Harish Ramroop: Great place for training but the classroom is a bit small but what can you expect in dc. I love that they provide coffee and beverages for free along with pastries, fruits and granola bars every morning! Will take couple of other courses here for sure!
K B: I’ve had to take a number of classes given by Management Concepts for my job with a federal agency and they are ALL horrible. The teachers are terrible; they have no idea what our agency does - we spend the entire time explaining our job, which they never seem to understand; and all the classes are geared towards idiots. I cannot believe the government PAYS these people (and from my understanding, a lot) to teach these. What a waste of resources and time. Someone must be getting a kickback. They’re absolutely useless.
ABCD ABCD: Training class cancelled and I did not receive the cancelation email. I showed up for class, missing one work day, I had to pay $15 for the PMI valet parking and the parking attendant damaged my car. So, overall, a very bad experience.

donna leehancock: Excellent staff, great interaction w the students. The professor and the assistant e collect instructors. Clean, organized, up to date on studies needed for 21 century, assess to and from the Metro, as well as practicing OSAHA and HIPPA. I would definitely recommend institute for a change in careers or simply learning a new occupation within this job market. Excellent!!!!!!

Jay Da Will: The staff is great. I’m a student taking part in the IT program that they offer here and the courses are worth every dime. You truly gain knowledge and receive tons of help if you put in the effort. Since I’ve been here, I been able to build a very great relationship with my financial aid advisor and my academic advisor as I contiune to excel on my way to graduation. They’ve helped me along th at keeping me in check with my grades, attendance, as well as the goals I set at the start of my enrollment. pamela byrd: Find a different school it don’t feel like I have graduated, I feel like I haven’t accomplished anything and I been done since February... and I still have not received my diploma ima contact department of education and student loans to look in this this school because I’m not about to pay student loans and I haven nothing to show for it. After the program I was also placed on my first IT Contract with the job placement as guaranteed. I am now a student with the online classes for the AAS-Information Technology to obtain my very first degree. I am also still successfully placed in my career field since 2014. Vanessa Thomas: From the moment I met with Sylvia Williams my experience at CTI has been wonderful. Both of my instructors Ms. Cowley and Ms. Dixon are great teachers and are very knowledgeable about the information. It has been very fast paced but has helped me with my time management and I have acquired the skills and confidence to work in a medical setting.

Francesca Baldanzi: I called and write multiple times to get some information about a Grant Management certificate but nobody ever call me back or wrote me back. There is not enough information on the website and it is not clear. I ended up clicking on the enroll button to try to get some information about costs and it came a message saying that I’m enrolled in the program. I was nervous that I had to pay or required to do something. I wrote to ask that they remove me from their lists but nobody answered. Poor support service and orientation. I won’t bother waist if my time here.
Jennifer Champlin: My company chose this institution because I needed a course that relates to my job and they offered it sooner than my organization. They spend money to send me there but only authorize me to stay until the last day of the course as my company does not want to pay an additional night for the hotel to leave the following day. I leave the class early on the last day, as I told the instructor, and they refuse to issue the certificate even though the instructor agreed that my leaving early would be fine and they would mail the certificate. I emailed several people explaining this situation and no one has responded back and one person told me to refer to the rules and regulations page on their website. The certificate refusal needs to be on the registration page!!! Duh people! They do not honor agreements, nor are they customer oriented.
Anthony Johnson: I took an auditing course and I was extremely disappointed. The content of the course was dated and poorly organized. The instructor was never prepared and could not answer students’ questions. The instructor was supposedly a retired professional, however, that seemed far from the truth. The instructor was constantly confused by the content and would skip content that the instructor didn’t understand. Don’t waste your own or your agency’s money here.
Quenby Wilcox: Recently had training at this facility and lets just say everything is and was unorganized. Lets just start with calling into to register. I specifically spoke with a juanita who I later found never registered me for a Dc course but registered me for a san diego course. I showed up for a class just to later find out it was not offered in the dc location. Upset is an understatement . Never will attend this facility again .

Henok D: The most terrible school I have ever been to. Both the main campus and the Community college are the same. A lot of slow, unprofessional, and rude staff who keep yelling at students when they are not even doing their jobs properly. I submitted a certain paper to the Financial Aid office and they told me they lost the paper after weeks that I had to pay about $1700 out of pocket. During the 2020 Pandemic, I tried to contact them as I was having difficulty to waive the Student Insurance that is provided through the school because I already had an insurance coverage; no one answered my call until it was due. And now Miss Gaskon told me that I have to pay about $1300 for the coverage I never needed. Mis Gascon was there in 2018/19 when I had the same issue; she helped me waive it then. I could not go to her office in 2020 be a of Covid restrictions. I tried to solve the issue communicating with them but nothing got better yet. I would not recommend anyone to go the UDC unless one needs a headache. I cannot deny that there are some great Professors such as Prof. Sonnie Abebaku. However, individuals are very helpful to us, it’s overall experience at the university that makes a difference in our academic lives. So far, my overall experience is just TERRIBLE!

Danny Hirschfield: I graduated UDC-CC with an AA degree in Liberal Studies Fall Class of 2015 Alumnus. This college really helped me develop my learning skills as I am an older non-traditional student that started as a freshman with very little prior knowledge and discipline in academia. I have transitioned to the UDC flagship campus pursuing my BA degree in Political Science as a pre-law student. This university is the most affordable place to get a good quality education being the only public higher learning institution in Washington, D.C.
Jamilya Allen: Okay So I applied about 3weeks to a month ago and I’ve yet to receive any papers informing me if I was missing any documents or etc. I’ve called at least 5 times a day for about two weeks straight leaving voicemail after voicemail and no one has yet to return my call not only did I call multiple times I have also emailed them multiple and no response. It’s ridiculous what’s the point of having an admissions office if they not even going to pick up the phone, guide you in the process of being admitted or anything else like you guys get paid to do nothing it’s sad.
h T: This University has only good professors! But getting a Bachelor from the UDC will not get you a job!! Their jobs faire is just to get a website from the companies and brochures lol!
Jordan Stewart: The financial aid lady with gray hair and dreads is disrespectful af. Most of the staff here are disorganized and rude. I disenrolled 2 months ago. When I went to disenroll the lady was eating crab legs in front of me. Come to find out she never really disenrolled me, and I had to go back up there today. Smh. I really wanted this to work bc I’m a Dc Resident but I’m enrolling at PGCC.

Adam Zajac: I took the PMA course with Mark Francesco back in June 2021. Wonderful instructor...kept it interesting with humor and very knowledgable in everything to do with getting your PMP. I had planned on doing everything that he told us to do right after the course like take the PMA practice exam, watch the review videos, etc. However, life (as it sometimes does) got in the way and I was finally able to take the course yesterday. "Above Target" on all three categories!! Thank you Mark and PMA for your awesome instruction and for extending my access to the PMA website for an extra two months.

Hemant Gaule: Great institution, excellent faculty and resources available to students. A lot of impressive events and conferences are hosted at the institute.
Amy Friedlander: Like many others have said, the support staff, to include the Deans Office, is absolutely awful. Unhelpful, discourteous, unprofessional. I expected so much more from this institution, but the SCS is a disappointment and can only be described as a mediocre school at best.
Karina Valverde: I love being a student on campus again. In pursuit of my masters in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. This campus is for the grad school and certificate programs. The culture is professional, high caliber students.
Patrick Revord: Convenient location, beautiful building, great instruction and great classmates. Georgetown runs a class act, even away from its main campus.
Monica Puerto: I enrolled into the Data Science Certificate Program at Georgetown. It is a waste of money and your time unless you have a robust background in Python. Most students did not because this certificate program appears to help you turn into one. I have background in SQL and data analytics and was hoping to gather some skills to make me a data scientist. Although I understand that a certificate program can’t turn you into one (although the marketing and messaging of this makes it appear so with the “robust” curriculum). This was purely taught on slides and wish it was more hands on. It is very expensive and you don’t start learning till the 3rd class. The first class was an introduction on what is data science (around $900) for some powerpoint you could have read at home. Second class was to get into groups to create a data product on a process that you barely know about. I recommend General Assembly they are more hands on. Although they don’t have the prestigious name (which I think Georgetown takes advantage of to teach this way), you will learn more and actually do projects AFTER you learn the material. I thankfully dropped out and sadly was only refunded the classes I did not take although intro to data science and getting into groups does not feel like real classes..

Jwootheartist: I am dissapointed in Per Scholas technique to weed througg potential students. Standardized exams do not prove the ability of a student to complete and pass a training program. I honestly will never be great at Math and I am wise enough to stick to my craft, which is Listening, improvising, creating, concentration, percision, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box. I actually excelled in reading and application which is how one passes the Comptia Exams. Its about gaining knowledge that is at first abstract and applying it. Computing numbers is a small part of Network and Security, however listening and understanding and application is the core. If I already posses an A+ exam it proves I am more than capable. I feel standardizing is a way of filtering due to funds. I understand it is just business, but just know I am dissapointed that your funding is given to help people but it also discriminates against people like me who are an abatract learner. Sure I can pass next year, but attending a school that wants to standardize me to get in, but then wants me to excell and be great after is very contradicting and confusing. Btw I already passed a training program for my A+ and have been certified since 2012 2013. And i graduated with a 4.0.smh.

Teacher Jessie Foreign Language Instructor.: As a student and also as a former teacher I can say that ICLS exceed your expectations. Great resources, well trained and experienced teachers from different backgrounds. ICLS cares about their teachers and students. It was a wonderful experience not only to work there but also take some French lessons.

Brigid O'Donnell: I took an evening foreign language here. Classes are engaging and teachers are knowledgeable. The curriculum is rigorous but manageable for busy people. 5/5 experience, would recommend.
Driss Bernoussi: I took the Spanish evening group class for beginners and it was an amazing experience. This is much different than learning a language in high school or college, which was much more boring for me. At ICLS, they get you speaking Spanish from the beginning, and its highly interactive style helps you become comfortable with your classmates. My teacher, Astrid, was fantastic. Our class became so close that by the end we went out for a dinner on our last class and practiced ordering in Spanish. I highly recommend to any language learner in the DC area that is looking to take a class after work. It meets twice a week so it is perfectly manageable for my busy schedule.

Curtis Orr: I took the CSM course with Valerio and it was very insightful and gave a full overview of Scrum. It included lots of exercises to help re-enforce what you are learning with clear and concise communication. If you have ever wanted to learn about Scrum then Valerio is a fantastic teacher!
James McKenna: The CSPO course was a really great experience. It was a good balance of discussions and interactive exercises that demonstrated the key Scrum events. Valerio is a great facilitator - he brought good energy and kept things moving along at a good pace.

Sumaila Gariba: The course was very interactive with real-life examples. It was presented by an amazing instructor. He took his time to explain the course materials and respond to questions. At the end of the course, we were given access to practice exam questions for Scrum Master Certification. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to become a Scrum Master.

Amber Adams: The instructors and producers are very helpful and engaging. The course materials are up to date and class activities are meaningful and collaborative. I have taken a few courses and plan to complete a certification by completing the suggested track outlined. The skills I have learned will definitely improve my job performance and create standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with federal standards and requirements. The student portal is a bit challenging to navigate, but a few improvements could make it very user friendly. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and hope that my feedback on course evaluations will be considered and implemented.
Touraj Behmand: Michele was awesome. The class is great in the sense of preparing you and making you have an idea about PMP test and expectations. I specially concentrated on the activities to improve the learning process. Overall the course is beneficial and will prepare you for the test. Michele also made this learning experience more fun. She is a professional, respectful, prompt and fun at the same time. LOVED the course.
Luz Rosario: Just completed the SOW course online with Management Concepts. The instructor was super enthusiastic throughout the course. Aleta made it very interesting and easy to understand. Was communicating with a representative from MC and they were able to add me into the class late due to a mixup with my agency. Nonetheless, I enjoy learning from MC and will continue taking their courses.

Dian Stevens: I started working at the DC location of Ultimate Performance in November 2021. I was in drastic need of a reset. I gained weight during the pandemic, thanks to many poor choices on my part, and I knew that I needed to take some action. Ultimate Performance exceeded my expectations. I worked with the amazing Owen Browne. Owen is a dedicated fitness professional. Owen is patient, calm, and invested in helping each of his clients achieve their fitness goals. I felt safe with Owen and enjoyed how he consistently challenged me. Please do, however, watch out for Owen with his rep counts. He always seemed to add a few extra reps just when I thought I was done. Ultimate Performance has a unique atmosphere. The gym is immaculate and everyone knows your name. All of the trainers take the time to motivate every client in the gym. Another bonus is watching the trainers work on their own fitness. The trainers all look amazing, of course, but there is no resting on laurels at Ultimate Performance. The trainers challenge each other just as they challenge the clients. It is a great motivator. I am grateful to Owen for helping me shed 28 pounds. In addition, my cardio endurance has improved, my clothes fit again, and I feel great both physically and mentally. So, if you are tired of watching the numbers on the scale climb ever higher, tired of the mental fog, tired of making excuses, and positively fed up with purchasing compression garments to fit in your clothes, then you should definitely consider Ultimate Performance. Working with Ultimate Performance has been one of my best decisions. I recommend Ultimate Performance without hesitation.
Henry Defriez: Fully recommended to anyone seeking to achieve big weight loss or other fitness goals. I have been working with UP for just over two months, and am halfway to my weight loss goal (30 pounds so far). My trainer, Evelyn, has been a fantastic guide and motivator in our sessions, but also outside the gym in monitoring my nutrition plan and helping me stay on track while travelling (picking restaurant menus, preparing hotel gym sessions etc.) While the focus is naturally on hard work, the atmosphere in the gym is friendly, supportive and relaxed. It’s not cheap, but it’s definitely worth it for the physical and mental health benefits, especially if like me you have been struggling to make those gains by yourself.
Alexander Ragonese: I’ve been working out with Robert at UP for a little over 6 weeks now. While I’m excited I’ve lost over 13 lbs, I am more excited how dramatically the UP program has improved my quality of life. I have more energy, think more clearly and am happier overall. I initially signed up thinking I would give this a try for a month and likely quit but I now struggle to imagine my life without the UP program. While it is expensive, you absolutely get what you pay for. The program is personalized and Robert is constantly available for my questions to ensure I stay on track in and out of the gym. I can’t wait to see what they next 6 weeks bring.

I’m down 50+ pounds!), but it’s also a complete mind and body change that sets you up for long-term success. It really is training in the broadest sense, because yes, it includes strength and lifting, but it also teaches good habits on nutrition, hydration, sleep and overall wellness. The program emphasizes the interconnectedness of these elements with a cool app and a trainer who is always there for you (whether you’re in the gym or not). As for the gym in DC… a totally supportive community where the team knows your name, and everyone roots for one another. Special shout out to Gavin – a first-rate trainer who built a custom program for me (that drew on his deep knowledge about the science of fitness) and pushed me through every obstacle to get the results he said were possible on the day we met. He was right. Like I said, DO IT!
Alvin Saha: I HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Performance DC! My trainer, Malik Carter, has kept me motivated and stays on top of my nutrition every day. Without him, I would have not been able to achieve the progress that I’ve made so far. In 3 months, I have lost 15 pounds and have significantly reduced my body fat%. I went back and forth with myself for weeks before I joined UP, and I am very glad that I finally decided to make the leap. In fact, I’m so satisfied that I just signed up for another 3 month package so that I can continue my progress towards my body goals.

Robert Ulrey: View from the conference room on the top floor here is amazing. Overlooks the Washington monument, department of interior, and a bunch of other memorials. Wish I could have watched the fireworks from here.
