The Home Depot: what do users think?

Yvonne Garcia: No customer service Danny!!!! Our carpenter calls ahead for parts for door jam and we arrive 9:30 to find no one helping us. After I gave up I was in stove area and kind South Pacific man gave help to find price for a stove. He heard about the item not being found and used the computer after customer service ladies didn't even know what we were talking about. Or what to do with know what exterior door jam kit is. It shows there 6 in stock and we walk over with him second guy. Only to find 1 exterior door frame jamm. During this time we're harassment by 2 bald grandpas way down the aisle and my husband responds we're being helped and by far rude harassment continued and followed up by second bald manager Danny while being helped was very stressful on top trying be in a store with toddler. I do not appreciate be yelled at 3 people while they trying help us get what we came for when we had done everything as customer possible by calling first. He knows he locked us in but walks away and makes us wait another 8 minutes just be let out of the door. 5 stars for the hardworking kind man that I wish I was allowed to walk back and get his name but he worked on may 18th at 9:30 unpacking pallets. I would support his kindness and customer support. As women going into a store I can't help find it unrewarding to be treated like this.

Josh West: Where to even begin! I started the process of remodeling my first house in the beginning of April. I decided to open a pro account with my business license to get all of the perks since I had lot of stuff I needed to buy for the project. Not a single order that was placed went smoothly. Every time I went to pick up an order there was problems and what should have been a quick trip to pick up an order turned in to hours of wasted time to try to get what I had ordered. I scheduled one order for delivery because of how big it was and how heavy the materials were, they only sent 3 items for delivery and I had to pick up the items that I really wanted delivered. I understand that people make mistakes but we're talking about 7 to 10 different orders and not one went according to plan. Last night I went to pick up the last pieces of a bigger order. I had to reject a French door because it was too badly damaged to fix. The employee at customer service had the audacity to tell me that we should have requested special crating to avoid damage. Is that really a thing? To summarize, the pro account perks were nice and it did save some money but after all the hassle and wasted time, I wish I had chosen to do business somewhere else.

ReyviGravy: I'm bouncing between Lowes and Home Depot for my home projects. I could say Home Depot has easy return process, and 1 time there was a lot of employee on the ground but only a couple cashier open, and a long line of check out. When we complained about it, they open a new cashier for us and prioritize our check out. I could say they have an amazing service what's why I give 5 star. (My pup in the pic, waiting patiently for his dad to come out of the store)

Terra Furtado: Customers are friendly and helpfull. When there is nobody who works there around you can just ask the guy shopping in the same isle to grab the heavy item from the top shelf. Keep it up people we got a ways to go!!! All you need is ♥️. 😇

Jeannie Hoffman: Went to buy a new Kohler toilet seat. My first choice said there was 29 in stock but at the store, there was none. The item wasn't found. Bought my second choice which was in stock. Guy that helped me in the Plumbing department was very nice and helpful.

stanimal P: HD has deteriorated a lot over the last 2 years with all the theft and loss prevention unable to do anything about it thx to liberal policies. Now all the stuff is on the top shelves and it takes hours to bring down 1 simple item. I complained to the manager and he straight up told me not to shop at their store for the foreseeable future while they are locking everything in cages. Great. And here I thought they were in the business of selling to people. Not to mention like 10 greeters standing with their hands in their pockets like mummies while ppl check themselves out. I need to move to a red state where they still have law and order.

Stella Han: I am definitely a complete noob when it comes to all things DIY. Stopped by home depot to pick up some materials and hardware and the staff is just so helpful! Everyone is happy to help and everyone is so patient. This nice gentleman cut all of our wood for us— and there was a lot. Thank you!!

David Leger: After driving 50 minutes to pick up an item that the store said was in stock , found out they reset the store and now its only available online. Great customer service. To say they don't care would be an understatement.

Shanon Rogers: Love this store, the people are so helpful you can ACTUALLY get help and have questions answered intelligently. We always find what we need. It might be a corporate store but its run with the care and friendliness of a mom and pop.

Billy H: Honestly, this HD gives them such a bad name that it's amazing people still want to shop here. Their online customer support is non existent, people rarely pick up the phones, and they lose parts of your order all of the time. On one ocassion I spent 2 1/2 hours in the store while they looked for my online order pickup. They also have no way to submit complaints online, probably because they know how terrible their service is.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?

Bill P: Forget about this being on Rainier Avenue!! It’s well worth the visit thanks to their great staff and helpful employees. Only 2 minutes off I-90. The best part? The fresh grill outside the entrance! Well worth making this a destination: Top quality dogs, brats and veggie-dogs grilled on an open flame with a cold drink for only $4.99. Burgers and fries now too. Their servers are all first class with fantastic attitudes as well!

Jon Breitenbach: I have to admit that this location has definitely improved over last year and the previous year. Perhaps a change in store management and more attention to details this season. My visit was primarily for garden and garden supplies. This department has shown a vast improvement over last year although you can still find dried out plants and flowers. The garden center needs more help in order to keep the stock well cared for. No one wants to Purchase dried out and dying plants . The staff is helpful and personable which makes the shipping experience more tolerable. Parking lot is cleaner.

Derryl Durden: Service was good. The manager of the department used (appliances) was not wearing a mask, so I refused service from him as I have a compromised immune system. The employee who did assist was wearing a mask by choice as the mask Mandate in Washington has been lifted. She was not what Lowes calls a specialist, so patience with her researching our needs & requests was needed however, her service was outstanding. Way above what we're accustomed to in a Lowe's or any other big box store.

Marissa Hamilton: Had all the blinds I needed and I needed a ton! Custom cut my blinds exactly to my specific measurements. Friendly staff and great selection of products. They even informed me of some special sales coming up.

Alison Paquette: Special thanks to Jerome in the garden section who helped me get a very large order of heavy tiles and soil out of the store and into my car. I would not have been able to do this without his help. This was the first time going to this lowes and even if the location has some issues it’s worth going to for the great customer service!

Misty Mirabal: I was there with a lady I do job's for we couldn't find any carts so she asked a worker he told her they charge 25 cents for carts & you get it back when you return cart so the lady asked another worker about it & she helped us out & got us a cart no problem well the 1st worker came over very upset & rudely speaking stating don't expect this treatment everytime you come in here & he has an eye on her for causing trouble I was in shock the lady I do work for spends thousands there @ Lowe's. I always have to ask for help at this store the workers will see you looking & walk right by you unless you ask for help. I had better experience's at the South Center Lowe's .

Nate Rock: I made use of the Lowe’s on Rainer for a ton of things over the summer, AC units during the heat dome, paint and touch up materials, and for my final last minute need, I scooped up a Kobalt tool backpack as an extra bag for transporting some special personal items. The staff and store were friendly. Defiantly make sure to check them out when you need to do that next do-it-yourself or home improvement project!

Danielle Amory: I'm worse than anyone when it comes to tools, projects and for just window shopping here. If I ever win the Lotto, half the funds will go into lighting, a new band saw, tool kit and lumber. Yes, the HD has stuff too but for big projects or needing someone with more knowledge to tell me how to do things without ending up in the emergency room, Lowe's works for me.

Bryan Rosendale: (Old review)This place is horrible. It’s almost impossible to get any help without walking across the entire store to get it. Then you are lucky if that person has a clue. Most of the stuff I purchase here falls apart or deteriorates within a couple months. For example I bought a “neverleaks” water hose storage box less than a year ago. It’s literally collapsing inside and wouldn’t unreel my hose. I’ve injured my wrist trying to use it and they wouldn’t take it back once I got the hose off. Don’t shop here and if you have to be very smart about what you purchase. (1/13/22) I’ve noticed a huge positive change in the customer service quality and am pretty happy with it so I’ve upgraded to a 2. Unfortunately just a two because today I was accosted by a gentleman working the register spewing a Lowe’s “story” that veteran (I am a veteran) discounts should only be for drafted veterans. Seems to me like a lie that Lowe’s is now trying to push to change the narrative and get a little more money in shareholders pockets. Very sad. Whether we were drafted or not we risked our lives to protect wall street so they can get rich off the backs of hardworking Americans. All veterans deserve and appreciate the recognition for that sacrifice.

Tiffanie Nelson: I didn't not get to pick my delivery Lowes they assigned it to us. This Lowes did not bring the power cord for our new stove nor the water hose for our new refrigerator. The Lowes rep that I called and spoke to was extremely rude and should not be interacting with humans as if it was my fault I did not get the product and she informed me they have extra. They do not have EXTRA NEW parts they installed a USED cord onto my stove that they had on their truck, the cord was clearly used it was covered in grease and dirt. The rep on the phone refused to take any consideration that I did not get new parts nor care about the issue at all. When you pay 7000.00 for appliances I guess you should not expect the cords that you also paid extra for to actually come with the appliances so you can use them safely!

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Richey Liddell: Hopefully somebody that cares will see this I have an account there I love this store but the customer service really sucks! I'm trying to by a DeWalt router they did not have it in stock so I went to the customer service desk and a guy named Richard really f'ed up my order said I could come and pick up at the store the following Tuesday he took my gift card would not accept cash for the difference so I used my credit card for the balance then the dummy didn't process the order we call to check on it today and he never put the order in so some genius today gives me a store credit and refunded my credit card so I could buy the tool online The store credit doesn't work online! Do you guys train anyone?

Zogy: I work for a very large Seattle area construction company and have a company card. I’m required to submit receipts for tax audit purposes. If I don’t turn one in, it comes out of my paycheck. I lost two Home Depot receipts last week, for almost $400 combined, so I was going to have to go to each of the two stores to get them. These stores are on the opposite ends of the Seattle area, where traffic is horrific. This would have been a 3-4 trip, minimum, and not the way to spend a weekend day. I was shopping at the Covington store and as I was checking out, I figured I’d ask if they could print my receipts, despite being a different store. The guy at customer service called a manager, Ian. When I told Ian what I wanted, he said he didn’t know how to do that, but he would try. What a CHAMP! It would have been SO easy to just say, “oh, sorry, I can’t do that.” I would not have known. It wouldn’t have made me mad at him or Home Depot. But he didn’t. He spent the time to figure out how to find my receipts with the info I had (date, store, amount, card), and print them for me. The way I look at it is this: Ian spent 10-15 min of his time to give me back my entire Sunday. I hope your District Manager (or whoever is above you) sees this and gives you a raise, promotion, or pat on the back. Maybe all three.

Jaswinder Singh: Ian and Megan gave the best service since i am going in home depot. Every customer wants this kind of service and satisfaction. I hope you guys will stay longer in this store . Thank you

Scott Sherman: The employees’ are the best thing about this superstore.

Marisol Vazquez: I usually go to rent work equipment, many of the times it is in very bad condition but they know it, we as clients do not know until we make use of it, so it is important even if they review it also before taking them out of the store or upload it to the truck check them, today for example rent a simple trailer, usually due to bad experiences in this store with the team, check the trailer, the man who attended me just installed the safety hooks and left, I of course made sure That hooks, ramp and more were well, but my surprise was that the lights did not work, I immediately went to warn and the person who was there only said, yes he knew it did not work, and so rented it, luckily I checked and I took a police ticket or an accident, I hope someone takes responsibility in this department. It is unfortunate that they, knowing that this trailer does not work, continue to rent, annex photo for future rentals ... I have and another thing I have to refer days to get the money back from the cancellation when they are the ones with the problem. very bad reputation!

Anthony Boden: I shop here probably almost every week. The staff at this store is very helpful. My only complain is the access this location, you need to wait several minutes to make a turn. They need to adjust the traffic lights...

Robin Spisak: Stopped in for some pine boards. Check out was friendly and fast. Free on site parking.

Melinda Miner: It's Home Depot what's not to love! I do have to say the staff is extra courteous friendly and helpful at this location. I've done a lot of business at this location and preferred over the federal way or the Kent location. They seem to have better stock at this Home Depot, plus the garden area is superb. Worth the drive to go to Covington Home Depot.

Yvette Sargent: Awesome selection of house plants. All in excellent condition at reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

James Solberg: It’s October 17th. You no longer sell Halloween stuff and have a full Christmas display. Photo related.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Kamel Shikh: Customer service has improved alot. They deserve our thanks. They have most of what you need for construction. Good location. Good quality material. Really big huge store. Lots of parking. Easy loading

Ryan Glassey: The store itself is fine, but I'd strongly advise against using their tool rental service. The employee renting me the tool couldn't demonstrate how to set it up (told me to Google it) and the tool was missing an accessory that I explicitly asked for while I was there picking the tool up. They listed the accessory on my contract but when I went to use the tool the accessory was no where to be found. When I took the tool back they told me they don't rent that accessory and didn't know why it was listed on my contract. I was able to get a full refund, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I'd recommend going anywhere else to rent tools.

Jerry Chen: Been coming to this HD for 2+ years for various gardening and home improvement needs and while I've had a generally great experience--the curbside/item pickup experience is generally terrible. Over the course of many pickups through the years, there's been times where I've had to wait for more than a half hour without any indication that my curbside order would be delivered (which I've never had an issue at the Lander) and upon going inside, I discover another half hour wait. Pick up counter seems to be very easily backed up (likely management is the one at blame here). So otherwise, I've had lots of helpful staff offer advice and generally have no issues here besides the pickup desk.

J.P Peterson: Really dissatisfied with the lack of organization. Someone thought it would be a good idea to make pro check out with two sides funnel from one line. After waiting for half an hour for help to get a tool, I was going to be there at least another 45 minutes in line. I shouldn't be surprised it is home Depot but it caught me off guard. The employees were kind but if I am a contractor and need to buy materials for a job and there is no distinction between regular homeowners asking for advice at the front of the line it is not a real place for me to go. I would rather pay more at Grainger for the tools. Dunn lumber is best for materials.

Aleksandar Drumev: Ordered blinds for $3300, it took them two months to even get to schedule installation, the measurements were proper but they were ordered wrong by the sales rep Mariflor Luna, so I have no blinds in the living room, they supposed to call me for follow up within 24-48 hours. Nobody did! And I spoke with the installers and they told me Home depot rep supposed to call, they didn’t. Horrible customer service and very poor explanation for the blinds visibility through and outside , the rep Mariflor couldn’t explain the details properly, didn’t communicate, very unprofessional!Don’t visit this location

Ags Cruzado: Me and my spouse were at Home Depot Tukwila looking for a Voltage Tester… asked one of their associate and he was just too Awesome (He goes by “The Jim”) after explaining to him what my spouse needed it for , he walked him to the area to get it then he also taught me and showed me how he would use it and he made sure that my husband was clearly understanding how to handle changing the existing light switch to a Smart Switch. The kind of service that he provided is what what makes customers come back Not only for the product but because we are assured that we will get things done right.Thank you “ The Jim” you just made my husband feel more confident that he can do his project!

Christina Hou: Overall it's a great Home Depot. But don't ever order online and pick up in store. It's much faster to just come here, grab the items yourself, and wait in that line to pay for it. You'd probably finish before you even got to your turn in the customer service line. I'm disappointed Home Depot. People order online to pick up in store to save time. Not spend more time in store waiting in line.

Emily Brooker: We're here so often when my toddler plays/pretends she's going to work, she says she works at home Depot 😆. Getting into the plaza is a bit dicey since Costco is right behind it but if you can deal with a little bit of a funnel getting in, then your good! If I could suggest anything, it would be some grounds cleaning. I've brought my kids here several times to clean up trash because they were acting entitled. But between the taco time nearby, stander bys and the driveway to Costco there is always a ton of garbage tossed in the parking lot.

Jose Calvario: Home Depot came through where Lowe's couldn't!! I went 2 different Lowe's before coming here. Both of them, online, said they had what I wanted in stock but didn't. I come here and there isn't any in the bay, but they were up on the racks... and it took at least an hr for the forklift driver to get them down. Just glad that in the end the quality of the post hole digger I was in search of, finally ended!

Mehrdad Izad: As a Glass and Window Company we place many orders here, Micki the order specialist is the most responsive, friendly employee I’ve ever seen. She’s been super helpful with our orders, followed up every order and kept us posted on each project. Thank you for your hard work Micki!!!

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Matt Jennings: Sadly after buying from home depot since it arrived in burlington Washington. My wife and I are no longer shopping there due to the way they have complicated the process of getting my wife's military discount. I understand the need to verify being military but to make you download an app and sign up for something else instead of the worker saying a simple thank you for your service does matter to those who did their time... that being said if the take the customer service and personality out of the experience then why wouldn't I buy online from another cheaper company? Better yet I see it's time for us to spend our money in our small town lumber yard and hardware store. As I should have been doing all along

Carol Thomas: Paint and carpet departments were very helpful and friendly if you have a little time and patience. The size of the place can be daunting so set a pace that can span more than a day if you're planning a large or multiple projects. Prices are reasonably competitive and selection is hard to beat for cleaning supplies or lumber and electrical stuff. I was disappointed they had only only one paint brand to offer. Not mine.

Alyssa and Michael Ano-Lankford: This Store is the Worst. My partner and I own a real estate business so I’d say we spend thousands a month at Home Depot for remodeling projects. We never have issues at the Bellingham store but the people at this Burlington store are beyond incompetent. Not a single associate there wants to help. I ordered a fridge for one of my rentals and it came in damaged so we sent it back. I called the Burlington store 4 days later to ask when we’d be getting our refund and I was immediately transferred to appliances. I was on hold for 17 minutes. A woman in appliances answered the phone loudly with just, “APPLIANCES”. I told her the situation with the fridge and she cut me off and said I needed customer service who is the correct department to deal with refunds. I advised her I was transferred to her from customer service to which she cuts me off again and says, “Well I can’t help you, you need customer service.” Then without a word she transferred me back to customer service where I waited another 11 minutes only to get the phone picked up and hung up on. I will be calling corporate as every single time we’ve called or gone in to the Burlington store we were met with trouble and incompetent service. I’d recommend going to Lowe’s or the Bellingham store where people at least want to help and have an idea as to what they’re doing.

P S: 2022 lots of product. Lots of gardening tools, plants, soil, containers. Very busy at least last weekend due to the sunshine. They have outdoor furniture out now with canopies etc., and cushions for outdoor chairs. Still the best place to look at things hands on for projects. Mostly self checkout but very helpful people if you have a problem.

Brian Cameron: Nice that they have courteous workers, looking for something just ask. They will help you find what you Are looking for...

Andrea Santiago: Worst place to use for a kitchen remodel. Its been a year sense they started the remodel and haven't finished. A lot of the things that where ordered where either damaged or not correct. Needless to say the cabinets are damaged. The intallers damaged the freshly painted walls, the light switch and the laminate flooring installed is covered in glue also no sink because the plumber can't put it together due to the counters not been done. Believe me they've been contacted several times and all they do is go back and forth via email and never have a solution nor do thwy have any information on when they will have things finished. They where payed in full and wont even refund our money or oder new items to replace the damaged things. Please be very careful when contracting them for any type of remodels.

Jarrod Lee: I've always found help when needed and have been treated very well here in the Burlington Home Depot. I have never felt pressured or rushed and have gotten assistance many times to help load stuff. Love shopping here!

David DeSousa: Way better than team blue, seem to stock better but it's hard these days because the suppliers are lame! Shortages are becoming an everyday condition so be willing to change your approach, work with the problem a try to not take it out on the innocent! Good luck!!

Rose Dawson: I'm not sure whats going on with this Home Depot but the staff has been rude I got some paint for a project in my house. The lady was rude when I had grabbed a couple of clearance paint cans and told me that we can't use those and wouldn't explain why instead upsold expensive cans instead. Mind you I was trying to get basic paint with color added thats all. So she made it to where I don't want to go back here again. She also made me feel so rushed like I was wasting her time and I was there at a time of day when it wasn't busy and nobody else was in the department. Home depot was my go to and now I have to go off island just to get better service elsewhere. Which I ended up going to Lowes for my other paint needs.

steven shepherd: Good customer service from Roxane and Kimberly. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the screwed up situation that brought me back to the store-- my blinds weren't cut correctly. If Patricia is working, she won't be helpful because she did everything to avoid acknowledging me. Thank goodness for Blaine who rectified the situation. Too bad it was a day late.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Niv P: Staff was super helpful. They have great options and We found everything we were looking for.

Michael Td Roberts: I am writing this for my dissatisfied experience I had with Home Depot in SODO district regarding my appliance buying experience. I came here to buy several appliances for my place and when I talked to the sales person they mentioned that there will be a 20% sale the next day on all yellow tag items. I arrived and picked 3 yellow tag items and 1 non tag item. After getting the appliances picked I went through the buying process and when it came to the 20% discount I was not discounted 20% for all yellow tag items. At the end, in tiny little writing said "only selected items". This is a total bait and switch because the sales person didn't even know which items were discounted. I ended in not buying all the appliances leaving the store in frustration and disappointment for wasting my time. #localguides

Trayton Shelton: Love coming here when Ed is working, he is very knowledgeable, quick with the rental process, he knows how to do this department very well. Every time I've been here he's been very helpful and has great insight which has helped me quite a bit, especially tips for the tools when I'm working on my clients projects. 10/10 would recommended Ed as your rental guy if you come here. Everything else with this store is good, I haven't been disappointed yet. Probably the only Home Depot in Washington I've been to where the app actually has the right isles/quantities/availablity of items too. Props you guys, I choose to go out of my way to come here to this store.

Mary Lynn Bryant: This location has a great selection of plants, seeds and gardening supplies. Everything is in good condition and well organized. My only issue was nobody in the gardening section outside could help me find what I needed. They need to hire at least one person with gardening knowledge/experience.

Ryan B: Was shopping there for the first time today and got some gutter guards, a cordless drill and some lumber. There were a ton of people working and it was easy to find help when I needed to unlock the cordless drill. Their selection of lumber is also the best in the area. And when the gutter guards didn't have certain screws in the box that were supposed to come with it, the store manager refunded me 50% and promised to send me screws basically the next day so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back.

Zoey Z.: the best hardware store I've ever experienced. staff were helpful and friendly, two associates actually asked if I needed help instead of having to chase someone around like I usually do at Lowes. Selection was good, found exactly what I was looking for, with competitive prices. Definitely going to come here instead of the Lowes on Rainier even though this Home Depot is a little farther from me.

Nami N: I've been to Home Depot in various places lately, the service is better than before. The floor inside the store is clean and no trash. I came to buy 2 of 4x4 wooden posts and some parts. They were quickly found where the lumbar was. Everything has been raised prices, but it can't be helped. I always see the gardening center at the end. There are lots of indoor and outdoor plants and I buy something while I'm watching. The colorful flowers and trees are fascinating and always exceed my budget. Shop all your home improvement needs at the store or online.

Tricia Chinn Campbell: This had to be the best experience in a home improvement store that one could ask for. The Downtown Seattle store (among other retailers throughout the state) was dealing with call after call and request after request for any and all portable air conditioning units. Having had a 110 degree day in Seattle (which hasn't ever happened in my lifetime), all stores were out of stock. I was visiting my parents and realized they needed a replacement. Saw online that this store would have it. They hadn't received it. Had been waiting a couple days for an emergency shipment by truck coming to the Seattle area. There was hope though. Many of us arrived around 5AM and it was down to only a handful who could wait and waited. Managers, Mike, Cody (who greeted every single person with a smile at 5AM who was waiting in line), and Dan (from the Merchandising Team) were so kind, incredibly empathetic and were just as hopeful as we were. It didn't help that we waited with our carts in the section of empty a/c shelves. They knew we were doing our best not to leave without an a/c unit. They even graciously brought us bottled water. They did not need to do that but it was a simple yet kind gesture. By chance and patience, the truck arrived 4 hours later and they led us to what felt like gold. I seriously will NEVER shop anywhere beside Home Depot from now on. In fact, Downtown Seattle (Lander location) is my place. Thanks so much to the kind, honest and incredibly amazing team at Home Depot Lander. You have a 'forever' customer. On a separate note, Dan (in the pic) mentioned to a small group of us that he has been working for with Home Depot for 18 years - we get it. Clearly a great company. You can get items from anywhere - but it's the people that make a business stand out.

Steven Nelson: Unfortunately, this home-improvement store is the most convenient to my house, but I avoid it now whenever I can. The check-out crew are typically great, but my experience with the floor staff is that, at best, they avoid interacting with customers, and, at worst, are rude, dismissive or interject their unsolicited political views. The store is a mess compared to other area locations.

Luke Thompson: When some other fireplace store wanted $3500 to finish my fireplace surround, I decided to visit this Home Depot store. Dropped $153 and did the work myself. This downtown store is a bit of a drive for everyone, but this was the BIGGEST and NICEST home depot I have ever been inside. They had everything, and it was super clean and the staff was very chill and nice. Got a big project, consider visiting this store.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Bojan Vukadinovic: My favorite go to store, with plenty of helpful staff to guide you around where the things are, vs. exploring the whole warehouse... saves you time and more importantly avoiding the frustration for having to chase ghosts throughout the store. For mini projects, in and out in 15min is the ultimate goal...

Lin Wolf: Looking for plants and paint. Plants were plentiful, most in bud or bloom, which means that most of spring/summer there will only be foliage. Seemed to be lots of seasonal help, but no one was knowledgeable. So know what you want before you go. Prices are very reasonable. Ordered a paint sample. A 6 oz. jar is about $6 - more than enough to paint a good-sized swatch on your wall. Only took 7-8 minutes. 👍

Dan Hoyt (Higgs-Boson): One of the better home depots for sure. Employees Even tends to be a little more knowledgeable, store is well stocked and pretty clean. And usually have pretty good luck finding decent wood here.

Steve Hiday: I frequently visit the garden center here and always find what I need. This Home Depot stays pretty busy, especially on nice days and all weekends. There are literally tons of options for soil, compost, and the full range of landscaping needs. otherwise it's your standard Home Depot with all the tools and appliances you would expect. Olympic Otter

Han Xia: Helpful employees, easy returns, and easy order pick-up. I have never had this experience at two different Lowe's locations that I have been to. I will definitely recommend people to come to Home Depot if they're looking for tools.

Tara Jennings: Ordered a dishwasher. They came within the window to install it…. That’s why they got 2 stars and not one. They refused to install it because the one being taken out was commercial????Same size, 4 screws, one plug, and a hose, just like the one going in. Trying to call Home Depot and no one there is answering the phone, gave up after 30 min. 2cd project that I had them do that went not right, still waiting for the right color handles on the sliding door I had done 5 years ago…will absolutely use a different company for any future projects.

Bareed Bareedg: Disappointing Chinese lady works at the check out has a super poor english and ruthless personality.

gavin krzykalski: Absolute worst home-depot I’ve had the displeasure of shopping at. I was literally looking at what I wanted to by and the foreign worker that couldn’t speak English kept telling me to wait for over 30 minutes before walking out of the store. I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was, I even did his job for him, he turned what would’ve been a quick and painless shopping experience into a completely infuriating and unfruitful trip to the store. This is the last time I visit home depot in the “Richest City in America”. What a joke of customer service.

Skip Stocks: The female paint associate was just surly; couldn't read her name. Not just me, observed her interaction with an Asian woman Customer before me. She was competent, just lacking in service qualities. The younger, male associate was much more friendly and helpful. For some reason, the checkout lines were woefully understaffed too; took me 20 mins to check out.

Courtney S: If Google allowed fractional stars in reviews, this review of the Bellevue Home Depot would be a 2.5. So few things in life are truly binary—we live in a world where shades of gray reign supreme. This Home Depot, however, is a notable exception. In over year and a half of living in Bellevue, I’ve shopped here many, many times. I’ve gone in store to shop, and ordered online to collect at the store. Every time, my experience is either stellar, or leaves me livid and cursing the fact that I live on the west coast, and the Home Depot national customer complaint line closed hours previous to my visit. Let’s start with the positive: the store is ALWAYS clean, and orderly, as far as can be reasonably expected for a hardware store. The store is in a safe area of town, and their site reflects that—I’ve never felt unsafe walking in the parking lot alone after dark. The aisles and bays are all clearly marked, which makes it easy to find the product you’re looking for, especially if you pre-identified the in-store location online. Other Home Depot’s I’ve visited frequently don’t have the bays labeled, so it’s nice this place does. Now, the bad—staffing. The whole store seems to run on 40% of the staff needed at any given time. When I’d pick up online orders between 4-6 pm (on week days), I could expect to wait about 20-40 minutes for an associate to bring my order to my car. More often than not, after checking in on the app for pickup, I’d have to call the store and ask if anyone’s going to bring me my order. The associates I talked to in these instances are always very apologetic and customer-oriented, but it’s abundantly clear that they’re overworked. Picking up an order between 9-11 a.m. was met with the exact same outcome. So, I changed tactics—in-store shopping only to avoid delays. My most recent visit was at 11:45 a.m., on a Tuesday. I grabbed the three (3) small items I needed and went to check out. Of the 10+ registers, and 4-6 self-checkout lanes, only 2 registers with associates were open—and one of those was the lane designated for the “Pro’s” (e.g. contractors, tradesmen, etc). So, one lane for plebe customers, such as myself. No matter, I’m a millennial, I live for self-checkout. Well, the queue for the self-checkout area was already 10 customers deep when I got in line. The customers already at the kiosk were all having a rough time checking themselves out—at one point, every single station was flagging for an associate to come further the transaction. That one poor associate assigned to self-checkout duty was overloaded, and being monopolized by one family. The associate who was working the only register actually had to pause her queue to try to help out the self-checkout folks, but 2 associates are poorly matched against that many irritated, waiting customers. As I’m witnessing this comedy of errors unfold (and, admittedly, allowing myself to get ticked off), another employee came moseying down the aisle. He surveyed the backlog of waiting customers (now stacked 15 deep), looked over at the 2 floundering associates, and remarked “hm I wonder who’s supposed to be over here,” and sauntered off! And before you judge me for my scathing remarks, let me tell you, this guy was absolutely in a “team lead” or “floor manager” role, and it wasn’t the first negative observation I’ve had of him. You see the front is slammed, and you don’t jump on a register, or hustle an associate from another department to provide temporary relief? C’mon. Of that trip, I spent 30 minutes in the store—4 finding what I needed, 25 waiting in line, and 1 checking myself out. Before any lunchtime rush. On a Tuesday. Summary: when you’re fortunate enough to actually get an associate, they’re rock stars. Too bad you’ll spend 80% of your time there waiting to talk to one, if you don’t get fed up and take your business to Lowe’s before that.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Rahab Waithira: I am disappointed with the services from home Depot, from communication to delivery. This delivery was for some with Physical and speech disability and he had given instructions of how this delivery was going to be delivered in his Condo. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 2nd June 2022. It was left out and can see water dripping from the roof, it's electrical, very dangerous situation. They charged very expensive for delivery and when they're asked to wave the delivery fees they said that they can't. The Customer have no equipment to bring it up to the 2nd floor where his Condo is. So disappointed.

miguel dacosta: What a joke I would be embarrassed to be managing this store I was unable to get my cart and child down any of the Isles. Went to Lowes and had access to the products and my business.

Yvonne Plata: Store itself is good. I usually find what I am looking for. I decided to have 6 window replaced. Measurement guy came out. They wouldn't do 1 window so removed from project. When installer came out the window was incorrectly measured, too small. Since original window was already removed he installed incorrect size and chalked the edges. New window arrived several months later. Latches were incorrect. I was told I had to finish paying for them. I was afraid once they had my money I would be forgotten. That turned out to be true. People I dealt with have gone to other jobs. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME ON THEIR OWN. I call but nothing from them. Took 4 months to get new latches and turns out they were still incorrect. Received call from installer stating latches were wrong. He is subcontractor for Home Depot. But came up with solution, he could go to warehouse and get comparable latches. Worked out finally. This project took 10 months. I tried talking and emailing managers, assistant managers, installation managers all to no avail. You can't find email addresses. But I did find email for CEO. emailed him. Gee, coincidence - I heard from Issaquah Home Depot 2 days after. I had lots of projects lined up to have done this year. They are nor getting my work. Best people I dealt with were the sub-contractors.

Tony Simmons: I tried to purchase a circular metal raised garden bed without any success. They have had the item in stock for a month, but cannot locate it in the computer system... therefore there is no price to complete the transaction. No one can seem to resolve this issue. One employee actually suggested it was not in the system because it was a returned item... I asked if the other dozen plus items in stock were also returns. Needless to say I left without my intended purchase and a VERY NEGATIVE experience. If I decide to shop at Home Depot again it will be at another location despite the fact it will be an inconvenience. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

David Eberharter: My youngest son and I went to Issaquah to clean and repair a number of things like a moldy glass and metal deck railing, shower caulking, water filter, carpet to vinyl transition strip and lighting. Needed some parts and pieces and Home Depot was nearby. Very busy large store with helpful staff. Got everything needed and got it all done. Again, large store, huge stock, helpful staff!!!

Luxy Castilleja: I have never left a review on a place before, but felt that I had to after my experience at this Home Depot today. I was excited to be moving to the area, and went to go buy moving boxes from this Home Depot. Upon self checkout, I had an older, white, male worker there breathing down only my neck to ensure that I wasn't stealing. He verbally questioned my scans and checked the screen over and over while rudely staring at me way too close for comfort. I am half Latina and fully felt that this was racially charged as there was no reason to think that I was stealing and as I watched, I realized that he did this to no one else but me. The boxes were very big for me, so at first I assumed that maybe he was waiting to offer me help as I could hardly carry them myself, but all I received was rude microaggressions from him. I did not feel welcomed at this Home Depot and will never return there. I hope that no one else has to experience what I did while shopping there.

Kalyan Nistala: Good one. You will find almost everything you need for your home. The associates are very helpful in guiding you to pick correct items based on dimensions. Their garden center is awesome with great quality plants - flowers and fruits. Whenever I go to home depot,.I just want to spend the whole day there.

Ashwin Bharghav B: Well organized and cleanly maintained store. People are friendly and helpful. Recommend searching on their website for what you are looking for, get the aisle no. And then go to the corresponding isle to buy stuff.

Jaswinder Singh: This is super frustating because they promise me to deliver on friday on may 27 2022 now they reschedule without any intimation to me for next week . When i call to manager Annie she talked to me rudely and said we do not how how it happened and we can not do anything . I already hired somebody to work in my home and they charge me their labour cost because home depot cancelled my delivery on time . I recommend to everyone do not go to home depot issaquah . I do not know how a manager can irresponsible and rude even when their own fault. Super super frustating

Vladimir Lebed: Nice and friendly staff. Unloaded my truck quickly.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Sina Lovette: So nice to have a fan and air purifier at the same time. And I'm so happy I got this on a very good deal during sale event. Many thanks to Home Depot as well for having these cool products.

Jody Teddi: You can get everything you need here. I enjoy walking in each aisle and listening to the good music. Yes, I can spend hours in here looking around. I only wish they had more plant options. Friendly workers and quick service :)

Judith Tegen: Went looking for metal mailbox numbers. We were able to get three of the four. Had great assistance from a store employee who went through box after box looking for our missing 6. Didn't find one but came up with a solution...use a 9 and flip it. Great customer service at the Delridge location.

Tiffany Weber: I mainly just used the tool rental, so can’t comment about the rest of the store. I wanted to make sure to give Steve, in tool rental, 5 stars because I really appreciated his help. He was professional and helpful. I’m in the middle of moving, which is really stressful, so the ease of renting the shampooer from the department was one of those small things that makes for a big help. He showed me how to use it, really quick, prior to sending it out. If anyone dislikes the chemical smells of standard carpet shampoo, I showed a pix of the one I purchased from this store. Theres a very faint smell, but I have a very strong sense of smell so most probably wouldn’t even smell that.

Michael Campbell: Not sure if its me or just bad service. Ordered a bunch for floor tile from them and when it came time to pickup, it took forever. First they needed to find the pallet, then find someone that could drive a forklift. After waiting an hour they pulled the pallet for me. When I saw it, it had a smashed box of tiles near the bottom row. I ask them to pull it out and credit me back, but that was my mistake I guess. The guys stood there confused at what to do. They just needed to open the pallet and pull it out but I guess that was too much for them. So they sent me to customer service where I had to wait for a manager. The manager told me I could have a 10% credit, or to bring the case back later for credit. I thought wow what a crazy way to do things. Anyhow, this is what you can expect from Home Depot.

Simon Belmont: Didn't get overly much help from employees. But on the other hand they didn't give me a hard time for coming in with only a couple minutes until close. I was in and out. I look forward to visiting this location again.

Otter Grotto: TERRIBLE customer service! I was just there looking for chain link fence parts. I asked FOUR different employees on the whereabouts of parts, and was sent in FOUR different directions! After TOURING the store THREE times, and finding nothing, I asked a FIFTH employee, who then called management. Turns out the chain link fence and parts have been discontinued at this location! Way to be on the same page, folks! I'll just stick with the competition from now on.....😡😡😡

Mary Stence: On Home Depot online said one of product we wanted was available for pick up today at Seattle Lander location. We tried calling to verify but they could not locate. We tried ordering for curb side pick up but but said my card was not valid. Went to the store to check none found. Ordered on line with same invalid card for free home delivery in three days. We'll see. Very frustrating!

Wayne Kaye: It's your standard Home Depot with all the essentials. The store employee i flagged down when i first walked in was terrific with helping me find the items I needed and it's just a mile away from my job -- couldn't ask for much more than that.

David Fitzpatrick: Richard in the parking lot tonight helped me load 22 bags of gravel on separate visits to the store too!. Offered him a Venmo tip (I don’t carry cash) to show my thanks. He politely declined and wished me a good night. Four late night projects gone bad he was a godsend and another reason I keep shopping this Home Depot location.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Drita D'Alessandro: We went through Home Depot for our Quartz counter tops, new smart fridge, and new convection double oven. The Good: Home Depot matched prices of other stores on the fridge and stove. The process for ordering the kitchen counter was fairly easy and we even got money back when they sent out the guy to measure our countertops. The Bad: Counter Tops were delivered by two guys that looks to be about 21-22. They were pretty talkative and I could hear them in the other room talking about questionable things. I didn't care as long as they installed my counter tops well. Which they did. EXCEPT, they dented my microwave, and also put a hole in my wall. And worst of all, they put a small scratch on my new fridge. I had offered to move it out of the way and they had refused, so I'm salty about that. The other bad thing is my stove. I ordered it and they said delivery would take 5 months. That was fine, as the kitchen was set to be done by then. Delivery date came, and I got notice I now have to wait another 3 months for it. I wish they would have told me originally it was on such a bad back order because the place they price matched it from had some in stock to deliver right away. Now I am going to be waiting another 3 months for a stove I paid for over 5 months ago...

Angela Barr: Great store with helpful, friendly staff. We appreciate all of the help we've received on projects from there & they don't laugh when we make six trips in one day to get something right. 😅

Kellie Holland: Parker Jacobson helped us with our pick up order and he did a great job. We showed up before our order was ready and he had no problem getting it together and helping us get it and get out of there. Parker deserves a pat on the back and a raise.

Viki Smithburg: We went in , found what we needed, had great service in the paint Dept from the guy from Texas. My Texas family dates back to the early 1800s. 👨‍🌾Checking out, again great service!

Heather Bauman: Needed to return a chainsaw chain. Customer service exchanged it no problem. Got the correct chain and an employee was helpful in locating the correct spark plug I needed.

S.D.S.: What can I say... HD usually has everything I need unlike Lowes. One thing never changes... No one around to help customers with questions in aisles. That's really kinda aggravating.

Francisco Dinis: It's a Home Depot. You know what you will get and their prices are lower than Lowes. This had a better selection than the one in Hermiston

SLiM: Outdoor flowers and plants everywhere. It took a little longer this year, but they all look healthy. The flowers I bought are beautiful.

Dallin Huffaker: There is a ton going on in this place! Super busy and just about everything you could ever need for home-improvment or repair work. We came here to get some material to fix some plumbing and we found what we needed right away!

Kathy: Got what I needed and got the heck out of there. Their location isn't one of my favorite places to drive to. Too much traffic, I'm a country girl, I don't do city traffic.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Leilani Hill: I ordered over $1000 in totes and paid $80 for them to be delivered 2 miles from the store. Issue 1- A lid and one to were delivered broken. I took it to the store I purchased them and they exchanged it no problem. But why pay $80 for delivery when they didn't even make sure all the items were undamaged. Issue 2- I had three different sized types ordered and they delivered 4 of the 5 totes and all of the lids. I called the store and explained the issue. They asked me to come pick up a replacement and they 'd give me a small credit for my "trouble". I told them that I didn't think it would fit in my car due to the size which is why I paid for delivery. They said they'd deliver it in the next week, but I didn't receive it. The following week I received two delivery notification that an hour later had the status is canceled. No communication from home depot. Issue 3- 2 of the 10 same sized tote lids were the wrong size. Fed up with this and issue 2 I went to customer service at the store. The lady accused me of lying about where I placed the order. Told me the bitter lake store handled the order and I'd have to deal with them. Since the delivery was canceled twice she offered to refund me, told me that you're want in stock, and that I could exchange the lids this one time but they wouldn't do it again. No apology, no ownership for home depot multiple mistakes. Then she told me to go find the replacement lids. I had to go find them and what do you know they had the tote that I needed to bottom for as well. She didn't want to let me have it and called a manager. I hear her tell the manager that the order is from bitter lake store even though the customer says she ordered it here. Manager OKs it and she scans it and says, "Are you happy now?" The bitter lake store is over 20 miles away and I live in Woodinville why would I drive 30 minutes when my local store is less than 5 minutes away. Worst customer service experience. I'll never buy from home depot again. Save yourself the hassle. Come here to look at stuff and then order it from Amazon with free delivery. You won't receive broken goods and your whole order will arrive. This company doesn't deserve your business.

Sugar Vampy: Excellent customer service every time. Most notably, Andrew was extremely patient with helping me find the right parts for my plumbing project and Kyle went above and beyond to help bring a flatbed cart for my shelving. Never had issues with doing any returns either--super fast and painless with a recent receipt!

John Hieber: Went into the bothell store and bought a dozen 10ft lengths of 3/4” EMT, got home and realized all of the pieces measure 98”, called Home Depot and they told me I could rent a truck to bring the pieces back

Cindy Sawyer: I can usually find what I need here. Customer service was nice and helpful. I just went to buy a bottle of spray paint and the gal there was very helpful. Then I was trying to find the section that made keys. I gave up and one of the same associate heard me talking to my boyfriend about it and he was very nice and offered to walk me to the key making section.

Matthew Kent: This Home Depot is pretty much your average Home Depot, but with the friendliest staff I've ever come across. I'm okay with the usual indifferent staff at these places, as I'd just get through my day if I worked there. However, this place has genuinely happy people... Kind of odd if you ask me, but I figure worth noting if your halfway between Redmond and Bothell locations.

Dave Heberer: There are common things not stocked, they are phasing out brands I've used for a while so it's hard to match on replacement. Home Depot also requires you to install their app to get veterans discount instead of linking it to your phone number and their interaction with their online presence is atrocious. I give them 2 stars instead of one because the people there are nice and somewhat knowledgeable. The store is hot garbage. Go to mclendons, it's down the road

Amir Ab: Great staff and customer service Great inventory online and in the store People are helpful. Before covid they offered free coffee as well. Hopefully bringing it back : ) Amazing inventory online Huge warehouse with many rental units suck as pickup trucks, landscaping, tools. #shopping #tools #garden #landscaping #homedepot

tani loves books: Do not order for pick up! They say it will be ready in 2 hours but it WILL NOT BE. I've been waiting and waiting and all Home Depot CS had to say was that they are "working on it" and "it will be at least another hour". And I can't cancel it and just go in to get the items myself for some reason on their website. I needed the items today while the sun is up, not just before closing tonight when it's too late to do the work I need the items for. This store is over crowded, under staffed, and terrible at managing incoming online orders. Go elsewhere.

Brandon Bourgoin: Excellent customer service from Edward in plumbing! I couldn't find a part and when I asked him it was like a Google search. He walked right over to where the exact piece was and handed me what I needed. Thank you Edward, I'll be coming back to the store again because of you!!

Sean Frigon: Great customer service. Employees all over the store to help you. And on a busy Saturday! Oh and they had everything we needed in store with well stocked shelves. Just wow. Highly recommend!

The Home Depot: what do users think?

C. Kellen: Fantastic! Brandon in the paint department was so helpful and patient with me. I told him what I was trying to match color wise. It was a pretty impossible task given that it probably 4 to 5 colors mixed together on a piece of jewelry. He told me a great way to do it, actually giving me a few wonderful ideas. Suggested a couple of different styles of paint, too. He was not a pushy salesperson at all. But almost like getting great advice from a trusted friend. I'm going back there soon to get the actual paint. Everyone was helpful and friendly all around.

Chapman Anderson: Home Depot, what does it not have for home improvement, the place has everything imaginable. And it isn't hard to find you can ask an employee or follow the isle signs to find whatever you need or want. Strongly suggest. But the prices are a little high for some things word of warning. The place has wood, power tools, yard work improvement, and so much more you can find everything imaginable there for anything you need. Go there sometime if you haven't already. Though again I am disappointed about the high prices.

Emily D: Ordered SCHEDULED delivery. I waited 6am to 8pm for delivery and they kept telling me it was coming. It never did. So instead of fixing the problem and getting it to me ASAP they said they can get to me in 5 days. I called and asked to be first on the delivery list and the CSR said I’d be “lucky” to have that happen. She could not care less. Terrible experience. Now I wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery. I also have to cancel the guy I hired to install today. Do better Home Depot.

Sandy Malone: I knew exactly what I needed. Found it fast, was asked if I needed help (unlike Lowe's), only 2 people in front of me in line, quickly checked out by a nice checker, and I was on my way. I always have a good experience at this Home depot. 🙂

Kay Steffey: I spend more at Home Depot then the grocery store. Love the checkout girl today in Lawn and Garden. She had scan gun problems but was patient and that instilled my confidence in her.

Dani Lydon: Unfortunately the customer service is very lacking here. The reason there are two stars because Madilyn and the lovely customer service gal were the only ones to acknowledge us. We asked for help in getting something cut and every time we approached and employee they ran the other direction, or like Anthony did put a finger up at us and walked away. I understand if it’s you’re with another customer but after my last two experiences here, man do I miss customer service. If you’re with another customer an I’ll be with you in a moment. An acknowledgment a how can I help goes a lot further than running away from the customer and that’s unfortunately become the norm here. Disappointing.

Green Philly: I don't know anything about power tools. After i visited the home depot in lacey nothing changed. I was 99% sure that i was purchasing on my way there. Never got close as i had an associate old man tell me the opposite of everything i asked. Frustrated and wanting to make one more attempt to purchase i stopped at customer service where i was let down again. CSR wanted to verify the item by price not description and make. Feeling zero confidence with this process, i walked away. Went home and canceled my bathroom remodels i just purchased.

Gloria Cross: The workers are very nice and will help you find things, but first you have to flag them down. As an introvert this is great.

Lance Levine: Home Depot is my go to supplier for household & Yardley needs. A one stop shop! Thanks for taking care of me for many, many years...

Nicole Eng-Pierson: Busy, still couldn't find a soul to help me. But I found what I needed and left. Clean. Front people were nice.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Nikki “Nix” Künz: Went to get a specific kind of clear coat and the man working the paint area was very helpful in what to buy for my project, despite how busy he was. Good price too! So good, I ended up getting something extra!

Kathryn Weller: Gary at the aurora store was so helpful. He knew everything that I needed to know and helped me out finding the right procuct for what my needs were. He has tons of respect for his coworkers especially the front of the house people that get to work with the public every day, and we aren't always nice. This site is always a pleasure to shop at, 100% recommend

Heather Andersen: It's a Home Depot. Sometimes the aisles are packed with a bunch of stock. Other times they aren't. But I'm always able to get the help I need and people tend to wear their masks which makes me happy.

Donna Hough: We always get what we need. Assistance from efficient staff - that might allow us to purchase more items - not so much. And their return service is not very "friendly"? Sometimes we homestyle "doers" need a little more compassion and help ...

Tara Skelton: They have everything you could need for your home! A wonderful place to shop. Low prices! I get all my candles there and flashlights, tools, gloves, rat traps, phone accessories, nails and hand sanitizers etc.

M W: This is a five star review for Judith Who was an expert in the battery powered outdoor equipment section. She took her time and explained options in a way that were helpful. I purchased a Ryobi 40v Leaf blower today and I will go back and see Judith when I’m ready for the next two battery powered pieces I will be buying later this summer. Stellar employee!!

Dan Hoyt (Higgs-Boson): I frequently stop at this home Depot for work items. They're pretty adequately staffed, most of them employees are knowledgeable enough to help, or to at least find things, as some home depots if frequently seems that employees have no idea even where anything is.

Antoine Victor: It's the great wood shortage of 2020... Apparently all of the home depot's are out of lumber specifically treated lumber used to build decks and other outdoor construction. If you are building a deck this summer I strongly recommend that you order online everything that you need and go to the store when they call you and tell you that it's ready. Otherwise you may take a drive just to look at empty shelves like we did today. Shoreline seems to get and keep more treated lumber than Bothell. I guess more decks are being built in Bothell during Covid!!

Tavon Washington: Prices can be a bit higher at Home Depot, but comparison shopping helps by going online first. They have an employee standing at the door who can direct customers who do not know their way around. What I love in particular about this place is their garden center. If a person does not have good luck with plants, saving the receipt and pot it was purchased in and returning to the store with them, a replacement plant can be picked up. There is also an employee in the garden center who can answer any questions on care of plants during the weekdays, and shipments come in constantly.

Chris Lance: This Home Depot actually has employees who are helpful and are not actively trying to avoid you at all cost. Been here countless times and never had an issue.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Bret Garrett: Staff is great! Lumber quality/pricing is not competitive or justified. I’ll shop here for miscellaneous parts, materials, and/or tools but I prefer to use a local lumberyard for any important or high quantity lumber purchases. I love that they’re pet friendly. Zero mask enforcement which is funny considering the number of people open carrying here.

Devon: I only went here to rent a tool I needed for this rainy day but the service was prompt and I was on my way quickly. The staff member tending to my request was friendly and outgoing, which made for a pleasant experience. Same with the return involving a different staff member. I appreciate their effort. If you need to rent tools, just remember it's all the way at one side or the other

Daniel Sparks: This is a great store. My purchases here have been with hardware and the garden center. The selection and quality of tools in the hardware department are outstanding, and the prices are fair. The staff in Gardening are extremely helpful. I've made several large masonry purchases, as well as a large soil purchase, and the staff were very helpful. An older man there also has a real eye for detail. He saved me a lot of extra work by asking all the right questions when I purchased some stones to build a raised bed.

S Aaron: Always have what we’re looking except this time. They always have enough people around to help you. We always find more than we go in there for. The color options for carpet were limited and quality. We just needed to go to a dedicated carpet store. We did find what we were looking elsewhere but this was the first time we had to go someplace else to get what we wanted. Wait. We needed to order a door once and they messed up that order so bad they had three doors delivered and they messed up on the glass, measuring it, and then color with stain markings all over it. Not a good experience ordering doors so on special orders, we wouldn’t recommend there.

Chelsey Eaton-Jones: I do not recommend using their appliance installation service. I've used it twice and will never again. They do not know how to install the simplest appliances and when contacting Home Depot for a solution, they basically tell you it's not their problem.

Tecle Gebremicheal: Another great HD location. Enjoyed the support from customer service finding my shopping as it was my first time.

Rebecca Bentz: People are kind here and very helpful. I love coming into this store. They usually always have what I am looking for or they will order it for me. Always a pleasant feeling when leaving this store.

Joshua White: The staff here was amazing we had the unfortunate luck of getting really bad staff at the Everett and Aurora store where not only did the store have broke equipment but a lack of team members who cared or wanted to help. We had a night and day experience here. Staff was easy to find super kind and ready to help. They even went above and beyond to help us find a cheaper product for our project. Awesome people here! Thanks for helping us get our project finished before this heat wave!

Karen Hendricks: This time of day was quiet. Did self check and had some issues-my fault and attendant was very nice and helped me. Adequate handicapped parking compared to many other retailers. To me that's very important. Today no one to be found for help 830am Friday?

Cat Pierce: Went in and purchased a washing machine, the employee ended up ringing me up for the wrong variant but unfortunately since it was the same make and model and price I could not tell on the reciept. Now that isn't really a big deal as accidents happen what was really upsetting was how the store handled fixing the issue. Long story short, they didnt fix it at all. I called the store about 10 minutes after the machine was delivered to alert them of the mistake and was told no one could help me and I would have to call back Monday. I then recieved a call monday telling me the only way they could fix it is if I could also pay for the correct product and they will issue a refund of the incorrect product which could take several days. Obviously I chose not to as I didn't just have an additional 700$ laying around. They then told me that they would call us in a few days and issue us at least a small discount to make it up to us. They never called. We never got our discount, we never got the correct washer and never will. Throughout the whole process the store was very accusatory, rude and un helpful. my husband and I used to buy from home depot at least weekly and have not been back since.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?

Chris Henderson: Well my girlfriend got flipped off and stolen from by Lowe's they stole $78 from her. Therefore now her only recourses is small claims court.

Gwynne M: Normally I love Lowe's and prefer them to other home improvement stores. I had an unfortunate experience with their late night team. I arrived 10 minutes before close to purchase 1 bucket of primer and the doors were locked. I waved to the person inside who pointed the direction if the exit. I walked to the exit and the doors would not open. I walked back to the entrance and waved again and the same team of 3 employees pretended not to see me. It took me 7 minutes walking back and forth to get in and when I approached them to ask why they had directed me to a closed door, the team simply replied "it's policy." I was able so self check it and leave before their closing time.

Colleen Patrick: A tough call, the first two employees I encountered were neither informed about the items I came to buy not did they care to help me find them in the garden center. I considered them just short of rude, as if being there and having that job was the last place they wanted to be and the last thing they wanted to do. They just stood there, acting bored. Their answer when I asked about the products was "No." *However* .. as I made my way around the large garden center, I encountered two more employees who were busy at a large product display, and asked them if they knew where I could find the items I sought. Yes! They cheerfully showed me where to find them, were professional and engaged, and I had a feeling also informed about gardening .. maybe even cared about customer service. I picked up what I was shopping for and found a couple more items to help my garden.. As sharp and responsive as they were, however, the (my opinion) lazy, uncaring employees I first encountered still left a bad taste for the place. So I don't know if I will return.

joanne williamson: At the recommendation of my son in law it was decided to grow vegetables from seed. My grandkids planted cilantro, radishes, carrots, celery, red pepper, in February of 2021. They started them out on seed kits purchased from Lowe's. When the time came to transplant them my son in law purchased all of the raw materials from Lowe's and built a raised garden. All of the vegetables turned out well. So much in fact that another trip was made to Lowe's; seed kits, potting soil, and seeds were purchased. We even purchased some flower seeds. All have been planted now the waiting begins. I am excited because this is a new project for me. Lowe's has all of your gardening needs.

Richard Aganza: As always I never leave this store unhappy.. my mother and I went to get a weed eater this particular trip we had fun in the store usually do anyways we ended up getting a combo set with a blower also 149. Great price and it works well for my small yards... thanks y'all at lowes for yet another good shopping excursion....

New One: Sherrie in tools is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 2. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and nice! She showed me exactly where what I was looking for was located and told me which would be best for what I needed to get done.

Jennifer Atkins: Store does not answer their phone. Why is this an issue? We ordered blinds through this location over a month ago. They were supposed to be delivered today (5/10/22), but Lowes Corporate notified us that our order was CANCELLED (after paying thousands of dollars and signing everything). Why? The vendor couldn't get ahold of the store, so they cancelled the order. Lowes Corporate then tried to reach the store/manager, and couldn't get ahold of anyone, either. How do you run a business without answering your phone? Actually flabbergasted, but willing to update review depending on resolution. Right now, I am out thousands and still have no blinds in my home and it's been over a month since we've started the process. Yup, OVER A MONTH. ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

Devin Beardsley: Lack of Customer Service. ABSOLUTELY REDICULIOUS hold for 36 minutes the first time for receive to be picked up and hung up. 32 minutes the second to be transferred to an assistant manager to be hung up on again. Third ROUND THIS TIME. LOCATION 907 by far the worst customer experience i have received.

Sean D Shelton: I actually love Lowe's very good selection and the employees are extremely helpful not like they are at home depot where they purposely avoid their customers.

rayochapin: Very disappointed at the employee that didn't even bother to go ask management about price matching, even though Lowes website clearly indicates the price matching policy, the said employee when I asked told me that Lowes didn't price match, I was trying to buy a Honda lawn mower Model# HRN216VKA, at Lowes this machine was $ 549.00 while Home Depot had the same exact item for $ 469.00. Showed the Home Depot add to the Lowe's employee, he didn't even bother to even pull his phone up to check company policy when it comes to price match, or even ask any higher up about the subject. A straight up, no, that's what I got. I really hate snitching on people who's only mission is to clock in and don't even bother to even do their job properly. Now, I know it's only an $ 80.00 difference but with this gas prices, every little savings helps.

The Home Depot: what do users think?

James: Shout out to the lumber department! While I loaded 1500 bucks in wood the the guy who works in lumber with long hair cruised around in the electric cart. He cruised by me while I was loading 20 2x10’s and I said hey man you’re really killing it! James helped me the other day and he was awesome. Ken always helps he’s awesome, and so is Connie.

Debra McKenna: Are you kidding me with their carpet installation subcontractor??? Romanoff Renovations. Worst. Company. Ever. Said they’d be there 10-12. Showed up at 4. Said 3 hour job, it was a 6 hour job. When we asked to reschedule, they wanted us to live with our house torn up for 4 days before they could come back at their convenience. They are a good enough reason to not buy your carpet at Home Depot. Period. If I could do zero stars I would.

Ciara Evans: Grandma and I went looking for a big, vibrant, beautiful fake Christmas Tree this year and found exactly what we came for! Sadly once we got home and set it all up we went to turn it on and a huge section of the trees lights did not work so we had to return it for a new one and they made the exchange no problem, they were really great about the whole thing and they were even about to close for the night but waited for us so we could still decorate as a family that night like we had planned. Thanks home depot, Christmas is special to my family and I. Happy holidays Home Depot💗

Pat Lamont: Home Depot has recently changed their policy on discounts for Veterans. You must now have a cell phone and register to get the discount. That is discrimination!! I will not be shopping there.

Pam Robinson: I got some great help in the plumbing and bathroom cabinet departments . The cashier I am hoping was a trainee because he was a mess. He had stuff scattered everywhere then tried to put it in bags. It took forever to check out

Enjole Stephens: Searched the HomeDepot.com site for a hand truck at my store. It was exactly in the aisle the web site said it was and exact price. Friendly check out and informative cashier named Wes made sure I had all I needed, and the bonus was a boquett of lily's .

Aaron Taggert: The lot attendants helped me load my new electric riding mower that they assembled and fully charged

M B: Staff were super nice and friendly. Great selection of flowers, soil, and fertilizer!

cory walker: Very happy with the product and the employees were helpful and nice I recommend u purchase ur product here

Erin Gudmunson: Store was clean amd the staff were friendly and helpful

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Lawrence J Foisey Jr: Fantastic Customer Service, as it should be. I went not sure what kind of lawnmower to get my daughter for a housewarming gift. Gas/Electric/Battery power are the choices nowadays. Battery powered seems best to me being cordless so I got one. My daughter and especially her hubby just love it.

Kristina Furtney: I go to Home Depot often, with my handy boyfriend. I needed to pick up my Home Depot order, and had to wait 15 minutes in line, while one guy helped one customer. No big deal. Except there was literally 6 Home Depot employees standing around talking and laughing. 15 minute wait to pick up an order. Same trip, We needed a 1/2 inch 4x8 insulation board. Their website said 34 in stock. So we go there, walk end to end of the store to find anyone, literally no one to be found. I called the store and asked for someone to radio someone to where I was. 5 minutes later, still no one. Finally a group of 4 Home Depot employees walk past, and we were able to grab one. They proceeded to take 20 minutes to pull down a pallet of foam boards. Wrong boards. Then after another 5 minutes, they finally tell me their inventory is wrong and I just wasted nearly 30 minutes waiting for a product that their website said they had. I went to lowes and got the same exact board, for $3 cheaper, and was in and out within 5 minutes. What. A. Joke.

Marco Avila: This is a great Home Depot. Well stocked and plenty of employees. On this visit I was eying some concrete bags, about to load up 2. An older employee was walking by and asked if I needed help loading up, encase I was getting a bunch. I asked him some advice, which he took the time o advise and then told him I was only grabbing 2. I thanked him and he stated he would be on his way to where he was going. I don’t think he even worked that section. I checked out at the Pro desk, since I needed to include a ship to store item. The guy there took his time to help me out, since my order ended up getting complicated. Another pro desk person stepped in and added her solution that made everything work out. Last note is that the bathrooms always are kept clean and orderly. I rarely see vagrants sleeping in the stalls like I consistently see at other places like the Fred Meyers in downtown Puyallup.

myskoae: Working with Emma here in the lumber section was amazing. Her expertise, knowledge, and friendly demeanor has helped me to build a sweet sleeping platform in my truck bed.

Greg senecal: Drove 45 minutes out of my way to this location because the app said they had 6 items in stock. When I arrived I was told by a staff member that "nobody knows where those are but if you order one through our website somebody will pull 1 for you." Sure enough... an hour later nobody had any idea what was going on on. Terrible customer service all the way around and waste of several hours of my day. Stupid.

Bill Cooper: I usually head to Home Depot when I need hardware for the house. They are ki d of close by so I go there often. The service is usually good, there prices are not too bad, and they usually have what I need.

Mirage: I love Home Depot but experience that I had in this store with Customer Service was awful. I never had any bad experience with Home depot until today. Incredibly rude customer reps.

Al’s Wanderlust Adventures: Home Depot is a one stop shop, great customer service, and offering a 10% Military discount for all items is great and appreciated.

Aria frazee: I'm replacing all windows in my 4000 sq ft home in Puyallup (that is to say, there are a lot of windows to replace - we're talking $35K+ project). I wanted to get a quote from HD to compare with the estimate I got from the contractor I engaged and see if HD might be able to offer a better price. I put together a list of window sizes I need and manufacturers I was interested in (Pella, Milgard) and called my nearest HD location which happened to be this one for a quote. I was connected to the customer assistance representative in Windows and Doors department. I explained my need and asked for an email address to send my request to. The person I was speaking to said the department doesn't have an email address. I pressed for it, she put me on hold, came back, and said that she can't find email address and therefore can't help me unless I'm willing to stay on the line and verbally go over my list. I hung up. I also can't remember when was the last time I laughed so hard. It is completely ridiculous and also very sad. Please train your staff. In case management wants to look into this, I called on Sunday March 6th at ~12:30pm and was connected with a female assistant at W&D who wasn't able to help me because she didn't know how to use email.

Patrick Sheehan: Lots of plants, flowers, strawberries, bushes, etc. for sale. (6/19/2022) Great place to take dad for father's day. 🙂

The Home Depot: what do users think?

Troy Gordon: Home Depot is a big ol' store with all the brands you don't want and lumber so twisted it'll make you dizzy. It doesn't matter which HD you go to, your plywood is gonna be wavy gravy and your fence posts will be splitting faster than my father did when I was born. This specific Home Depot seems to be nicer than some of the other locations I've gone to. I probably end up here 1-5 times a day no less than 4 days out of the week for work, so it's nice that my boys over in pro services are so helpful.

Gary Strickfaden: Went to check on plants like I do every year and scored! Many of my plants didn't make it thru the winter I was able to find and replace them all. Found 2 huge azaleas to replace mine of 12 years.

Jason Miller: Home Depot is great, but typically understaffed all the time. If you know what you need and where it’s at then you are good to go. But it you need help finding something, good luck! In fairness, I will say that when I have interacted with staff here they have always been super nice and helpful.

Stacey Trumbull: Completed an online order for curbside pickup. I received a text and email stating my order was ready. I arrived, parked in the designated parking spot and checked in using the link received in my email. I waited over 25 minutes for my order to be brought out. I attempted to call the store to inquire if I should come back at a less busy time, but no one answered. Eventually, I was able to flag down an employee in the parking lot and he went in and got my order. I would have gone in and got it, but there was no way I was going to be able to manage loading a toilet with a 4 month old, hence the curbside pickup.

Xandis Phillips: My husband and I went to the Tulalip Home Depot to exchange a propane tank. As usual we got the runaround from the staff. We were told that someone would be right with us. After waiting 10 minutes I reentered the store and was told to go to customer service. I guess we stood in the wrong spot which we are not informed of and were told to go to another line. We asked for someone to assist us with the propane exchange and again they stated someone would be right there. AGAIN, we waited outside and no one can to assist. I once again went into the store and asked to get some assistance. We waited again for 5-10 minutes when finally someone appeared from the garden area. The staff are pretty unhelpful, have not a clue, and will not shop there again. Will certainly go to the Everett Home Depot

Rowdy KiloNiner: They didn’t have what we wanted after it said they had it online, but we got a good alternative. No one was around to assist us. Definitely not my favorite Home Depot but it works.

Cathy Lendman: Doing the online order for curbside pickup was easy. Unfortunately getting the order from curbside pickup didn't work. They did send emails to enter the info for pickup. The person that came in after us got her order after about 20 min and then told us she had issues in the past with very long wait times. After another 10 min my husband went in and they hadn't even pulled up the order. So one if their staff helped my husband load the order himself and my husband brought it out and loaded it in the back of our suv himself. Apparently they didn't even check his ID

Keli T: I went to this home Depot because the item I was looking for was listed as available in Snohomish but I was unable to find it where it was supposed to be. Tulalip had many listed. I found two... Tool boxes were also completely depleted in the cheaper price range. I really hate leaving buying things that are "close enough". Also thank you to the three people who asked me if I needed anything while I was walking with a purpose but not the guy who ignored me as I made eye contact in the tool aisle. Maybe they save their people who have A+ game for weekdays. I literally listened to some cashier lady start trying to bribe a customer into giving her a good review to get her a free planter. I love that that's what customer service is now: bribery to get a good review, and not actually earn it... Shoreline Home Depot, I miss living near you. You may also be a generic franchise also, but at least I don't leave feeling like I spent more money because you didn't have the items I actually wanted.

lisa McDonald: It was early so it was pretty cold in the store and the app didn't have the correct isle for the item we were looking for so I just left. However, the employees were very cheerful and very helpful. Thank you honey deoot

미국사는트수 (미국사는트수): was just in to get some appliances. saw 3 employees talking and laughing amongst each other while there were customer flagging them down. got ones attention and before he even helped me he started talking to another colleague of his. had to flag down the other employee taking with him to get their attention. you want to be disrespected and have not even a decent courtesy shown to you? this home depot is it. I've been to plenty of home depot but this one takes the cake for laziest employees who is there just for the paycheck.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?

Kellie Acton: I called 3 different lowes to find my paint base, as I needed another gallon. Kim in the paint department was so kind and helpful and even mixed my paint for me and had it waiting at the counter because it was close to closing. He took the time to compare the lid of my old gallon to verify it was the exact same and it turned out beautifully. He is awesome and I super appreciated it. And yes, it was a perfect match!

Brittany Arthur: Nice, organized, huge store! They always have everything in stock! Well, except the oven we just bought but they are having it delivered within the week. We got a nice Samsung gas range on a really good sale! Since it wasn't in stock they still had the option of delivering within the week. They also have the super nice option of installing and hauling away your old appliances which is super helpful! Since we're remodeling our kitchen, we also looked at their cabinets. They have tons of cabinets available that Home Depot doesn't ever have in stock! This is definitely our designated Lowe's.

Mancub Smith: The Auburn Lowes has one thing going, it's a convenient location. That being said, the store itself has a lot to be desired, the Customer service is junk at best, multiple times I have attempted to ask where to find a specific item, today I was told..um I think we have them online, when in reality the item I needed was one isle over and plenty in stock. The employees are good at taking up space, but worthless if you actually need assistance, majority of them aren't even remotely familiar with the products for the department they are in , there was eight people working wandering aimlessly up front, Not ONE single cashier even as the line continued to grow, self checkout the machine randomly works. This store is far from efficient. I don't recommend shopping this store.

Anthony Tran: The worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life and the experience is still going. My wife and I are trying to replace the carpet with some vinyl in our first home in preparations for our first child. We had someone come out and do the measurement which was fine and we didn't have an issue with that. The problems started when we didn't hear back about the quote for a couple of days past the day they said they would call us. No one picked up. I called again and someone did pick up and transferred me to flooring and didn't get an answer. I called back again and the same person told me flooring was on lunch and they would get back to us. When I heard back we were able to schedule an appointment. We arrived fifteen minutes early and apologized for doing so and the flooring person looked at us like we were crazy. She said that there's no way I have an appointment now. She looks at her schedule and said oh I guess I did book the appointment, mind you she was the one that scheduled the appointment just 6 hours prior. Her excuse was her appointment that was scheduled an hour before randomly showed up and couldn't see us. Not really sure why the people that showed up early to the appointment should reschedule and not the people that showed up late. After all that we decided to not reschedule with Lowe's to have them install our floors from the appalling customer service. We did however had to continue with ordering flooring from them as the product that was already in our home was only available at Lowe's and we wanted it to match. Our new contractor ordered the materials and was told it was ready for him. When he showed they told him it wasn't there and it would be there the following day. He went the next day and it wasn't there either. After seeing on the website that a different Lowe's location had the product in stock he kindly went to a different location and they said that it wasn't there and so he ordered them to that location. The person helping him told him that it would be there the next day. Our contractor went back and the order was for the wrong product. Our floors had already been prepped after painting and now it's been 4 days past when he was originally told that the product would be available. Now we're being told by Lowe's they will order us the product we need and will hold them for us but not for the price that we originally ordered them for as it is no longer on sale. I would like to be hopeful that we can at least get our product, even at the increased price, but after the worst customer experience and customer service I have ever received from any establishment I doubt that our floors will arrive before our baby is due. If the flooring wasn't a Lowe's exclusive I would have taken my business elsewhere without batting an eye. Once I get my product, if I ever get my product, I will never do business with Lowe's again because on top of the terrible service, not one single person has apologized, taken accountability, or tried to right their wrongs. For all of you new homeowners trying to do renovations on your homes, I highly recommend going to your local contractors and purchasing your supplies elsewhere. You'll save money and have a way better experience I'm sure of it, I've done the research.

Boater Girl: Super disappointed with the appliance ordering. The person who finally helped us missed a number and he ordered the wrong machine. He said he checked it at the time and assured us he ordered the correct one. To fix this, we were originally told to put the washer in our car and return it. Now we have to pay again for the correct machine which is the exact same price, get on the delivery schedule and trust we will get a refund when they swap them out. The other option was to have them pick up the first one and process the return then use that to get the correct one. With an original delivery time frame of 10 days that would leave is without a washer for two weeks. I have more appliances to order and will definitely not be getting them here. I've tried three different times to call and get this resolved and they never call back like they say they will. Feels pretty shady dealing with them and that no one had common sense or the decency to return calls.

Danny Sanchez: Installation here is a joke. I needed a shower door for my updated bathroom and went here. After an hour of waiting, finally talked to someone who was fairly helpful. We ordered the shower door at a discount but it was still nearly $1k after tax. I didn’t really shop around which was probably a huge mistake. But the guy said they contract locally so I figured it would be about the same. He also said that with lowes you get a 1 yr warranty and hinted that I might need it. I should have taken that as a sign. After about 6 months, my shower door started to sag. I called lowes who had the installer come out and “fix”. Their fix was to temporarily realign only so that it would sag 6 months later after the warranty expired. When I called lowes again to fix, they said it was past the 1 yr mark and they would do nothing. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, I was denied and told “lowes stands by their 1 yr warranty” like this clown was trying to sell me a used car. I found the lack of quality installation unbelievable and the poor customer service shocking. Even after explaining it’s the same issue they failed to fix within the 1yr time frame, they basically didn’t care. So buy something here at your own risk. They will fail to install right and leave you holding the bag.

Jonathan Monson: Don't buy any extended warranties. They are a total scam. Went in today to return a $450 compressor that only worked for 3 months. I have to call Kobalt and get them to authorize a return and then come back to the store. Home Depot doesn't put their customers through this. Small business, pressed for time and looking for solutions. None can be found at Lowes.

Jerry Uhl: Great! Ordered a difficult to find florescent light and it was in the locker inside store! Easy! Every experience should be just like this when shopping!

SLOAN 253: The staff here have absolutely no idea what they're talking about and have not been able to help me with any project that I've ever had

Antonio A: Generally lower or equivalent pricing to Home Depot. Employee knowledge not as good as McClendons Hardware. If your home is older and has unique features like oil or speakeasy sconces McLendons is much better for Seattle area home hardware. Appliances and large purchase items good at Lowe’s near holidays.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?

Cheryl Litzinger: I wish I I could give them zero stars. I shop at Lowe’s all the time by my house and receive stellar customer service the staff there gives such great customer service. Recently I had the unfortunate experience to go to the Lowe’s on Martin way East because it was in the immediate vicinity and had the displeasure of meeting up with Mark the head cashier of that store I advised the cashier at the self checkout that a product of which two cases and two of the same materials were side by side were $9.98 as shown in the photos and were ringing up at $17.98 I advised the cashier cheerfully about the discrepancy and she called Mark who refused to speak to me and he stated to her from far away for me to go take a picture with my phone so I did that and when I returned I was told that they were different item numbers and (Somebody) must have moved them. I again asked to speak to Mark who again refused to assist me so I went to him and he advised me again that they were short staffed (again) not my problem and that if I wanted the item I could pay what it was ringing up or Not and was dismissed 🤷‍♀️I have to say this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.. Wow! Never going to set foot at this place again in life! Save yourselves the headache and go to the one on Corporate Center Drive. I had to edit that after I left I went to the store on Corporate Center Drive and got my items for the correct price with out needing any adjustments they are just that price.

Chris M: Where’s management??? This lowes is by far the worst experience I’ve ever i went in to by a Pitboss pro series 4 smoker . Every model they had assembled on the floor was damaged so I had to wait 2 hours for a employee to pull one out of the back I’m a box I open it and it’s damaged I wait another hour for his to get another I open it inspect it and no scratches or damage only to get it home unpack the inside and see that is also damaged .. it’s really hard to tell if this is a lowes thing or a Pitboss but lowes is knowingly sellin damaged items as new you can go look all over there sales floor and in the boxes it’s all trash . Thanks for nothin

Ryker Laaksonen: Always helpful staff, and have helped me with a few different appliance purchases. James in appliances is so nice and helpful, and we’ve been happy with everything we’ve gotten from there. Recently bought a washer and dryer from them, and the dryer came dented. They were more than accommodating to take care of us. I’ll be back!

Jeffrey Munsen: Mid management for scheduling is horrible! We've order our Refrigerator in February and it's the end of March. They change it without letting you know. Nor do they call, email or text you if the order is on the way or not. Not saying this is all the time. But it sure has been for us. In store buy is perhaps the way to go, but some don't have the luxuriously to do so. If they need more help. Hire them! Just disappointed at a store that I love going to.

Kay W: We needed a fridge because ours went out. Our local home Depot would only sell us a cheap brand that we didn't want. We called Lowe's and not only did they have a lot of different brands to choose from, they also had them in stock so they could actually sell us one. Seth in appliances was very helpful. He sold us a discounted fridgedair that was brand new and half priced!! We got a $2600 fridge for $1400!! It only has 3 minor blemishes and looks and works beautifully. When we got there the fridge didn't fit into our vehicle so Seth went out of his way and helped us put it on top of our SUV!! He got help from a manager named Jeff and they both went above and beyond what we expected right at closing time!! We got the fridge home safely and we are very pleased with our purchase and experience. Both of these men are veterans and we appreciate their service both for our country and as customers at Lowes!! They both deserve bonuses or raises for their stellar customer service!!

Trista M: Good selection of plants and soil in nursery. Cashier was very friendly and mindful not to damage the cart full of flowers and plants I had while she was scanning items. Prices are reasonable

Viki Engstrom: Some staff not very knowledgeable or helpful but one employee was very helpful and knowledgeable so my experience there was less frustrating. Prices on the items I needed were within what I expected. Self checkout was slow to give me all my change. Was talking to the assistant when the rest of my change fell into the cup a good minute after I was done!

Mr O: Phenomenal experience with Bryan and Steven on the yard department. They were awesome and explained to us how to use the equipment we just bought which were electric trimmer and lawnmower. Good team and Lowe's do offer a military discount just come see this guys at Lowes you will be glad you came here.

Glenn Storbeck: I bought two appliances to be delivered/installed. Basically, the process was a complete fiasco and out of exasperation sought refunds. But, after going through the issues with the fellow in charge, he fixed the issues and he fulfilled all the promises given during the process and honored the word of his staff. I have shopped here for 17 years, 95% of the time without an issue, and I certainly will shop elsewhere if poorly treated. But, they have now met my expectations to the letter and have kept me as a customer. Great job.

Taylor Sample: My last trip here was not great. Customer service was terrible. What should have been a quick trip turned into an 45 minute ordeal to get what I needed. One employee wouldn't leave their area to help. The person they paged to help complained about helping me and the management. Then the cashier was overly slow and talked to her coworker about personal matters the whole time. I was very irritated by the time I left. Time is money when you are on the clock.
