Raquel Peña: Jan 25 2020 - Alladin overcharged my credit card 3x more than authorized. He claimed none of the charges went through, so I paid the invoice in complete via Venmo because he claimed to have issues with his credit card machine. As of Feb 28 2020, I have only received 1/2 of the refund to my credit card. Alladin claims he doesn't see the charges and has no way to refund. Sounds like BS. I can prove it. Save yourself a headache!
Response: That’s not true, there was a glitch in the credit card processing company and you got full refund. Be honest and refund me the money I have advanced you via Venmo and that you promised to return once you get the refund from the credit card company

I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Working with them was a complete waste of time and ended up delaying a project that was important to me.

Bella Figura — The Tradition of Living Beautifully: These guys were terrific. They were so patient with me whenever I had questions, needed to adjust my order, and even coming in early to work on my order when I stalled in ordering, yet needed the t-shirts quickly before heading out of town. They went above and beyond at every turn, and if that wasn't great enough, the work itself came out beautiful. Completely recommend, and I will definitely be using their services again going forward.

Unfortunately the unprofessionalism and operating outside of business house to deliver and collect shirts and show sample designs is not appropriate for dealing with other businesses. 6pm and just arriving at locations without notice and not having work completed when it was needed. The unprofessional manner on communication over the phone. I will not be a returning customer.

Tyler Schnitzler: Studio One is the best in the area!! I struggled for months dealing with unprofessional companies that acted like they didn't care about my business. That is not what you will get at Studio One. Geoffrey and Forrest are very knowledgeable, creative, friendly, and truly great people. I am a smaller business with smaller orders. They made it feel like I was there only customer. They met with me in person to go over what I was looking for and my vision for my shirts. Based off what we discussed, they they were able to put together a great design. They communicated with me the entire time, worked with me on making sure the design was what I was looking for, and did it all in a very reasonable time! If you are looking for the best in the business, Studio One is your place!
Miles Lieder: Studio One just simply is the best printing company in the DMV area. Geoffrey and Forrest are always extremely professional, hardworking and timely throughout the entire production process. So far, Studio One has printed T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Hoodies and even Sublimated socks for my band Dale and the ZDubs. Each project has turned out flawlessly and I know that every future print will exceed my expectations.
Katie McDonald: Geoffrey and Forrest were so awesome to work with and I will tell everyone I know to get their gear printed through Studio One. I opened a roller skate shop (Sacred Roller Skate Supply in Herndon, VA!) and needed shirts printed for our grand opening. They loved my logos and I let them take the reigns on suggestions for order size, logo placement/size, and even shirt type. The shirts turned out incredible and they even threw in some promo hoodies with our logo on the front and theirs on the back. I’m already planning my next run of shop merch to order through Studio One. Great dudes, great end product 11/10 would recommend.

Andrea Y.: Awesome customer service! I emailed Burke Sporting Goods (after hours) to see if they could monogram a blanket that I wanted to give as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply minutes later that confirmed they could do it and included a price estimate and the expected turn around time. I brought the blanket in the next day, and they helped me finalize the font, thread color, size, and placement. (One corner of the blanket was already embroidered and I wanted the monogram to be the same scale.) It turned out great and I’m very happy with it. Can’t wait to see how the recipient likes it!
Marketing: Had a great experience working with Burke Sporting Goods on a large order for company t-shirts. Jake was great at communicating during the process, and we were able to efficiently complete the order. Looking forward to working with them again!
John Florip: I have used Burke Sporting Goods each year to make apparel for a golf tournament. I originally chose them because their pricing was better than the other places I tried. But I keep going back because of the way they work with me. They are easy to communicate with, have been flexible when needed, are great to work with graphics wise, and have always left us very satisfied. It's a family-run operation, run by good, hardworking-people.
Bridget Baker: Would not recommend, poor customer service and unwilling to stand behind their work. Not to mention the cost seemed rather expensive especially when we’re not satisfied. They refused to make it correct. Listen learned, go some place else!!!

Dani Isthebest: The amount of History is amazing. Did you know the tickets come out the first Wednesday of the month before? I figured this out Thursday and could only book a Sunday @1030a. It's about a 2' drive or on the train from DE to DC. We actually lucked up and found free parking but I did see meters other places so check the parking situation. The Museum is gorgeous. To get to the main exhibit is was about a 25 minute wait to get in there. But once in, Wow! Two hours is really not enough time to see it all but it can be tiresome to some with all the walking. This place is also handicap accessible and can provide elevators if needed. Eat before you go or they have a Cafe but it closes around 3p. You must be vaccinated to go into the cafe. NO vaccination required to visit the exhibits.

Nabou Fall: Powerful, emotional, rich, fair, i learnt so much & i really appreciated the respect for gender diversity. Women are given their place in the history of African Americans as well as the diaspora. Must see. But you need to book even if it's free.

Shaniece Heath: 1st time visiting the museum and I highly recommend viewing the Concourse exhibit if you do nothing else. The concourse is where the Emmitt Till exhibit is located and that did have the longest wait time, but more than worth it. There were so many beautiful artifacts and amazing visuals to go along with some of the images and artifacts. The 1st floor when you walk in was also overwhelming hearing the audio of the slaves saying they rather jump ship than travel to an unknown world without their families!

Corey Trusty: It was a good trip to the museum. It was fast and easy to get access. I was able to get tickets the day of for the time I wanted. The museum exhibits were done very well and tastefully. The museum is absolutely huge and I would for shire come back. The only issue is the parking in the National Mall is terrible. But overall good experience. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes because you will for sure be getting your steps in and it is a must go!!!
Melvin Thomas: A great museum. Lots of history. Some of the images and artifacts cause sadness realizing the time span of the atrocities, some of them surprisingly recent. Some exhibits also celebrate black contributions, mostly in sports and entertainment. Maybe they will add more black inventors and contributors to the sciences.

Valencia Brown: This museum totally captures the horrific moments in time that African Americans endored. Its about time there is a historic National museum that acknowledges that that these events in American history did indeed occur, and the role Americans had in the slave trade. The overcoming of oppression, justice and equality is still a fight, however the advances and contributions made in history from African Americans are undeniable. This museum encompass all of this and more! Highly recommend attending. Best of all, its free!

Jordan Mullins: Andy and Doug do absolutely exceptional work. Their attention to detail is something one could only hope for when having someone design and develop custom printed apparel. The turn around time was faster than what every other printing company offered, and they were always there to answer my questions and made sure to run everything by me before I received my order. The promptness and perfectly printed designs is enough in itself to make me use them from here on out. You just don't get product and customer service of this quality when you deal with big corporations. I wasn't sure about my design because I am nothing close to an artist but with their expert graphic designer, and the idea of what I had in my head, Doug was able to create a design better than what I had imagined.
