The Royal: what do users think?

Jennifer Trent: Absolutely beautiful covered patio, with heaters if needed, and fantastic service. Easy to order and pay through their QR code, and the food was the best we’ve had in a long time. The steak, gnocchi, and rockfish were all absolutely excellent!

Kayla N: I ordered the seared fish and the gnocchi, which were both AMAZING. The flavors, ingredients, every bite I had was so delicious. However, the only downside was the gnocchi was oversalted in my opinion. The decor, plants and design were a nice touch to the overall vibe of this restaurant. 2 notes to keep in mind as of writing this review: 1) There is no table service - you place your order online and the food will be delivered to you. 2) You will need proof of vaccination and ID to dine in.

Tina N: We got the lox tartine, sausage egg & cheese sandwich, and egg & chorizo arepa. Good flavors all around. Will have to try their pastries next time!

Lauren G: This was my first time at The Royal. It was a nice experience. The staff was really nice, the food was delicious, and it looks like they are working hard to keep everyone safe during these covid times. The only challenge we experienced was when they tried to make it easy for people to split the bill electronically. We couldn’t really figure it out, but it all worked out. We all just paid for our own meals on our own phones. I had the Lox Tartine and we shared the Guava Pastry. Both were really good!

Aracely Hernandez: Absolutely best, authentic Colombian cuisine I’ve had in a very long time!! The customer service reflects the incredibly tasty menu - perfect combination for an amazing dining experience. It was my first visit - and a very memorable one. I’ll be coming a lot more to try the entire menu. I highly recommend Royal! I’m just so impressed and thankful to the staff who were amazingly attentive!

David Robinson: The only challenge we experienced was when they tried to make it easy for people to split the bill electronically. We couldn’t really figure it out, but it all worked out. We all just paid for our own meals on our own phones.

Fernanda Lanzagorta: Great food and great portions. I loved the casual ambiance and the kindness of the people working there. For a Michelin star restaurant the portions are perfect. I’ll definitely come back to try more of their food.

Michael Cork: Incredible ambiance and the food is delicious. Brussels sprouts are 🔥🔥🔥. Keeli makes the best cocktails in town

Hamdi Maher: Their egg arepa was a great breakfast dish! The sauce it came with was also great, perfect amount of spice.

Estadio: what do users think?

Hanna Ozbeki: came here for brunch and it was great! we did tapas style and it worked out for us even with the larger plates. we got the brussels sprouts, caluflower, patatas bravas , arugula salad, chorizo hash and hanger steak and eggs the star of the brunch were the steak and eggs everything else was good, but the patatas braves were not my favorite compared to everything else on the table service was great! quick, respectful, and mindful of our requests!

Da-Wang Wu: Some dishes are good (e.g., cauliflowers, shishito peppers, shrimps, cheesecake, churros), but others are just okay (e.g., steaks with blue cheese, fried potatoes, mussels). Since it’s tapas style, it’s better to order dishes by batch vs. all at once. Outdoor dining space is available. It can be a bit pricy for a casual Friday dinner.

Shalini: Perfect place for the first in person meeting with my team! The food here is fantastic. I loved the Bomba rice which is a rich but not too heavy and has umami-ness from the mushroom, truffle and manchego cheese. The corn was my next on my list of favorites followed by shishito peppers (decadent pepper aioli on the side), crispy cauliflower which was good. The churros were amazing- they were served with dark chocolate sprinkled with sea salt on the side, were perfectly crispy on the outside soft on the inside and not cloyingly sweet. Good service and recommendations as well!

Genesis Christina: First time eating here and YOU have to go, the ambiance is so welcoming and warm. The food is to die for! Great prices and you are able to try so many different plates because of the sizes! If you are looking for smaller plates snacks you have to go here. If you are a fan of butternut squash, you need to try their butternut squash soup! The customer service was also amazing, our waitress was so sweet and accommodating. 100% recommend!

Martha M. Castro: Food is on point. Food is spectacular and fresh, with plates for every taste. Service is very friendly and very helpful. Drinks exceeded expectations.

Emily Crisan: Amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere! Do yourself a favor and get the grilled octopus and the braised short rib! Wonderful dinner and will definitely be back!

Colvin Will Do It: This is such a great restaurant!! The little portions are how I think American portions should be as well. I took my wife out to eat a great dinner and we were not disappointed. It was expensive but we knew that walking in.

Kaylun Draughn: Food and service were impressive. We ordered the octopus, mussels, arugula salad, duck, and crispy pork belly. Everything was cooked to perfection and came out pretty quickly. The churros were good but crispier than I typically like. I can’t wait to go back!

Jacob Fitzpatrick: Estadio has an outstanding menu that is small enough to navigate, but large enough to find something for all tastes. The unique tapas range from vegetarian flavors to unusual meats - but all with roots to Spain (and Basque Country). The vibe is hip and fun, but not overpowering or too loud. A definite DC gem!

Brandon Richardson: Yummy Tapas place. Indoor and outdoor seating. Mask required. The crispy cauliflower and chicken tapas were great! Well seasoned and delicious!

Nathaniel Gutierrez: The staff cooks amazing food and is very courteous. We loved the pollo a la brasa and lomo saltado! Enjoyed the Inca Cola!

Bo Deppen: Delicious food and well priced!! Some really great flavors and chicken right off the rotisserie. Wished there was outdoor seating (could easily put a seating area on 1 of the 6 (!!) lanes out front, like so many other businesses around DC now do).

Doris Armijo: Authentic Peruvian flavor: 🌟 Fresh ingredients: 🌟 Food quality: 🌟 Good size portions: 🌟 Polite and good service: 🌟 Comfortable atmosphere. Great cheerful staff. Coming from New York, where is difficult to find authentic Peruvian food, this was a wonderful find!🙂

Ahamed Iqbal: First time trying and was really impressed. All the food seems like it was really prepared/ cooked rather than processed. Fried plantains and yuca were both really good and the chicken was seasoned and cooked well too. They are very generous with the sides so you may need to order less than you normally do.

Chi Love: This is a place to try… their fried rice is so yummy. I order quarter chicken, rice, plantain with a drink… I asked for hot sauceAnd they gave me this green stuff which I was like( what’s this) but I tried it with my chicken and can’t eat without it

Toro Toro: what do users think?

Pascal Johnstone: We went to Toro Toro after our plans for dinner at another restaurant fell through, and we could not have been more impressed! Our starter, the guacamole served with tuna tartare, was unexpectedly satisfying and proved a good prelude to the main meal consisting of salmon and the signature burger. Both were excellent, and the burger in particular was reasonably priced for a sizeable portion. The salmon was also delicious. After our meal, the manager offered us free dessert as well as coupons for two free drinks and an appetiser at our next visit. We will definitely be back the next time we visit DC!

Zerena Volcy: Service was a little slow at first but we came at a busy time however the food (unlimited brunch service) was very good. I would recommend it to my friends. The host Pandu provided excellent service to guest and ourselves he was taking responsibilities that were not in his host job description. He is great every restaurant needs his energy and attitude.

Janay W: Cute place! Shout out to our server Edgar and bartender bae Matt at the bar! It was super busy as we went for Saturday brunch but the service and food was great! The drinks were amazing!! Bathrooms were cute and clean. The only meh experience was a very tall employee who dismissed me when I asked him to take a picture... Despite that Edgar was super attentive and supportive as was Matt and the other wait staff. Will visit again for sure!

Del Sur Cafe: what do users think?

geraldine govanlu: What a beautiful atmosphere with the greatest service and delicious drinks, food and dessert. Chef Debora is absolutely spectacular! The food was delicious. The octopus appetizer was by far my favorite along with the entree Malfatti de espinaca y queso. The chivito al plato is outstanding too. The pisco sour drink is all made from scratch and you can taste each ingredient; another delight! This place is truly a hidden gem of DC!

Karen Gonzalez Fory: My Experience was amazing, the food was just delicious, I loved the way the chef put the food on the plate and make it look like a master piece.Definitely recommend

Livi N: This is such a lovely restaurant! The lighting and decor really set a warm ambient atmosphere. Cocktails and food were delicious. The menu offers a mix of items from all over South America. Our server was friendly and attentive. The owners are super awesome too <3

Kathleen Elliott: This place is incredible! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, the music was great, and the staff was wonderful. We had a great time, and I would definitely go back again. The shrimp appetizer is phenomenal, and my ribeye was perfectly cooked. Fantastic date night option!

Carrie Crowther: We went for dinner on a Wednesday night, so the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. The staff was very attentive and friendly. But the food and the drinks.. STOOD OUT ON TOP. We had the red sangria and although it wasn’t mixed as strongly as we would have liked it was still tasty. We also tried the Caipirinha maracuyá and WOW, the flavors blended so well together. For food, we had the tostones and beef empanadas. The mojo sauce that came with the tostones definitely added something special. For our main, we had the Del Sur Parilla which was a bbq platter and it was glorious! We had our meat done medium-medium well and everything was flavorful, juicy, and absolutely amazing! The space and bathroom was super clean so that was an added plus. Keep up the great work!

Janine Odin: Amazing food! We had octopus, plantain, and the del sur parrilada. The Caipirinha maracuja was the best we had in usa! Only minus: cold - everything someone opened the door it was freezing. A simple curtain after the door would take care of this. And there is no need to check every minute if we want a box. If customers say we are working on it, give them a moment!

Egor Chorny: Wow, it’s hard to believe that there is such a place in the USA! Overall best restaurant experience for me in this country! If I could leave 6 stars I definitely would! We will go there tomorrow again because it is going to be our last day in Washington but so far I strongly recommend to start with Grilled octopus (Pulpo) as appetiser and then go straight to Del Sur Parilla (it is BBQ plate with huge meat variety some of which you probably never tried before. Like blood sausage or cow neck meat. Be aware though, that this is a huge portion for no less than 3 people) And huge thanks for warm and welcoming staff! It has been real pleasure to be served there!

Marcela Alava: Del Sur staff is the warmest in DC! Friendly, welcoming and happy!! We live close by and decided to come in one time and have never stopped coming in anytime we are craving a really good dinner and great service. This for us is one of the best restaurants in DC. Family -owned, with the owner attentive to every detail. My personal favorite is the grilled short ribs. Portions are big and I always end up taking half home. They have happy hour specials and a bar menu with a twist on jalapeño poppers which are so good. My all time favorite here are the beef empanadas. I always ask for a side of chimichurri sauce to go along with them. The mushroom pasta is also rich and decadent! If you are really hungry and come with a large party, go for the meet fest, parrillada... all of the meet is super tender, well seasoned and flavorful! Their chef comes out from time to time and always give her my compliments. Authentic Uruguayan food!!! Their caipirinha maracuya is also the best drink on the menu!!

The Grill From Ipanema: what do users think?

Fangzhi Z.: When you see a restaurant that has been around for over 20 year, you know it is good. I had never tried Brazilian food before so everything was surprisingly good to the first-timer. They have a special lunch menu if you go in the right time. And for about $26 per person, you get one appetizer, one entrée, one desert, and one drink. The fish stew and pork stew were really delicious.

Merissa Pemberton: Holy hell this place was seriously fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxing and made for a great intimate/romantic dinner. Camila made sure we had a great anniversary celebration. She recommended multiple dishes on the menu - all of which were extremely delectable. She also had assistance from another woman working at the restaurant who’s name I unfortunately do not remember but also provided incredible service. This was our first time but will not be our last. You can’t go wrong with any item and please order the passionfruit mousse with the Brazil liquor poured on top! Camila clearly deserves recognition and a raise based on our experience alone.

REL VS: Great food. Authentic Brazilian place. The Bobo de Camarao (Shrimp Stew) and the caipirinhas are the best

Nicole Farnsworth: Absolutely fantastic experience. My girlfriend is from Brazil and we both really wanted for me to try all the food she’s been telling me about for so long… this was the only restaurant whose menu she approved in the area. From the moment we arrived, the manager was super friendly and talked to us personally quite a few times, and all the service was very friendly and prompt. We both got the brunch three course meal, and every single thing we got was was FANTASTIC. My girlfriend told me it was EXTREMELY authentic and the best Brazilian food she’s had in the US. I’ve never had Brazilian food, but it was some of the tastiest food I’ve had in a while PERIOD. Cannot recommend this restaurant any more highly.

Lindsey Stiles: We had been walking by this place for years and then finally decided to try it, and we are so glad we did! Such delicious food, highly recommend!

Natasha Hansen: Delicious!! Great drinks and small plates. The spicey sausage and yuka was a must try! Friendly service and good amount of outdoor seating. Can’t wait to go back!

Ron Costigan: Delicious food and drinks. Family owned business. Friendly staff

Del Mar: what do users think?

R: This was my first time going to Del Mar and the food was phenomenal! We went as a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday. It was my first time trying octopus and it was really good. The parking in the garage was $45 since I stay for 4+ hours which was a downside for the night so it might be better to find street parking.

Genesis Marrero: I was truly impressed with this dining experience. We flew to DC for my birthday week and had my birthday dinner here. Luis served us and he was definitely one of the best servers we have ever had wait on us (and we are huge foodies so that is saying something). He was so attentive and just knew exactly how to guide the dining experience based on what the guests is wanting out of their night whether they know specifically or not. We let him take the wheel with all of the knowledgeable recommendations and we were so happy from start to finish. We came back for our last meal in DC and again, Amber served us, and again we were not disappointed. She was so sweet and also had wonderful recommendations and made sure all of our needs were met before we said goodbye and hopped on a flight. Luckily Luis was also there and he remembered us which made us happy because he was also so memorable for us. He was so nice and sent us our new favorite drink that he enlightened us to - the carajillo. I don’t think you could go wrong with a single thing on this menu. The rest of the staff was also very efficient and everything just seemed to flow so smoothly with the teamwork here. I can’t wait to go back someday!

Khalid Sam: Great places for tapas. A bit pricey but the quality and service is fantastic.

Alya's Aura: The food was SO delicious and of course the service was top notch. Our waiter (I believe his name is Michael) was so nice and helpful and made some great recommendations. I definitely suggest leaving space for dessert because their little dulce de leche dark chocolate cakes with the horchata ice cream was beyond amazing! The perfect end to a great meal 👌🏾

Theodora Lau: Love the food and the service. Def order the seafood paella 🥘 … you won’t be disappointed.

TexCat: In town with a friend. It was getting a little late and we were still trying to find somewhere for dinner - came across Del Mar and it enticed us. Waited for a table as we really wanted to sit outside on such a beautiful evening. Everyone was very friendly. Bryan our server was wonderful. Very attentive and sweet, he took great care of us. We shared some tapas - a little surprised at how small they were based on the price….admittedly they were extremely tasty, but I think what you’re really paying for is the location. A great place to return to sometime for a romantic meal

Omar Cardin: The service here is as good as a fine French restaurant with the ideology that plates need to be ready when the guest is ready for them and when they are done, the plate disappears. Great service, most meats just melt in the mouth. Highly recommended for sauce lovers.

Black Star Dust: Absolutely stunning place. Great service. Top tier experience. Everything was a ten. The Seafood Paella is delicious. Highly recommend that dish. It comes in different sizes for sharing. It was my bday so they brought out gratis champagne and this cheesecake that was literally the one of the most delicious desserts to grace the planet. Don’t even get me started on the churros! Amazing! I also did come in with a VIP who goes there regularly so that surely may have enhanced the experience to 10 stars!!

Lincoln: what do users think?

byron subero: This restaurant was great! The maitre d was very nice and informative about the restaurant and the art work. Food was delicious and the drinks was amazing. The peach moonshine was fantastic. Definitely need to go back to try their brunch.

Faith Mitchell: Enjoyed brunch at Lincoln yesterday morning. Loved the vibes as the restaurant is cute and they play good music. It is very clean and I felt comfortable enjoying a meal here. The menu had a lot of options and $50 for bottomless mimosas and food is a great deal. Definitely had some unique flavor combinations that we surprisingly enjoyed. The service was a bit slow as we waited for awhile to be served and didn’t get checked on as much as we would have liked. However, everyone was nice including the manager and, when we did get a server, we were well taken care of. Would go back.

Mikayla Ramirez: Nice atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Great food. Decent price.

Nonie Fields: My friend and I stopped by the Lincoln yesterday for lunch. The food was amazing and the ambiance and decor was aesthetically pleasing. Our server Brandy took great care of us she made our experience a million times better. I definitely will be back to try the dinner & brunch menu!

Bobby A: Got there for "Happy Hour". They have a wonderful appetizer selection as well as wines, beers, and cocktails. We enjoyed glasses of wine, beer. And a couple of scotches! The deli platter was good as was the fish taco. The romaine ceaser was really tops! Excellent waiter though they were busy. We sat outside but the inside is very nice. Also, clean restroom. Will come back.

Madison Garcia: I went to Lincoln last Sunday for their Pride brunch with a group of girlfriends and had such a fun time! The bartender, Nico, served us and gave us the best experience. The drinks were great and he was so fun and friendly. The food was delicious and the service made our time there even better. I will definitely be going back soon!

Patrick Baber: Delicious brunch and incredible staff. Highly recommend. Cool vibe and decor as well.

Arielle Kone: Incredibly delicious!! We are from out of town and we randomly found this place and my kids said they wished they lived closer because it was so good! The service was wonderful and the food is made by a sweet mama cooking her homemade delights. One of the best lunches I’ve ever had!!

Armando Alvarado: So good! Very friendly staff, helps if you know Spanish.

Kenneth Benjamin: Delicious, large portion in an unassuming location. Nothing fancy but good food and friendly, simple service. Will be back.

Igor at skvltd.media: Really good Bolivian food and awesome staff!

Maria Rivera: Fast and friendly service, food was authenticly Bolivian and the portions were large.

Andrea Cantori: One of my favorite spots now. Brings so much comfort to have what feels a home cook meal. Highly recommend 💗

Victoria Contreras: I can’t believe I never posted a review here before! Me and my family have been coming here for years, breakfast, lunch and dinner! I love bringing friends here to introduce them to authentic Bolivian food and of course they are hooked. The staff is always super sweet, the restaurant ambience is simple with touches of Bolivian culture but very clean and they have a patio out front. But oh my gosh the food portions are definitely Bolivian sized (Huge). For breakfast we love the traditional hot Api drink with Pastel de Queso. And please if you never tried a Salteña please please try it here. I can’t describe it justice but think a savory chicken or savory stew wrapped in a dough that is a little sweet (kinda like an empanada) …and of course the soup! Think super large pho size, when you crave their soup in the middle of summer you know it’s good.

Juan Serrano: Food was amazing and the server went above and beyond for us to have an amazing experience. Highly recommend it.

Arepa Zone: what do users think?

Carol C: Cute place and great food! I got the patacon (12$) and a caramel macchiato (4.75$). They also had a whole bunch of Venezuelan snacks and drinks at the counter. I highly recommend this place!

Jonathan Allen: I love them! Their food tastes authentic and is ready quickly. Staff is always very friendly. It reminds me of food I’d eat back home.

Victor Wang: Went with the mini arepa flight trio. Got to try the chicken, pork, and beef options. Quite delicious and a little more variety than one larger arepa. Also ordered the Tequeños Queso Fritos Party which was a nice appetizer with the sauce and cheesy inside.

Carlos Perez: ArepaZone is a great place, great authentic Venezuelan food, clean space and fairly priced. The cachapas con Queso are CRAZY GOOD

udoy datta: Awesome food! We really enjoyed the authentic taste of South American food.

Patrick O'Leary: OMG just leave me here to eat, go on without me.Arepa Zone also have a food truck, I just want to live closerThe cheese, plantains, meats are to die for

Darragh Joyce: Great spot adored by locals. This spot was targeted by groups of nazis from West Virginia who left unfair 1 star reviews for asking them to wear masks. This location has been a staple in the community for years and is adored by residents of DC. Great food, great staff, and convenient location just south of Thomas Circle. Great place to go to cure your hangover too! ;)

La Cosecha: what do users think?

Millie Kwan: This is a great space for Latinx businesses such as home goods boutiques, wine/wine bar and gourmet grocery, food stands and restaurants. There is an upstairs lounge as well as outdoor seating. Even the indoor space is a large open space and it is not crowded like Union Market making it easier to navigate during the pandemic. Would have liked to try more than one of the food stands, but well go back again. Beautiful space and do highly recommend.

Tania Abraham: What an amazing experience, space and open market/food court. La Cosecha is the perfect space for doing some window shopping, actual shopping, grab a drink, and/or grab a meal. I was genuinely spoiled for choice with all the great options… So I sampled a bit of everything from the various restaurants! Nothing was a disappointment & I ended it with a Cafe Con Leche Paleta from Jarabe Gourmet Pops!!!

Nate B: This is a nice place. There are several good places to get food or drinks. It is very clean and people are friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

John Huegel: La Cosecha is an urban destination and attracts a lot of young adults as well as some older folks like me. A dozen or so proprietors sell trendy food and drink and a few other things. My wife and I were attracted by the Argentine Tango group that holds an introduction to Tango lesson and a Practica on the loft level for experienced dancers on the fourth Sunday of each month. A great place to dance on a Sunday afternoon. We travelled there from Delaware just for that.

Daisy Gutierrez: The new drinks inspired by Selena songs are amazing!

KIMBERLY THOMAS: Always a great time and great food! Definitely recommend. The food and drinks are perfect. The service is even better. Ask for Maria! She’ll take good care of you!

Laura Garnett: This is my favorite market in the whole of DC. You can find the best Latin American food, wine, and artisan shops. I purchased this new ear cuff here, made by indigenous women in Colombia. We need more of these personal, diverse, and authentic cultural venues, especially in the "click-and-buy" world we live in.

K A: I found this hidden gem in D.C and I couldn’t help but check it out and I didn’t regret it. It’s filled with so much culture and art along side nice restaurants, a wine shop, a coffee shop(Unido) to mention a few. I particularly loved checking Nova Bossa out. Such a beautiful shop with quality items. First time here and I would definitely revisit to try out some great delicacies. I highly recommend this contemporary market to all art and food lovers and also it’s a must visit to all locals and tourists. Old Ebbitt Grill: what do users think?

Natalia Mednikov: There are straightforward American-style food. This restaurant is best known for its huge old-school oyster bar—think lots of dark wood, brass fixtures, and big mirrors. That oysters was fantastic and fresh. We’ve enjoyed also cheese sampler, fried calamari and baked oysters. Everything they do is absolutely delicious. The service was very fast and friendly. We were happy to choose this great restaurant to end our busy day in Washington, D.C.

Aditya Karandikar: Had an awesome time here as a late night/ early next day stop. The food was quite nice and fairly refined, especially at such a late hour! The atmosphere was popping as well which made it more enjoyable. Service was very friendly and they had great oysters. Fresh complimentary bread never hurts either…

Sam M: This place is one of the more famous restaurants in DC. I visited this spot during brunch and it was packed. I would definitely recommend making a reservation for both weekend dinner and brunch services. I started with New England clam chowder and some salad dish. For entrees, I got eggs benedict and catfish. All the dishes I ordered were pretty good. But, I definitely enjoyed their desserts more even though I was pretty full before it. Their key lime pie and salted caramel bread pudding were both amazing! Staffs were very accommodating and attentive during the whole service. I’m planning to visit this restaurant and will get some oysters and burgers next time. I heard they are pretty good. I definitely recommend this place to celebrate any special occasions.

Suzi Figueroa: Wow, wow and wow! A friend recommended this establishment to me when I asked for dining recommendations for my upcoming DC trip. I am so glad I listened. The warm and inviting ambiance matched the service. And the food? Oh my goodness. Delicious. My SO ordered meatloaf. Who knew meatloaf could take on a such an extraordinary presentation.

Elaine Viegas: AMAZING! There is no other word to describe it. Since we arrived until we paid the service was perfect. I couldn’t be more happy for their food, service and kindness on my birthdays lunch. We didn’t mention that it was my birthday but they saw on my profile and as soon as I arrived they asked to confirm and no only brought my desert with a candle and a cute chocolate happy birthday place on the top. Our server was amazing, she arrived singing happy birthday, was very classy and really surprised me. Thank you for the excellence in your service. BTW the food it’s top quality, my oysters and shrimps were fresh abs really tasteful.

Jelena M: Great food, great price, great service! The waiter we had was so nice, knowledgeable, and friendly! The calamari was very good, but watch out for the spicy peppers in it . My salad was yummy! I usually never order salads, but I am glad I did as the dressing was citrusy and refreshing! They also give warm bread and butter while you wait 😍

sol sol: the food is good and the place very fun.

Marilyn Sanin: Amazing night scene, owner is spectacular! Great drinks, music, and lively crowd! They even have a smoking room upstairs! Love this place, fave club in DC

Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar - Washington, D.C.: what do users think?

Da-Wang Wu: One of my favorite restaurants in DC. The interior design is pretty cool, and the ambience is great. My favorite is the seafood soup, very flavorful with lots of seafood inside. During dinner time (after 4pm), they serve toasted bread with mango butter, super refreshing flavor! Chicken croquette, fried yuca and empanadas are all very good. Guacamole is beautiful decorated but not the best one I’ve ever had. Paella doesn’t feel right, pretty wet. Churro as an ending dessert to be meal is a great option. Reservation might be needed during peak hours.

Vikram Seshadri: Loved the music and the ambiance was very lively. Amazing vegetarian and Vegan options. Must try the Mojitos, Yuca fries and the Plantain chips.Had to call ahead and reserve a table and the restaurant was super busy on a weekday but was definitely worth it.

Abby Fasehun: Loved the ambiance, felt like I was on the street of Havana. The Empanadas Was really good, forgot to take a photo of it, but overall, food was great. Customer service was top notch. Oh and the music!!! Got me moving the whole time. I’ll be back.

Michelle Edgar: We spent years in “little Cuba” in Hialeah FL, so we are pretty well versed in cuban food. This was stellar! Drinks were strong but flavorful. My husband and I got the mixed grill to share and it did not disappoint! If we come back to the dc area this will be our first stop!

C F: What a wonderful find! I was walking back from a hike and found this place. Super nice service and delicious food! I ordered chicken nachos and queso. Both excellent and I would order again. Also came with chips and salsa. The chips are those yummy thick chips and the salsa fresh. Got my food togo but they have a cute indoor/outdoor space with frozen margaritas and $1 can cokes. Prices very reasonable. Will be back!!

AK ALLY ARIE: It a quaint little hole in the wall with fantastic food quality service and very reasonable prices. From the outside you’d ride right pass it but as the old saying says “never judge a book by its cover. My family and I will definitely be returning soon.

Nicole Thomas: Sorry.... 😞 The food was SO *DELICIOUS* I FOR GOT TO TAKE A PICK...!!!!😂😂😋😋😋Sat outside & enjoyed the atmosphere...!!! I had the chimichanga chicken and beef mixed!!!!

Eric S: My mid- week afternoon visit was a blast! My tacos were tasty and freshly made... the portions were plentiful. You MUST have a margarita!

Meredith: The staff treats you like family and the food is delicious. The Las Placitas sampler, fajitas, enchiladas and nachos are some of our favorites. But the meal is not complete without a pitcher of margaritas or sangria!

El Secreto De Rosita: what do users think?

Ema Klimaitė: Amazing Peruvian restaurant. The ambience and the interior decor is fantastic! Ceviches (or anything you order) are delicious. Also, great Pisco sours! Specialty dishes are often updated. Staff is professional and friendly. Very much recommend this place!

Kassandra T: My fiancé and I had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner here. They even provided a rose with our reservation! We wanted to try a little bit of everything and got: calamares fritos and tiraditos for apps, ají de gallina and seco de res for entrees, and the buñuelos and flan for dessert. I thought everything was delicious and authentic although I thought there would be picarones (Peruvian donuts) rather than the buñuelos which come from Colombia, Mexico and other countries. I’d come back again!

Jen Massabki: Both the food and ambiance of this place are excellent. I loved every dish I ordered and every drink. The waiters are incredibly nice and the service is fast. The decor was very cool and so was the music. All around a great experience! I totally recommend this place.

Emily Zier: Arturo was so wonderful! Walked in and didn’t have a reservation but he set me up with a drink from the bar and had me seated inside quickly even though it was pretty busy! Great drinks from the bartenders and such great food! Mussels, short rib, and steak were a hit. Had a wonderful night thanks to y’all. Will be back!

Stephanie Scholz: Everything about this place was so lovely. The ambiance was on point, the drinks were great (love pisco!), the food was delicious, and the wait staff were super friendly and kind.

Anahi Amaya: The food and the experience and the service was just amazing. We celebrated our friend birthday here and restaurant set up is beautiful very open and safe place. staff was amazing…. drinks and food were beyond expectations! This is truly a gem. 100% recommend this place

Zuley Domínguez: one of the best places to eat Latin food, the food is fantastic, the place beautiful and the environment really great i’d love to give 10 stars if i could, Super recomendable

Evelyn Quiroz: The food and service here was amazing. Our server was very attentive and helpful in picking out cocktails and food. All of their cocktails were good, we started first with the Chicha Morada. The Chicha Morada was similar to classic Peruvian drink, but a bit frothier.

Karen Promociónes Martínez: It has good food and all I think maybe cause it was a soccer game that day it was loud ,then there was a dj with very complicated audio that sounded pretty bad but all in all it was good

Dave Hoovler: Very good food, great service....a gem in the DC area! Highly recommend.

Admiral Grey: Wonderful delicious food, very clean, and excellent friendly service. The sopa de res is heavenly.

Haydee's Restaurant: what do users think?

Scott Hughes: Haydee’s is a true hidden gem. Go for dinner and get the papusa platter, get a house, peach, or strawberry margarita and enjoy the amazing karaoke. Special place

Aurora Diaz: I LOVE HAYDEES. 🌈🌺🦋✨ Always come and check out the vibe when I’m in town for business. There’s always a myriad of things going on from dance parties to drag shows to karaoke. Food serves late, drinks are abundant and the space is lively. It’s not for the snobby Airbnb tourists, if you don’t like a local restaurant of a place you’re visiting, bashing them on the internet is obnoxiously irritating. I would be rude to snobby tourists too. Get a grip. Lol.

Zachary Hubbell: I’ve been a longtime Haydee’s fan and my recent visit was consistent with my memory - good stuff. Service was friendly and our nachos were good.

Naheed Mann: Great friebdly customer service. Cozy environment and good food. And spanish Karaoke all night long!

Celeste Favor: I ordered to go from this spot because my first order fell through Best buffalo wings I’ve had in years and loved the fresh cut fries! The portions were ample for the price. This was my first time ordering from here, but I will order again. I see other offerings I want to try. 🤤

Cheryl Tolbert: I L💞VE HAYDEE (SHE IS AN AMAZING WOMEN, PERSON, FRIEND, CHIEF, & BUSINESS WOMEN) I L💞VE HER, HER FAMILY, HER EMPLOYEES!!! BUT MOST OF !!!!!! HER FOOD& DRINKS😋😋😋 YOU NEED TO GO THERE (NOW) TO EAT !! DRINK!! & BE MERRY!!👍🏾🙏🏾

Igor at skvltd.media: Superb Mexican family restaurant! Food is delicious and drinks are nice and hard!

Matthew Jaffke: The service was great in that they kept checking on us. Even though we were the only 2 people there. I really appreciated it 😌

Zach Wolf: People were very friendly, serving sizes were generous, and food was absolutely delicious.

Lena Ash: Excellent authentic and delicious. A quaint restaurant that holds some tasty treats for not too much $

Luzmary's Bolivian Restaurant: what do users think?

Cruz Nestler: What an amazing little Bolivian restaurant! My family is from Bolivia so they took me to this VERY authentic Bolivian restaurant to let me experience the food they grew up on. Food was amazing and the servers went above and beyond to accommodate my ignorance. There may be a small language barrier as most of the wait staff are from Latin America BUT they go out of their way to make you feel at home. I tried so many new things and really enjoyed the overall experiences here! Definitely drop in and see these guys!

Mischa: Very nice place to have a Saltenas! The Saltenas were very nice. The staff were okay. The price on the laminated food menu was inconsistent with the price I paid. The laminated food menu said that one Saltenas was 2.75, but cost me 3.50 on my receipt. Also, the website for this restaurant says “insecure,” when it should have a lock icon instead. Otherwise, all else was good. They also had this interesting Bolivian beer, which was almost like a combination between a malt soda and a root beer, with a low alcohol content. The trancapecho sandwich is very good, too. Also has indoor seating (too loud for my own personal tastes in the main room on a Friday night), a small room for carry out orders, and a few outdoor seats (which is where I sat). Nice place overall.

Meg Earsley: Excellent food, we loved it! We’d never had Bolivian food and the staff were very helpful. Everything we ate was delicious, the flavors were outstanding. Highly recommend.

Nathan Maynes: We went here for a quiet night out and enjoyed the food. Parking is out front in a small parking lot which can be a little awkward when the restaurant is busy. The service was prompt and professional. Food options are great and provide a few different choices for those looking to enjoy Bolivian cuisine. I ordered Fricase, which is a stew with large chunks of pork and corn. The broth was full of flavor and there was plenty to eat. This is a great option for anyone looking for Bolivian food in the Northern Virginia area.

Samrawit Seid: My first Bolivian meal experience. Food was good the the local Dark beer tests very light and a bit sweet. I like my time at this restaurant.

Omar Oropesa: Oh man, Authentic Bolivian food. I ordered Silpancho, Picante de Lengua, Pollo Empanizado and Sandwich de Chola. Great customer service, great location, great tasting food at a moderate price. Good for the whole family. 👍🏻

FB DMV Events: The peanut soup!!!!! Simply amazing, so filling and comfort food. The peach tea with the seed in the glass (do not remember the correct name) very delicious. Been 2 times this week already.
