Praetorian Services - Washington DC Private Security Guard Company: what do users think?

Caden Schaefer: Praetorian Services helped us out with heightened security for the Brats, Brews & Bands Festival on Sept. 11, 2021. We were unable to find overnight security guards for three nights to watch our Festival equipment. Praetorian Services stepped up to add additional stops for an affordable price to help us make sure our equipment was safe and secure. They conducted the extra security checks and sent a report each morning. Praetorian Services was also very responsive and supportive of the fundraising event.

Antwan Monahan: Praetorian Servicesl is the best! They understands the challenges facing Olympia and the needs of the property owners to patrol and secure their own property. You can count on them to diligently patrol your properties and they set realistic expectations but still gets the results we need. I highly recommend Praetorian Services!

Margarete McKenzie: A geat Security company to work with, in so many ways. The owner is very nice. A good place to land if you desire to get ahead in life. It's we'll run and run in a competent manner. For some, a great place to start. Others, it's an opportunity to keep working.

Emanuel Dare: This company is awesome love working shows and conventions for them real respectful people. I would definitely recommend this company.

Clinton Kutch: Great company also and thinking to get a part-time position again, looking forward in doing so, the lady boss is nice, respectful.

A Security Training Academy Inc: what do users think?

Thomas Caldwell: The security business is not what most people think. The images of a nondescript security guard giving directions at a mall, on patrol at an apartment complex, or checking bags at a concert are what most people imagine. But there's more to the job and the industry. A lot more. Security officers are professionals who serve a vital role and not one that is devoid of danger. A significant number are killed in the line of duty every year. Many because their training was inadequate or incomplete. It's a serious and hazardous business. A profession that can be unforgiving. So if you want to get into the business or keep your skills sharp, you need the best training available. The instructors at A Security Training Academy are the best in the Metropolitan DC area by far. They're tough and direct when it comes to learning your lessons, but that's what's needed if you're going to succeed and survive. They're in business to prepare you for some very serious work and how to get the job done correctly, professionally, and, of course, safely. The owner of A Security probably has more security-related qualifications than anyone in the region. And his team of instructors is every bit as dedicated to the students' success as he is. I've attended several classes at the school for various disciplines: Armed Security, Patrol Rifle, Tactical Handcuffing, Baton Usage, Pepper Spray Deployment, and Basic First Aid. At the end of every course, I knew I was not only more effective at doing my job, but I was also a more desirable employee at any security company I went to work for. Don't take chances with instructors or schools that are less experienced and knowledgeable. If you're entering a no-nonsense business like security or are continuing your education in the field, you need a no-nonsense approach to learning the trade. Your success, and your life, depend on it.
Response: As usual, your straight forward review should make candidates who are being diligent and do their research as they should to find a school which will prepare them for this tedious and time consuming job. Thank you for the forthright review.

Mmallory35: I met Joseph in 2008 and he introduced me to the security industry which intrigued me. I began taking classes in 2008 and have taken all my new/In-service classes with Joseph. Joseph is a excellent teacher and has a true passion in all he does. I HIGHLY recommend Joseph/A Security Training Academy for all you entry-level and in-service security needs.

Jesse Epps: I took my training with Joseph to get my concealed Carry Permit and he made sure I was equipped with the knowledge I needed. He is very entertaining in his training method which makes you pay attention. Great instructor and when it's time to renew I will be going back

Emanuel Mpras: I have been training with Joseph for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to effortlessly and effectively communicate his knowledge to his students. I highly recommend A Security Training Academy, Inc.

Joseph Langone: I highly recommend this private security school. Outstanding security training academy for my initial DCJS training and in-service training. I have gone back for my in-service for the past 2 yrs. Mr. Bonaci and his staff are former LEO's and military professionals. They are all NRA & DCJS veteran firearms instructors and take the time necessary with each student to do it the right way. They are all about safe & proper training. Quality training and professionalism is what they represent.

Joan Cephas: I took a CPR class. Scheduling for the class and location were perfect. Joseph's delivery style was conducted in an informative, practical, and professional manner. I highly recommend taking CPR classes at A Security Training Academy, Inc.

zsnipes2009: I took multiple courses with ASTAI a few months ago, the training I received at this academy was worth every penny. My instructor Mr. Bonacci gave me detailed descriptions and knowledge from his experience of all job duties/expectations and what I was/wasn’t allowed to do per state law. He was by far the most knowledgeable individual that I have received training from. He stands behind his work and ASTAI. I have recommended him and this academy to multiple people since graduating from his facility. I would highly encourage people in the Northern VA area to take a course with with Mr. Bonacci and the ASTAI team.

Jonathan Greenstein: I renewed my annual firearms qualification with Joseph a while back and remembered why I sought him out after being away for several years- he is professional, attentive, safe, and reliable. For anyone looking to renew their LEOSA (HR-218) qualification, be sure to check out Joseph at Security Training Academy. Definitely going back when it’s time to re-qualify. Great prices, great service, and easy to schedule.
Response: Thank you very much.

Eddie Nadal: Both my associate and I have taken our training and recertification courses here with great experiences. The courses are straightforward, reasonably priced, and Joe is always responsive and helpful.

Michelina C.: Joseph Bonacci & his Academy staff are the main reason for choosing your training in security. He is former Army & NYPD & his education of not just the law, but safety is #1 & what is instilled in his students. The courses you can take are endless & will allow you to go into the field confidently.

Gabriel R.Calderon: excellent academy for unarmed security. Instructors go tru every detail in class and gives you more knowledge getting ready for you to follow every rule and directions of DCJS you will learn trust me.

Bettine Bowsky: This school was and is fantastic. I am so glad that I chose this school. I thought I hit a road block getting things completed but Steve was great and I was able to take care of my business. I most definitely will utilize this school again. Thank You so much!

Nikia Ritter: The instructors are outstanding. One on one training classes are. The only way to not pass for shooting or even uour unarmed test is to not pay attention. They give you the tools you need to pass and be confident on the job.

S B: I really don’t like to give bad ratings. But for this case I really need to share my opinion. Today 22th January, time 2:18 pm to 2:19 pm I called them and someone received my call and she was talking so rudely. I was a new guy for that gun license. So I just asked a question. She was yelling with me. And she was super rude. And I asked her name . She said she won’t say her name. What kind of business and customer services they are giving...!??? Whoever is in management pls take care of this case.

Bashir Naeemi: They were very helpful and trained me well, the license process was so cool, like it so far.

Starfford Owusu: Its home to me. A place where aunderstanding prevails.

bill mercado: I not recommend this place bad customer service to the students o not help and the not answer the email o phone calls

Nancy Robb: If you want to learn CORRECTLY, THIS is where you go !!

David Grazette: Better than online, more information from the instructor !!!!!!

luis hernandez: Excellent

District of Columbia Security Officers Management Branch: what do users think?

Ronald Cooper: I had a great experience with this agency. I spoke with a Mr. Long who was very nice, informative and polite. He answered my question and I was off the phone in a matter of minutes.

L J: If it is a requirement to renew your license at this specific place during a certain time period, your doors should not be closing early and the lines should not be getting cut off. Today you guys cut the line off at 10am. Y’all open at 8:30. How can you make a cut off after only an hour and a half of being open. Mind you there were like 30 people in line. You can’t tell me the employees inside can’t get through 30 people before close of business which is at 2. Mind you this is basically the last day to renew and for the past two weeks I have been here 4 times during business hours to get turned away. I guess I’ll just get a license in Virginia and steer clear of DC’s SPO outdated system. Renewals should be done online by now it’s 2019.

Keyana Lindsey: arrived at 8:30am stood in line until 1pm still wasn't seen. the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I haft to return another day due to not being seen. the service is poor and they need to find a better system.

Vanessa Smith: The female that answered the phone was very rude. Unprofessional at its best. I called to get information and she acted as if it wasn't her Job to provide information but yet she answered the phone. That's beyond crazy to me that you are blessed with a job and you are rude to people.

Lyndon Johnson: Very unprofessional & rude staff members. I was treated poorly on the phone. I went into the office & they act like they are being bothered to DO THEIR JOB!

David Schinasi (Falcon): Thank you for your patience and the phone assistance you provide us several times while we were preparing our applications.

Britt'Nee Morton: I've called this office ten times EACH day for the past 4 business days and still haven't gotten anyone to pick up

Andre “Dreyne” Whyne: Very unprofessional staff members. They are rude on the phone and when you go to the office.

Steven Lewis: Staff in the security licensing part are very rude and unprofessional, if you go here just give them your paperwork and don't say anything or they will have a sarcastic remark about it

Raymond Kelly: Excellent service but you have to arrive early to get a good spot in line.

Isaac Cole: I will recommend anyone who want to do his or her security training to take your classes with Elite investigation Academy, they have a very good teachers to train you much better to understand the whole subject. I highly recommend new or old officers to get your trained with them !!!

Lilia Ghazvini: Wonderful security training agency, love to do business with you. Perfect delivery of training.

Travell Murrell: The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great group of instructors to learn from.

Censored X: If your teachers/instructors aren't heckling you for your mistakes; then you're being taught incorrectly. Every student is a pupil, And every student needs a catalyst to point in the right direction. These guys were BRUTALLY honest not only to themselves, their company, but to your every acquisition. No student is learning if they aren't asking questions, critically judging themselves, and calling out their own mistakes when no one is watching. If you listen and follow instructions...these guys will be your best friends.

tim Mansfield: Had lots of fun taking my armed security course with the elite agency. The staff instructors here are superb. Definitely some of the best at what they do. Special shout to Crayons, Hunchback, Ali and Brandon. You guys are awesome, by far some of the best instructors I’ve ever had the privilege to learn from. I will definitely be back for more training in the future, and highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to work in the security field. These folks will prepare you for the future. 💪🏽 Respectfully yours Tim

Yas: Such a great school to take your unarmed course! When I decide whether I want to become an Armed Officer, I will definitely be back here. My instructor Mr. Ali was awesome. He knows his stuff and makes the class enjoyable considering it’s a 9 hour course for 2 days. They have a clean break room where they offer coffee and water. Clean restrooms. Nice and cool AC. The prices are pretty reasonable as well, they go through the whole DCJS process in detail. They make sure you know the material for the exam at the end. Overall, pretty great school, definitely worth your time and money! Highly recommend.

nate2skate 2: Its been great starting my career getting certified here. Awesome team of instructors.

Ibrahim Ibrahim: The people who work here are great! They're very attentive to everyone's needs and answered any and all questions that we had. They also would guide us step-by-step on which certifications we can and should work towards for better job opportunities. If you're on the fence about whether or not to use their services, I highly advise investing in yourself and signing up

Mohaned Alkhazraji: Let me tell you a little bit of my experience, I went and got my CCWVA as well Utah CCW from them and also armed security unarmed security also Pepper spray license baton license handcuff license and the last one is private protection service(PPS) . The staff member unbelievable friendly, they are make sure to make you understand all the law and VA and other states they explain to you everything step-by-step the instructor very open mind they talk to you just like you are them friends or one of them family they treat you nicely they are make sure you understand all the details . and a special thank you to Mr. James he is very wonderful person he go through all the details step-by-step with the way that he explained to you make you feel things is easy and also thank you to my instructor Mr. Ray without him I could encourage my PPS license because he explained to me all the law and the regulation go and teach me how to plan all the details thank you all wish you guys the best . merry Christmas and happy new year

JD Davidson: Decent training school. Good prices on classes. DCJS certified instructors and classes. Friendly staff. They do mostly security training but if you need handgun recert they're good. Only negative is they use MD Small Arms range. I'd rather go to a VA range and they're so close to Sharpshooters.

Rissa Wang: We had Michael and Richard work security for our wedding. They were both so so kind, from the moment we started working with them to the end of the wedding.
Response: Thank you for the great feedback Rissa, we're glad Michael and Richard were able to help out on your special day. Congratulations!

Angela Meyer: Excellent experience! We contracted SMART Security Pros for armed security services for a large event we were holding. Shawn and his team quickly responded to our needs. Not only were they courteous and professional, they treated us like family and made everyone feel safe. It was a pleasure working with them and we will surely call them again if ever the need should arise. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of security services. THANK YOU SO MUCH SMART SECURITY PROS!!!
Response: Thank you Angela! We enjoyed working with you as well! Call us anytime.

April Morrison: I reached out to SMART Security Pro for a security guard for our construction site. Shawn is AWESOME! He took care of everything and made me feel very comfortable leaving my site in his hands. Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable person. If you need first class services at reasonable prices, you should definitely contact Shawn and his team. These guys know what to do!
Response: Thank you April! We loved working with your team.

Aleeson Phalichanh: What a wonderful experience! We flew in to the area on short notice and Shawn and his team were able to accommodate a last minute private security service (2-3 hour notice). The process was easy and straight to the point. I originally reached out via Yelp and contacted 7 other agencies. Others responded hours later or after the event time. The gentleman was at the destination early and was prompt. The event flowed smoothly and our team felt safe. All around a great company! Highly recommend.
Response: Thank you Aleeson! Great working with you and your team!

Betty Hemingway: SMART Security Pros have the most professional, well-mannered security guards in the industry. These guys actually care about you and protecting your event. Our charity event was a smashing success and that’s all thanks to SMART Security Pros making everyone feel comfortable and safe at the event. Hire SMART Security Pros if you need friendly, trustworthy security guards!
Response: Thank you Betty! We appreciate the positive feedback.

Brian Grady: Shawn and his team set up mobile video guard for a construction project my firm was managing. Everything provided has been on time and on budget, and the coverage has been great peace of mind while potentially sensitive data and equipment would have otherwise been vulnerable. I would suggest working with Shawn in a heartbeat.
Response: Thanks Brian! I appreciate the great feedback.

Security Training Academy: what do users think?

Jack Schroeder: Awesome " For Real" training and education. The Trainer is obviously skilled and experienced. The Trainer and staff are friendly and teach with humbleness and there are no stupid questions to them. You will come away knowing how to handle a firearm safely and be on your way to becoming competent in the use of firearms.
Response: Thank you Jack! We appreciate your kind feedback! It was a fun class 😊

Phil Welborn: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueChris runs an absolutely all-around A+ business here. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and thorough. If you're researching more than one place to acquire an HQL, CCW permit or anything else related to gun ownership, good news is your search has ended. Don't even hesitate and call Chris. You won't regret it.
Response: Thank you very much! We really appreciate you!

Wayne Phillips: Went to get my HQL license. Chris was very knowledgeable about State laws when purchasing a handgun. The class was actually fun as well as informative. I would definately recommend anyone who is looking to get their HQL or any other handgun related product to contact Chris at STA.
Response: Thank you Wayne! We appreciate your kind feedback!

Maxdoggendorf Doggendorf: The class was extremely valuable. Both Chris and Georgianna were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly I highly recommend STA for your secuity needs
Response: Thank you so much Max! We truly appreciate you! We’re happy you enjoyed class!

Ashley Moccia: Being a novice gun user I was nervous for the class. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable. The instructor Chris was knowledgeable in all aspects of gun safety, licensing and was able to answer any questions. The entire process was smooth and very relaxed which made me as the student relaxed. Will definitely be going back for further training here!

Gerard Johnston: Went for CPR and firearms training and Chris and his team are awesome!! They have everything needed for an exceptional training experience including the facility, the equipment, the knowledge and, most of all, the practical experience to help you get what you need. We will definitely train here again and enjoyed it so much that we are getting our adult kids to attend the training too. You can’t go wrong with this training.

Stephen Marcisak: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGreat experience! My wife and I did our HQL here. Chris and Georgie were knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Security Training Academy!

Drew Bissally: First time visiting the training center. The staff and the owner was very friendly and professional. The classes was very hands on and knowledgeable. I like that they have this simulation room where it teaches you what you may encounter in the real world. Also teaches you gun control when you should use it and not. It’s like being on a real traffic stop. Or crowd control. I like that everything I need is right there in one place. And it’s convenient for me to get to. Located in Pasadena MD. It is much easier. At first I was traveling to Springfield VA every weekend. Or DC. All I know if you are new to the private sector or been in it for a while this is the palace to go and get what you need for training or your credentials. Check the website out you will not be disappointed.
Response: Thanks

NA: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThanks Chris for an awesome experience! He was a knowledgeable instructor who spoke to the law, but broke things down to where it was easily understood. Although it was a 4 hour class, he kept it interesting with his instruction and video choices. He answered all questions with facts and integrity. I will return for additional courses!
Response: Thanks your very much .. hope to see you again

Jocelyn Garcia: Such a great experience in thier simulation room! I recommend this for everyone! If your new to handguns they will help you with learning how to hold a gun and aiming. The simulation room puts you in real life situations to experience where you might have to use your weapon. All the instructors are very helpful and make it so comfortable for beginners.

Inlingua Washington DC: what do users think?

Usman Khalid: This is the worst testing center for IELTS I have ever registered in my life. Please guys if you care about your money do not register for IELTS test in this center. You will definitely regret after paying your fee! These people only care about your money that's all. Even if this is the last option in the world I would say do not register for the test here. The staff is very rude and if you email them that you don’t want to take the test anymore because I don’t need it anymore, they will not refund you and only they care about money the fees 250$ fees you paid and they are the rudest staff I ever talk to, they just say to me that, whether I come to take the test or if I don’t take the IELTS test, they are not gonna refund me, worst and ridiculous customer service, Never Ever Book a test on this testing Center.
Response: Usman, As the Director of this Test Center, I take this sort of feedback very seriously, so thank you for taking time to write out your thoughts. IELTS is an international standardized test with a refund policy that is not set by the local center. Refunds are allowed for documented health conditions and other clearly-defined situations, as described during the registration process. I apologize if our commitment to upholding the standard IELTS policies to which we are accountable was perceived as rude, though we simply do not have the amount of flexibility that you were hoping for. Our commitment is to deliver the IELTS test according to the international standards in all areas of back office administration, test delivery, materials security, personal integrity, and customer service. Response: Hi Hanan! Thank you for this great review for inlingua Washington DC. We pride ourselves for having the best instructors who care about the students' goals in life. Stop by anytime to say hello!

Daniela Melendez: Do not take your TOEFL exam here!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews for this location as a test center before my exam. It wasn't even that the place was not well equipped. I didn't even have the chance to experience that. Nobody showed up!!! We were 15 test-takers waiting, and they never opened the building nor answered our calls. We couldn't take the test, and now I have been on the phone trying to reschedule it for over 2 hours. This is a nightmare; please try to take it at home or find a better location.

Ali Almdaoi: I am so happy I made the decision to go to school lnlingua where I did. I really love Inlingua these are just a few reasons why. The incredible staff i've met The staff I have met at inlingua have made such a huge impact on me. they are so nice with the people. the Inlingua try to help the students also people as they can they will do anything to help students succeed. finally, I recommend you guys to choose inlingua because they try to develop every one to be much better. S Libby: The first time I went to the school, I really enjoyed it. First of all, the front desk service is very professional . They let me clear and quick understanding of the school curriculum, and then they help me for my personal situation made several plans, So I have a lot of choices, and give me plenty time full to consideration. The second, after joining the school, I feel like a family in here, Every teacher who whether you know or don't know . They will be warm to say hello and regard to you. I remembered my first class, I was shy to speak but the teacher was very patiently guide me and help me. Even teacher was effective help for my question of study and make me improve a lot. So I made great progress. And the school every day it will have extra-curricular activities to enrich everyone's spare time. Finally I want to talk about that the geographical environment of the school. The school is located near by the beautiful Potomac River, and a bridge between the famous Georgetown and school. From our school to metro station only 5 minutes by walk. There are many supermarket, restaurants surrounding the school. No matter where you want to go.life in here is very convenient. Therefore, Inlingua , we have no reason to don't love it.I hope there will have more and more friends to join our family in the future! Happy learning together! : )
Response: We are so grateful for your kind words. Thanks for sharing your review with us and the community. Our school's pride is our wonderful staff members, teachers and the perks of having a great location!

Amara Ganjuur: It's so unforgettable memories that related with Inlingua Washington. Just after i landed in Dulles airport, it was my first spot to visit and the front-desk stuff welcomed me so nicely and friendly. And i also never ever forget the wonderful feeling when i was trying to find a school and walking along the road when i first got off the Metro in Rosslyn Station. President of School, McKay welcomed me so nicely and Patricia helped me a lot to join right English level when i was there. International Student advisor Natalie helped to invite my family under F-2 dependent visa come here. I really miss the school staff and my classmates there. If its possible, i wanna study here as much as i can. I highly recommend you guys this English school, If you really want to improve your English language Academically and Practically. English language materials and methodology is so practical and very useful.

Mohamed Khadir: This review is about TOEFL test test center in this horrible place . Don't ever take your test here , very bad staff , the hall has the check in desk and you will take the test in the same place , so noisy and distracted , plus the computers separated by cartoon sheets like you literally will hear the person next to you, plus the computers most of it hanging , old , not good .person who check in people lack of experience , she is very slow , doesn't know how to move me and put me in another computer when i asked to , because apparently she doesn't know how to do it . this center waste my time my money because of the bad standards they follow, I hope other people see my comment and please for god sake don't ever take your test here if you wanna get a good score in TOEFL. you all know Toefl need concentration all depend on time each second will change your score , Definitely this is not a good place to achieve your goal .
Response: Hi Mohamed. We would like to extend our apologies regarding your experience in this test. We always make sure our applicants are satisfied with the service. We follow the ETS requirements for testing, and we are very interested in your comments. If you have any suggestions, it would be great if you could email the team with some ideas at toefl@ets.org

Luis Roberto Escoto: The course really helped me improve in my listening, reading, writing and speaking skills in English. This class helped me become more aware of my weaknesses and also gave me tools to strengthen them. Different activities such as question and answer activities, pair work, educational games group, discussions and group projects, dialogues, role playing, oral presentations, multimedia activities and books helped me understand how I could become a more effective communications in English. The class is a lot of work, but it's totally worth it. I learned a variety of elements and principles to continue studying English by myself. The private classes were useful and helped highlight key to review basic concepts and structures to speaking and reading and hold and take part in meetings in English. I particularly enjoyed the private classes. I am already recommending the course to some of my friends who are interested in improving their skills in English. The course requires a lot of work that some people may not be willing to put into it.

Komal Ganjoo: I had an awesome experience studying at Inlingua DC. I took an IELTS test prep, where I enhanced my all four areas- Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. My special thanks to Patricia Layden, who responded to all my concerns and guided me accordingly; I am also thankful to Katja Edwards, who helped in all smooth transactions and big thanks to my instructor, Jessica Fast Michel, who patiently worked hard on my weak areas. Sincerely, to learn English, Inlingua is the best.

Mehmet Osman Coskun: I studied at Inlingua prior to going to law school. Learned so much and had so much fun. Teachers were great and very friendly. After studying there i got a 7.5 on the ielts exam.

Eagle Protection Services Inc: what do users think?

Brittany Smith: This company was very unprofessional when handling Situations. They are very far and if you don’t have a car I don’t recommend you to work for this company. It’s easy to get hired if you have your security license but the professionalism isn’t there.

Maranatha SOS: I was recently employed by them and already I’ve spent at least $25 in gasoline running around doing things without being paid.

Tony Roulhac: This company is a complete joke!!!! First off they make you pay for the uniforms they provide you that smell of old mildew and funk…the supervisors are completely unprofessional, lack communication skills, and rude I quit the first day I started…I recommend you run for the hills before you think about applying here because you going to regret it…. if i could give them a zero I would

Danny Christian: I worked for this company for 8 years and have nothing but good feedback to say. The management was responsive and helped me in areas I needed it in, and my supervisors were always on call. I did my training through them in the beginning and was helped guided through the process. I was satisfied with my paychecks as the rates of other companies matched. I moved across the country so I had to resign, but this job was one that I would recommend.

Tail Gunner: As a Armed Security this is the best company that I have ever worked for. Management truly cares about their employees and wants everyone to succeed within the work place. I love being a part of the team Eagle Protection Services. The most enjoyable part of my job is my supervisor that is Jason, Maxwell and Kevin. I always go to them if I needed advice or when I needed help in something that I did not understand. Over all I loved this company.

Angela George- Edwards: Not professional, I was not respected by several male employees, manager and human resources did not correct and do not correct employees for racially movatied actions against me. Human Resources fails to protect the employee.

Clarence Brown, Sr.: Horrible company. Beware to any client contemplating hiring them for security services. They treat their officers terrible, thus, transferring low morale staff to your site. Like every security company in the 21st century, they are accepting too many contracts to grow their company, without enough employees to dispatch to the sites. In turn, this leads to lack of training, lack of ethics, and constant burn-out due to the increase desire for employees to work as many shifts as possible. Eagle Protection pressures their employees to work 16 hours a day just to cover shifts so the site won't be unmanned. Horrible!! A G.E.D. and a drivers license is all it takes for someone to gain their security license in VA....this is exactly the type of low-grade guards you will get from them!! You'd be better off going to Securitas, Triple Canopy, or Contellius for your security needs. Jason and his management team are incompetent of running a proper security business. Go ahead and sell to Allied Universal like your neighbor SOS Security did because your security personnel and business is a joke!!!!

Tanya Williams: Management was fair and the staff communicated fine. I wasn't sent to the best of places to work but that was what they had so I made the best of it. I wore a uniform, received on the job training and I did my job. Pay was fine. It wasn't hard.

Gerald “G_Wiz” Palmer: Worst security service at Mason Van Dorn ever. No concern for safety of residents says they only secure the leasing office the tennis courts and dumbsters.

Deputy Allen: EAGLE PROTECTIVE GROUP has many possibilities throughout the company. Everyone is very friendly and treats you like family. If you have any issues the supervisors will try and work with you as long as you let them know what you need. I am been working for this company many years because of the opportunities that have come my way. The company is very dependable and it shows because they have been in business for 20 years.

Elliott School of International Affairs: what do users think?

Ray Mack: I really did not expected that so many people in Washington were interested in Central Asia culture. And so many people, businesses and funds are connected with live life of Central asian folks. Elliott School of international Affairs did great.

bonnie the bunny: Nice place. Rooftop with balcony. Lovely view. Lots of information.

Bill Schauman: Liked the new exhibit, "Waging Peace in Vietnam" about military personnel resistance to the war during the war. Building ok, enhanced by fresh-faced young people studying to be world leaders.

PRM: Looking to have an international affair? This is the place to learn how. No matter your sub-specialty, be it a sutric sachet with a sumptuous South Asian or a promenade to the polar palace of a Nordic Elsa, this is the place to learn how to do it right. Emphasis is on fostering students' understanding of how to get in quickly, make the most of the affair, and leave without creating an international scene. Exit strategies are gamed out in detail and students are encouraged to think holistically - staying friends afterward - and outside the box.

Robert Ulrey: View from the conference room on the top floor here is amazing. Overlooks the Washington monument, department of interior, and a bunch of other memorials. Wish I could have watched the fireworks from here.

Diego Blanco: Ranked the 8th best International Relations school in the world, most of the professors and speakers used to be ambassadors.

Emma Sutter: Awesome educational building with modern technology. The stairs are a great butt workout, too.

Tino Stephens: One of the greatest school of international affairs not only in the nation but, the world!

Rozey Chan: Professors from all over the world and of all professions! You always learn something new from lectures given in Elliott :)

Veronica Red: Beautiful building, bathrooms are behind in the renovation cycle.

Israeli Tactical School: what do users think?

INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION SERVICES: I love Israeli tactical school, absolutely worth it. I took TAC 1,2,3,4,5&6, and instructor course in Poland, Florida / Daytona Beach, Everything was utterly amazing. If you are not worried about working hard and looking for the real deal, This is a place to get some professional tactical training. IST is one of the best excellent and professional tactical training that you can get in de market. One of the best experiences, live-fire 360° CQB and live-fire video scenarios, is the challenge of that making your decisions under pressure. Tomer is a fantastic person and instructor that he believed in reality and gives you what you need. I can tell you IST was One of the best training experiences that I have ever had. The next courses that I'm going join Tomer are Israeli navy seal and TACK 7. Thank you, Tomer, for Everything. Ricky

Miguel Barajas: First and foremost, went to Isreali Tactical School with no LE or Military background and very minimal firearm experience. I went through Tomer’s Executive Protection Program because it was highly recommended. To say the least, the program completely exceeded my expectations. Tomer was an excellent instructor and went beyond the tactical training even to the mental level. The training I received was very thorough and detailed orientated and very practical and effective. He is very knowledgeable in his field and it shows in his training. The progress I made in such a short time was unreal to me. Tomer really knows what he is doing. I will definitely be back there again. For anyone looking to kick off a career in EP or any related field or for anyone who just wants advanced firearms training, I highly reccomend Isreali Tactical School.
Response: (Translated by Google) Yalla (Original) Yalla

Brad Langley: All I'm saying is I found some horrifyingly embarrassing video footage of what looked like grown men trying to impersonate soldiers. The tactics seen being taught for indoors combat were so bad that I'm surprised they did not shoot one another. Not saying this school is bad but just be sure to educate yourself outside of this place as I saw tactics that were very dangerous and potentially fatal to anyone whom would try to replicate. Goodluck, happy hunting.
Response: Hi Brad I wonder why you take your time to leave this type of message. As far as I know you haven’t attended any of our classes. I’m a former Israeli Secret Service special agents and two of our lead instructors one is a former green beret Ian Nelson and the 2nd Steven Foreback are they also don’t know what they are doing ? I wonder who paid you to leave hater comment here Does a business you represent wants to get rid of competition? Are you envy with our success and our outstanding service for 11 years already with training operation world wide and domestic here in the USA The way to talk here like the last keyboard warrior show exactly you hidden interest here to disgrace and trash talk other people business and lovely hood of me and my fellow instructors You should be ashamed of yourself Tomer Israeli Head of school (202)674-7255

Trevor Roy: I posted a previous review based on some things I saw on this website that I found extremely questionable. But, Tomer replied and it made me pause and think... I'm changing my review to a sewhat neutral four stars for the time being and I intend on getting in touch with or possibly even taking a course to actually my time and money where my mouth is BEFORE I cause some small damage to a company that might be very worthwhile. To everyone that reads this review, remember - talk is cheap. Don't freak out and run away from this business just because some guy on the internet said their videos displayed questionable tactics. Wisdom comes from a diversity of knowledge and lived experience. Do your own research and see what they have to say before making your own judgement.
Response: Hi Trevor, My name is Tomer and I’m the owner of the school a former Captain in the SF of Israel and former Secret Service officer, besides me we have instructors from US Green Beret Ian Nelson and Steven A former special agent responsible for the protection of the president of the USA. ALL OF US DONT KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING / TEACHING??? It’s very easy to trash talk other people business and training operation and this is exactly what you do! I don’t know why you against our operation maybe you got a hidden reason (maybe you or a friend of yours compete with us or you envy our business success or training around the world to countless units include the best of the best of America - US Navy SEALs , Green Beret to name a few, these are coming on a regular basis to our school to learn different tactics (there is 1000 ways to skin a cut) and no one hold the key to all of them These tactics that you trash talk proven in battle for decades again again … and still are in the fight against terror You are invited any time for any of our courses to see what actually we do and train hard and see the results and then see if it worked for you But to trash talk like the last keyboard warrior isn’t fare and nobody will buy into your advices. I hope that the people that you trying to defend will know better then you - To respect the other, learn from everyone and keep training hard in-case they need to use these or other tactics You are invited to our courses nation wide and several locations include Europe Latin America Asia and of course in the USA you are invited to call me if you want learn more about our tactics - I will be very happy to - after all YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU DONT KNOW I THINK THIS IS THE CASE HERE PURE IGNORANCE NOTHING MORE Tomer Israeli CEO (202)674-7255 Tomer@israeliTactical.com www.israeliTactical.com

Stuart Hicken: I had the pleasure and opportunity to participate in Israeli Tactical School's training this last summer. The curriculum is comprehensive and prioritizes "perfect" repetition and safety. This creates a learning environment that is safe, collaborative, and flexible in a way that maximizes the training impact for students at any skill level. Tomer and his team are knowledgeable and have unwavering dedication to professionalism, realistic training, and the experience of the students. I participated in multiple marksmanship schools and training events in my fourteen years in the military. This experience provided a perspective and skillset that were distinctly beneficial to anyone who seeks to operate in tactical or security/executive protection career fields. This is a well crafted and refined tool for anyone's kit. I wholeheartedly recommend Tomer and the Israeli Tactical School and hope for more opportunities to train with this team.

Cori Gibb: This is the best school of all time I will recommend it to all. Tomer and the rest of the instructors are top notch and I look forward to future relationships with them. I took the EP course and I'm confident it will assist me in my work.

Keith Lawson: The Best Instructors in the Industry and subject matter experts on how to survive and win at all costs. The price is very reasonable and the information on key matters and subjects is priceless....

Oliver Garbers: The Israeli Doctrine is a flexible system for the individual warrior to survive the dark hours of our times, as an agent alone or in a team, civilian or governmental. The difference to other schools is, it is not a shooting course, it is a way been taught how to fight with a firearm or even bare hands, how to prevail an attack, with surprise, aggression, speed. The SAS principle on which the Delta Forces around the world are base on. While you being taught you learn how to shoot with excellency. In comparison to other schools, who heavily rely on position work, like prone, supine etc. which are valuable and have there place but much more on the war battlefield and long lasting battles/fire exchanges but less in urban 360/3D warfare, daily street fights, active shooter incidents and terrorist attacks, you do not want to pin yourself to the ground having three guys open fire on you, you want to be fast, aggressive and mobile and here you find another valuable of the Israeli Doctrine, it builds on the Infantry Style, move, stop, attack, move on, use cover till you are over the threat and eliminate it. This style fits almost anyone. The curriculum is performance based, do what you can, with what you have, so each student proceeds on his own pace to fulfil the task and enhance his capabilities step by step and so beginners can train with professionals, no one is left behind. As many others teach either only sighted shooting or only point shooting, you learn here the full spectrum and how to apply accordingly under pressure. The curriculum is scientifically and logically constructed with the most safety in mind, to get the most out of it in the shortest amount of time. The concept relies on repetition to built the necessary neural pathways ( muscle memory ) and to store the context in the right brain area, so it can be easily applied subconsciously under pressure and having free memory for making the right decision being under attack, gun fighting is problem solving and solution finding and to get the quotation right, you need to have the necessary skills, within a split of a second, at hand. The major advantage is, each student will be taught individually in comparison to ten standing guys at the firing line and fire on "UP". At ITS everyone gets the necessary attention while the others watch, listen to the critics, can ask questions and discuss and learn on the mistake and actions shown and watching while the current individual trained gets immediately corrected, so few mistakes to ingrain. From basic to advanced step by step, easy to hard, from slow to fast, from quite to under pressure. The repertoire is held as simple as possible to be easily retained and being applied when necessary. The interleaved training idea and chaos implementation gives you a much faster approach, success and longer lasting skills. But with any art or skill, you have to train the methods you learned to keep them alive, any F-16 fighter pilot has to fly to stay sharp, ITS delivers you the doctrine of how and what to do. The expertise of Tomer Israeli is hard to double, his educational and teaching skills are far ahead and outstanding. And he is a very humble personality. My personal conclusion if you want to learn to fight with the gun, do not look any further, come train with Israel Tactical School, a bit expensive, yes but you get what you pay for, becoming an individual warrior to save your and others life. The course applies to law enforcement officers, military units as to civilians. The idea behind is the close protection doctrine, Shin Bet. It is no wonder that graduands win in competition shooting and in international SWAT contests.

Marco Garcia: The best Tactical course with mr Tomer Israeli ... i highly recommend this course, by far the best !!!! If you want to take this courses for the first time or you are aún expert this si for you!!!!

Brett Shehadey: Tomer is an exceptionally talented professional and gifted teacher in the CT field. He really makes you feel like you are actually in the Israeli counter terror environment wherever you are training in the world and using their tried and trusted methods. He is safe, patient and practical. The lessons advance becoming more demanding as you become more proficient with Israeli methods. I have not finished his program yet beyond TAC 1-4 but plan to do so. This is one of those rare opportunities in life you don’t want to miss out on, whether it’s for just learning how to use a gun beginner to the most specialized units. Could not be happier with the program.

New Horizons Computer Learning Centers: what do users think?

Khari Garrett: You'd be better off taking courses at a community college. I only had one teacher in this school that actually taught really substantial information in a way that the entire class could understand. The other teacher was a daily series of soliloquies who did not possess the ability to explain course materials in a flexible fashion. In addition, the school handles some things im a very immoral fashion. First, if you are a veteran, the school will raise your tuition, after you start courses, so they can charge the government more. I'd think veterans would want to stretch their GI Bill funds as far ac possible. Finally, the was an incident where one student lightly assaulted another student over a simple conversation about GOT, and the school did absolutely nothing about it. This school is horrible and I believe if more classroom students at the McLean location weren't so afraid of rubbing someone the wrong way, this place wood have more negative reviews. Honestly, if you really want to learn, at least hop to a community college where class costs are low, where teachers don't have to cram so much information into a short period of time, and where you don't have to repeat the class more than once to gain the substance needed.

Khalid Darab: Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBunch of false advertising, teachers just waste time and read directly from the book, career guy doesn't even help you find a real job, horrible school. They ripped me off for a lot of money, almost $19,000. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, stay away, you're better off self studying.

Alliance Française: what do users think?

roberta weinman: I recently took three courses through this Alliance and finished the last one at B2.1. I have had many classes through other Alliances and was very disappointed with the quality and pace of the instruction. It seemed as though we were rushing through the book and exercises without the time to truly absorb what we were supposed to learn. We were often cut off when asking questions or making comments, so that the instructor could quickly go to the next section of the book. Learning should be enjoyable, as well as informative. This particular class was neither, especially compared with my other experiences. (Note: The Everyday French class was very good and completely different in tone and pace, with this instructor attuned to the needs of his students.) I am also appalled at the way I was treated by the administration when I made an attempt to talk about my experience with the instructor of the B-level classes. Sarah Diligenti, especially, is arrogant and dismissive and really does not want to hear about any negative experiences. The administration simply does not care. I would encourage potential students to stay away from this Alliance.

Melanie La Force: Positive: ProfessionalismThe staff are always willing to help. The teachers are awesome. I succeeded at getting my DALF C1. This was a tough exam and the prep was great.

jsksj ydjs: The staff of this alliance françaice was very rude to me. I only wanted to take the B2 delf exam, but because I failed the begging test, and they placed me as a A1 student, they told me that they won't allow me to take it never, no mattering how much French I could learn. I won't be back, and I don't recommend this place for anybody.

Bonnie Beavers: Bassima was my teacher for my class (level 104.A.2), which for me was the first French classroom experience since university days 40 years ago. I enjoyed it enormously and will sign up again. We spoke French the entire time, and the materials were very helpful & well-organized. French immersion schools abroad know about Alliance and respect their teaching.

JC Kollmorgen: Membership and the cost of classes are pretty steep altogether. However, the quality of teaching is good. Much better than taking a class at USA Graduate School, for examples. Their library is also fantastic. You can borrow books, DVDs, and audio. I only wish they had more higher level class offerings at their Penn Quarter location as it would be more convenient for me.

Brittany Roth: I took the A101 course at Alliance Francaise this last October and the professor spoke in English more than half of the time and the class moved very slowly, which is all fine given we are all complete beginners. She was very nice and made sure the students were understanding all the topics. I then signed up for this A102 class and the teacher spoke nearly 100% of the time in French and moved through new material very quickly. He explained all new concepts in French and did not always make sure that what he was explaining was understood. The A101 class that I took absolutely did not prepare me for the A102 class. The professor used words and phrases that were never previously covered. Also, if you did not understand right away he would become very impatient. One time I said I did not understand something and he said scoffed and asked why? He did similar things with other students. His behavior was very upsetting and often times caused me to get frustrated and want to give up. I finished this course very unhappy. On top of my frustrations with the teacher, I never received my results for the end of the session test. This past week I moved to France and want to enroll in the Alliance Francaise program in Toulouse and having my test results would have been great in order to help place me in a course here.

Sarah Lewthwaite: Alliance Francaise has a very poor system for allocating students to levels in teen classes. We wasted a lot of money -- their classes are expensive -- because our daughter's class contained one student who was way behind all the others, and the teacher taught at that student's level. When we raised the issue, we encountered a dismissive attitude from a senior staff member. Classes for other ages may be good -- we have no experience of them -- but don't waste your money on teen classes.

Albert Traver: I've attended two beginner courses so far ($400 each) at l'Alliance and I'm pretty happy with my French and the teaching. They have a lot of day/time options at my level so it's been convenient and looks like their library has a bunch of options but haven't explored it yet.

Charlotte Dadzie: I think the class I took helped me improve my language skills a little, I did not like the fact that the teacher I had did not say anything when students were laughed at when they made a mistake. I mean We learn together, we shouldn’t laugh at people when they make a mistake, we should instead help them.

joseph Thompson: Wissam is a great French teacher. I took several classes with him and would highly recommend.

The George Washington University: what do users think?

Quinn Peters: This university is ruled out as a possible location for my children to attend. As long as that fraud of a justice Clarence Thomas has a professorship here, I’ll never give this place a red cent and I’ll pray every day for it’s ultimate failure.

Dominick Withanachchi: Love the way its situated. If you like a university in a big city, this is one of the best.

SusanTerry Beverly: A lovely city campus. However there are signs of vandalism showing. Let's be cognizant of our surroundings at all times and put an end to this type of behavior immediately.

Ittipat Prapaprasert: Known as 'G-dub' or 'GW', this university has been a bedrock of Washington identity since its founding in 1821. Besides shaping much of the American political landscape, GW has shaped the capital itself, buying up town houses on such a scale that it is now the city's second-biggest landowner after the federal government.

bayazid ahamed: George Washington, the first President of the United States, advocated for the establishment of a national university in the U.S. capital in his first State of the Union address in 1790 and continued to promote this idea throughout his career and until his death.[8][9] In his will, Washington left shares in the Potomac Company to endow the university. However, due to the company's financial difficulties, funds were raised independently. On February 9, 1821, the university was established by an Act of Congress first as Columbian College and then as Columbian University, making it one of only five universities in the United States with a Congressional charter. The university's undergraduate and graduate schools includes the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences, the Elliott School of International Affairs, the GWU School of Business, the School of Media and Public Affairs, the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, the GWU Law School and the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design. GWU's main Foggy Bottom campus is located in the heart of Washington, D.C., with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank located on campus and the White House and the U.S. Department of State within blocks of campus. GWU hosts numerous research centers and institutes, including the National Security Archive and the Institute for International Economic Policy. GWU also has two satellite campuses: the Mount Vernon campus, located in D.C.'s Foxhall neighborhood, and the Virginia Science and Technology Campus in Loudoun County, Virginia. GWU is classified among "R1: Doctoral Universities – Very High Research Activity".The university offers degree programs in seventy-one disciplines, enrolling around 11,000 undergraduate and 15,500 graduate students. GWU is home to extensive student life programs, a strong Greek culture, and over 450 other student organizations. The school's athletic teams, the George Washington Colonials, play in the NCAA Division I Atlantic 10 Conference. GWU also annually hosts numerous political events, including the World Bank and International Monetary Fund's Annual Meetings.[14] The university's alumni, faculty, and affiliates include 16 foreign heads of state or government, 28 United States senators, 27 United States governors, 18 U.S. Cabinet members, five Nobel laureates, two Olympic medalists, two Academy Award winners, and a Golden Globe winner.GWU has over 1,100 active alumni in the U.S. Foreign Service and is one of the largest feeder schools for the diplomatic corps.

Garth Hedley: Amazing complex, beautiful buildings and friendly atmosphere.

Steven Zimmerman: an outstanding University for our son to obtain his Masters in Public Health

Anthony Scott: While the food was descent, the service was so so. Once the cashier finally paid attention to us and we were able to order, she was very friendly. But prior to taking our order, she continued to talk to another employee and chat about non work stuff and ignore customers. The sweet potato fries and grasshopper shake were very good.

frfrpr: Can't believe the University has not addressed the rat infestation problem. Scary

Taylor Fain: Very disappointed in their response to covid. Forcing students who have children to go back into classes of 150 people. Very irresponsible and not taking safety seriously.

Sidwell Friends School: what do users think?

Sanosuske: The negative exposure in the media because of one of the teachers has made me decide to not send my children back in fall. I understand everyone has freedom of speech and I agree with these rights, but with freedoms come responsibility and consequence, myself and my children should not have to suffer because someone whos affiliated with the school decides to be an activist. My phone has been ringing off the hook with other concerned parents, we're in a quandary to stay with a school we consider family or leave for the benefit of our children. I just decided before I reviewed to leave

Joel Okumu: Excuse me everyone but the President of America chose this place for his very loved generous respected and intelligent kids to go here. I think you are all saying these nasty comments for him to look bad and stupid. THIS IS A PRIVATE SELECTIVE SCHOOL. Think about it the Presidents kids go here of course they will report to there dad if something is wrong.

Pamela Evangeline: If its good enough for the President's kids, its good enough for the rest of us. BTW, its, THEIR not THERE (which is a location). In addition, EVERYONE, poops in a toilet.

Rhagen Butts: Because Sid well friends is the best they even have secret service in they own class room

Lili Morillo: the worst school in america! if you want to send kids to a good school go to montesurri school

Kevyn Orr II: I go here and I love it all though it is tough the community is helpful and protective

Jury Rigger: Increable careing staff and challenging work load. Also the lunch is fantastic.

jen online: 5 Stars the 44th president's kids attend this school.

Trenill Bledsoe: I think my daughter would love this school!

American University: what do users think?

Praveen Sriram: Stayed here in the summer of 2005 for my internship in Washington DC and the experience was absolutely fabulous with the dining halls and the gym being my favorites. No complaints at all and excellent customer service from the residence hall staff. I sometimes wish I studied Accounting at this university than at the one I studied at. Great school and great residence halls. Highly recommend! A+

cat wu: It's an average college, no particular major that's really standout around the country or the world. Courses are not that challenged compare to some other higher ranking schools and that probably explains why graduates don't get the best careers, you get what you work for. One thing should be mentioned is that dorms have a lot of rats.

洪銘勳: I have received my master of law degree (international legal studies) from the Washington College of Law of this school. It’s a very internationalized and excellent university. I really miss it.

Santiago Tovar: My friend is away at a summer camp and given the precarious infrastructure of your so called "university" has no wifi. He is unable to communicate with friends and family. This is outrageous, its unfair. Please fix this ASAP.

Adam Cox: Graduated school here in 2005. Students are very engaged and staff friendly. Great place to study.

Gabrielle Thompson: Jacksfilms is a notable alum, and yet, I do not see his name. Therefore, I will not spend my valuable time or money on this university!

Sarah Ashworth: Loved my years at American!! Great diversity and learning community!

Igor Dorokhine: Priced at the level of Ivy League University but return is not at that level at all. BEWARE!

t Whittington: Great university. Amazing area. Amazing people.

TechCarsAnd EverythingElse: Mediocre University in DC. Georgetown is a better university.
