mike tyson: Mohamed was very helpful in my search for a new mattress for my growing teen boy that would not break the bank. He showed us options at varying price ranges and offered a price on a mid-range mattress that came out to just over half of what a Mattress Warehouse competitor wanted for a mattress that seemed comparable. I have to delete one star because the delivery people broke a planter on their way out and did not seem to care enough to apologize, but that is not a reflection on this location.

Dijana Hrvacic: Nine months ago, we bought two mattresses queen and twin and two spring boxes of the same producer Beautyrest (see below attached invoice). Queen mattress was an extra firm mattress as I have serious backbone issues. Very soon one side of the extra firm mattress turned extra soft and sagged down that much that I slide down at night. Since it costed $1700 and it has been several months, we reached out to file a warranty claim. While processing they insisted on photos of both mattress and its foundation (spring box Beautyrest bought in the same shop, check invoice). The warranty claim was rejected due to the " use of inadequate foundation/support system". It does not make any sense considering that both the mattress and the springbox foundation were made by the same producer Beautyrest (check the invoice) and the Beutyrest springbox foundation was recommended by your shop as appropriate for this Beautyrest extra firm mattress. So, there is no place in warranty or warning by your shop that using the frame would eliminate warranty – again both of your items we bought together. The warranty card has forgotten to mention the springbox made by the same producer as the mattress and for its size, and talks about slots (non existent) in this case. If the foundation is really inadequate for this mattress as you suggest then that is the mistake of the producer who made both of them to be used together, and the mattress firm that sells them as adequate for each other and recommends them. It seems that the producer and the shop are finding their own product inadequate. After complaining again, no one has come to inspect the mattress and they just checked different reason on the list of reasons for rejection. I would not recommend to any one to buy anything in this shop as their warranty is fake and products overpriced. the same extra firm mattress-queen size now costs $650 due to bad reviews about sagging.

Elise Stull: The managers at Mattress firm are great. I ordered a pillow from the store, but the manufacturer of the pillow sent the wrong size and then gave me bad information about pillowcases (so I bought the wrong ones and was frustrated). Mattress Firm made everything right though. They helped me exchange the pillow for a different brand AND gave me a discount, even though none of it was their fault. Next time I need a new mattress, Mattress Firm will be my first stop.

Preeth Gowdar: Our experience with Mattress Warehouse, and specifically Brenda, was excellent. Brenda took a great deal of time to educate my wife and I, who were complete novices with regards to mattress buying. Brenda even stayed well past the closing time to continue working with us on a possible purchase. Her knowledge of mattresses seems very thorough, particularly from her own experiences, and she was fair in her opinions (not trying to overtly push any product). She was at the end looking to make a sale happen but she made sure we got a very good deal. Brenda seems to us to be an extremely sincere salesperson. My wife and I are extremely glad we stopped at this Mattress Warehouse and found Brenda.

Brenda is a consummate professional, and has a warm, fun energy that made the experience extra special and stress-free. Bobby Kushington: If the line at Target is too long you should come to this store if you aren't buying clothes or electronics. Saves you plenty of time.

Martin Gross: Love Beyond the Bed and Bath. Great products, that foes with any mood or feelings that is felt for the day and night.

Matt Jepsen: Whatever you do, don't order online. BBB uses UPS Sure Post where UPS delivers to your local/regional post office who in turn delivers it with your mail. I'm a big proponent of the US Mail and I have no beef with UPS. But, they often don’t work well together and the handoff makes for significant delays. If you're going big box for online shopping, stick with Walmart/Target/Amazon or better yet, support a local business.

Patrick: The people working do not wear the masks appropriately - mouth covered, nose not. One employee was kind enough to put more disinfectant wipes for the carts after asked him to. Cool products and great place to get small sized items for travel.

Stephanie Teagarden: I came in this week originally looking at one of the mattress in a box that they carry in the showroom in hopes of trying it out before purchasing in and was so thankful that I did because the mattress was not at all what I was looking for! Calvin did a fantastic job of helping me find exactly the right type of mattress I was looking for that was perfect for my needs. He was extremely personable, and gave me plenty time to weigh my options. I was able to get my mattress delivered the same week and they were able to take away my old mattress with no trouble! A Tatum: I ordered a queen plush end of 2/21 and received it within a few days. However after 3 weeks I determined I wanted to exchange. I called and Manny assisted me efficiently. He had me come back in, recommended other mattresses to lay on to try out. I went with a medium plush of another brand, which was more firm, it cost slightly more but he managed to do an even exchange and I got the new mattress delivered in two days! At the Same time they swapped out for the old one. They were very understanding that you need some time to adjust to a new mattress and don’t always get it right on the first try. I did have to pay for the delivery fee though. At the time I shopped they were offering a free adjustable base so all in all I got a great deal.

Vonda Bell: Almost 3 years ago I wasted way too much money on a Sleep Number bed which turned out to be a glorified air mattress. In the market for a new mattress and a good night's rest, I stopped by Mattress Firm after leaving Costco (the store is right next to Costco). Birama was my sales associate and he was awesome! I got a great deal on the perfect mattress, and it even included a free adjustable base. Stop by to see him if you're in the neighborhood. The store is fairly new and very nice. The people are wonderful and the prices are even better!

Instead he found the exact mattress that made my daughter the most comfortable. When I came back to complete the purchase Chuck took care of everything while cracking jokes with Emanuel. I was laughing when I left the store despite spending 1800 dollars. I will go back to this store for all of my bedding needs. I will recommend this store to anyone!!

We were immediately greeted by Vivian, she introduced herself and asked our names. She asked a few questions and listened to our likes and dislikes about our current mattress and helped us try different mattresses that fit our needs in various price ranges. Vivian did not put pressure on us at all. She gave my husband the space and time we needed to discuss our options. She answered my questions about different features, gave us options (again in different price ranges), and she provided about the no interest payment options that I wanted to learn more about. If at any point if she was unsure about an answer she called a colleague to confirm the answer so that she didn’t misguide us. Vivian was a delight to work with and gave us the warm fuzzy feeling we needed to have when making a large purchase. Thank you for the great service!

derekscriv: I purchased a split king size box spring, and a full metal frame, July 2019. Somewhere around six months later I noticed that the box spring on my side started to bend. At about 10 post purchase I returned to the store to attempt to replace the box spring, she said they would have a replacement delivered. A replacement never came: I called they said warranty was still pending; life got busy, we had a newborn, I lost interest gave up on the replacement. A year later I returned purchased another box spring replacement. The sales rep said the item must have been defective and I wouldn’t have this problem again. 6 months later the box spring started to bend AGAIN. I fully understand that I am an large human (6’6/300), but this has never been an issue before. I attempt to contact the store - I was rudely pushed to the website, because the stores on do “sales”. I attempted customer service and I was redirected to their online warranty form; which apparently is the only way they warranties. You cannot speak to anyone and utter the word “warranty” and if you say it you are redirected instantly. Anything after 120 days is $79.99 to have a 3rd party look at your box spring and say “yep, it’s bent” like obviously. Mattress Firm I will no longer do business with you and recommend you to no one.

Christie Zepeda: I’m autistic and can be easily overwhelmed by sensory overload. Antonio couldn’t have made the mattress shopping experience more stress-free! He gave me all the space and time I needed to try out the mattresses without any added pressure of selling one to me. The assistant manager Anani went the extra mile in helping us with the process in getting a full refund for the defected mattress. This is our fave’s, the IKEA food court! The warehouse was huge, you can also come to practice walking or exercise during extreme weather. They have variety of food selection, all come with healthy calories calculation. Our favorites always Swedish meatballs, fried chicken and the desserts. Have you tried their veggies balls? It’s taste almost the same as the meatballs, but more delicious! Don’t miss out on the side dish, it’s a perfect combination with veggies balls and the sauce. We’re all facing the same issues here at this moment, some if not all items are out of stock! You have to be prepared if you’re running a project, either come as grab as the stocks are ready or visit the store multiple times.

Samone Jones: Old faithful IKEA. Great new furniture. I came to look at the faucets and grab a quick lunch. As always you can get some great design ideas and gadgets for the home. My favorite are the duvets - they can always give a fresh look to a room. The food is pleasant. I got the Swedish meatballs, mash potatoes, and fries.

They have huge collection but their catalogue based marketplace will help you to get your desired one quickly. I’ve been using their products since 2013 and it never makes me disappointed. If you love to decorate your home and garden, really a great place to get a complete package of ideas! On a separate note, they have a Swedish food market of vivid collections, so you can enjoy chocolates, cookies, coffee and etc. of swedish flavor right there. Also, I would highly recommend to visit their food courts, foods are awesome! If you have an Ikea family membership, you will get discounts on foods and all kinds of beverages are free for you ☕️🍹🍸. Interestingly, they do birthday wishes to the members each year offering worth of $10 coupon and a frozen yogurt of any flavor🍦 🍦

I don't want IKEA to be in comparison to Walmart, Costco, or Sam's...I hold them in a higher regard....but, empty shelves - displaying things on the showroom not available - Costco type sampling....this is not you IKEA!!!! I know because I am here all the time..... BRING IKEA back!!!!!!

Charley: Overall rating of 4.7, went shopping in search of a specific type of bed frame. Was disappointed when I was informed they did not have that model in stock and opted to instead settle for the "Malm" variant. Buying the bed was super easy, when I confronted an employee he told me exactly what I needed to purchase. The bed came in 4 different items and the overall assembly of it was not too bad. However, take this with a grain of salt because I am a master builder and the process was mildly engaging.

Stephanie Jackson: IKEA literally has everything. I needed a table to match another piece of furniture I purchased from IKEA to place my record player on. Of course they had the perfect piece. It took 5 minutes to put together. Super cute and super easy.

Abi Maghamfar: Ikea is a great place for do it yourselvers and those who don't mind assembling their own furniture. The prices are good and the return policy is generous at 365 days! However on a recent visit to the College Park, MD store it was obvious they are having a hard time keeping their shelves stocked. Almost 1/3 of shelves were bare or limited stock. We had to change plan for a bed because they did not have the mattress we wanted and the support slats for the bed. It would be helpful if they mark out of stock items in the showroom so you don't have to go to the warehouse to find out they're out and then you have to start all over! On a positive note, I commend Ikea for their commitment to environment by installing solar panels all over their parking lot.

Megan Newberger: Ferris was incredibly helpful, and patient. When we had come in, he diligently went through the best options of beds for our different ailments which helped narrow down the overwhelming options. Then when it came to providing the best combination of base to matress, he even moved showroom mattresses on different bases so that we con confirm it would be comfortable. Talk about customer service! He also offered great deals, highly recommend coming here and asking for Ferris!

Tony Lyme: We initially made a mistake placing an order for a king size mattress from this store including a couple of pillows, which we assumed were king size. However, we cancelled the order the following day since we decided to purchase a non toxic organic mattress from Avocado. That said, on the day we visited the store to place the order, we picked up one of the pillows which happened to be in stock and left it in the box awaiting the delivery of our new Avocado mattress. When my wife opened the box today, she realized that they gave us a queen size pillow. When I called the store to explain the situation, I was told that this pillow doesn’t come in a king size and cannot be returned. I am writing this review not to complain about the store’s return policy but rather the fact that they sold us a queen size pillow knowing very well that we were looking for a king size mattress and king size pillows. This is not to mention that we paid almost the same price for a non toxic much better quality mattress than the BeautyRest Beyond, which comes with a 25 year warranty. I would not recommend Mattress Firm or the mattresses they carry in their stores.

dwd94: Ehad was very helpful and never once pressured us to purchase anything we didn't want. We bought the perfect bed (Tempur Pedic) and are sleeping great at night. Price is definitely not cheap, but for a quality bed that lasts a decade or more, it's a worthy investment.

Mary Veach: I had read reviews for this location and saw all the nice stuff said about Wendy so I was so happy when we walked in and were greeted by Wendy!! She was the perfect balance of helpful while still giving us space to browse and discuss what we liked. Whenever we had a question she was easy to find and came right over and had answers to all the questions we asked. We ended up purchasing a couch and the whole process was really straightforward - none of that “add this protection and this feature and this extended warranty” etc etc that you have to muddle through with some sales people. We actually had time to just chit chat while we waited for my husband to tend to our child and Wendy is a genuinely nice person!! Highly recommend a visit to this location… you may even want to call ahead and ask when Wendy is working!!

Hassan M: Got the beat deal . Delivery guys are awesome. Delivery was on exact day and time . I guess 59$ for delivery just threshold (dropoff inside through first door ) with assembly (90$). I don’t need that it was just four legs for my sofa . Customer service is amazing. For delivery person they called 2 minutes before arrival and then dropped it inside my living room. Best thing they took off the shoe before stepping on my carpet and were wearing mask .

on studio: The WORST furniture store I have ever seen. Oh boy, where can I start? The first day I had ordered set bedroom furniture and sofa which is 1/26/22 they said I'm gonna get all the delivered by 3/23/22 I said, "OK" after a while they told me they don't know when my furniture available for delivery. (disappointment) but still, I have been waiting so patiently. March 13 they said all my orders gonna deliver on 4/2/22 I said "OK(i was happy) and I fix my work schedule to get the delivery but never lasted 😔. Yesterday they called me she told me all my orders were ready to deliver by 03/30/22 which is next week Wednesday I said ok and I fixed my work schedule again. So bad today they tell me my order not available it gonna be ready to deliver by 4/9/22 We just so disappointed because we trust them and we throw away old furniture except only meters. Now we just decide to cancel the order and buy a different furniture store if we can't able to get the order by 4/9/22 no more baby. before you buy make sure they gonna keep the promised day. for me they never. This Store Oh My GOD so unprofessional. I will never go back again.

A Layne: BUYER BEWARE!! Very disappointed. Only reason they get 1 star is to rate WITH a comment. This is not Ashley but a franchise that bought the Ashley name and is delivering Regency furniture. I bought a $ 1689 firm mattress in June 2020, by December the mattress had 2 soft spots when weight is applied with a very firm center. After trying to get the mattress replaced a so called tech came out to assess the mattress. They did not do anything. My wife and I even turned over the mattress and slept on the bottom of the mattress. That gave us relief for 2 months. The mattress is garbage. We even contacted investigative reporter Susan Hogan at channel 4. They could not do anything because Ashley did not close our case. The pictures show two levels. The yellow level shows the mattress is level with no weight. The red level shows how the mattress sags with weight applied. You will see the bubble in the center of the level is not in the middle. Pictures show weight on the middle and each side. We called corporate for Ashley and were informed that the Ashley location was not a part of their corporation. All attempts at rectifying went through Regency Furniture in Waldorf. The mattress lasted 6 months. We got 😫 tired of the pains we are feeling because of the garbage mattress that we went out and purchased a good mattress from Havertys. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ASHLEY IT IS OWNED BY REGENCY FURNITURE. THEY ALSO OWN MARLO.

Just Erika: I was SO pleased when I walked out of Ashley furniture that leaving a review only made sense! I initially purchased my furniture in February and worked with Aziz. He was absolutely phenomenal. I told him what I was in search of and my budget and worked so diligently to make sure that I found what I needed. Well, there is no secret that ALL furniture stores are a bit behind on the delivery of out-of-stock products but after 11 weeks, I decided to call yesterday. I was greeted by a young lady named Jasmine on the phone. She was extremely professional as she shared my options with me. One of them being to come into the store to find an in-stock item and compete an exchange. Once I arrived to the store, Kiara was the sales rep that assisted me and OMG… I wanted to give her the biggest hug before leaving. She was patient, helpful and even gave some of her own personal input in helping me select my items. I felt like I was shopping with a friend and not being an annoying customer as I paced the floor for over an hour lol. It was time to check out and another young lady (who’s name I didn’t get but she had curly hair and sat up front) was so sweet and helpful as we wrapped my portraits (because yes, Kiara helped me pic a few wall pieces) and she assisted with carrying them to my car. I am very big on customer service! And it’s not often that you receive superior service from every singe team member and from beginning to end, but I did yesterday! Thank you to the Ashley Furniture team :)

Cassandra Wilson: I went to the Capitol Heights store during their Labor Day sale to buy a sofa. I was assisted by a salesman named Kevin Jacobs. He was very patient with me and did not do a "hard sale" on me. He answered all my questions (there were many) and took the time to make sure I was taken care of so I could make an informed decision. Because of Kevin's professionalism and patience, when I decided to buy my bedroom set it was a no brainer that I would once again go to the Capitol Heights store. Again, Kevin was very good and made my buying experience a pleasant one. I will definitely being returning this this location for all my future decorating needs. Love Isbeautiful: BUYER BEWARE!! I’m going to share one of many issues we’ve had with this location. We purchased a mattress in 2021. We were told that they are currently out of stock but they have some coming in two weeks or so; we would get a call to schedule delivery. Two weeks went by and no phone call from Ashley Furniture so I called to follow up. I was told “oh we’re expecting those mattresses to come in tomorrow, let’s schedule a delivery date and they will call you the night before to confirm the time they will make the delivery”. We scheduled delivery and no one called to confirm the delivery time so I called back. Needless to say I kept getting the run around. Fast forward TWO MONTHS LATER and still no mattress. During which time I encountered VERY rude managers and employees it’s sickening. Three months later, we get our mattress and ITS THE WRONG MATTRESS!!!!! We called to inform them of their error only to encounter rude staff and management again! After many attempts to rectify the issue, we were stuck with this mattress that we can’t sleep on because it’s so uncomfortable. We have spread the word about the lack of customer service. Many of our friends/family have had similar issues and refuse to shop here. We should have listened. Again, this is only one of many issues we’ve had with Ashley and Regency Furniture. They seem to be the same company. The only customer service you will receive is when you are making a purchase. At the time of checkout, they ask for a five star review with the sales persons name listed in the review for incentive, then if you encounter an issue they couldn’t care less. Do not believe the five star ratings as they are based on false advertising and fake customer service up front. You should take your business to Haverty’s, at least they care and will provide TRUE customer service.

S. Haskins: I'm still waiting on my furniture. I ordered it in April and now I was told it will be delivered in July. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered from some place else. Also, I don't like their payment process. They debit your credit card to hold the payment week after week. They said they don't charge it until after it is delivered but it will ping your card and hold the funds then decline and then hold the funds again. VERY ANNOYING! I will update my review once I get my furniture. Let's see how the delivery and assembling goes. 😔

Sassy Sauce: This is a large store with a good selection. There were plenty of Christmas gifts on sale after the holiday. The store was very clean and organized as well. Everything was clearly marked with the prices or discounted prices and there was a good selection of various items throughout the store. When we needed help, 2 different associates were able to assist us and they were pleasant too. Overall this is a very good store to shop and the savings are good.

I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Jeff Rueckgauer: Needed a red 10 cup Brita pitcher. App says there is 1 in stock. Not on the shelf. 4 associates said they couldn't help but would page someone for the aisle. 10 minutes is more than enough time for someone to at least arrive, even if they have to look further. This HD had been really good for many years. The pandemic is no excuse for just unhelpful people and plainly unconcerned, inept management.

Rickey Anderson: I went to the Rhode Island Avenue store it was good. What would made it excellent if their stock was current with the website. They didn't have it even though the computer said they did have it. The item was Sphagnum moss. Happy that I was able to find a few other items

Bailey Cage: Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I had spent hours online trying to research the best products / methods for tiling my second-story concrete subfloor with no definitive answers, so I decided to head to the store and find someone to help me. Normally Home Depot workers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but whoever they sent back to flooring to help me seemed to know nothing. He was able to show me where items were on the aisle, but he couldn’t answer a single question about how to tile my floor or what the differences and pros/cons in products were. It was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars of products I later had to return. What truly upset me is that I did some more research once I got home just to find out the answer I was looking for is common knowledge in construction, but as someone doing a DIY project, I just didn’t know what terms I had to search for. For a Home Depot employee - the flooring specialist - to not know this is astounding.

I am trying to get a door, but the store is unresponsive, the management is inept and provides no additional assistance, the associates are extremely slow, unknowledgeable of the products. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this store. Please go to another Home Depot location.

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

DAVID GILL: paint dept vert slow. When paint was done I was not told it was done. I came up to the counter and stood there waiting while emotes helped others. After 10 minutes he pointed at can. I said is that mine he looked at me like Duh.

Li Ting: Mattress Firm Columbia gave us a great experience. Our sale representative Katherine was super nice and genuine. We just purchased a house and needed to start to furnish it, starting with a bed, so we went to Mattress Firm after already going to three other mattress stores. We went there with a specific mattress in mind to check out and see if we liked. When we arrive we were immediately greeted and helped. We were shown two versions of the mattress and when we inquired about anything similar, she showed us quickly to another one that was comparable if not better than we looked at, and slightly cheaper. She definitely knows mattresses. We had planned to just go here to compare the specific mattress to others brands we saw at different stores, but ended up buying it right there. We actually ended up going with our more expensive first choice only because it was on special and came with some extras. Katherine was so nice and big help to us. We will definitely be going back there when we start to furnish the other rooms.

Gerald Quinn: Me and my wife had a wonderful experience going to Mattress Firm to pick out a new mattress. Our sleep expert Ace really took his time explaining the differences between different beds and making us feel comfortable, like we were sleeping at home. He listen to our sleep concerns to find us the best bed and didn't try to push us to the most expensive model. Got my bed the same day too. I love my new Serta mattress and can get a full night of sleep now!

Lani: This store had many nice furniture pieces on display. However there is currently a very long delay of anywhere from one to four months for furniture to be delivered. The sales rep who assisted me was helpful, but pushy and followed me around the store when I just wanted to scope out items. I literally had to ask him to just give me a minute and I will find him when I was ready to talk about the pieces I was looking for. The pushy reps made my experience poor. One thing I noticed is that many of the furniture items did not have a label or name on them. This means that for everything you were interested in, you would have to ask the rep for details on the pricing. It would save a lot of time if I was able to just literally look at the name And price of the item directly, especially since the store is so big. It seems like the associate did not want to tell me the names of items, which I found to be odd. If I am looking at multiple pieces of furniture and comparing prices, it is helpful as a shopper to know exactly what I’m looking at since there are so many items. There was also a huge push to buy items in store, although many were listed for much cheaper online. He also try to sell me a couch that had visible damage on it. I think this was just to make the sale

Zewdu: We have had a good year 2021 except this TRAUMA. We purchased a sectional sofa in Dec 2020 from Ashly Furniture Falls church, VA and we were told it would be delivered within 4-12 weeks. however, we did not receive it until may/June 2021. after we received the sofa, the quality was not good enough. So, We needed to return part of the sofa & paid additional $100 pick-up fee and then the store wanted to charge us 30% restocking fee. We spoke to customer service & due to their late delivery timeline & poor customer Service communication, they agreed to charge us 10% cancelation fee instead. After a few back and forth with them, we went to Ashly furniture falls church to get our refund. one of the customer manager we spoke to reiterate that we were to be charged 10% fee-not 30%. The store manager disagreed & insisted that he's going to charge us 30%. We repeated to him the conversations we've been having with them, but the store manager (he said his name is Ray) and he was not even wearing a name tag) escalated it...started shouting & yelling at us. This was unnecessary so we started recording our interaction."Ray" demanded that we stopped recording, or he'll call the police & said,"I PROMISE YOU, I WILL GET YOU ARRESTED" We told him that was his choice to do so. He called 911 & claimed that he was being "harassed" by a customer; we called 911 as well & told the police what was really happening.When the Police arrived, "Ray” asked the police to make us delete the recording & escort us out.The Police told him we had every right to record the conversation as the Police himself was recording this event as well.The Police told us to deal with the refund issue with the appropriate party & to keep paper trail. We submitted compliant to BBB and we received our refund a couple of weeks ago. This process has been physically, emotionally draining & it has been causing unnecessary distress to us. BBB to take the appropriate measure as there are multiple complaint online & this store manager/location to be held accountable for the emotional distress they have caused to customers. Amanda Murff: We purchased a couch at this location and had a good sales experience. The team members were knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Our salesperson's name was Kanan and he was very friendly and responsive to our needs, plus he was not rigid in negotiations which I very much appreciated because we came in with a budget we wanted to respect and I communicated that to him. Connie handled all the paperwork during the actual purchase process and she was very friendly, professional, and transparent. We knowingly purchased a couch that was not in stock at the warehouse, so we haven't been through the delivery experience yet, but as far as the in-store experience, it was very positive.

I got the best deal and was served in best way, so definitely once you there ask for him! Yara at the checkout made sure she gave me best delivery date and took care of everything smoothly! Rebekah Mann: Highly recommend NOT buying in store here. It’s way better to try out the furniture and then buy online as online prices are significantly cheaper. We found a couch in store that was $300 cheaper online as well as an ottoman that was $150 cheaper online and ships sooner than what would ship from the store. Not to mention taxes and furniture protection plans are cheaper online. The sales associate that tried to sell to us said that you have to pay the delivery/assembly fee or else you can’t get the protection plan, which isn’t true. We were able to order online and do doorstep delivery for free with a furniture protection plan. Hoping you can con people into paying more in your store is not a very successful way to compete with other stores. Especially when people have the sense to take 20 seconds to use Google to confirm pricing and availability.

Kayla Regan: If I could give zero stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a large sectional couch from this store not even two years ago. The floor model they had was damaged and you could not sit in the middle of the couch. The salesman had told us there was an issue but to test out the other section of the couch. Maybe we were naive in believing him that the couch was damaged from it being a store model - but alas here we are and our couch has the same exact problem. The black mesh material that the cushions sit on is ripped. We cannot sit in the middle of the couch. I had purchased the 5-year protection plan and specifically asked if this was covered and was told yes. Again, my fault for not reviewing all the terms and conditions before agreeing to purchase. I tried to file a claim and of course it's not protected. I called the store directly and was told I can get the money back for the protection plan $190 as a store credit to use on a future purchase. That's it. They won't even pay to have someone fix the issue with the couch when they very well KNEW this was an issue with this model. Honestly, the cushions are all balled up on the material and have lost their sturdiness - and for a couch not even two years old where I spent over $2,000 - that's insane to me as well. Overall I WOULD NOT buy a couch from Ashley Furniture. Ever. Anywhere - but especially would not shop here.

Zoe Davies: Mark was a huge help. Helped us figure out what was in stock and would fit in our space when the first couch we purchased wasn’t going to fit. He made it easy to transfer the cost of the first couch toward the second couch. I haven’t always been a fan of Ashley’s but he changed my opinion.

CJ Young: BEWARE!!! We bought a leather couch less than a year ago for $2000 from Ashley. There is already stitching coming undone on part of the couch. What makes it worse is that it's in the middle seat where we rarely sit (the middle part has a fold down arm rest that we use). I called the store and was told that the stitching is not covered under their 1 year warranty. Even though is specifically says on the website that seam slippage is covered!! We had a horrible experience with the delivery and now an even worse experience with the customer service. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
