Sensational Kids Therapy: what do users think?
CK Barber
CK Barber: Sensational Kids was a terrific and supportive place for our children. Both of my girls needed OT and PT and received excellent and thoughtful care. Terryl was incredibly in tune with what our children needed and lovingly pushed us to address and resolve issues that other therapists had missed. Her insistence and determination resulted in both girls graduating from therapy before they were in full day school and now both are thriving physically and emotionally. Without Terryl, our road would have been much longer and much tougher. We are so grateful for this wonderful practice.
Response: Thank you for your thoughtful review! We are thrilled to hear your daughters are doing so well and that our practice played a large role in helping them succeed. Terryl and Jenn so enjoyed their time with the girls and appreciated the supportive relationship they established with you. We hope they continue to thrive in their school settings. Please keep in touch!
Daniela and Marcelo Zapata Ochoa
Daniela and Marcelo Zapata Ochoa: We cannot be happier with the PT services our daughter is receiving at Sensational Kids Therapy. After one year of PT with Dr. Terryl Rosenberg, our daughter has improved her motor skills and developed a self confidence in her body beyond what we thought was possible. Terryl has not only helped our daughter with her gross motor skills, but she has also provided us with numerous strategies to help our daughter, which has made us better parents. Terryl is very knowledgable about the latest research and treatments, which has helped us reach out to the right specialists and allowed us to have informed conversations about diagnosis and treatment options with doctors. With her guidance, we were able to be effective advocates for our daughter. If you are looking for an experienced and very knowledgable PT who is is also compassionate and kind with the whole family, then we recommend you to ask for Dr. Terryl Rosenberg at Sensational Kids. You will not be disappointed.
Response: Thank you so much for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear your daughter has received such great care and that you've received the guidance you needed as a family. Thank you for recommending Sensational Kids Therapy.
Sulfyna Murji
Sulfyna Murji: Our son was born with a rare neurological condition and required PT from 5 weeks of age. We were incredibly lucky to find Terryl Rosenberg who worked with us for 6 years. She always believed in what was possible and never let us give up hope. Lisa George was also his OT for 2+ years and everything she did helped prepare him for primary school. Our son is thriving because the wonderful therapists at Sensational Kids Therapy!
Response: Thank you for this wonderful review of our practice! We strive for 100% satisfaction from our families and feedback is always appreciated so we can continue to improve as our practice grows. Even better than your kind words is hearing that your son is thriving. We sure miss seeing him around and we hope you stay in touch so we can be in the loop with all of his successes.
Sara Squires
Sara Squires: I have worked with Dr. Terryl Rosenberg for nearly a decade. As a professional referral source, she is my go-to person for pediatric physical therapy. I have trusted her with my own child when she needed treatment and had a fantastic experience. She understands the needs of children and parents and is able to seamlessly incorporate the latest evidence based techniques into her daily practice. As a physical therapist myself, I trust her clinical judgement implicitly. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg to any family in need of physical therapy services for their kids!
Response: We are really pleased to hear how happy you have been with our physical therapy services, both personally and professionally. Thanks so much for recommending Sensational Kids Therapy to those you feel would benefit from our services - and for the fantastic review!
Shari Gronvall
Shari Gronvall: Terryl is the best. She saw my son for many years when he was little and continues to be a huge resource to us with all things physical therapy related. She is an expert and I refer her to anyone who has a child with any physical therapy needs.
Response: Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that you have had such a positive experience and feel confident referring other families to our practice.
N F Schneider
N F Schneider: My child has been going to Sensational Kids for 6 years now for OT and PT. They have changed her life! She started with very week muscle tone. With perseverance from Dr. Terryl Rosenberg, my child is now a strong young girl, with an ability to walk for miles, navigate uneven terrain, and even run ... something I never imagined she could do. We went through a very rough time with her health and Dr. Terryl NEVER gave up on us. We shed tears together -- tears of pain, tears of hope, and tears of happiness. And better still... Dr. Terryl also gave my child confidence and gave her girl power; teaching her both, the power of NO and the power of YES. I will always be in your debt Terryl... Always!
Response: Thank you for your positive review of Dr. Rosenberg and our practice! Your feedback about your daughter’s physical therapy treatment is so appreciated! We love hearing how Dr. Rosenberg gave your daughter so much confidence and empowered her to push beyond your expectations. We love working with your family and look forward to her continued growth!
syed nawaz
syed nawaz: Needs to improve a lot..!!!
Response: Hello Syed, Thank you for your honest review - we always appreciate feedback. However, we have to ask, is it possible that you may have reviewed the wrong business? We are a small pediatric occupational therapy practice in Washington DC, USA - and we see that the vast majority of your other business reviews are in Hyderabad, India. If you do mean to review our business, we'd love to hear from you about how we can improve. Our goal is to provide an unmatched therapy experience for children and any way that we can improve on our services helps us continue toward that goal. Thanks again for the review, and please let us know if we can help in any way.

RootedinDC: what do users think?
Elizabeth Berg
Elizabeth Berg: Rooted has had such a positive impact on my daughter. I can’t recommend Mya enough. Her nature therapy platform is dynamic and unique. She has helped my daughter with chronic stress (tummy aches and headaches), with core strength, gross and fine motor skills, and so much more. She is also incredibly attentive and makes an effort to personalize the experience depending on the child’s needs. She’s responsive, informative, and supportive. I’m so grateful I found this amazing program.
Response: Thanks so much for sharing this. Yes, the activities we do are deeply regulating and such fun skill-builders for kiddos! Absolutely - keeping it personalized for each family is the unique Rooted way.

Triumph Therapeutics: what do users think?
Lillian Hardy
Lillian Hardy: I would recommend Triumph to anyone! Lu and his team are fantastic from intake through therapeutic services and are just the sort of people you want to run into if you are sorting through a sensitive issue like a challenge with your child. I called Triumph alongside several options in the community and it was a very easy choice. Ivan, the intake professional, was kind and supportive and the owner, Lu, was equally so. He took the time to call me and determine our needs and he really went the extra mile to create a plan that worked for our family including in-home services. This was extremely critical for us in the context of the pandemic. Finally and probably most importantly, our kid looooves working with the team. They know how to use play-based methods to make everything so fun, that he has no clue he is in therapy or doing hard exercise. He gets excited about doing it and never shows that same level of cooperation for us. I look forward to continuing our work with Triumph.
Marie-Noelle Dai
Marie-Noelle Dai: Highly recommend Triumph Therapeutics. We had a great experience with Erica Law. She was patient and attentive with my infant. She made sure we understood how to best performed the exercises at home, helped us find way to adapt them to our space, send us supporting materials and videos and was responsive to follow up questions when needed. The office is welcoming and colorful. Very pleased with our experience and interaction with the whole team.
Jill Brafford
Jill Brafford: We had a great experience at Triumph with our son who made great improvements over the 3 months we were engaged in occupational therapy. His grasp pattern, his ability to cut, and his sitting posture all improved since the initial evaluation. We especially loved the owner (Dr. Omololu) and his therapist, Jasmine. Thanks for all of the help and encouragement you gave us through this process!
Parent 1
Parent 1: My daughter has been going for OT and PT to Triumph Therapeutics for 6 months. She has gotten stronger and more focused. It is a pleasure to work with the Triumph team, including Omololu; the OT therapists Emilee and Sam and her PT, Erica. We not only appreciate her face to face sessions but the feedback to our Home Exercise Plan.
Vicki Meyouhas
Vicki Meyouhas: The whole team at Triumph Therapeutics was pleasant and professional. My daughter was seeing Erika the PT for a couple of weeks. Erika’s timeline and assessments were just. She provided targeted exercices for my child and helped her meet her goals. I appreciated her honesty, her objectivity, and her patience. I Would whole heartedly recommend Triumph Therapeutics to anyone whose child is behind on their gross motor development.

Eli M Guio (Eli Guio)
Eli M Guio (Eli Guio): Stephanie NRH, dedication give me hope that perhaps, I can recover and walk again with her help and encouragement. It is being years did not felt that way. A very long time that I finally regain my possibilities to overcome and heal to be able to normalize my walk, after so many traumatic surgeries. Thank You, Jessica you too.
Response: Eli, thank you for your kind words. We are truly thrilled that you have seen so much improvement following your physical therapy sessions with us. It was our pleasure to support and encourage you each step of the way. We will surely share your kind words with Stephanie and Jessica. Keep up the amazing work!
Mary Noonan
Mary Noonan: I had a very good experience at this facility. Laurie Rogers worked with me to help alleviate the effects of arthritis in my thumb joints. We made a lot of progress in a short time. The lady really knows her stuff!
Response: Mary, thank you for letting us know that you had a positive experience. We're happy to have you as a patient here at MedStar Health!
Sylvia Winik
Sylvia Winik: To my gastroenterologist: Just want to thank you very much for recommending Rene Lawson. She is, indeed, terrific. She is compassionate, very clear, doesn’t shy away from the nasty stuff (both physically and verbally), and made me quite comfortable about having to talk about all sorts of very private stuff. She also responds very quickly to messages. AND … my results are stupendous! Once I started doing colon massages once a day (no big deal at all) (as well as using a “Squatty Potty (or my grandkids’ stool)), I began going every single day. This has continued for roughly 5 - 6 weeks and counting. 😎
Response: Sylvia, thank you for sharing your feedback. It was our pleasure to do everything we could to set you up for success in reaching your physical therapy goals. We will surely share your kind words with Rene so that she can be recognized for her outstanding care and service to you. Thank you for choosing MedStar Health. We wish you all the very best!

Deb F
Deb F: Very happy with my experience at Alliance PT and I would definitely recommend them. I worked with Bianca, Autumn, Avisha & Andrew who all helped get rid of my pain! They all knew what they were doing! Everyone was professional, nice and friendly, including all the assistants and office staff. They are obviously all happy to work there which is always a good sign.

District Speech and Language Therapy: what do users think?
Sarah Parker
Sarah Parker: My 3 year old son started at District Speech about 18 months ago to address his language delay. Both of the therapists he worked with, first Anna Carr and then Lee Morra, were excellent. Once he started catching up on language, Lee began addressing his speech delay. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great tips and tools to practice with my son at home. My son absolutely loved going to every biweekly session he had with both Anna and Lee, and they both made it a very play-based approach. I was so proud and grateful when his latest assessment showed that he is now hitting all his age appropriate milestones for both speech and language! I also want to call out Katie Nelson, the Operations Manager, who does an amazing job managing all the billing and scheduling. She was always extremely helpful and responsive to all my billing questions and was very responsive and detail-oriented. Thank you District Speech!
Teresa Teresa
Teresa Teresa: Lee Morra at District Speech and Language is a wonderful and effective speech therapist. He gave me the tools, guidance, and encouragement to speak better. Lee taught me speech exercises so I can practice saying and using words and phrases I commonly use. He taught me techniques to organize my thoughts and talking points for meetings and conversations. He taught me that even though I have a cognitive impairment and problems with memory loss, I can speak coherently. Once I started using these techniques, I started getting better results in meetings, with customer service, and at appointments! The speech improvements I have made using the tools and techniques Lee gave me have given me the confidence to start and join conversations again! Now, I am not as worried about forgetting what I am talking about mid-sentence as I was before speech therapy. The real proof of speech progress came when my primary care physician told me I was more organized, more to the point, and better spoken than I have been in almost a year. I replied "speech therapy!" My doctor and I are happy I have access to resources such as District Speech and Language and Lee to help me. Thank you , Lee!
Evelyn Taylor
Evelyn Taylor: I went to district speech for transgender voice therapy and district speech set me up with my instructor Sophie Edwards. I had a great time learning from Sophie and feel more confident and knowledgeable in speaking with a more feminine voice. I would recommend her to any trans girl looking to feminize their voice.
Response: It was an absolute pleasure working with you Evelyn! So glad we could help in your transgender voice therapy journey -Sophie
Eva Herrada
Eva Herrada: I would really recommend Sophie Edwards at district speech for anyone trying to feminize their voice. She was a massive help to me and after a few sessions I had results that I was very happy with. She gave me exercises that really helped with my goals for my voice and gave me feedback that made it much easier to learn. I had tried other resources but having someone giving me feedback on what I was doing right and wrong made a huge difference.
Response: It was a pleasure working with you Eva! You know where to find me if you need anything :) - Sophie
A. L.
A. L.: I had the pleasure working on my expressive disorder in a virtual setting with Lee. He is very personable and knowledgeable and has helped me with organizing my thoughts to overcome this problem. Also, Katie was super helpful in scheduling me for an immediate appointment with a therapist. I highly recommend anyone looking for professional and prompt service to this center!
Claire Rutledge
Claire Rutledge: Sophie was very good at helping me gain control of my voice. Our lessons were organic but always honed in on what I needed to work on. In a few short classes I finally gained access to the voice that felt natural to me and allowed me to express myself fully.
Response: So glad I could help Claire! All the best - Sophie

Rabbi Devorah Lynn
Rabbi Devorah Lynn: The care begins at the door. Selena and Alysia are there to help me through forms, doctors and arranging appointments. Always calling me to see if i can take a more convenient appointment that frees up. Very supportive admin staff. Todd and Jared are amazing. Caring, knowledgable, sensitive and push just enough to challenge me, explaining where the edge is. Never rushed, never overcrowded. Gurushri Swamy
Gurushri Swamy: What I really liked about the NRH at aChevy Chase was the way Cody dealt with my special problem — cervical dystonia. After listening carefully to my description of how the dystonia was affecting my life, he quie honestly said he was not trained to deal with Dystonia, he was an orthopedic therapist and what he could offer me was strengthening exercises, and we started with those. Further, and this is what I truly appreciate is that he looked into the NRH directory and identified a RPT who deals with movement disorders, talked to her and put me in touch with her. As a result, I have found the right kind of therapist for my problem. Thank you Cody
Response: Gurushri, thank you so much for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that Cody was able to help connect you with the care the right therapist. He is wonderful! We will surely share your kind words with him. It's always our pleasure to do all we can to set our patients up for success in reaching their physical therapy goals. Thank you for choosing MedStar Health. We wish you the very best!

David Remes: The facility is spacious and has great light (and great views), and the therapist I landed is first-rate. The facility is also conveniently located for me: a 20-minute drive from home.

It's always our pleasure to do everything we can to set our patients up for success in reaching their goals. Thank you for choosing MedStar Health!

Warren Poland
Warren Poland: I have had the regrettable need to have physical therapy a few times in my now elderly life. My experience with NRH Rehab at Chevy Chase - North and with the therapist, Todd Wheeler, has been outstandingly thoughtful in individualizing the specific exercises I needed, in making clear by demonstration, paper description, and email video the precise ways the exercises are to be done. Very individualized and very helpful.
Response: Thank you, Warren! We're very happy to hear that you're so pleased with the individualized care you've received from Todd. He is great! We will surely share your kind words so that he can be recognized for his outstanding care and service to you. Thank you for choosing MedStar Health. We wish you the best!
Emily Pleasant
Emily Pleasant: I am thrilled that Jared Miller at the NHR Rehabilitation Center at Chevy Chase, Maryland, is willing to work with me. He is obviously a very knowledgeable , highly trained and capable therapist. In just a few sessions he pinpointed the cause of my pain, tailored an individualized exercise program to improve my movement and function, and addressed my balance issues. Jared clearly explained the exercises and how they relate to my balance issues. The video based exercise program that Jared sends to me, helps me remember how to perform each exercise correctly, and reminds me to stay on track. The program makes it simple to communicate with Jared in between visits, and ultimately helps me to comply with my routines. The staff at Chevy Chase North is exceptional. Selena and others at the front desk are friendly, conscientious, and knowledgable. They have done an incredible job with scheduling and maintaining a safe office.
Response: Emily, thank you so much for your five star review and kind words about our team, including Jared and Selena. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful team serving our patients. We will surely share your compliments so that they can be recognized for their great care and service to you. It's our pleasure to do all we can to set you up for success based on your unique physical therapy goals. Thank you for choosing us for your care. Keep up the great work!

Active Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Annette Wooddell -DNR-
Annette Wooddell -DNR-: I give Active Physical Therapy in Clinton a 5 star rating. The office staff was always professional, welcoming and helpful. The hand therapist, Trisha Whittaker, was AWESOME!!! Each visit I was examined thoroughly to ensure exercises were targeted and specific to my injury. She would listen to my concerns and modify my treatment to ensure I was getting the best therapy available. I will certainly miss my therapy sessions but thanks to Trisha I will be returning to full duty at work. Thank you all so very much!!!
Padra Bland
Padra Bland: I actually was a patient at Active on two occasions. Each time I received amazing therapy with very knowledgeable therapist. I am completely satisfied with choosing Active for my therapy.
Gail Butcher
Gail Butcher: I had a fall which resulted in 3 fractured ribs a swollen knee and pain from my fingers shoulders and back. I was in so much pain that I waited a month before going in for physical therapy. They did an excellent job making sure I was setup with the correct exercises and the staff was so pleasant and caring I knew I was in the right place and at the end of therapy I was amazed by the results I felt so much better. I’m going to continued working out at home doing the exercises they taught me. I highly recommend them.
Response: Thank you for your kind words, we are glad our team of experts were able to help relieve your pain and provide an exercise program tailored to your needs. Please continue with your home exercise program as prescribed by your therapist.
Paulette Jackson
Paulette Jackson: Felicia is the best and cares about my progress. Yes, I look forward to the pain of knowing I am being cared for. Everyone knows my name from the time I walk in the door to the minute I leave, they all smile and say see you next time.
Tracey Burnett
Tracey Burnett: I’m extremely happy with how I’ve been cared for at this facility. The staff is amazing and my therapist is attentive to my needs. I’ve made incredible progress with my injury. Not once have I had any issues with scheduling or how they have handled my appointments in general. If you want quality work and professionalism, this is definitely the place for you!
Marti Harris-Clark
Marti Harris-Clark: The Staff at Active was very professional and Reliable. They made me feel comfortable and welcome, I would definitely recommend Active Therapy to my family and friends. Thank you for everything Ms. Marti
Renee Crosson
Renee Crosson: The work is hard but the results are great. I have been to other facilities but I have to say my physical improvement with Active PT has been worth the exercises they put in place for me after my initial consultation. I would definitely return every time. I highly recommend their service the entire staff are the best. I was there for 22 visits and could feel a huge improvement even my family told me they were seeing a big improvement. I became more active and had more strength and were able to do things that I had not been able to do in a while. I went there for lower back pain and nerve damage after a previous back surgery. I just want to say thank you to the team at Active Physical Therapy!!
Richard Wilson
Richard Wilson: I believe my experience at Active Physical Therapy was a great one. Since the first meeting with Mrs Carleen it was informative and helpful with my recovery. The entire staff was helpful with insight about my physical recovery and gave me tips to be successful in the future. Arpit, Meka,Alesha,Brittany were all excellent with there service. I totally appreciate the staff.
Allison Maddox
Allison Maddox: Professional, knowledgeable, organized, encouraging, awesome “bedside manner”, caring, clean, great customer service and Satisfied RESULTS. Words to describe everything I’ve experienced from day 1 and that says a lot because I’ve had to come here since 2017 off and on. I personally love all of the staffs personalities. I had fun every visit with the staff and that’s icing on the cake when physical therapy more than often is undesirable because of the pain. Keep up the great work!!!! Would definitely recommend to all who need their services you won’t regret it.

Concentra Urgent Care: what do users think?
Andrea Boudreaux
Andrea Boudreaux: The staff here lacks all compassion. We are all short staffed. Taking that out on patients is unacceptable. I waited for almost 6 hours to be seen after being told it was a 2 hour wait. They “marked” me in 90 minutes after my arrival, thus pushing me back even longer. They did not enforce mask wearing in the waiting room. The physician was EXTREMELY rude and made my experience worse. As a fellow doctor, I was appalled by his behavior. Then to make matters worse, the front desk staff started talking in Spanish when I was seeking assistance. I speak Spanish, but that was completely inappropriate. They spoke negatively about me, and dismissed my needs! I will never return here and have made my organization aware of this to ensure that we no longer use this facility for our staff.
Ben LNU
Ben LNU: High volume of employer-requested evaluations. The staff are familiar with the process and are efficient. The waiting room is full and without amenities such as coffee. Everything is on paper, expect to fill out lots of forms. Location is easy to get to and there is plenty of free parking.
Marlena Mansfield
Marlena Mansfield: I was sent to Concentra by my workplace for a routine physical, TB test and a respiratory fit test. I arrived at 10 AM but wasn’t actually called back until 1 PM, and my appointment was finally finished at around 3:30 PM. The staff was nothing but nice but there’s no reason it takes five hours for someone to come in to do some and that should take no more than an hour. Just come prepared if you decide to come here so you’re going to be sitting and waiting for a long time.
Nana Nan
Nana Nan: Walked in to a very crowded space for a clinic. They need to encourage appointment to limit that. I called for appointment prior to and was told. No appointment required. I spent over 3hrs for just physicals and drug screen out of that almost 2hrs waiting for the doctor and when he finally showed up, it only too 10mins. So I spent over 3hrs for something that could have been done with 1hr. I was sent there by my employer and hope I don’t have to come there again.
Arslan Yousfi
Arslan Yousfi: No organization at all!! I would never use my company to do any business with them! They do not care about their patients and the wait time is ridiculous! Waited over 4 hours for a physical!! And every employee is sitting around pretending to do do “work”.
Cristian Santos
Cristian Santos: This place is so unorganized, starting from the Front Desk. Andrea Garcia is so incompetent, careless, and no sympathy for anyone whatsoever. Steer clear from her, or request to speak to someone else. This place is god awful and I only went because my job sent me here and my mothers job sent her here for a test. The medical staff in the back were drawing blood and even forgot to label my sample…. We had to remind them. Be aware when you go here, stay alert and don’t go here unless you really have to. These people are in healthcare, but do not care about you and you are just another patient walking through. They act like its a bother that you walk in, avoid at all costs.

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc (NBCOT): what do users think?
Brian L.
Brian L.: Strong arming one of the most vocal contributors and brightest creators in the OT community? A new low for NBCOT. It goes to show that this organization does not care about students, inclusivity, occupational justice, or accessibility.... only money. This is truly a disgrace.

Concentra Urgent Care: what do users think?
Jenelle Westerlund
Jenelle Westerlund: I came to this location expecting an EKG for some suspicious chest pains. I spoke to the Dr. Who said they do EKG’s but do not evaluate the results in relation to a cold (I was getting over a cold). I really had no idea how that made sense, but they gave me my information and told me to find somewhere else. I asked the front desk if the had a referral and the woman said “referral?! I don’t know- you can go to an urgent care”. I resisted from asking ‘why do you have a large sign out front saying this is an urgent care when if it’s not”. Maybe this place is fine for very basic things, but this is the first and last time I will come here.

Kaiser Permanente Lanham Rehabilitation Center: what do users think?
Vivian Banks
Vivian Banks: I was very impressed with the Kaiser Physical Therapy Center in Lanham, MD. It was clean and modern. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. From the onset of my first visit, with Eric, for evaluation to my final reevaluation visit, he was very professional, yet friendly. Each PT was helpful and attentive. Although the tasks were challenging, they were needful, and they helped tremendously in my recovery from a TKR.
Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are proud to be your partner in health. Have a wonderful day.
Wilson Duran
Wilson Duran: Theis location is very bad for immediate rescheduling when you have to attend therapy weekly, especially when the therapy is slowly working. I need therapy at the very least once a week. And when they cancel on me (4 times already) they do not call me with a date to accommodate me. I have to call them, go through the 30 minute phone process, and get an appointment a month away! Very disappointing. I will never choose Kaiser for my next procedure.
Response: Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We understand a member of our team has been in touch to understand the details of your visit more fully and offer assistance. If we can provide any additional help, please send your name and phone number to kpmidatlantic@kp.org. Be well.
Faith Hunter
Faith Hunter: I just received my first vaccine here at the Kaiser Permanente COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Lanham. The experience was excellent. There was no wait time. I was escorted from one place to the next by kind, courteous staff members. I never wondered where next to go. The area is extremely clean and set up to be physically distant. The vaccination nurse was very friendly. And my second appointment was made even before I received the vaccine. I would strongly recommend this facility.
Response: We are so glad to read your kind comments! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us. Be well!
Reginald Rich
Reginald Rich: My experience with getting my COVID-19 vaccines were quick and the attendants were very courteous. Thank you for your service and keep up the good work.
Response: Reginald Rich, we really appreciate your positive review!
Pam E
Pam E: I am very impressed with Kaiser vaccination clinic in Lanham. I have been a member since 1983 and have witnessed a lot of improvements over the years. This was a well organized process that flowed beautifully. It did not take long to register or get the shot. Kudos to my KP family in Lanham.
Response: We are so glad to hear it. We appreciate you sharing your positive review about your recent experience with us!
Rubye White
Rubye White: Everyone was nice and made you feel comfortable. I was experiencing some anxiety and I was told to sit and think about it for a minute. I could come back next week if I choose. I decided to get the shot. The flow was great Everyone was spaced far apart. They had it set up nicely in and out in 25 minutes. I would rate them 5 stars.
Response: Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day! We really appreciate your feedback.
Esther Nwogu
Esther Nwogu: The site was very clean, social distancing maintained at all times, staff were very professional and nice. They respected my time, instructions as to what to expect was clear from each staff member I encountered. Awesome place to go get your shot. Thanks Kaiser.

LifeBridge Health Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Justine MacMichael
Justine MacMichael: Keri is an amazing Physical Therapist. She has been working with my son for several months now. She is great with kids and very experienced in PT. My son has made so much progress with her help. In fact, the entire staff is amazing! This is one appointment, my son looks forward to going to. Highly recommend!
Response: We're happy to know that we were able to get you closer to a full recovery. Best wishes for continued progress and sending you good vibes for the days ahead.
Niki Benner
Niki Benner: Barb is the best. She has helped me before and after tennis elbow and radial tunnel surgeries and ganglion cyst excision. Barb is truly concerned about her patients and will always find a way to help alleviate that nagging pain. She’s such a great conversationalist and is a joy to talk to. I don’t foresee any more problems with my arm but if I do, you can bet I’ll be back at Barb’s table waiting for her to work her magic!
Response: This is what we strive for! Our team members’ unmatched expertise and clinical knowledge is why we are a trusted care provider. Thank you for your kind words and for choosing us to walk beside you on your healing journey.
Joe DiPietro
Joe DiPietro: Barb is a Fantastic Occupational Therapist. She is tentative to my needs and is passionate towards all of her patients. The staff is always warm and welcoming.I highly recommend Barb and her staff to anyone who may need support in either Occupational or Physical Therapy.
Response: We really appreciate the positive rating! We love to hear from our patients so please let us know if you have any more feedback.

Response: Thank you for your glowing recommendation. We always strive to provide our patients with exceptional and compassionate care. We hope that each new day brings you closer to a full recovery!
Anthony Richie
Anthony Richie: The staff here is very welcoming, comforting, and extremely helpful. Scheduling was extremely cooperative with my not so flexible work schedule. Only a little way through my therapy and already so far along with progress. I am extremely impressed with the knowledge of the people here and the positive atmosphere of this place. Special shout out to Miss Barb for being the best OT hand specialist.....only slightly biased.
Response: If there's one thing we know how to do, it's how to adapt. You can always rely on us to adjust to the times and to your needs and continue to provide world-class care. We appreciate the review!
Pete Bayles
Pete Bayles: I have been working on getting my wrists back to normal after falling off a ladder and breaking both wrists. I really thought it was going to be impossible to get back to somewhat normal after 9 screws and 1 plate in each wrist. Barbara has been great and I am getting my strength back. They have been great with my schedule and very accommodating.
Response: We're all about great people and exceptional service. We will let our team know about your wonderful feedback. We appreciate the review and we hope you continue to heal and get back to what you love.
Glen Hadden
Glen Hadden: This is an outstanding group of caring professionals. They care about your progress and well being . Marie is welcoming as you enter and she keeps all the paperwork on point . Keri takes her time to evaluate your physical needs and helps you define your treatment goals. She doesn’t sugar coat anything but she’s encouraging, supporting and coaching you be in charge of your care . Alicia is very kind and she follows your care plan to the letter and it’s that consistency of treatment that makes this a very special group . You can feel positive energy in the room and we become a group and you laugh and when I have to go to my happy place to endure the very painful parts of treatment … I hear the gentle tones of their voice and i know I can get through it .
Response: We appreciate your review. Recovery is not always easy, but that's where we come in. Our team strives to make everyone feel at home and comfortable. Thank you for placing your trust in us; it was a special privilege to be part of your healing journey.
Joseph Mazzuca
Joseph Mazzuca: Keri is a pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional, courteous and compassionate. Very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously in getting my shoulder back in shape after my surgery. Response: Thank you for telling us about your experience. We're happy to hear that our staff provided the high level of expertise and knowledge we're known for. We wish you all the best during your recovery period and beyond!
Constance McKay
Constance McKay: Barbara Fischer did an excellent job fitting my wrist and arm for a splint as per ordered by Dr. Neil Zimmerman. Barbara skillfully crafted the splint from a large sheet of material. She spent time making sure of proper fit for my arm and she explained the whole process to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Barbara Fischer for anyone’s occupational therapy needs.
Response: Thank you for the feedback. No two patient journeys are the same. We take pride in the individualized care we provide and appreciative to hear about your experience. We're here for you!

Concentra Urgent Care: what do users think?
Vicki Lewis
Vicki Lewis: I would like to give it 0 stars. It should have not taken four hours. I got thier at 1245 and did not leave until 4pm. So basically I waited 31/2 hours. Once I got to the back it only took a half hour to do what needed to be done. They really need a better system. No consideration for people time.
Nasiruddin Al-Mahi
Nasiruddin Al-Mahi: The day I visited this Concentra Urgent Care, the staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient with my tests and paperwork. Everyone who worked there, that I came in contact with, acknowledged me with a “Good morning” and answered any questions I had even if they weren’t assigned to me. The nurses also took the time to explain any procedures that were performed and the results to my satisfaction. This was my second time having to visit a Concentra Care in two separate states and I had positive experiences both times.
Jennifer McGill Thompson
Jennifer McGill Thompson: Go somewhere else if you can. I went to this location only to find out that their EKG machine was broken. We were sent to Bowie Medical Center - about 20 minutes away. Absolutely unacceptable. I have not been back. I contacted corporate as well as governing medical authorities in Maryland. We deserve better and need to demand better.
Mo BETTA
Mo BETTA: When you first Walk-In the waiting time board will frighten you!!!!!! However, it’s just an estimate. Sometimes they are short staffed, but the staff are still professional and courteous!
Kenyatta Davis
Kenyatta Davis: Monica was very helpful and polite.. Also she took care of me FAST! Everyone in there is professional and have a great personality. But I really want to give a good shout out to Monica. Her customer service is brilliant!♥️
Derek Holmes
Derek Holmes: Monea…………my experience with her was great and she most definitely made the process smooth and easy and I really appreciate her patience with me………thank you much and I will most definitely be back next year
Frank Mastoris
Frank Mastoris: It was busy. The staff was very friendly. The staff was pleasant and I was able to get through everything fairly quickly even though it was walk in and not an appointment.

Children's National Hospital: what do users think?
Dannielle White
Dannielle White: This hospital has literally saved my son’s life 3 times. He has 2 breathing disorders and has spent most his life in this hospital. His surgeon (Dr. Pamela Mudd) and her team are amazing! All the nurses and doctors we’ve had with the exception of one have been awesome! The one doctor that was an issue has been blocked from ever handling my sons care. The nurses and other doctors were very helpful and handling the situation.
Response: Hi Dannielle! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review for Children's National Hospital. We're so glad that you and your son had such a positive experience with our incredible team. Have a great day! - Kate@Children's National Hospital
Andrew Kamischke
Andrew Kamischke: The Emergency room wait was approximately 4 hours before our name was called to go to a bed. The nurse who called our name said that we were waiting for the room to be cleaned so we were taken to another waiting room. Shortly after that a doctor came to the waiting room and conducted a patient assessment while on the hallway. No effort was made to discuss health information in private going against HIPAA. All of the test done and samples collected were in the waiting room. We seemed to be an after thought to the staff. After about another 4 hours never seeing the inside of a room we were sent home to wait for the results of the test. If a staffing shortage is a problem I’ll gladly clean my own room for free to have that privacy and a bed for my child to lay down instead of the waiting room floor.
Response: Thank you for reaching out to us about your experience, Andrew. Our patients and their families are our number one priority, and we take that very seriously. Please email me directly at webteam@childrensnational.org with any details you are willing to share in addition to: your phone number, your child’s name and DOB. We can have the appropriate person respond to your needs and address your experience. Have a great day. – Noelle
Geneva A.
Geneva A.: 15 hours spent here, 8 spent waiting to see a doctor, 1 spent waiting to be transferred, 6 spent waiting for lab results. The ER is dirty and the wait times are worse than general hospitals. My sick third grader was so ill he could not stand and had to sit on the dirty floor. I stood for hours holding my 30 pound 2 year old. We were here more than 5 hours before vitals were even taken and my child was placed in a room to then wait 3 more hours to see a doctor. After seeing a doctor in fast track that was not nice at all to my son, we were moved back to the ER an hour later where we were told he would receive IV fluids and have blood tests done. 6 hours later he never received IV fluids and we were discharged with a diagnosis of COVID and advisement to take Tylenol. It is so sad to see such a good hospital go down like this. :(
Response: Thank you so much for reaching out to us with your concerns, Geneva. Please call our ombudsman team directly at 202-476-2064 so we can address your experience as soon as possible. – Noelle @Children's National Hospital
