Everyone from the receptionists, the support nurses and Dr. G were extremely patient answering my questions. Most importantly, the extraction of my four wisdom teeth was such an easier process then imagined. I had my surgery done today (a very complicated surgery) and I was very nervous since it was my first time going under anesthesia. Dr. Rostami and her staff answered all of questions and they made me feel so comfortable. I had no pain or discomfort after the surgery at all. Even though it was a very difficult procedure, I’m feeling perfectly fine now. The staff are very nice and professional. They explained to me all the fees and nothing was hidden from me. Also, Dr. Rostami and her staff were not pushy at all. If you want a smart, honest, and experienced oral surgeon then Dr. Rostami is the right doctor. J V: Found out I needed one wisdom tooth removed, was having the worst time finding an oral surgeon who took my insurance. I ended up finding Dr. Rostami and her practice Capitol Oral & Facial Surgery Center online, read reviews, used the chat late one night on their website to ask a question about what insurances they accepted and received a call from them early the next morning. Right away I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of this practice! Unfortunately they didn’t take my insurance and I was facing the dilemma of having to either pay out of pocket or go to the single in-network oral surgeon I found who had low reviews on medical review sites and whose practice seemed completely disorganized and was already giving me a bad experience vibe. I was told if I came to see Dr. Rostami they had a special running for a consultation plus 3D x-ray. I was very relieved with the price because most practices were double if not triple just for a consultation an x-ray wouldn’t be included. On top of that I was told I could do same day procedure which as someone who lives a bit of a ways away was such a wonderful bit of information to hear! Due to past issues and anxiousness regarding complications about my oral surgeries I requested to have sedation where I couldn’t feel and could sleep especially after finding out the tooth was impacted… Dr. Rostami didn’t try and talk me out of anything she simply listened and told me my options, and what she would recommend for my situation. She went over how to take care of my mouth afterword and what to expect. The surgery itself was quick, no issues… I didn’t need any stitches or heavy pain relief. Simple prescriptions and rest and within a few days I felt great, hardly could tell I even had surgery, what a difference from my other oral surgeries! The overall price was more than what I expected however, being that I had to pay out of pocket and my insurance wasn’t covering anything the price was quite reasonable for what all was included and the services I received, especially if you compare it to other practices. Dr. Rostami and the office manager are willing to work with you on the price and help as much as they can to make it affordable. I called so many times to inquire about different things and was always treated and greeted so kindly. Everyone was so amicable! From the office staff to the nurses all the way up to Dr. Rostami herself! I recommend Capitol Oral & Facial Surgery Center to anyone who needs oral surgery or assistance! The practice is clean, modern and up to date with the latest technology and all the staff from the office to medical are so kind and wonderful. Jo Davis: I had a very positive experience the moment I walked through the doors! First off the office is gorgeous and does not have your typical doctor office feel. The front desk was welcoming, kind, and helpful and there was fun music playing (which was a great touch). I did my consultation and wisdom teeth extraction all at once. The consultation was efficient (they had high end equipment) and the best part was the discussion with the financial person to go over exactly what insurance was paying and what I was paying. There were no surprises! In the medical field it is very rare to know what you are paying up front so I really liked this aspect. They also provided an optional service and went over the benefits if it was something I wanted to do. Lastly, Dr. Farzaneh Rostami was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. Dana B: In a previous appointment, Dr Park explained all the options to me (I had a somewhat complicated issue with the implant in that particular location), and also provided a disc of the CT Scan for my doctor (as the diagnosis implies some bone density loss issues). Tiffany Bryan: I absolutely adore Chevy Chase Implant and Oral Surgery! Dr. Park has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all of my questions with patience and provided info that I could follow as a patient. I felt safe and trusted Dr. Park and his staff to remove my wisdom teeth. I had my consultation in the Chevy Chase office; the staff at that location are also exceptional. My procedure was in the DC office only because I wanted the next available appointment for my extractions and I felt so comfortable with Dr. Park I would have traveled anywhere in the DMV to have him do my extractions. Parking at both locations is pretty easy, well we took an Uber to the DC location, but there are parking garage options available. Both offices offer beautiful décor, very inviting. I had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted, my appointment was at 8A and we were finished by 9A. I had sedation anesthesia and spent about 20 minutes or so in recovery before I was ready to go home. I received a post-op call from Dr. Park later that day. I honestly expected his staff to call to do the post-op call but Dr. Park did the post-op call.
