We got some of the most beautiful furniture and prices that cannot be beat by any one. Since that time, I have used Sumner Furniture for every one of my needs. Jason Shay: Don't believe the hype. I'd say most of these reviews are fake. I replied to an ad on Craigslist for a USED chair these folks were selling. The listing said $300 for a chair, or $500 for two. I got them down to $150. I arranged for a friend to go with me on a Saturday to pick up the chair. We had to go in through the warehouse entrance. The warehouse guys had no idea why we were there. When they called the owner/manager, he says he can't let the chair go for that low. But he'll take $300. I don't think so. Obviously, the manager has no control of his salesman. There's no communication between anyone. Don't waste your time. Oh, and they only want cash. Super suspicious.
Response: I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience. To clarify, we accept check, cash and credit card but are able to offer discounts to people who pay by cash because it allows us to avoid the transaction fees associated with credit cards or (in rare instances) bounced checks.

Will Hymes: I work for Semper Fortis Solutions, and Sumner is the only furniture supplier we will do business with! They've met all of our needs no matter how obscure in a timely and professional fashion.

Will Lawlor: Supplied our whole office with wonderful furniture so we would have an acceptable hub-area outside of our cubicles. The chairs provided are incredibly comfortable and ergonomic, too!

Joi Ridley: A long hunt to find the main seating for my new reading nook. What "book escape" is complete without JUST the right chair and proper lighting? Proud to say I found both by way of CORT! Quality, modern products and affordable prices. Our salesman, Rick, certainly exceeded his required sales markers. He wasn't "pushy" as some sales people may be - and that means a ton to me. nick keno: I purchased a used bed for my son for his college dorm and although it was graded as C it was in excellent condition. The assistant manager Doni was extremely helpful. He understood my need and was able to sell me a sturdy bed that was most appropriate for a college kid and he even had it delivered and set up for my son. I would recommend getting furniture from the outlet store. Although the furniture is used its in excellent condition.

Julian Coats: Brandi and Corinth restored my faith that great customer service still exists. For me it was very special in that I am in the process of relocating from overseas (work for the military) I hadn’t lived in the states for years. So setting up a residence in the states from overseas can and did present many challenges some such as the time difference I am 6 hours ahead of est. this being said brandy and Corinth were 100% professional from the moment I spoke with them. Their patience with me was wonderful. They took the time to really help me in figuring out what was the best package for me at the same time being flexible. as someone with little knowledge of furniture they took the time to use their knowledge to ensure the furniture was a great match. I could go on and on about the overall customer service experience I received. But mostly when we are overseas we feel detached when having to deal with relocation because most just don’t understand the challenge we are facing when trying to establish a new residence in the states but Corinth and Brandi took the time to listen to ensure the furniture portion was seamless. . I thank them both and will highly recommend to my unit overseas to make sure anyone transitioning to the dc area reach out to the for any furniture needs. She is " Da Bomb" she was polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, delightful and just an all around good person to represent Cort Furniture. There was also another young lady who was delightful. Then there was a gentleman who wrapped my items and hand carried them to my car. The staff in that store are extremely customer service oriented, helpful and so, so pleasant. Kayla Imani: All we can say is WOW! My boyfriend and I are moving into our first apartment and we needed quality furniture at an AFFORDABLE price. We called before making the hour drive to this location to make sure they had what we wanted and Corinth assured us that they had our choices and that they were in great condition. When we got there everything was in amazing shape and Corinth helped us put together an amazing package within our budget! Caitlin Brown: I have so many good things to say about this place. First of all, the furniture is great! We found so many nice pieces for less than half what we were expecting to spend. The delivery staff set everything up for us and they were very nice and the whole process was very fast (less than an hour from when they arrived to when they had assembled everything and put the furniture in place). But honestly, the number one reason to go here is Chastity. She works in sales and I'm pretty sure she is only there on Saturday but she AMAZING!! She helped us find beautiful pieces within our budget and even sat down with us (we are a new small business) to go over our options so many times. She was phenomenal. I know for a fact we will be returning (on a Saturday!) to see her and order furniture for the next office we open. You cannot go wrong with this place. It was about 90 minutes away from me but well worth the drive!!

March Moore: We worked with Jim at Re-form for months on a plan for our new-to-us open office; we moved to new space during the pandemic but never set the office up. Jim was absolutely fantastic to work with -- he came to the office to meet with our CEO, listened to various requests and concerns, and did multiple revisions to the space plan. I'd never set up an office before and he was hugely patient while helping us figure out what we really wanted and needed. The setup and install went incredibly smoothly, even with me working remotely from across the country. I would highly recommend Re-form if you're looking for furnishings for your space.

Barbara Cook: My agency recently purchased refurbished cubicles from Re-Form and we are very pleased with the product and buying experience. Jim Miliner provided excellent design work, masterfully creating a layout plan for efficient use of our space despite a very awkward work area with angled walls. He was extremely helpful and responsive to my numerous emails and worked with me to come up with an ingenious layout for the number and size of cubicles desired. The choice of fabrics and surface finishes was expansive and our finished project looks great. The turnaround time was quite rapid and installation went very smoothly and professionally. Those assigned to the cubicles are very pleased to be using these cubicles, and everyone else is jealous of them! For a very reasonable price we have workstations that look entirely new. I gladly recommend Re-Form and would use them again

Reanna Rousseau: I have to say very disrespectful management at this location. The staff was lovely and helpful but the short light skin women manager with the face piercings, with her mask underneath her nose gave me the worst experience I have ever had at goodwill. Her regional needs to have her replaced ASAP. You can’t make your own rules at your store that’s not in policy. You can get fired for things like that and she must be reported. This is a store where they take free items and mark them up for “Goodwill” to sell to the people in the community who can’t afford the regular priced items. If you are over pricing the item you are basically doing a disservice to the community.

Lea Sumlin: On. April 30. A beautiful morning. I decided to donate things, I don't need. My family and I went to the South Dakota location. When we got there, a light skin colored girl with glasses as the manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL We did not get a Good Morning. She WAS VERY UNPLEASANT with her Approach. "We're not open yet, did you hear me and we line up over here. I never opened my mouth but after her unprofessional way of speaking. I ask, " do you WORK here. "Am the manager". She is NOT MANAGER PROFESSIONAL. We left. I Googled Salvation Army on Kenilworth Ave. They were open and VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. THANKS SALVATION ARMY. We were very happy when we got there and after we left.💯❤️❤️❤️.

Zh Ie: Purchased online from this location. The staff was amazing on checking the condition of the item after purchase, and as an added service on their end, they sent a few extra close-ups even after I had purchased, which was not necessary, but so appreciated that they thought to do that. Above and beyond service, and extremely customer-service oriented.

Andrew Patricio: Bizarre. Don't bother going here to donate anything except kitchen stuff or toys, (except baby toys they won't take). On the website it says they take clothes, furniture, etc and they used to but no longer for some reason. Any even toys they won't take anything "a baby can sit in". Ie no bounce toys, push bike etc. Wasted my time twice in a row. Never again. Just go down the road to salvation army or even better, the value village thrift store.

Kim Barr: I found some lovely things there the staff was very helpful and definitely check out the colors of the week sales. I was able to get a 15.99 suit for 3.99 because of the colors of the week sale.

Team World: Caĺled them numerous times over several weeks for pick up of lots of veey good clothes and furniture. I am leaving the country. They never called back.- couldnt be bothered apparently. SHAME on you, Goodwilll, aren't you supposed to serve the disenfranchised????

Janice Burrell: Called and asked if they accept books. The guy told me they did. When I got there the guy told me they were at their capacity for books. It was more like he didn't want to do the work to check them in. Every time I go there it is always a problem. They should tell you these things when you call. Since they don't I can only conclude that it's just a lazy employee. Extremely poor customer service.

solomon asefaw: I am writing this review to let Goodwill undermines its gools when it doesn't follow up its workers at the receiving and dropping gate of this location. Today at around 3:35pm when I came to donate, I was harassed by one Of the stuff at the gate. Goodwill should place professional stuff at the dropp of gate before it too late.

Franklin Owens III: I was there for clothing… but I can never pick out clothing in a thrift store, so I left with books. The store was well organized though. I tend to be a bit uncomfortable buying items out of thrift stores. I didn’t care much for the clothes. But there were other items in the home section were really nice. Everyone was nice in the thrift store. Even when I gathered a cart full of books and then realized I couldn’t use my clothing voucher on books😬😅

bluslushii: Been to multiple Goodwills, the staff was by far the most helpful and I honestly received the best customer service I did at any business. Definitely will be returning! Thank you so much ladies for being so kind and helpful!

Robert LeCompte: Arrived at this store early Saturday afternoon while searching for office furniture for my new home. I spent a good 40 mins looking around and viewing the slightly used office chairs for my home office. The staff was very friendly that day even though I didn't purchase a chair. I arrived today (Monday) to make a solid plan on purchasing an office chair for my home. I spent another 40 to 45 mins researching the best quality chair that met my comfort needs. After making my purchase on a beautiful grey leather chair, I had some difficulty maneuvering the chair in my C300. The two staff members (Frank and Dani) assisted with help maneuvering into my car with success. I'd highly recommend this facility for both new/used for office essential furniture. I love my new grey leather chair.

Troy Smith: This store is awesome. I'm a teacher, who saw the place by accident, and decided to stop by in order to set up a virtual office to teach from. Went in and had a great salesman help me out. Spent about an hour going back and forth between desks and chairs, before selecting the set that would work best. The delivery was even better. Pinchas Fader: I had a very positive experience regarding the furniture we bought at Office Furniture Loft. I was very short on time because I needed the furniture available for a shipment I was putting together to send overseas. The sale representative was very helpful and assisted me in meeting our very short timeframe. The desk, credenza and file cabinet arrived two month's later in perfect condition out of the book. I thought I would need a handyman to put together the various pieces but my wife said we could do it ourselves and that is exactly what we did. Mary Veach: I had read reviews for this location and saw all the nice stuff said about Wendy so I was so happy when we walked in and were greeted by Wendy!! She was the perfect balance of helpful while still giving us space to browse and discuss what we liked. Whenever we had a question she was easy to find and came right over and had answers to all the questions we asked. We ended up purchasing a couch and the whole process was really straightforward - none of that “add this protection and this feature and this extended warranty” etc etc that you have to muddle through with some sales people. We actually had time to just chit chat while we waited for my husband to tend to our child and Wendy is a genuinely nice person!! Highly recommend a visit to this location… you may even want to call ahead and ask when Wendy is working!!

Hassan M: Got the beat deal . Delivery guys are awesome. Delivery was on exact day and time . I guess 59$ for delivery just threshold (dropoff inside through first door ) with assembly (90$). I don’t need that it was just four legs for my sofa . Customer service is amazing. For delivery person they called 2 minutes before arrival and then dropped it inside my living room. Best thing they took off the shoe before stepping on my carpet and were wearing mask .

on studio: The WORST furniture store I have ever seen. Oh boy, where can I start? The first day I had ordered set bedroom furniture and sofa which is 1/26/22 they said I'm gonna get all the delivered by 3/23/22 I said, "OK" after a while they told me they don't know when my furniture available for delivery. (disappointment) but still, I have been waiting so patiently. March 13 they said all my orders gonna deliver on 4/2/22 I said "OK(i was happy) and I fix my work schedule to get the delivery but never lasted 😔. Yesterday they called me she told me all my orders were ready to deliver by 03/30/22 which is next week Wednesday I said ok and I fixed my work schedule again. So bad today they tell me my order not available it gonna be ready to deliver by 4/9/22 We just so disappointed because we trust them and we throw away old furniture except only meters. Now we just decide to cancel the order and buy a different furniture store if we can't able to get the order by 4/9/22 no more baby. before you buy make sure they gonna keep the promised day. for me they never. This Store Oh My GOD so unprofessional. I will never go back again.

Abi Maghamfar: A place to donate unwanted items and buy used items from furniture to toys to kitchenware, clothes, shoes, books, DVDs, etc at reasonable prices. If you buying toys, puzzles and games or anything that have multiple pieces, makes sure all pieces are there as this has been one of the disappointing aspects of buying stuff here. The other disappointment is the lack of organization and cleanliness of the facility. Love the idea of recycling and reusing rather than sending them to the wasteland and Unique provides that opportunity.

Alice L.: Unique Thrift is a for-profit enterprise owned by Savers, which is owned by a private equity firm in the Seattle area. It is NOT a charity shop and does not donate its profits to charity. Their website clearly states: "Shopping in our stores does not support any non-profit." The company says it purchases donated items from some local non-profits; however, it does not release details on these buying deals. The company is large and owns many thrift stores around the country. I mention this because there are true charity shops in the area--including Goodwill, Urban Thrift, Salvation Army, church shops, etc.--that are actually charities and donate their profits to charity. Some of the real charity shops are even run by volunteers working for no pay in order to help the cause. A lot of people seem to think Unique is a charity and the attorney general in Minnesota has in the past accused this company of misrepresenting how much it gives to charity. So if you have lovely and near-new items to donate, I highly suggest donating them to authentic charity shops. I frequently shop the charity shops, but I also shop at Unique. Unique Thrift is still a worthwhile place to shop and I have found many nice items for good prices. It is pretty well managed and prices are marked clearly. The merchandise is generally clean and not damaged, although you have to examine your items carefully. There are 7-day exchanges but only for clothing and shoes. Be very careful buying anything else that might have defects, such as luggage, electronics, furniture, etc. Some items do have hidden damage so you have to look carefully. There are discounts here on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays only so those days tend to be crowded.

JJ Edwards: Its a huge thrift store, as afar as I know and for so many thrift store I had visited this is my favorite one. They have huge selection of clothes, shoes, toys, books, furniture, kitchen ware and many more. Worth to check out!

Sara O'Brien: I have been going to this place for years and always felt welcome, but today was the worst experience of my life. We were in line for self checkout, when I saw that register 18 was open, as I proceeded with my daughter to the register the woman that was in charged of self checkout named Charika told us, "come here because I cannot see what you ring there." We walked to the register that she told us and as I scanned this woman stands there staring at us scan each item. I was already getting upset because she was staring at us scan as if we were the only customers there or as if we were thieves. After scanning 7 items this woman proceeds to approach my bag and count the items that I had placed inside the bag to make sure it matched the amount of items on the screen. I felt that we were being treated as thieves. I got so upset, I asked for the manager, but she said no one was available, so I took a picture of her ID card. This woman stood staring at our register until we finished ringing every item as if we were thieves. People go to the thrift store for many reasons, but in no moment should they be harassed by anyone. This store needs to train its employees to be courteous and not target people

li garcia: Good thrift store. Nice selections of everything. All staff and personnel are nice and friendly except for the old lady at the register. Very mean ! Unfriendly! And the voice specially when she’s on the speaker. She’s always mad and unhappy person. I’m sure I’m not the only one noticing it!

Par and: It was my worst horrible thrifting experience ever. This Women Charika was extremely rude, and treated people as if they are thieves, it was traumatizing to see her digging into ppl's card at checkout and checking every single items aggressively. This store will go out of business soon, because of this women "Chaika", who enjoys harassing customers. Not to mention the store was extremely dirty, and messy.

Cynethea: This is a big store. They have household items, furniture, bedding, books, toys and more. I always leave there loaded up with great finds. It has a huge clothing section. I always find some of the best sweaters and tops. It's a great place to shop especially if you have limited funds. Tuesday is discount day. Check out lines move quickly. Team members are very pleasant.

That Brunette: High volume thrift store. Very busy with customers every day of the week. The turnover of stuff is high so, if you see something you like grab it. I've seen collectors and resellers in this store. Lots of kids playing in the toy section while the parents shop.

Ariel S.B.: My favorite thrift store! Yeah, some of the prices are just a little bit higher than your average goodwill, but the quality of items is so much better. I’ve seen brand new items from designer stores, sometimes with the tags still on them. Stuff is actually trendy and cute and not dated. They have clothes in every size, the selection is huge! Definitely visit if you’re looking to revamp your wardrobe.

Pr Katz: Love this place! Having a party? Get all the great Pyrex and serveware you need - have awesome BoHo mismatched fine china place settings, accessorize with cheap stuff from the craft store and outlet stores, and you've got a magazine worthy party photo at a price you can afford. Best of all? After the party, I box it up and redonate it back to the Great Stuff Stream (thrift store) for the next person. No new manufacturing, no waste, no piles of seldom used party supplies cluttering up the house. Perfect 👌🏼 Update: the masks are getting OLD! Self check out. Not shopping or donating here again.

Sharon: Went yesterday around 2pm The store itself is smaller than the goodwills ive been in before, but also more organized! I think their best section is the long sleeve shirts for women, I think they have some real gems in there! Workers are nice and it was an easy checkout. Would recommend if you need a blouse or just want to browse!

Robert Garrett: The Falls Church store is messy. The shelves are badly disorganized. The prices of many items are ridiculously high compared to the Annandale and Fairfax City stores. The staff were surly and sometimes rude. I won't be back.

T: A medium-sized store with a pretty decent selection on used pieces. I came out with two really nice dresses both brand new with the tags still on them and a skirt that still have the tags on it so it was new as well I also found a nice straw beach bag for the summer. Benjamin Medina: Don't waste your time with this store! They are over priced in all their items, and have some AWEFUL customer service issues! I grabbed a shirt from the same rack, go to to checkout and they tell me two different prices. I attempt to understand why two similiar shirts are marked differently, so the cashier, in spite, just charged me the higher price! Secondly, I was interested in a item, but it was in a bad shape for $200, again I was treated with bad service.

Marco Montoya: This a donation drop-off review: In a nutshell, one of the easiest and simplest donation drop-offs I have ever done. I drove up to the rear of the store where there was a woman handling the donations outside. All I had to do was wait in a car line of one, which took about 2 minutes, then drove up. She helped me unload my items from my trunk, and handed me a receipt when we were done. Start to finish: about 7 minutes tops. I will definitely donate here again. (I had initially tried donating to a women's shelter as I have done in other states I have lived, but apparently here in NoVa it is not as simple as all that; they were the ones that told me to just donate to the Goodwill. Done, and done.

He was very professional, efficient , and patient with my making my decision. Once I decided on my purchase, it was easy to check out and complete the transaction. The salesman was excellent. John Kemp: A few months ago, I went to a different furniture store and picked out and paid for some items. Almost two months later, I still didn’t have my items and the store wasn’t sure when they’d be able to get them to me. I canceled that order and started shopping around again when I found a sectional I liked on Bob’s website. I found a location near me in Hyattsville in the hopes that I could take a look at it in person. I’m always hesitant about furniture shopping because of the nature of it; the employees hover around you ready to pounce on any opportunity to make a sale. That was not my experience at Bob’s Furniture. The staff was attentive but laid back and respectful of my space and my need to explore before deciding. I had a great time chatting with Julissa, the salesperson who helped me. We tried out different options with what I was looking for in mind until we found something I loved and could easily afford. The best part was that delivery was schedule for less than two weeks from the date I made my purchase! I can’t wait to see how things go with the delivery but so far, my experience with Bob’s Furniture was a great one. Thanks, Julissa!

LadyK: My experience was wonderful. My representative was Kirk and he answered all questions that I had and made sure that I was happy and knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. He allowed me to take my time to look around at all choices and was available for any questions I had a long the way. I am looking forward to my bed arriving soon. My furniture arrived and the setup was quick and the workers were very professional. I absolutely love my storage bed and mattress . The drawers for the storage bed are very deep with lots of space. No complaints about the price money well spent for quality furniture.

Victor took his time and explained the pros and cons of every item I was considering. I never felt like he was trying to “sell” me. If you stop at Bob’s, make sure you ask for Victor!!! After trying to reach them for two business days, the man I spoke to rudely told me that I should just throw my (like new) Knoll commercial office furniture in the trash. Gary Berman: This is the second time I have used CC for installation of closet systems. My first experience was stellar leading to using them again. My second experience was not. Not only was the design poor and inefficient, it cost me more money because more wood was needed than necessary. The installer was sloppy in the installation. CC rebuilt part of my closet system because they agreed on the poor design and poor quality installation - good for them. But their redesign did not entirely fix the problem. Still there is a section of the closet needing repair and the re-installer was not prepared to fix it on site, so now they have to come back for a third time causing us to remove everything from the closet again. My recommendation is to study the plans and ask more questions than I did. My designer, Colleen Cuff, was newer to CC and that should have been a red flag. Lastly, CC did not refund me the amount of money that was wasted in the original design which they estimate was about $370 out of $8,000. Service: Cabinet construction & installation

Carol Weiss: California Closets designed and installed a home office — wraparound desk with shelving, drawers, special inside cabinet for printer, etc. The designer did an excellent job translating my vision into a highly detailed concept drawing that fit some tricky dimensions including a window on one side of the desk. The designer provided options and guidance for materials and colors, and ensured the design was exactly what we wanted. Installation was meticulously carried out; the two techs were extremely professional and everything fit perfectly. They also thoroughly cleaned up poop afterwards. Kendra Bacchus: The design process with Reza was great. My needs were taken into consideration 99% of the time. I knew what I wanted prior to meeting which made the process smooth. Once I signed off on design and made a deposit I waited roughly 3 months….which was expected in the height of the pandemic. When the installers arrived- the process took an entire day( was expected) the installer Franklin worked efficiently and communicated well when an issue would arise. At the end of the build Franklin walked me through the builds (Main closet and Laundry room). I was very pleased with the work executed. Later on after the installers left- my husband noticed that we were not able to access the water or electrical in Laundry room if an emergency were to occur-I promptly notified my designer and he said it was missed during the install and was in the original design. I also realized I could use a few more shelves in my main closet so I was able to order additional. It took a few months for the shelves to come in as well as the update to the missed opening for the laundry room. The shelves were not the right size and the opening that was cut was vey shotty. The new installer was able to cut shelves on site ( not the best quality) and the hole that was cut in order for us to access the water for washing machine was a mess… the integrity of the unit was compromised and I was told I could lose an entire shelf of storage. So…..waited a few more months a supervisor inspected the unit in laundry room, was told that the entire side needed to be replaced. Fast forward to a few more months….Installer came in tried to repair hole by using drywall caulk and blue painters tape. Not happy and I was told that they will be ordering a new panel …..still waiting. I paid for all services 100% (1 year of waiting for correction). Although I was extremely pleased with the overall install- my experience has deteriorated with how the small mistake has turned into uncertainty of the quality of my laundry room build. My designer Rena was excellent and the initial installer Franklin did an impeccable job with both the main closet and laundry room, so sad that a small miss made such a huge impact on overall service. Lani: This store had many nice furniture pieces on display. However there is currently a very long delay of anywhere from one to four months for furniture to be delivered. The sales rep who assisted me was helpful, but pushy and followed me around the store when I just wanted to scope out items. I literally had to ask him to just give me a minute and I will find him when I was ready to talk about the pieces I was looking for. The pushy reps made my experience poor. One thing I noticed is that many of the furniture items did not have a label or name on them. This means that for everything you were interested in, you would have to ask the rep for details on the pricing. It would save a lot of time if I was able to just literally look at the name And price of the item directly, especially since the store is so big. It seems like the associate did not want to tell me the names of items, which I found to be odd. If I am looking at multiple pieces of furniture and comparing prices, it is helpful as a shopper to know exactly what I’m looking at since there are so many items. There was also a huge push to buy items in store, although many were listed for much cheaper online. He also try to sell me a couch that had visible damage on it. I think this was just to make the sale

Zewdu: We have had a good year 2021 except this TRAUMA. We purchased a sectional sofa in Dec 2020 from Ashly Furniture Falls church, VA and we were told it would be delivered within 4-12 weeks. however, we did not receive it until may/June 2021. after we received the sofa, the quality was not good enough. So, We needed to return part of the sofa & paid additional $100 pick-up fee and then the store wanted to charge us 30% restocking fee. We spoke to customer service & due to their late delivery timeline & poor customer Service communication, they agreed to charge us 10% cancelation fee instead. After a few back and forth with them, we went to Ashly furniture falls church to get our refund. one of the customer manager we spoke to reiterate that we were to be charged 10% fee-not 30%. The store manager disagreed & insisted that he's going to charge us 30%. We repeated to him the conversations we've been having with them, but the store manager (he said his name is Ray) and he was not even wearing a name tag) escalated it...started shouting & yelling at us. This was unnecessary so we started recording our interaction."Ray" demanded that we stopped recording, or he'll call the police & said,"I PROMISE YOU, I WILL GET YOU ARRESTED" We told him that was his choice to do so. He called 911 & claimed that he was being "harassed" by a customer; we called 911 as well & told the police what was really happening.When the Police arrived, "Ray” asked the police to make us delete the recording & escort us out.The Police told him we had every right to record the conversation as the Police himself was recording this event as well.The Police told us to deal with the refund issue with the appropriate party & to keep paper trail. We submitted compliant to BBB and we received our refund a couple of weeks ago. This process has been physically, emotionally draining & it has been causing unnecessary distress to us. BBB to take the appropriate measure as there are multiple complaint online & this store manager/location to be held accountable for the emotional distress they have caused to customers. Ragai Abdelrasoul: My wife and I have been looking for furniture that was reasonably priced for the past 6 months. Everywhere that we’ve went has had very aggressive salespeople. Maria was extremely patient, helpful, and even gave me discounts and was on our side throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Maria! 10/10!

Amanda Murff: We purchased a couch at this location and had a good sales experience. The team members were knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Our salesperson's name was Kanan and he was very friendly and responsive to our needs, plus he was not rigid in negotiations which I very much appreciated because we came in with a budget we wanted to respect and I communicated that to him. Connie handled all the paperwork during the actual purchase process and she was very friendly, professional, and transparent. We knowingly purchased a couch that was not in stock at the warehouse, so we haven't been through the delivery experience yet, but as far as the in-store experience, it was very positive.

Stela Berbic: Best service I could get! Mark is an amazing salesman! Finding the furniture I like was so easy with him! I got the best deal and was served in best way, so definitely once you there ask for him! Yara at the checkout made sure she gave me best delivery date and took care of everything smoothly! Couldn’t be more thankful! Quality at best value it’s hard to find, that store it’s the right place for it, with Mark guiding you of course!!

Rebekah Mann: Highly recommend NOT buying in store here. It’s way better to try out the furniture and then buy online as online prices are significantly cheaper. We found a couch in store that was $300 cheaper online as well as an ottoman that was $150 cheaper online and ships sooner than what would ship from the store. Not to mention taxes and furniture protection plans are cheaper online. The sales associate that tried to sell to us said that you have to pay the delivery/assembly fee or else you can’t get the protection plan, which isn’t true. We were able to order online and do doorstep delivery for free with a furniture protection plan. Hoping you can con people into paying more in your store is not a very successful way to compete with other stores. Especially when people have the sense to take 20 seconds to use Google to confirm pricing and availability.

Kayla Regan: If I could give zero stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a large sectional couch from this store not even two years ago. The floor model they had was damaged and you could not sit in the middle of the couch. The salesman had told us there was an issue but to test out the other section of the couch. Maybe we were naive in believing him that the couch was damaged from it being a store model - but alas here we are and our couch has the same exact problem. The black mesh material that the cushions sit on is ripped. We cannot sit in the middle of the couch. I had purchased the 5-year protection plan and specifically asked if this was covered and was told yes. Again, my fault for not reviewing all the terms and conditions before agreeing to purchase. I tried to file a claim and of course it's not protected. I called the store directly and was told I can get the money back for the protection plan $190 as a store credit to use on a future purchase. That's it. They won't even pay to have someone fix the issue with the couch when they very well KNEW this was an issue with this model. Honestly, the cushions are all balled up on the material and have lost their sturdiness - and for a couch not even two years old where I spent over $2,000 - that's insane to me as well. Overall I WOULD NOT buy a couch from Ashley Furniture. Ever. Anywhere - but especially would not shop here.

jessica dell: My husband and I bought a sectional sofa. The sales representative, Kanan, was fantastic! He answered our questions, didn't pressure us, and overall made our trip to Ashley a great experience. The checkout and delivery schedule was seamless as well with the help of Nura. Great customer service and a fantastic new sofa.

Zoe Davies: Mark was a huge help. Helped us figure out what was in stock and would fit in our space when the first couch we purchased wasn’t going to fit. He made it easy to transfer the cost of the first couch toward the second couch. I haven’t always been a fan of Ashley’s but he changed my opinion.

CJ Young: BEWARE!!! We bought a leather couch less than a year ago for $2000 from Ashley. There is already stitching coming undone on part of the couch. What makes it worse is that it's in the middle seat where we rarely sit (the middle part has a fold down arm rest that we use). I called the store and was told that the stitching is not covered under their 1 year warranty. Even though is specifically says on the website that seam slippage is covered!! We had a horrible experience with the delivery and now an even worse experience with the customer service. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
