Richard Park: An all-around great experience. Craig at USA Cabinets handled everything from the design to the production of our master bath flawlessly. Azad and his team did an absolutely perfect job on the tile, the lighting, the paint, the glass shower enclosure, the sink and the toilet. They even replaced the old copper water lines with new PEX all the way down to the basement. Every little detail and nuance were executed with precision. Throughout the process, they both helped us make the right decisions on the tile, the vanity, the cabinets and the fixtures. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. I may become a two showers a day man just to spend more time in there. Maria Moreno: After visiting close to a dozen different kitchen remodeling places in NoVA, we came across this store. Everything was fantastic: The way they treated us, the incredible selection of quality materials, their professional advice on helping us make a selection, and, of course, the unbeatable prices! Yasin is a god-send with his customer service skills and knowledge. Although we went just for a basic back-splash tile, we ended up buying floor tile and quartz countertops. You just can't match their product quality and prices. Moreover, the looks are stylish, modern and most importantly unique, unlike buying from the big box home improvement stores. In the middle of the COVID pandemic, they delivered the products quickly and on time and expeditiously arranged for a contractor to do the installation. Samaher Sarsour: This past late spring while being quarantined due to Covid 19 restrictions, my husband and I decided it was a good time to remodel our kitchen. We shopped around for a couple of months to several cabinet places before we stumbled upon USA Cabinet store. We already had a contractor who agreed to work on our kitchen remodel but we did not want to use his company’s cabinets. So we decided to shop around for our own. Yasin from USA Cabinet store was extremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough in going over our cabinet choices. He didn’t pressure or rush us and he made the whole process of ordering cabinetry for our new kitchen a breeze. He was also very responsive via text messages and phone calls. We are a few weeks into using our new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with our cabinets. HUI WEN: People here are doing a professional, high quality job! We are remodeling the kitchen from a very old one. Melissa is my designer and she did a really nice job: giving me proper price choices but with good quality. She also helped me to choose the handle and the faucet. She gave me the final version of the kitchen within 3 days. Fazil is doing the installation thing, he is also a designer, which is amazing! He is also doing a great job of installation, and gives great suggestions of some problems of the new kitchen. Sometimes he has to stay in office in day time but he still comes to install everything after office time. Thank you guys! I love my new kitchen very much! In one word, highly recommend USA Cabinet Store! People are very friendly, nice, and of course they are super professional!

Mark Weinress: Really like this store, and all the Room & Board locations. Large and nicely laid out for easy shopping. Well priced, well made stylish furniture with a good, but not overwhelming selection. Very helpful staff. Lots of options on upholstery and other details. I've bought quite a number of pieces at the Room & Board in Chelsea, NYC.

Brandon Gaimari: Customer service is actually good but products are over priced junk. Bought a bedroom set and the design of the bed causes it to squeak every time you roll over. Customer service had Dr. Furniture come out twice - one time screws were missing in the bed, the next time installed slat pads (why were these not installed originally?). For the price you pay, the quality is not what it should be. Beware.

Anna Harrington: First, we had a guy helping us who like was non responsive at the Logan circle room and board. Then I ordered online for July 7 and the furniture store confirmed via email and when I called they told me July 7 was unavailable. Not good service for the price and wouldn’t buy here again.

Summer Logan: I was working with Lisa (who apparently is the store manager). Her behavior does not seem like she should be. My problem was passed off to Peter and I felt underappreciated as a client. Would not recommended the people that work here. Service is below expectations for the money you spend and management should do a better job. Seems like they do not care or engage with clients. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied.

Kathryn Adamcik: I ordered a couch from here in August and it was to be delivered at the start of December. It was delayed until the end of December and I waited for it to arrive. 1 day before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse I got an email saying it would be delayed for 2 more months. I waited for 2 months and days before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse after the 2 month delay I got an email saying it was delayed again. I have called customer service and they have been of no help. They have no idea when the couch will arrive or what the progress is on it. They will not give a discount for this long delay. I am stuck in a pattern where I expect the couch to arrive any day, and then it gets pushed back. This is not okay. I paid over 3k for my couch and am just getting brushed off by customer service, the managers that I have spoken with, and the associates who we spoke to in the store we shopped at. I was planning on purchasing a side table, coffee table, and lamp after the couch arrived, but I will no longer be using room and board in the future. I ask you all to be wary of purchasing from here. I paid for the couch in full and now it looks as if it will never arrive. I expect more from this company, and am highly dissapointed.

Catie Kemp: Love love love. They were a bit too pricey for me to consider when I was living in my apartment, but since buying my place last November I have become a very loyal customer. I started working with Daren to get an idea of what I wanted in my living room- just having the sounding board was so helpful. I have since outfitted my entire living room with them- probably went to the store at least ten times before making my order and never felt harassed or pushed into buying immediately. My mom bought her first house in over a decade this summer and I’ve encouraged her to buy with them too (which she has and has had an equally good experience). The biggest thing for me when I’m spending money on furniture is knowing that a) it will last and b) having confidence in my purchase. I most recently ordered a set of four dining chairs which arrived on Friday and the color just isn’t quite right in my space. I went into the store yesterday and discussed the issue with an associate (didn’t catch her name)- they are very up front about wanting to make things right if you’re not happy. She gave me a sample swatch to take home and test in my space and this morning I called customer care who was happy to facilitate an exchange for me. They are back ordered until February so they even offered me the option of keeping the current chairs (so long, of course, as they are kept in excellent condition). Even speaking to their central customer service center is a personalized experience- I don’t have the same concern with other businesses that my order or request is going to get lost in the shuffle. You can get just about anything in any color/fabric/wood stain/finish that they have and the quality is outstanding- I really wish they were in the kitchen cabinet business because their wood quality, in my opinion, is unmatched by any other business I’ve explored at their scale. Everything is made in the US (Minnesota I believe). Of course with the pandemic things (especially custom items) can take a couple or a few months to come in, but this is far from specific to R&B and well worth the wait. I’ve had three or four delivery experiences with them and each time the employees were punctual, communicative, and, most importantly, careful with my home and furniture! In summary I can’t recommend them enough. They have found a customer for life in me and I am happy to scream my unsolicited appreciation from the rooftops any time! Edited to add- forgot to mention they are dog friendly (with treats!). If this isn’t the sign of a good business I don’t know what is.

Renee Davis: Don’t get me wrong, I love this furniture store. The customer service is great. Delivery service (workers) is great. It’s the actual product, the furniture quality that deserves 1 star (none if I could) our last purchase was the Reese sectional sofa. The buttons pick you when you sit on it and the cushions are cheap. No Cush whatsoever! It’s like sitting on the floor. The entertainment center has no wire outlets in the back for cord management and it scratches easily. And even though the only rerun policy listed is for mattresses I was told (Ginny) that if it was a couple weeks past they would be able to take it back? Do not be fooled by the pretty picture. It’s not worth the price!

He has the patience of a saint and works hard to get me the best item for my lifestyle. He also has never forgotten to take advantage of promotions that can save me money. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Charrese Edwards: I took the time to go into the Fergusons over on Wisconsin where I met with one of the sales people named Tempe. I spent a couple of hours in there looking for several items and making selections, Tempe said she would get back to me by the next day at the latest with some quotes. I did not hear from her so I followed up a few days later with an email, she didn’t respond so I called and left a message, she didn’t respond so I called and spoke to somebody else and she said that she would get Tempe to respond and she still never did. Not exactly what I call good customer service. I drove all the way out to the Rockville store and met with the sales person there, Dixon, and had a fantastic experience. Ferguson should be happy that I just didn’t decide to go somewhere else completely based on the extremely poor service that I got from the Wisconsin Ave store.

Meredith Cross: Keni Jones has helped me on two visits, and she is remarkable. The first time a couple weeks ago I went in to look at new refrigerators because mine (purchased by my builder at another dealer about 8 months ago) was requiring too many repairs. She offered to help me find out how to get it replaced by the dealer for free. That is now happening. Saving $12,000. She didn’t need to help me. She just seems to want to help. Today I went to replace some lights. They have a beautiful selection. I bought a lot of light fixtures with help from Tayler Bordes at the same store in the Fall of 2018. She was fantastically helpful and the lights are great. Today I was there shortly before closing with no appointment. Keni Jones helped me order what I wanted and gave me great advice. I’m a huge fan of Ferguson’s and so glad they opened near DC Chevy Chase!

Jennifer Golden: EDIT/UPDATE: Upped stars to 3 from 1 but can't go higher until I actually experience their services. After the store replied to my review on here and asked that I email them, I did. The manager of the store showed great concern over my experience and seemed quite sincere. Also, many, many, many neighbors on nextdoor dot com voiced their opinions that what I experienced was absolutely not the norm for them. Given most people love to complain and less to praise...having so many take the time to voice praise - I suspect this experience was a fluke. Beautiful showroom, limited refrigerators to look at Totally ignored. I'm in the market for high end refrigerators. Spent a lot of time hovering around the subzero and Gaggenau appliances and was completely ignored. Even asked the front reception when I arrived where the refrigerators are. No even said hi, we'll be right with you. I'll spend my $30k elsewhere, they clearly don't need my business and I'm certainly not going to beg to give it to them.

Allyson Raabe: As far as I could tell, they have a limited selection, mostly priced at full retail, offer little if any valuable design advice, and do not install. I went primarily to look for a bathtub, as I'd really like to see a bathtub before buying it and assumed that a kitchen and bath "Gallery" would have many options, but I was wrong. My bathtub space is probably the most common size there is, but they had only a single option for that size. I have a clear idea of the design I want so really wasn't interested in design "advice," but what I overhead was pretty terrible. A couple was advised to choose a bathroom sink faucet first and then to pick everything else to match. Umm, so forget what kind of shower head you want and need (type, pressure, ahem, legal flow restrictions) and just pick it to match the vanity faucet? That seems crazy, backwards, and potentially code noncompliant. Plus, "matchy matchy" is not design in my opinion. They do have a number of faucet options and a trip there before buying something online would probably help you avoid some annoying online returns, but I think you could find most if not all of what they sell for less through a simple Google search. If you have no idea how to do a Google search or compare prices, then you are probably their ideal customer.

Hanna chakarji: Better prices than you would expect, I was looking for a light for my bathroom, one thatgoes on the wall. Found some beautiful chrome polished triple light. Was the same price as the junk on eBay. They did not have it in stock at Bethesda but they did have it in Richmond, I paid for it at around 3 PM and it was at my home the next day. Awesome place very high-quality items.

Farisa Dastvar: We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with the USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax, particularly Hamit, who I highly recommend! We were performing a full home reno project prior to moving into our new home, with a lot of different moving parts, and needed custom vanities built for four of our bathrooms (including our Master). We were on a time crunch and Hamit steered us in the right direction and even went out of his way to make sure the installation of our quartz by one of USA Cabinets' partnering companies (also just amazing to work with) was expedited once the cabinets were installed by our contractors. When there was a mixup with the pickup of our cabinets (at no fault of USA Cabinets, but rather our contractors), Hamit was diligent, professional and patient. When we had to reconfigure a vanity design due to our contractors not measuring the space correctly, Hamit went out of his way to secure the extra piece we needed expeditiously in order to make the new configuration work and delivered it to our home personally!!! Mike DiMaina: I felt like I needed a bit more TLC for my kitchen design than I was getting from Home Depot or Lowes. It's A LOT more complicated than you think to get all the details correct, trust me. I decided to head over to USA Cabinet store in Fairfax because they have the best reviews on Google. I met Anna that day and she was simply fantastic from start to finish. She really took personal interest in my project and tired to save me money at every place she could. She went above and beyond with helping me figure out sink sizing problems and appliance issues, all that had nothing to do with their cabinet sale. Sean the manager was equally responsive and great to work with. FYI- unless you have someone who really knows what they are doing, I would suggest you have USA Cabinet install the cabinets. It's WAY more complicated than you think and the small details of the finishing touches of trim, under skirts, etc.. are what is going to make your kitchen reno look the best. Teresa Schultz: I recently walked in and needed only 1 base cabinet for a bathroom. I was greeted and assisted by Selman, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had concerns with a drawer and a door in the kitchen but had no information on a warranty or when and who installed the cabinets. We went to our local USA Cabinet Store and they were very helpful in determining that the Fairfax Virginia store had done the installation and put us in touch with the store manager, Sean Yilmaz. Stacy Lemery: Having a West Elm accessible to bus and metro lines is great for residents of the DC area. There is always lots more online, but being able to see the quality of bedding, furniture, etc in person makes a big difference. I have purchased a bed, bedding, hallway shelving, a shoe rack, curtains, candle holders, and other decor from West Elm.

Ms.: I love the items in the store. Very stylish and very unique. 2 full floors of sofas, pillows, dishes, pot holders, baskets, wall decor and more. Easy to stay in store and "look"..sure to find an item for your home or gift for another. Can't really talk about customer service except to say no one acknowledged or ask me did I need help to find an item. I was on my own..succeed

Eric Overton: Staff at this store were basically useless and didn’t seem to know much about the products for sale. Fortunately, I was only there to test a floor model before buying online. Shipping was fast with only two weeks between purchase and delivery. Delivery dudes were both prompt and chill.

Geneva: I was wary of buying from this store based on some of the reviews here; however, after a year of searching for the right sectional, I found the perfect one for me at West Elm. I received good service from the store. The sales person was very clear that my sectional - which I bought in November for a nice discount - would not arrive until early January. As promised, I got calls and emails from the delivery department the second week of January and was able to schedule a date that worked for me. The two delivery guys were amazing - they had to maneuver their big truck down a narrow alley to get to the loading dock. They were professional and efficient and out of my apartment in less than 15 minutes. The sectional is exactly what I wanted and so comfortable.

MIchael Wright: Prices are unnecessarily high, since the doors are left open during warm weather, thus requiring more energy for A/C,, which also incrementally contributes to climate-changing emissions. So, not the shop for customers who either don't like higher prices or want to help the environment.

Angela Garcia: STAY AWAY FROM WEST ELM. It's customer service is the worst, they won't ever deliver your items on time, they won't care and won't do anything about their mistakes with your order....it is just not worth it. I have received the wrong item TWICE (which honestly I don't understand how they can mess up the size of a piece which is clearly stated in their website other than it should have never been offered there in the first place because it doesn't exist). Now I'm stuck with an item which is not the one I ordered, and west elm won't care to pick it up and complete the return. THIS BRAND IS A JOKE.

The store associate we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and really helped us choose the best option for our apartment. Our furniture won't arrive for a while, but we'll eagerly await it! The store itself was clean and well-organized.

Annapurna Mitra: The worst delivery experience I have encountered. I ordered a dining table and four chairs, with in-home delivery. The chairs were sent via UPS, not assembled, and with no explanation despite paying $250 for in-home delivery. I live alone, and there are 7 pages of assembly instructions requiring two people. I have no way of doing this, and am left with a living room like a furniture warehouse. On the other hand, the dining table, which was ready 10 days ago, and I had asked the customer service to wait and schedule an appointment for all items together is yet to arrive. I cannot find a way to schedule anything on the website, and on the phone I can not find a way to talk to a human being. I have received no response to my email. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sarah Gunel: Customer service was super here! All of the sales associates were helpful, but not pushy. They were also pleasant (happy). After we returned home from our shopping, I realize that I left my daughter's hat there. I called and the woman who answered the phone said she would mail it to me. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I would definitely return to this store!

Matt Jepsen: Whatever you do, don't order online. BBB uses UPS Sure Post where UPS delivers to your local/regional post office who in turn delivers it with your mail. I'm a big proponent of the US Mail and I have no beef with UPS. But, they often don’t work well together and the handoff makes for significant delays. If you're going big box for online shopping, stick with Walmart/Target/Amazon or better yet, support a local business.

Patrick: The people working do not wear the masks appropriately - mouth covered, nose not. One employee was kind enough to put more disinfectant wipes for the carts after asked him to. Cool products and great place to get small sized items for travel.

Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.

Stuart Miles-McLean: I don't like all the self check out lines which are killing jobs. They did have things I was looking for in the wild bird and critter section, but it appears they need more employees -- all over the store -- to keep the inventory organized and properly shelved and labeled. The employees I did encounter were very helpful and friendly; it just looked like they need more of them.

Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. goklt: Lots of materials here. Check out was fast. However good luck asking for assistance. Lots of associates are walking around but not helping customers. I tracked an employee down for assistance in moving materials from a high shelf to store level in the door section. He called two times for assistance to my aisle but no one came and he advised going to customer service. They called and still no help. Had to track somone down in a different department altogether. Crazy.

Chase Johnson: The employees here are courteous. But the wood cutting service they claim to offer is not available when needed. The store should just be candid that wood cutting won’t be available (or at the very least won’t be available at any specific time). I am a local DIYer (not a contractor). Before I bought wood I asked about cutting and was told it was no problem—buy it and then request a cut. I did. I was then told the lumber associate wasn’t available for an hour. I couldn’t get the wood (a single sheet of plywood I needed to cut in half) into my car, so I waited. After an hour, there was still no lumber associate, so the wood was never cut.

N R: Terrible customer service. Returning an item took 3 months of repeated calls to schedule a pickup and even when Lowe's had the item back multiple calls were needed to secure the refund. Such a hassle, so worth avoiding! The third party delivery service that they use doesn't turn up in the agreed time slots so it's very easy to miss them and then get stuck in the web of calls that are required to reschedule.

Annie Signorelli: I ordered a dishwasher with professional installation and the process from start to finish was completely nontransparent and unprofessional. The installation had to be rescheduled because the dishwasher wasn’t pulled down for pick up in time, and then when it was installed it was the incorrect dishwasher — not even the right brand. After several hours on the phone with the Lowes installation line, including being told multiple times that they couldn’t advance the process because they couldn’t get in touch with anyone at their own Lowes store, I called the store directly and was able to sort it out and get the installation rescheduled. A Lowes associate later told me that they don’t have the “luxury” of waiting on hold with the store which is what I had to do in order to ensure my order was completed. Finally the correct dishwasher was installed on the third attempt and I was told I could contact the installation line again to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Again it took multiple attempts to even get an update on where my case stood, despite being told every time that I should expect a call back “by end of business” every day I called. When I finally got offered compensation it was for less than half of the amount I requested (I requested the installation service be refunded seeing as it took 3 attempts and I was the one having to set everything up because Lowes did not follow through). While I am satisfied with the product I am in disbelief at how difficult and unprofessional the process was with Lowes. I do not recommend purchasing appliances from installation from this store or using the Lowes installation services.

Conchita Coney: Excellent but one of the employees didn't know what he was talking about whereas getting parts for a 2019 torro self-repellent lawn mower. He told my husband and I to go to store name Grainger on MD 202 they are either closed or permanently shut down.

Elizabeth Ramming: Assistance was top notch!! The gentlemen working there were very polite and helped me a lot with specific questions. HOWEVER-- However, I needed lumber, a 1X6 piece. What they had in stock was WET. But oh! I found 2 dry pieces at the bottom. But alas, don't be happy for me. Those pieces were warped in both directions - both along the length and width. That's it. So, shut up and buy it, or fight DC traffic to go someplace else. Both of those options were the absolute WORST. Why was the wood wet amd warped?? ... Duhhh. How utterly stupid.

Elizabeth Chabra: When we initially contracted with the store and availed of their design team to design our bathroom all was well. The design was approved and the tiles ordered - the tiles took a while to arrive, which we were prepared for. On delivery, we noticed that all the tiles were not delivered and ​had the ​remainder delivered. ​Following the design we had the tiling completed, but found that almost half the tiles were left over​. ​ ​Sharing pictures of the bathroom with the Manager, we​ questioned as to why​ we had 10 boxes of tiles left over and why​ so much was ordered in the first place. They have no answers for us. The company continues to ignore our emails. We asked that the tiles be returned since we had no need for them and they were ordered by the store and not directly by us. No answer​​. Highly unprofessional.

S AICH: My whole house has all Kohler products. One bathroom has have a purist shower system. The trim push-button diverter, which smoothly transitions water from the showerhead to a bath spout keeps falling down. I had a plumber fix it twice(cost me several $$) but it keeps falling off. This is a very expensive set but disappointed that the product performance is not up to par. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

Mary T.: Helpful customer service, and wonderful selection. A very enjoyable shopping experience. Would come back! Only negative was one employee, possibly a manager, Lisa. The associate checking us out asked her for help, she came over obviously annoyed with him then ignored us standing directly in front of her. This male associate was kind, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us. It bothered me that she would treat him this way, especially in front of customers. Maybe she was having a day or was exhausted but it was off putting.

Noah Merlin: Here is why you should never buy a piece of furniture that is "In Stock" at Crate & Barrel again: - My wife and I were looking for two swivel chairs in stock, so we could get them relatively soon and not wait the insane lead times that all new furniture has right now. - We went to Crate & Barrel on 12/24/21: Our sales rep at Crate & Barrel told us our two Drew Swivel chairs were both in stock (~$1,900 total for the two). - We decided to purchase the two chairs on the basis they were in stock. We were told they would be delivered in two weeks (two weeks from 12/24 is 1/7/22). - On 1/5 we received an email that they were being delayed and would be delivered in mid January. We called the store because we thought it was odd that items that are in stock in the warehouse could be delivered. When calling in, we were told that the items actually were not in stock. They offered us a $150 gift card once the item was delivered to make up for it. I did not accept, but they weren't willing to do anything else. - Every two weeks our item was delayed longer, and we were sent an email saying the items would be delivered two weeks later. - This morning, on 2/22/22, we received an email, stating the delivery would be in early March. It has been delayed for two months now, when we had a two-week lead time. So I sent an email to customer support, stating that I would like a 50% refund. Instead of reaching out to me, they emailed me to let me know my order has been cancelled and I have been provided a refund. I have now waited since 12/24/21 (two months) since the order. I have no swivel chairs. I have no order. I now need to begin the search for chairs all over again. I called support at the store, they said they couldn't do anything and I needed to contact corporate. I contacted corporate, and Elaine tried to explain to me that it was my fault for not reading the receipt and that it didn't matter what the sales rep said to deceive my wife and myself into buying these chairs which never came. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. Crate & Barrel has now admitted to me several times that they have an inventory system bug that makes it so they do not know when an item is in stock or not. This could be true, or they might use it as an excuse for predatory business practices, intentionally misleading consumers into making purchases they may not otherwise. If it is true, they do not account for their errors and expect the consumer to pay for it instead. Goodbye Crate & Barrel forever.

Nikolas G: This is a great location with incredibly friendly staff. The design team is always happy to help and the sales team are helpful and available without being pushy or too present. Good selection, very well organized, beautiful layout.

Leo Sheridan: Liz D. came to my rescue when a 3rd party courier service lost a Christmas present! I can't say enough about how professional she was throughout the entire dramatic ordeal. Liz honestly saved Christmas. I've been a customer of Crate for quite some time. I even worked for the company many moons ago. I was astounded by how swiftly Liz handled everything, and she did it during THE MOST busiest time of year!

Jennifer Lee: Very nice community type center for shopping Crate and Barrel is great some nice restaurants and parking if you want to pay for it. It is near American University so you see lots of students around and lots of pedestrians. It's right off Massachusetts avenue so it is bus accessible only as far as public transportation.

Vishal Sinha: This is another good location for Crate and Barrel. The only negative shopping here is the scant parking options. Once you are in the store, the experience is worth the parking issue. The store is laid out well making shopping a good experience. It's hard not to buy more than what we had in mind! The staff is friendly and always ready to help answer any questions. The selection at that store is quite good and we like the products sold here. Or kitchen is stocked with many of the essentials from Crate and Barrel!

Mohammed Audi: Great quality, just downright horrendous service. We bought all of our furniture across 6 months and it's all really sturdy, high end and elegant. They've done a great job in modern design. If follow-up services mean anything to you, such as eventually replacing sofa cushions, you need to find another place. Any form of follow up requires months of chasing down, pleading and disappointment.

This is our fave’s, the IKEA food court! The warehouse was huge, you can also come to practice walking or exercise during extreme weather. They have variety of food selection, all come with healthy calories calculation. Our favorites always Swedish meatballs, fried chicken and the desserts. Have you tried their veggies balls? It’s taste almost the same as the meatballs, but more delicious! Don’t miss out on the side dish, it’s a perfect combination with veggies balls and the sauce. We’re all facing the same issues here at this moment, some if not all items are out of stock! You have to be prepared if you’re running a project, either come as grab as the stocks are ready or visit the store multiple times.

Samone Jones: Old faithful IKEA. Great new furniture. I came to look at the faucets and grab a quick lunch. As always you can get some great design ideas and gadgets for the home. My favorite are the duvets - they can always give a fresh look to a room. The food is pleasant. I got the Swedish meatballs, mash potatoes, and fries.

They have huge collection but their catalogue based marketplace will help you to get your desired one quickly. I’ve been using their products since 2013 and it never makes me disappointed. If you love to decorate your home and garden, really a great place to get a complete package of ideas! On a separate note, they have a Swedish food market of vivid collections, so you can enjoy chocolates, cookies, coffee and etc. of swedish flavor right there. Also, I would highly recommend to visit their food courts, foods are awesome! If you have an Ikea family membership, you will get discounts on foods and all kinds of beverages are free for you ☕️🍹🍸. Interestingly, they do birthday wishes to the members each year offering worth of $10 coupon and a frozen yogurt of any flavor🍦 🍦

I have a bit of both ;--) I frequent this Ikea because I want to achieve my own personal "carrie bradshaw" type of closet (the ladies will understand).....I also want a PAX spa cabinet. Charley: Overall rating of 4.7, went shopping in search of a specific type of bed frame. Was disappointed when I was informed they did not have that model in stock and opted to instead settle for the "Malm" variant. Buying the bed was super easy, when I confronted an employee he told me exactly what I needed to purchase. The bed came in 4 different items and the overall assembly of it was not too bad. However, take this with a grain of salt because I am a master builder and the process was mildly engaging.

Stephanie Jackson: IKEA literally has everything. I needed a table to match another piece of furniture I purchased from IKEA to place my record player on. Of course they had the perfect piece. It took 5 minutes to put together. Super cute and super easy.

Abi Maghamfar: Ikea is a great place for do it yourselvers and those who don't mind assembling their own furniture. The prices are good and the return policy is generous at 365 days! However on a recent visit to the College Park, MD store it was obvious they are having a hard time keeping their shelves stocked. Almost 1/3 of shelves were bare or limited stock. We had to change plan for a bed because they did not have the mattress we wanted and the support slats for the bed. It would be helpful if they mark out of stock items in the showroom so you don't have to go to the warehouse to find out they're out and then you have to start all over! On a positive note, I commend Ikea for their commitment to environment by installing solar panels all over their parking lot.

Loni Cohen: My husband and I went to Pottery Barn this morning with our toddler in tow. We had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted in a living room set and the budget we wanted to stick to. This was the 7th furniture store we visited and finally found just what we were looking for. PROS: This location has two floors with a good number of sofa sets available to test drive and numerous options for fabric. We loved having the ability to customize the furniture to make it exactly what we were looking for at a price we could feel good about (different fabrics have different price tags). We were assisted by Kassie, who was very personable, professional, and extremely helpful. She made the experience of customizing the living room set easy, enjoyable, and kept us in our budget! We will definitely work with her for all of our future purchases. CONS: Yes, this gorgeous furniture comes with a price tag (you get what you pay for, right?), BUT we were very lucky to purchase during a 25% off promotion, which made the price very affordable so look for the sales/ sign up for their emails. Also, I could certainly see what some customers have complained about regarding staff. Some of the staff seemed a little snooty and would walk right past us without a greeting or offering assistance. Again, Kassie was not like that at all, so just look for an associate who seems happy to help. Finally, Pottery Barn Kids is completely separate and unable to combine orders with PB so you will pay twice for shipping if you order from both. OVERALL, we will definitely shop here again and would recommend PB Bathesda to our friends.

Chris Leo: We've had a TERRIBLE experience shopping at Pottery Barn, both in store and online. We went to the store in Bethesda, were helped by someone named Caterina. Initially, she helped us with curtain rods and we purchased 2 curtains, 2 curtain rods and 2 sets of finials. One of each had to be sent to us from another store because they weren't in stock at Bethesda. Caterina assured us everything would match, despite coming from different places. When we received the curtain rods and finials from the other store, THEY DIDN'T MATCH. The curtain rods had OLD brackets that didn't match what we received from the store, which had NEW brackets. The finials also had a different finish. We had to go BACK to the store a second time to return those items. While we were there, Caterina gave us a hard time about returning the items and I had to say that I was extremely frustrated because she helped us and told us everything would match. So, she accepted the return and someone in the store placed an order for us online for a new curtain rod and finial. After almost a MONTH waiting for it to arrive, I finally received it and mounted both curtain rods only to find out that the one that was just shipped to us is DEFECTIVE! The set screws are jammed and do not loosen or tighten onto the curtain rod! I called customer service and they told me the curtain rods are now DISCONTINUED and the best they can do is allow me to return them. Now, I have to TAKE DOWN the curtain rods, PATCH THE HOLES and ship back one set with a return label, and then I have to GO TO THE STORE FOR A THIRD TIME to return the other curtain rod. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I have spent almost two months just trying to get two curtain rods and have WASTED SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY.

My employer purchased an item as a thank you for one of our providers in January, It is now August and we have not received anything. When we have called, they inform us that the item is waiting to be delivered but when you talk to their delivery company, they don't have the item to deliver. When I called customer service and asked for a manager, they put me on hold. They'd return every 7-10 min saying "Waiting for a manager to pick up the call". It took an hr to get a manager. Absolute worst customer service EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Vishal Sinha: This is our go to Pottery Barn store. The store is laid out well tho a bit too busy to move around freely. But space is a at premium in Bethesda :) The store is sometimes not adequately staffed - specially afternoons on weekdays. And getting help right away can be a challenge. But the staff is friendly and always willing to help. On our most recent visit, we needed help buying a bed headboard and frame we the folks here helped us out making a selection. We wanted to checkout the swatches for the beds and the salesperson was very patient and answered all our questions! We like the quality of their products and appreciate the customer service :)

The Carpenter's Hope Info: Moustapha, who works at Pottery Barn Bethesda, MD, is AWESOME. I live in North Little Rock, AR. I have been searching for a particular item that Pottery Barn sells. An online Pottery Barn representative told me the item I need is in the Bethesda PB. Yay!!! I called yesterday and Moustapha was very helpful. He took my request and promised to call me back with status. He did call and said he could not find the items but that he would check with someone else and call me back today. True to his word, Moustapha called and said he found them. He and I just hung up. He said to check my email for shipping confirmation and the items should arrive Monday!!!! Yay!!!! I'm so grateful! Shawna Gann: Not a bad showroom, but I wished that the tags were marked with the brands/manufacturers. While there were lots of chandeliers, we were on the hunt for single sconces for our home bar and only found lights for bathroom vanities and a handful of outdoor sconces. Prices didn’t seem astronomical, so that’s good, but we didn’t find what we were looking for, unfortunately. If you use Google maps to arrive, make sure you drive around to the front, especially if you’re coming off of I-395. Google led us to the back of the building.

Melissa Mattis: Save your gas and just look online, then buy elsewhere. They are overpriced compared to competitors (sometimes $100+ dollar difference). Their website is pretty handy. In person, I’ve never had such non-existent customer service. Went on a Friday at 11am, and they weren’t busy. No one couldn’t be bothered to even say hello to me and I stayed almost an hour.

Valerie DeThomas: No customer service. Not interested in your business. Recommend you go elsewhere. Went to check out TOTO built-in toilet/bidets. Explained that I had questions about different features, etc (some of those toilets are in the thousands of dollars, so yes, I have questions). After some time, the front desk associate printed stuff from their website (at least she recognised my presence!) although I have access to internet and can read things on their website. Two other people (supposedly sales personnel - they were sitting at desks, reading stuff) were not interested in me at all. Didn’t even make eye contact when I approached them. One of them reluctantly tried answering my questions but was completely disinterested in engaging with me, and ultimately did not provide ANY helpful information. I guess I’ll be going to W.T.Weaver & Sons.

Gloria E: I have bought a lot of things from Ferguson over the past year. For the most part I did not encounter any issues with the items that I purchased. The issue that I encountered recently involved a bathtub that was delivered on April 5th and was to be moved from the garage to my bathroom on May 4th. I did not notice when the tub arrived that they was a crack in the tub. From the way that the tub was wrapped I would not have noticed it. I called and emailed Ferguson Rep to let them know that the tub was cracked and she checked to see what could be done. The final response was that I still needed to pay $1334 for a new tub. Very difficult to pay for a new tub when I did not damage the one that is in my garage. All who are buying from Ferguson, check everything on arrival because either at 30-days you will still be required to pay for whatever was damaged in shipping.

Sassy Sauce: I missed all of the after Christmas saw items. This location had a few products left over from Christmas but nothing I really wanted. Overall the store was neat and organized. I didn’t need any additional items for this trip, just preparing for next years holiday decorations.

I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Jeff Rueckgauer: Needed a red 10 cup Brita pitcher. App says there is 1 in stock. Not on the shelf. 4 associates said they couldn't help but would page someone for the aisle. 10 minutes is more than enough time for someone to at least arrive, even if they have to look further. This HD had been really good for many years. The pandemic is no excuse for just unhelpful people and plainly unconcerned, inept management.

Rickey Anderson: I went to the Rhode Island Avenue store it was good. What would made it excellent if their stock was current with the website. They didn't have it even though the computer said they did have it. The item was Sphagnum moss. Happy that I was able to find a few other items

Bailey Cage: Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I had spent hours online trying to research the best products / methods for tiling my second-story concrete subfloor with no definitive answers, so I decided to head to the store and find someone to help me. Normally Home Depot workers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but whoever they sent back to flooring to help me seemed to know nothing. He was able to show me where items were on the aisle, but he couldn’t answer a single question about how to tile my floor or what the differences and pros/cons in products were. It was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars of products I later had to return. What truly upset me is that I did some more research once I got home just to find out the answer I was looking for is common knowledge in construction, but as someone doing a DIY project, I just didn’t know what terms I had to search for. For a Home Depot employee - the flooring specialist - to not know this is astounding.

jamesbowdenjr: This is the worst Home Depot is in the entire country. I am trying to get a door, but the store is unresponsive, the management is inept and provides no additional assistance, the associates are extremely slow, unknowledgeable of the products. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this store. Please go to another Home Depot location.

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

DAVID GILL: paint dept vert slow. When paint was done I was not told it was done. I came up to the counter and stood there waiting while emotes helped others. After 10 minutes he pointed at can. I said is that mine he looked at me like Duh.

Julie Hunter: We recently hired Alexandria kitchen and bath shop to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! We’ve been enjoying the finished product for a few weeks now. The bathroom looks beautiful and exceeded our high expectations. Our remodeling process started with a preliminary inquiry to several different bathroom remodelers. Melissa, from the Kitchen and Bath Shop, got back to us nearly immediately. We set up an on-site visit for her to see our space. From the first time we met Melissa at our house - we knew we were in great hands. She took detailed measurements, listened to what we wanted and offered her suggestions. She then left and went to work designing our new bathroom. We drove up a week or so later for the design meeting. Melissa unveiled her design - in 3D - on an enormous computer monitor in their showroom. It looked amazing! She was extremely prepared and had also organized samples of each of the materials she selected. We really liked everything she picked. We did, however, have a few specific ideas for lights and showers. She was so accommodating in working with us to change the design to find the exact ones we wanted. In the end, she designed for us our modern dream master bathroom. When we were completely happy with the design, they gave us a price estimate for this remodel. It was not the lowest number we received, but it was highly competitive. It was also the final price, there would be no surprise added costs to worry about. The deciding factor for us, however, was that this redesign was by far the nicest quality! Work started in less than two weeks. We had heard horror stories of people having the wait months. The workers were great; very competent, friendly and respectful of our home. They stayed until the planned work was done - never leaving just because the clock said it was time to go - and always carefully cleaned up before departing. Steven was the project lead and he was awesome to work with. He explained to us what they were going to do that day and asked us when he had a question. He even offered helpful suggestions from time to time. We were blown away by the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. They even happily came back to change the shower fixture after we thought we were done (and after they received the final payment) as we discovered we were not completely happy with the one we initially selected. As you can tell, we our absolutely thrilled with new bathroom and our experience with the team from the Kitchen and Bath Shop. Gulay Edis: Marko and his team were first-rate, top-notch, honest professionals who built our backyard deck in late Summer 2020. He patiently worked with us on a number of design iterations / budgets as our plans and materials changed throughout the process (ended up being able to make paint wood work within our budget). They also honored their price quote even when lumber costs had gone up from time of quote -> actual construction date, given COVID-related supply shortages, which was definitely appreciated. They were very communicative around timing for when they'd be able to do the job given the extraordinary demand / job pipeline that they had during the summer, and they were able to get to our job and finish when they said they would. The on-site team were great guys, professional, and hard-working / diligent. When our outside-electrical outlets had issues, they dealt with it by bringing in a portable generator so they could meet the deadline, and did so without complaints (though I can imagine it was frustrating at the time). The final product was great - Jose and his team had excellent attention to detail, and we were and continue to be very happy with our new deck. Overall, very trustworthy and top-notch professionals all-around!

I love how it turned out and the team that did the work were on time, professional, and updated me on their progress regularly. Prices are comparable to others I spoke with; the difference was that Kitchen & Bath/Dupont Design Center procured all of the materials and stored them at their site. Again, Ozzy was my point of contact/project manager who assisted with design and product selection. His team, Ali, Pedro and David, did a superb job. They were professional and thorough. January 2022 I used the services of Kitchen & Bath Shop to remodel my kitchen, and this company did an outstanding job. Ozzy was my first point of contact. He helped me with the vision for totally overhauling a small kitchen space, helping me with color schemes, product detail, and layout and turning my kitchen into not only a more functional space, but a much more upscale one. The project manager/day to day contractor was AZ. He was not only the person responsible for day to day supervision of the team, he was also available for help with architectural design along the way, offering solutions/revisions to original design concepts. Laura Spencer: My husband and I selected Kitchen & Bath Shop DC and remodeling to do a near complete overhaul of our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! We started planning with Josh & he was able to walk us through a detailed process in picking out new countertops, floors and details into how we wanted the kitchen to look. He was able to work with us and ensure we didn't exceed our budget limit and there were no "surprise" costs that you usually hear about other workers. One of the best things about this company is they assume responsibility for all of the paper work with the co-op and management company and kept us in the loop. When the work got started they were able to knock down a wall to open up the kitchen, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days. End to End most of the work was complete in a 3 week period which was outstanding to us! Ozzy- the project manager was awesome and explained everything in detail with us and gave us dates by which each could be done. Fantastic lead! They also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. Lisa Turley: Cabinets are terrific, however, this company subcontracts their counter tops and installation to Granite Marble Express Inc, Chantilly, who installed a blue quartz counter top when we were shown and selected a "black soap stone:" colored quartz sample in the showroom. Their installers showed up 3 hours late with no phone call or notice, scheduled 1 to 3 pm, showed up at our home 6pm. Would give them 0 stars if possible and same to Cabinets to Go for not providing correct samples of their counter top materials.

julian duque: Came in as a recommendation from a friend. Was greeted by a woman who proceeded to help us find the right cabinets for our kitchen. As soon as we told her the measurements she proceeded to start convincing us we needed to sell our house and find a bigger one. Things kept going down hill.. We didn't come to cabinets to go for real estate advice. Her comments got more rude from there and she even started helping another customer while still helping us. We decided to leave and take our business down the street to IKEA and we now have the small kitchen of our dreams.

Ellen Tyler: Yasin from Firuze was very helpful in helping us choose the tile for our new bath and shower. He has great taste, was very responsive, and the prices were very competitive. The prices were better than Home Depot and much better quality.

Maria Moreno: After visiting close to a dozen different kitchen remodeling places in NoVA, we came across this store. Everything was fantastic: The way they treated us, the incredible selection of quality materials, their professional advice on helping us make a selection, and, of course, the unbeatable prices! Yasin is a god-send with his customer service skills and knowledge. Although we went just for a basic back-splash tile, we ended up buying floor tile and quartz countertops. You just can't match their product quality and prices. Moreover, the looks are stylish, modern and most importantly unique, unlike buying from the big box home improvement stores. In the middle of the COVID pandemic, they delivered the products quickly and on time and expeditiously arranged for a contractor to do the installation.

raina hoang: Mr. Yasin is very professional and thorough. He offers many options and great design ideas. In 2015, we did a kitchen remodel and he helped us more than the contractor. Today when guests come into our kitchen the first compliment we get is on our beautiful floors which was purchased at Firuze. I went back to Firuze and Mr. Yasin helped me again. This time to fix a countertop problem even though I did not buy the countertop from them. He models great customer service and great business ethics! Firuze's is the best!

Omer Cevikol: Great experience at this store. I had a low budget but really wanted a high quality design I could live with and relish! Marco was a joy to work with. He rapidly understood my design constraints, requirements and budget. He was so reassuring during the whole process. In under an hour, we had the whole thing figured out. They have an excellent variety and after researching my estimate, I can say that the majority of the prices were even lower than Home Depot. So glad I went !!!!

Beyazit Kazanci: The experience with Firuze kitchen was great. Firuze had the cabinets we are looking for and able to get them for better pricing. The process was straight forward from start to finish. Yasin was super helpful in placing the order and follow-up for delivery.

Emre Dikici: I have a good experience with Firuze. Customer representative Selman was very helpful and nice to us. My wife and I were looking for modern look tiles for our bathroom renovation project. He showed us all tiles that might satisfy our needs. All tiles we wanted were ready for pick up in couple of days. I was surprised that they have almost everything in stock. Also their pricing is very reasonable for great quality ceramic tiles. I am sure I will come back again.

Kyle Brown: My experience with Firuze started out positive. They have nice products, but customer service is lacking. The day after my marble was installed the sales associate called me asking for payment. I asked for a final invoice which was supposed to be updated for the actual quantity of marble installed (which was less than the estimate by 3 square feet). The sales associate refused to give me an updated invoice an threatened to charge my credit card without my consent for the amount that was estimated (approximately $180 over charge). After a heated discussion that lasted 2.5 hours the associate agreed to have the manager call me. The sales associate claimed he was actually the managers boss (later found out to not be true). The sales associate had someone other than the manager call me and try to "resolve" the issue. Eventually they agreed to the correct amount and apologized. I did receive a call from the actual manager. Overall I was very disappointed to have to spend 2.5 hours fighting to be able to pay the correct amount for the marble. Be careful when dealing with the sales associates as they might try to over charge you on the final invoice.

Amy Sears: Our salesman was polite, patient, and helpful! He made us feel welcome, and helped narrow our-my-wide array of design interests. The atmosphere was calm and the music was fabulous- wonderful peek at Turkey!

Lauren Troupe: We looked a few different granite sellers in the DMV and selected this place because of the customer service and the selection. The selection is not as large as some of the other places but some of the stones were similar to the larger locations and there were some unique finds we didn't see at the larger sellers. We worked with Selman K. who was fantastic to have by our side - I highly recommend him and would go back to him for future services. He knows the details of the stones like the back of his hand, will give you advice if you ask for it, can help you pull in tasteful accessories (back splash, grout, cabinets, etc.) and at no point in time did I feel like Firuze was trying to "up-sell" us. Granite was installed in just over a week from us selecting the stone and the measurements were perfect. Install was quick and clean. Our back-splash tile was in just a couple of days after the granite was installed.

We had our young son with us, and she was acting more as a consultant to us since this house was not in MD. They had a cabinet style and color we needed to see in person and she was a lifesaver. As a result , I will always recommend her to anyone else in the area..even though we are moving away. She is fantastic!

Sherry Burke: The first call started out great with Evan. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know in what seemed like a no brainer to me. He met with us to go over our kitchen upgrade. I heard from him the following week regarding tile selection. He said I would hear back on the following Wednesday with a proposal for our kitchen. Nothing. I called twice, emailed twice since November 29th, NOT A WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we are closing on our new home in a few days and were excited to get things started with our kitchen. NO RETURN CALL, NO EMAIL. NOT A DARN WORD. We wasted all this time when we could have easily met with other contractors. I suppose customer service is a thing of the past. A customer service course should be a requirement in college or starting any new job.

Andrea Schirokauer: We worked with Daniel and Mila from Reico Bethesda and cannot recommend them highly enough. They both did an outstanding job with the design of our new kitchen, completely redoing the space with excellent quality cabinetry, appliances, and countertops. They were both extremely responsive throughout the whole process and clearly worked in our best interest both in terms of design/functionality (listening to our feedback to meet our specific needs) and our budget. They took the time to do a thorough job during the design phase (measuring and remeasuring) and delivered a final product that fit in our space like a glove. diane heiman: We hired REICO to remodel our kitchen. Daniel did a superb job redesigning the cabinets to be more useful, helping us find the right appliances and was always a delight to work with! Mila was a terrific help with logistics and choosing colors. The contractors were very careful, on time and especially respectful of our health and safety during this pandemic. We would happily use REICO again. We are really enjoying the beautiful kitchen they crafted!

Jean Gwaltney: I used Reico in Bethesda for two projects--a small kitchen in a condominium I own and a small master bedroom in my own 90 year old house. Both experiences were very positive. The contractors who did the work in both projects did excellent work, showed up on time, cleaned up well at the end of the day, and finished the projects ahead of schedule. There are two people who went above and beyond what I expected. Gilbert, the contractor who did the bathroom, is a perfectionist who made sure every worker did top quality work. Nick Preston, the manager at Reico, is so wonderful. He came to both projects to make sure things were done well and has come twice to the kitchen to fix a hinge issue. He is an asset to the company. I highly recommend the company.
