Maurice Martens: Limo service. Driver Mr. Serge arrived at least 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled landing at Washington Reagan airport. Arrived a little later than scheduled. I kept him informed and he responded quickly and not rushing me and texted me a Welcome to DC text. Traffic can be crazy but Mr. Serge made the ride to my hotel nice and smooth. He drove cautiously and patiently. Nice clean Cadillac. Great great professional service, well worth the price. Will use their service again. Thank you DC private cars.

Nicole Gianola: I scheduled DC Private Cars for an airport pick up/drop off for a work trip and Mr. Mike made the reservation process seamless. When I arrived in DC, Mr. Ahsan picked me up and gave me great suggestions of places I should check out while I was in town. The conversation was so pleasant and was a nice warm welcome to DC. On my way back to the airport, I had the first flight out and Mr. Tysser arrived 15 minutes early to assure I would make it on time. Christina Chopra: We found DC Private Car Service to be extremely professional, providing a wonderful overall experience during a stressful time. We booked within an hours notice, during bad weather but our driver showed up in a luxury car that had all the amenities you could ask for. It was a lifesaver to have such a pleasant drive from DC to NYC and I’m thankful for everything from the customer service call, to the price, reliability but most of all the safety and comfort that our driver provided. Pierre Bisaillon: Serge was awesome. Our flight was delayed and he stuck it out as long as it took. I felt bad but he was very gracious. We were picked at 6am the next morning by Daniel and delivered safely back to our hotel at 8pm. All in all a long day and Daniel made it stress free. He’s a total professional and a lovely person. He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner in Georgetown as well! Thanks!

Marguerite Berry: Drivers arrived in more that enough time and were most responsive to our requests. One driver had some cell phone challenges, but dispatch was able to get messages to her. All of the drivers were courteous and knew where they were headed. Only issue one vehicle AC wasn't working!

Connie Murray: This is my first ride with DC Limo and Car Service but it won’t be my last! Waldo texted me earlier today to let me know that he would be my driver. Once on the ground he texted me info as to what car he was in, its tag number, and where he would be waiting. The car was very easy to find. Waldo immediately took my bags and we were on our way. He’s an excellent driver and the car is first rate. Excellent condition with individual climate controls as well as the option for heated or cooled seats.

Kristen Georgette: We rented this bus for a girls trip to a winery and brewery. Patrick made this an amazing experience for us. The bus was extremely clean, he accommodated every stop we wanted to make (even unexpected ones), and was very friendly to all of us. He even went back to one of the places to help us find our friend’s cell phone. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would - highly recommend!!!

Colleen Welch: Amazing experience with Patrick. We did a wine tour with a group of friends and he was so accommodating to where we wanted to go, and he was so easy to book. Camillia Lykins: DC Path did an amazing job. Our flight to Florida was cancelled so our family of 5 (plus another family of 5) drove to Orlando. The dads drove the cars home while the moms and kids flew back home. While I was searching for transportation to get home in Orlando, I requested one and got a very quick response. I booked and asked to add a second stop and I quickly received a confirmation. Our flight was delayed by 8 hours coming home and they were in conatant communication with me. When we finally arrived, we only had to wait 3 mins to be picked up. Our driver was professional and courteous. Would 100% recommend them for your transportation needs.

Soni Carrier: While visiting Washington DC for the first time for a Coldplay concert with my daughter we did learn Fedex Arena is a very difficult venue to get into an out of with any event. I called DCPath and had absolutely the most positive experience with booking for the concert. Communication was absolutely perfect, our driver, Patrick was just a gem as he pointed out areas of interest along the trip that should have taken 30 minutes an took a hour and a half. We were on time due to Patrick being so professional. After the event Patrick called, was exactly at the point to meet and he drove us safely to our hotel. Tom DeLoache: This company and its drivers are responsive, polite, kind, punctual and extremely helpful. My flight was canceled and I was forced to take an earlier flight the next morning. I needed a driver 5 hours earlier than the original schedule. I called Antoine at the company at 10:30 at night and he quickly answered my call. In 20 minutes he had a new car and new driver for me. Emilie Young: First off, Premier was very gracious when I bungled the reservation. They still happily served us and were very polite about my losing their email. We were a party of three coming in from the west coast for a funeral and felt very well cared for by drivers Didier and Julien, who were warm, professional, very polite, punctual and communicated well. Lakeshia Rose: From the first encounter until the very last PTI was very easy to work with. I switched up even to the day before and they were flexible and accommodating. They arrived 15 minutes before my requested pick up time and patiently waited after letting me know they were outside. They driver was very professional and drove very safely. Our party thinned out earlier than expected and I asked if possible could they come a little earlier, unbeknownst to me they were already there. However we continued to celebrate with our guests and we came out at our original departure time. The driver was very friendly and got us all home safely. S Hill: The experience was great from start to finish. They took my reservation and even when I had questions after reserving the car they were prompt in answering. Dragan Dobrnjac: f there were 10 stars, I would give 10. Brian and ING Limousine made the commute from Dulles to Downtown seamless and worry free. The communication (24 hrs) before the pick up, to 5 minutes before, was amazing. Brian called me and told me exactly where to stand and what to look for. The beautiful new black Escalade and the handsome man (Dan) dressed to the nines, in full suit and tie, made us feel like superstars. Dan was knowledgeable and very easy to chat with during the commute. It was like a private tour to the city. I failed to pre-book the return trip to the airport and emailed Brian and perfect transportation less than 24 hours before we needed to be picked up and he took care of everything. When my daughter thought she left her ear pods in the hotel (10 minutes into the commute to DCA) Dan was calm and offered to go back, didn't phase him a bit. We didn't have to go back, she found them, but his attitude is what impressed me. If you're looking for a great way to get from Dulles or DCA (which is a mess) to the city, this is it. Its easy, stress free and really gets the trip off to a great start. AND..... very reasonably priced! Thanks :)

Kathie Olson: We booked the Sprinter van for our family for an evening of touring the memorials. The DCAcar team was very helpful and accommodating for our customizations and organizing a good pickup location. Andre was our driver and he was the best gift of all. We had my mom who is older and a baby with a car seat and stroller. Andre was so careful with mom and they chatted when she decided to stay in the van a couple of times. I decided last minute I wanted to book a sprinter to take my friends and I to dinner for my birthday and I am SO happy I found and used this company. I had a question after reading the info on the website and the man who answered the phone answered everything for me and was so kind. I reserved it beginning at 8:30pm and the driver called and said he was up the street waiting for us at 8pm but since he was early didn’t mind waiting and just to text him when we were ready for him to pull up. Arham Asam: Excellent customer service and good drivers. I was running late due to a car crash on the interstate and they were willing to wait 10+ minutes until I arrived.
Jerome Wallace: Unbeatable price. I booked K&V Transportation for a funeral event. I had several family members coming in from out of town to commemorate my grandmother for a 3-day weekend event. I booked a single motor coach as our mode of transportation for the weekend, and things could not have run smoother. The customer service was great, the price unbeatable, and we were just satisfied overall. Highly recommend.

Alice Duff: Very Dishonest Company. Their driver hit the back of my (parked) car in a parking lot. I was told to wait there for management to contact me, but they never did. They would not give me their insurance information for my claim, and my agency had to track them down. Then they contested the claim, leaving me liable for nearly $1000 in damage that their driver caused to a car that was not even on at the time of the accident.
Harold Brown: The best experience out of all transportation companies in the area. I book several shuttled transportation services for my corporation year round, and decided to use K&V this season. They were timely, and incredibly detail oriented with a complex itinerary that was finalized days prior to the event.
Holly Goldstein: Excellent. After another vendor cancelled our booking, my company was in dire need of transportation for guests from our headquarters to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Within less than a week's time of searching an alternative company to work with, we were able to book a shuttled transportation service for several guests through K&V Transportation. They are without a doubt, professionals at their craft.
Bill Alberts: We used K&V for a 4 day event with a lot of transportation involved. We worked with Manny on setting up our events and had many last minute changes that he accommodated with no issue. All of the drivers were on time and great to work with . Our overall experience exceeded expectations.
Bob Muchow: Hired KV Limo for our wedding, for both the bridal party and 140 guests. Our guests raved about how professional and accommodating each of the drivers were. On time for every part of a full day and all the vehicles were clean and appealing to our guests. Could not have been happier! We also had to make some late minute changes in the itinerary and had some issues (on my end) with the payment, but the customer service staff, particularly Shaun were so helpful with. Would recommend KV Limo for any event.
Shawn Miller: We used K & V Limousine Service for our wedding this past weekend. We had the 18 passenger Cadillac Escalade for the bridal party. We had Tito as our Diver . He arrived on time and the limousine was clean, comfortable and appeared as advertised. We had Tito take the groom and groomsmen to the church and then the bridesmaids and bride. After the ceremony, the driver (Tito) drove us around the area for photos, then took us to the reception. We also rented two 36 passenger shuttle buses for transportation to and from the reception. We requested that they provide a ‘shuttle’ service going from the hotel to the event and returning back to the hotel at the end of the night. The drivers Jerry and Jose were professional and took our request; they also took an additional request, we requested that one of the shuttles drop us off at the bars rather than the hotel. Communication with K & V Limousine Service was great, our point of contact was Shawn and he did a fine job.

Whitney Beecham: Please AVOID this business at all costs. I booked a limo for my daughter's birthday about three weeks in advance and received a confirmation email after submitting my credit card information. I called today, 24 hours before the limo ride would happen, to confirm the itinerary. I was told my reservation was canceled (without my knowledge and WITH my credit card on file) and that in order to reinstate the reservation I would be charged nearly $200 more than my confirmed price. The manager then hung up in my face as I attempted to send him my email confirmation. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.
Vijay Pandit: SOOO MAD AT THIS COMPANY. we booked a stretched limo for 23rd for a 50th birthddy and these guys call at last moment and say their limo is vandalized and cant send. totally unacceptable. what iam gonna say to my friends ????? it really really sucks. Angela Williams: I am writing this review so that others using this limousine service will be aware of changes that can happen when contracting with ABC Limo Services. First let me give good reviews where deserved, they are reliable and on time. My problems were experienced with the type of vehicle and pricing. I will admit I did not read the contract and was blindsided by a price increase that is totally legitimate in accordance with their contract because it reads "The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all rates quoted for services provided by ABC Limousine are estimate only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided." So please read and understand before you agree to a contract and provide your credit card because you MAY pay more than what you agreed on. The problem I have with this is the price was low balled from the beginning and the vehicle sent should have been larger being this was a group of 11 going on a cruise out of Baltimore. Each person will probably have one large and a carry on size piece of luggage. In addition I called and let them know there would be a folding wheel chair and I was told the vehicle could accommodate the people, luggage, and folding wheel chair. Because my clients had 18 pieces of luggage, which some had to go on an empty seat, the cost was increased after the services where rendered by $144. When I called to complain, the Manager Sean, decreased the cost by $58 making the total increase $86. So then I was told that the return trip (this was a round trip service) would increase by $159 because a mini bus would need to be sent to accommodate the luggage size and people. However, a mini bus was not sent. It was the same vehicle and a large SUV. The issue - when you are a business be honest. I feel this was a bate and switch. I received quotes from other companies that were priced at $400 to $500 each way. I chose ABC Limo Services because the price quoted each way was lower. The lesson for me I should have known it was not right. Buyer beware!
Maria Lebling: We used ABC Limo services for a corporate outing from DC to Annapolis. I was provided driver information so I could connect with him before the pickup. He arrived on time. We reached our destination on time and had no trouble. He was professional in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend these guys again.
james morrow: On July 24th, 2018; I used ABC Limo for an event my friends and I attended. We used two separate buses, the drivers were courteous, both vehicles that were used to pick us up were problematic and looked nothing like what they showed in the picture or in the advertisement. The doors of both buses were not closed completely and they allowed air to flow through them. The day of the event, it rained my friends and I were completely wet. It didn't help that the second bus had a water leak coming onto the front dash and a leak on the middle seat. I strongly feel that this was a situation of bate and switch!
Alicia St. Thomas: Overall, we had a great experience with the vehicle and the driver. My only complaint is that when we booked the limo I specifically asked if there were seat belts for kids,and was told there was. When the limo arrived to pick up my family, they were told kids under the age of 6 were not allowed, so several of my family members couldn't ride in the limo and had to make other arrangements (two separate families with children, totaling about 10 people). I wish that someone had mentioned that to me when I booked the limo, especially since I specifically asked about seatbelt for kids.
David Nieburg: Extremely easy reservation process, competitive pricing, and pleasant drivers. Will talk when you want to talk and just drive when you want some peace and quiet. Cars were clean and comfortable, helps de-stress your travel experience. Will continue to use again and again.
RS: HIGHLY RECCOMEND - My son got stranded at DCA Airport due to a cancelled flight to his destination. ABC Limo picked him up and drove him four hours to his destination. The driver met him at the airport on time and stopped to get him food during the long ride. I was very impressed with the service from the minute I contacted them to the time of drop-off!!!

SumSum Riz: My experience with Awards limousine is simply perfection. I come from a big family where we have several weddings throughout the year. We have used Awards several times and they have never disappointed. The drivers always arrive earlier than scheduled, and are incredibly pleasant and professional. We’ve mostly had Dino as our driver, and he was very knowledgeable about the area. He always did an excellent job navigating through the city and avoiding all traffic so that we would arrive on time. The limos were comfortable, and always maintained both inside and out. They are always fully stocked with water and snacks, as well glassware for drinks. You are able to put on any music that you want and as loud as you want which really helps having a pre party vibe. Definitely will use them for any weddings or parties that we have!

I've used Awards professionally for over 15 years, and I give them the highest marks in terms of their fleet, drivers, cleanliness, knowledge of area roads, and professionalism. Over the years, I've used other companies from time to time for procurement reasons or just to try something new, but I'm always left disappointed and I always return to Awards. A quick story - My wife and I were married in Pennsylvania five years ago and the only blunder of our wedding was the transportation company based outside of Philly didn't know the right route from our hotel to the wedding venue. We had to delay everything by 30 minutes so our guests would actually be there to witness the occasion! The point is that transportation can make or break an occasion. Thomas Shope: I used the All American Limousine service in the past for a quick trip to the airport. I requested a Town Car (Sedan) for two people to the Airport. The company has a flat rate system for airport runs so the billing was quite simple and there were no hidden fees. The driver was 5-10 minutes early, professional and polite. The ride to the airport was smooth and uneventful. The driver helped us with our luggage, we tipped him and that was the end of our experience with All American Limousine. I must say, that after dealing with bad attitudes and truly poor customer service at an airport, it was refreshing to experience great customer service for a change. I will use this service again in the future and would recommend it to a friend.
Melinda DeAtley: I love this service. I have used them repeatedly. They are always early. The cars they use are new and very nice. The drivers are polite and helpful. The rate is as exactly as they quote. The last time I used them it was raining and the driver came to my door with an umbrella. Of course I will use them again.
Thomas Ryan: Our recent trip to and from Reagan National Airport was wonderful. The driver on both journeys was Shames. He was prompt, friendly, and courteous. My experience was stress free, I didn't have to call them remind to pick up infact they called me to ask if I need to adjust the pick up timings. I was surprised they sent latest model executive car in a very very reasonable price. I will recommend AA Limo to anyone visiting or living in this area :)
Amit P: Do not go with this company. Attempted to get a quote and book with them and they gave me one rate and when they charged my card it was hundreds of dollars more. Had to dispute and go with another company. Extremely shady company with false advertising and terrible customer service. Cant imagine how terrible the experience would have been if we went with them.
Sam Cornbrooks: Absolutely horrible experience. Period. This con service made FALSE accusations involving the arrival time of my groups bus after prom (we had proof of our arrival time, 12:16am, and we're accused of arriving at 12:35). They have decided to charge and additional fee and have threatened legal action if said $75 payment is not received. Completely taking advantage of the fact that we are kids. I would never recommend this service if my life were on the line...
Alanas Orlova: Simply wonderful experience, I got best rates after comparing with 7 other companies, very very professional driver :) limousine was very clean was looking a brand new car, they served us free water soda and ice. Also they didn't charge us for extra 10 mins.
Mobile Info: Very economical and professional I emailed them my complete schedule of meetings and they didn't disappoint me for any meeting they were always on time even 5 mins before pick-up time. They won me as customer.

Raquel Wilson: Fantastic experience from start to finish. Hired them to drive my son and his girlfriend to prom. Eddie was very professional and understanding in arranging everything. The teens changed their minds several times and we went down from a limo for 10 to a town car for the couple only. Also had some changes to the schedule, which Eddie rolled with each time. He communicated everything in a very timely manner and the charges were very transparent. The driver was extremely professional and came early. The kids said Adeel was a great driver. I got a text at the end of the trip to say they'd been dropped off at their final destination safely. I really appreciated that. I can't think of any way this service could have been better.
