At check out the young lady at the counter was efficient and knowledgeable of what I needed. She was also patient while I gathered more info about my vehicle to make the best purchase.     Earle Douglass: Service was excellent. They quickly took a return and found the correct pieces for me. The annoying bit was there was a line of in store customers who were being helped by employees and meanwhile a computer was announcing every 30 seconds that there were online orders to be compiled. I was only in the store for a couple minutes and it was annoying. I cannot imagine working there with a computer nagging all day.

    Dead Man: Yesterday, march 13 around 6pm my wife went to check her failing car battery. Its a store I have gone to years and I they personally provided great service, never had a problem with them. But on this occasion my wife went alone because of my work when she got there she went up to a employee and she explained her car battery situation. She told my wife that she couldn't do that so my wife asked for another employee. My wife was told she had to take the battery out and show it to her, luckily my wife had someone to help her take the battery out. Since the employer rejected the service to see if it was good or if she can put it in. I always went here because they always offered this service to me. Which now my wife has had this service rejected to her. They rejected this service to her even when they saw she was a woman. For this reason I give 1 star since I cant give 0 stars....

    Judy s: I just came in to buy a battery, car wasn’t working so I had to carry it out in my backpack and Steve was just so friendly and concerned about how heavy it was, which it was but really nice of him to help me get it situated so I’d have an easier time carrying it. Also, the guy at the door who’s name I didn’t get just seems really cool and asked me if my hat was a Harry Potter hat, which I wish it was bc that would’ve been a lot cooler!

    Salima O Ok O wash ydvfyiuton. Ok 7: on march 3rd 2022 at 1:08pm i visited this AutoZone when which i purchased a couple of merchandise. after leaving i went to the mechanic shop we discovered one part was missing. upon returning to AutoZone there was a dispute with the refund.this refund cost 260$.i was denied to see the camera or the manager in charge then we proceed to call the police department. at this time the police came and i was told i couldn't see the camera.the police told me that the part is with me.at this point he ask to search my car with my consent.after about 30min pleading my case the manager came out asking to speak with the police alone.then was asked to come in the store to get tthe refund without an explanation . this was a tottaly unacceptable i almost felt like a criminal. please check your merchandise before leaving the store......

    Hammbone41: A battery I bought a year ago would not hold a charge. I called and spoke with Michael and he told me to bring it in to test it. I met him at the store he tested it and it had a bad cell. He immediately honored the three year warranty, gave me a new battery and I was on my way! Great customer service!!!

    93svx: Lucky for me the manager Moe was there and I asked to look up by part number, the guy at the register didn't know what fluid film was took me to the paint area and said if it's not here we dont have it. Not sure if he is new but he had a hard time looking it up on the computer even after I looked it up on my phone. The manager stepped in looked it up and found 3 in stock on the other side of the store. Thank you Moe for your help.

I recently bought a new battery & spark plugs for my truck. They had both in stock and I was able to pay with Samsung Pay and received cash back with the online purchase.     Nicholas R: Avoid this communist/democrat location, I walked in with no mask with being vaccinated. The employee was serving me at first but then when someone else walked by her, she changed to asking me to wear a mask. After stating what was the point of the vaccination and being vaccinated, she still refuse to serve me. After wasting 8-10 minutes of being in there, she choose to Denied me as customer over political and false health care views. It’s sad that our country is dividing us and giving business owners power to refuse people now!

    Angela Skinner: The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car part I was looking for! He even brought my new battery to my car and would have installed it if I hadn't already had a friend helping me. Will definitely return! Military discount offered also!

    Jy Has: Went to borrow tools for battery replacement. Multiple items were missing from the tool set. When i inquired if they have replacement equipment they responded in saying unfortunately we can not help you. You are more than welcome to purchase said item. I don't feel as though they went out of their way to ensure that a paying customer was satisfied.

    Ian DaMan: I had an interstate battery that apparently had issues. They checked it, and within 5 minutes handed me a new battery... under warranty... for free... how do you improve service?! I don't know... maybe give a complimentary steak and baked potato... joking aside, the service doesn't get any better then this.

    Ron Diokno: It’s quite a challenge finding this place and I arrived 4:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing time. The tech Tom said they only install batteries until 4:00 pm. I pleaded, they consented, I am so thankful. The new version battery didn’t look as snazzy as the old one. But I found out the old Interstate battery was since October 2012–that’s a good 9 years and 4 years over the expected life. The Interstate brand, the accommodation to put the new battery in, and the friendly efficient service by Tom and the lady who took my payment are truly worthy of 5 stars!

    Kev- keepingitreal: It’s good to see that this store offers a working battery testing tool although it’s designed to work for batteries with the terminals at the top of the battery and not to the side, but thanks! I appreciate the young male employee for refusing not to give up and he was able to successfully tested the battery with the terminal to the side and he was able to see that the battery needed to be replaced. Due to short staff the batteries had to be replace on a different day at this location.

    Paul Robison: Called into the store to check a part and I spoke with Lamont. He found what I needed and held it for me for the afternoon. He went on further to help me find a few remaining car parts I needed by calling local stores, because those parts were out of stock in his store. In the end, I got everything I needed to fix my car so I could drive back home in North Carolina. Lamont went above and beyond and the whole time was friendly about it. Great experience.

    Ari B: THEY CAME IN CLUTCH! I needed my brakes fixed and fluid changed. The guys at the front desk helped me cancel my online order (I ordered the wrong part) got me the right part, saved me from getting charged twice, and even connected me to a local mechanic who did a great affordable repair THAT DAY!     Christina M.: A customer service representative by the name of Casandra(name on polo shirt). She's got to be the utmost unprofessional employee at this site. While I was at this location she was not attentive, completely discarding that I was trying to get assistance. Meanwhile, she recorded a video of herself lip-syncing. What upset me the most was the fact that while she did all of this she wouldn't have her mask on.

    Luther Akers jr: Went to pick up a radiator to install in my daughter's Buick in her parking lot. They were giving us someone else's radiator but I was quick to spot the mistake seeing the part # wasn't the same as the one I had already purchased online!     Arlisa Williams: I needed to get a new head lightbulb. The staff was extremely helpful in getting me the correct lightbulb since I know nothing about cars. I then tried to read the owners manual and change the light myself. Reesie saw me struggling in the parking lot and came out to help me. After a lot of contortions she was able to get my light bulb in and get me on my way. She explained what she was doing and gave me some other pointers too. So I drove away with a little more car knowledge than I had when I got there.

    AMEN protection1683: Very poor people skills, prejudgment, also rude and mouthy Manger's. I only needed to return my brakspads I brought from Georgia Ave auto zone I had a warranty to later find out the brakepads I had a warranty for was discontinue. I ran in the Georgia Ave Auto zone while at work on lunch. To have a strong wait time but very knowledgeable of policies and procedures and respect. But the auto zone thats right around from my house completely is opposite. TROY the manager was extremely uncomfortable with my refund and my experience made me 🤔 think about being a NAPA customer for good. This was a very unprofessional experience a stigma for this location.

    Dedrick L. Wilson: Recently, both of my headlights went out on my vehicle at the same time during my evening drive. It was impossible to see anything. I pulled into the Autozone on Rhode Island and I quickly received assistance from the staff.     ASK Dee Fair: Extremely helpful employee. I needed a air filter for a 2019 Nissan Armada. He provided the number and I couldn't locate it on the floor. He advised he would check in the back and he located it. He could have easily said if you don't see it we are sold out however he didn't. The dealership wanted to charge me $145.00 to unsnap the air filter cover remove the old one and place a new one inside. I paid $40.00 and did it myself.     Heat1up: This Advance Auto Parts location need to be retrained on simple company policies. I entered this location with the intent on returning a purchase that was not opened not damaged or even soiled. It was inside of the original bag but I did not have my original receipt. The manager was so rude and the first thing out her mouth was "we don't return items without a receipt." I was confused by her statement because they clearly have a company return policy with no proof of purchase. ( ie a receipt) She continued and stated she has been the manager for 25 years and they don't do returns without a receipt. Which goes against company policy, which is posted all over the counter and cash register. I had to travel miles away to another Advance Auto Parts store that would honor the return policy. I will be writing their corporate office to get answers as to why stores are allowed to go against policy. Now I'm sure the manager can care less if I ever purchase another item from Advance, but I'm sure the owner of that store cares.

The problem lies with parking, there are no spaces for the paying customers because the parking spaces are being utilized by patrons who are not auto zone customers.     Blkbudafly63: I have come in the store on multiple occasions and the new employee Jazzmyn has always been very helpful and has offered her assistance on various items I need and couldn't find. Her manager Troy Wade is very very disrespectful to Jazzmyn and several customers. I have witnessed him being extremely rude and disrespectful to Jazzmyn on several occasions. I have mentioned to him his behavior and he still continues to act rude. If this is the type of managers your establishment hires your company needs to rethink the workers that you are allowing to represent your company. He behavior should not be tolerated by anyone. Jazzmyn is there doing her best and who wants to be harassed while working every time you are working with a manager that feels he has this right. If Troy Wade is a reflection of your management staff I will need to take my business someplace else where the customer service is better and management is respectful of customers and staff. I hope his behavior doesn't force Jazzmyn to leave she is a very helpful and knowledgeable employee and after what I saw today his behavior needs to be addressed.

The window says they open at 7:30am and it’s 7:55am, the doors are locked, no sign of an employee anywhere. Yesterday I waited until almost 8:30am, ended up calling the phone number their site provides only to wake up what sounded like a puzzled high school kid who has no ties to Advance Auto. I don’t care if you open at noon but people are busy and do not have time to sit waiting for a store to never open…

    Zak Mahshie: Realized in the middle of a downpour that my wiper had broken. Although they steered me toward a more expensive blade at first, they were very open about less expensive options being available when I asked (I only have 6 months left on this lease). The sales associate offered to install the blade on my car, and did it in about 30 seconds. I would have figured it out in a few minutes on my own, but he saved me from doing so in the pouring rain. Thanks!

    Marybeth Gordon: This is an extremely overdue review due to Covid-19 (as Google had reviews blocked when I wanted to write this). Nice staff, and eager to help - however, so “nice” that they shorted out the computer in my car when offering to change a battery. Between the cost of the battery, tows, the new computer and the labor at my dealership, what should have been a $180 day turned into a $1700 week while waiting for my car to be fixed, and while driving a rental car. Absolutely exhausting experience overall, and what’s even more frustrating is that the corporate office doesn’t even seem to have a phone number that I can call to ask if they’d pay for the new computer and issue a refund of my battery purchase. 0/10 recommend. UPDATE: I am happy to say that I worked with Andre, the District Manager, to rectify this and I am satisfied with and grateful for the outcome.

    Adriano Leal: I had to replace the battery of my car, which I thought was an easy task. It wasn't due to the air filter intake duct being over the battery and needed to be removed in the first place. Upon buying the battery at AutoZone in Mt. Vernon Rd. in Alexandria, I asked the tech in the counter, Silvia, to help me replacing it. She was gracious enough to install it for me and did an outstanding job removing the ducts and the old battery, and putting the new one in the compartment. I was very satisfied with her service. It took three tries to find one that fit despite reference to the internal AutoZone part look up system, and I ended up having to settle for a smaller battery than I'd like that had to get installed backwards. I'm not sure if it "fits" either but it'll give me a few years of service.

    Matt Ingram: The staff at the store are very helpful. My alternator and battery went bad in my car which worried me a bunch. But the staff helped me through the whole process of testing it, providing tools for me to replace, and I was able to buy the new alternator there too. Even though it took a few hours they were cool with me doing the work in the parking lot. With both replaced now everything is working great. Thanks again!

    Brian Wright: The warranty is a scam. They test batteries in a way to not have to honor the warranty. I had a trusted mechanic check everything on the car and verify it was the battery not holding a charge. Batteries plus Bulbs first took the battery overnight and all they did was charge it and said it’s good because it charges. After complaining they then said they had to keep it another day and would see if the charge held and call me. They never called and I couldn’t wait that long since we needed to use the car. Plus the store near me closed so I had to drive 25 minutes just to get to another store. Went elsewhere and got a battery and no longer have any problems. Car runs great. I had been been buying batteries for all my family cars here but will not shop here any longer.
    Response: Brian, Our team recharged the battery, and tested it (multiple times). The battery held voltage, and a cold-cranking-amp (CCA) output that is higher than the specified rating. We apologize for any miscommunication. Thank you.

    Paul Vale: I bought a Duracell lawn tractor battery which I informed the sales associate that there was a rebate for it, and I wanted the rebate form. He gave me a folder with the battery, but when I got home, the only item in the folder was my warranty and receipt. I looked online, and the rebate form was not available on the Batteries Plus website. UPDATE: The store manager saw my review and mailed me the rebate coupon! Now that's what I call customer service! The sales associate was friendly and courteous, and the store was neat and clean. I'll be coming back there for my next battery needs!

She has a great attitude, friendly, knowledgeable, offered recommendations alternatives to address identified maintenance issues. I will definitely make this my go to spot for maintenance services.     Kevin Franklin: This might be the worst Firestone on Earth! Customer service is great but service is horrendous. Dropped my truck at 8am only to pick up end of day with no work done, apparently couldn’t get around to it. Booked another appt, turned down at check-in bc mechanic called out sick. Brought another time, scheduled for 8 for a 2-hr job, came back at 3, wasn’t complete until 5 (this happened twice!). Got new brakes and rotors, back to squealing within a week. Only reason I continue to come here is bc of the convenience of dropping and walking 2 blocks to work. Going forward, I’ll accept the inconvenience of taking it elsewhere.

    Tenken 73: Ramon was awesome. Called me ahead of time, found a car package that worked for me and my car, found stuff that my last mechanic missed. All around good experience and good price. Would recommend

    Rick Roll: Wife took our van to Firestone after a tire went flat. Ramon quoted her $600 for 2 tires and kept telling her it was unsafe to drive and the tires tread was dangerously low. He didn't feel safe with her driving 1 mile back home on 25 mph roads. The tries were only a year old with tons of tread left, nowhere near the treadwear indicator on the tire. Super dishonest and predatory tactics. Do NOT recommend.

    Tiffani Copes: This review is coming from a current employee point of view. I’ve been working at this particular location for almost 4 years(Jan. 2,2022). Over the last year and a half I’ve seen 6 store managers whom are all now gone from the company or to another location. I respect the service men and woman and have grown many relationships with some of them. But I guess my complaint is now it’s my turn to relocate and not by choice but because management doesn’t know how to handle certain situations. One sided stories are begin giving and TBH I wasn’t the problem. Some of my fellow customers are not to please of learning that I will be moving and some have actually helped me and reached out to Corporate but of course us employees are left in the dark. But JBAB Firestone I will say helped me in a lot of ways and learned that “Employers Lose Great Employees because of Management” Iv learned a lot not only from a few co workers but the service men and woman on base and the Class Six Employees. Thank You.

    Dan Summers: I pre coordinated to get an oil change and have my brakes and tires replaced. I dropped the car off at 8 am and asked for it back by 4 pm. At 11 am I called and no work was started. After 1 they called to update me on the brakes and gave me a price twice as high as I was quoted with no additional work being done. After discussing this with the worker and manager they finally admitted to adding extra labor ($500+ of extra labor). At 230 pm they said it would be done in an hour and a half. I got there a 530 and they said it would be another 45 minutes. I finally got my car back at almost 6 pm. Awful, awful customer service. I truly believe they tried to cheat me out of 500 dollars and then punished me by taking 10 hours to do simple maintenance.

    Jeffrey Wallace: Excellent same day service. Been here twice and had no problems. Additionally, when I had to go to another Firestone due to emergent tire repair (JBAB didn’t have the right tire), the store manager called the other location and sorted out an issue with my warranty. Thanks, Noble!

    Adam H: I live and work on base and I am in here often - not for the Auto Care center, but in general. I've stopped and chatted with the guys and gals here and there. I finally used the Auto Care center today (19Feb20) and tell you what - I am not disappointed. I spoke with a few people and everyone was great. I bought new tires (TireRack) for my sisters car, delivered to my house, and had them installed here. Tell you what, I will be back. I'm nothing but impressed (especially if you know the stigma that normally comes with anything "on base".) I'm down. I highly recommend service here based on my single time having service done. Tires were installed in the correct direction, inflated to my specifications, and nothing was dirty, broken, lost, or otherwise.

    Errick Wilson: I have used Firestone at the Bolling AFB location several times. Each time I’ve had an appointment and never was seen at that appointment time. Currently, I am at the same location with an appointment time of 0800 hours (8:00am). Two hours and thirty eight minutes later, they finally pulled my vehicle in the shop to work on it. The only reason why I think they started my car is because I happened to go outside to get some fresh air and saw my car still sitting in the same spot that I parked it in. I went to the clerk to get a status of my vehicle for them to say “Oh, we are pulling it in the shop now”. I think they forgot about me until I said something to them. This is unsat and something needs to be done about this.

    Kay K: My husband goes to Batteries Plus regularly for hard-to-find batteries and light bulbs, so he recommended them when I couldn't find the right Li-Ion bulb for my dymo label printer. Shaun was so helpful and accommodating! He didn't have the right battery for me, but he found what I needed on Amazon, and reassured me that it was a brand he carries and trusts. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

    Fran Pinzow: I am in this around 2 - 6 times annually. While it isn't a pretty place, staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are always reasonable. Call first to make sure that they carry what you need. I recommend calling before you go there to make sure that they have what you want/need. I am glad that the rumor that they went out of business was false!

    Xavier Lazer: I went to batteries plus because I had bought a battery July of 2020 and I was always had issues with my battery started to act up again. But Reggie was able to fully figure out that the battery was good and it was just the bolts on the battery that weren't good so he cleaned them up and sprayed some Un corrosion spray and was able to help me out effectively. Would go there for any battery needs ask for Reggie can't miss him he's got on cool clothing that was not only funny but helped break the ice.

    Kate Byrne: While I was forced to go here, because my battery dictated that I must, it was the best experience because of the staff. My car battery lived its best life and I was told to go only here by many people. Walking in, I was greeted by the staff who were cheerful and willing to help. I told them my problem and they helped me right away. I was in and out in under 30 mins. (It probably took that long because we were chatting and having a good time) I will continue to pass along the knowledge of this location because of the experience that I had here today.     Adrian Ciaramellano: Great to have a local store specialized in all kind of batteries. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can also find all kind of bulbs and they also repair iPhone, tablets, riding toys.

    DAVID REISER: They have everything. This is an amazing store. I walked in with a 35-year-old battery pack that needed to be rebuilt. They had the batteries in stock and said it would only take three or four days to rebuild the old packs. They had batteries in the store that I had no idea existed. Very good selection of incandescent and LED light bulbs. Prices seem to be very competitive.

    Turnerwork365: The always super-helpful magician-clerks at the Bradlee Batteries+ actually FIXED my broken kitchen scale after I left batteries to corrode inside it. These young men are amazing. They never say a problem can’t be solved—they try their hardest to fix whatever oddball thing I take in. I highly recommend them for all battery-related issues.

    Marshall Alexander: I came in to the store with what I thought was a dead battery after I couldn’t get my wife’s car to start even with jumper cables. They tested the battery and found all of the metrics were good so they asked us what the make and model of the car was and one of the employees went off to go look it up. He very quickly tracked down a particular fuse that is known to be finicky for this model and pointed us to some replacement fuses in the store. When we got home we replaced the fuse like they said and the car started up right away! 5/5

    Jill Marks: I LOVED the ease of ordering online and scheduling a free installation, while also saving on deposit fee and avoiding the hassle of having to return to the store with the old battery. The price was GREAT, and I was in and out in 7 minutes.

    MM: I've had auto key fob batteries replaced previously, as well as purchased hearing aid and other batteries. This time my Galaxy S9 phone battery was swollen and needed replacing ASAP. As usual, service was immediate, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and low key. Took less than one hour. Price was reasonable. Will continue to purchase and service my battery and bulb needs here and recommend to my friends and family.

    Charlie Dallachie: I’ve been here in the past and just went in recently. Both times, they were able to fix and replace dead watches and find a match for the car remote. I expected the need to come back a few days later. Nope, they fixed it on the spot. Definitely dependable for a simple watch battery replacement or other fix for other devices. Was out in 20 minutes

    Bernard Doyle: I needed a replacement car battery for my Highlander. I ordered it on line, they wrote back that they had received the order and the next day sent a second e-mail saying it was ready for pick-up. Their store has been modified for operations during the pandemic and all their employees were taking proper precautions. My battery was ready and we made the swap without a problem. They quickly refunded the deposit I had paid since I returned the old battery. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They seem like a good place to do business.

    Nick Bundy: Don't go to this store for any reason. They are inept at best. I asked them to fix my charger port, they said it would take about an hour and half. Then they said they needed 2 more hours. After that point, they said the phone broke. Upon further questioning, the technician said he broke the phone. "Let me get my manager." There was about 20 minutes of scrambling and then they said they were going to find a part from another phone. That took about 2 more hours. I sat there waiting for some explanation, something. After the next promised time came and went, my frustration blew over and I asked for my phone back. They put it back together with the home key busted and without a working charger port. Hey, how about a refund for wasting my entire afternoon? Also, it's clear if you don't have the coupon for the discount on the repair, they will not tell you about it. And they want your email, but say "we don't share info, we are just a franchise," which makes no sense if you think about it. I learned all this because I sat there for 2 hours (!) waiting for my phone to be repaired. Terrible! Get it? Don't go there. I mean it, they will break your phone. Don't go there.

    Darren Connell: I read previous reviews on Yelp, but I know people are WAY more likely to leave a review after a negative experience than they are if they had a positive one. So I'll leave my experience from today: I scheduled a battery replacement for my iPhone 7 Plus on their website. I showed up at the given time, they checked me in within 5 minutes and told me to come back in an hour to pick up my phone. I came back in an hour and it was ready and was exactly as I left it when I brought it in. The price of the service was a lot cheaper than I was expecting as well, I couldn't be happier with my experience and will tell people I know that need similar service to come check you guys out.

    Ben Halkowski: May 29, called twice at 1:22 and 1:23. Whoever is answering phones at this location answered, asked if I was ok being put on hold, and then promptly hung up. I called again thinking it may have been an accidental hangup. When I called back and tried explaining that it may have been an accident, the employee again hung up. That's no way to conduct a business. And that's no way for this employee to "work." Very poor experience, especially considering I was calling to discuss a car part, which cost over 100 dollars, that my local mechanic tested and proved was defective. Steer far clear of this place.

    Shay Sessom: I placed an order for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called the number, but no one picked up. So I went in the store. I stood by the sign that said "order pickup". The associate, Francis, helped two customers before even acknowledging me. When I told her I was picking up the order I placed earlier, she told me I needed to stand in the back of the line, because everyone was busy helping other people. There was at least eight people in the line. Fortunately, the customers were gentleman enough and more courteous than the staff and let me move to the front of the line. Francis didn't help me, another cashier did. There is NO POINT in having curbside pickup if you can't accommodate your customers! I hated the customer service experience from this store!

    Kevin fuentes: I Bought a part for my truck, gave them the details then they gave me the wrong part and they didn't want to accept the return of the wrong part that they sold me nor exchange it. Its better to go to AutoZone I have never had issues with them.

    sichen liu: We came to buy new battery, got told that due to short staffing, they’re not going to change the battery for us, but price will be the same, and they don’t lend out tools to customers to change themselves. They’re willing to sell the tools though. This would’ve been okay with me if there were not workers outside the stores with tools changing battery for another customer! It was not closing time.

    Matt: I inserted my credit card into this business' credit card machine, and within 30 minutes someone who works there was able to take the CC information out of it and go to three other stores in the shopping center complex and use it to charge for items. If you value your identity and credit don't do business with these scumbags.

    Deiby Williams: Really bad costumer service , i will never ever buy parts from this location, called in to check on parts left me on hold for 13 minutes than phone call cut off, call back and was trying to explain what had happen and he told me , he did not care and hang up again , call back and spoke with super visor or manger on duty and he was kind of laughing about it. Very unprofessional, thats why i always go shopping in Virginia.

    Kiyana Lewis: OMG!! I never met a lazy employee that works here. But, I'm not surprised. It's in Eastover, this plaza I'm amazed is still standing because the employee that worked here was no help and lazy on not trying to look up a warranty and to see if I was in the system to replace my headlights. He didn't know much of any of the questions I asked. So, I'll just stay away from this place. Bigger spot but, lazy ppl.

    Nicholas R: Highly don’t recommend coming here due to a democrat company who kicks people out for no mask, but don’t bother asking for vaccination cause they don’t Hesitate kicking out customers. I left a review before on here it seem to get removed, came in for getting a part and i was in for 10mins. They didn’t bother me about not wearing a mask until the lady couldn’t understand me, so peek around the plastic cover to explain what I need. She ask me for a mask and I mention about being vaccinated and it didn’t matter, I have my rights not to wear it. She refuse my needs and seem to have no problem kicking out white people out, but not questioning other race customers, from what I have seen in the store.

    Noah Torres: This store is the worse they dont learn few months ago I was kick out by their security, today 11/10/21 around 8:10 I enter the store I asked one Guy if they do test on battery car he said u will have to bring it tomorrow it’s dark I was like ok maybe it’s understandable than I said ok if I bring it tomorrow during day it’s ok u guys do a test on battery than he respond u will have to bring battery inside I was like what I need to take the battery out the car just for a test please tell you joking this is the first time I hear this please do you self a favor don’t go to this store On Indian head hwy on Oxon hill they will never help you horrible two times already they are lazy .

    VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

    Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

    Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

    Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

    Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and helpful because I am in a wheelchair they offered to help me with items I couldn't reach.They had a variety of all kinds of foods and beverages. This will be my Walmart supercenter that I will be attending from now on keep up the great work and I will continue to be a valued customer.

    Sarah West: A large mixed selection of items you can get any 3 for TEN DOLLARS. Selected high end new items are priced accordingly. Kids, mens, and womans apparel and shoes. If you have the knack for treasure hunting in thrift stores.....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. thrifty and unique pieces all year round

    Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

    Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

    Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

    taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

    scmi7y: Not too good experience, they did not have any of the 4 things we came for. Also they don't sell graphic cards in this store. Staff was 50/50 some was very helpful and good attitude. While others seemed annoyed by customers getting in their way and asking "stupid" questions. Somewhat hard to navigate the store. And prices has gone up lately.

    Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

    Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

    Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

    Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

    PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

    Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

    Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

    C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

    Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

    Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

    Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

    Melanie Sierra: Best customer service ever! Another Napa store called in this store for a part that they had in stock for my van. They held it for me and I was able to join their reward program as well as get my military discount! Thank you Shawn for helping me out!!! You rock!

    Justin Small: Terrible customer service. Left me on hold for 15 minutes. Drove to the store still on hold walked in and they were doing nothing. They don’t have correct labels where their engine oil was so I bought some thinking it was going to be $15 as advertised and instead it was $27. Poorly run shop.

    Aziz Siddiqi: Very bad services, they sell the equipment not telling the customer about it’s quality but while returning the same equipment after a week or 2, then they are asking you to bring our equipment with its box. Very ridiculous. Who is keeping the box of an equipment for a week or two after purchasing. When u purchased stuff with its box then u trash the box not keeping it for decoration of ur home. Shame on NAPA management for such services.

    Steve Murphy: Visited for the first time and it was like I stepped back in time. The man at the desk had the part that I was looking for. He offered to make certain that he had the part before I drove there. He was the only store in northern Virginia that had the part for my 53 year old car.

    Ateeb Rahman: Ordered parts online to save money but when i went to pick up the part they charged a hidden freight fee without mentioning it, i do not mind paying the fee but I need to be informed where my money is going. Mechanic fixed the car without needing the part. I went to return the part the guy started to give me an attitude about the return which he also did not return the freight fee. This place has horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Your best bet is anywhere than here.

    Joseph Cowan: This place is sooooo sketchy. It's in a business park... next to the train tracks... which is a great place for the set of a horror movie. It's a postage stamp of a store. Most of their business must be done ordering online, because they have next to no inventory in this tiny place. All I needed was a can-o-air or fix-a-flat.... which they did have, so I guess I'll give them an extra star for that.
