Sarah Chaudary: Marie did my eyebrows 8 months ago. I was super nervous but she answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. She is very thorough and meticulous when it comes to the shape of the brow. She spend a good amount of time measuring and making sure the shape of the brow would look good for my face. Once she completed the shape she let me look at the shape confirming I was happy with the outline, she began to microblade. She is very hygienic and cares for the safety of her clients. My brows look very natural. I was not able to get a touch up but my brows at still looking great after 8 months. I get compliments all of the time. ALSO- i have not had to pay to have my brows waxed or threaded in 8 months; the shape is already there, so I just trim and clean around with tweezers or a brow shaper. Etsube Yitbarek: I normally don’t write reviews for businesses, but I had to this time. This was my first time I got my teeth whitened. It was the best experience ever!!!! Chris is super professional and he does his job so well! He made me feel super comfortable!!! One thing I love about this place is their honesty. They tell you everything you need to know before you get your teeth whitened. If your teeth doesn’t need whitening, they will tell you straight up but they also give you the change to decide on your own. All in all, I will be coming back again when I need to get my teeth whitened.

As I was walking around the Montgomery mall, Beauty Boss salon got my attention since it has a very nice and presentable look. Entered the salon and met Marie. I asked her some questions about eyebrows since i wanted to get some permanent makeup done and very patiently she explained to me what works best in my situation. Her salon is so beautiful, clean, elegant, all class, so does she! Right there I trusted her and made an appointment. A couple of days later I went to get my eyebrows done. I was a little nervous but that didn’t last too long. Marie knows what she is doing. She is a true makeup artist. She took her time to explain everything step by step. First she designed my eyebrows and made sure that I was ok with the shape. She worked very carefully and I am telling you, I had the best experience ever. Heather McFall: Had my original brows done by Emily August of 2020. She did a wonderful job. I’m not huge on makeup so she did a nice light initial pass for round one then for my touch up filled it in a bit more. The color matching to my hair was spot on and I loved the shape. The eyebrows have settled a bit so I went back for a touch up with Holly. She’s so fun and pleasant. She listened to my feedback on what I wanted adjusted and got to work. She moved quickly and painlessly. I am super happy with my touch up and can’t wait to see the healed result in a few weeks. Erin Reagan: I did a lot of research on several micro-blading artists in the area before choosing Dani. I am so happy with my decision! I absolutely love the work that Dani did on my eyebrows! She took so much time to map them out and made sure I felt they were perfect. She is so sweet and is truly a master of her craft. Her studio is immaculately clean and so pretty. 100% recommend this business!

I was a little worried because it is a semi permanent procedure, but she did a great job. It’s about a year after I had my eyebrows done and they still look great! Carlee Delp: Wow, who knew Microblading could look great on blondes too! Dani did an amazing job, took her time to make it perfect and has a beautifully clean salon. I just went in for my touch up and I cannot wait until they heal. The color was perfect, the brows look so so natural- which is what it asked for. I love them. I was honestly nervous about doing this but am so happy I did. My eyebrows were basically non existent before and this has changed how my whole face looks! I will never not have perfect brows now and recommend Dani to all my friends. My brows were even super challenging because I have a big scar than goes through one of them, making them very asymmetrical. Lexie Burrell: I graduated from Lillique Institute a couple months ago and I am now a Permanent Makeup Artist!! I was very pleased with the curriculum, the instructors make sure you are ready to take your Board exam. I had a great experience with the whole entire program. The staff at the school are very helpful and friendly! I miss everyone already. I will definitely go back to take more classes as soon more open up!
Brynn Austin: I just graduated from here for PMU. It was hands down the best experience, from the first tour to the exit interview. The school is very clean, sanitation is huge in this industry and the school definitely showed that! It’s very professional, the teachers are very knowledgeable and you can tell they have passion for this! They have great presentations on each chapter and give you everything you need to be able to pass the state board exam, looking forward to taking my state board soon and passing it!

Ms. Madanna is very helpful when completing the class she helps you through the steps to take the final exam at state board. The class sizes were fairly small which is nice, so it doesn’t feel so overwhelming. I definitely felt that there was a slight language barrier with my instructor so questions would have to be repeated several times for clarification, but she was very nice and very understanding when it came to absences (I commuted from Frederick MD) and very accommodating. Overall I really enjoyed the opportunity of studying here

Stefanie Vale: I had never had micro blading, and I was pretty nervous beforehand - not only for how they might look, but also about the possible pain and the actual procedure. I saw Alice, and from the very beginning she did an excellent job of making me feel calm and welcomed. She explained everything very thoroughly during the consultation, and I felt she really listened to me when I explained exactly what I was wanting. As someone who is not new to microblading, I was a bit scarred by my first experience with another artist and wasn’t sure if I wanted to get my eyebrows done again. However, I found Katie’s IG page through another artist who was relocating and was excited to see that Katie was relocating from San Diego to the DMV area. I followed her on IG for almost a year and am obsessed with her work. Due to COVID-19, we had to reschedule a few times but it’s been worth the wait. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Andrea Taulton: This review is LONG overdue. I can’t even remember the date of my first appointment with Katie, but it was awhile ago. I was the girl who spent at least 15/20 mins on just my eyebrows alone because they were that nonexistent and blonde. I found Katie and I’m SO glad I did. She does amazing work. When I tell you my eyebrows were nonexistent... I truly mean that. After the first session with Katie, I was amazed. My eyebrows looked full, symmetrical, and just how I requested them to be. Katie also has great hospitality, asked me multiple times if I needed anything or if I was still doing okay. Prices are SUPER reasonable. She is very considerate about the 2 hour parking out front also. I’m not sure how many times I have went back and gotten a “fill-in” but, my eyebrows look so natural and so full. My last appointment was around Nov/Dec 2018, it’s now April 2019 and my eyebrows still look fresh and full. I get a lot of positive compliments weekly (which is what pushed me to write this well-deserved review). If you need your brows to look good, I would definitely x100 recommend Katie to literally anyone.

Talia Jones: AVI contacted me after I did a FAFSA and added their school code. They weren’t sure which program I wanted to attend as I had never contacted them. I had 4 other schools on my Fafsa but they’re the only school who actually took time out to contact me. We set up and appointment and I went in to tour their school. The office staff is so pleasant and they seem to really go above and beyond for their students. I have already been setting up my self to be an esthetician and now I’ll have the knowledge I need to succeed in this field. When I met the teachers the were giving a demo to the students and all the students seemed so eager to be learning from them. This is definitely where I want to go to school. As the financial aid lady stated I am going to be my best investment so I should go where I’m going to learn as much as possible and where the school truly cares for the students. I’m proud to say I signed up and I will be starting my classes in 2 weeks.

I highly recommend taking the course here if you are interested in learning how to microblade. Now, let’s talk about my eyebrows. I have never had much eyebrow hair (it barely grows in) and there wasn’t much shape. I’ve always wanted to get microblading done but was nervous, but when I found Yasmin I knew she was the artist for me. I got my brows done by her about 5 weeks ago and I’m IN LOVE. She did an incredible job and they look so natural. I haven’t even had my touch up yet and they still look amazing. The retention so far has been great. The best advice to give is always stay in training mode be the sponge that wants to soak up as much as possible ask every question you can think of practice, practice, practice! This is the beginning for me however I can see myself be very good at this and confidence is always key! You can do it this is the best place to go to learn they teach you the ropes and how to professionally do this procedure while being meticulous in your work!
