Harold Brown: OTA is proving to be the ideal financial educational answer that I’ve been looking for. The one day and three-day sessions I attended were phenomenal. The presenters were awesome, the environment was great, and the counselors and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The course material is in depth and extremely detail, geared to prepare you to be a successful trader in today’s markets. I’m scheduled to start my official OTA training in upcoming weeks, and I’m extremely excited.
joseph nocerino: My experiences with OTA over the past 4 years over 5 courses has been excellent. The facilities are well kept and the support staff are friendly and very helpful. The training is top notch through instructors with practical experience in the topic taught, replete with practical knowledge, tips and "how to" examples in a learning environment that is caring and safe for the beginner as well as the more experience. OTA does training well and with your comfort most in mind.

They have the best post-class student support I have ever experienced from any academic institution – the on-going education is invaluable and amazing. W R: This place is rather corrupt. They told me I need $25,000 to place multiple trades in a day for my own "protection." Then also let brokers who were about to go bankrupt from a liquidity crisis to disable my ability to exchange on the stock market.

When history looks back on the 2020’s they will remember how the SEC left it’s countries people stranded and suffering shortly after a pandemic wiped out many of their businesses and jobs.

Da-Wang Wu: I have several talented colleagues who graduated from Georgetown University, so I always want to visit this school. The campus is very beautiful, especially with the fall foliage. It’s a nice half-day trip to visit the university, the shopping area (mainly on M Street), the canal and the waterfront park.
Danny L: Must place to visit if you are visiting DC. Lots of things to do around the university. Great place for photography and sightseeing. Plenty of Restaurants around that area. You would love it.
David Gilbank: I fulfilled a lifelong ambition when I came to Georgetown to see where The Exorcist was filmed. I particularly wanted to throw my self down the stairs that featured in the finale. Obviously that could cause terrible damage, so I through a soft toy down instead. See photos. Its a brilliant beautiful neighbourhood. Well worth a visit.

Alisha Lynch: Your typical military exchange. Clean store, friendly staff and decent selection. They don’t carry Apple products though so that was a disappointment since we went in there looking for an Apple TV. Food court right outside the entrance to shopping as well as a jewelry store, barber, and restrooms.

Valerie Damond: Last night twelve members of my family experienced a truly remarkable Spanish dinner. Chef Greg presented us with a very relaxing and utterly delicious meal. Every course was beautifully displayed and clearly constructed with the best ingredients. He and his helper served us and left the kitchen immaculate. If you would like to experience an expertly crafted Spanish cuisine, I highly recommend Chef Greg.
D H: I had my Cozymeal event today. I have never participated in an online cooking class before, and I must say it was great! My daughter and I took the class making the Chinese dumplings with Chef Li. Chef Li was great and while making the recipes really gave good information on the Chinese culture and the different types of substitutions to use in the event you are not able to get a specific ingredient. She made suggestions regarding kitchen utensils and made sure that all of us were on track with her during her instruction. My only difficulty was with the recipes being in grams and not in US measurements. It would be nice to have both listed. I live in a very rural area and this option of online cooking classes is such a welcome experience. I would definitely take another class!!
Benjamin Bowden: Really enjoyed having Chef Tiffany cook for my girlfriend and me. Great food, great conversation, and a generally excellent evening. One note: she arrived 45 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time, when nobody was home. Her early arrival was a positive, as the meal took a few hours to prepare, but Cozymeal should communicate better with the clients about true arrival time. Bottom line: Tiffany provided an excellent French meal, all cooked from scratch, with fresh ingredients. Moreover, there were leftovers! Really looking forward to my next Cozymeal experience.
Alison Ponzi: We had an evening full of freshly made pasta, bruschetta, and bread pudding with Chef Tiffany. I bought a KitchenAid mixer last year with the pasta attachment, and she was open to teaching me how to use it. She also worked with us on our likes/dislikes allowing us to choose a different appetizer. All in all it was a successful night with great food, company, and conversation.

It was such a wonderful experience - she clearly explained the agenda for the class, told us about herself, explained all the ingredients, and then helped us through all four recipes with both laughter and fun. What a great time!

Cheyanne Hoggan: Visited this NEX location earlier this week to purchase uniforms, had an amazing experience with the workers at the uniform section and had schedule to come back to pick up the tailored uniform. We tried calling the phone system, it still states the store is open during normal operating hours… There is NO information update on the store being closed as there is no person answering the phone calls. The uniform department has written down our contact information on the tailor ticket and has failed to contact us about this issue. We drove an hour to come to this store to pick up the uniform to be poorly welcomed by a closed sign along with lack of information on when store will reopen. Good workers. Failure of management.
Steve Hood: Admiral Bianchi and the NEX say they care about the Sailors and families. However, I have never been so disappointed in a place and leadership. Every year it is an excuse and I’m more than willing to stand up for other and the staff. Every year the Air Conditioning never works. Every year it’s an excuse. I’ve seen older people pass out because of the heat and staff members sweating trying to help us. I went In yesterday and once again the A/C was broken. I went to Uniforms and the one staff member who I have worked with for years and Is one of the best I’ve dealt with was just sweating and looking miserable. This is unacceptable and I hold Admiral Bianchi and the higher ups at headquarters responsible. I have lost all faith in this leadership. You do not have this problem every year if leadership is good. This is unacceptable and this place should be closed until it is fixed. Not a way to treat your customers or your staff. I will be talking with the base about this today.
Constance313: Great place to explore and purchase great beers, wines and spirits from all over the globe. The staff is very knowledgeable and the selection is pretty good. Every Saturday The Wine Chick is there from 12:00pm to 3:00pm for wine tastings in the NEX package store. Every week she sample some of the best wines from all around the world. They also host meet the wine maker or vineyard owner events too!
Jimmie Robinson: The store is awesome. The one and only cashier with an attitude was not. She was so inconvenienced by our wanting to check out. Gave us attitude the whole time. Ended up not buying our stuff and left. Not ever coming back. Better to go to belvoir.
Mar Ortiz: I have been coming here for years but today was the time that I have to speak. I was buying a set of pots and pans, there was an additional discount on house things. I asked for the discount and the cashier was very very rude. The worst part is that she called her manager and the manager was worst, very rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. I would say that It is so sad that you treat your customers that way. I am very disappointed of the customer service here. This is not the first time that this has happened but today, seriously, was the worst. Treating people with respect is the least you should give to your customers. Very disappointed, very sad to see people, specially in this season so but so in considerate. The manager should be just fired. I felt like he was scolding me, all customers there were looking, I felt really bad.
Janelle Gaughan: I have shopped at this NEX for 40 years. Yesterday, I was denied the purchase of items. It seems the cashier was unaware that my military i.d., which was sufficient to get me onto the base to begin with, was had not yet expired. Originally set to January 31,2021, she was unaware that retirees dependents had until January 31, 2022 to renew. When I further advised her that I have an appt. next week, she barked at me "you had two years to renew this!" and stomped off in a huff to consult someone else. In a few minutes, she came back and stonily informed me I could not make purchases with an expired i.d. I was so shocked and dismayed by her disrespect and lack of customer service, that I simply walked away and left without pursuing this further. I found one of the items I had planned to purchase on line, on sale, and paid $15.00 less than I would have at NEX. I regret that I was so stunned I failed to ask her name in order to register a formal complaint. I do not intend to ever shop there again.
G D: The NEX barbershop’s beauty salon hours indicates closing at 7:00 pm. I arrive at 4:00 pm for a walk-in and the one person in the salon says she’s closing in 15 minutes. What?????? I wasted time and gas to just be told they’re closing.

Praveen Sriram: Stayed here in the summer of 2005 for my internship in Washington DC and the experience was absolutely fabulous with the dining halls and the gym being my favorites. No complaints at all and excellent customer service from the residence hall staff. I sometimes wish I studied Accounting at this university than at the one I studied at. Great school and great residence halls. Highly recommend! A+
