Raymond Akinlosotu: I purchased a Refrigerator from them recently, only a few weeks later the Refrigerator started leaking water from the bottom. I called back to see if I could get them to come out and repair the unit per their 30 day warranty, they informed me that I have to go through the hassle of shipping back the unit for repair and also pay for parts. They have great prices but beware of faulty equipment because once you leave with large appliances they will make you pay for parts and shipping to get it fixed which wipes out the discount you thought you received.

Allison Jones: We purchased a regular Refrigerator/ freezer 2 days ago, the freezer door keeps opening on its own, we called to report it and to use the 30 day warranty, we were told we had to bring it to them for them to repair it. They will not come to us, even though were still within our 30 days. The only way we can use the warranty is if we bring the refrigerator back to them.... not practical.

William Garcia: This is the worst place to buy appliances, they say they have 30 days guaranty, I purchased a side by side refrigerator and I asked if everything worked including the I’ve maker they said yes, I had a problem with the water dispenser, I called them they ignored my calls, they gave me some parts to replaced them myself, I did and it didn’t fix the problem, after many arguments and many trips to their store, they told me to bring the refrigerator and choose another one, but they wanted me to pay for delivery, this is one of the most DISHONEST business I dealt with and I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE,

Tiffany Gilbert: My experience with this company was absolutely amazing. GP's customer service was second to none. My husband and I were having a difficult time finding the appliances we needed for our home. Even though Allstate didn't have the appliances we needed either, GP not only explained what we needed, he sent pictures, measurements, and a list of stores that would have the appliances for the best prices we were looking to purchase. I would highly recommend.

Lauren Kardos: GP and the team were THE BEST to work with. From exploring options to replace our broken oven to all the communication and scheduling delivery, to the delivery itself, everything was so seamless and personable. Our kitchen is an awkwardly shaped galley, and All-State took the time to explore all installation options for minimal invasiveness (i.e. not having to move our refrigerator). We will definitely be back when we’re in the market for new appliances.

His refrigerator was failing quickly and, like others have noted, he was able to get a new one in record time and for a fair price! The team went above and beyond. I was pleased that Jay gave me his cell phone number and contacted me regarding the delivery issues. He kept me updated, and we were able to resolve the problem. mary anders: After Home Depot failed to deliver my appliances for the third time, without notifying me that they wouldn’t be delivered, I found All State Appliance Center online. They had everything I needed in stock and for a very fair price. They were extremely helpful and efficient and I was able to order and pay for everything within a few minutes. Within a few hours of first contacting All State Appliance Center, my appliances were installed in my kitchen!! I couldn’t be happier and they will be my new “go to” store.

Stephanie Rizk: Great customer service! I normally purchase used appliances when I can and Molina's is one of the best options in the area. Good value and delivery and install services as well. We just bought a used dryer and the delivery experience was awesome. They even swept behind the old dryer for me.

Maritza Perez: This morning August 8, 2021 I came to Molina’s used appliances to purchase a refrigerator and a stove for our nonprofit for one of our terminally ill consumers. I went to pay with our business card and I provided our tax exempt certificate we don’t pay taxes because we are a 501(c)(3). Apparently nobody knows how to use a card machine nobody understands about tax exempt and they said I can only pay with cash. In previous years I purchased for our nonprofit from them with our business card. This was the worst experience for me and I will never refer or purchase anything from them. They have people working that do not understand English. They have a young girl trying to manage a payment with a card and does not know how to. Total disappointment. I don’t recommend this location. Update: Aug 9, 2021 I Found an amazing place and was able to purchase with our tax exempt and use our non-profit bank card with no additional charges. Karina Baumblit: Way to expensive for used appliances. For $200.00 hundred dollars might just as well get a new one. I looked at refregerator and washer dryer combo. Not worth it. Will not recommend, although the selection is extensive.

Katrina Furth: We bought a used washing machine and gas dryer from Molina's about three years ago. They've worked great, and their customer service and delivery was great.

Cyrene Ramirez: This young business is doing good things. I found them through Google. First they answer the phone like you are calling a friend...So don't expect 'Molina's can I help you?' I asked them to text me pictures of some nice dryers and some basic ones. I liked a couple of them. So I drove to the business and was impressed how the appliances were neatly organized and cared for, some like new -I expected a thrift shop experience. Things that will make your experience better is bring cash and skip the credit card precessing fee $20. If you can pick up your washer and dryer and set it up yourself you save $75 bucks on delivery and setup. Also know how many prongs your current appliance power cord has so they can match it. So far my like new Samsung dryer ($300) is working great! I also got a quote for a GE dishwasher for $100 with a $125 installation option. I will update my review in a few months. Thanks Mr. Molina and daughter... Update- Honoring their warranty needs some work. You don’t get texts or calls returned as when you are purchasing. So go with the mentality of an as is purchase. I thought it broke during the warranty but it was a user error with digital settings. My dryers is still working fine though.

HM Ashraf: Issue with the origin purchase of an electric oven was resolved professionally by salesperson Chris, he was very respectable and responded to all questions very nicely, he even exchanged the appliance with the next higher up oven with no extra cost and also arranged for delivery an exchange in timely manners. Only issue with this company was them not picking the business phone. I had to drive there to sort out the issue. I also recommend that when purchasing any used item please test it thoroughly, it is good for both the seller and buyer. This transaction I will give 4 stars just because repeated phone calls were not answered otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Jessica Allison: If I could rate this place half a star or less I would because that is what they deserve. Do not waste your hard earned money on these appliances. They are not inspected, updated or in working order. We bought a fridge and the crew who delivered it broke the door and didn't bother to fix it. Shelves were missing, it was never cleaned before leaving the warehouse and the water filter was stagnant and 4 months old. They also didn't know how to hook up to the water line for ice and water. After such disgust we asked it to be picked up and full refund provided. Took them over a week to pick up 12/27 to be exact and we are fighting to get our money returned. We were assured it would be processed numerous times but after 2 weeks of waiting we were forced to call back. Once again, assured it would be reflect in our accounts last Friday. It was not. Now they refuse to answer the phone. They hit ignore because each time called it goes straight to voicemail. Terrible place, Terrible service and absolutely Terrible appliances.

Milena Seelig - NOAA Federal: This is absolutely ridiculous. I called the store to inquire about a refrigerator for my condo. A salesperson by name Tony picked up the phone and said he iwll call me back in a few minutes because he is helping to load an appliance. 30 min later I called back and the same person said he is sorry and will send me pics and prices shortly. 1 hour later I called back and he said he is sorry and asked to allow him a few minutes to send me pics and prices. It has been hours and Tony send nothing. It's very strange to promise something multiple times and not deliver. It gives the business a bad name I will not call back or recommend to anybody. 3 times to call and get no response is x3 too many. Super disappointing.

M.: Ask for Inam!! We received great in-store service and were only looking for a refrigerator and stove but due to the prices we ended up getting appliances for the entire house. After shopping all over town these were the best prices and service we found. We even were able to exchange the stove we purchased from them with a different stove with no hassle. Now the only issue was one delivery guy who was short, fat and tended to be curt at times, who walked on my floors without the shoe covers I provided him. He seemed like he didn’t want to work at all but good thing his partner was there who worked extremely hard. We would go back but we bought everything there was to get but we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!!

Thomas Crown: I have been coming here for a long time because I have purchased numbers of items for my house. People are very helpful and give honest advice. They are not there for a Sale. I had issues with my product they have changed it without any questions. As an example my wife changed the wash machine twice. Manager was very professional and accommodating. I can tell nothing but nice things about this business. Recently, I went there for a fridge. Manager had offered me to send his own repairman to see if I really need a fridge before I make the purchase. This is a service. I recommend store for for what they are offering good used appliances. Carolina Lare: We bought a refrigerator two weeks ago and it already stopped working. I called to schedule a technician to come check it out and they never returned my calls. I have been calling consistently and now they are not even answering not calls. My freezer is not making ice and it won’t stay at the temperature it should. I am still waiting for someone to call. I definitely regret coming here and I would not recommend them at all.

Harry Haller: The WORST. Bought a unit that turned out to be faulty. Tried to get it fixed, no response and closed half the time. Don't waste your money they are crooks.

Arie Bo Chen (Fairfax): For the past 2 years, we bought our 2 fridges and washer/dryer from Good Used Appliances. We had a very good experience - the guys were very attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. When we bought our washer/dryer, the door was dented but the guy offered to replace it free of charge and he did! And one fridge drawer was cracked due to delivery, and the guy even gave me a partial refund. I highly recommend this place. They stand by their product and they are responsive when you need them. We went to Better Appliances in Manassas once because they had the fridge we were looking for. We had a terrible experience. We are definitely coming back to Good Used Appliances for our future purchases.
