star (none if I could) our last purchase was the Reese sectional sofa. The buttons pick you when you sit on it and the cushions are cheap. No Cush whatsoever! It’s like sitting on the floor. The entertainment center has no wire outlets in the back for cord management and it scratches easily. And even though the only rerun policy listed is for mattresses I was told (Ginny) that if it was a couple weeks past they would be able to take it back? Do not be fooled by the pretty picture. It’s not worth the price!

Stacy Lemery: Having a West Elm accessible to bus and metro lines is great for residents of the DC area. There is always lots more online, but being able to see the quality of bedding, furniture, etc in person makes a big difference. I have purchased a bed, bedding, hallway shelving, a shoe rack, curtains, candle holders, and other decor from West Elm.

Ms.: I love the items in the store. Very stylish and very unique. 2 full floors of sofas, pillows, dishes, pot holders, baskets, wall decor and more. Easy to stay in store and "look"..sure to find an item for your home or gift for another. Can't really talk about customer service except to say no one acknowledged or ask me did I need help to find an item. I was on my own..succeed

Eric Overton: Staff at this store were basically useless and didn’t seem to know much about the products for sale. Fortunately, I was only there to test a floor model before buying online. Shipping was fast with only two weeks between purchase and delivery. Delivery dudes were both prompt and chill.

Geneva: I was wary of buying from this store based on some of the reviews here; however, after a year of searching for the right sectional, I found the perfect one for me at West Elm. I received good service from the store. The sales person was very clear that my sectional - which I bought in November for a nice discount - would not arrive until early January. As promised, I got calls and emails from the delivery department the second week of January and was able to schedule a date that worked for me. The two delivery guys were amazing - they had to maneuver their big truck down a narrow alley to get to the loading dock. They were professional and efficient and out of my apartment in less than 15 minutes. The sectional is exactly what I wanted and so comfortable.

MIchael Wright: Prices are unnecessarily high, since the doors are left open during warm weather, thus requiring more energy for A/C,, which also incrementally contributes to climate-changing emissions. So, not the shop for customers who either don't like higher prices or want to help the environment.

Angela Garcia: STAY AWAY FROM WEST ELM. It's customer service is the worst, they won't ever deliver your items on time, they won't care and won't do anything about their mistakes with your order....it is just not worth it. I have received the wrong item TWICE (which honestly I don't understand how they can mess up the size of a piece which is clearly stated in their website other than it should have never been offered there in the first place because it doesn't exist). Now I'm stuck with an item which is not the one I ordered, and west elm won't care to pick it up and complete the return. THIS BRAND IS A JOKE.

The store associate we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and really helped us choose the best option for our apartment. Our furniture won't arrive for a while, but we'll eagerly await it! The store itself was clean and well-organized.

Jonathan Mullen: Some nice stuff. Seems overpriced for what it is. Similar to Crate and Barrel.Joybird is just down the street and offers higher quality furniture at a better price.

Annapurna Mitra: The worst delivery experience I have encountered. I ordered a dining table and four chairs, with in-home delivery. The chairs were sent via UPS, not assembled, and with no explanation despite paying $250 for in-home delivery. I live alone, and there are 7 pages of assembly instructions requiring two people. I have no way of doing this, and am left with a living room like a furniture warehouse. On the other hand, the dining table, which was ready 10 days ago, and I had asked the customer service to wait and schedule an appointment for all items together is yet to arrive. I cannot find a way to schedule anything on the website, and on the phone I can not find a way to talk to a human being. I have received no response to my email. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sarah Gunel: Customer service was super here! All of the sales associates were helpful, but not pushy. They were also pleasant (happy). After we returned home from our shopping, I realize that I left my daughter's hat there. I called and the woman who answered the phone said she would mail it to me. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I would definitely return to this store!

Quoc Thieu Tran: I reached out to Tim to see if he and his team could help move the same Boconcept pieces I bought a couple years ago. Tim was able to accommodate and the furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and moved to my new apartment. While assembly manuals are helpful, having someone who already knows how to disassemble/assemble these furniture pieces definitely expedited my move. Would highly recommend!

Shailesh Kumar: Purchased "Indivi" sectional after customization. It fits very well for two families and perfect for our family room. Very sturdy and contemporary style. We also purchased a customized large leather ottoman to go with it. Quite satisfied with the quality- bit on the expensive side but I guess worth it. Very thankful to Aymann from DC store who helped us for this purchase and spent a lot of time explaining and choosing the right stuff. Looking forward to few other Bo-Concept furniture in our home.

Michael Nagan: Two big thumbs-up for BoConcept, and Tim. The first thumbs-up is for the furniture itself. We purchased several Mariposa chairs and a Granada table. We have absolutely loved them both! They are probably our favorite pieces of furniture. The table is incredibly easy to expand and contract, so we actually do it all the time. (The mechanism is kind of fun to use, so I actually like doing it, rather than dreading it.) And the chairs are beautiful and comfortable. The second thumbs-up is for their service. We had a problem with one of the chairs almost five years after we purchased it. The warranty had long since ended, but I contacted Tim (who wasn’t even the owner when we purchased the chairs) to ask about it. He concluded that the problem shouldn’t have happened, so he offered to fix the chair for free. That involved replacing a substantial piece of the chair - which couldn’t have been cheap for them. And they did the repair in about 15 minutes at their warehouse while I waited and chatted with the lovely repair people. I guess you can tell that I feel pretty positive about BoConcept, but they’ve earned it!

Rob Streicker: I cannot say enough nice things about BoConcept DC and its owner Tim Machenaud. I purchased an office chair from this shop almost 5 years ago and it held up beautifully until one of the wheels popped off -- it appeared that normal wear and tear had stripped a bolt of its threading. Despite the chair being out of warranty, Tim immediately offered to replace the entire chair at no cost to me. It was available to pick up from the showroom the next day. This is customer service at its finest. I'm now sitting in my new chair writing this review -- a very happy customer.

Patricia Strohm: The team at Bo Concept did a terrific job in helping me find the right furniture for my new place. Ayman came and measured and presented a custom look that is elegant and comfortable. The delivery men were equally helpful. Tim is an excellent manager. I've always liked the furniture and other products at Bo Concepts but the Georgetown store is the best (better than the ones in London) I have visited.

Laura Lee: Seriously, the best customer service EVER!. We bought a couch and a rug here and Tim is so expeditious with his replies to anything we needed. There was a little piece of fabric that was sticking out after we got it delivered and he came right away to fix it. The delivery was also the BEST delivery experience I have ever had. SOOOOO OD professional! The inside of the moving vehicle was even cleaner than my house! Definitely NOT a 3rd party delivery service and fake white glove delivery. They wore booties when they came into the house, came within the time frame of said delivery, and gave 20-25 mins notice as promised. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to ANYONE! Superb 5 star service.

Jacqueline Dobranski: We have been enthusiastic customers of Ligne Roset DC since 2012 when we bought a set of 12 formal "So" dining chairs and the iconic pumpkin chair. The store is locally owned by a warm and welcoming community-minded family. This translates to amazing customer service! Owner David Zein has an exquisite eye for design. He patiently helped me choose the right pieces and the perfect colors for my home without sales pressure. A couple of years later I stopped in and purchased the Ploum love seat - like sitting on a cloud! The first night I had it my dog chewed a hole in the seat! David had an upholsterer there the next day and you cannot tell anything happened! Last year we replaced our casual dining table and chairs at Ligne Roset. David swore the chair fabric would not stain, and he was right! I have two young kids - soy sauce, spaghetti sauce, you name it - it all comes right out of light gray fabric with a damp cloth! I have always admired Ligne Roset, and we get compliments on the style and comfort of our furniture all the time. Thank you to David and wife Dani for an excellent shopping experience. We are customers for life! BTW their newest store at the DC Wharf is stunning!

Jennifer Zydney: My best customer experiences come about when someone I do business with makes a problem go away. That was the case with Warehouse Showrooms. Knowing lead times are stretched, we ordered some outdoor furniture well ahead of when we’d need it. When we approached the date that we thought we’d take delivery, we learned there had been some miscommunication about how/when the delivery would occur. Warehouse Showrooms really bent over backwards to address the situation and make it work for us. Super helpful and responsive customer service. Furniture delivery guys were great too, very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to enjoy our Polywood rockers!

Sara Barth: Warehouse Showrooms is great! We purchased a bedroom set and couldn’t be happier. Excellent quality solid wood furniture at reasonable prices. The staff at Warehouse Showrooms are so easy to work with and gave us realistic expectations about delivery timelines. We ended up adding a piece to our order a few weeks after our initial order was placed and they did not charge us for the second delivery. We’ll definitely shop with Warehouse Showrooms again!

Margaret Veenstra: This local business is great! The shopkeepers are friendly and helpful. All the furniture is made in America! Much of the wood furniture is crafted by Amish. We find value and quality in everything that we purchase here. We’ve previously purchased a bedroom set and today we purchased a couple mattress sets and a bed. We can’t wait til delivery day! Support local business, you wil not be disappointed.

Barry Rosman: We bought 5 matching walnut chairs to go with our new Live Edge table. The chairs legs were too wide to fit 2 chairs side by side. After some discussion, the came up with an innovative solution to move the table legs at no charge. They saved the day and fixed it within 24 hours. That is service. They are very helpful, creative and very easy to do business with.

David White: Great experience with Jorge for prior purchases, hand-made Amish furniture is awesome and we've enjoyed it thus far.

Janet LZ: BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE!! Warehouse Showrooms has gorgeous furniture! The quality is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable! Helpful sales personnel. I have bought at least 12 pieces from this store and have never been disappointed. Many of the items can be customized. This place is awesome!

My fiancée and I have returned to them for multiple items, and had an outstanding experience each time. We struggled at other stores to find items to fit our budget, needs, and aesthetic preferences, but Warehouse Showrooms has always come through. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alek Cannan: High quality, hand made, solid wood furniture at fair prices. This showroom is excellent and the staff are really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We visited the showroom looking for a dining set and a sleeper sofa. We were really impressed with the range of options available and the high quality workmanship. And most items are very customizable to adjust sizes and wood types and finishes to match just what you are looking for. We are really impressed and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for long lasting furniture.

Warehouse Showrooms had great customer service and after we decided we did like the chairs, they were able to order them for us at a better price than we would have gotten buying directly from the manufacturer. Justin H: Fantastic place for custom wood furniture. Massive warehouse full of different size/shape/grain planks to choose your custom to able from. We wanted something solid wood that would last forever and were so happy we found this place. See the pictures for before and finished product. They sealed the table and had numerous leg styles to pick from. We were even able to get a side table from the same slab. Great family business where customer service is their first priority. Highly recommend you check them out!

Angie Rhinehart: We came upon this store when we were out looking for new bedroom furniture. While we didn’t find that, we did find so much more! Don’t let the outside deter you, a treasure trove awaits you inside. They carry such unique and reasonably priced pieces. Plan to spend a good bit of time because there is so much to see that it takes several times around the warehouse to take it all in. The best part of this place is the customer service. Furniture shopping can feel like being fed to the wolves, but not here with Nico. He was present to offer help but not in your face and he was incredibly friendly. We found so many things we want for our home but picked up a few to start and are going back for more soon. I cannot recommend this place enough!

If you already know what you want and just want to see fabric, material, or hardware samples then this place will work. Otherwise just go to the DC location that has actual furniture. Disappointment really. They should advertise this as a design studio and not a furniture store.

Walter Gabriel Rivera Guzman: We ordered a dinning table at the end of January 2022. They told us that delivery would happen in about 2 weeks. Since then, delivery was pushed out twice apparently due to the pandemic. We're close to the end of March and we still have not received the dinning table or an update whatsoever. We also tried to cancel the order twice. They said that they will 'put in a request and get back to us in approximately 10 days' but nothing happened. Oh and they charged the credit card. We're talking about a $2000 dinning table. I checked the website today and the listing for the table says it is 'in stock and ready to ship.' I will put in a complaint with my credit card and every consumer protection agency I can find out there. This store is a scam. Unbelievable how they trick people with their nicely furnished store and website. Order number: 320303635033.

Seda Yildirim Babakiray: Long story short: West Elm is not capable of cancelling an order. I ordered a chair on Jan 3rd with estimated delivery date in Feb. They postponed the delivery date 5 times. I have been asking them to cancel my order for the last 3 months but they are lying to my face that it will be shipped in the next 2 weeks. And they can not cancel the order because it is fulfilled and it is in the container (for the last 4 months!!!). I had the worst customer experience. The next estimated delivery date is June 29th and when I told them I am not home and refuse this shipment customer representative offered “I should kindly ask my neighbour to return the product”. They are a joke. I’ll not shop here again (never ever!). I have never been treated such poorly as a customer. Now it is my mission to spread the word! Shannon: Called the store. Employee was still having a conversation with someone else and was laughing. I inquired about something in stock and shipping. I got some answers, but also a ton of attitude. No wonder why this store gets terrible reviews. Needless to say I will be buying elsewhere.

Miles Weldon: If you want your order in a reasonable timeframe DON'T ORDER FROM WEST ELM. Been furnishing an entire home and out of all companies West Elm is BY FAR the worst. Shipping estimates are completely inaccurate and don't get updated. Have had to call numerous times a couple days prior to the delivery date to finally be told there would be a delay on products I've ordered. If you're ordering a large piece like a table or couch just assume you will wait 6+ months regardless of what their website says.

gopi gunturu: I have ordered Dining chairs and Dining Table on Jun19. the chairs came quickly and they were good. The dinning table was back ordered to be delivered by Aug 03. and i am still waiting for the dinning table. The design and products are good but the customer service is not good. I had to make many calls to find out when the table will be delivered and don't get any answers. Here are the various issue I had when dealing with West Elm 1. the customer rep will say that they will transfer to the delivery depart and the call ends. They transfer to a number that is not working. Happened multiple times. 2. I wanted them to replace 2 chairs (1 box) but they sent 2 boxes (4 chairs) I had to take the heavy boxes to return to UPS. 3. The customer service Rep will tell I should get a call back in 24hrs, but that never happens. 4, My order was delivered to wrong delivery center and it is taking ages to be moved to the right delivery center. Because of the customer service, I would not recommend.

Saraswathi Gautham: Worst furniture shopping experience I’ve had and I just furnished an entire house. I went into to purchase a side table and lamps. They were being gifted by my father and when making a payment we were told he couldn’t complete the transaction with an international credit card. The sales person recommended we make the purchase by buying a gift card and using that to place the order. After charging us for the gift card and placing the order she tells us we were also charged a $150 for shipping. As I didn’t want to pay $150 shipping for just an end table I asked to change the order items and I was told I could cancel my order but not change the order. I would also only get a refund in the form of a gift card and even though the items I was changing my order to were coming out to $200 lesser than what I was being charged for I wouldn’t get a refund for the difference but just a store credit for the amount of my original purchase which the sales agent charged without fully going over the breakdown. Till now I have had to talk to 3 people to even get to the point of them telling me that I would only get a gift card with each person saying it was a mistake the store made but not offering up any real solutions. Add to all this that they have mentioned all this only via email and have not provided any receipt for the order cancellation or the new gift card issue. I’m accepting the gift card issue ( still pending actually receiving it) only as a last resort to make sure I don’t lose all my money. This transaction has felt like nothing more than an entrapment to get my money without anything to show for it. Absolutely horrendous experience. Completely unhelpful and careless sales and management at the store and customer service that’s been frustrating to deal with

Rachel Wood: Worst service I've ever experienced. I was supposed to have all of my furniture by November 26th. They ghosted me on a scheduled delivery. I had to reach out and re-schedule myself, they never acknowledged their mistake. Then I was supposed to get it yesterday, but they call to say that one of the pieces won't be there because they "forgot it." Then I get an email today that the final piece is delayed and won't be here till mid December-January. Terrible service, very unprofessional, extremely disappointing. don't waste your money for them to just waste your time.

Isidor Dimitrijevic: This business is fraud. After waiting four months for my set of nightstands to arrive, they managed to sent only one of the two and guess what!? It was broken. After couple of tries with their phone support or store manager Kevin to fix shipping issue, i decided to cancel order and return broken night stand without waiting for the 2nd nightstand to arrive at my house. Guess what?! I’m still waiting for my refund, it’s been whole month already. If you all respect your money think twice before making purchase at this fraudulent, slow and extremely unprofessional business.

The entire BoConcept team did a fantastic job in advising me plus communicating - Lina, Laurence, Tony were a pleasure to work with and they are true professionals! Especially Lina was an excellent, quick, and patient consultant, who was very helpful when it came to ordering, then making changes, and providing a leather sample. The beauty and quality of my new RENO chair speaks for itself and, in my opinion, is worth the price. I easily put things together once items arrived and assembly was no problem at all. Harsh Bagde: BoConcept product selection and customization options are incredible. We worked with Lina Afzal to customize and order a 3 seater sectional. She is very knowledgable and diligent. Throughout the order lifecycle, she kept us updated on the status of the order (orders take time given the current supply chain issues). Once the order arrived to the warehouse, the delivery team executed a well timed white glove delivery. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high end/quality furniture.

The original delivery ETA was set earlier according to computer, but changed to another date later on due to logistical changes, which is understandable. After that, it was changed again but I wasn't informed so I waited a day and then simply called/emailed to check in and ask but when I spoke with Julie, it was a very curt and unpleasant interaction. I asked for details concerning what happened and what may possibly be the timeline given the new logistical details. Julie was very unfriendly and I did not want to ask any more. I then email my main consultant- Lina but then was responded by Julie saying I was impatient, stating incorrect details about original ETA of delivery that was on computer back when I placed the order. I understand that this is a busy stressful holiday season for everyone, however, asking about changed updates or just being informed on when to expect an email on delivery etc. is not an unreasonable request, especially since I have been told that I will be updated if there are changes by email, etc and I also need to work out a busy schedule with the delivery team as well. This is extremely disappointing to me as I see that Julie is the team leader. I have enjoyed working with my consultant Lina as she is very patient and looks up information for me to ensure I am happy with what I purchase (which resulted in me buying a dining table, coffee table and sofa) but unfortunately I am not sure if I would like to come back if other consultants are not professional and it is a very unfriendly atmosphere when I call or email for questions or concerns. I have contacted the owner, Tim through the email he provided in responses to other reviews. I will update if there are any changes since.

Gill Cook: “Go to BoConcept. They’re simply the best.” That’s what friends told us when we set out to find a table for our new kitchen two years ago. They were right. At BoConcept, with the help of design consultant Julie Bareits, we found what we had not been able to find anywhere else: a beautiful 51” round pedestal table that expands to seat 8 and stores its own extension leaf in the tabletop. The ingenious expansion mechanism allows one person to open and expand the weighty table with ease, while the table remains perfectly centered. It is both a work of art and an engineering marvel. What has made our “customer experience” even more special has been the top-notch professional service and personal attention BoConcept has given—before, during, and well after the sale. Over the past two years, I have called Julie and members of the installation team to ask questions about table maintenance or operation; they always respond promptly, with clear explanations (even offering to come out and demonstrate again!). Last month, I noticed that the tabletop, when viewed in a certain light, seemed to have lost some of its initial luster in places, and, if I squinted, I could see part of a dim ring left by a glass of ice water. I also noticed a tiny black spot on the tabletop. None of these areas was easily visible, but, since Julie had been so helpful all along, I called her and asked if she had some suggestions about how I might touch them up. She asked me to send her pictures, which I did. Within a few days, I received a letter from BoConcept’s Warehouse Team Leader, explaining that he had convinced the supplier, as a “good service,” to provide us with a new top for our table, which the BoConcept installation team would install free of charge when it arrived in December. We were stunned. And very grateful. Never before have we encountered such “good service” from a furniture retailer. Now we’re recommending BoConcept to our friends. And we will definitely be back.

As examples, we have discontinued all PU leathers (used by IKEA) because of their lack of durability, we use high end materials like Ceramic tops (not used by IKEA), our hardware has the same technology of luxury brands (Roche Bobois, DWR, Ligne Roset, Restoration Hardware...). My young daughters have IKEA bedrooms which I have assembled personally, so I know very well the difference between our brands in terms of product and service. Carrie: I bought a sectional for my "small space." I worked with Laura at the Clarendon store in Arlington, VA. She fit me into her schedule promptly so that I could qualify for the sale price before the deadline, and came to my home the same day I visited the store to get measurements and evaluate fabric samples. I placed the order and received the item earlier than promised. The delivery team was professional and the whole experience was very positive. I love my new sectional sofa and it fits perfectly in my living room.

Samantha Katz: I have worked with Antoinette since 2018. I have bought several pieces for a variety of rooms in my house. I have a particular eclectic style and a fairly strong opinion of what I like and she works with me. She never pressures me to buy. She will give you the same great service if you are only buying one piece or if you are redoing a complete room/house. She is a great designer and while I have not used her for design, I would highly recommend her.

Ken and Tricia Hettler: Julie Sink did a fabulous job helping us design our family room. It was very helpful to see the different designs on Ethan Allen's 3D design software. Julie made awesome recommendations on furniture, fabric colors, and accessories. We just had the final piece delivered and we love everything. The delivery folks were very professional and courteous. Amina Bennett Nevels: Every piece we ordered (and we ordered 4 rooms of furniture) came nicked/chipped. After waiting a year for our items we were sorely disappointed, especially at this price point. Customer service was spotty and did very little rectify these issues. I didn't buy furniture from this establishment only to have it require repair upon arrival. Last time I order from this place.

Vanessa Villagarcia: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! In April 2021 my husband and I were searching for furniture for our new home. I purchased a few pieces of furniture at Pottery Barn before without any regrets but we wanted to go in a different direction this time. We went to Ethan Allen because we thought it was high end and good quality furniture. We ordered furniture for our Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and our new Bedroom. We also placed an order for Window treatments for the entire house (About 30/35 Windows). We placed the furniture in April 2021 and we were told and assured that the furniture was going to be delivered and installed in August 2021 the latest. It is Mid-November and we are still waiting for our furniture to arrive. We were so very disappointed that we wanted to cancel our furniture order but our request was denied. A couple of weeks ago we received a sofa and a dining table. The sofa arrived with a big and noticeable stain on one of the cushions and some dents on the wood. First, We contacted Ethan Allen several times since August to follow-up and get updates about our furniture and the sales representative was not too helpful and always gave vague answers. There was and still there is not a straight answer regarding delivery dates and now about the sofa cushion replacement. All I heard is Ethan Allen processes and a lot of excuses to fulfill our furniture order and get the furniture replaced. The last time I spoke with the sales rep. she literally said: "I am hoping you are enjoying your beautiful furniture" I am not sure how she dared to say so knowing that I/we can not have our house set up yet. I am SO VERY DISAPPOINTED and deeply regret the day we decided to stop at Ethan Allen instead of going back to Pottery Barn since I knew how serious they take customer's business.I wish I could go back in time or have the opportunity to return what we just received and cancel the remaining pieces of furniture order, I will DEFINITELY do that. I thought Ethan Allen was a serious and respectful furniture store with good quality pieces of furniture but now I know they are not. Sadly I can say, I was wrong.If you take CUSTOMERS seriously and a piece of advice from a very frustrated customer, you should train your people to be more honest, straightforward and respectful with your customers and their needs. This is not a joke, we are spending money on your business, nothing has been given for free. We had to cancel two or three events in our new home because we had and still have an empty house.

Zayda Morales: Customer service almost non existent. We ordered furniture months ago. We had a time of delivery. It didn’t happened. We were not really surprised since everything is taking a long time to be delivered. My disappointment is with the lack of communication on the status of the order. I called on a Saturday. Today is Thursday and I have not received a call. An email was sent Sunday and still no response. It doesn’t take much to make a call or respond to an email. Out order is 2 months over due.

C. Kane: The designer was awesome and the furniture well made and on trend. I purchased a full condo worth of furniture. It’s been just under 4 years and it’s all held up extremely well. My only complaint today is that the fabric protection I purchased is outsourced to a third party (Guardsman) and they are extremely difficult to deal with and their Better Business Bureau rating is a “stellar” 1.9. Remains to be seen if they will actually honor the claim but I have little confidence given the reviews and my experience to date, even though I’ve followed all of the rules. It was very expensive to purchase (through EA) and Ethan Allen should be better at selecting the vendors it affiliates with. The fabric protection induced me to select a lot of whites, I’m not sure I’d make the same choice today given my experience w Guardsman. My recommendation based on my experience is to think very carefully before buying anything affiliated w Guardsman.

Maureen Zafros: I had a fantastic experience working with Sidney! She's a very talented and creative designer who made refinishing my living room stress-free and fun. I love the furniture and rug I purchased and appreciate the calm, peaceful atmosphere she created. Sidney visited my home several times and developed a personalized plan for me to work from. Her exceptional artistic sense and her knowledge of design principles were evident as she patiently spent many hours working with me. Sidney suggested furniture styles and organized fabrics and rug samples so that the process of making final decisions was straightforward and within my budget. I've referred her to my friends who were very pleased with her guidance and expertise in assisting them. I highly recommend Sidney!

Had a great experience and the table was delivered to the store 2 weeks earlier than was promised so that was the cherry on top. Appreciate you all and loving my dining set.

Beth Anne Redmond: After trying to reach customer service for 30 minutes unsuccessfully I called the Bethesda store. I needed to have an item sent to me instead of being collected from the store. The first woman who answered told me I needed phone customer service. I asked again if she could help & again I was told she couldn't help & to call customer service. I called again & talked to Melinda (sorry if that's right) & within 5 minutes, viola, she said my candle would go out via UPS this afternoon. She's a rock star & saved the day. This is what I call "total customer satisfaction!" I'll continue to shop at West Elm because of this experience.

Neil Shatzer: One of the worst experiences I have ever had! I ordered a table November 3rd that was labeled IN STOCK and ready for delivery in 2 weeks or so. The table was BEAUTIFUL, my wife was happy she found one she liked. We thought we might have it for the family to enjoy for 1 or 2 of the holidays as they told us we would. It is now May 14th and we still don't have the table. Besides that (bc there are companies all over the country blaming covid or shipping problems across the board) we were told on May 11th that it was finally at the delivery center and for me to call there and set up a delivery date. Well, the number I called no one answered bc it was 1 hour before they were closing and no one wanted to work. I left a message and the next couple days no one called me back. I called today and finally got a hold of someone who told me that they were waiting on an item still. I said that there is only one item. They told me to call the store, if it comes in 2 pieces or something. The lady at the store had no idea told me to call customer service. I called there and they told me to call the delivery company. I called there again to hopefully talk to a manager or someone who had answers and they wouldn't be there until 12 noon. I talked with 5 people before I finally talked with someone who wanted to help me. They didn't really know what to do. But, had the good intensions to find out for me. It took an hour today. But, I finally set up a delivery date for the 19th.

EJ Jung: Well, I purchased a bunch of furniture here last year (approximately $15,000 worth of furniture). The manager was very kind and responsive at the beginning. It was during the initial lockdown of COVID-19, so the store manager escorted me into the store for individual shopping. Well, firstly the delivery was taking so long. I didn’t expect anything to be delivered within a week, but some furniture arrived after 6 months I ordered. Long story short, one of the floor lamp is defective and was in need of replacement. The store manager, Kevin, promised to replace the lamp so I brought it in person last July. After a half year now, the floor lamp is still not delivered (I am not even sure if the manager placed an order). With my frustration and the long wait, I felt so terrible with the way I have been treated. (Of course I contacted the store and gave them a reminder, nothing happened). The quality of furniture is not high either, especially considering the mid-high prices for the same furniture I can get from other stores. Good lessons learned.

Susan Louis: I never been in store before . Just be aware this is just a high end ikea . I bought a table and 8 chairs . I paid extra for assembly assuming they would do it all . The table came with two guys who assembled . The 8 chair came via UPS unassembled !!!! Quality is just above IKEA Never shop here again

Isidor Dimitrijevic: Finally picked damaged item. 4.5 months waiting for half of my order to arrive at the store, second half got back-ordered even though it’s same pair of nightstands. Worse e-shopping experience by far, store poorly managed had to go 4 times to the store. Ridiculous how bad this brand is.

Michelle Lovely: Sales people are not knowledgeable beyond information on website. Style over function. Skip the "Premium Rug Pad" -- It's cheap, very thin, arrived late with stains and tears.

Walter Alves: West Elm has very nice design and the price points are good. The staff is also very nice. Unfortunately, their inventory systems are either the worst on the planet or they are deliberately lying about delivery dates. The furniture industry is going through major shortages of foam and particle board the delivery estimates on their website are wildly unrealistic. What is listed as in stock and ready to ship is NOT. Customer service is friendly, but don't help you unless you complain on Social Media. That seems to get things moving. Also, the return policies are brutal and full of catch 22s. I would have loved to give a 5 star review, but after having my delivery date pushed back over 4 weeks, I was able to cancel my order and go with someone else who actually had furniture in stock. There are vendors with sofas in stock. West Elm is not one of them.

Chanpen Tee: It is nice and well organized here. There are a lot of furniture here.

Romona Foster: This West Elm just opened, so they were still getting things together, but they made sure they provided excellent service anyway. Loved the space and environment as well.

Jon La Marr: I would give R-Home Furniture 100 stars if I could. An absolutely amazing place to get custom, hand-made, and beautiful furniture at great prices. We've had endless problems with the "brand name" furniture places, but you will not have any problems going here. We hand picked our pieces and had them custom made/delivered in under a week! R-Home Furniture is family-run from creation to delivery. Every interaction we've had with them has been a breeze. We will definitely be back to get more soon!

M M King: The R-Home Furniture team is amazing! From selection of the wood to designing the table, bench seating, and end table, the service and support were first class! The finished products were great!

Jessica Kropf: This is a good store to visit if you like solid wood furniture. They have some items available to carry away same day, and offer custom orders as well. They also have a lot of large wood slabs on hand to select and custom finish for live edge tables. The location at 2936-B Prosperity Ave. is scheduled to close and consolidate with the Alexandria location (possibly by July 2022?). They have live edge wood slabs there still, along with rustic reclaimed cabinets and furniture, tansu style chests, and tables and chairs. Items are discounted at that location currently until the move, or visit the main location in Alexandria for a wider selection of furniture and decorative items.

Kaitlin Beach: This is truly a hidden gem. We were looking for a new table and found R-Home. The service was excellent, helpful but not at all pushy. I could not believe the amazing selection of quality, handmade wood pieces, including reclaimed and live-edge wood slabs. Prices are super reasonable for the excellent quality, especially as it's right in the DC area. We didn't see anything else close to this selection and price for the quality. We came away with a dining table made of reclaimed oak that will last us for the long haul. Delivery was great. We cannot stop raving about this purchase!

Arthur Lord: Great quality, family-owned business, with even better customer service. We were very happy with the dining room table and chairs that we bought. After we used the table daily for a year, we noticed the wood started to separate at one end-- we contacted the owner (Bram) and he happily fixed the table, free of charge. Even gave us a loaner for the days it was in their shop. They picked it up and dropped it off around our schedule. It looks and works great now. Talk about standing behind your products. Would definitely shop here again.

Cory C: The storefront might seem small at first glance, but inside is a huge warehouse of unique furniture from around the world. I was blown away by size inside the store and the amount of furniture in it. The pieces in the store are mix of contemporary and classic pieces of beautiful, solid hardwood and they also offer accents and accessories. While shopping, the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. While I was browsing, they even offered to customize pieces of furniture to fit into any sized spaces-- (which was great for furnishing my apartment!). The tables, chairs, and media console that I got all look simple and beautiful. Next time I'm in Virginia, I'll definitely be stopping here again. Potterybarn pieces of furniture without the prices. Would recommend.

Chandra Khoe: This store is a National Treasure. The wood product is so great and awesome. We never see many stores like this in the United States. The quality of wood products, the products variation, the customer services are wonderful. Surely, we will buy more furniture again from this store.

JP Murphy: After looking at all the usual places for outdoor furniture we found R-Home. We really liked what we found in the store and it was hard to decide what table and chairs to purchase for our new deck. We decided on a teak table and chairs that we are very happy with and look great! Bram was wonderful and delivered exactly on time and we are very pleased with the selection, price and service. We will likely be back!

Trish H: I will be a customer for life! I ordered a bedroom set and from start to finish it was a smooth process. The price was very reasonable and the furniture I wanted was in stock. The prices are clearly listed in the showroom - no gimmicks like Ashley where it’s marked up and then on fake sale. Gil was a true professional, it was clear he knew the business inside and out. He even came in on his day off to process my order.

Ellen Singer: I do not recommend buying anything from Belfort Furniture. I had a very negative experience with them and will make sure to communicate this through all of my social media platforms. I purchased a very expensive pair of matching wood credenzas from them and dealt with both sales folks and customer service folks over the course of a year and a half, and the final result is that I have 2 mismatched pieces of furniture (see photo of the 2 credenzas side by side with different finishes). Not only did the salesperson misrepresent the product, but the customer service folks wasted my time and theirs, and never addressed the issue that I purchased 2 matching pieces and yet they don't match. Belfort's customer service department provides lip service only. Once this company has your money, and they make sure to take a lot of it up front, they don't really do anything to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase. I am amazed that they have stayed in business so long with such poor customer relations. Update 2/6/2022. As a result of this bad review, someone from Belfort contacted me and Offered a 25% refund on the furniture or a return for a full refund. I therefore revise this review because I finally got the company to make good. Belfort has a nice selection of good quality furniture. If you have a problem with a purchase , they will eventually make good - you have to be persistent.

Laura S: Buyer Beware!! Go somewhere else. I bought bedroom furniture from the show room. After about 3 months only the bed, dresser, and chest were available. As soon as the delivery man came to my house, he asked me to look at it. What came was a bright white bed and the dresser and chest were correct, with distressed white bottom and gray top. The bed hardware is silver and the dresser bronze. So it is very obvious these don’t match. When I called about the bed replacement I was told I owed extra $240. I called the manager, John. He told me the fine print on the Receipt says Belfort is not responsible for anything!! I was told they could split the cost and I’d pay $116. This is all Belfort’s fault. The store should not charge extra. This was their mistake. I went to the store and pointed out the matching set I wanted! I I have never been treated with such poor customer service and I had my whole house furnished with them. I am done. There are many other furniture stores. Avoid Belfort!!

Rickie & Terry Banks: Belfort Furniture is very beautiful and sturdy. They have an excellent selection of every type of furniture. Our furniture is very, very beautiful and we are so very happy!!! The delivery guys were respectful, friendly and professional. They put the furniture in the different room and even arranged the furniture to our liking. They set up the furniture so very carefully. Chad Craner: If only Belfort knew how to provide good customer care, and fix some simply broken processes. We ordered a leather love seat and two club chairs from Belfort. Our sales experience was fantastic, excellent service, quick responses to questions and scheduled delivery within a few days of placing the order. Unfortunately that's where the good part of the story ends. Upon delivery we noticed the back on one of the chairs was loose, it wasn't stable like the other chair. This particular chair has zippers on the bottom that allow access to see the frame. After flipping the chair over and taking a look inside, the (particle board) frame was broken on both side of the chair back. I mean broken completely across the width of the back brace. Contacted Belfort and was told a replacement would be provided but that the chairs were back-ordered.. Given the slowness in the furniture industry we expected some delay, it took weeks to get a replacement, and upon delivery of the new chair, exact same issue, broken back, in the same spot as thee first chair. Contacted Belfort again, was told they would send a repairman out, that they were aware of and knew how to fix this issue. This was on March 10, repairman finally made it out on April 6. Repairman say, oh I have to take pictures and provide a report back to Belfort and get authorization to fix the chair, then I'll have to come back and take the chair so I can fix it in my shop. Well, I already provided pictures, Belfort said they authorized repair of the chair, but now we wait some more. Sad that just a simply update to Belfort's processes could fix this issue, how hard is it to tell the repairman that he is authorized to fix the issue on his first visit? Amateur at best. Proceed with caution, and have lots and lots of patience.

Elizabeth T.: We ordered a couch in January 2021 and were told it would take 10-12 weeks to arrive; it was not ready until September (over seven months later). We did not receive any updates from Heidi, our salesperson, until we called to request information after the first 12 weeks had passed. Every time we reached out to Heidi for an update, we were told the couch would be ready in 4 more weeks. Heidi had promised us free delivery because of the continuous delays about halfway through the wait time. Just before the couch was ready, we moved two hours away. We called Heidi and asked if the free delivery would be honored even with our farther address and she assured us that the couch would be delivered to our new address at no charge when ready. When we finally were notified that the couch was ready to be delivered, Belfort told us delivery would be $599 despite Heidi's promise. We spoke with her manager who told us that there was no way they would honor the free delivery. We took a few days to figure out how to pick up the couch ourselves, and that window of time was the ONLY instance that Heidi reached out to us throughout the whole process. Clearly she was impatient to get her commission on the sale now that it had arrived in the warehouse. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your furniture, because I assume all of Belfort's employees are like Heidi: they are helpful in the store but disappear after your piece is ordered, do not provide any updates on the timeline, make false promises, and then harass you to pick up your item ASAP when it is ready several months later than expected.

Annette Landers: Belfort has wonderful salespeople who are informative and we'll educated on the furniture they sell. From beginning to end our experience was pleasant and exceptional. I love my new dining room set and six chairs.

Lauren Doll: Ordered from belfort in the past (2019) and had a lovely experience. Ordered a chair 2 months ago and have had a very different experience. Store and staff were lovely, we ordered an armchair, and we were told it would come end of April. I absolutely understand that there are supply chain issues everywhere, but when i order from a trusted vendor, I expect them to be able to track their stock and communicate and explain any changes in timeline. When end of April came and no update, we checked in and they said now end of May. When end of May came, we checked in and they said it would come that week. Now week later we called back and they are saying end of June, with no explanation of what happened or confidence that this won’t keep happening. Now we have had an empty living room for a month and a half (we cleared everything out based on their original estimate) and don’t know if we should cancel the order or just keep waiting. I’ve ordered two other couches from other stores in the past 12 months and haven’t had these issues. Don’t think I would order from them again.

Kathy Benderev: I ordered a new dining room set from Belfort as they had the widest selection I could fine with competitive pricing. They told me delivery would be delayed and all went so smoothly. I love my new dining room set.

They carried items into the house carefully, literally bending over backwards in order to spare the furniture and our door entryway paint. They assembled the furniture quickly and removed all trash.

Julian Coats: Brandi and Corinth restored my faith that great customer service still exists. For me it was very special in that I am in the process of relocating from overseas (work for the military) I hadn’t lived in the states for years. So setting up a residence in the states from overseas can and did present many challenges some such as the time difference I am 6 hours ahead of est. this being said brandy and Corinth were 100% professional from the moment I spoke with them. Their patience with me was wonderful. They took the time to really help me in figuring out what was the best package for me at the same time being flexible. as someone with little knowledge of furniture they took the time to use their knowledge to ensure the furniture was a great match. I could go on and on about the overall customer service experience I received. But mostly when we are overseas we feel detached when having to deal with relocation because most just don’t understand the challenge we are facing when trying to establish a new residence in the states but Corinth and Brandi took the time to listen to ensure the furniture portion was seamless. . I thank them both and will highly recommend to my unit overseas to make sure anyone transitioning to the dc area reach out to the for any furniture needs. Debra Russell: I went to this business for the first time ever! I was assisted by a young woman name Corinth. She is " Da Bomb" she was polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, delightful and just an all around good person to represent Cort Furniture. There was also another young lady who was delightful. Then there was a gentleman who wrapped my items and hand carried them to my car. The staff in that store are extremely customer service oriented, helpful and so, so pleasant. I bought several items and plan to go back and buy more as soon as possible. This is a great store with lots of distinct and unique pieces. Kayla Imani: All we can say is WOW! My boyfriend and I are moving into our first apartment and we needed quality furniture at an AFFORDABLE price. We called before making the hour drive to this location to make sure they had what we wanted and Corinth assured us that they had our choices and that they were in great condition. When we got there everything was in amazing shape and Corinth helped us put together an amazing package within our budget! We are so grateful for her help and we will definitely be back to furnish the rest of our apartment. We definitely recommend this Cort location to everyone. Courtney Evans: This is a great Cort location! Everyone greeted me when I walked in and Jay was extremely helpful! I wasn’t in there more than 20 minutes and they delivered my couch same day! Lani: This store had many nice furniture pieces on display. However there is currently a very long delay of anywhere from one to four months for furniture to be delivered. The sales rep who assisted me was helpful, but pushy and followed me around the store when I just wanted to scope out items. I literally had to ask him to just give me a minute and I will find him when I was ready to talk about the pieces I was looking for. The pushy reps made my experience poor. One thing I noticed is that many of the furniture items did not have a label or name on them. This means that for everything you were interested in, you would have to ask the rep for details on the pricing. It would save a lot of time if I was able to just literally look at the name And price of the item directly, especially since the store is so big. It seems like the associate did not want to tell me the names of items, which I found to be odd. If I am looking at multiple pieces of furniture and comparing prices, it is helpful as a shopper to know exactly what I’m looking at since there are so many items. There was also a huge push to buy items in store, although many were listed for much cheaper online. He also try to sell me a couch that had visible damage on it. I think this was just to make the sale

Zewdu: We have had a good year 2021 except this TRAUMA. We purchased a sectional sofa in Dec 2020 from Ashly Furniture Falls church, VA and we were told it would be delivered within 4-12 weeks. however, we did not receive it until may/June 2021. after we received the sofa, the quality was not good enough. So, We needed to return part of the sofa & paid additional $100 pick-up fee and then the store wanted to charge us 30% restocking fee. We spoke to customer service & due to their late delivery timeline & poor customer Service communication, they agreed to charge us 10% cancelation fee instead. After a few back and forth with them, we went to Ashly furniture falls church to get our refund. one of the customer manager we spoke to reiterate that we were to be charged 10% fee-not 30%. The store manager disagreed & insisted that he's going to charge us 30%. We repeated to him the conversations we've been having with them, but the store manager (he said his name is Ray) and he was not even wearing a name tag) escalated it...started shouting & yelling at us. This was unnecessary so we started recording our interaction."Ray" demanded that we stopped recording, or he'll call the police & said,"I PROMISE YOU, I WILL GET YOU ARRESTED" We told him that was his choice to do so. He called 911 & claimed that he was being "harassed" by a customer; we called 911 as well & told the police what was really happening.When the Police arrived, "Ray” asked the police to make us delete the recording & escort us out.The Police told him we had every right to record the conversation as the Police himself was recording this event as well.The Police told us to deal with the refund issue with the appropriate party & to keep paper trail. We submitted compliant to BBB and we received our refund a couple of weeks ago. This process has been physically, emotionally draining & it has been causing unnecessary distress to us. BBB to take the appropriate measure as there are multiple complaint online & this store manager/location to be held accountable for the emotional distress they have caused to customers. Amanda Murff: We purchased a couch at this location and had a good sales experience. The team members were knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Our salesperson's name was Kanan and he was very friendly and responsive to our needs, plus he was not rigid in negotiations which I very much appreciated because we came in with a budget we wanted to respect and I communicated that to him. Connie handled all the paperwork during the actual purchase process and she was very friendly, professional, and transparent. We knowingly purchased a couch that was not in stock at the warehouse, so we haven't been through the delivery experience yet, but as far as the in-store experience, it was very positive.

Stela Berbic: Best service I could get! Mark is an amazing salesman! Finding the furniture I like was so easy with him! I got the best deal and was served in best way, so definitely once you there ask for him! Yara at the checkout made sure she gave me best delivery date and took care of everything smoothly! Couldn’t be more thankful! Quality at best value it’s hard to find, that store it’s the right place for it, with Mark guiding you of course!!

Rebekah Mann: Highly recommend NOT buying in store here. It’s way better to try out the furniture and then buy online as online prices are significantly cheaper. We found a couch in store that was $300 cheaper online as well as an ottoman that was $150 cheaper online and ships sooner than what would ship from the store. Not to mention taxes and furniture protection plans are cheaper online. The sales associate that tried to sell to us said that you have to pay the delivery/assembly fee or else you can’t get the protection plan, which isn’t true. We were able to order online and do doorstep delivery for free with a furniture protection plan. Hoping you can con people into paying more in your store is not a very successful way to compete with other stores. Especially when people have the sense to take 20 seconds to use Google to confirm pricing and availability.

Kayla Regan: If I could give zero stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a large sectional couch from this store not even two years ago. The floor model they had was damaged and you could not sit in the middle of the couch. The salesman had told us there was an issue but to test out the other section of the couch. Maybe we were naive in believing him that the couch was damaged from it being a store model - but alas here we are and our couch has the same exact problem. The black mesh material that the cushions sit on is ripped. We cannot sit in the middle of the couch. I had purchased the 5-year protection plan and specifically asked if this was covered and was told yes. Again, my fault for not reviewing all the terms and conditions before agreeing to purchase. I tried to file a claim and of course it's not protected. I called the store directly and was told I can get the money back for the protection plan $190 as a store credit to use on a future purchase. That's it. They won't even pay to have someone fix the issue with the couch when they very well KNEW this was an issue with this model. Honestly, the cushions are all balled up on the material and have lost their sturdiness - and for a couch not even two years old where I spent over $2,000 - that's insane to me as well. Overall I WOULD NOT buy a couch from Ashley Furniture. Ever. Anywhere - but especially would not shop here.

He answered our questions, didn't pressure us, and overall made our trip to Ashley a great experience. The checkout and delivery schedule was seamless as well with the help of Nura. Zoe Davies: Mark was a huge help. Helped us figure out what was in stock and would fit in our space when the first couch we purchased wasn’t going to fit. He made it easy to transfer the cost of the first couch toward the second couch. I haven’t always been a fan of Ashley’s but he changed my opinion.

CJ Young: BEWARE!!! We bought a leather couch less than a year ago for $2000 from Ashley. There is already stitching coming undone on part of the couch. What makes it worse is that it's in the middle seat where we rarely sit (the middle part has a fold down arm rest that we use). I called the store and was told that the stitching is not covered under their 1 year warranty. Even though is specifically says on the website that seam slippage is covered!! We had a horrible experience with the delivery and now an even worse experience with the customer service. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
