Chee Chee Chan: On 9/16/2020 I placed an online order for store pickup. I needed the items by a specific time and knew if I selected delivery it wouldn't have arrived on time. Next day shipping was $30, but the M Street Location is within a few miles from my home, so I decided to pick up. The online order was placed, I received email confirmation and it also stated that I'd be informed when my order is ready for pick up. I received a voice mail in the 11 o'clock hour from one of the store employees saying that my order was ready. I arrived at the store within the 2 o'clock hour. As with any other online order I've made for store pick up, I had my ID ready for them to verify my name, email confirmation, get my items and be on my way. I was told in person that my order was canceled because I had decided to pick it up at the store, that I should've gotten an email confirmation of the cancellation and that my money would be refunded. If I wanted to walk out with items I needed to pay right then and there. I was so upset! I have done this method before as well with other stores and this has never happened. So while in the store I check my email and see that my order was canceled due to one or all items not being in stock, but I can literally see the items as I'm reading the email (the employee wrapped and bagged them in front of me when I arrived and told her my name and why I was there, after she bagged them is when she asked was I ready to pay and I explained the order was paid for online). I could not make the purchase because I did not have all of the money as I had just made the payment online earlier that morning. On 9/17/2020 my fiance placed an online order for store pickup for the same items. Once the order was placed, she called the store to confirm items were in stock and informed them that I would be coming to pick up the items and to NOT cancel this order. The employee assured her everything would be okay. I get to the store and they did the exact same thing the did the day before. I ended up paying for the items and now I am waiting on TWO REFUNDS from when the online orders were placed. I have no idea why they were/are canceling online orders, lying about the reasoning, saying the items aren't/weren't in stock. The manager had the nerve to say that this is their procedure, so my fiance asked, " you mean to tell me that when customers make an online order for store pickup, you all lie and say the item isn't in stock, so that you can cancel the order and have them pay in the store? Money isn't refunded immediately. Its takes a few business days." and she responded "I'll own up to that". Michael Kors have a hold of almost $1000 of my money while I only have $378 worth of items. This stunt they pulled is unprofessional and absurd. The next time I use this method I will take the drive to the Columbia location. Other than that I love the items!
Sylas the Great: Great service! Thick black girl helped me out. She was polite, and very attractive. Ended up spending $300+ because of her! I don't mind though, she made it worth it.

Edward Klingerman: Michael Kors creating items as beautiful as the high end designers, but do not charge you redicilous amount of $$$$$$ for them. Why, why a bag from LV cost $5000?? Never got the lubricious amounts.Michael Kors makes things that are reasonably priced and beautiful at the same time.
Ceretta Anderson: I had a horrible experience here with an associate on 9/7/18 around noon. I'd rather buy shoes online, wait for them to be delivered, see if I like them, and send them back if I don't rather than going to this location.

Kimberly Akins: The service is good but the employees are a little annoying at the same time. I'll go back but allow people to shop and stop smothering us. We see you (all 20 of you). If we need help I promise we as guests will ask you. When we come in just speak and let us know that you are here to help. Asking me every 3 minutes if I need help is not necessary.
mahnoor t: Ok I’m a MK runway member and when I walk into the store I don’t see anything in the sale section except for 2-3 purses which is very disappointing. Buy from their website and you’ll get better deals and better prices for sure. Their website has way more collection than this store. A year ago it wasn’t that bad because I remember I used to buy from this store and it would have nice/new arrival stuff but now they don’t have much variety to chose from.
Regina Baker: The customer service was excellent. The clerks were attentive and helpful, especially Tiffany. I got some great deals! Unfortunately, my new Michael Kors wallet that I purchased was left in my hotel room and taken by staff.

Majd Alkassem: Michael Kors have amazing products. We visit this location every now and then, and we pick up some really good priced high quality items. Clothing, purses, wallets and accessories are always priced really good. Sometime better than other times... The staff is always welcoming and helpful. No matter how busy they are, they always manage to answer questions and look prices. This place it probably on the top of the list when we go to Tanger Outlets.

Lauren Mariee: I came here after a very long day of driving just to browse. Theorie, on the sales floor did an exceptional job today. She was very knowledgeable about clothing and what bag would work best for me! She made my shopping experience personal! Every store should have stylists like her.
Rachel Yea: They were having a 70% off sale. The sales ladies were prompt and willing to help as soon as I stepped in the door. There was so much to look at I could have taken them all. Lol I ended up getting myself a large bag for under $200!!

Sierra Mowry: I came into the store 15 minutes before close, which I felt so bad for coming in so late but the employee Mia was absolutely so wonderful and helpful. I was looking for a specific bag in a certain color but they didn't have any left so she spent the time calling other Tanger outlets to find me the bag I wanted and she placed an other for it to be shipped. She took the time to help even if it was past 8pm and I just really appreciated her determination on helping me. She totally deserves a raise or some type of praise if they do employee of the month, she definitely deserves a whole year for her great personality and amazing customer service.

Grace Kim: Poor customer service. Star should be negative 5. They lied about sending out a returning package. When I called this store, they said the package I dropped was sent out but it did not arrive to Michael Kors return process place. However, when I had customer service call this store to check it out, customer service said they did not send out the package. After more than two weeks with multiple calls regarding this return, customer service decided to give me a refund (and I am supposed to receive it,,,, will see). Handling of return is just very poor.
Liliana Meléndez: If I could give them a 0 star I would. Manager and employees are very rude and unprofessional. Definitely not ordering from this store anymore! My dad went to get something I ordered for my sister and they discriminated him like he was going to steal. I hope the company takes action! This shouldn’t be happening!!!!

SAYED SHERAZI: Extremity poor customer service especially salesperson named Arezou. I bought a dress for my wife birthday to surprise her with the quality and brand of MK. The dress didn’t fit her and I went to return it and get something else for her. I met Arezou super rude and unprofessional. I told her wanna return this dress told her the reason as well. She take a look on it and told me can not return it because you guys used it. I showed her the tags are still on the dress and my wife tried it and it didn’t fit her too tight “how come she used it”. We all try the dress at the fitting room and nowadays at home. I asked her may I speak with your manager to solve this issue, replied that she is the manager now. I don’t wanna take it put the dress away in a rude way. I didn’t understand that why she refuse to return it and the store policy says “return within 30 days with or without any reason”.

Jovon Griffith: As a younger adult, it can be intimidating to go into very high end designer stores for fear of not being taken seriously—Jhenna and Laura were both so helpful and friendly from the second I walked in. Laura was able to grab me the specific pair of Olympia Trainers I was looking for and grabbed a few extra for me to try and on compare—was able to get exactly what I wanted and the whole experience was very quick and pleasant. Would recommend this location for the wonderful service experience.

Michelle P: My store return was refused today (3/31/2019) by a wavy black-haired female sales associate againt the explicit company return policy. She told me to mail back because the store did not carry that particular watch. She would not eye contact me while doing so, which indicated she was lying. Awful store. Can't believe this kind of behavior is tolerated by this company in this day and age.
