Alex did a tremendous job to push our order through under a tight deadline, while also delivering to hotel and letting me know who at the front desk he left poster with. Phenomenal customer service! And the poster looked GREAT!!!!
Nikki Sirianni: Amazing service, fantastic work! Alexander called me back at 6 pm on a Friday as I was frantically calling trying to find alternatives for my wedding invitations after a disastrous first attempt at another print shop. The quote was well below what I expected, and Alexander kept checking in every step of the way, offering to help in any way possible as we were working through the first printer holding part of the project hostage. Their store front is currently closed due to the pandemic but they had a free courier service come and pick up the part from the first printer, and 36 hours later another free courier dropped off the completed project. Hands down best customer service I have received in a very long time, and outstanding quality to back it up. Thank you for saving my invitations!!!

Dana Hurtik: Minuteman Press did an amazing job printing our wedding invitation envelopes and return envelopes. Their staff is kind, responsive, helpful and their turnaround is extremely quick. Highly recommend them for your printing needs. UPDATE: Minuteman Press also printed our wedding ceremony programs, table numbers, and our large seating chart board. anitatumba: Heritage printing is hands down one of the best organizations we’ve worked with for printing and custom signage. We first found Heritage when looking for vendors that could produce a couple of large step-and-repeat backdrop banners with a fast turnaround (within one week). Most vendors turned us away, until Heritage. Not only were they able to accommodate our needs with a fast turnaround, but they were incredibly helpful and responsive along the way. We were so impressed with their work that we turned to them again months later for a rather large order for canvas prints and a large collage-styled wall wrap for our office. Heritage impressed us once again. They were fast, helpful, and even went the extra mile to make recommendations to ensure our project would come out looking as best as possible. Terefe handled the project perfectly in a day and responded really well when discussing the final images. I am very happy with the results. Very nice premises hidden in the basement of an M St office building. Highly recommended.

I needed a local printer to print several items for our wedding (large signs mounted on foam core, the table cards that were professionally designed to match our travel theme wedding, our programs and signs that were ultimately framed for decoration around the venue). Alejandro: The best! I was in a serious bind and this was the only printing service I found that was open late. I reached out to eDiscovery Solutions and they were more than happy to help me out. I was able to get my last-minute documents printed out that same evening. This place also has absolutely amazing customer service! Michael is incredibly friendly and positive. I wish more places were like this, 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!
Matt Werner: Hands down the best print service I’ve ever experienced in over 20 years of working with print shops. I’m based in Atlanta and needed to find rush printing services for a conference that was happening in 24 hours in DC. I sent in my request, and Michael responded within 10 minutes. The other reviews don’t lie. He was responsive throughout, and he even had the job delivered directly to the site without any trouble. undercoverblk: I was in a serious bind: it was Saturday afternoon, and my usual printer—a major chain print service department—was not picking up, and I needed a rush order printed Sunday for a funeral Monday morning at 9 AM. The job was luxe: 200 copies, heavy (80# or 100#) weight paper, tabloid, full-color edge-to-edge, and saddle stitch staple binding along the center fold. Did I mention it was for a funeral? Family tense and emotional and I’m trying to navigate Adobe InDesign! 😫. However a Google search yielded eDiscovery Solutions. They were available 24 hrs. Worked weekends. Mike responded to my inquiry right away and said they’d be glad to help! Salvation! Said I’d get them the document by noon; however, at 10:30, I was still in the weeds. They gave me until 4 PM. I emailed a test document at 4:30, then a revised one at 6 and then further corrections at 8:30. Even though I was tying up their Sunday, they worked with me. Mike Phelps was gracious, understanding, and kind. I cannot communicate how utterly grateful I am for his kindness in my bereavement. By 10:45 I had picked up the programs which were outstanding! And they had used shrink wrap to protect the programs AND make them easier to transport. The programs were a huge success and made the difficult task of saying a final goodbye to a loved one a little bit easier. Mike was affable and committed. His team, dedicated and competent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They set the standard for good business. I will use them for everything and tell all my friends and colleagues. They set a high standard! Even better—their quotes are competitive, and in my case fair, and still the best rate I’ve seen.

chelsie taliaferro: SERIOUSLY!!! Do not use this company. Just to make this short, I had to wait 2 hours after promised time, twice, to pick up my shirts. Then when I picked them up, 5 out of 30 of them weren’t sellable and I didn’t feel like I needed to check all 30 after checking the first 10. THENNNN, I give them another shot and they tell me I would have to wait two days because they ran out of ink! LASTLY, one employee told me for that reason I could bring my shirts the following day and have them done. When I come in, he wasn’t here and I was told that they couldn’t do same day even though am representative from their business called me and reassured me that I could. They promised me that I could depend on them after looking for so many places and all it’s done is make me look bad as I am just starting my business. I tried to support my people in their family owned business but this has caused me nothing but an headache and looking bad as a business owner. Go to people that are interested in making your vision come to life and keep their promises, as a “professional business”. AND from the looks, they are probably writing their own reviews. Disappointing.

Mike J.: Raj uses Ricky the squatter outside cvs the one who blast his music and annoy the whole community of 17. He used Ricky for cheap labor. Makes that old man lift heavy boxes for him and uses him for cheap labor. It’s disgusting the way raj uses that homeless man to help him like that in return for little tip. In return Ricky like a leach has hold on to staying on that block play his loud music as raj let him steal electricity from his store so if anyone who was asking why Ricky always is there is because of this quote on quote special Bond between Ricky and raj of base camp. The city council member have been alerted on this ad they are trying to find a way to stop Ricky from playing his music and staying in that area. Raj of base camp is responsible for the first quality of 17 street going downhill

We moved our business to Base Camp because their price was considerably lower and their printing was of much higher quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the insanely quick service and accommodating staff! They sent me proofs formatted in different styles, and as soon as I made a decision and paid the invoice I received my order (300 glossy full color 23 page booklets) in just over 24 hours! Alexei Kolesnikov: Excellent printing shop. We had a very small order, black and white prints on regular paper and they are set up for much bigger and fancier jobs. The shop is choke full of printing and binding machinery. Our copies were done in about 5 minutes. While we waited, spoke with one of their long-time customers who was picking up some booklets. Highly recommended!
Morgane Barry: If you need anything printed you have to use KKP in Georgetown. I have had them do my prints for my wedding and everything has been top quality and timely. So far they have done my save the dates and invitations. Extremely happy that I have one less thing to worry about planning my wedding because working with them has been great!

Sarah Priddy: Press Express is AMAZING! They have gone above and beyond numerous times to ensure that our products were delivered on time and at the quality we needed. Their graphic designers have even identified and fixed problems that our in-house graphic designers missed! Their prices are very competitive and their customer service is unparalleled. I never write reviews but after the last interaction I had with the Press Express team...I had to give them a bit shout out! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fana Teffera: I did not like their customer service experience. In addition to that they charge $2.50 to just open an email and send to the printer. So, if you have one page to be print, you have $2.50+$0.09. Charging $2.59 for one page is something I found to be quite odd. I have never seen this anywhere but here. So you might have to see other place before coming here, which will save you $2.50 regardless.

Rob Miller: I was facing a court deadline and absolutely, positively had to have a printing and binding job done pronto. I expected the worst: getting my copies at the last minute and having to rush to the post office. But Amir worked amazingly fast, calling me back an hour later to tell me it was done! Everything came out exactly as I wanted with printing and binding. Shawn was extremely helpful when I talked to him the day before in anticipation of the rush, talking through the binding options and the information they needed to complete the task. At about 1am, I emailed my finished document to them and called the next morning to make sure they received it. While I hope to never have to file any more court docs, i am sure to use them again next time, perhaps giving them and me a bit more time.
Phillip Mariscal: Amir bound two theses for me. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he processed my order. I signed the authorization form that morning and he contacted me two hours later to pick up my request. Friendly and excellent service.

Constance Walker: Friday January 15th I Went in at exactly 3:55 pm the African American Young Lady , Had an attitude as soon as I walked in asked me what did I need ? , I called before I came to make sure they could do what I asked , I spoke to a guy over the phone who confirmed it can be done .I asked the young lady if she could print the word document in my email as a poster bigger than 8x11 letter size . She told me that she couldn’t do it . I replied why ? Then she said why did I wait an hour before the store closes to try and order a poster ? I replied I called before I came and the guy said it could be done just come on and let the lady know what size I needed . Then the guy proceeds out the back came and said that I need to have the document sent to them as an email already in a poster size to be printed for them ! I know nothing about poster or paper sizes ! I then pointed to a picture on the wall and asked him could I get that size he said , no he doesn’t know what size the poster was ! As a printing expert, he could not help me get my document enlarged ! So he continued to fuss with me! And then said I’m just not about to print it out we do that on our big machine ! I said, ok so either you don’t know how to do it or you don’t want to do it ? I came to the store to get a picture enlarged he told me send it to their email I did and then because they were about to close in a hour he refuse to do it. Then he came around the table got in my face and called me a “Chicken Head “ , because I stated if I were to go to staples they would be able to tell me the different sizes bigger than a 8x11 to enlarge my document ! I was disrespected as a woman , no man should step in my face and insult me by calling me out of my name , simply for trying to get an understanding of printing a document ! The guy and the woman was rude to me because they was ready to close up shop and didn’t want to do the work . This was very unprofessional! They than refuse to print the rest of my documents and told me I needed to leave before they called the police ! None of the employees had on a mask 😷 which is not in the States Guidelines ! I will never go back there !
Stephanie Lord: Wonderful service and very helpful team that goes above and beyond. Yesterday I went in to notarize a document and saw one staff member run after a woman for two blocks just to return her flash drive that she left in the store. Today, I saw another team member providing high quality resume paper to a customer at no additional charge.
